Overall a pretty solid Marriott right off of the wharf in San FranStayed here for just one Day/night before flying out and had a good experienceBest thing about this Marriott is its location

The hotel is in a prime stop just three blocks off the wharf and only a few blocks away from some great restaurants/barsThe hotel as a whole is very modern and has a very cool outdoor courtyard with table games, sectionals, and gas firepits My only complaint with this is they close the courtyard at 9pm I get not having it open all night but 9pm is pretty earlyRooms are pretty basic but the beds are comfy and so are the pillowsOverall not a bad spot to stay at

Fun place to stay while visiting for a quick weekend LOCATION alone would give this hotel a 5/5 Super short walk to all the sight seeing, restaurants and entertainment

The staff was very friendly and helpful They helped me use the laundry facility after hours without a problem The flavored waters and fun treats were fun to come to after a day of sight seeing Rooms were modern and clean I would stay here again

Brittany Carranza

I stayed here for the weekend with my little sister I honestly loved this hotel The room was clean and looked nice

The bathroom had a slider door, but the shower head was really nice and at a good height above my head (I’m 5’9) The bed was comfy and the pillows fluffy The only downside to the room was that it was on the street side so you could hear some noises from the street It didn’t bother us and we fell asleep easily However the hotel gives you complimentary earplugs and face masks! There is complimentary flavored water in the lobby also which is nice They have a sitting area with games, and a laundry as wellThe valet was a little annoying, as they only have one or two people working so sometimes there is a wait to get your vehicle But there is also self parking if you don’t want to use valetLocation is amazing It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the fisherman’s wharf It’s about a 10 min walk to the cable car There’s a Walgreens across the street It’s a great locationI took a video instead of pictures but I tried to screenshot some of the video to upload They’re a little blurry

Clean hotel with beautiful style modern decor and close to the waterfront We used all services The valet is priced as expected for the area ~50 bucks a night

The bar closes around 11 or 12 but stops serving food earlier The morning breakfast has much the feel of a typical buffet The lobby is gorgeous and has many areas for guests to sit as work or hang out The gym is well appointed and was one of my favorite features The rooms we stayed in were renovated and clean It was a wonderful four day stay for our entire party I would stay here again happily

We enjoyed a brilliant 5-night stay in this hotel Top service, spacious, modern room and ideally located for everything we wanted to do in San Francisco The main lobby area is spectacular (just going up and down in the lifts is an experience) and we made use of the bar, mini-market and gym too

We didn’t eat breakfast there because it seemed expensive, but there are plenty of places nearby and/or cheap options in the on-site market I would highly recommend the hotel and stay there again if I’m ever in the city

This is a beautiful hotel Every detail has been thought of and the rooms are both modern and artistically decorated Tub and shower with rain water shower head

Huge bathroom vanity with tons of counter space Globe light fixtures throughout casting warm light in the room Sofa, coffee table, writing desk and balcony with bistro patio set – perfect to sit out and enjoy a view of the sun setting on the bay Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, as were security I arrived by uber and was promptly given directions to go up two floors to the lobby to check in All employees were gracious, extremely professional and helpful Truly exemplary customer service

Good location, clean, quick and easy check in/out I can see that this would be a nice spot for company retreat or off-site meetings Shower water pressure is one of the worst I’ve experienced – no pressure at all, reminds me of some of the cheap hotels in 3rd world countries

House keeping needs to be requested, which is understandable given current situation but they didn’t provide bottle water

Super Girl

I love everything about the Tiburon lodge and while the rooms are not cheap every single stay has been absolutely wonderful It has a beautiful seaside feel to it with low pile indoor outdoor carpeting, outdoor pool hot tub and super comfy beds and they pet friendly!! Over the years they have welcomed both of my big dogs to come stay with me The Tiburon tavern has such amazing food and sometimes live music and a neat outdoor diningarea

For me coming from a rural area Tiburon itself is an oasis of peaceful calm in the middle of the crazy busy congested Bay area, and that alone is worth the price of admission One time we were there over Christmas and they had a very soulful hometown kind of sing-along caroling tree lighting event downtown that was cool Now you may like to always pick something different to do but Im the sort of person that likes doing what is familiar and only feel happy if I get to stay at the Tiburon Lodge whenever I travel to the San Francisco Bay area and I recommend all my friends stay there too I have so many great memories there over the years and if you have time you can go walk along the bay or go visit The hippy swinging tree on the top of Tiburon, we’ve also hopped on the ferry right there and gone over to Angel Island for a day it’s a great hub point for different activities

Daniel

Good staff, good amenities, nothing oversold or undersold here A solid three star hotel with four star service and cleaningI do want to say, prior to staying here, I was scouting this hotel like mad on various travel sites

It seems to automatically “sell out” if the price is below a certain number Both Hopper and Priceline Express both refused to sell the room to me when I applied a coupon Pretty interesting why, neither explained their reasoningBathroom toilet seat and bathtub were not cleaned, which is a major sanitary issue considering fungi are a thing in the naturally moist Fisherman’s WharfIt’s a shame the “Wharf District amenity fee” (a trick many SF hotels use to get more money out of you, regardless of where you book) couldn’t be waived However they gave me a free upgrade to a “junior suite” because I booked direct which was super cool If you get a suite you are more likely to get a partial bay view, which is pretty nice The streetcar runs right underneath you and you can hear it from 7am to 12amFree boarding pass printable on the computer Free printing on the computer next to it Free breakfast, which was nothing to write home about, but a way to make up for the extra $20 they took Finally a fitness center, which some may like They both require vaccination in line with CA law (which holds no negative connotation on my rating)

Phillip Lasley

Excellent service, quality, and cleanliness Breakfasts have good quality and variety; nothing special for a free hotel breakfast but kept stocked and made well Plenty of tables, enough to accommodate rush hour

Employees are warming and ready to help Elevator’s a tad slow but not terrible Complimentary tea and coffee readily available most of the time Confident with cleanliness, enough to strut around barefoot in the room

David Johnson

Great customer service all the way around Jose helped my wife juggle getting the breakfast for our 3 kids House clean was excellent and 100% on their A game

The man running the front desk extremely polite and helpful The parking always had the car ready We stayed an extra night Great location, plenty to do for the kids and family I’ve stayed at 5 stars with not near the service My only hesitation in this review is increasing demand for an exceptional place, but exceptional management should be acknowledged and rewarded

Great property with a free breakfast and Tesla chargers for guests Now the $20 for parking is not ideal but it could have been worse I did have an issue with the flat $200 hold placed on my credit card, I’m not use to having my credit card treated like it’s a debit card

I must applaud Angel Working the front desk as she was just a pleasure to deal with and she made sure my stay was good, the rooms are nice and clean along with sanitizing and bagging up the remote control which is one of the dirtiest things you will ever encounter in a hotel room I was lucky to have a room that faced the Bay side of the hotel and it was definitely a nice view to have since it was a clearer evening and morning in the bay You will be happy with the location as there are plenty of food and dining options within walking distance along with some shopping opportunities in the other shopping center within a 10 minutes walk I can say that this day was very pleasant along with we felt very safe on the property along with our vehicle being in an area where it was protected even without having a fence system to keep other individuals out There is some foot traffic due to a few bus stops along the route but there isn’t anything major that you should be concerned about, you can stay here with peace of mind that you will have a good clean room and a hotel that looks very modern and welcoming I know once my travels bring me back to the area we definitely have a new favorite place to stay

Dut Kasilag

Good stay !Wonderful option if you want to be close to Berkeley and have some peace and quiet and be close to the shopsGood facilities, there is enough parking with breakfast included For additional food options, The Public Market is right across

The Amtrak terminal is also in the vicinity My room was at the front of the building so I cannot comment on the Amtrak noise to be fairDefinitely will consider this hotel when I’m in the area

Wow! This is a really great hotel Small property with spacious beautiful and clean rooms The bed was maybe the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to sleep upon

The level of hospitality is very high here and so is the attention to detail The welcoming goody bag, with excellent wine and snacks and the morning breakfast are excellent amenities We stayed in a View King room which had a small balcony with unobstructed views of the San Francisco skyline and bay (picture is from our private balcony) Really no worries with booking this hotel, we will be repeat guests next time we choose to visit the Bay Area

Eddie Melvin

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a boutique hotel, not part of an upscale chain I was pleasantly surprised Unlike a large upscale hotel chain, they delivered

Morning breakfast was on-time The room was comfortable We booked the largest suite with the large private balcony, and we liked it a lot Sausolito is not within walking or short biking distance There is no direct ferry connection either This helps to keep the very small business district relatively quiet

Big Mike

Been there a few times I’m kind of local only live a couple hours away Love to stay there when visiting angel island

Can’t beat enjoying a glass of wine on the deck looking at the night lights of sf and the bay Short walk to the ferry Great staff did however miss the wine and cheese hour this trip Loved the breakfast Now the negatives Which aren’t deal breakers I need and got a Ada room Sadly I have a lot of stuff and the end tables just don’t do it Need to be bigger, by the time you place a cpap machine lay out your meds ect I’m placing things on my wheelchair 2nd thing beds are to soft You sink down 4 inches Need to be a little firmer I would have loved the bed being a foot higher with my bum legs But split the difference 6 inches would have been helpful Something for them to consider Like I said not a deal breaker When I’m back that way I will be checking in again

Comfortable bed The desk is a little narrow which is important for my work trips Friendly staff

No complaints with other amenities (towels, soaps, shower) I’d recommend this place Valet was reasonably fast With the exception of the coffee shop attached to the hotel, there are good dining options within walking distance Regarding coffee shop, black coffee was bitter and if I didn’t need the boost I would have poured it out I can also appreciate/understand that some places have to mark up food prices, but $4 for a grocery store cup of yogurt is excessive I should have stuck with the $6 breakfast burrito

Jess Brant

This review is difficult to write because certain aspects of the hotel are great and others are notRoom – We stayed in the nicest sweet with the exception of the penthouse, we stayed in the Jack London Suite Great size room

great layout however there are quite a few issues with the room First off the bed is extremely uncomfortable to the point where we cut our stay short by one night because we could not get a good night’s rest Second issue the sofa bed our daughter was going to sleep on was zip tied shut (no exaggeration) During our stay there was also a shortage of pillows and blankets For the room we could only get four total pillows and three blankets when I called down During my travels this is the first time there has been a shortage on pillows and blankets Another issue I had during our stay our room was never cleaned or turned downStaff – The staff is great!Location – Location is great very close to the ferry that takes you across the bay to San FranOverall review as others have stated on here, you are better off staying at a different hotel which isn’t dated/worn down The amount we spent during our stay, we also paid for the last night we didn’t even stay in the hotel Despite me bringing the issues to management there was a lack of a empathy

Paige M

The locations and views are wonderful Staff is friendly I upgraded my room and that’s where the issues started

The first room’s heat did not work We were moved to another room It was just dirty, which I noticed the next day after our late night move I brought it to front desk attention, but the report there was really nothing they could do I have reached out to Hyatt It looks so nice online and lobby is adorable Just frustrating!Edit: manager reached out and was very helpful

I started 4 nights and loved it The suites are huge and the whole hotel is new and modern Lots of tech in the rooms ( automatic blinds, card activated lights, multiple TVs)

The breakfast is nice but I wish they would change it up a few times a week Tastes great though The front desk service team is very helpful and kind The overnight parking rate is very expensive but we didn’t have a car so didn’t impact me this time The shower was phenomenal Two independent shower heads! The kitchenette is cute and the included pots and dishes were clean

Prachi Bengeri

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Berkeley All the front desk staff was very courteous and kind Due to my flight schedule, I needed an early check in and late check out, both of these requests were promptly honored

The rooms are spacious and comfortable Breakfast was great The location of this hotel is perfect! So many good restaurants around, walkable to UC Berkeley, steps from the BART station and my room had a gorgeous view of the bay The only slight con is that being in the middle of downtown, you’ll hear a lot of traffic and emergency vehicle noise Other than that, a fabulous stay I would certainly stay here again

john gartman

The location… Amazing! The room with view is a 10 Finally a great hotel in Berkeley

This will be my go to spot when visiting my sister…We are Marriott platinum and this is by far the nicest Residence Inn I’ve stayed atStaff was friendly and attentive Great roof top restaurant and view Nice open floor plan checkin and easy and quick valet service

My stay at Hotel Caza was amazing! As soon as you walk in, you can see a lot of families hanging out in the lounge I checked in during the milk and cookies hour so I was happy to see everyone having a good time Hotel Caza is all about fun so they really try to make your stay memorable

My stay was short so I couldn’t make the best of everything they have to offer but they’ve a pool, bar (and happy hour), gym and discounts for local food spots at Pier 39 I chose the Partial Bay View room mostly because I had seen the reviews about the noise outside being troublesome so I wanted to avoid that by getting a room on the top floor(s) of the building The room was clean, big and comfortable The heater does make a good amount of noise and you can hear everything from outside your window so if you’re a light sleeper just be mindful of that The nights I spent here were relatively quiet so all that didn’t bother me too much The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable Of course, nothing beats the location! Highly recommend especially for solo travel and families

suli torres-reyes

Overall hotel experience was great Rooms were large and clean Staff was really nice and helpful

Walking distance was really close to the tourist spots and cable cars to get you to the further away points Lots of families had kids and it seemed to have entertainment for them in the lobbies so that was cool Didn’t hear a lot of noise from the hallway when sleeping so that was happily surprising with how many kids we sawWe didn’t get any food from the hotel so we don’t know how that was but the bartender was nice

Rebecca Duran

Spent a week here with the family and absolutely loved it Carlos at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we knew of all the nearby must-see places and even gave us walking directions for all of our activities My family probably loved most the fact that they had a pool table, fooseball table, bags, tons of games & swimming pool

They have really yummy drinks at the bar (margarita is the best) and have popcorn They sell quick grab-n-go type food by bar Good variety Amazing breakfast & coffee across the street Really impressed with how clean it was I have been in cleaning industry for 10yrs and am usually not very pleased with the condition of my hotel room This made me EXTREMELY happy Great customer service, clean facilities, perfect location and fair prices

We booked through Chase and didn’t see a “destination fee” when booking When we checked in the desk agent told us it was $30 It wasn’t until check out that we learned it was $30 per day

What a rip off The hotel provides you with one water bottle per day as the amenity covered by the destination feeHousekeeping came into our room against the wishes we discussed with the desk agent when we checked inSome of the employees were very nice but others were short, dismissive, and condescendingThe room was good minus thin walls Nothing like being woken up by a person in the next room having a phone conversationThe crown mounding in the hallway on our floor was falling off the wall and was typical of the dated, unmaintained look of the buildingThe attached restaurant had good food at prices typical of those nearby It closes at 10 am which was inconvenient for us At the time of our stay all food was being served with paper plates and single use utensils because they didn’t have a dishwasher

Alex Schwartz

Staff and location really make this hotel worth while I was generally surprised at the age of the property though The hallways and rooms are dark, aged, and small which is odd for such a new brand such as the Hyatt Centric

Food service was still in to go containers and breakfast staff seemed really stretched though This is really late in the pandemic to still be having these issues if you ask me Happy to try this hotel again when the small issues are fixed

lorraine hickish

The hotel in general is just tired – good spacious rooms but storage is limited for clothes The walk to our room was ridiculously long Given an interconnecting room where we could hear next doors conversations

Pros – comfy bed and location the rest just all ok at best

Our overnight stay here has been great The staff have been extremely friendly and forward thinking Upon check in we were asked if we would like extra bedding items

After we got lunch and came back to the room the extra items were there The breakfast kitchen staff were great The food was good, portions good, service above and beyond Brought to our table by both staff members with all condiments A lot of tourist trap related and some interesting items within a decent walking distance Covid and the state and city regulations have caused many restaurants on the pier areas to go out of business 😞

Nathan Wright

First of all our trip was great The hotel is in a great location for a decent price Hotel was in great shape and very typical Courtyard quality

Breakfast wasn’t free but pretty fairly priced with lots of optionsBig warning Someone I had Breakfast with had their car broken into and their suitcase stolen, WHILE checking in! This is a huge problem in the neighborhood, nothing to do with the hotel but you need to be aware of it

김기탁

Staff was very caring and friendly but the room itself was very very disappointing When making the room reservation, we asked for an ocean view that we never got The room had absolutely no noise cancellation, in fact you could hear everything from the other room next door, because of the shocking thin wall that separates the two rooms

Parking is over 40 dollars per night that we never were aware of, that is a building next to the hotel I would recommend checking with the staff and doing some research like reading these reviews before going to hotels

Newly renovated, unlike some Garden Inns, this hotel has truly upscale accommodations I had a splendid stay until I went down for breakfast, finding a breakfast policy with absolutely no continental option for your $10 credit I had unknowingly walked in and acknowledged my credit at check in, declining the points add back offered

This was an annual Honors stay offered for Diamond members, the only redemption to this story If I had paid for this room I would be much more feisty 😇

Very good hotel for the price point and very conveniently located in Emeryville close to the Bay Bridge and Oakland Inside, it’s quiet, clean and most importantly, the beds are very comfortable! The neighborhood is safe with good shopping very close The downside is the property is aging and is showing signs of wear

Good maintenance is trying to keep up, but there are still flaws that will only be corrected with a major rehab No safe in the room and aging furniture Water pressure so-so $20 breakfast buffet that was not much better than what you’d see for free in other properties, so the dining room was empty at breakfast time with hot trays full standing for who knows how long But despite those problems, I would stay again It’s a good base to explore SF or the rest of the Bay Area and not too expensive That’s why I give four stars

The location is very convenient and the hotel is nice in appearance The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleanPlease note that you do have to pay $20 a day for parking which though I did notice that when we made the reservation, I thought that was a lot just to park

In my opinion, it should be free for choosing to stay there The breakfast was good but again, over priced They don’t have a pool but I was okay because I looked forward to the hot tub which was sadly closed when we were staying there So lots of plus’s and minuses but the location was worth it for our travel plans

I stayed here for one night, in one of the Queen rooms with the view of the bay/bridge If you can afford that I recommend itThe room was good, pretty updated

The bathroom was nice, modernThe service was professional and welcoming, politeThe location felt very safe, compared to other places in the cityWalkable to Fisherman’s Wharf area (20-30 min walk) The Ferry building is like a 2 minute walk – quick snack, ice cream, food, coffee, some small shops, etcIf I return to SF this hotel will be near the top of my list

Had the most pleasant stay in sf at the harbor hotel Got a room with a bay view for a great price (compared to most hotels in the area) I called in advance to add champagne to my room and requested to have a note written as a surprise for my partner which they accommodated! They even added in some little snacks and chocolates

Room was super quaint- very nicely decorated! Felt more like a bedroom than a hotel Bathrooms very updated and modern Loved the halo light mirror The hotel had valet which was convenient We had dinner at Ozumo next door which the hotel website had advertised for – it was superb And the fact that it’s next door adds to the ease of convenience especially in such a busy area Lobby was also very nicely decorated and inviting They have bikes available for guests to use too! Loved the hotel would 10/10 recommend

Neighborhood Home Buyers

We loved it here! When we arrived they helped with our luggage and Devin and Jevon were so nice, accommodating and very helpful They gave us great tips on places to visit while our stay in SF All the staff was very nice and helpful

The rooms were nice, clean and had a comfortable bed They have complimentary coffee, tea and donuts in the morning There’s bikes you can take for a stroll at no charge and free wine tasting from 5pm-6pm The hotel was super cute with beautiful views from our room over the bay We’ll be staying here from now on when visiting SF Loved everything about this hotel!

Great location Fun lobby Great outdoor courtyard, including several fire pits and a unique form of ping pong in a tube — very fun! Fun game area inside with pool tables, ping pong, a selection of board games, TVs, etc – plenty of kids clearly loving it

Room was basic but niceUnexpectedly hard to sleep in the mornings with the sea lions on Fisherman’s Wharf constantly making a ruckus — but that’s just part of the location

Overall my stay here has been disappointing I paid close to 300 dollars for a room without a working refrigerator This place also charges a 35 dollar ammendities fee

I contacted the front desk to which the receptionist was quick to send someone with a replacement By the time someone came in with a fridge the employee checked the current fridge and said it was still good To add a dash of condescension he stated “hotel fridges aren’t like home fridges” he then left in less than a minute and did not switch the fridge I have been to multiple hotels before so I know how “hotel fridges function” Fast forward 3 hours later my items in my fridge are still room temp At this point I have decided it’s not worth my time to pursue this further I will never return to this hotel and I recommended anyone considering coming here also consider that staff may be short and condescending To top things off the restroom exhaust fan stopped working mid day I assume at one point this place was a quality hotel For 300 dollars I expect a hospitality to match

Excellent location to use public transit and see fisherman’s wharf Lobby was fun and playfulRoom was missing a fridge, mentioned this to the front desk and was told it was because we booked through a third party site

Showed our reservation, and was given more attitude and told the fridges are just for the higher end rooms Carpet was coming up in the room and sink didn’t drainNot afraid to pay but i do expect a bit better treatment**In response to Tony, just to clarify, we booked directly through Hotel Zephyr’s website, and the confirmation listed a fridge as an in room amenity When this was shown to your staff, the attendant replied that only high end rooms have fridges We enjoyed SF, but felt the impression has already been made unfortunately

Great location Beautiful setting Staff is SO nice that it’s almost impossible to say enough about how great they are!Only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the fixtures and furnishings are looking a bit down at the heels and that’s not quite appropriate

Time for a bit of a refreshMy bathroom shower was giant and fancy but I couldn’t get the water quite hit enough no matter how much I fiddled with that Grohe temp setting

Juliana Schroeder

I had a truly horrific experience The room cost more than $800 and there was just one issue after another The worst was that there was a 3 hour wait to get a crib, which was set up so that it folded halfway through the night and almost killed my baby

I was calling customer service for hours and when they finally answered they said “oh sorry, we were busy” Busy at midnight? That’s a ridiculous lie, they just didn’t have any manning the desk Later on, the woman at the front desk had no idea about any of the events going on My husband left his phone at the pool and then they refused to let him get it back after the pool area closed He literally didn’t have a phone all night long until I went in and negotiated with them in the morning Then housekeeping came by at 7 am and knocked loudly on the door for like 5 minutes The wake up call we definitely didn’t need I can say without a doubt that this was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in my life

Kerry Wilson

We really enjoyed our escape to the gorgeous Claremont The building has been beautifully updated with modern decor and features, yet it maintains historic elements and charm The hotel’s location on the edge of Berkeley allows for a quiet getaway, yet it’s a short, safe walk from the shops and restaurants of College Avenue

Highly recommend upgrading to a room with a view of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge

The indoor pool is clean and refreshing! Laundry machines are on the second floorThe staff quickly responds to our different needs!

Stayed here for two nights and felt the hotel was adequate at best Clearly an older hotel that could use a renovation Checked in and the first room we got reeked of weed

Changed rooms and new room had no soap which we then had to call down to the front desk for On the day we checked out the a/c broke and room temp got up to 77 degrees We also brought out dog and was charged a $100 pet fee, which is fine, but then we come to find out when we check out that we were supposed to get a pet bed and dog bowl Would have been nice if they offered that when we arrived and not when we left Overall, a pretty poor stay and will not be staying here again

The property is small however it’s still decent and super close to tons of Shopping and Restaurants, not including the Bay St Mall which is only a 2min walk from the hotel There’s ample security patrol, and they lock the doors from dust to dawn basically and you’ll need your key to get on the elevators The view from the 7th (highest floor) was lovely, it’s always nice to see the San Francisco Bay Area!! I was lucky to stay for breakfast which was complimentary and the full hot breakfast was available

the portion was small to me but it was complimentary 🤗 I may stay again in the future

I initially didn’t think that the hotel I picked for a wedding hotel block would matter that much, but I can’t overstate how happy I am that we ended up picking Four Points We had a huge block–50 rooms John Yee, the Director of Sales, was amazing to work with

He helped us resolve numerous issues, such as someone booking four rooms when they meant to book five He coordinated with our wedding shuttle buses as well The rest of the staff was great, too The rooms were also nice–they were clean and modern, but not in an IKEA way Many wedding guests told us how much they liked the hotel and how helpful they were I don’t think that’s normalWorth noting: We had so many rooms and most people were booking king rooms, so eventually Four Points started running out of king rooms and the procrastinators got stuck with double rooms Probably not usually an issue

Amy Chaffin

The hotel clerk at check-in was kind But what the website advertised and what we got were 2 very different thingsWe reserved a corner balcony room

Unfortunately the balcony view consisted of a storage shed, some trash cans, and nearby Powell Street Bottom line, if you pay for the corner, it is not worth it if you end up on the 2nd floorThis situation would have been fine for work travel For leisure, because leisure time is so rare for us, we were hoping for something more consistent with the website photo
