If I could put negative stars I would! Our room had NO towels When we called down to ask for some, no answer on the phone When we walked downstairs, nobody was at the desk…we waited for 45 minutes for an employee

Nobody ever came! Our room had RAZOR BLADES on the floor Hair clumps LOTS of hair clumps in the bed! Nobody cared when we called to bring these items to their attention We were simply told “Oh yeah, this is common for our hotel Nothing unusual there!” Management will not call us back and bother to even try to make things right! We paid $300 for one night in the most DISGUSTING and FILTHY hotel ever I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!!! GROSS

J Califas

Room smelled wierd The pillows were missing pillow covers and the sheets looked kinda dirty There was a hair scrunchy in the shower from the prior guest

We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to address this Customer service was good but I wish they paid better attention to cleanliness so it would avoid the trouble of bothering them to fix Will most likely not be staying here again

D Haigler

Our stay started off by entering a room that wasn’t prepped for a stay, the couch and table were flipped as if someone just got done with sleeping in the room So we had to go back and show the front desk and they gave us a new room Got all tucked into bed when we woke up the AC had gone out in the room to another room move so we moved rooms in less then 24hr period very inconvenient

When we finally got settled in the 3rd floor was very very hot and it had an odor as smelled if they just did a carpet cleaning, and with 100degree heat it didn’t mix well I would truly say that The gentleman at the front desk his name was Felipe helped us with a friendly smile and felt like he was doing everything in his power to male us feel welcome But overall wasn’t satisfied with the hotel The last thing that was inconvenient, in the description they had a spa but when we went out to check it out it was cemented in which sucked

Candice at the front desk was very helpful after I had to wait at the front desk over an hour to see some one If Candice wasn’t scheduled for the day I may have never been helped Due to her professionalism I was accommodated in a timely matter

She was able to provide me and my veteran husband assistant to our room, and gave us great suggestions for entertainment in the area Candice gave me the customer service your establishment is lacking

I stayed 04 May 2022 I’ve never written a review before however, this hotel was by far the best I’ve been at so I felt I needed to write this I travel often and this time I was on a budget going to Morongo Casino

I ended up getting a very good deal for a clean and comfortable room with breakfast included The service I received from the hotel staff was unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at I can tell they care a lot about their customers and business I Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will definitely be back again

Carla Wiersema

Here we go, this is one you gotta watch out forThis is called a casino and outlet mall, suggesting you may expect a resort type of stay There’s outlet mall or casino anywhere near the property

When we walked into the room and the bar of soap on the bathroom vanity was open and used There were two bath towels and one hand towel The hand towel had been used and one of the bath towels was stainedThe bath tub was slippery and scummy on the bottomSo— if you’re a Wyndham reward member, and you use points to stay here, expect a 750 point stay

Time 4 Dirt

Site 414 Had No cell coverage for our Verizon phones After a drive through the park we found Cell coverage only works in lower part of the parkOur Site was not level at all

We carry a lot of leveling blocks and are not even close to level still nose down with 4 2x8s and Jack at max extension Side to side level took one board under left side We Had to get more lumber in town to level travel the trailer from front to rearThe campground Rules state no scooters yet we saw them all day long… Everyone must wear helmet on bikes ect yet no one does and no one is making sure people follow rulesWe had a Great breeze every evening starting around 4pm that lasted a couple hoursThe bathrooms and showers were clean The pool looked really nice and was quite busy our entire stayThe setting of this camp ground is beautiful We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again

D’Andra Alcon

Rick is amazing! He will go above and beyond for anyone and is so helpful! If I could give him a 100 out of 5 stars I so would and the park is so beautiful! This is the only good thing about this place! Now on the other hand one of the park rangers here is so rude! He’s not helpful and I had the worst experiences with him and I get along with EVERYONE! If you stay there you will find out quickly who it is One of the incidents my husband had with him is when he went at 4:30 pm to fill our propane tank, which they close at 5, this ranger stated to him “I was hoping to leave here early, but I guess I’ll fill it”One, that’s your job and two, you don’t close till five and three, it’s still daylight so don’t be freaking lazy! The other rangers are nice and mind their own business

From the time I started staying here till now the park has gone down a ton I have noticed they don’t have as many employees AND don’t count on doing your laundry here The washer and dryers are horrible!

Nick McGrew

First and foremost, this is about management, shady and false advertisement and poor maintenance, NOT the rangers, who are amazing Lets start with false advertising

The website lists a market, a clubhouse and a cafe as amenities All of which are closed due to “construction” which looks like its being performed by a less than optimal contractor and is going VERY slowly Nowhere does it tell you that these things are not available or that they are closed I literally walked into the market and was told “oh sorry were closed” When I asked when they would be opened, I was told “We wont” Again, no telling of this prior to booking and no signage anywhere on the site I was also under the impression when I booked that I was booking and paying for a full hookup site Well that is not the case Only about 10 sites have full hook ups, out of almost 300 It is also first come first serve Meaning a 10 foot pop up can come in and take a spot that is meant for a 30 plus foot rig and the person with the bigger unit will be forced to try and find a spot they can squeeze in to This is shady and false advertising I would have booked somewhere else completely had I known this prior The sites are poorly maintained and harshly unlevel and sloping, and in many cases the hookups have black garbage bags tied over them Not to mention the high pressure sales we saw going on for membership! We will not be returning to this or ANY Thousand Trails ever again TRAVELER BEWARE!!!

We had an amazing time celebrating our wedding at this stunning venue Harris was great to work with and we couldn’t have imagined a better place get married at We also had a lot of family and friends come in from overseas so the house with all the bedrooms and cottages were a perfect fit for a fun weekend stay

We highly recommend this beautiful place and would do it all over again 🙂

James Peng

My wedding party and I stayed at Khyra Beaucrest Ranch for my wedding at Serendipity Gardens, about 10 minutes up the hill Our wedding would not have been the same without Harris and the Ranch It is so close to the venue while also offering a ton of space and common areas for the wedding party to hang out and relax before and after the event

The property is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, and Harris is responsive, friendly, and very accommodating Though we did not get married at Khyra Beaucrest Ranch, I imagine it would be a great venue as well, but was a truly incredible stay for getting married at Serendipity

Andrew Smart

We had an amazing stay at Khyra Beaucrest Ranch The Mansion was fantastic and so comfortable The kitchen was very large and perfect for cooking

Our plush bedroom had a great ensuite bathroom The panoramic views are incredible, there are 15 acres of grounds and the swimming pool was refreshing and relaxing I look forward to returning!

I worked here for 2 summers and a Spring Break and it was amazing! God provides for the camp and fills it with His Holy Spirit and it is evident to everyone who goes there I loved working there and man was the food incredible! Very well organized, very safe, and very well managed For the vision and the intention that started and continually runs this camp, God certainly has done an amazing work in the lives of the people that have been there! God Bless

Joseph Kealoha

I was a guest at Miles High Pines Camp the summer of 2013 as a counselor and it was an amazing experience The staff was extremely loving and welcoming and I ended up having what felt like one of the quickest weeks of my life! There was a ton of fun activities that the kids thoroughly enjoyed (that I also had a blast being a part of) I would highly suggest this camp for a church or non church group

God presence is shown not only in the beautiful scenery but in the staff members who shine Christ’s light through their actions

If you like great water pressure and friendly staff, this hotel is for you If you have trouble on too-soft mattresses, not to worry – these mattresses are firm and solid If you like a community feel, hearing your neighbors in their rooms will make you feel a part of it all

Did I mention the friendly, helpful staff? They are the best part of this Quality Inn Very nice and truly helpful Good price too

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at, not worth the money The air did not work, opened the window to get some fresh air, the screen was broken The room smelled disgusting and the sheets were dirty

The sheets had tons of hair all over themCalled the front desk to see if linen could be provided, they said they only had towels I gave it a 1 star only because the tv was nice

Bennett Densmore

Finally got the room and was getting ready to go out, and within 10 minutes the front desk guy CAME INTO OUR ROOM No knock or anything Made my girlfriend so unconfutable we almost left to go somewhere else

He said he had a list of rooms to check to see if they got cleaned, but he JUST checked us in like For real?Waited 45 minutes because there were 3 people in the lobby and they were taking forever to check people inPaint everywhere, broken toilet, leaky faucets, stains on the floor, TV didnt work, or at least it didnt until I fixed it myself And basically $200/night for this? Ive stayed in motel 6’s next to mexico that were in better shape than this room Cleaning people dont know how to clean Painters dont know how to paint, front desk guy doesnt understand privacy Probably THE worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Convenient easy parking for large vehicles Very friendly helpful staff Restaurants, gas stations, grocery store and pharmacy all in walking distance

We have a large vehicle with very expensive equipment and hotels are always a concern Hotel reserved us a spot up front and put a camera on the vehicle for extra security without us even asking or voicing any concerns Hotel is well kept, clean and the owner actively engaged in all activities and know who is guests are giving extra security and good personal relationship It felt like staying with family We stay in 100’s of hotels each year this one will definitely be a go to when in the area Rooms are large and spacious and they serviced them everyday

Randy Percy

Horrible stay Room was decent but nothing special The manager was definitely overachieving

Tells you from the gate that if you smoke anywhere but a designated canopy you will be kicked out Stayed in the honeymoon suite for 2 nights Was told at check out he was keeping our deposit for some missing LED lights that were never there in the first place Don’t plan on getting your deposit back he will make up some fairy tale to keep your money

Sara

Update: I called to ask around 6-7 AM if they had late checkout available (it said online they did) and everyone in the front desk staff said the latest checkout was 12 PM and it would be an extra $20 and they make no exceptions whatsoever to this policy The shower was also having major issues in terms of being workable I offered to pay extra but didn’t want to stay for a whole additional night because of work the following day

I simply asked for a 1 or 2 PM checkout time and offered to pay them $10-20 additional per hour Instead I woke up to some random person knocking on the door trying to get us to leave around 10 or 11 AMThis is unbelievable considering the prices for the room were already so grossly elevated due to a local festival ($480 for 2 nights with a shower that was nearly impossible to operate)

My son and I were traveling so that he could take his SAT at Yucaipa High School, and this Inn was very close It was perfect for what we needed 2 queen beds, had refrigerator and a microwave

Room was clean yet simple The price point was great and it was 2 miles from where he had to take the test I actually left my duffel bag in the room and the manager called me letting me know I had left it there That shows the integrity and honesty of the staff and management It is a great place to stay and there’s great restaurants in walking distance as the night clerk had let me know Check out New York Pizzeria, definitely go to George’s Market, and for retro arcade fun go to Retrovolt Arcade

Audie Alexander

Checked in, ate In-N-Out, slept for 10 hours, took a shower and checked out For some reason the owner then accused me of smoking in my room and acted like he was doing me a favor giving back my 40 dollar deposit I’ve never smoked a day in my life, and the whole exchange felt super shady

So I’ll leave a review The bed was hard as a rock, room felt unclean, hot water took way too long to get hot, no shampoo in the broken dispenser on the wall and the tv is as old as dirt All just the bare minimum that shows a lack of general care The most interesting thing is that in the morning the front office smelled so terribly of some kind of strong odor that my jacket actually stinks just from standing at the window There’s another motel a few miles down the road in calimesa, it’s a little more but you won’t deal with any shady dealings Definitely won’t be coming back

The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially the sales team We were able to book a cabin the same day we signed up! The sales team was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to work with us on our unique situation so we could swing the membership We’re happy campers for sure! The park was small but we enjoyed the facilities and there were activities geared towards everyone in the family, even our furry little guy!!

Hector Garcia

I’ve been here many times before and have had a great experience! A Man driving in a kart passed by saw me struggling trying to fire up the grill, went filled up our Propane tank to the Grill that was included in our stay and was so helpful and nice! Great prices on meals, make your own ice cream day add toppings

Activities are fun! Very sweet and friendly at the youth center, I do understand some thing’s are taking a while to repair due to COVID-19! I do wish staff can limit the amount of time people reserve tables by the pool or atleast tell them if they are going to be gone for a while to please be considerate!

Luis Rivera

Their proximity to the interstate, makes it noisy 24/7 Could use some repairs; picnic tables, power connection stands (those hit by vehicle) Their male restroom could use a good cleaning

I happen to go in after it was “cleaned” and saw feeces splattered on the wall behind the commode Nice pond that could use a bit more TLC Witnessed a tenant drive up to the pond area, carried his small dog to do it’s business and failed to scoop the poop The spa is not enclosed contrary to brochure The dog walk area is just a fenced up patch of dirt Fruit trees were awesome and allowed to pick fruits It’s almost funny how they use this park to entice RVers to join the Colorado River Adventure Club, not with that park in those conditions They can keep their club and $500 annual maintenance fee (what maintenance?)
