This hotel is very clean and orderly, and there is a quaintness about it, with lots of little narrow stairways etc The staff is courteous The location is great- we loved being able to be ‘at home’ in Cambridge in a more residential area, it definitely had a local feel

There is tea and coffee and chocolates in a common area, which was nice However everything is very outdated…it didn’t look like a single piece of furniture had been upgraded or replaced in at least 30 years, and a lot was chipped or threadbare It is basically the quality of a hostel, but with private rooms The shower and shower curtain grossed me out a bit- it was perfectly clean but just stained from age, and claustrophobic The mattress was super hard and springy and had a noisy plastic mattress protector The bathroom fan made an awful noise and turned on whenever the light was on The water in the toilet in our bathroom would not stop running, and the room smelled musty I literally bought a glade plug in air freshener from CVS to mask the smell Also there was no security latch, bolt, or chain on the inside of the room door, which did not make me feel comfortable- anyone with a key could enter at any time If I had paid $60-70 a night or something I would have been like ‘everything was old but it was a great deal!’ However it was like $200 a night after taxes Way too much money for how outdated the accommodations were If I had known what it was like I would have spent a little more on a different hotel

Matteo Antognoli

The inn is pleasant and not expensive compared to the area nearby downtown Most importantly it is well connected by Bus 1 and the red train line The Staff cares about cleaning your room

It is friendly and available to help you Although some improvements could be made (especially to the noisy AC and the mattresses), the place is fine for a short period like a vacation or a conference It has wifi and comfortable chairs in front of the main door

Yunyan Li

Great ambiance with historic feel! The staff was so friendly – I found out the day before my freedom trail tour that mobile pass won’t work and I need to print a physical copy, front office staff gladly let me sent email with the pass and printed for me in the office – saving me walking out in 99F heat to get it printed somewhereI also loved the common area/family room and the kitchen/dining/entertainment area in the basement I have enough room to lay out my two screens and practically all by myself with cool air beating the extreme heat outside

Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a walking-distance location to Harvard square’s fun and chic restaurants!

OMG what a nightmare! We booked the room 6 months in advance based on the nice Victorian room pics on website Then when we checked in, he put us in the house next door with super small rooms, used garage sale furniture, old 20” tv (non smart tv) and nothing like the photos advertised! I went back to hallway and caught him walking in and told him this is unacceptable because we booked the Victorian rooms He said others paid more for rooms so they got the Victorian rooms

I told him this is a bait and switch and he stormed off while I was still talking to him Then we pulled covers back to check the sheets and there was a black hair on pillow case and a stain on sheet My wife called on phone and asked if they could change the sheets? He yelled at her “you don’t like, you can leave right now!”… I started looking around for hidden cameras thinking surely we must be getting punked for a new reality show on Air BnB’s! It was like the soup guy in the Seinfeld TV series! This all happened in first 10 minutes of arriving We checked hotels in area and all were booked so had stay here But wait it gets better, upon leaving room to check out, the lock broke on door and we were literally locked inside our room and had to wait until someone could open door with key from outside! I won’t even mention the towels from Dollar store or the dirty trash cans never emptied outside on porches etc Also they advertise as Bed & Breakfast but they Do Not serve breakfast They don’t even have fruit or water or anything like that You’ve been warned!!!

Miro Gavin

Not for germaphobes The covid precautions seem okay, but disinfected and sterile dirt on the sheets is still dirt on the sheetsAlso, they had MOLD GROWING on the air conditioner

It’s cold so it accumulates water, grows mold, and then because it grows on the air conditioner, the conditioner blows the mold spores everywhere So disgusting, but I haven’t gotten sick yet

Honestly

Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating & lovely staff However, when booking we were told certain amenities would be available such as a TV only to find out later that televisions aren’t offered in a particular building belonging to the facility Not so upsetting, considering I had my own technology, however, that plus the lack of soap and other basic accommodations (hair dryer, etc

) was a little unsettling The manager did his best to accommodate with this and parking Beautiful surrounding areas including a farm and other historic sites nearby in Cambridge Again, in terms of customer satisfaction, it leaves a lot to be desired

Stayed here for Boston Marathon 2022 and it was the perfect hotel for this Location was great, next to the station meaning that we could get anywhere without having to walk too farRoom was well sized for the city center and the bed was comfortable

We didn’t hear much in the way of noise either from other rooms or outside – our location was in the back half of the hotel but facing towards the front and on the top floorStaff were polite and helpful Fridge is included in the room but coffee machines would have to be requested – we just went to Dunkin next door

Matt Blanchard

We booked a room with two queen beds When we get there, they tell us that they overbooked and only had a room with one king bed and a pull out couch We booked months in advance and somehow they didn’t have the room we booked

Then they tried to play it off as a “free upgrade” even though it seems as more of a lateral swap than an upgrade They then tell us they “waived the amenity fee” for not having the room ready That would be nice if the rooftop was actually open to more than just private bookings… At least it was walking distance to Fenway, but definitely not a 4 star stay that’s for sure Probably would’ve been a little less harsh of a critic if the staff were not acting as if they were doing us a favor

MOLLY BLACK

Decided to celebrate my 30th birthday in the big city and were going to be around the Fenway Park area so this hotel was picked for the good reviews and the convenience of location I cannot say that the price tag was worth it however Although my overall stay was good and I was content for the most part, there are some things that I was alittle disappointed with

ROOM SERVICE- when we asked about it (if we would be able to order food to our room late-10pm-midnight) we were told that unfortunately they didnt have that option anymore and only breakfest was offered at a certain time Although that was disappointing, totally get it- with covid restrictions still kinda being a thing and maybe they’re limited staffi get ithowever they did charge me a resort fee and so part of me is wondering how they are not offering all there amenities but charging like they are Secondly was the resturant and bar we asked if that was going to be open lateagain strict open and closing times 8pm again that’s fine but eh PARKING- a bit annoying that they only offer valet parking at $68 per night but then againgiven their location I get it Special requests – so since we were celebrating my birthday, my sister had called prior to see if they could do something simple (like a note – saying welcome , happy birthday) or maybe some towel animals or something And they told her that they werent offering that sort of service anymore at this time but the least they could do was send up some chocolate candies or something When we got there, there wasnt anythingnot a big deal but kinda annoying Also although it was a room booked for 2 ppl only had one bathrobewhich was hidden away in the closet (so we didnt even realize it was there at first) other then that , all employees were super friendly and room was clean and comfortable and was very happy with our view of Fenway Park from our window!!

Had an awesome stay here for an overnight work trip At check-in, I had Daniela – we chatted about the countries she’s lived in, best restaurants to try nearby, and things I’d be interested in doing She gave me the heads up about the renovated fitness center (which was the best I’ve had at a hotel) and swapped me to a room on a higher floor with this view

Fantastic experience with her and my stay overall Walking distance to central square, great room, had a very nice experience here

Gabriela Contreras

It was snowing outside, looks to me that the hotel was either being renovated or it was under a kind of construction but it didn’t matter I had a couple of good night sleep, the king size bed was very comfortable, sheets soft and warm, bathroom was clean and well organized, shower a little small, you can’t take a shower with your partner since there is only room for one On that weekend there was not real food but only a small deli menu that I didn’t try, I really don’t know if it was because the storm going on or because the lack of kitchen employees because the pandemic

The few employees that I had contact with were polite and helpful

Eric Oporto

My normal hotels were not close by when I visited Boston for two nights to see a concert, so I decided to try Hyatt instead—and I’m so pleased I did! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and memorable as possible, despite the hotel being fairly busy In particular, the check-in ladies operating the member’s lane were outstanding Everything felt considerate, from trying to open up a room with extra early check-in despite initially only asking to have my bags stored to switching my reservation for a much better accommodation with a balcony

Although it was too hot to stroll outside, all of my ride shares were inexpensive and the valet team provided cold water whenever I exited the hotel

Nice room with all of the typical amenities They truly appreciate Bonvoy status with multiple helpful perks Breakfast is yummy! Drinks were good

All the staff were friendly and helpful! (Used points to book the room on a holiday/graduation weekend otherwise might not feel so blessed) Room costs much more affordable for the next day if we were staying

JoAnne Rice

Beautiful hotel and every staff member encountered were wonderful and kind It is pricy but you get what you pay for as they say The rooms were clean and well decorated

As other posters have mentioned there’s no parking The garage is less then 500ft away I did take off a star due to ice machines being down and there is no clear menus for the restaurant and its unclear where it even is located

Johannes Krokeide Kolberg

Fairly well-maintained compared to most alternatives, and decent value for the area The restaurant was surprisingly goodMinus for front desk personnel having to get manager approval for the simplest things — but to its credit, the hotel properly followed up on that feedback

Booked a one night weekend stay on a whim, then decided to go a different weekend

when we called to cancel, the hotel said that it was too late and would charge us a fee that would be nearly the cost of the whole thing (less than 12 hrs after we first booked) Deciding to roll with it, we went anywayApparently the advertised free parking garage does not have enough parking for every guest, so after we checked in, we were advised to not move the car so we ended up taking a taxi everywhereThe breakfast served bad eggs (sour) and was generally below average quality for the type of hotel This was also the first time I’ve ever seen a tip jar at a continental breakfast with both attendants sitting guard , watching it the entire time we were thereThe room we stayed in had a faint musty smell reminiscent of mildewy AC, but was cleaned decently It was also right next to the elevators so there were some pretty loud noises, but thats not the hotel’s fault (unsure if this was a last resort sort of room or if they aren’t aware)Other than that, everything else was par for the course Overall not horrific but on the bad side of “fine”

Jocelyn Kanoff

The service at the hotel was atrocious Although we understand places are short-staffed, getting housekeeping 1 out of 8 days seems extreme Also, the staff seemed surprised that we wanted our room trash taken out every 2 days, and did not make it easy to get more coffee or towels delivered (you had to go get these yourself)

When a trashcan was a bit dirty (because they don’t offer plastic trash bags) the housekeeping handed it to us and told us to rinse it out in our bathtub! For the price of the hotel, we expected better service

Margia Ahmed

The hotel was good! But they didn’t give any room service during our six days Stays! Also, the chef from the breakfast area was very rude Before leaving the hotel I went there and wanted to gave to thank her for her service she didn’t even replied which is very awkward Unless anyone doesn’t need any fresh towels or room service the hotel was not that bad!

We visited Boston for a family reunion and received a very reasonable block group rate on the suites Excellent location, close to public transportation, and the staff were super friendly and accomodating The Gym is clean and has the equipment I wanted

There is a Wednesday social with appetizers in the dining area Beautiful outdoor patio with a grill to relax with family and/or friends Breakfast is good, free parking and a restaurant a few steps away The suites are spacious and clean Had a wonderful stay Will not hesitate to stay here again

Mary Lee & Troy Brawley

Great location if visiting Cambridge or Arlington The availability of a restaurant and drugstore next door was a plus Room was clean and comfortable

While we did not use these amenities, we were impressed to see a nice exercise space and laundry facility Love that it is pet friendly even though this visit we did not bring our dog The proximity to family will make this hotel quite useful to us in the future

Vero Hall

We’ve been to this hotel three times Every time we had a great time! If I could clone this hotel and take it with us everywhere we go, I would Here’s what we like about it:- rooms with two queen beds and a living-room space with couch, chairs, Tv, and working kitchen

it’s like an Airbnb that you don’t have to clean when you check out-every time we needed something, they accommodated us (eg, check out late; they offered the breakfast for our guests for free; one of on kids had an accident on the sheets, no worries here’s new everything without any negative commentary)-the breakfast is free and decently diverse-there is a laundry room and a gymThe only thing I wish they had was a working restaurant during the day so we can have lunch and dinner there and not have to make it a trip around town with our kids for food We didn’t have a car on these trips so a restaurant in the hotel would have helpedOverall, from us, a clear recommendation!Thank you!

The actual hotel was lovely, the room was clean, the staff was amazing But DO NOT eat or drink at this hotel One of the night desk employees went on and on about how amazing the breakfast was, online it said it was 20 a person

My family was on board to try it We got there at 830, on the weekends they open at 8 The food was BARELY warm It was powered eggs, bacon, sausage and some potatoes The pastries were are frozen and thawed The “chef special” was perhaps the grilled zucchini? It was a pitiful breakfast spread The coffee literally assaulted my mouth it was so burnt and bitter Than the second pot was a watery mess They brought us the bill and it was 31 bucks an adult and 10 for my 6 year old I spent 100 bucks on a breakfast spread that was no better than the free breakfast at a comfort inn And the wine prices?! Holy hell 2 glasses of wine cost over 55 dollars! And we didn’t get super fancy wine I looked up the prices on both and I basically paid for the price of the bottle with one glass Not worth the money I literally bought a 1299 for a bottle of wine that tasted just as good Great hotel, horrible pricing on mediocre food

Jessica Bailey

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and hot tub While the room was as expected, bed comfortable

the pool left MUCH to be desired Bottom line, it was gross The pool water was brown legit brown Not to mention the yellow scum-line The hot tub was the same but be sure to add the floating hair balls and no joke, large sand/dirt granules covering the bottom As if it has never been vacuumed So disgusted and disappointed! All that said, the pool gets 0 stars (negative if that were possible) but the front desk staff were very nice, helpful at check in Oh, and paying almost $50/night for parking on top of the room charge is ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS!! If I wanted to get real petty, I could also mentioned that the TV had no guide so you have to click into each channel to see what’s on Ugh Probably will NOT stay here again sure I can find something better than this in BostonI do not recommend this hotel if you are interested in the pool area

Nik Rama

I absolutely love this hotel in Boston Staff are extremely helpful, and rooms and amenities are kept pristine The food served in the restaurant is excellent, and we grabbed several pizzas from there throughout our stay

Next to the check in area, there is a great place for cold food and snacks as well as a professional coffee machine Hilton diamond members get $18 credits per person per day for up to two people This means you are able to use your credit on any snacks or restaurant foodI really like that they have an indoor pool which is excellent and a pretty good sizeThey have four elevators that are really fast, and the close and open door buttons are extremely responsive The elevators have glass windows pointing inwards so that you could see the entire hotel as you go up and downOne of the best parts is that they have a free shuttle bus every hour that will take you to certain locations This is excellent if you need to be dropped off near the Harvard area and I don’t want to deal with finding an Uber or LyftOverall, this was a great hotel and a great experience and I would stay here again

The overall aesthetic of the location is welcoming and beautiful The check-in process was effortless and the staff was friendly The room overall was a great space and I loved the under sink lighting of the bathroom

They offer a lounge robe and FULL SIZE shampoo and conditioner, this was a welcome surprise The restaurant was also great, food/drinks/service Will definitely be my go to for future stays

Katherine Rudzki

My now-husband and I stayed here for our wedding week We got a room block for our guests as well The process was easy, and the hotel staff was lovely! Our guests really enjoyed the amenities

We were able to take out a couple of their kayaks onto the Charles, that was an excellent touch There is delicious coffee in the morning at the lobby, and wine hour in the evening! We would definitely recommend the MarloweThe only downsides – there is construction going on next door that started very early (7am!!) Try to get a room that faces outward so you aren’t hearing the noise echo through their courtyard The driveway was also obstructed by cones for the construction, which made it difficult for Uber/Lyft to see the entry Basically, if there wasn’t any construction the stay would have been flawlessThanks again to the staff! They were a great ray of sunshine for our stay

ZA

Stayed here for one night over a weekend, and while I wasn’t able to take advantage of some of the hotel’s offerings due to the short stay, I left a little disappointed We stayed in the studio king suite which was spacious and updated, but some of the bathroom fixtures needed some TLC Our room had a connected room and through the connecting door we could hear everything going on in the room next door as if they were actually in our room

Additionally, I ordered a single bottle of wine for room service delivery from the hotel restaurant An hour after I was told it would be up in 15 minutes I had to call down to just cancel it (only after being put on a hold) Not the most inconvenient thing for us, but if we had just checked in after long travels it would not have been a pleasant night

The location can’t be beat Close to the T to go straight into Cambridge and close to the reserve and minuteman trail One direction city, one direction choice suburban green life

Rooms have everything you need Self serve laundry on site Gorgeous park directly across the street Friendly staff Sound Carries but they give you white noise machines Bar has a moderate social scene Gym on site and blue bikes right around the corner Cute cafe an 7 minute walk 18 mi Ute walk to Whole Foods and essentials I love this spot!

Drew Acoff

The location was dope and the service was great, however the hotel was clearly designed in the least functional way possibleThe bathroom door is translucent, unlockable, and not even slightly soundproof The toilet is square for some reason (the human butt is round, square seats = pain)

There is one microwave per floor, next to the “hydration station” which was an ice machine and water machine, both lacking cups The TV was very slow to respond to the remote (it took 5+ seconds to react to each button click) Breakfast is not complementary and the pool is the size of a hot tubOverall it felt like the hotel itself was putting on the facade of a luxury experience but I feel like I was in a cheap motel

radja sharma

Really disappointing! Room service every 4 days!!!!Marriott as a brand is going down the drain! As titanium bonvoy no upgrades ever No room service Might aswell stay in a ghetto!Room shortchanged

Power points don’t work! Lamps without bulbs…wow it’s Marriott new standards!

They somehow managed to find the sweetest, most down to earth, polite and helpful staff members I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with Every single person I had contact with was an absolute delight! Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is dirty, with poor service and dishonest practicesWe paid $ 560/night for a room with king size bed Instead we were given a tiny dirty room with a queen bed with dirty sheets; there was a dirty sock in the bed, from the previous guest

Also the sheets had make-up stains The side table was stained, the bathroom was dirty, there was no hand soap in the bathroom A request for some shower gel to wash my hands with turned into a major problem with the front desk clerk The room had a very noisy refrigerator, the walls were badly stained The entire place looks dirty, tiered and unkempt, truly not by any means a Hilton No person should be subjected to such a treatment They should shut down this hotel for a complete revamp including the management!

Decent location and very friendly employees The hotel very much is missing on most points Absolutely not a value at the price they’re asking and regret our stay

The rooms are quite old and dated, our window was cracked, peeling paint, cracked outlets, a bit of a mess Will say the bathroom was decent and where they concentrated on the last renovation Could have and should have gone further, will look elseware next visits to the area

We showed up in Cambridge not knowing what to expect Noah was at the front desk and made our stay absolutely perfect Helped get us amazing reservations for dinner, set us up with a beautiful room

After learning it was our anniversary, Noah made sure to make it special by having rose petals, charcuterie board, sparkling water! Will definitely be back! Amazing team! Thank you

The only reason I would stay at Hotel Buckminster is if you really want to be close to Fenway For the price, I was dissatisfied with the quality The hotel is outdated and the rooms are basic, but clean

Most rooms overlook air conditioning units, not Fenway The walls are thin and you can hear people in other rooms and hallways at all hours of the night The staff are friendly, but make mistakes I was put in the wrong room, and I was the one who caught the mistake When I brought it to their attention, I had to move rooms with no apology There were also issues running my credit card The lobby is the nicest place, but don’t let it’s grandness fool you, it goes downhill from there

The room was big but very dated and plain The staff was fantastic; we needed towels and they were to the room immediatelyI was somewhat puzzled that housekeeping kept trying to come in at 9am, usually you should do the rooms that are checked out of first, not the people who got in 10pm the night before

For the price, nothing was wrong with it and would likely stay there again

Sharon Wright

The staff were wonderful They let us check in 2 hours early The building itself is beautiful

Our room was very clean We got a deluxe Queen but it was very basic with a disappointing View of other hotel windows It was sufficient My only real complaint was the light switch to the bathroom was in the bedroom which was not good when I got up in the middle of the night and woke my husband

Reasonably priced Wonderful to have a kitchen and a target across the street with a Starbucks Hubby was a bit disappointed with breakfast options

Only reason for 4 stars is because there were a few things in our room (203) that weren’t 100%: toilet paper holder is loose so TP fell into trash can or In floor Living room black out curtains didn’t close & towel rack on outside of shower glass came off

Alyssa V

Overall this was a decent hotel and is literally just steps to Fenway There’s lots of amenities like a laundry room, rooftop pool, rooftop bar and lounge area, and a workout roomThe room I had was also fairly nice and it had a full kitchen

I had one or two small issues with the door, the shower, and the lights, but it was all pretty minor and didn’t affect me too much The one thing I didn’t care for was the noise; the doors are really heavy and you can hear them shutting in the hallway which was annoying

Joanne Grieco

Love this hotel – the one bedroom suites give you the best combo of space, kitchenette and cost of any hotel in Boston Super convenient to the Longwood Medical area, contemporary vibe and friendly staff Full breakfast included, and a rooftop terrace for city viewing with a cocktail

No restaurants on site, but the area has many wonderful choices Pet friendly! Will definitely return

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I’m sure!Amazing location and beautiful rooms Every single person working at the hotel from the concierge to each restaurant/bar is so nice and goes above and beyond to make your stay special

Nadia Vreeland

Writing this review as I continue to get no sleep staying at this hotel I am in disbelief at all of the good reviews for this place, which must be solely based on the location and atmosphere, because the beds at this hotel are awful When I say awful, I mean I spent a year backpacking through Europe staying at hostels, and slept better at every single one than I have slept here

When I stay at a “nice” hotel, I expect to sleep well Isn’t that the real goal here? I’m staying here with family for the long weekend, and I must say, so far I wish I stayed in my dorm on campus because my dorm bed is more comfortable Feels like sleeping on cardboard, and the rooms are so stuffy If you close your eyes while laying down you’d think you were sleeping in a Motel 6 If you plan on actually sleeping here, I wish you the very best of luck doing so

Niel K

Fantastic people at the front, spacious rooms and amazing breakfast in the morning at the little eatery there Had an Upgrade ready before I even opened my mouth, they had taken care of everything and explained the benefits of using a Platinum Card here The bar could have been better if they had a different bartender

If you’re in Cambridge, just stay here as I def would

Beautiful and affordable hotel in the Boston Area Each room features a different art They have a framed little bio about the artist for the particular room

The place smells amazing, especially the lobby area Very clean Comfortable bed and pillows Unfortunately their restaurant is closed although they still have a booklet describing it in the room and the sign with its name lit up at night Also, the AC was very loud in our room It was actually good white noise to put us to sleep but unfortunately it kept turning off and on which woke us up 3 times 😣 I ended up making the room colder than I would’ve like just to get some sleep the last couple of hours Other than that though it provided us proximity to Agganis Arena Parking included

So this was a trip for my graduation I normally stay in branded hotels (mainly for points), but this time, all hotels that the school recommended were booked So I booked here

I am so glad I did This place is just full of love and uniqueness It is in Boston, but when you are sitting in the patio, you are transported to a quint place somewhere in the south The service is perfect The folks are kind and willing to help with last minute changes Breakfast and parking is included, making this a reason for families to choose this hotel I loved it, love the people here and look forward to coming back and staying for much longer

Manmohit M. Chawla

The hotel was extremely clean and hygienic I would highly recommend the large river facing rooms, they have a gorgeous view The breakfast had a good variety of options

A big thank you to Sean, Katrina and Jonathan for all the hospitality and care You all were really welcoming and politeAlthough unlikely, if I do visit Boston again, this will be the hotel that I see myself in! Cheers

Our room was clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the staff was nice However, the hotel had an odor It smelled musty, and like people had been smoking inside

Parking for guests is $42 PER NIGHT, which I thought was insane considering the price per night, and the breakfast was $20 per person with pretty limited options

Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at but certainly not the best when it comes to courtyard Shortly before my arrival I received an email from one of the managers welcoming me to the hotel and asking me if there was anything they could do in advance that would make my stay More enjoyableI listed something very very simple only to find out when I got to the room my request had apparently fallen on deaf ears

Why even ask if you’re not going to accommodate something simple? When I got into the room it was very cold If you’re going to assign a room to someone in advance why not make it a comfortable temperature? The street the hotel is located on is extremely noisy with lots of traffic The alarm clock in the room went off at midnight, waking me from my sleep Also, the bathroom Was very dark and could use some updating and deep cleaning I travel to Boston monthly for work but will explore alternative options next time

Clean, slightly dated, but beautiful views from a fairly large queen room on the 14th floor looking across to Boston Nice Sushi restaurant in the lobby, which we stopped in for a snack and a cocktail I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash

it smells like eucalyptus and lavender, I thinkthe only oddity was the coffee makerit was this little plastic thing with special coffee bagsyou guys should have kurigs So much easier Beds were comfy and a variety of pillows added to the overall comfort I didn’t make it to breakfast so I can’t speak to that But I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Boston/Cambridge Very close to Harvard and Boston University Happy Travels!
