This was an awesome hotel! Clean Kind Comfortable and the food was great for hotel breakfast

We slept so well in their beds and really enjoyed their indoor pool and fitness center The TV had great channels to choose from and the staff were helpful My only recommendation would be for the staff to make the dark roast coffee stronger It tasted like light roast or breakfast blend Other than that, it was a great experience and we would stay again under the current management The decor felt up to date and the property was well kept inside and out Someone needs to give the current staff and management a raise in pay and acknowledge their hard work for such great service!

Mallory Ferguson

Had a wonderful visit! The room was both clean and quiet, with fantastic blackout curtains The staff was very helpful in answering my questions Breakfast had lots of options, and it was being replenished constantly

I appreciated how long breakfast hours were, as many places have such a short window for breakfast We enjoyed swimming in the indoor heated pool It was very clean, did not stink of too much chlorine like many pools do, and was as warm as a bath! So soothing!!!

Leslie Anderson

My friends and I booked 4 different rooms 3 of the 4 rooms were filthy Urine and hair on bathroom floors

A spit wad on the wall of one room Food found in pull-out sofa with dirty sheets Dirty sheets found on another pull-out sofa My room had no TV remote and the thermostat was broken so the temperature couldn’t be read accuratelyWe always had to request towels for the pool We had nine kids and four adults swimming but only given 3-4 towels at a time Staff didn’t empty trash cans or replace towels for any of us while we were gone all day Management was not responsive or helpful One friend’s room had the paper cups “cleaned up” and flavoring for her water taken by employee Cups were NOT replaced and left the entire family without any cups to drink fromMy friends noticed a slimy ring around the entire pool The pool is small with max capacity of 28Pillows were too soft None of us slept well the second night on the mattressesAdvantages:Great location for families It’s near Frontier City and the Science Museum It’s 10-15 minutes from downtown and shopping The indoor pool is small but heated! Breakfast was hot and excellent with many options, including eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, pastries, 3-4 types of juice, coffee, fruit, etc

Had a reservation but when I arrived there they didn’t have a room for me The front desk lady told me they were sold out for the night to find out the next morning they weren’t actually full by another employeeThese rooms do not have a microwave

I did not have a trash can in my room and my sink was dirty was mudThere is no complimentary breakfast, in fact it was $1295 plus a 91% sales tax, so nearly a $15 meal I had to stay the first night of my trip next door at the Hampton Inn and they had the same breakfast there for freeUpdate- I advised the staff that my sink needed to be cleaned and that I need a trash can in my room before I left for the day I returned and my room was not cleaned, sheets weren’t replaced, and still no clean sink or trash canAlso my shower would not heat up any more than luke warm

Jazmine Smooth

I walk into the building and the smell of animals hit my nose to the hundred power!!! Once I get to the room on the 4th floor, so I kick back ready to take a nice shower then I realize the bathroom door is shape like a barn with a sliding door that dosnt shut all the way no privacy at all also the floor I was on was packed instead of being spaced away from other residents I give this place a1 star

Nicole Richards

I wish there was an option for zero stars I drove across the country and this was the worst hotel that I stayed in anywhere in the US! The laundry, hot tub, ice maker, and refrigerator were out of order

I asked about the ice maker and was told to go to another floor to get it I got a rash from the bedsheets It has been several days and the rash will not go away I would 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I booked a 2 bedroom King suite for our family of four on a recent road trip About a week prior we received a call that the room wasn’t available due to remodeling and they needed to put us in a smaller King room I explained that we would gladly take the smaller room but that we need a sleeper sofa because we had two kids

I was told that wasn’t a problem When we showed up for our reservation we had to wait a bit (I understand staff has other priorities) and then were pushed through reception without even my ID being checked No recognition for Titanium status or mention of the room downgrade When we got up to the room it was a standard King room with a twin size sleeper sofa, not what we paid for and not even the reduction that we were told we would get Worst of all, I check my folio the next day and they still charged me the negotiated rate for the 2 bedroom suite Extra star is for cleanliness

This casino is always a lot of fun More so when you get a machine that’s hitting good, and that was exactly what happened here Played for several hours until I decided to go “All in”, but had a blast

Could have left $200 richer, but still had a good time with wife and friends Ended up going to the bar and grill just outside the main casino downstairs, and had some great food All in all, a great time

Timothy Morris

Well first off , when I walked in the door, it smelled so good my wallet basically emptied it’s contents right there on the floor lol Just kidding But it did smell nice

Not like complete smoke I didn’t win anything, and I normally don’t have much of a lucky streak, but this place was nice Good machines, clean, and had a good time

Charlotte Goetz

I used to love this casino Now never win It feels rigged

Another lady and i were winning about a year ago She was up 160000 I was up 50000 as soon as I pulled my players card out of the machineit immediately said DISABLED CALL ATTENDANT! That’s rigged It was hitting for an hour now curiously disabled I’ve lost last 3x I’ve played beautiful place tight slots

Rooms were clean and comfortable Had to request a remote for the TV Brought it right away

Bathroom door wont stay open Waste basket had to keep it held open Wasn’t aware of that when i hit ny head on the door handle Safety should be a priority All Hotel staff and housekeeping was amazing though

kampjogofit

It would be nice if there was a half a star option for this location Where should I start??? Two words BED BUGS! When it was brought to the attention of the ladies at the front desk, she was very nonchalant as if she knew about it When I checked in she gave me an upgrade

Nice upgrade to have been bitten on the right side of my should and upper back I had to replace my clothes This lady gave delayed empathy and offered to give me quarters to put my clothes in the dryer I came to Oklahoma with a purpose and putting clothes in the dryer with the intention of killing bed bugs was not part of that purpose I do appreciate one of the ladies that was there Saturday in the afternoon She was not aware of what happened but she immediately expressed GENUNINE Empathy I wish I would have seen her name to give her kudos So in a nutshell stay ay this hotel only if you want the “Red Bite Special”

Stayed for a night while in OKC for a concert The location is pretty close to some stores and a Mexican restaurant right next to it but there’s food at the hotel Breakfast is 6:00 Am to 9:00 Am I do believe

Reception is really nice aswell I didn’t get in the pool but it was probably pretty clean I didn’t care for the TV as there wasn’t really anything on but I didn’t expect there to be anything so I had a tablet Overall really good I would stay here again

Ashlyn Arellano

We’ve stayed here multiple times since my husband is working in the area, we always book through bookingcom and haven’t had an issue until this weeks stay They charged us through booking

com and the hotel, putting us in the negative They told us it was a hold on our card but they shouldn’t have done that and have never done it before in the multiple times we have stayed When we tried to fix it with them they told us there was nothing they could do and we’d have to call our bank even though it was completely their fault Our bank cannot fix this error We’ve probably spent over two grand staying here at this hotel, so the fact that they were dismissive and rude is beyond me

Mary Hamrick

My husband and I had a good experience here Check in and out were smooth; the front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful (sorry I forget their names)The room was better than I expected

Firm bed which I like with soft pills which my husband likes The shampoo, conditioner and soap were greatBreakfast was full of food and drinksmore than we expected We were not able to take full advantage due to long trip ahead and we were running late There was 3 cereals, yogurt, pastries, biscuits, eggs, you could make waffles, and fruit For drinks they had juices, hot chocolate, coffee, cold milk

My family and I stayed here while attending a wedding We stayed for one night It was clean, the breakfast was really good and had something for everyone, including: biscuits, sausage gravy, pork and turkey sausage, cereal, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, juice and probably a few other items

I stayed in a king suite – king sized bed with a couchThe staff was very friendly and easy to talk to The location was quiet and felt safe There’s a gas station & convenience store a short walk away along with a liquor store (turn up!) The highway is easily accessible as well I would stay here again 🙂

If you don’t know about this location, now you do An extremely peaceful stay during the week Some how luckily, we were the only guest booked for the night

This lavish very homey bed and breakfast has the most cleansing heated pool Surrounded by Chinese decor, and the 22 spacious rooms encompassing the atrium I highly recommend to any couple looking to get away without travelling It is quite pricey per night, but be sure to bring a few extra coins for the hand made jewelry at the main deskOverall in my eyes the best in the City hands down

Jaydeh Caro

This place is amazing, the area is a bit secluded which we enjoyed very much It is still close enough to go to down town but a ways out so you still get the nature vibe We were greeted with a glass of wine upon arrival and check in was very easy

The tub was such a delight and the bed was comfortable with good AC The breakfast was your standard eggs and sausage/bacon with hash brown and your choice of waffle and/or toast It was very delicious, the bacon was great! The owners are very nice and this definitely has a great home like environment We will be coming back

Anton Ho

Stayed here for three nights and had an absolute blast The couple that owns, and operates this place were so sweet and friendly The place is like a luxury resort but at the same time they make it feel so home-y

We sat, drank, and talked with one of the owners all night and it was just a very wholesome experience; he even drove us out to get ice cream the next day You just don’t get this type of hospitality and friendliness from some corporate-owned hotelAlso, hot tub, indoor pool, game room, gym, patio dining area with grills, complimentary champagne and limousinesdefinitely a hidden gemIf you do decide to stay here though, understand that this is also their home, so treat it with respect and absolute courtesy, but definitely have fun and make friends while you’re there!

My wife and I were traveling with our dog from Des Moines to Austin and decided to spend the night in OKC We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly, had an electric vehicle charger (its nice to wake up to a full charge!), and had a refrigerator for keeping my medication cold Home2 Suites checked all the boxes and was in a great location- near 35 but not so close that we could hear it from the room

The staff is friendly, the hotel is modern and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good I’ll plan to stay again the next time I make the trip

Kari Kyle

So far our stay has been really good There was a mixup at check-in with our room, but the manager Jessie, I hope I spelled that correctly, has been absolutely fantastic She has gone above and beyond for me and my family

We were able to move into the correct room, after 1 night in a comparable room, which is exceptional The room is extremely clean and comfortable Jessie even delivered our new room keys up to us so we wouldn’t have to go back downstairs I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again Also, Jessie needs a raise! Customer service is everything in this business and she scored off the charts in this area

Loved this hotel for our stay while visiting family in Edmond Loved the room! It was very spacious and having a kitchenette was fantastic (King sized studio suite) front desk was always very polite and accommodating

We had to extend our stay a day due to a canceled flight and the hotel was more than willing to make the arrangements so we could keep our same room Very comfortable room, comfortable bed! The couch and tv area is great too We overall absolutely loved this hotel Will definitely stay again! Thank you

Ali Murphy

Pro: The location is nice and convenient and staff is kind Large roomCon: The room we were initially put in smelled of vomit, toilet didn’t work, door was left ajar when we got to it, and there was visible vomit in the sink

The 2nd room still had an odor not quite like the other, floor was sticky in the kitchen area, beds were springy yet hard, sheets were crusty and rough Overall the room did not feel clean especially for the priceThe ice maker and wifi were not working properly And the downstairs hallway is very smelly!

Barb Ray

Everything about my stay here was A++ I stopped at this facility for a whole two weeks and so feel that I have a good feeling for how it is run The manager, Brian, went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible

And then his team – Meeka, Tammy, Dee Dee, Rachel, Kirsten and Brandy – all had pleasant smiles and helpful manners – at one point I even got some extra salad dressing as I had run out 😊! The room was comfortable and spacious, the air conditioning worked well, they even had a table and chairs in my room I had a somewhat last-minute family get together and this team made that happen smoothy as well As a handicapped traveler, I’m always on the lookout for places that meet my unique needs, I’ll be staying here again!

I had a great stay at this hotel recently The rooms are clean and comfy although a little outdated, the staff was friendly as can be, and the black bear diner was so phenomenal and is within a short walking distance from the hotel My only complaints about the place are that there is construction going on so I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the hotel which is no fault of theirs

I ended up parking at the Sheraton, walking to the hotel and asking how to get my vehicle there and they were super helpful Besides that, just little things like my key card not working and the eggs for breakfast being sliced like cubes instead of fluffed to try to imitate actual eggs At the end of the day, I would stay there again because the rooms were fine, staff was amazing, and the food nearby was out of this world Not to mention that they have the GOOD dog treats (the bacon ones) My pups are so picky about treats and usually don’t take the hand outs (spoiled) but they happily ate the bacon treats they were offered

Ashley Nickell

My friend found bedbugs in her room We were all on the same floor and only one room apart maybe After going to the front desk and telling them about it I was instructed to go back to my room and wait for the manager to call me

We had video evidence I was told after the hotel staff confirm they were bedbugs in my room they would contact me I still have not been contacted and I am unsure if it was inspected by a pest control company As I was told my friends room did not have bedbugs and there was not a bug guy at the hotel We had to bag all our clothing We had to change hotels this was during a competition and database inconvenience we missed performances It made the day extremely stressful and definitely put a damper on our trip to Oklahoma City Three out of the forecast in my room have bites on them I would just like small solution to this issue We have had to steam Everything that can’t be washed, we have to have a car treated, And we have costumes that cannot be washed or have steam applied to them so now we are trying to figure out how to salvage 2 to $300 costumes

I was surprised with how clean the rooms are Beds are comfy and breakfast was hot Unfortunately pool was closed and also the elevator

Overall stay was fine if you don’t mind the sketchy people walking around from across the street Also gas station next door brings homeless and they tend to hang out I recommend staying if it’s just for the night or a couple days

Kimberly Wilkerson

I was pleasantly surprised! Surrounding hotels are a bit suspect This one was clean and staff was amazing Our room was very clean, a few lightbulbs were out and there wasn’t a shower curtain when we arrived, but the staff was able to fix those issues for us

Breakfast choices were great, clean eating area Only issue was breakfast wasn’t ready on time at 6 which causes a delayed start to our day The swimming pool was clean and very warm Hope to visit again soon!

Vanessa Brewer

Elevator out of order, poor counter clerk is completely overwhelmed I booked a king room two days prior to arrival, they had none available on check-in- I think the hotel is oversold Check in was stressful

Poor clerk has been run-raggedMy room is fine, smells like bleach (good thing) Linens appear clean, I don’t see signs of bed bugsI travel for work I stay at a lot of comfort inns I’m actively concerned for my vehicle’s safety and am pretty sure I’m gonna get broken into because I have boxes of sheets, pillows, kitchen stuff and clothes that’s entirely impractical to unpack for one night at a hotel I’m completely unfamiliar with the area–and I gotta say the surroundings look rough–and that’s hard to ascertain from a Google map view– else I may have selected a different place to bookThere’s a vehicle safety warning on the building The elevator is broken, so if I wanted to unpack my car to make it less enticing to break into, I’d be hauling #4 50lb boxes up to the third floor Gotta pass and take my chancesSo maybe don’t stay here if you have your travel apartment packed up in your car and have bum kneesQuick night in with no luggage and well functioning joints? You’ll probably be fine!
