One of the best hotel suites yet!!! I was supposed to be going on a cruise and was unable to go because I was missing some paperwork not only was I irritated and very upset, I told my fiance to go ahead a go without me as we were going with a group of all guys me being the only woman I didn’t want him to miss out, I had him rent me a room so could wait for him to get back,, my suite was wonderful, and accommodating, the free breakfast was excellent and super convenient I spent my 4 days relaxing next to the pool and gaining a wicked tan,, I Invited my best friend to spend a day with me as well even though I was left behind my weekend was great thanks to country inn&suites by Radisson

thank you so much I’m looking forward to our next cruise,,,this time I won’t miss it😁but definitely picking to stay here again

Staci Mccarthney

The rooms were clean, and the hotel had ample parking The pool area looked very inviting although we did not have an opportunity to use it They actually have a real continental breakfast again with cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, and make your own pancakes, not the covid breakfast of a granola bar, honey bun, and box of juice some hotels still try to pass off

They’re located very close to the port so the shuttle to and from the cruise ships is quick and efficient We’re already booked here for our next cruise in December

Christina McReynolds

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel We got the king hot tub/jacuzzi suite Usually when a room says “king” it’s never the size of a king

This bed was exactly what we have at home an actual king and comfortable Having the jacuzzi (big enough for 3 but perfect for my husband and I) in the room was so fun Definitely a romantic feel to the experience and felt very clean and spacious We will always choose this hotel when we come to this area!

For cocoa Beach pier location you can’t get any better Service was great! Room great! Breakfast awesome and fresh! Girls at front desk are the best! Sam, one of the girls name I had interactions today June 12, but others at front desk when I stayed May 22-23 are what service is all aboutMy wife and I stayed for our anniversary(May 22) and we weren’t impressed initially, but after calling down and asking about changing rooms, they did so just like that

No problems and they were genuinely sorry for my concerns! You guys know customer service and satisfaction! I requested a higher room with ocean view, and they gave me top balcony with an upgrade Breakfast was awesome! Talk about a spread Eggs, toast sausage, pancakes, french toast, fruit, oatmeal, hot syrup, fresh juices etcDon’t look elsewhere for stay at Cocoa Beach trust me!

Highly recommend! First off, all the staff were so kind and helpful From the moment I called to make a reservation, Samantha was very patient and helped us book a 3 day stay on short notice Jamie checked us in and was so nice

And the ladies working the breakfast bar were fast, efficient and kind The hotel itself was clean and we had a room facing the ocean with a balcony and great view This was a last minute stay for my husband and I since we decided to take a vacation before our first child is born in a few months We have every intention of visiting Cocoa Beach again and will definitely be staying at this Best Western again next time!

Newly renovated hotel on the beach where most rooms have limited views of the ocean The workout room is nice, and the kids liked the game room with air hockey The prices are high for the breakfast buffet and the $12 credit that Hilton now gives for Diamond members is extremely disappointing

The prices at the convenience store are very high for beverages and snacks The laundry is also $4 per load, which is extremely high I felt extremely taken advantage of with all of these high expenses! The pool area is nice, but the pool is small and I am surprised they didn’t make the pool much bigger since they just remodeled All of the associates that we interacted with were nice The rooms didn’t have microwaves The wall AC was inconsistent It was very cold and froze the person next to it, or if you raised the temp two degrees you would be sweating at night There are several restaurants within two miles Small balcony as well

Nicole Smith

I would have liked to rate this hotel higher Check-in was not very friendly But the worst part was I paid extra for a partial ocean view, and I wouldn’t call looking out over the parking lot and the roof of the entrance a partial ocean view

There was a sliver of blue that could barely be seen Also, if you are chemical sensitive, don’t stay here The smell of (new construction perhaps) was so strong I had a migraine that night and all day the next day and a bad taste in my mouth Note to those that may book “full ocean view” – these rooms are right over the (small) pool, so they would be noisy (there was also a DJ who was very loud that played a couple of hours) On the positive side, I loved the design of the room, floor plan, there was lots of storage, and it was spacious Again, wish it would have been better in other respects Some may not have the problems I had Location is great There is a private walk out to the beach, which is very nice

Marlene Kimacovich

First of all, I did not want to write a review but have no choice Continually calling Hilton Doubletree Cocoa Beach because they charged our account twice Nobody will return my calls and they say they are to busy with other guests

Well guess what, we were a paying guest I have been overcharged by $1,60000 Canadian Dollars If you want any kind of service this is not the hotel for you The front desk needs to learn hospitality all over again, the staff is nice but not trained The general manager should oversee this The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the location on the beach is great and the rooms are good But again, after a 3 night stay no one asked if we needed anything I have spent $6000 Canadian just calling them Finally left a message for Kim Still no reply I would like the double charge reversed please

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Cocoa on business Honestly, overall this one is my favorite Other hotels can beat it on individual items, but overall it’s ideal for me

The room was spacious and clean I had a balcony that overlooked the ocean The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours They have a restaurant and coffee bar on site The outdoor sitting areas are well laid out and comfortable

Shirley Wilson

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything about this hotel is great! Super Convenient to beach, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, friendly helpful staff, great bistro and Starbucks in lobby and more! Perfect place for a family beach getaway! The only negative , which I won’t deduct a star for, was the paid parking I hadn’t noticed in my reservation prior to arrival

Jason Stallings

Parking is now 10 per vehicle per night This is a newer thing, I was not aware of I grew up in Cocoa Beach and have been staying at this hotel at least once a year for the past 20 years

Had my honeymoon here When I asked the front desk clerk when did that begin? She scowled and said “it’s always been like that” I assured her it hadn’t, and would pay it but you are already getting me for the room, parking too? This isn’t New York Parking my vehicle safely on your premises should not result in me having to incur an additional fee Room seemed clean, few things needed replacing, ie the cracked light shade between the beds Balcony had a decent view of the pool

I went here last year with family and some relatives Staff are all nice and the gym and arcade are kept pretty clean Rooms are also really good

Pool and hot tub can sometimes be crowded but when it not crowded, it’s great! The beach itself is great! You can get umbrella and recliner rentals and the pier’s food stands have some good food All in all, you should come here!

DempseyVlogs

Best hotel/condo you will ever be at Kitchen is very big, there is a broom and dust pan if you get seashells on the floor This is not really a condo, but you could consider this a house! Balcony is very spacious, and the rooms can have one, two, or even three bedrooms! Three TVs are included as well as two bathrooms with showers, though one of the showers is better than the other

One shower is small with no space for soap or shampoo The shower door will also collect water which falls out once you open it A way to fix this water problem is the mop that is in the same closet as the broom A vacuum is included as well, though you can get removed from the room if someone reports you for loud noises There is a handbook with rules and basic information about the hotel A lengthy walk to the beach from the difficult to find exit to the trail, but that doesn’t overpower the good of this place Definitely do recommend this resort if you plan a trip to Cocoa Beach

Rick Browning

We spent three nights at this condo before our cruise We had the two bedroom unit It was an easy check in the rooms were clean an everything was furnished that we needed

It was a complete furnished home The x tra big balcony was get with four deck chairs Not very far to grocery store maybe a 10 minute walk each way Only I would suggest going higher than second floor due to trees etc but it was facing the ocean only was hard to see Loved sound of the ocean!!!!

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience I’m giving 4/5 because of the bed It was VERY firm! My husband and I both woke up with sore backs

We were there for 5 nights What impressed me the most about the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was the staff They were some of the friendliest, most capable people who really go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable I visited the coffee shop every day and the girl that was working there, always greeted me with a smile I will definitely return again

Matt Mcclellan

So this is a mixed bag reviewLocation is greatWhat isn’t good and everyone should know is that there are 0 balconies

So if you want a view of the ocean you can just you won’t be able to step out and enjoy it If you are on the north side you get a view of the ocean and of the AC units and machines Bed and that part of the room is fine But the bathrooms are very small Door almost touches the toilet Shower is a tub/shower combo and low classRestaurants are good But be cautious of the rental place $16 for a bottle of sunscreen and no prices are shown Nobody tells and it is highway robberyI’d recommend staying elsewhere that has a balcony, and isn’t being dishonest, and has never rooms

Holly Condra

We loved this hotel but it could use a few improvements The bathroom in our room was very small for a family of four Also, there were two empty walls that hooks would be perfect on for wet towels and bathing suits

A retractable line in the shower would be nice too for wet stuff We will be back next summer though! You can’t beat the location on the beach and we love the whole outside area! The staff were all very friendly and were always very attentive when we needed something

Great family resort located right on the beach! Plenty of rooms with ocean front views and balconies Other rooms have ocean view or pool views Our room had 2 nice size bedrooms (1 king and 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms

Nice size kitchen with microwave and dishwasher Washer & dryer in the roomActivity Director on premises and plenty of things for kids of all ages to enjoy

Maria Milos

This was the second time we stayed here It’s awesome The condos are large, clean and close to the beach

The staff are nice and efficient It has tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, a ping pong table, a pool and of course beach access They have a self serve beach towel system to get and return the towels There is a linen exchange that you use as needed You use a bracelet with a key for towels, doors to the pool / beach, and your room Yes, it’s waterproof so you can keep it on while you swim Simple things that make your stay so much better

Cassandra Thomas

This place is really nice and clean Smells great as soon as you walk in The pool is great only up to about 5ft so there’s no diving but that also means not as much kid splashing which is nice

The pool also has plenty of areas to sit and lounge in and out of the water My kids had a blast playing pool volleyball and in the little spash pad fountain they had We were able to catch a movie which was fun they have a schedule for their theater it seats about 20 or so people The chairs are uncomfortable! Even my little 7year old complained about the chairs and there’s not much leg room There is also a cute kids play place where they hold activities during the week There’s a game room as well but it’s not worth it El Azteca is the restaurant that is inside the resort we did not eat there The beach access is very nice but being money if you want a good spot because you have to rent the chairs and umbrellas that are already set out $30 for 2 chairs/lounge chairs and an umbrella They have other options that are less or more depending what you want, but the beach access is nice and the $30 is for the entire day, if you leave for a bit they just ask you leave a towel or something showing you are still there, so it’s worth it The rooms are nice and adequate size My biggest complaint is that at the end of your stay you must strip your own beds and place them in a certain spot or you be charged extra You pay alot for all of these amenities and it is not all inclusive which I understand but I am not on vacation to be the house keeper that is the last thing that I want to do when I am trying to pack an entire family up and get out the door So that is my biggest issue with this place it is overall a great place but I can’t give it a full 5 stars because of those few things

We had such a nice experience staying here, we would most definitely stay here again The entire place is so very clean All of the staff were so so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t have treated us better

The location is great, very short walk to the beach And the pool is just beautiful, really nice and the whole area is super clean, it really looks exactly as it does in the pictures Rooms are not huge but kept up and cute and very clean They had free rentals for beach unbrellas and chairs and even a beach cart to take it all with you to the beach and had free bike rentals too which our teen loved The had a laundry facility right there that was awesome and we loved the bar right next to the pool And the free breakfast they serve everyday was absolutely amazing! It was a huge buffet that had just everything I would highly recommend staying here, especially for families

Alejandro Mary

Cocoa Beach was such a pleasant staycation (In our case at least we live in Miami) If you have been thinking of visiting a relaxing quaint beach town at an affordable price point this is it and more The hotel was incredible from the family style attention you get from each employee to the the amenity filled establishment

The staff has to be recognized all on its own because they are so helpful and really want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable From the time we walked in to check in the lady took care of my wife so kindly and was so happy to showcase her hotel she gave us a complimentary credit at the bar and also boasted about every item on the breakfast The breakfast was every bit as delicious as she described it to be It is a traditional breakfast like eggs sausage waffle maker cereal pastries etc but each item has to be catered from the highest quality provider because each thing was as tasty as can be The room was modern clean and homey feeling The hotel is walking distance to the beach and a roadway to go for a morning jog or walk to some local bars The hotel is packed with amenities from the super clean lazy river pool, sand beach area to have a drink, in house bar, and complimentary surf board and bike rentals In summary I would highly recommend this hotel and you can stay here with confidence Hope this helps and you enjoy your stay

Danielle Dyals

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here! I was a bit nervous after reading some very negative reviews, but I found all of the positive reviews to be true The front desk staff was super friendly, the room smelled clean when we walked in, my friend and I felt safe, and the lazy river and pool area were great They played fun music throughout our stay and it all feels new

Their continental breakfast buffet was also better than most I’ve had! You can tell the building is old, but they’ve made the most of the space with recent refurbishments and cute decor/paint I would stay here again!

The customer service here is great We got off a cruise and needed to spend the night before our flight They allowed us to check in super early and then check out late the next day

If you’d like a shuttle to and from the port then be sure to let them know the day before I wish I’d known thatThe room was super clean and the design felt “new” It was really comfortable The TV allowed for signing into various streaming services so we didn’t need to connect a device to watch one of our movies The shower had Tea Tree shampoo, conditioner and body wash I love that brand The only downer was that there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower and the shower floor looked dark (but it could just be a problem with the material not being able to come all the way clean)The breakfast layout was nice It’s so nice during the pandemic to see a hotel still doing good breakfastsThe location is close to a couple places to eat but it doesn’t seem like a great place to walk aroundI would stay here again

Don Patterson

New location that is super-convenient if cruising from Port Canaveral Very clean and well organized Friendly smiling faces at check in

Nice area in lobby for morning breakfast, and food is replenished as neededGood elevators for transit between floors Pretty standard accommodations in rooms, but floor plan is good I found the shower to be consistent on temperature and pressure

samantha brooks

10 out of 10! This hotel was conveniently located 5 minutes from the cruise piers, it was very clean, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly The suite was very spacious with 2 king beds, a trundle, two bathroom areas (one with a sink and toilet, and another with a sink and shower), two TV’s, a mini refrigerator and a microwave The room easily fit my family of 5 with room to spare

The continental breakfast buffet was also a plus with many food options I would recommend this hotel for it’s convenience if you are cruising out of Port Canaveral and for it’s modern look and amenities

The key to a good experience is managing expectations It’s close to the cruise port, shuttles run regularly and are affordable (we paid $6 per person)The buildings are older and our room (300’s) was small but clean Staff is very helpful and friendly

Big pool with plenty of space to swim Food was perfectly acceptable Overall if you’re looking for a good 3* hotel right by the port, radiation resort at the port is a good option

Sharon Sweeney

The rooms are a bit dated however they are a good deal larger than most standard hotel roomsThe pool is very nice and makes you feel like you are on a Caribbean holiday The tiki bar is a lot of fun

We ate supper at the hotel and the food was fantastic Albeit small servings but delicious and reasonably pricedThey offer antigen tests on site for $45 Best rate I have seenAll in all a great spot and the staff are beyond helpful and kind The one negative which isn’t terrible is it’s a real party atmosphere Drinks and cups and plates everywhere cause everyone hangs out at the pool However I wouldn’t say dirty because the staff clean up often We did hear a bit of the partying at night but it wasn’t terrible Kind of you knew it was happening and could hear it faintly in the background

ELizabeth Adams

WOW! We are use to staying at Wyndham Hotels such as Super 8 Almost all hotels in Cocoa had horrible reviews and with pet fees the cost at the Radisson was comparable w/o pet fees For $10 more for the two of us per night, we upgraded to a suite

It was a wonderful experience We had ample closets and plenty of space The staff were friendly and accommodating They had a pool and a hidden hot tub We are sold on the RadissonI don’t know if I can give an accurate review as we have never stayed in a suite before All I can say it was wonderful

Our room on the second floor was just what we were looking for Newly renovated, full kitchen, clean and spacious Housekeeping brought us any requests in literally minutes

In one of the two bathrooms a toilet wouldn’t flush correctly but it was a fast fix Lots of closet and storage space for belongings Free parking on site behind key access gates The resort is enclosed and you need your room key to enter We had a great time swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the lazy river It only took 3 minutes to walk from our room to the beach Their beach access set up was also nice We had 5 people 2 rooms, one with a king bed,one with two twin beds and there was a pull out couch that we didn’t utilize as a bed The only thing lacking was a good coffee in the morning on site, so if you’re a coffee person just plan ahead to have your own for the coffee maker in the room We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back

Chad Barense

We stay for a week at Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort with our sons high school baseball teamWe had a GREAT time at the resort The pool, lazy river and hot tub were great

With older kids we didn’t use the splash pad but I did walk threw and it seemed very niceOur room was very clean The size of the rooms and layout was well thought out The bathroom were very niceThe only complaint I have is that there was not a baking pans for cooking It wasn’t a large problem we pick one up when we got groceries It just helped us keeps the oven clean wail we were cooking in the ovenAs a example to the cleanliness of the property one morning I went out and a gentleman was cleaning the grills When I returned a hour and a half later he was still cleaning the grills He made sure they looked the same as they did when they brand new Our room was above the grills and I would see someone check very often on the grills cleanliness and if they had been use they would clean them right awayThis was just one example of the great staff of the property and I am hopeful to return again to the Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort

I don’t usually leave reviews I don’t usually complain but I feel like this place is overpriced and overrated Our room had dog hair all over the couch which I find disgusting

The couch and chair looks old and doesn’t smell too good You have a pretty good walk to the beach The beds are very uncomfortable We have to call down front and get towels, they don’t just bring them I will say the staff has been wonderful Super friendly The pools were nice and clean The activities are great! I think the cons out way the pros I will not be visiting this hotel again Very disappointed

Had a great stay at this hotel Front desk staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area Jen was a great help referring us to some amazing food in the area

For the room itself, it was super clean with no funky smells I was very surprised at how comfortable the beds were to sleep on Breakfast area was full of good eats Pool was nice and warm We usually stay here before departing on our cruises Complimentary shuttle takes you from the hotel to the port

WOW, this hotel is great! I traveled to the area for a last minute business trip and my secretary Sagar ended up booking this hotel for me I am very glad he did! To start, the staff was very friendly and courteous and accommodated my earlier than normal check in time (thanks Tim!) The rooms were large and clean and the bed was very comfortable

The very best part of this hotel has to be the pool, I loved sitting out by the pool and working when I had some down time from meetings Overall, I would come back for work or fun, and probably bring the family next time!

I am never one to take the time to write reviews and I travel so often being a military spouse/family but I came on here to compliment the wonderful lady named Sandy working front desk These 5 stars are really for her and her beautiful heart of gold The world is a much better place with people like Sandy in it

❤️(The hotel rooms can use some updating but it’s doable)

Good location close to Port Canaveral A few things within walking distance Breakfast seems decent

The hotel shares lobby/breakfast area with adjoining hotel The rooms where of good size and seemed clean There was a kitchenette in the room and a decent size refrigerator The bed was relatively comfortable Good place to stay if you’re leaving on a cruise or waiting for the launch

Check in was efficient You can also check in on your Hilton APP It does get busy with cruise people checking in

It was clean, the pool area was nice and it had a nice outside bar A lot of good restaurants near by I was not a cruise person, but it looked like a great place to stay pre or post cruise They offer parking there for guest The Home2Suite was really set up nice

Kimberly Marchelle

We stayed here 7/30/2022 for a cruise out of Port Canaveral The rooms were great A kitchenette includes full size fridge, dishwasher, plates, utensils and coffee maker

We have a tub and my in-laws had a walk in shower Breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, muffins, etc I have celiac disease so I ate a yogurt and a banana, while my family had the rest of the offerings They enjoyed it The kids enjoyed a night swim in the pool while my husband and I had a cocktail at the pool bar It’s a very pretty set up outside by the pool The one thing I do want to mention is the shower was very slippery There appeared to be no grips on the floor of the tub, so just be careful when showering They do have a shuttle that runs to the terminal, but we did not use that service We have another cruise planned for October 2023 and I’d stay here again

Beautiful rooms, spacious and extremely clean Beds and bathrooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable Continental breakfast from 6-10, it is hot they have sausages, waffles, granola/oatmeal bar, and bagels you can toast

Very classy and fancy hotel and speaking of bar they have an outdoor bar next to their huge pool that you can enjoy from 5-10 pm everyday This is one if the nicest Marriots (and hotels in general) I have ever stayed at Got two rooms but one got upgraded to a suite! Highly recommend Marriott has a done a great job here Also front desk and breakfast staff were courteous and helpful Would absolutely return in the future!

Excellent stay Room was great and clean Super comfortable beds and sheets

The bathroom was spacious and had an excellent shower Shower also had pump bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which I’m a huge fan of over the small travel bottlesContinental breakfast was lacking however It is served from 6am-10am My daughters and I went down for breakfast at 6:30 and there was no sausage or bacon, but also no one there yet They had waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, ect

This location was great the check in spanish staff lady was really nice and professional

She made sure to give me all the necessary information I also asked about near by restaurants and she gave me a few different options The weekend was good and the Melbourne beach was only under 20 minutes away The 4 out of 5 stars is due to some pet hair that was still in the room after check in This is a pet friendly hotel but i did not have a pet and if the room was cleaned and ready for check in it should not have pet hair from the previous check in

Absolutely love the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach!! Been going there for roughly 15 years! I learned how to surf through the Cocoa Beach Surf Company which is attached to the hotel Can’t begin to express the amount of love I have for that Surf Company in a simple review Always have very clean rooms and have great customer service

I don’t know if this has changed but people that stay at the hotel receive 15% off coupons for the Shark Pit Bar and Grill Definitely worth it! The food has always been great! Booking far enough in advance helps with the price for sure Fortunately, unless things have changed, the Cocoa Beach Suites is the Four Points sister hotel in Cocoa Beach and they also receive those same coupons

Stopped in for a Starbucks, wandering A1A, while soaking in the sights of our beloved Cocoa Beach! The Front Lobby is just beautiful, and they have a very cool Gift Shop! It is located directly across a side street, from the Iconic Ron Jon Cocoa Beach! To be clear, we did not stay here, we only passed through

but if the Lobby is any kind of a precursor to the room’s ambiance, then I’m sure you’re in for a very special stay! Managed to also snap some nice shots one evening Cocoa Beach is always a relaxing and recharging getaway!!

Billy Burkes

The Four Points Sheraton is a great hotel It is very conveniently located to the life of Cocoa Beach Of course Ron Jon’s is next door, there is also a Ron Jon’s located in the hotel

The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, but make sure to not walk to the beach barefooted! The rooms are large and well kept Service was good as well The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don’t even have to leave the premises if you don’t want to
