Perfect location for my needs The hotel needs work and quickly The phone in the room did not work! Couldn’t contact the front desk, so when we needed them we had to go down to the lobby! We had to ask 4-times to get body wash as the previous guests ripped the bottle of the wall in the shower

Awesome bartender! He was all by himself but kept up with everyone in a timely fashionLocation was very convenientThere was a wedding after party in one of the rooms It large l lasted well into the early morning hours The group was extremely loud; making it impossible to rest, sleep and relax! We called down to the lobby using our cell phones and they said there was nothing they could do as it was almost over and those guests were quiet That’s because management was in the lobby and not in the 3rd floor!!! Absurd

At check-in, the gentleman was extremely nice and provided a warm welcome to Baltimore after a day of flight delays The hotel was nice with a clean lobby and nicely furnished room The bathroom left a little to be desired and the wall dispensers in the shower were broken off but it wasn’t a big deal

All in all, the actual stay would have been 4-5 stars, HOWEVER, when I arrived home from my business trip I found that I had been charged $108 and each of my colleagues staying at the same time had charges ranging from $90-210 with no reason or acknowledgment provided by the hotel at check out and itemized receipts never sent by email as promised I don’t know if they think that business travelers won’t be checking statements and that they can just throw random charges onto the room? Because of the shady nature of these additional charges and the time now spent on the phone with Marriott to dispute the charges, my company and our clients will be finding another hotel to use for our Baltimore travel needs

Spacious rooms with nice amenities The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read It’s definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling

The staff are cordial and very helpful The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars – just depends on when your stay is

This was not a comfortable stay for us It was not a nice Embassy Suites The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated

I can’t even get into all of the details of the different issues with thatOur room smelled terrible The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to workThe back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor The carpet was very dirtyAfter just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7 That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o’clock The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7 I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6 And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6 So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road Really just annoying and disappointing Not a fun stay

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars- 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST

So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of- Rooms are too close to each other Almost no privacy When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent- The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude Zero customer service I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitudeOverall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in That didn’t affect my review I wish I can give 45

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI We spent 36,000 points for a suite and were super disappointed When we arrived our room only had two towels and three pillows, which clearly isn’t enough

The room overall felt dated and honestly dirty The carpeting was pulling up in the common areas The shower was tiny (see photo) and there was mold around the whole base The shelf in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and never put back up, so our shampoo and soaps had to be placed on the floor (see photo) The floor of the shower was also poorly patched leaving it super rough The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall and not replaced (see photo) We told the front desk, but I think they misunderstood and sent us extra soap and toilet paper The staff was struggling due to the hotel being booked and them being stretched thin The evening reception was poor We were limited to three drink options and poor bar snacks There were only two staff members, so the drink line backed up to the lobby Again, we have no complaints with the staff, there just weren’t enough of them Then for breakfast they couldn’t keep up with the crowds There was only one person bring out food, which left the counters a mess and everything constantly empty The man was trying so hard to keep up and he was so kind, but in a fully booked hotel, one person is not enough for this task The parking lot was dark and there were hardly any open spots We came across a car (not far from our own) with a smashed window and all the tires missing (see photo) There were no cameras or security around the parking lot, which was super alarming Additionally, this was my first stay I have had since achieving Hilton honors diamonds status and nothing was mentioned or provided regarding my status during my stay

My large group and I stayed one night at this hotel Our flight (Spirit airlines) was canceled from Philly to NOLA and the only alternative flight was the following day from Baltimore at 7pm I quickly booked this hotel and just assumed we would have to deal with being cramped in a small less than favorable room

I was wrong! The room was spacious, beautiful and cleanthe staff was incredible Special shout out to Margo! She was so kind and accommodating We were blessed to encounter her The free breakfast was delicious (waffles, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, breads bagels etc) we washed our airport clothes (small coin fee the hotel provides detergent) Margo provided us with a late checkout due to the circumstance and scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport Thank you so much! We will definitely be back if ever in the area!

We were traveling through the Baltimore area and booked this stay in advance Romelo provided outstanding customer service at check-in, honoring our request for a pet-free room Our room was exceptionally clean

We liked the layout and found everything we needed in the kitchenette Check-out was seamless and we enjoyed the breakfast options of waffles, yogurt, fruit, juices, pastries, and to-go granola bars Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful

Van Mckennon

This place overall is a great stay!! Especially for pet owners I love their pet policy and the housekeeping staff is very friendly and thorough with the cleaning overall A slightly annoying staff member and a lil bit of updating needed in the bathtub irritated me while there

However the friendliness and efficiency of the managers as well as most of the staff, made up for any glitches The hot breakfast, pool, and gym are all great additions I do recommend this hotel and will try this brand from now on when traveling with or without our pet

My new bride made reservations for this trip, as such, the room was not under my last name There was no social hour, breakfast, snack, or beverage offered purportedly due to covid It appeared that the dining space was significantly reduced due to the fact that the back deck for outdoor dining was condemned

There were multiple signs of neglect in the interior and exterior of the building This building has potential, but will take some work It would not have a bad experience for a $55 stay, but extremely disappointing for the price paid

KH Yoga Education

They are not ADA compliant I was turned away at the door due to my disability after a confirmed reservation in my husband’s name If you’re a person traveling with a disability, stay away from this place

They won’t treat you like a person I can’t speak to the inside of the room, I never made it But I highly recommend finding an alternative place to stay, anywhere else I normally only write about positive experiences, but I would never want someone else to be stranded They don’t want disabled money They will turn you away with an empty parking lot and little other revenue coming in

ilene levin

This is the worst place to stay They have no amenities They claim to have a sheep farm but that is a total lie

The place is completely run down and has not been taken care of They do not have a kitchen The patio doors do not lock and the patios are filthy with leaves, cobwebs, bugs, etc They also claim to provide a breakfast When we checked in, they gave us a small lunch bag with two store bought muffins, individual oatmeal packets and pretzels that they clearly bought from the grocery store They have a no refund policy for a reason because when you check-in, you want to leave right away

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was phenomenal It was quite and clean The staff was friendly and very accommodating

The breakfast was more than expected There were a variety of food choices from hot to cold foods as well as assorted fruits and juices It was nice to see that they offered turkey sausage because not everybody eats pork I would definitely recommend and stay here again

What a fabulous hotel! My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how large the room was! The room and entire hotel was so clean The breakfast was great for what was offered with lots of different choices Definitely using this hotel next time we are in the area! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful answering all of my questions

The only downfall, the pool was closed for the time we were there

Gaspi corgi

Third stay here and it’s always awesome! Ladies at the front the desk could be friendlier, seemed grumpy, but other than that it was a great stay! Clean hotel rooms and bathrooms Excellent breakfast choices with alternatives to pork The housemen and breakfast attendant Derry were very friendly! Especially Derry, she made our family breakfast special

Thank you so much to her!!!!! Will keep coming back

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Gavin GUARDMAN

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Joey Meador

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

Best hotel experience from the moment we walked in until we checked out! This trip specifically was with our family and it was a large group for a soccer tournament Lobby was big and beautiful with lots of places to hang out as a team Pool was clean and the kids had a blast! Rooms were clean and one minor issue was taken care of right away

Only downside I can think of is rooms need some updating with outlets so don’t forget your charging blocks they do not have usb charging as many other hotelsThe staff, I could right a book on how accommodating and nice they were to not only the adults but the kids I truly felt like the manager was my personal concierge and nothing went unnoticed by this gentleman he was on point at all times! We wonder when he sleeps as he was always there The breakfast and all the amazing waitresses were fabulous, definitely worth the cost!!! Plus they filled up the kids water bottle every morning and the parents coffee cups! I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel they were beyond exceptional and truly made our trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible!

Trish Anna

Everyone who worked here was so nice! The room was very large and clean The bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that I was not aware that I would have to be given a voucher for my food credit since I am a rewards member and was not given one upon check in I didn’t get to use my credit my first night because I was not aware of this policy

The next morning, I asked for the credit , was told “ok”, and thought it would just be added on to my bill at breakfast I was told at the restaurant to go back to the front desk to physically get the voucher for breakfast I did not mention it while i was there I was unaware of how this worked at this particular Hilton property I missed out on my “complimentary” dinner the evening that I checked in which I honestly do not believe is fairThe room was quiet, clean, big, and nice Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice I cannot say enough good about them or the hotel! The hotel is secluded, also

Meredith Waye

Room was clean Plenty of outside sitting and eating areas offered Awesome Breakfast layout and Super breakfast staff

Beautiful and spacious bar spread Multiple televisions all around so don’t miss a putt, catch or hit from any sport you’re watching Great, open lobby area for relaxation, working, meeting and conversation Oh, did I mention how Great the breakfast staff is?! See you again soon!

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

Jacquin K. Savoy

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!

Leonard Spencer

Excellent hotel and great rates especially for Marriot Envoy point redemption I have stayed there on numerous occasions The rooms are well kept and very clean

The front desk staff were always nice and friendly On my most recent stay I would like to give special thanks to Amber She was extremely helpful and very professional Thank you !!

Staff during breakfast were top notch! They were very kind/courteous and made sure that everyone and everything was clean and sanitized for the guestsNewly renovated rooms were gorgeous! Great job updating them However, the only bad thing was that we were there for a week and thought our rooms would be peeked in on (to empty trash or give us fresh towels or more toilet paper, etc

I know with the new Covid protocols that they may not do so regularly, but thought maybe at least once during a week-long stay would have been nice We had to ask for clean towels (since ours would not dry from showering), more soap/shampoo, and toilet paperOne evening, we came back to the room and found that our window and sheers were opened (making the room really muggy), but the room was not refreshed We were confused why someone would come into our room and open our sheers and window Nothing was taken Went to tell the Front Office Manager at the time, but she didn’t have an explanation and seemed to shrug it off It was a little unnerving

I just left this hotel this morning I stayed overnight because I attended a wedding nearby I chatted for an early check-in and that is when the 5 star service begins

Although i did not arrive early due to traffic, my room was ready I stay at a lot of Marriott properties as an Ambassador Elite Traveler and this place is top notch The room was pristine from the kitchen to both bathrooms The bedding was lush and the towels were thick, bright and white I didn’t eat breakfast but I grabbed coffee and sausage on the way out Both were vey high quality Keep it up This franchisee has high standards!

Not as horrible as some of the reviews But no coffee for us early risers AND they charge for it anyways No breakfast either

Thin walls, hear everything It is very dated Grass was super high for my dogs and there was dog feces all over the courtyard (Bad dog parents, but still very unkept grounds) Definitely odor of marijuana in some hallways Needs to be demolished and updated Came back through, stayed elsewhere; much happier

Steve Tasco

It was kinda clean

that’s itok really where do I start? No microwave in room, a community microwave where the ice machine that doesn’t work iscleaned by who??? Me? Good luck with breakfast, if your schedule has you gone by 7:30 no breakfastnot sure they even have onemaybe someone could let me knowStaff was friendly enough but that’s not really important if they don’t offer anything else, a 2 outta 5 is kind

bdubz 612

The room was nice and that’s the only thing about this place that was okay The staff is ignorant, they not only don’t have any type of breakfast but they sell little cups of cereal and they also sell their cups of coffee I’m sorry but someone spends over 100$ to stay a night at your establishment the least you could do is give a cup of coffee for them in the morning

Very disgraceful and greedy is all they are

Nice, quick check in for a one night stay I was surprised to hear that breakfast was from 5:30-8:30

I woke up early after 24 hours of travel so as not to miss itThe hotel’s interior is recently renovated and the room reflected that It was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries The hotel was quiet, shower was hot, and breakfast was decent My sink was clogged and drained very slowly, too late before I realized it And I think it’s unhygienic to put the coffeemaker in the bathroom

This hotel charges a $150 deposit that is returned after 3 to 5 business days It is not listed on the reservation or the confirmation they send Ridiculous considering the room is only $130 per night, I’m a rewards member, booked directly through them with a credit card, and stay frequently at other best westerns without issue

The woman at the front desk was rude, abrupt, and very unhelpful She took a phone call while I was attempting to check in and was rude to that person as well I had her cancel the stay and drove to another best western in Frederick where they treat their guests with respect and don’t charge a ridiculous deposit

This hotel was disgusting They must be paying for the good reviews We are IHG Gold Members and have never stayed at a hotel as gross as this

Was told by reservations that it was recently renovated but the hotel employees said it was not We were given a ground floor room and left after finding red stains on the mattress We were given a VIP room and that too was gross Never stay here! Would post pics but can’t figure out how

Hotel appears to be an older one and need a renovation noted mold all over the tile grout in the bathroom so proper maintenance has not been being done The staff at this location are absolutely wonderful! They are the reason for the three stars because they are what really make this location Other than the staff the rooms are mediocre and like I said in need of renovation

The on-site restaurant is a joke the menu is very limited and they don’t serve anything that looks remotely like any of the photographs on Google Maps for the restaurant LOL having said all that the worst thing about this location is its location It is impossible to get to this Holiday Inn that sits on the corner of an intersection from two sides there’s only one entrance that you can use and if you’re coming from the wrong direction particularly if you’re headed north you’re going to have to go somewhere and make a U-turn and then backtrack to be able to get to an entrance for this hotel Noting that I won’t ever stay here again as there are a couple of other Holiday Inns just down the road that are a lot easier to get in and out of Of course just visiting the area I had no idea that it would be such a hassle so I’m leaving this review in hopes it helps someone else in their decision making

The front desk worker was great! Her name was Sorta, extremely friendly, assisted us to check us in and we went straight back to the hospice center for a family member The young man (sorry don’t have his name) that was on duty later that night was also extremely friendly! Wow, two employees that was awesome! Only thing the beds were okay and the pillows was lacking comfort Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast

So this is my story I needed a room close to the surgical center to which I was having surgery early in the morning The center had suggested another place I think they didn’t realize that this place was open which was only 6 minutes away from the center Newly renovated you could smell the newness everything!!! Not even dust, or dirt in the corners of the air-conditioned

Lol This place is really nice Mind you I’m a Picky oneThey serve free breakfast, there’s free parking and most of all a Chinese restaurant, nail salon, Italian restaurant, Cafe that serves brunch, supermarket and others just about 20 yards across the lot walking distance Did I mention a gas station? But my real experience I have to give a 10 to Savannah the desk clerk this woman is The epitome of what customer service It should be From Reserving my room and throughout my stay She was very empathetic to my needsThank you Miss SavannahFYI the pool is openThere’s a gymPrice very reasonableSorry I didn’t take pictures theirs don’t do justice

The hotel wasn’t very clean I stayed for two days No one ever cleaned the dirty towels out the pool/spa room

The outside sitting area was never cleaned A lot of dirty towels sitting outside and on the seats ALOT OF ANTS EVERYWHERE! as soon as we checked in I saw ants crawling on everythingAlso the front desk staff were not friendly I asked if it would be ok for room service to clean my room in the morning because we had trash that was also bringing more ants around I was told no because the room service only cleans rooms that people are checking out of I stayed at plenty of hotels and this was the first I ever heard of thatAlso wanted to add for people maybe booking this hotel for the poolPlease don’t The water was FREEZING The pool room was FREEZING IT was 100 degrees this weekend but the ac is on in pool room and the water is not heated You won’t be able to enjoy the pool especially if you have younger children And the sight of dirty soaking wet towels laying around everywhere was just grossAlso the refrigerator did not get coldBut the hotel was quiet and the pillows were comfortable

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for

Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint) I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the leastUpdate…the manager called me back He was apologetic and very professional We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve

Beautiful hotel Great location for my work trip As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all

Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person… Won’t be back

Customer service was questionable at first Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-workerBesides that, my hotel experience was pretty good

It was a quick one night stay for work The room was clean and so was the bathroom The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed!Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thinAll in all, I would visit again

Jesse and Michelle are amazing hosts, very hospitable and warm We booked the whole place for two nights for a party event, and us and all our guests felt comfortable and excited to be there Breakfast was delicious each morning as we all sat in the sun room

The rooms are large, as are the en suite bathrooms The history of the house is fascinating and the grounds are gorgeous

The Inn was a great place to stay It’s easy to find off US 29 and my room was comfy, stylish, and very well appointed Also had a small sitting area, which added some delights

The hosts were friendly and took a lot of extra trouble to make sure that I had a gluten-free breakfast I am very grateful for such care There’s a fantastic ancient tree out front which is worth stopping to see My stay was in late October, but I have added going back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio and outdoor space to my bucket list Highly recommend this historic Inn
