I was recently there for an event When I arrived and checked in the staff was friendly and welcoming of me and our group even having decorations supporting our group at the front desk The problem comes during the event and after

During the event they had a few drink stations set up for us Depending on what drink station you went to depended on how much you were charged and what size glass you were given They were also supposed to have water stations set up for us they did not, instead had limited bottles of water and charged two dollars a bottle After our event was over in the coming days they decided to trash our group and say that if they would of known what kind of group we were they wouldn’t of let us in They knew fully what kinda of group we were and even did research on our group before owing us having our event Our event was a black tie event and we were the respectable group that we said we were Even some of the staff said that it was nice to have a group like our there that was so nice and friendly, instead of other groups that they’ve had where police had to be called In the end I would just say I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have an event at any Marriott if this is they way they treat there customers

The point of a hotel is convenience and this hotel failed to be convenient Bistro hours were not posted anywhere on the menu in the hotel room Turns out they close at 10am, yet online it says 6:30am to 10pm

Even though breakfast is over coffee or drinks should still be an option There also wasn’t anyone at the front desk and the checkout process seems lazy (aka just drop off your cards here) For $130+ a night I would assume the service would be better

The location of this hotel was convenient for our planned visit to the Omaha Zoo and was close to restaurants and shopping The staff was efficient at check in and out Breakfast was fine and serving area was clean

The room, however, had stained and worn carpet The sofa was also in need of a good cleaning or replacement I placed a towel over it before I would sit Furniture very scuffed up On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet An additional $20 was charged to my credit card at check out, which then made total higher than a more highly rated hotel I had reviewed in downtown Omaha

Casey Pawell

If you choose this specific Spring Hill hotel you must lower your standards on the quality of room, amenities, cleanliness of the facility in general If you take into account that this is a major hotel chain in a sea of hotels you might want to fish elsewhere The cleanliness of the room was lacking of care and attention to detail with stains on the carpeting, furniture, bedding , and hallways were dirty with stains and holes in the walls

Paid Friday night rate for a two star hotel chain quality When arrived in room, TV would not work and was only given two towels for four people Front desk staff stated that they “can’t fix the TV and towels were being laundered” at 10 o’clock at night No remedy to issues were given and we just consider this a “never again” experienceI would recommend checking other locations before deciding on this particular Spring Hill

Karen Heusinkvelt

No complaints other than it seems overpriced considering the age and decor of the property The property is clean, front desk is friendly, and the hot breakfast hit the spot I had questions about a nearby venue and the staff was very helpful and gave solid recommendations that worked out perfectly for me

The hotel was full both nights I was there but I didn’t hear a peep all night I’d stay there again

I was very pleased with this place The suite was perfect size for my family of 6 (mom and dad took room with the king bed, 3 boys shared the room with the 2 queen beds, and my daughter slept on the pull out couch in the living room) The rooms were clean and well kept up

The pool was average hotel size, but was nice The workout facility was better than most hotels I’ve been to as the equipment was newer Most of the suites we looked at did not offer breakfast This one has a delicious breakfast with several options, and the young lady working at the breakfast area was awesome! She kept everything well stocked, and all tables and counters were wiped down and clean She was working so hard the entire time we were down there We will definitely visit again when we are in the area

Lynn Allison

This was the first time for my family staying at a Staybridge Suites We were disappointed on so many levelsWe booked adjoining king room suites

When we showed up, they asked if we received a call about accommodations?“No”She stated that the day person had called usAs she checked the number, she said, “Oh! you booked through a third party, that’s why you didn’t receive a call(Wait!,what? Did she just lie to us?😳)Then the manager, informed us that there was some sort of leak of water in our room, and they were no longer availableAll that was left was handicap adjoining queen suitesWe had no other option, as they we prepaid through a third party booking agencyWe asked for a refund of the difference, She said she would “try”, and never followed upThe hallway smelled terrible on the 3rd floor, like some type of chemical cleanerOur rooms were average, the bedding had rips in it, the Transom’s to the bathroom was ripped and broken, the handle on the bathroom door was broken and would not lock properly, the worst was the refrigerator was broken, it would make a VERY loud humming sound!!!When we called to notify the manager she said, Oh! Try changing the temperature, that will stop it😳FOUR TIMES through the night we had to change it after finally turning it off completelyOh yeah, they also have no maintenance on sight to fix anythingAlso, as we were relaxing in our room there was a domestic fight above us, the manager was very responsive, but she is left alone to handle disputes??The parking lot & side walk was in very poor conditionThe breakfast was basic, and not enough seating for as many guestsThe pool was disappointingly smallI felt bad for Lisa, the manager that she has to deal with so much, aloneThe IGH -Staybridge Suites needs to upgrade their sites if they expect to be competitive in this marketI sadly cannot recommend this location, or hotel chain

Patty Evans

The property was a convient location for the things we did ( Zoo, Botanical garden,Brass Armadillo, BK pediatrician bridge)Our room was great Spacious, clean and well supplied The breakfast staff did an awesome job keeping the hot food and coffee filled

Also wiping tables as guests left Front desk staff was friendly and efficient Thanks Scott for the great info

Location was good It is downtown and not far from Old Market, Orpheum and casinos We stayed on a Friday night

Took a while to get checked in with only 1 person in front of us Guest in front was given like a welcome bag with a couple of bottles of water We were not offered that and by the time we got checked in we didn’t think to ask about it We went out for the evening and got back kind of late When we returned there were no spots to park in the parking lot Had to park down the street and walk to hotel in the dark which was kind of scary The room was nice, but had an old fashioned heating/cooling unit instead of a thermostat The water pressure in the shower was weak The coffee in the room was all decaf, which was a disappointment to my husband who needed his caffeine The bed was comfortable but it was not worth the (approx $160) price There was a lot of noise outside the hotel, sounded like garbage trucks We will not be staying here again It just didn’t compare to other places we have stayed

Rachel Walter

Upfront staff a gentleman and lady were very kind The pool area contained a large pool with a hot tub – nice and relaxingThe room was spacious and clean

Parking was not overcrowded The complimentary breakfast was delicious one of the best we’ve had( mini omletes, sausage links, potatoes, cereal, fruits, waffle makers, muffins, and several drink choices) we’ve stayed at several other areas near the old market and we would choose this over those again

gail terry

Rooms were clean

breakfast was good BUT the front desk staff was RUDE started with the folks in front of us checking in and then went on to us The pool area was dirty There were used bandaids on the floor for 2 days No towels for 2 days either There were bags of garbage piled in the area of the ice machine that hadn’t moved both days Not too inconvenient as the ice machine (on 2 floors) were empty/not working I didn’t lodge complaints as I was not the one paying for the rooms Definitely won’t be back here and will question booking in other cities for our travel

We booked our room through the Horseshoe as two Diamond Plus members Initially we were expected to stay in a single king room with 3 adults and had to contact our concierge to get a room with additional sleeping arrangements They did upgrade us to a suite with a pull out couch

We attended the Morgan Wallen concert and returned to our room after midnight When we pulled the couch out we found dirty sheets and towels were on it and mold on the mattress There were no linens, blankets or clean pillows to change it We called the front desk and the male night Staff member begrudgingly agreed to bring linens When he arrived with them, we were expected to change it ourselves We deemed that unacceptable as it is visibly soiled I went down to the front desk to see what we could do where I was rudely greeted by Andrea, the night auditor Who proceeded to yell at me and tell me I didn’t need to have an attitude I don’t know anyone who would come with a smile at 1 AM when their sleeping arrangements are soiled and moldy She proceeded to place blame on me for not noticing earlier that it was dirty I tried to explain that I checked in at 4 and the room should’ve been clean She then yelled at me again and told me she would call security Eventually she did get us a second room but not without belittling and bashing the Horseshoe and their staff and making sure to tell me they don’t manage the hotel and to go ahead and call our concierge she didn’t careThe additional room had beard hair in the sink and trash on the floor there was also bags of trash on the hall way outside of a room Not impressedWe address the situation with the hotel housekeeping manager at the front desk the next morning The manager, Charles stood there and wasn’t forthcoming about his position or helping We told them as long as the rude night staff member was employed we wouldn’t be returning We also asked If there were aware of the numerous other complaints about her on trip advisor to which she responded oh I don’t ever look at those- as she’s standing in front of a display of trip advisor cards None of them were exceptionally helpful but the night staff member is 100% the reason we won’t return

Pick somewhere else Tub didn’t drain properly, beds like sleeping on a rock, hot tub was cold, and don’t even get me started on the absolutely horrible parking situation (Or the fact that you have drunk people setting off car alarms all night long

) Especially skip it if you have anyone under the legal gambling age with you and plan on eating at the restaurants in the casino, they’re all on the floor It’s definitely not the cleanest hotel either

Don Maston

Not a quality Hilton property Outdated, not very clean, no parking, basically a casino hotel and should not be called Hilton I would not recommend this for any traveler who expects the usual Hilton quality product

HVAC did not work properly, sink and toilet did not drain, zero parking as a casino fills up the lot and I had to walk in the rain from the casino parking lot in a suit Highly disappointed, avoid, if at all possible, i will never stay here again Lifetime diamond rating

My wife is in ICU here, we live in Sioux City Iowa and don’t drive College world series now so hospital said all rooms in Omaha booked 3 days I’m home not even able to talk to my wife Sonesta ES suites got room for me for 7 days! So thankful to be able to see my wife

Staff are great, especially the woman at the front desk The room is great! More of a back home relaxing vibe not clinical like many hotels It’s like a condominium complex I am forever in their debt by their kindness and comfort in such a time of fear and uncertainty The property is beautiful, and is surprisingly peaceful and serene, can rarely hear traffic Their kindness, generosity is a blessing and will not be forgotten Thank you many times over

GoFukk Yherself

Couldn’t figure out why many months ago so many bad reviews Learned new ownership and management Room is great

Pool looks awesome, and employees are all amazingly kind and caring Here because wife is in ICU They couldn’t be more empathetic Come here from a day at the hospital and am able to unwind as doesn’t have the motel vibe It feels like home Love it and then! Don’t miss an opportunity to unwind here!

Liz Dyer

Noisy not the neighbors fault by any means; just built poorly I could hear them snoring it was so bad

by 10 am and no sleep, I knew when they were making breakfast or showering pipes sounded like jet engines also, be aware of very high pet fees unhelpful receptionist very disappointed by the other reviews you’ll probably get better sleep at a motel 8 and won’t pay as much

We stayed here to have an easy walk to and from the Taking Back Sunday and Third Eye Blind concert We got one night in a king room (Wednesday night) and it was $200When entering there is construction, but parking is still easy and accessible

The main lobby has major construction and has a walk around to get to the main desk They only had one employee checking people in so the line did take a little bit but she was quick to get us our keysThe room was very underwhelming The price you pay and the actual room you get do not match I would expect this room to be 100 or less a night There was water damage along the window The pillows were very small, but the bed was comfortableThe sink did not drain well The tub had rust and was very outdated The toilet is very low to the ground, so if getting down and/or up is difficult I would not recommendOverall, the concert and venue linked with Harrah’s is amazing Show was greatHotel is not worth the time or the money and I would not recommend a stay

John Trumble

I only visited the casino, not the hotel Although the facility is not especially new or well-maintained, the slots machines, at least, were mostly modern and nice The speakers had been disabled on one whole bank of machines that I wanted to play, so the volume controls didn’t work, which was a bummer

Also, much of the facility appears to be undergoing remodeling so hopefully it’ll be nicer sooner just in time for competition in NebraskaThe slots were fun and I had a good time Within 15 minutes on the first machine I played, I was up $440 net But it was too soon to leave, I had just got there So I ended up hanging around for 2 hours and losing everything I had carried in there A good time was had by some

Karen Frank

Under construction in lobby skylights being replaced, will be nice when done

We stayed 2 nights and I didn’t realize we would not have our room tided or towels and coffee replaced We had to go down to desk to get items ourselves Would have been nice if someone came for dirty laundry or at least gave us a laundry bag to put our towels

The room was clean, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious We really appreciated the snack bag and water provided at check in This hotel has a cool/modern vibe with lots of common space if you want to get out of your room

We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked great and the coffee shop across the street was perfect Would stay here again

Denise Allen

The service was excellent The room was very clean and there was no carpet in my room I love that, it feels so much cleaner and better especially if you have allergies

The TV had a welcome with my name, nice touch 🙂The breakfast was great Everything you expect, pancakes, waffles, eggs, ect Staff was always out cleaning up and refilling the stationsThe price of the room was reasonable and the same price each night, not a price hike because I stayed on a Friday and Saturday nightI would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel

Lilly Miller

We stopped here when passing through town and we were very happy with the stay Front desk women were great, set us up with a fantastic room with a tub for our baby to take a bath inVery family friendly, lots of groups playing in the pool, in the rec room (pool table, giant connect 4, ext)Room was very clean, beds were super comfy, black out curtains were a game changer

I truly had no idea what time the sun came up, we all slept like champs even the babyOnly thing is that the breakfast was kind of lame And all I eat at these places is oatmeal but the fruit selection was sub par and there was no peanut butter I will say though, they’re trying to create less waste (real silverware, large refillable containers for lotion and shampoo ext), and that was all cool to seeI’ll definitely stop here again if I’m driving through

The room was not that great Beds were not comfortable Outlet in bathroom did not work

The blow dryer did not work in the second room in our group The third room smelled strongly of cigar smoke Staff gave us a spray to use We tried to air the room but window only opened a small amount Items in suitcase starting smelling like smoke (place is a non-smoking facility, I even check with the front desk about that) Next morning I asked for more help with stink They used a different spray This time they offered to do the spraying and we didn’t have to do it ourselves We left for the day When we returned it smelled better and tolerable (still there just not strong) I will say they offered to move the person from the stinky room but it would have put them on a different floor and we needed to stay together They also fixed the bathroom outlet the morning after we reported it Blow dryer not fixedThey would not discount our room due to “using a 3rd party booking service” – aka Bookingcom That was ridiculous! We should have not had to pay the full amount Also, the pool is very small, not a pretty setting at all and very cold water for being an inside pool We did not try the breakfast that was available for an additional cost Since everything else was not great, we didn’t want to risk it Needless to say, I was not impressed at all I thought it would be much better considering the reviews were all so good and they advertise a rating of 88 on Hotelcom They must be falsifying reviews online because it should only be rated a 3 at best! Choose a different place to stay if you want to enjoy your trip!Disliked · Since I booked through a bookagency, did not

Tyodra

For a budget hotel, I was thoroughly impressed We stopped here for the night, mainly because it was close to the interstate and they allowed dogs The room was clean, and free of unpleasant smells

It had a small kitchenette, table, and recliner, none of which I used, but I appreciated their presence Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever passing through

The rooms are basic but knew this ahead of time Beds comfortable also a nice fridge in room The shower had real good water pressure

Service both day and evening they were the nicest people could not help you enough Breakfast was good but options never changed the 4 days I was there Also site on line shows shuttle which should be removed from web page as was told it has not operated since the pandemic

Rosa Armstrong

I enjoyed my stay here Made a stop in Council Bluff to explore the area and Omaha Front desk staff were super friendly, housekeeper was super friendly, rooms looked clean, water pressure was good, liked the fridge and microwave in the room, overall enjoyed the stay

Hand soap, shampoo, body wash are in dispensers which I actually like instead of the small containers most hotels have It’s environmentally friendlier and most places don’t offer hand soap so that was nice There is construction by the hotel but you can’t hear anything going on at night The location is excellent Only minutes away from some cool attractions and downtown Omaha Will definitely stay here again

Shan Vanderford

We recently stayed at the there and the ladies were amazing We had booked at a different hotel which rudely turned us away at check in Christina was able to get us room there at the BridgePointe Inn and was so helpful and accommodating by letting us check in early

Even when we had to extend our stay due to unexpected events, the ladies were great and quick to get it taken care of Christina, Stephanie, Jessica, Heidi, and the whole cleaning crew were great My 4 year old daughter loved going by the front desk to show them her outfit and talk with them Just overall amazing service and environment The staff at BridgePointe Inn are setting the bar for top customer service If we are ever in Councils Bluff, we know were we are staying !

The staff was extremely helpful and cared about our stay We needed a wheelchair and a few other amenities and all were delivered with a smile Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good, however, the staff ultimately made our stay five-star

Other hotels were recommended by the hospital, however we thought this would be better for us So glad we followed our intuition and stayed here instead We did let the hospital know about our exemplary stay and hopefully they will recommend this hotel We will be back in town in the future and plan to stay here again

Doug was one of the best that you could get at a hotel! He made my stay so much better than it could have been He checked in nearly everyday to make sure that everything was still good The room was clean, the pool was refreshing, the work out area while small still did what it needed to

Overall I would give it 6 stars because of Doug if I could!

Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, parking lot is well-lit Nice little area with lots of shopping nearby Breakfast was good

The coffee in the rooms was a little blah for my taste, but the complimentary breakfast coffee was great We had a large group for a sports tournament, and we’d be happy to stay here again for the next one

Awesome hotel This Hilton has an incredible staff They all were friendly and helpful

The evening staff/supervisor was awesome helping me check in and assisting me with a few items I forgot The bartender was friendly, enjoyed visiting with his guest and helpful He engaged us in conversation and we talked like old friends He made you feel welcome and like you were at your favorite bar at home I highly recommend this hotel

My family held the 105th reunion at this hotel They provided a discount rate on rooms and the facility and service is excellent! We held the banquet and dance in the ballroom There was plenty of room and the worked so (SO) hard to accommodate us

The food was awesome The served real smoked brisket, that was perfectly cooked, sauteed green beans and some of the best mashed potatoes ever I spoke to the host and she thought we held the reunion every five years, but it’s a yearly event that’s even covered by the local news I am sure the family will select this hotel again!!Very well done!!!

It is Awesome thank you Very much!!! Would highly recommend your hotel to anyone Everything in the room is well maintained and cleaned indeed which is awesome!! The employees are amazing as well Maria did a great job booking us and making it very easy and she took ownership because I had issues trying to book it originally through your call center that was somewhere overseas and the lady overseas did not understand me I will definitely be back sometime in the future because this was just pretty awesome I was only here for one night but that night was awesome I appreciate everything that the hotel staff has done to make this a great experience

Nice, modern hotel near the casino Workout room, indoor pool, and river view rooms Plenty of easy parking

My room was very comfortable A nice, new king-size bed The furniture is all new and very comfortable (chaise lounge and even the office chair) Cable has plenty to offer on a nice, large LCD TV (42″?) Bathroom is nicea large shower and plenty of counter space Nice and quiet There is an indoor walkway all the way to the casino for food options and whatever else The staff is super nice, too I’ll definitely stay here again!

As a mom of 4 kids it’s always a struggle to find hotels that are truly kid friendly and accommodating The room size was great and VERY clean! I was very impressed! The breakfast provided has great variety and we all left happy and full Lysol wipes are provided throughout the hotel which I appreciated

All staff were very friendly and respectful Located within minutes of the children’s museum, the zoo, and everywhere else we went was close by Will be booking here everytime we are in the area! Thanks Hampton!

The room was clean and comfortableCoffee was a HUGE issue !!They serve dark roast, light roast and DecafThe problem is it not coffee at all it is colored water with NO flavor!!!!!! It’s really bad when the room coffee is better then the buffet coffee People if your a coffee person don’t stay here or maybe just walk down to the Holiday Inn and act like your one of the guests there, that’s the only way to get a decent cup of coffee at this Hampton

Convenient to the Interstate (though not as noisy as I feared when we pulled in)Staff was very friendly and helpful – the highlight of the stayOverall site was clean

Rooms were nice, though if you’re not sleeping on the “inside” side of the bed, you need to pull a chair over as a night stand Large bottles of bathroom fluids for (re)use, vs individual guest onesWalkable places to eat were all low-end, but there are other locales within a short hop by carBreakfast buffet had decent quality and variety, but was nothing specialI would stay here again, though I might also look for something a little nicer

Hotel is clearly understaffed like the rest of the world The few employees I did encounter were friendly and helpful One employee spilled the beans to our child on our family vacation surprise even when we seconds before said it’s a surprise don’t

Breakfast was decent for what most places can offer during Covid Our room smelt of smoke and baby powder which threw us off Our bathroom had peeling wall paper and what appeared to be some mold forming The fan did not work and the shower easily flooded Clearly our room had seen water damage more then once The pool was deceiving from photos It was dirty and had stuff floating in it that resembled vomit The hot tub was warm but didn’t have working jets Over all the place is in many ways run down The staff however deserve 5 stars for attempting to be attentive with what they have to work with

Arlen Brunsvold

Staff was friendly and worked hard to make sure your stay was relaxing and enjoyableThe hot breakfast was tasty and the dining room was bright and clean!Rooms were well maintained, clean and competitively priced
