1011 TRUCKING

Stayed here because they had semi truck parking Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at how updated the rooms were Super nice, very comfortable and there is even a courtyard with a covered gazebo to relax in by a working fountain

The staff was super friendly and very helpful Will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!Erika & Greg Permenter1011 Trucking, LLC

The rooms are clean and the decor is modern yet comfy The beds and pillows were very nice, and No bed bugs (I always check!) My only complaint is the noise Guests fighting (including 2 cop cars there for 3 hours at 2am,) guest working on vehicles until after 1am, and housekeeping carts and a bunch of little children making noise/yelling up and down the sidewalk outside our room at 6am

$14000 per night was a bit high due to the lack of sleep, because isn’t that the purpose of a motelto sleep??

Decent enough but if you’re going to use large toiletry bottles with pumps mounted in the shower and not individual bottles, make sure they’re not empty The last thing I want to do is be trying to shower and stay on schedule only to climb in, get wet, realize there’s no body soap, call the desk and be told housekeeping will be up in 30 minutes after break, and then asked if i checked in the day before as if that matters Maybe they thought I drank the soap but I arrived later the night before and didn’t shower

Also the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have lotion

Absolutely wonderful hotel, they have an extremely accommodating hospitality staff, very friendly that not onlyĺ makes your experience a personal and very comfortable! It’s a quiet location buttoned up in a majestic park like area right behind a delicious coffee bar next door with a drive-thru couldn’t, honestly I couldn’t find a thing to complain about! Her energy was just amazing and she made sure I wanted for nothing The room was extremely clean, and perfect for my disabled husband The place was perfect Will definitely stay there again when we are in town visiting family Thank you to all the staff!!!! And thanks Leanne, your the best!!!!!

I checked in and went to my room, I pulled the comforter back and found long hair on the sheets in several different places, the bedding was not changed When I asked the hotel staff to come in and change out the bedding it took them almost an hour to bring new sheets, I even had to call down and tell them to make sure they bring up a new clean comforter, the person working the desk didn’t seem like it was a big deal so it must happen all the time How do you microwave in the room was not plugged in and there was not even a plug where it was sitting so in order to use it you had to remove it from under the TV and move it to a table so that you could actually use the microwave, I was told they have new microwaves my order which blows my mind that you would have microwaves that are usable but no place to plug them in so what’s the point in ordering a new microwave

Michael Jensen

Very friendly and professional reception staff Well-kept facility Great complimentary breakfast

Clean room but there were some maintenance issues Maid service was terrible I understand that the hotel is wanting to keep the staff safe but never once did a maid come innot even to replace towels or empty the trash The reception staff told me there would be “limited maid service” and a maid would be in to replace the towels and empty trash I ate dinner in my room three nights in a row Without any trash removal there was a lot of trash by the end of my stay Overall can only give my stay three stars

This has been by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the Tracy and surrounding areas The front desk staff are awesome an have great attitudes The check in process is simple and fast, the rooms are clean and bug free unlike many others in area

I’d definitely recommend staying at extended stay make it your home away from home And be ready to get some good laughs when chatting with the staff They are hilarious They made me feel comfortable an just like family

ZERO STARS!I was treated horribly by the evening front desk name LettyMy husband made a reservation for me and my dog so we can spend the night coming from the airport The person who he spoke to over the phone said everything is good and it should be ready by the time we get there and check in

He provide the confirmation number for the said reservation for the nightOnce I got there, the door is locked( No big deal, I understand its for their safety purposes) I knock on the door and few minutes later Letty shows up and I told her I have reservation for the night She said there’s no reservations for me and she’s not expecting any arrivals at all I called my husband to verify and she finally let me in While I was on the phone she refresh her computer and my name shows up Then she said she still can’t check me in because my reservation is for Monday and I told her its already 1 in the morning If I have to pay extra fees I don’t mind paying at all I just need a place to stay for the night She said no and said I can’t help you Our system already audited for the night and I can’t check you in The earliest I can is at 12 noon, you just have to come backI told her my phone is dying, I don’t have any reservations elsewhere and I don’t have a car She just keep saying sorry I can’t help you and there’s 2 other hotels across the street maybe you can go there I have to sit outside on the floor and figure things out because she wont let me stay inside I end up walking on the street with my luggage and dog at 2 in the morning to go to the other hotel because Letty is unkind enough to help or extend some kindness towards me I wish her well and I hope that she won’t be in a position where she would be needing help and nobody is willing to help her at allI hope the management and corporate will do something with this issue Treating guest like this unacceptable Simple decency would be nice specially when someone is having a rough day Sadly this place failed to provide that

I love the atmosphere and Olivia and Vicky were so friendly and helpful and nice and sweet I love how everything is close Shopping, food, and the freeway

The rooms were very clean The beds are very comfortable I am enjoying my stay so far And do plan on returning I was here with my two children, ages seven and five My apartment was painted and I actually got feeling a little sick because we were inhaling the fumes So getting away from home and coming to an extended stay was like coming to a second home I love it here, it makes me wanna move to Tracy I live in Stockton now

Not very impressed with this Comfort Inn I stay at about 120 nights a year The floors were so dirty that when I stepped in the shower, the shower turned black, my wife socks were black, there is no shower door, trim paneling on the walls is missing, the toilet ran Non-Stop until you lifted the float, the food was okay the service for breakfast the first day of our stay was all right based on covid requirements the second day in 15 minutes no one got food we finally ended up walking away and getting food elsewhere

The clientele using this hotel weren’t the best either staying in their hotel room hours after the 11:00 am check out, parking in two spots, no one can park straight and standing outside smoking pot

Dillon

First room (109), the AC wouldn’t turn on and the phone was missing from the room to call the front desk Was switched to room 208, the fridge in that room was so loud like a ticking clock It came on every hour and lasted for one hour

The shower was decent but glass only covered one side of the shower, don’t know if that’s how it was meant since there was roller wheels on a track above but no door to slide shut If you are a light sleeper, this room might keep you awake with the fridge and the freeway traffic right there Was very loud and didn’t help that the people above were stomping at 2am The breakfast is decent The elevator was a little on the slow side I feel the rate was on the high side One night I was charged $117, $132 after taxes and then the next night was $136, $152 after taxes The website and paper you sign in at the front desk say $250 for a deposit My card was only charged $77 not that I’m complaining I heard another customer complain that the washing machine (front loader) on the third floor I think wouldn’t spin and his clothes came out soaking wet All in all, was an ok stay but a little expensive for what it was and will probably stay somewhere else for the price next time

Ana Rosales

As soon as I saw it I knew I was not going to like it I wanted to change my booking right away I had to change rooms because the first room was dirty the second room was the same no telephone no update television the person staying next door smoke weed I can smell it in my room same breakfast and I stayed four days there I had to disinfect them myself the worst stay ever I do not recommend this

This local gem helped make 2 days completely comfortable Everywhere else had no vacancies and I stumbled upon this place as a complete accident The room was spotless, AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable – which makes all the difference in my opinion

Staff was polite and respectful, which I appreciated I definitely recommend anybody to stay here if needed Thanks for the hospitality Hacienda!

With the review is the way they’re listed come up either they have a very high rating or a very low rating, it’s almost impossible to tell reality from fiction I’m assuming this is a small family-run operation come up that rents to low-income homeless and transitional housing Did not find any bug or rodent infestations, however I was only there for about 9 hours before I head to return to work

Mary Bagorio

Very down home real people, managers that care about thier guests enough to help in any way possible Items you might have forgotten, they will loan you If they have it, you’ve got it

One of the less expensive motels but the towels are nice, the rooms are decent, and the atmosphere friendly and helpful Convenient location, close to food, grocery and convenience stores, even the hospital Nightly and weekly rates

We’ve stayed in Tracy, California a few times, and this has been the best hotel so far The staff was super friendly and the building felt clean and updated The room furniture was well thought out with plenty of counter and bench space

Great lighting and charging options The breakfast was a hit with my boys, but gluten-free options are quite limited This location is close to In-N-Out 😁

james farner

First room I was given had the foul odor of cigarettes, tried to call down to front desk but the quick buttons on the phone didn’t work They gave me a new room and everything was fine until just before 5am That’s when someone’s car alarm was continually going off until reset and then again and again and continued until after 6am

When I talked to the Manager he said he wasn’t aware of it and hadn’t heard from any other employee about the issue I know they could hear it as I was on the third floor, opposite end of the car Just seems like they don’t care about issues as even the smoke smell in the room should have been brought to someone’s attention before letting someone check in

We had the pleasure of staying 35 months at this wonderful park The spacious spots, well maintained park and awesome staff made the experience priceless

The surrounding area of the Sacramento River Delta added to the peaceful, tranquil ambiance of the park alsoIf there was any criticism, it would be that there is nothing for children to do here other than perhaps ride their bikes around the park However, having said that, we would still highly recommend this park to anyone The benefits far outweigh that one negative in our opinion In fact, we liked it so much, we’ve already reserved a spot for later in the year

World Trekker

I’m really struggling with this review because I want to say good things -the park is so very clean and pretty (mature palms, hand-laid pavers), and the people who run it, Stephanie and John, are super-nice and also vigilant in patrolling the park, which made us feel very safe But I just couldn’t get past the negatives:1 no hot water in the showers

The welcome paperwork states that 1 of the showers has hot water but when we reported not being able to get the water hot, the office staff said the owner made them turn it off so people couldn’t take long showers and overwhelm the septic system2 No WiFi and very weak cell signal3 No pool – and the Rio Vista / delta area is really hot! Many days high 90° to 107° Could really use a pool here!4 EXTREMELY windy!!! We were not able to put out our awning the entire time we stayed And the noise of the non-stop wind hitting our slide toppers and shaking our rig grin side to side kept us awake most nights5 $700 toll every time you go over the bridge into Antioch for groceries, restaurants, or to San Francisco, redwood parks, etc6 No laundry facilities on site7 The road to the campground from the highway is ridiculously rough – over 2 miles of deep ruts and holes They call it the levee road Don’t drive any faster than 5mph – seriously – or you will shake everything loose in your rig8 The dog run has no grass It’s just a large dirt are enclosed with Cyclone fencing9 Nothing to do at the park

brian

Premium camping experience, delta styleClean, well kept, quiet Only cold water in the showers (This was temporary, due to repairs)Owners should offer a discount when only cold showers are available

I also have in my profile away from the elevator She said she looks at everyone’s profiles to make sure she places them by their preferences I laid down in bed The traffic noise is terrible Also my door is the closest to the elevator I say know your product Know what you’re selling A restful nights sleep and keeping your promises to your guests She did offer to move me but I’m already in bedAnother sleepless night in a hotel with highway traffic as loud as can be

I would NOT recommend this hotel especially if you have a family with children! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot I didn’t have a good feeling There were cars all smashed up in the parking lot As we’re walking in to check in my 8yr old noticed there was a broken window to the lobby & asked if we HAVE to stay here

We get to the front where it looks like they MAY be remodeling however the guy is behind a tiny glass window he takes my ID to check us in and tells me there’s a $100 security deposit I have to pay cash only I asked where it shows that on the website or anywhere at that matter He says “it’s a new policy we started a few days ago You have to pay a $100 Cash only security deposit that you can get back after your stay ” I said well I’ve never heard of that and it doesn’t say it anywhere Can you accept card & can I get a receipt? He says “it’s cash only! You don’t have cash on you?” I said no I don’t! & he says fine I’ll waive it but next time that’s our new policy! At this point I was already unhappy everything felt off! We got up to the room (pictures online are deceiving) all 3 of my kids (under 10) said they feel scared and don’t want to stay here! What kid isnt excited to stay in a hotel!! Needless to say we left for a family event & did not return! $200 down the drain! I wish I would’ve taken more pictures

Sarah Esmon

First off, the hotel on the inside was kept clean upon first sight, however the parking lot was anything but clean There was trash everywhere despite there being multiple trash cans and a dumpster available in the small aforementioned parking lot Staff was kind to my service dog although they asked me to email the hotel the paperwork for my service animal which is illegal seeing how all they are allowed to ask is the following 2 questions: 1

Is it a service dog AND 2 What tasks is the animal trained to perform The attendant at the front desk also attempted to charge my friend twice for the same room while arguing about the deposit The AC unit ran but was very ineffective, which was disappointing to say the least considering it was over 100° on that day (June 26, 2022) Furthermore, the stopper for the bath tub did not work and had to use the trash can liner in order to even take a proper bath The hotel did provide a small amount of shampoo, conditioner and soap via the dispensers attached to the shower wall, however the buttons were partially broken The shower head, all though it was able to turn which should have given different settings of water flow, did quite the opposite and the water pressure was absolutely disappointing The refrigerator, unexpectedly, worked extremely well unlike the blow dryer which was hot and loud but the air flow needed to actually dry things was very poor The room had a microwave in it but I had no use for it so I am unable to say whether it worked well or not The TV had good quality as far as volume and picture Hope this helps

Allison Lahr

Very dirty and looked not nice at all for $151 when I first went to book, it was $99 and taxes was over $50 I didn’t even confirm the booking and it charged my account anyways and after I told them it just booked and took money out of my account they basically accused me of lying and said they weren’t have “technical difficulties” on the website and that it couldn’t just book with out me confirming the booking even though I didn’t press anything so they wouldn’t give me a refund even though I didn’t even confirm anything… the room is definitely not worth the price at all The toilet paper wasn’t even changed from the last guest who stayed in the room

definitely do not recommend this hotel at all

Hello Tracy, CA! Upon arrival Kayla made the check in experience pleasant The level of service, the location… moments from the freeway entrance, the cleanliness of the hotel and the free parking made this location a good choice The only issues for me were the views from my room, the sound of the freeway outside my window and the guests above my room who seemed to walking throughout the night

Achieving a good night’s sleep was a bit difficult with the constant noise Overall, I enjoyed my stay because of the great service and convenience Who visits California to sleep anyway? 🤩

They had amazing customer service specially the manager! help me out with any situation but the fact I’m giving this place two stars is due to Establishment excepting pets in this hotel and because of dogs being accepted into the Hotel There was barking at random hours and my team couldn’t get rest for work

because of that situation and also the smell of dog smell we ended our work trip short and went to a better establishment

Upon our arrival the hotel elevator did not work The refrigerator in our room was not cold or plugged in One of the TV remotes needed batteries

The phone to call downstairs didn’t work so we called on our cell phones The pool was too cold for my kids to stay in for more than 5 minutes and we had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels When they delivered batteries to our room they left them but we could not install them without a screwdriver Another trip downstairs and we left the remote with them while we went to dinner We also informed them that the thermostat in our room was not working Although we had it set to 65 to cool off the room, the temperature was rising and was up to 69 They claimed they would come in and “reset” it while we were at dinner Thermostat was still not working When we returned I pulled out the sofa bed for our girls to sleep on only to find that it was a single and there was no bedding in the room Another trip downstairs and I was given a flat sheet and a paper thin blanket, (good thing it’s warm in the room?), and informed that there are no pillows Is this a joke? Come on Marriott I will never stay here again I would have demanded to move to a different room, but after all those trips up and down the stairs and getting the bed set up I was too tired It was after 7:00 in the evening and we had to get up early They get one star for a comfortable bed

Terri Olsen

Where do I begin? It’s a Fairfield which automatically lowers my expectations, but this one was worse than usual Entered the hotel I noticed towels on the floor around the ice machine

Entered the elevator and the floor in the elevator was so wet from kids heading to their rooms after being at the pool but no wet floor sign When I entered my room all seemed okay at first glance, however it was not The ac in the room was broken so they had a portable unit that was vented through the window The 2nd television was completely missing from the wall Decided to just deal with it and take a shower The shower head is so high on the wall that I could not reach it to adjust it and it was spraying water everywhere One of the dispensers for shower gel was missing from the wall Not a single wash cloth, and the towels were about 24 inches by 12 inches and rough as sand paper Breakfast was pretty disappointing as well

Marcos Rodriguez

I’ve traveled for work for many years (Platinum Elite member) and my main go to hotel chain is Marriott This is my 2nd time at this hotel and my most current experience was just unacceptable Upon check in I was give a room that when I entered it looked as if a frat party had taken place in there

Front desk was very apologetic, gave me a new room that was clean, good right? Well not so fast 2nd room had a portable AC unit which at 1st I didn’t mind, but once sun hit room it got pretty warm so I turn on AC unit and left for dinner to that when I return my room will be cool to chill and relax To my surprise upon return to room the room temp was 85deg Seems the heat exhaust hose came off and all the heat that was supposed to be exhausted was being exhausted into room I attempted to re-connect hose, but due to heat existing tape was insufficient and kept sliding off So be warn If renting from this hotel come summer time, thing twice You might be dealing with a HOT room during your stay Hope hotel owners will actually spend the money to fix the issue and not put a band aid of portable AC units

When we came to our room, we found it to be very clean, comfy and the bed sheets exceeded our expectations The wall between the beds was nice when half our group was asleep and the other was awake TV had cable which lets you watch a handful of channels like Food Network, Comedy Central, and other lovable channels Towel service and beds were made immediately while we were gone which was very convenient for usWhile our Stockton adventure was a little chaotic, we found the Courtyard to be our safe haven for a multitude of reasons It was great coming back to a clean cozy hotel room each night of our stay The hotel is also situated in area with tons of restaurants and shopsDefinitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and a more personal experience with the friendly staff The hotel carried alot of charm that you won’t see anywhere else I would definitely book here again the next time I’m in the area I highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was nice and quiet, what we needed Overall hotel not what we’re used to for Courtyards Dining area AC was out and made it a hothouse

Bistro staff of 1 for dinner hour not very enthusiastic (possibly due to heat), wine was hot, carpets on 2nd floor dirty, food trays left out all night in hallway and not picked up, pool closed, day staff at desk not very attentive in morning Kind of disappointed 3 stars cause we got a good night rest

Good service, nice breakfast buffet I got upgraded to a suite for a small additional charge The hotel is new, the AC unit is also new and wasn’t functioning properly, a tech had to come in

Also, fire alarm went off in the entire hotel one eveningBut room service is great, staff is friendly, and rooms are clean
