I often wonder if there is a group of rooms set aside for people that on Expedia or other places like that This is not the first time we have encountered a room sorta cleaned Also, please know there isn’t an elevator therefore no luggage cart

The location is great and staff nice There is breakfast but we didn’t take advantage of it We walked into town and ate

Our room was very nice I wish i could give 45 stars instead of 4

Only issue with the room was a very leaky sink in room 2016 Service at the front was slow but the gentleman in front of us had a party of 20 and it was obvious someone was new and learning Location was perfect Right near the main street in Enumclaw and short drive away from the plentiful amount of hikes nearby Breakfast served from 5a-9a on weekdays and 5a-10a on weekends if i remember correctly Non smoking rooms only as far as i could tell

I am on my second week at this hotel for business I cannot say enough about the quality and value of my stays here! Rooms are immaculate, cleaned every day with beds made and every towel replaced All of the staff are AMAZING!! Tim, Daniel and all of front end staff are professional, friendly, courteous and willing to go out of their way to make your stay as accommodating as possible! The beds are absolutely comfortable! I have not woken up in the middle of the night yet! If any of my friends or family plan on coming to this area, staying at this hotel would be a must! Thank you to all of the staff that have made my time away from home as enjoyable as possible!

Booked a room here online last night Got to the hotel tonight and they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t explain what happened to my reservation I spoke with the manager and he was extremely rude

Never once apologized and said it was not his problem he told me I needed to figure out how to get the refund on my own Worst customer service I have encountered with a hotel ***Edited to add that today I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour I’ve been told that I can’t be refunded my money because the receptionist filed that I was a “no show” for my reservation

Nice La Quinta hotel The lobby was under renovation during my stay, but that had no impact on my experience The staff was super friendly and pleasant, and my room was clean and comfortable; I had an excellent sleep

My cat also enjoyed his stay Hot breakfast was included (I love those waffle machines), but there are also other food options near the hotel No complaints

Check- in was great Amy called the same day to confirm our arrival Once we got to the hotel Aaron checked us in and he was awesome!! The rooms had a Microwave and mini fridge

I loved the bedmy husband didn’t I loved that you could open the window a bit to let some of the fresh air in The free breakfast was not too bad We loved that they had a waffle station Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 The are right next door to a Jack-in-the-Box My husband loves Jack so that was a plus and around the corner is Bigfoot Java they are open 24hrs We will be staying here again the next time we come for a visit!!

Very clean rooms, nice fluffy towels (& not scratchier than a Boar’s hair), great breakfast w/real (bacon & eggs) protein, fresh fruit along w/cottage cheese, peaches & yogurt YUMMY!!!!!Not just toast, waffles (w/a surprise mini ones too), coffee, tea & dry cereal The other places that offer breakfast I’ll look it over & go find another place to sleep

Yes if I’m gonna stay in their hotel, (breakfast is my reason to stay in their hotel) then offer me more than the above

This was literally one of the best hotels we have stayed in First impression: very neat and clean, we were welcomed by a very friendly front desk employee We had a reservation so check in was super simple

Get to our room and it too was very neat and clean The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Plenty of outlets to plug in many devices Continental breakfast was very good and filling, unfortunately our flight home was very early Sunday morning so we only could partake in one breakfast morning Plenty of seating as well Very cozy, we used the common area for afternoon drinks and conversation with some of our other wedding party members I highly recommend this hotel

I see some of the negative reviews and I seriously don’t get it This is a Holiday Inn, not some luxury hotel That said, I have been here 2 weekends in a row for an event, and will return for a third

Both of my rooms were clean and quiet despite the hotel being fully booked Everything worked fine The check in and check out process is a breeze The desk staff were friendly and efficient I was very impressed – in fact, I have had less pleasant stays at luxury establishments I will be back

CONS: The shower and toilet had hair on them when we arrived The toilet paper and facial tissue had not been replaced before we arrived A light bulb was out; when the front desk person replaced it, they didn’t have the right bulb so it still didn’t work

The phone didn’t work unless we put it on speaker The front desk person was not very professional, sharing information about their staffing issues and even said, “at least there are no bugs” when we asked her to get the bathroom cleanedwhich of course made me wonder if they’d had complaints about bugs! We did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang from our doorPROS: Inexpensive, so I guess we got what we paid for! Breakfast was good, with multiple high-quality options (such as brand-name organic yogurt) Everything was clean – of course, aside from our bathroom When we notified them that our bathroom was not clean, they did send the cleaning crew, who re-cleaned the whole bathroom for us Flat screen TV was nice Armoire was nice Bed was really comfy

Room was fabulous but

but the ants in the bathroom were not pleasant but maintenance did come right away so overall the stay was great the hottub , swimming pool you would think it be heated being inside and the workout room it was sweetI would come back again but different room The front desk girls were amazing there was one that went out of her way to help me with some arts and crafts for my aunties service I didn’t catch her name but she knows who she is thank you so so much I appreciate you and your 110% my lady

clueless fisherman

Room looked good when we got there as we dropped our stuff off then went to my daughter’s softball tournament Got to the room at 10pm put the 2 yr old to sleep and and noticed the toilet running but didn’t think anything of it until about 1 and then again at 1:30, I woke up no less than 5 times and got the worst sleep I’ve ever had, I went to the front desk in the morning and complained about it and they said they could of switched me rooms but with a 2yr old and a grumpy 13 yr it wasn’t worth switching rooms at 11 and dealing with the headache Front desk said all they could do was give us points for the annoyance which is not what I wanted but it was points or nothing, I would of been happy with 10$ off our 220$ room but no

side note when I went to lay down and moved the pillows the headboard was all worn and looked like it had seen some miles🥵

Bert Maggleferg

Friendly and courteous staff at front desk, at my room the first thing I notice is the room has been lived in hard Everything is well worn like the door that has deep wear marks from the chain and doesn’t close tight as hallway light shown through all the way around at night Dresser drawers wouldn’t open or close

Couch cushions so broken down that the front structure of the couch cut across the back of your legs Room was pretty clean but not thoroughly clean One evening when I returned, the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke when it is supposed to be non-smokingThe continental breakfast was good and I used the exercise room a couple times Bed was surprisingly comfortable but the one night in my schedule I planned to take a soak in the hot tub, it was out of service due to a chemical imbalanceCould have given it 3 stars but based on how much I spent in return for what I got, I can only go 25 stars and will book somewhere else next time

Pam Tutino

Devon at the front desk went above and beyond for us The hotel and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and never wanted to get out of bed it was so comfortable The only very minor thing was housekeeping only left 2 cups in the room and 3 different types of single serve coffees

1 decaf, 1 medium roast and 1 bold No cups for the ice bucket or bathroom either What if you had 4 people in the room with 2 queens You would have to ask for more cups and coffee (which we did) or share I realize this is pretty minor, all you’d have to do is ask for more but when you pay that much for a room for 2 nights they should stock it accordingly Shouldn’t have to ask for something that should be automatic
