We had a great time at Island Beach Resort The location was amazing! We were right on the beach and there was a nice pool as well There is a grill, but we did not use it

The pool has lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas The condo was clean and had a great view The kitchen had everything we needed to warm and serve the food we had brought The price was reasonable for the space we had The best thing is location, location, location! We loved the beach My friends and I were planning our return trip as we left

From check in to check out very nice and professional I even forgot my Gucci belt behind after checking out and realized a day later After calling the next morning to report it, Francesca the manager for the cleaning crew, called me and told me she would look for the belt immediately

Within 20 minutes I got a call back and she said she found the belt I was surprised at the response time, and very pleased with all the service at this hotel

Bianca Johnson

The location is prime for surrounding adventure of Port Saint Lucie However, although we weren’t down there on leisure and instead there for a family emergency, the amenities and facility was more than welcoming and exceptional in every way I didn’t intend on staying at this hotel at first and had instead booked a reservation across the street

When I found that the rooms weren’t to my liking, I sought this hotel and do not regret my decision I had difficulty booking through Expedia and was met with issues which I explained to the staff at the Garden Inn, and from that moment they ensured me that they could do all they could to help, AND THEY DID! Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism ☺️

I was here on a solo motorcycle trip The hotel appears to be very new, and an excellent conditionI had a king room, which had a very nice sofa

The bathroom is large, and a great condition The hotel is very clean overallService at the front desk was excellentThe parking lot is in good condition and the grounds are cleanI’d be very happy to stay here again

Ebony Polk

When I arrived for check-in no one was at the front desk and when the attendant finally did come to assist me he was not friendly at all and appeared lazy, I do not feel like I received a proper welcome I told him there was a small puddle of water directly in front of the desk and he looked at me strangely like he didn’t care About 45 minutes after I checked in I went for food at a local restaurant and noticed the spill was still there

My family and I booked a stay here for 3 nights The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, however, on our second and third night the water pressure in the shower did not flow At that point I was counting down for my stay to be over so I did not call to complain about it I gave notice to the kind lady at my time of departure from the hotelOverall, the property is clean and in a convenient location close to dining, shopping and the beaches, the parking is free and breakfast is included This was a last minute trip for my family, it was close to a conference we were attending I most likely will not return here in the future

This is a very nice 3-star hotel that I would be happy to stay at again Rooms are a great size with a sectional that’s very comfortable to lounge on Swivel TV makes viewing easy whether you’re lying on the couch or in the beds

Beds and pillows are so cozy The cleanliness of the rooms (and throughout the hotel) was superb There are tons of outlets to charge multiple devices at once, including 2 USB outlets Nice sized pool open from Sunrise to sunset The free breakfast, until 9:30am is fine There are 2 waffle makers, but the batter leaves something to be desired Typical continental breakfast items, but they also have Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches for heating in the microwave There’s free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, as well as beverages, including beer, available for purchase Free freshly baked cookies in the lobby from 3pm, which are deliciousHousekeeping is only available upon requestOverall Great location Multiple restaurants, supermarkets, walmart, all within 1 mile!*Suggestion for the hotel: would be nice to add towel racks in the bathroom besides the one rack over the sink that fits only 2 hand towels and the one hook behind the door There’s definitely space on the wallsSmall details make a world of difference

If you want a fantastic location, without the hustle of the tourist trade than this is for youAbsolute beachfront Jenson Beach, but handy enough to travel anywhere, with convenience shops located across the roadThe hotel is dated, but was undergoing renovation throughout my stay, with some of the rooms on the upper floors quite nicely done

There is a pool and a hot tub, and the beach access is 20ft from the hotel side entrancePlenty of places to eat around this location – which is great as my room was not self containedThe only downer, was the older man who really wanted to spoil a couple of us having a few quiet drinks at the end of a long day I really don’t understand his motives and he was pretty rude The rest of the staff were fantastic, super helpful and professionalI would highly recommend this for a beautiful, affordable, peaceful holiday away from the grind

W. Lazear

Excellent hotel and room prices Room was clean and modern The hotel seems to run a small staff, but they were all very friendly

Has a nice smallish pool and hot tub that you pass on the way to the beachBeach is nice and secluded thanks to a restaurant on one side and a small condo resort on the other While we were there, in early July, there were at the most 15-20 people on the beach Water was surprisingly beautiful for being on the Atlantic side of FloridaLots of spots marked off due to sea turtle eggs We also had the opportunity to see a sea turtle come up on land to lay her eggs Please make sure to remember to keep your distance so you don’t scare them and prevent them from laying Tried to take some pictures from a distance, though they don’t do justice for the incredible experienceWe definitely plan to visit this location again in the future

Lori

Nice hotel on the beach The beds were comfy and the shower was spacious I wasn’t a fan of the glass bathroom door; the glass was not opaque and anyone walking by could see you

Not the best idea when you’re having a girls weekend The hallway smelled very strongly of smoke when we arrived, but it dissipated by the next day The staff were pleasant and helpful Except for the breakfast staff It was 6:58am and I was just reading the menu and a woman employee told me they weren’t open yet and I was like Oh, OK and went to the hall with my friends She then continued talking to her coworker, saying “this is why I don’t turn the lights on” I hadn’t even asked any questions, seemed a bit rude

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The resort staff were all very kind and professional They gifted us not one, but two bottles of wine and champagne each to celebrate! Both pools are clean and relaxing, with quick access to a bar area Drinks were always made perfectly by friendly staff

We had dinner at the Drift restaurant on our first night and everything was incredible – good service, delicious food, and a really enjoyable atmosphere The private beach access with complimentary beach chairs can’t be beat! The rooms were cleaned and replenished daily, and the fresh cookies put out each evening was such a nice touch We loved sitting out on the balcony each night and taking it all in We can’t wait to come back!

Danielle Finn

Wow, this place is amazing! My husband and I stayed here for a little getaway and it did not disappoint The resort itself is gorgeous, super clean and beautifully decorated We love the attention to detail like the sealed bags of ice and treats at the end of every hallway and free bottles of order for guests to grab

Our room was very nice and we had the luxury of having a balcony ocean view which we greatly enjoyed The food at Drift was delicious! We did not have a bad meal there The pool is small but also the perfect size and with a view of the beach, it never felt crowded but it could just be the time of year You do have to pay for chair & Umbrella rentals separately on the beach but there is a gentleman who sets it up and cleans them off for you which is nice Also there is bar service on the beach from the resort staff as well Valet parking is included in your resort fee which is awesome The valet guys are extremely kind and helpful with making sure they take everything from you that they can help with We unfortunately didn’t get to the spa but are definitely planning on coming back again and cannot wait! Thank you for a wonderful stay 💕

Elyssa Pohl

Stayed two nights Definite wow factor upon arrival to Ocean view room! Very clean, amazing service at every level – from valet, front staff, dining, beach attendants Two lovely pools, one beachside, other more protected from wind, weather

Great food, loved the breakfast selections Had an intimate feel, easy access to room/ amenities Complimentary bottled water, fruit, muffins and chocolate chip cookies as a nice touch We would stay here again!

This place is amazing, very clean and comfortable! Close to everything I came to relax and eat, the opportunities for both are abundant It is a little hard to talk to staff as they oversee multiple properties but you can reach by text and are extremely nice and helpful

The rooms look and feel like they’re brand new, the grounds and pool are very well kept This spot is a GEM and the price very reasonable Can’t say enough good things about Carribean Shores!

Century Sales Team

If I could give it negative reviews I would Very unprofessional owner I had to cancel my reservations due to personal issues

It was in the time allowed Emailed and called to verify I was told by Tom he would issue a credit for the deposit Never happened Repeated email , calls, reached out to the card processing center they tried to get him to responded with no luck This guy is a total jerk Taking someone money that didn’t even stay there and not responding Beware you cannot cancel you reservations unless you don’t care about getting your deposit back

K Kay

Beware!!!! I’ve waited to write this pondering if I should, And if you book through Airbnb the “Host” changes to/from different hosts My stay went from Tina to Tom I assumed someone was renting their private bungalow, not a business & part of a resort, but that wasn’t the issue

I messaged Tina, and never received a response It was nothing major, but a reply would’ve been appreciated Tom must need some happiness in his life or a vacation himself! He walked by daily for a week and never once said good morning, evening or even smiled I’m not the one who wrote a bad review, however, I should have!! I don’t want to share details, but I left the place as I arrived, clean I’ve been staying with Airbnb for years and have all excellent reviews, and comments, but Tom tried to tarnish my good name with a bad review, and his is the only one It won’t affect my rental capabilities, but he must’ve gotten some satisfaction by doing so I’ve read other guests poor reviews, and believe them, and some were specifically about Tom Based on my experience, this is not an honest business I’m not upset about the few towels, I brought my own The best thing is that I had the best week I’ve had in a long time, I didn’t let him ruin my experience after such a wonderful, joyous , incredible week in Jensen Beach!!! I’m only being truthful, and hope to save someone else from possible excess charges or getting kicked out like the other folks have experienced

The resort was very nice overall Super family friendly and we would return again with our children (didn’t have them this trip) We thought the food was excellent and resort staff was super friendly

Only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is because the rooms are in desperate need of updating My husband and I were fine with ours but a large part of the reason is we were hardly in itThe adult pool (where we spent the bulk of our time) was amazing and well maintained! The landscaping throughout the entire resort was beautiful and cared forOverall we had a lovely stay and will return!

Tony Pham

My 1st experience at an all inclusive resort was here There were 14 of us ranging from 4 to 60 years old and we all had a great time The variety of food was delicious and also kid friendly, especially dealing with food allergies

Kids and parents loved the Kids Club because they watched our little ones throughout the day so we can enjoy some Rest and Relaxation Service was pretty good and polite as they catered to what we needed We appreciate Trevor, the lifeguard, for helping us with getting items for the kids to play pickle ball He’s friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the company and actually told me about the new ski resort being built in Utah which is scheduled to open up in December 2024 The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rooms needs updating This place accommodates all ages with activities and shows We’ ll definitely come back again to created more memories with our families

John Wells

Read the bad reviews and take them to heart Most of the feedback is consistent with my experienceThe resort itself is alright

The staff is often grumpy, but I don’t really blame them The bartenders are nicer if you tip them (obviously)The pools are nice The splash pad for kids is adequate, but dated and visibly agedThe food is surprisingly good I didn’t love the buffet-style and table-hunting that was necessary, but the plated meals for dinner were really tastyThe rooms are a joke They’re dilapidated and gross The toilet ‘screamed’ every time we flushed it The buildings were very reminiscent of a military barracks The mattresses were completely worn out and we’re 80% sure that we had bed bug bitesIf you’re looking for a cost-effective way to destroy your liver with cheap booze, then this place might be for you Otherwise, I’d advise looking elsewhere

Compared to other ridiculously priced hotels in the area (and maybe a 60+ mile radius), this place is worth it Our room was clean and it has a home-like feel to it I appreciate the owner working with us since we have a family, and REALLY needed a place to stay- that wasn’t $300/night! We drove from Okeeheelee to stay here (1 hr away)

Thank you Jerry!

Debrah Dill

We stayed here 3 nights The view and the sunsets on the screen porch are fabulous The room was comfortable but a little rough around the edges because it’s an older place place

The Wi-Fi was not good very spotty If you’re squeamish or scared of the lizards this is not the place for youThere are quite a few of them here but they don’t come near you or by you at all There were no lizards indoors they were all outsideIt was good and quiet and worth around a $100 a night There is no restaurant or bar on the premises that is open That is probably why it was quiet

Musty smell in few room shown finally took one and later saw paint bubbling on bathroom ceiling from shower moisture White powered residue in coffee area high on wall paper near ceiling Dust bunnies on ceiling wall and lampshade near the vent so I wiped it and the vent was full of fuzzies and turned my rag black

The ac took hours to go down a degree and smelled more and more like mildew as it ran woke stuffy and with a headache and cramps muscles This Hallways are ridiculously warm the lobby over perfumed Marriott stay on points from a previous stay at Sheraton Vistana resort that has bad mold in my room something tells me Marriott is all show no quality Lots of fluff but mold mildew dust and no other stuff like free breakfast Just one lousy regular coffee in the room Others in the price range give you two at least but unlimited at breakfast Honestly I don’t get the high reviews but realize it’s only got 38 for the rooms Hope my grandson with asthma is not feeling sick today he fussed all night Shame on the hotel and Marriott and Florida for not having mold standards It was a free stay but it’s gonna cost me if I am sick from the room

Maureen DuPont

The staff at this hotel are nice and the hotel is okay although it’s older property, likely renovated but with a bathtub/shower and small TV that didn’t work However, the meal at their bistro was the worst meal we’ve ever had The burgers were thinner than any fast food place, had no flavor, on a tiny roll, it had no tomato, onion, pickles or any condiments

It was $14 and served with a side of arugula with nothing on it It was plain arugula or fries which they were out of If the owner is behind this extreme cheapness, they should be embarrassed Neither my husband or I have ever seen anything like it

Mike

They have “free showtime movies” on the tv but you’re unable to watch any due to the movie freezing with a loading screen every 10 seconds because of their garbage Wi-Fi At least give me the option upgrade to the “faster Wi-Fi” on the tv or let me connect to my hotspot so I can actually watch a movie but nope I just have to accept the garbage Wi-Fi that’s so bad I can’t even use the television Also had the dozens of little kids staying there running screaming up and down the halls all day

Unpleasant experience

If your thinking of going here with your family for Thanksgiving or any holiday DO NOT DO IT!We decided to get a 2 bed 2 bath holds 8 people Before 11PM they called the authorities to have us kicked out after saying we were to loud Kicked out of a place I paid to stay the night at

Along with out of town family There was no one one the floor with us and when asking several people if they heard noise they stated no Where the noise complaints came from NO WHERE The lady at the front desk as soon as I checked in and asked for 4 keys profiled us stating only 8 people can stay in the room I told her I knew that and that only 4 was going to stay but we would have visitors If we’re going to have so many people did she think it was going to be quiet as a mouse? The first call stated to many cars had come through the gate for the room at about 8:30pm, the next call was there was a noise complaint about 8:45pm, then a knock at the door was the Cops about 10:30pm Little do they know we are Vets and book all over the World and will definitely inform ALL we know to STAY AWAY From this placeOnce AGAIN IF YOUR PLANNING ON GOING HERE WITH YOUR FAMILY DO NOT DO IT!

Roylant Troya

HORRIBLE customer service, was enough having a quick phone call to make us cancel our reservation, is unbelievable that the management hired this rude and unprofessional frontdesks, but is understandable because they only care about the time share owners, the other guests are not important, and they’ll make you feel that way, I’ll never make another reservation at this infamous place The hotel is beautiful btw, just have a really bad management I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

This is a magical, charming place to stay Love the history of the inn and the cottages — also the care put into this place to keep it so special The staff and owners are so courteous and welcoming

They really go above and beyondI’ve been lucky to stay in both the main building and one of the cottages — both were wonderful experiences Beds and pillows were very comfortable Quality soaps, shampoos, and conditionersThe location is really perfect and you can walk to everything in town, as well as stroll on the river walk It’s now my go-to place when coming to Stuart and I recommend it to everyone!

lori engelmann

This is a very charming place! My daughter and I booked a standard room when we arrived, we’d been upgraded to a cottage It was delightful! Great coastal, shabby chic furnishings

Welcoming front porch that we sat on in the evening Beautiful landscaping and pool The beds were incredibly comfortable with sumptuous linens Check in and out was very easy The location is great for walking to restaurants and shops I highly recommend staying here

Dustin Jones

Great place to relax, unwind and feel the beach vibe with everything downtown Stuart has to offer right outside your door Live music and bar just downstairs and the inlet boardwalk 100 steps from the property The host, Steven is easy to communicate with and a great host

It’s more of an experience than a hotel Go ahead and book if you’re considering and enjoy!

Definitely reccomend! We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog and infant son Great staff! Always friendly and helpfulThe rooms were reasonable updated and clean

We stayed in a king suite and a one bedroom suite Both were very nice Comfortable bed and lots of space with a small dining area and separate deskBreakfast had a surprising amount of options compared to other places we’ve stayed There is a nice outdoor eating area too, though it would have been more cleanWe used the pool once and it was nice Lots of chairs and it’s a decent sizeDog friendly with lots of space to walk

Friendly staff, clean rooms! Anything I needed, staff was pleasant and accommodatingI stayed here for work traveling back and fourth for over a month One of these times, I forgot personal items in the room I had just checked out of

When I called, staff contacted housekeeping and found my things! They were waiting for me when I came back the following week They’ve been great here I’ll keep coming back!

When we arrived at the Residence Inn, we had a slight “family issue” that had nothing to do with the hotel When we were checking in, I mentioned this to the young gentleman at the front desk, who immediately summoned the general manager, Ronnie Nichols She couldn’t have been nicer and more professional!

Ms Nichols immediately started to work on the problem we were having and solved it extremely quickly Everything about our stay at the Residence Inn was so pleasant, and everybody that works at the hotel are so nice and professional And once again, I’d like to say how great their GM, Ronnie Nichols is She treats both her staff and guests with total class!

Our stay at Pirate’s Cove Resort and Marina this week was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional This place is kind of hidden from the big-name chain resorts and it had more like a homey feeling Each room comes with your own balcony

They also have a 24/7 gift shop, so you can purchase anything from food, drinks, clothing gear and more at any time! (Not most like the big chain resort names) The food at the restaurant and bar was great! We will stop by again in the future when we stay in the Stuart, Fl area, and I recommend that anyone reading this should stay there as well!

The views from the units here are spectacular! Building is beachfront property Not sure if all rooms have views, but the three our family rented all had the same, unobstructed gorgeous view of the ocean The units we rented each had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge porch facing the ocean, kitchen, living room, & dining room

The views from the living room & master bedroom (king size bed) are amazing! No view from the second bedroom though (2 twin beds) There is a washer & dryer on each floor There’s also plenty of free parkingSome corner units have 270-degree views of the ocean, so you get to enjoy it even when you’re in the kitchen The place has very nice and helpful staff, tooOnly complaints we have is that WiFi is pretty bad, and there aren’t very many unused outlets in the units, so it’s difficult to plug in chargers and such I guess maybe these modern inconveniences force you to seriously unplug and relax while you’re here😊
