Haven’t been here almost 3 years and boy has it changed As a Corporate hotel, you can see how COVID has affected the amenities and service of this establishment Cody and Mike were great! But with reduced staffing, restaurant limited hours of service (no breakfast which was a huge plus, no lunch and no room cleaning -unless you ask-) has significantly diminished the allure of this place

As this is a Corporate option, I MIGHT return but it’s doubtfulIf you are considering going, check ti see what services are available before you book Don’t rely on websites!

Staff is accommodating and facility is clean They have a operating pool and hot tub Morgan’s restaurant and bar is connected to the hotel has a great vibe and waiting staff

The pictures on the google map listing along with the gym do need to be updated badly

Tony Frei

Not sure why this has a 4+ star review The front staff are horribly rude and don’t trust each other to check you in properly The pool is set so cold that kids will freeze

They set it for Olympic pool temperatures where people are exercising (like 80 degrees) and then they have no sympathy when your kids are turning blue There’s no continental breakfast Overall, definitely NOT a premiere hotel Most regular best westerns are FAR better than this dump

The elevator is very slow, the stairs were faster to take Stayed in a room with two beds and a pull out The pull out was very close to the side of one of the beds

When of the kids fell off the bed and hit the metal on the end of the pull out A piece of already chewed gum was found on the bottom of the comforterBreakfast was a nice lay out lots of choicesWorst part of stay, an expensive item was left behind in the room The location services showed it at the hotel After informing the hotel they hadn’t cleaned the room and were going to check Then the room was cleaned but nothing was found Later on the location services were disconnected on the device The item would have been very easily visible and not easily mixed in They stated it could have ended up in laundry, or trash They would check but were so far behind it would take a couple days After a week they stated they weren’t there Stated that the item was lost but not there or it may have possibly ended up in the trashI don’t accuse the housekeeper, or anyone It could have ended up in laundry, it could have been turned in and removed, it could be in the trash Now it’s a he say , she say with no way to prove anything so I have to take a loss and hope it doesn’t happen to other guest DOUBLE CHECK, triple check

Went to check in at 5:30pm and was told the room wasn’t ready because it was getting a deep clean Came back at 6:30 Room smelled like vomit, the carpet was wet, there was a giant hair ball in the bed and the sink was backed up

Jake, the manager, couldn’t put me in another room, help me find another hotel or apologize for trying to rent out a disgusting roomClearly whatever they were trying to clean up with their afternoon deep clean wasn’t successfulI get that a hotel can’t control what people do to the room, but they can choose not to rent the room and help the minimize the inconvenience to the next guest

Stayed at hotel for honeymoon and it was perfect Amazing food delivered to the room from the restaurant, all staff were friendly and accommodating Everything was clean and loved the suite, the tub is large enough even my 6’5” hubby was able to comfortably relax and bathe

The common area was luxurious so it was nice to have a quiet meal in the room one night and play cards with a local friend Definitely want to go back! The rooftop bar was amazing as well!!

Emilie Christensen

I have stayed at Omni Viking Lakes a few times, and there are a some things that keep me coming back The hotel is beautiful! The Nordic Viking theme is just perfect, with subtle and tasteful nods to the Purple&Gold Vikings who’s training facility is just next door This hotel is high end while still being inviting and comfortable

Side note: If you are a MN Vikings fan, you just might end up having a drink and some great conversation with a player or coach ;)The rooms and spaces are exceptionally clean and well appointed The staff- from the front desk to the restaurant, and bar staff- have all been so kind, professional, and welcomingTheir loyalty program is so thoughtful! Sometimes a glass of champagne at check in, complimentary wine/beer at the lounges or restaurants, or complimentary coffee from the in-house Caribou Coffee branded shop are always so appreciated I recently also booked services at the spa and it was truly a luxury experienceSo, with all of the hotels to choose from in the area, I’ll continue to come to Omni

Cassandra Krzebietke

This place is excellent My fiancé and I booked a regular room and were able to upgrade to a suite for half the price We had a huge bathtub and shower room

Very clean room, comfy bedThe food down at the restaurant is good too Only complaint I have is the fries were not all that great But my Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and his steak was so yummy! We had breakfast down at the little coffee shop (wasn’t great for the price…)We also got couples massages at the spa and were treated like royalty when we went in there You can use the spa all day if you book a serviceOverall, it was a nice and enjoyable experience We were sad to leave!

This place is very nice The room is spacious and nicely decorated We had a free upgrade to a room with a seperate bedroom and living room

The lobby was pretty and it even had a sweet glass rotating doors (sadly not in operation) Pool is hugeI did not care for how long it takes to get from parking to elevators, seems like there should be more Hallways were a lot less polished and clean than the rooms and lobby I still think it’s a great place with the few complaints though

Dawn M

The staff at the restaurant were super nice The food was pretty good Check in was quick and easy

However, the rooms in this hotel are VERY outdated The whole place needs a paint job and some new carpeting The rooms need total remodeling The furniture is old, wood, chipped and scratched The bathroom shower had an actual tub/shower combo with a fabric curtain hanging on a rod I only stayed 1 night but no complaints on cleanliness of room Just really old and outdated

Ryan Whedon

A sad hotel, crying for some TLC Everywhere you look the hotel is either peeling, chipped or just plain falling apart It appears the hotel is attempting to fix some things, but not at the pace the hotel is aging

Even the van door on the shuttle was partially falling off and didn’t completely close Don’t count on a open gym as even though my key opened the door, it looked pretty much closed The pool and hot tub is open, fairly nice in size Small business center with a few computers and printerFor a quick overnight it’s perfectly acceptable hotel if you just want a clean and comfortable bed to sleep on I somehow got a suite this stay, but still only used the bed area and would have been greatly disappointed if I paid for a actual suite

Customer service was exceptional I tried to get the women’s name that helped us check in and couldn’t get it But she was wonderful and made my daughters birthday stay feel very special

So awesomeThe room was beautiful, unique and very cleanWe loved the hotel was connected to the mall We never had to leave that was super coolOne thing that I thought was the pool was supposed to be salt water but we smelled a lot like chlorine Not a big deal the pool was also fun and loved the tables we got to have dinnerWe will absolutely be back!

Mark Drury

Hotel is very nice Radisson needs to focus on building more ‘Blu’ hotels in the USA Staff was extremely friendly, great shuttle service to and from the airport and local businesses

It’s attached to the Mall so easy access to shopping The on-site bar was excellentThe rooms were very nice but the walls were very thin; could hear doors closing down the hall and the loud TV from the next room over Overall a good stay

Denise Morgan

We came with our son for spring break The lobby is so cool and comfy The rooms were fun and funky

The bed was a little firm for me but the pillows were perfect Note that the room service menu is on the TV along with other information We kept looking for a book The in- house restaurant, Firehouse Grill is so yummy I loved that the hotel was attached to the Mall of America, it was so convenient My only complaints are that there are not many channels to watch on TV, unless you want to pay for on demand, so we just streamed from our phone The main chair in our room was stained with ink, a drink of some sort, and full of dirt The rest of the room was very clean though and we spent most of our time exploring so not a big deal The shower was a rain head with a hand attachment as well Heaven! The pool is nice but not very big It fills up fast and there is also no hot tub Room service was awesome Would definitely come again I wish I took better pics

A young lady that works here needs to be re-TRAINED on how to deal with customer complaints OR maybe she needs to quit and find a different job NO customer service skills at all

In fairness, the hotel manager and other staff here are polite, friendly and excellent costumer serviceI am a platinum elite member with IHG but feels like I was trashed at that time I brought this up to their costumer service and I specifically requested to email me on what is their corrective actions I did not received any reply at all, so this shows how IHG gives importance to their costumersAnyways, I will never ever be staying at any IHG hotel in the future anymore When you are travelling, you need a good and relaxing stay, not stress

Devin Dotzenrod

Get to stay here for an auto body competition for college and upon first impressions as soon as you walk in the hotel is inviting they way its laid out, for me anyways lol the rooms are just as good They’re 2 queen rooms are nice a spacious all brand new everything TV is huge, huge bay window that gives a pleasing view, beds are soft as clouds and there’s ample amount of comfortable seating if you don’t want to be in the bed laying down

There’s also a lot of storage for clothing and there’s no sign of dust or dirt anywhereI’ve looked Cold air returns have no signs of any build of dust and same goes for heat/ac filter Most importantly the bed sheets feel like clean new bedding at home and you know they’re clean because they’re super bright white I’ll stay here againyessir I will

Jordan Harrison

We arrived at about 1:00 in the morning needing a room The front desk woman, who said she usually worked at the Best Western next door, was phenomenal She helped me use points I have accrued through business travel, was polite and friendly

Room was clean, breakfast was as expected for an HIE, location is good for getting around MSP Couldn’t find anything to complain about with the hotel, and can not say enough good about the clerk who was working that night

This was a great hotel

room 415 was perfect for my two daughters to sleep on the queen bed and I (mom) slept on the pull-out sofa (which really wasn’t bad at all) Then, I had the bathroom, office, kitchen, sofa bed, and access to the main door all to myself I loved the pocket door to the bedroom where my girls were sleeping I was able to work late into the night and I got up early, ate breakfast, showered, and worked some more in the morning before they woke up The best part of breakfast: they have a waffle maker with two unique toppings: cool whip and canned cherries YUM!

Joe Koken

Have stayed often over past 5 years given location convenience to children Quality continues to decline, always short with staff but keep raising prices Checked in last night no amenities such as soap, shampoo, TV didn’t work (next day they determined missing cables) and temp at 60 degrees in room

Heat does work but took 30 minutes for room to be acceptable Called next day for help and desk said it would be awhile as she was only one working If their were other alternatives in area would stay there Bar attached to hotel is only bright spot…

Paul Ferguson

The staff were super friendly and I felt the rooms were cleanI arrived late and was put in 101 The handicap accessible room

The entire room is like an after thought full of old furniture and the disproportionate ceiling height gives it a strange stretched lookOverall my stay was okay I would have liked to have a normal room

Starting with the positives, check in was easy, staff was helpful, pool was nice and room was large Now for the areas of improvement We arrived and the TV did not work

We called the desk and they came and fixed it The room smelled like smoke The shower had a slow drain and took about 10 min to drain after a shower The pull out bed was worthless as springs were easily felt through the mattress Every time the AC kicked in, the unit was so loud in the bedroom that it was difficult to sleep The breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired Ham and potatoes No eggs or pancakes Milk dispenser didn’t work Juice was out of order Just disappointing If you are doing a quick stay it is OK, if I had to do it over I would make a different choice

Ashlyn Bentley

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price you pay My room was basically an apartment, with a kitchenette including stovetop, dishwasher, microwave & fridge with ice maker with its own bedroom The bathroom was a good size

They even included dove soaps instead of cheap like usual hotels The pool area was good & the pool was nicely warmed Breakfast had great options compared to other hotels I was very impressed When I got to my room, the front desk even sent a text to ask how the room was & if there was anything we needed

Kalyn J

We stayed here last night! The room was nice and spacious – we had a One Bedroom King Bed Suite Very affordable and friendly staff The pool and hot tub are open for use until 12am which is also great

Breakfast buffet in the morning as well! One cool thing about this room – I’m not sure about other rooms as well – is that the conditioner and shampoo are in actual pump bottles attached to the wall So instead of just having the mini bottles, you could use as much as needed! Will be coming back in the future !

Unfortunately our stay here wasn’t as pleasant as I wished When my family arrived in our room, the smell of synthetic scent spray was overpowering When we went into the bathroom there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoke as well as a subtle smell of it in our bedroom

The vent in the bathroom wasn’t working to try to dispel some of the smell It was obvious house keeping sprayed ton of scent spray to attempt to mask the smell We tried to see if there was another one bedroom option, but told us there were none available They also offered to spray the room again or carpet clean, but I didn’t want the risk of my toddler inhaling even more of those strong chemicals on top of the strong scent spray and smoke residue that already lingered in the room Also, not to mention there was barely enough toilet paper to last for our 3 night stayAnother issue was that our room was right next to the door to the stairwell which was extremely loud It woke me up several times throughout the night and early morning from people constantly opening and closing that door In fact, I just heard it a handful of times while writing this reviewHonestly, I have had a better stay at a Motel 6 than at this Residence Inn location

April Tucker

Wish we had found this place on all our trips The rooms are so big!! There was a full size fridge, island with chairs for eating, a desk, huge countertop for storage and big bathroom All the countertops were beautiful quartz, the shower was white tiled, guys

We will look for one of these on our weeklong vacation because we personally trust hotels more than Airbnb due to some bad experiences and this gives us the option to stock up food for lunch/dinner to help save some money on vacations Full kitchen with cooking supplies and free breakfast What a 10! We only stayed one night but it was a total win in our books! Consider staying here if you’re traveling through the Twin Cities or if you don’t mind staying a touch outside the cities for a vacay there Cheers! April

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, but couldn’t The rooms are spacious and modern The breakfast is good

I can’t give it 5 stars because of the atrium noise Guests are to follow the quiet rules beginning at 9:00 There was a wedding reception that was still going strong at 11:00 The reception was in a ballroom/meeting room, but some of the the reception guests used the atrium They were loud Very loud If paying guests are to follow the quiet hours, then should reception guests

Rochelle Burger

The bathrooms are small, mildew on the ceiling in the shower Needs an update and added ventilation to it The deck door froze over and once it warmed up it melted to the bottom

No drainage holes The living area is nice and roomy Had a room with two queen beds Did not use the pool, no sitting area (table/chairs) The attached restaurant has really good food, will definitely return for that

Alan Duck

Had an incredible experience at the Embassy during a recent post-Covid work trip The hotel made hospitality feel like the good old days Front desk was very swift and attentive

However, the bar was set in the restaurant this trip Shannon the manager had a stacked house and her staff ran the place like pros Shannon cultivated a connection with many guests, despite how busy they were Azure, a new waitress, was equally exceptional Service was fast and my entire Corporate team will now know this is the place to stay on our next visit Highly recommended

The highlight is the breakfast Waffles are good Beds definitely are not queen size

full size is more accurate With that being said the rooms are clean and it’s comfortable The parking lot is beat up The elevators are nice and fast The pool area is in the lower level and was fun but a little bit of a small space The hot tub is closed

Jenna Downey

The stay at this LaQuinta was really comforting At first glance, we thought the hotel room was pretty small, old, and were bummed out the patios weren’t able to be accessed When we checked out the pool, we were stunned because it looked out-dated, but we enjoyed our stay here nonetheless! We found the pool enjoyable even though there wasn’t much to it, and were bummed that the hot tub wasn’t working

The only real big downside was the breakfast The orange juice tasted extremely watered down, and the options were pretty limited The biggest things that mattered though was the cleanliness of our rooms & the friendliness of the staff! The rooms were tidy and clean but the walls were very thin, and we could be heard (talking in normal tone) from outside the room and we could hear others talking and moving around outside of ours All of us found the beds uncomfortable, and all of my friends had one night where they all would wake up every hour or so due to noise We booked this place due to the lower price in Minneapolis and since it was near everything, so if you’re looking for a budget place this is a good option, but consider everything listed above!

Amazing rooms Comfy beds Fridge, microwave and tv

Staff charged my card for my entire stay versus just holding my card for incidentals even though the room was already prepaid through their website! Each staff member I spoke to you gave me a different story asked to what was happening, which made my stay miserable considering they took a significant amount of money off of my card You have to reserve your shuttle from the airport Which comes at the top of every hour They state that they will shuttle you to any venue that you want but when trying to go to Mall of America which is 10 minutes away the only shuttle they had was at 6 PM and they would pick you up at 8:20 PM, the mall closes at 8 PM so you have to stand outside underneath warming lights which don’t work until the shuttle comes We used the shuttle two times and each time it was late by 30 to 40 minutes Even with that being said I tried to go to the mall called them at 5:45 and they said the last shuttle goes out at 6 PM but it was too late to order the shuttle because the driver was already doing other things The breakfast was horrible the only salvageable thing would be the waffles The apples were not even good The milk tasted gross and there was nothing except sugar for your coffee No eggs or yogurts “Hash browns” Were simply just potatoes cooked with no frying or seasoning The hot tub does not work and they will no longer be using it because it’s broken and cost too much to fix it according to staff, the pool has way too much chlorine in it and it’s freezing cold I am giving this a 2 star because the rooms themselves were fine

I would not recommend this place The pictures posted by the business make it look a lot nicer than it is The pool looks really nice in the pics, but once you arrive it is a lot smaller and quite dated

We arrived to find dirty wash rags in our room, as well as only 2 sets of towels, even though we had marked 4 people to stay We also paid for “breakfast” which we were told the next morning they did not offer, to later find out when checking out two days later that they do have a small boxed breakfast not what you would think of for a hotel breakfast thoughAll of the garbages were full on the property, they were out of coffee each morning we went up there I also felt bad for the front desk guy as he was opening the pool, stocking the towels, filling the coffee, answering phones, checking in people Seems they need to have the maids doing some of thatAlso, the prices for their snack bar were excessive $2 for a 1oz bag of chips ?! The prices at Hilton or other nicer places are better than thatOverall not a great experience, needs a refresh in parts of the hotel, more cleaning/service, and better snack bar pricing

Risba Smith

Upon arriving, we were there 15 min early than our check in The counter employee said the rooms would be ready for an hour or so There wasn’t any manager to talk to

As we waited with 5 others to get a room There was another employee that started work A woman and her kid checked in and got a room, but our weren’t ready!! Went back to the desk and said something and he just up graded my room at no charge Gave us a 10% off to the adjoining restaurant Come to find out it doesn’t open til 11, so there’s no breakfast for checking out Now that was great until I seen make-up on the pillow cases and went to cut the air on and there was a hole that you can see the outside Satins on the curtains fly in the room probably from hole Never stay there again and won’t recommend them!! Hotel has gone down need a face lift and upgrade!!

The Creative Bite

The pool was the reason we booked this hotel and it was a tiny cesspool I am not very picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this hotel had me grossed out The very small pool had clumps of hair floating in it, the bottom was covered in sand and in the shallow 3 foot deep sections, my kids could barely see their diving toys on the bottom it was so murky

The kids had already gotten in the pool before I realized how gross it was, so I let them swimI called the front desk the next morning to see if they had any plans to clean it and she assured me they cleaned it every morning LIES! The next evening we went back to check it out but it was still so gross I wouldn’t let the kids get back in The sand was piled in the same spots on the bottom and it was still murky No staff had touched that poolThe rest of the hotel was also just run down and grimy As we walked in, the ceiling was crumbling into buckets on the floor from water damage When we walked in our room the first time there was a dirty women’s headband filled with hair on the floor, meaning the room was likely never vacuumedThe pros: It was relatively cheap and the AC worked I did a bedbug check and didn’t find any I have never done that at a hotel, but this hotel warranted it

Paid for all the extra amenities, but did not receive them since it was a Sunday I searched for a hotel that was pet friendly, had a restaurant/bar, and a nice pool area The Embassy got extra points due to the free happy hour at night

This checked all boxes until we paid and got there Upon arrival, we found out the restaurant and bar was closed as was the happy hour due to it being Sunday The pool was freezing and the hot tub that used to be there was poured over with concrete It was a 75 dollar fee for my dog to nap in her crate Paid for parking as well even though there is nothing even remotely close to the hotel I was not the only one confused as there was a line of people at the desk looking for promised free drinks and snacks Some had even been given tickets (meaning the staff didn’t even know it wasn’t happening) The common areas are redone and look really nice, but the rooms are oldwalls cracked, bathrooms gross, heat/air doesn’t work too well The newer Embassy Suites are well worth itthis was so so I will be asking questions when I book from now on such as, what are your restaurant hours? Do you have a hot tub?The staff was all great and kind It’s not their fault And I’m not even that mad, I just think it should be communicated better and priced more appropriately

No fitted sheets on the bed, only two top sheets Bathroom has ants crawling on the floor The drain in the shower doesn’t work and I was standing in ankle deep water after a 5 minute shower

The breakfast area was not well cleaned up between people coming and going There were traveling softball teams and the noise level was high until 11pm, which is not ideal when traveling with small kids even with a sound machine running to try and cancel out the noise The pool area lacks seating for parents who want to sit and watch their small kids swim For the size of the hotel, I hoped the pool area would have been larger We arrived at 3:51pm with several others checking in ahead of us We were told we had to wait 20 minutes for our room unless we wanted one king bed with a pull out The furniture feels grimey and has stains The breakfast was not great Bacon, sausage and potatoes were covered in grease Eggs were not fully cooked and tasted terrible The coffee was somewhat okay but there was a lack of creamer options Overall, not impressed I’ve stayed at nicer Embassy Suites which is one reason we chose to book again I’ll be hesitant in choosing Embassy the next time I’m looking for a hotel

Susan Selby

This is an Embassy Suites straight from the 70s The room was absolutely filthy The furniture was grimy and disgusting

My knuckles are sore because I didn’t want to touch anything Half of the lights in the room either didn’t work or had no light bulbs There were some black bead-like things in the bathroom that may have been droppings from some sort of a critter I was told by the front desk that they would not come take out the trash in our room because we were staying only 2 nights, so bags of garbage were accumulating outside the rooms The only place we felt somewhat comfortable was in the atrium, sticky floor and all However, there were at least 5 buckets that were catching water from leaks My son slipped and fell on his back because one of the buckets was so full of water that the floor around it was all wet– a serious hazard and liability issue I could go on and on, but the final thing I will say, is to make sure you are fully clothed in your room the morning you check out because housekeeping will come in a couple of hours before checkout time without knocking This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star Save your money and go to a Motel 6 where the parking is free

The casino staff are extremely helpful to everyone They didn’t just give me directions they took me there Weekday prices were very reasonable

The bingo hall was way too cold for me Jacket temperature They don’t sell food in there so I got pretty hungry A few more signs about which direction places are would’ve been very helpful They rent scooters for those of us that need them and not overly expensive either I had a very enjoyable time other than the cold

Mark R. Wojahn

All the staff that I encountered were friendly and very helpful! Loved the smoke-free gaming area I’m not much of a gambler, but have avoided casinos over the years due to the smoke Glad they made a separate area for smokers

Took in a show at the Mystic Showroom and stayed one night in a Promenade Tower room which was modern, clean, and spacious Great experience overall!

Robby Seigler

Kinda pricey, but was well worth the costs The steakhouse is SUPERB with excellent staff and some world class chefs (try the salmon, and yes medium is PERFECT for the Salmon) I recommend that if you’re going to eat at the Steakhouse, make a reservation

On busy nights, it might be difficult to get a table Definitely on my lists of places to visit again in the future

This is a public service statement as well as a rating This place was a disappointment and I would suggest that you seek other hotels in the area I selected this motel as they had indicated in their on-line advertisement that there was a lounge and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was not

The price of the hotel was actually higher than others in the area (that offered hot breakfast in the morning as part of their stated price) Not only did Sonesta not have a restaurant, but they did not offer a complimentary breakfast; they did have some very basic and limited breakfast items at a counter that were available only for purchase For example, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby I had to purchase a cup of coffee from a counter, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to man the counter and pour me that cup of coffee The cup of coffee was nothing special, but they charged me $600; and the worker thereafter indicated that it would be another purchase for a refill If you wanted to eat something for breakfast and if you were to purchase just basic items (hard boiled egg, small box of cereal, banana and some milk) it would be cheaper for you to drive to a local restaurant and buy breakfast There were no USP ports in the room to charge devices The hot tub was warm at best and the jets were weak To top it all off, before we arrived there was a ceiling tile that fell in the hallway near our room, and there was water and wet carpets on the hallway floor during the duration of our stay Seriously, you would be better off spending your money at another hotel in the area, you would then have free coffee, a warm breakfast, and USB ports for a lower price

We originally stayed here for a week and then extended for a longer period of time because my husband is working here for a month or soAt first the hotel was great except for no breakfast, not restaurant or bar ! ThenThe hot tub was drained and we were told they were refilling it and putting chemicals back in but a week later nothing was done to it and the pool was cloudy and green too ! Evidentially there was no maintenance done on it and no one seemed worried about getting it doneDanielle is great!! ! I can’t say enough about her customer service and her personality! She speaks to everyone in a friendly , respectful manor unlike the manager Amber! Amber is very rude and complained to us about working as many hours as she does which I feel was very unprofessional and no excuse for being so rude ! I’m guessing she treats her employees like she treats hotel guest and that’s probably why the whole housekeeping staff quit on her one day ! Our entire stay we never asked for our room to be cleaned because the housekeeping staff was so overworked so we would ask for sheets and towels and kept our room in order ourselves Again I can’t say enough about how great Danielle is ! The staff should take lesions from her about customer service !

Ashley Hoffbeck

Bad service Was hung up on trying to make a reservation Was going to stay for a wedding, but decided not to after talking to Lynn, as I’ve never received such rude service

The pool and the hot tub were closed No free breakfast I get there is a labor shortage, but that is no excuse to be rude to potential guests I decided to stay elsewhere

I love the huge pool I like to do laps The staff is great and the rooms are cozy

I do suggest making sure the bedding is fully cleaned Twice now I have experienced bits on my body A couple months ago and two weeks ago now I had to go see my Doctor this second timeHotels are Hotels things are going to happen However, I suggest checking in on the staff and making sure proper procedures are consistent

Double check your booking before getting there to make sure the payments are all set up and there is no extra fees for your key card in the event it is deactivated Besides that everyone is friendly and the breakfast is the best The rooms are super clean and smells so good

I’m talking fluffy Belgium waffles, French toast, sausage, bacon, bagels cereal, eggs, juice and let’s not forget the ☕

Brandon Ebensteiner

The hotel was fine, looked nice on the surface but definitely not maintained at all Our room had a busted divider frame in the seating area as well as a broken closet door mirror I let the front desk know about it immediately apon us checking into our room, they said they would let maintenance know right away

we stayed 4 days and it was never addressed The other negative part was the pool, my daughter was only able to swim once due to the extremely over chlorinated water It was hard to sit in there it was so bad Her eyes burned for days after swimming in thereThe staff was friendly The room was clean, it is just sadly starting to get run down from what I can tell

I cannot say enough good things about this place I have no complaints The staff does an AMAZING job! The housekeeping staff takes the cake here

Soooo kind, professional, and thorough Breakfast options were plenty! Beds were comfy, pool area was clean and very well maintained I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for 5 star treatment with a balling on a budget lifestyle

Friedericke Wowerat (FredW414)

My room was clean and we had a decent night’s sleep I walked into the Hotel and the desk person was sitting in a chair I didn’t know that he was the desk person

While I checked in a woman asked for towels for the pool area and since the person was checking me in, he didn’t tend to her needs immediately She actually waited for awhile When I checked in he proceeded to put a $150 hold on my card for incidentals, because I prepaid through a third party I personally didn’t care for this because I checked in at approximately 5:15pm and checked out at 6am the next morning Still waiting for the charge to go back on my card SmhI never experienced this at other Country Inn and Suite locations even when I purchase through a third partyAs I was checking out at 6am there were family members in the lobby? It actually made me feel somewhat uncomfortable I probably won’t stay at this location again because I didn’t feel fully comfortable

Does have truck parking but limited so get here early ( park on backside of hotel against the curb )… Gotta say this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in its class of hotels I stay in one every night and this has to be my favorite

Staff is superb and very nice Has free laundry, dvd’s you can take to your room, a lending locker with things like air fryers, games, etc & a area to get all of your snacks & drinks

Daniel Ballard

There are several other hotels in this area but I would never even consider staying anywhere else (and I have tried a few of those other hotels, by the way, because I used to travel to Lakeville fairly often) For me, the difference is the people who work there–they go above and beyond with each request I especially like Mitch and Deann; they work the front desk area and are both professional and friendly

The rooms are very nice and come with small kitchens (full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a small stove with two burners), which helps you save money if you’re not too big on eating out every single meal I even had a couple of lady bugs in my room, wandering around the window sill I liked seeing them when I came back from work each day; lady bugs indoors are supposed to be good luck (and they didn’t seem to be causing too much trouble) There’s also a nice gym there with cardio equipment and free laundry service I definitely recommend staying here
