So many good things about this hotelVery clean Extremely helpful staff

Good food Lots of amenities in the rooms Plethora of stores and restaurants nearbyThe rooms at the ends of the halls are HUGE and best for big families as opposed to a single person on extended stayWe had an incident occur upon arrival that the management handled immediately and well

Brad Newberry

We were stranded in Tucson because of airline cancellations and had just stayed at another Hilton in Tucson which we were very disappointed in We were driving from Arizona to Missouri it was late, we were grumpy because of our flight We decided to stop here even though it was a Hilton

It won us over from the minute we arrived The staff was so very friendly, everything was clean and well kept The room was huge, two queens plus a couch seating area, full kitchen with plates a big refrigerator and lots of room to spread out The bathroom was very nice, clean with a walk in shower We slept and left rested and our mood much improvedI recommend this hotel We will stay here again if we find our way back

Allison F

I would definitely stay here again The hotel was clean, spacious, and felt very safe You can see that attention has been paid to cleaning

The only issue was that there was a small missed spot of cleaning on the toilet seatThe bed was comfortable and clean, though the pillows were a bit flat and lumpy The towels were very clean, but 1 of the 4 bath towels provided had some light stains on itThe shower pressure was great, temperature easy to control, and the drainage had no issues

As soon as we entered the staff members greeted us The room was nice and clean Pool was a bit dirty but it was later in the day

The spa was a disappointment as the temp wasn’t very hot The biggest complaint was having a coffee maker inside the bathroom: please don’t! Location is close to major highway and staff members were fantastic with dinner recommendations Breakfast food was delicious Would stay again

Crystal Padilla

My wife and I rented a room for two nights as a little baecation and it was a great experience The staff Barbie and Gina were two completely awesome people Great hospitality, great customer service, they both made our stay welcoming and comfortable

These two ladies are awesome and equally as excellent 😉 The room was clean and fresh The pool stayed cold which is a plus for an inside pool and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious We will definitely be back in hopes for another great experience

This has to be the most unprofessional hotel management in the area Tried to book rooms for wedding for a week Didn’t get any information, or contact from the hotel

Went there again after a week, an was told I would be contacted later that day at a certain time An when that time came an passed Still no contact Well I guess they don’t want my business Which isn’t a problem, I’ll go somewhere, where they do

I’m a Choice Hotel member and stay at Comfort Inn Suites whenever possible The over all appearance of the hotel was nice until we got in our room There was trash on the floor next to the bed

Then I went into the bathroom and there was long black hair all over the floor and in the sink Plus there was some brownish red substance in the sink I ended up cleaning that out with a washcloth so it didn’t appear anyone spent anytime cleaning I requested to speak with a manager and the young woman at the desk advised she was the assistant manager I advised her of the issues and she said she would address them We left for the day and when we returned still nothing had been cleaned in the room I spoke to a new young lady at the front desk and she advised the cleaning staff was gone for the day She offered to move us to a new room but when I went into that room there was hair all over that bathroom as well I was highly disappointed in the lack of care about the cleanliness and the fact the assistant manager did nothing

When you first come in, it smells clean, looks clean and had great service I went and dropped off my luggage and as I was putting away my perishables in the refrigerator, I found leftover food I threw it away, it was forgotten, that’s what I thought

I went to dinner After driving 95 hours, I fell asleep on the bed When I woke up, I was looking for the remote and no remote No remote, as I was looking for it, I saw an open package of coffee, out of curiosity, I took the tray from the coffee maker out and there was an old pod in there I called and I was switched to a 2 queen room (I had one King) wasn’t happy The person that came questioned me why I hadn’t complained earlier Really? I dropped off everything and went to eat dinner!!! She was rude ! I told her to ask the maid why everything was dirty and she called back to say that the maid said the remote was there and the appliances clean I told the person (manager?) she is a LIAR! I told her to One up and look for the coffee cup and see how old that salad in a to go box was The 2nd room was ok until I took a shower this morning and dirty towels were hanging behind the door The maid service is bad! Makes me wonder what other short cuts they do Are the bed sheets clean? I felt very uncomfortable The breakfast was good, the salsa was phenomenal Best breakfast than any other hotel I’ve been in The person that

This hotel was an excellent place to stay if your coming to Las Cruces We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights and it was great The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was super nice to stay at

But I say this because we just checked out of this hotel today (Tue Mar 15) and that is it’s time for a renovation The property is a little outdated and TownePlace Suites Las Cruces it’s time to renovate and modernize the property Otherwise highly recommend that you should stay here A great location too! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I have stayed here a couple of times for a business trip, and each time it has been a great experience The internet/wifi was sufficient enough for using streaming services (never had any lag), and the rooms have always been clean with a ton of space The staff has also been extremely accommodating for each of my stays, especially Nick, Johana, and Alex, who have always gone out of their way to assist me anyway they can

The hotel is also pretty centrally located to many restaurants and shops (there is a restaurant less then 2 minutes walking from the parking lot) Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Las Cruces area, and will definitely be staying again when I come back for work

Upon arriving we were warmly greeted by Jason, the front desk attendant He thanked us for choosing the location and being loyal Marriott Bonvoy members He offered us complimentary bottles of water – one was personalized with my name which was a very nice touch

He also offered us warm cookies and went over all the amenities, etcThe room was fine and the beds were comfortable Shower had great water pressure and water heated up quicklyThe coffee and breakfast the next morning were outstanding and all of the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated We were on the third floor and the elevator went on the fritz, but Jason came to the rescue and quickly had it running The hotel is an older property but the outstanding customer service made up for any lack of modern decor We will definitely stay there again

Ok u guys no I’m hard, but fair on hotels, having worked in them for decades That being said, I LOVE this hotel The parking lot is well lit and maintained

Clerk was friendly and patient The hallways r air conditioned It was on in the room when we entered Ahhhh so nice Beds r bouncy but sheets and white comforters are bright white The bathroom has a very tight problem with the toilet behind the door Water pressure was good for the sw Towels were fluffing that is a super nice surprise I love the dispensers for shampoo ect Overall a nice hotel Thank you

It was very easy to get to this location, no confusing streets and well lit streets at night Hotel and rooms were very clean Staff was very friendly

Good parking options Good location near gas station, restaurants, fast food, department stores Close to the I-10 is a nice park Despite being close to the freeway, noise levels were low Would recommend staying here, reasonable prices

Elliott Iker

Hotel is quiet, especially for being so near the highway Our room was on west side of the building and there was no traffic noise Was disappointed to see the slide is no longer there

That’s pretty much the only reason we booked a room there and were very disappointed to see it has been removed $174 for a basic 2 queen bed is a bit to much for the condition of the building/room and amenities offered Breakfast was pretty standard, my wife and I are coffee drinkers and would have appreciated a darker coffee option instead of just a light roast which was very weak Rooms look dated and the desk chair is what I think does it They look like chairs from the 70’s The beds are comfortable though and the pillows ate good Towels felt hard and stiff though Overall it feels a bit pricey for what it is

Dena Kirkland

Room had ants in the bed Air conditioner did not cool room down enough Booked room since it was pet friendly but no worth 365

00 a night I was moving my daughter to the area since her husband is stationed close No truck parking! Had no where to park a uhaul and app didn’t not state no truck parking 8000 a night to park 2 cars is ridiculous Staff was not friendly but then again I’m from Texas and southern hospitality is something california lacks

It was such a pleasure staying at the Lundeen and meeting the owner Linda She is so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home You can tell she really cares about her guests, because she takes the time to meet each and every one of them and also invites her guests to sit down to breakfast with her the next morning at her grand cherrywood dining room table, so she is able to get to know them better and share stories

The hotel (B and B) is the most beautiful B and B we’ve ever stayed in We felt like we were in a little piece of Santa Fe in our clean, cozy room with all her beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel They even welcomed our two little white puffball dogs with open arms (literally) Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay long since we had to go spend time with family the next morning, but her daughter was so kind to pack up a beautiful breakfast to go for us Thank you Linda for your hospitality You are so kind and we will recommend your beautiful B and B to everyone we knowWarmly, M, M, M and M

Sara

The owner, Linda, is the sweetest lady She makes you feel at home, makes you laugh and smile, tells great stories and is the kind of Grandma that anyone would beg to have The walls are filled with artwork and I enjoyed walking around to see all of it

The breakfast was great and I loved eating at the big dinning table with all of the other guests Linda sat with us after breakfast to get to know everyone and tell funny stories She’s an amazing lady and everyone loves her! I loved the style of the house and the atmosphere that Linda created there I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

Girls trip ,2 rooms for the 3 of us 65 plus year olds

Linda greets you like family The place has such history and uniqueness to it that I will never stay in a motel You feel like you’re going home for the trip Plenty of places to sit and relax and Linda will gladly share history and memories Muffins, fruit and coffee in early am with full breakfast a little later Water bottles given up on arrival, Her daughter Lydia helps her and is just as lovely as LindaRooms and house is old, and had old adobe and new to it but enjoyed the whole time Location not be better Easy to Messilla (Old Messilla) for dinner

I paid $160 for a room with two beds and it’s the best value for my money I’ve got in a long time! Not only did we get a nice room with a desk, coffee, fridge, and microwave but it also came with free dinner and breakfast The food was very good, the sodas unlimited (until end of dinner) and you also get 3 FREE adult beverages per adult! Not to mention a pool, spa and other amenities I’ve been to many hotels all over the world and for this price, this is the best value I’ve ever had

Staff is great and area is nice, I will be back every time I come through Las Cruces

Jodi W

Very friendly and accommodating staff Every staff member went was so kind in every interaction we had The rooms are a great size

Pool and spa were clean and well maintained Breakfast was the same every morning (could use a little variety) Evening snacks and drinks were fantastic Comfy beds and pillows Would totally stay again

Ashley Hanes

If you need a hotel in Las Cruces look no further! The place was very clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly However, it was truly the staff that made this hotel such a wonderful stay for our road trip We stayed the night of 7/18 and I wish I could remember the woman’s name who was working the front desk late night that evening because she was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and so accommodating

In fact all of the staff we met were so pleasant and helpful We got in too late to try the dinner but we’re able to enjoy breakfast It was a bit nicer than your standard continental breakfast and came with a super delicious hatch green chile sauce! Would absolutely stay here again if I was passing through Las Cruces!

Atmosphere, fabulous Servers, attentive and pleasant Customer satisfaction, non-existent

I ordered brie sandwich with apple Paid extra for turkey to be added, as a suggestion from cashier It was not included in my sandwichI brought it to cashier’s attention, who then checked with chef He admitted getting order incorrect So, instead of offering to make me another, sandwich, they put a pile of cold turkey in a bowl It was very unappealing When I mentioned that it was not appetizing and I would like it in my sandwich, she told me I could add it myselfNot impressed The very least they could have done is refund my money for the turkey addition

Bobbie Gossett

Not recommended! The last time we ate there, it was excellent and the service was great It is now under new owners and it’s more of a coffee house You order at the counter and a limited menu

Not much of a personable service My eggs were not cooked right and neither were my husband’s Not very good We will find somewhere else for breakfast We won’t be back!

Jane L Grider

I’m afraid the ghosts of past bad experiences at this location linger on for me While I love the down home atmosphere of The Bean, it didn’t translate to Josephina’s Same good coffee & pastries plus the breakfasts that some folks in the group ordered looked really good

But they tried to charge someone else 75¢ for a splash of heavy cream in their coffee Hearing that brought back too many ugly memories of being overcharged by previous owners Hopefully you’ll have a better experience there

Great hotel- would stay again!Good location near highway and not too far of a drive to go into town The room itself was nice and I had a good view, especially at sunrise I really liked the water pressure and the decor throughout the lobby was very stylish

Tried to do the contactless check-in but the digital key wasn’t working – the staff was really nice and helpful Parking around hotel does fill-up fast

UndyingPanda Begay

Very beautiful hotel but sadly no free breakfast, they have a restaurant grill kinda place and a bar and the poll was awesome, it’s next too a gas station off the freeway No security for the parking lot so make sure have all your stuff inside and was glad that nothing happen with our show car outside so I’m happy … but other then that the stay was good , king room had high ceilings so the room was echoing so let you know on that But other then that it’s good

So gonna give it 3 stars

Yvonne Cromartie

I made a mistake and placed Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces in my GPS instead of the hotel where I had booked my reservation I did not realize my error until I tried to check in However, the wonderful person at the front desk (Ishmael) did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable so I could find my error and navigate to the hotel that held my reservation

Ishmael’s kindness has made Hilton Garden Inn my first choice when selecting a hotel

We stayed in room 226 and there was a family with kids above us that were very loud The night we checked was a Friday night and a very rowdy group of people had taken over the gazebo area but we did get to swim in the heated pool The pool area was very nice

The hot tub had been taken over as well but will note it was small anyway The beds were clean as well as the bathrooms were clean the kitchen area not so much The microwave would only work for three mins the little oven did not work at all Only one burner on the stove worked out of two The coffee pot was not clean enough for me to use in in that it was just so dirty that I would have to de-scale it So the coffee pot was useless The fridge did work The garbage disposal did not We chose this place with the hopes of being able to only do LIGHT cooking I could boil water and that was it For the money we spent it was not worth it I think that the people who run the place let their friends party and use the facilities We had to stay here because it was the only place that met all our needs but when we got there none of our needs were met in regards to the to the amenities like pool, towels, quiet We couldn’t even get new towels in three days I washed what we had which was two big towels between my husband myself and my son and two hand towels That’s it, three days They did have a lovely breakfast in the morning and also a nice little dinner three night a week so that was nice The staff that I interacted with was very nice but I called once for towels that never came to the room and the front desk was ALWAYS UNMANNED when either my husband or I would go to ask on multiple days It was a joke as we left if we would have gotten new towels We won’t be staying here when we come back

Audrey Gregory

We stayed here in august and in January 2022 Both times had great stays Laundry is free! Weird smell in the hotel on second stay—but they upgraded us to a double room suite at NO EXTRA charge! That’s takin care of the customer!! Also, great coffee machines with different selections of fresh coffee or chai

overall, I like this place AND they allow dogs
