Had a reservation but when I arrived there they didn’t have a room for me The front desk lady told me they were sold out for the night to find out the next morning they weren’t actually full by another employeeThese rooms do not have a microwave

I did not have a trash can in my room and my sink was dirty was mudThere is no complimentary breakfast, in fact it was $1295 plus a 91% sales tax, so nearly a $15 meal I had to stay the first night of my trip next door at the Hampton Inn and they had the same breakfast there for freeUpdate- I advised the staff that my sink needed to be cleaned and that I need a trash can in my room before I left for the day I returned and my room was not cleaned, sheets weren’t replaced, and still no clean sink or trash canAlso my shower would not heat up any more than luke warm

Jazmine Smooth

I walk into the building and the smell of animals hit my nose to the hundred power!!! Once I get to the room on the 4th floor, so I kick back ready to take a nice shower then I realize the bathroom door is shape like a barn with a sliding door that dosnt shut all the way no privacy at all also the floor I was on was packed instead of being spaced away from other residents I give this place a1 star

Nicole Richards

I wish there was an option for zero stars I drove across the country and this was the worst hotel that I stayed in anywhere in the US! The laundry, hot tub, ice maker, and refrigerator were out of order

I asked about the ice maker and was told to go to another floor to get it I got a rash from the bedsheets It has been several days and the rash will not go away I would 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The management and staff at this hotel have been fantastic I had to come into town because my father fell ill What was expected to be a stay of a few days has so far turned into a couple of weeks

During our stay the management and staff have been very accommodating with my chaotic needs as I have had to extend my stay several timesThe rooms are very nice for the price, especially considering the amenities for the rooms and property My room had a fridge an a microwave which became a necessity as the length of my stay increased The laundry room was also very convenient considering I hadn’t brought enough clothes for my lengthened tripThe maintenance staff checked in regularly and gave me space when needing to focus on work form my roomOverall I would definitely recommend this hotel for any purpose because although my stay was primarily for person/family, I had no issues being able to work from my room as needed

Lacy broomhall

The entryway is really pretty with the colorful water bubbles This place is very modern The bed was soft

The breakfast is okay I feel like they could benefit from having a second elevator Maybe I expect too much for a room that’s $150 a night but it was just okay here nothing exceptional I made a lot of trips in and out the building I stayed two nights and by the time I was all night too I was ready to go from the people people staring as you walk through the lobby to go to and from your room

Jason Clark

We had an excellent experience here during our 4-night stay Room was comfy, quiet, able to be completely darkened at night Beds and pillows are not the best but fine

Room is cleaned daily and very well Breakfast is good and is very well attended to and restocked as needed no matter the time Again, everything very clean Staff is accommodating and friendly Pool is very chilly, but the kids adjusted fine Adjacent hot tub is very toasty and inviting Overall, no complaints We would definitely mark it as a rebook if we ever come this way again

This is nice, albeit little bit older, property and during my stay it appears that rooms are being updated Workout room doesn’t get quite cold enough but not bad When I checked in Mercedes on the front desk was very helpful and friendly, having many good suggestions for places to eat in the local area

For reference I travel both domestically and internationally around 100 nights per year

Rebecca Bushyhead

Chris was an amazing help, couldn’t have had a better employee as the face of the place!!! Place was clean and air conditioner was running when we came into our room!!! Breakfast with eggs, sausage, and waffles with much other choices was great!!! I’d highly recommend staying here, plus recommend coming in when Chris is working, she’s very friendly, courteous, and professional!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel recently The rooms are clean and comfy although a little outdated, the staff was friendly as can be, and the black bear diner was so phenomenal and is within a short walking distance from the hotel My only complaints about the place are that there is construction going on so I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the hotel which is no fault of theirs

I ended up parking at the Sheraton, walking to the hotel and asking how to get my vehicle there and they were super helpful Besides that, just little things like my key card not working and the eggs for breakfast being sliced like cubes instead of fluffed to try to imitate actual eggs At the end of the day, I would stay there again because the rooms were fine, staff was amazing, and the food nearby was out of this world Not to mention that they have the GOOD dog treats (the bacon ones) My pups are so picky about treats and usually don’t take the hand outs (spoiled) but they happily ate the bacon treats they were offered

Ashley Nickell

My friend found bedbugs in her room We were all on the same floor and only one room apart maybe After going to the front desk and telling them about it I was instructed to go back to my room and wait for the manager to call me

We had video evidence I was told after the hotel staff confirm they were bedbugs in my room they would contact me I still have not been contacted and I am unsure if it was inspected by a pest control company As I was told my friends room did not have bedbugs and there was not a bug guy at the hotel We had to bag all our clothing We had to change hotels this was during a competition and database inconvenience we missed performances It made the day extremely stressful and definitely put a damper on our trip to Oklahoma City Three out of the forecast in my room have bites on them I would just like small solution to this issue We have had to steam Everything that can’t be washed, we have to have a car treated, And we have costumes that cannot be washed or have steam applied to them so now we are trying to figure out how to salvage 2 to $300 costumes

We had a comfortable and great experience at the hotel The hotel smells fantastic in the lobby and throughout the hotel It’s a soft fresh scent which is lovely

Page, at check in was friendly and joyful Kim, the office manager made our stay extra special by acknowledging us as we entered and exited the hotel And finally, Julie is sales was attentive and professional Oh, the coffee is spectacular and one of the best tasting coffee drinks ever

Haley Burrows

Hotel is clean and offers convenient paid parking, but if you don’t like noise don’t stay here Second time to give it a try and the doors and walls are so thin, you can literally hear everything in the lobby or adjoining room (if you have one) Definitely won’t be staying here again just because of the noise level

Bless you if you get a room on the south side over the bar, on one of the lower levels, cause you’re not getting any sleep 😳

Kristi Thurmon

We loved staying here with our dog There is a dog park on site that is nice and convenient The staff was really friendly

The hotel was clean, the beds were soft and the parking was easy and close I gave it 4 stars because It was very noisy because of the bar and some really obnoxious kids there for a baseball tournament If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the northwest side of the hotel

The property is beautiful and convenient to the Convention Center We stayed in a corner suite Plenty of room to spread out and the extra restroom was nice for guests

The staff was helpful at check-in and my room was spotless The view of the park, pool, and Convention Center were amazing The large bath tub was awesome for relaxing after a day at a cheer competition My children enjoyed the pool Had trouble multiple times with room service One day it never even showed up Upon check-out t took 20 minutes to get my car from the valet after I had received notification that it was out front Overall, I would probably choose another property next time Not worth the convenience for sub-par service

Kelly Noble Mirabella

My first stay at this Omni The room I had was on the top floor Very clean and quiet

I had a great room with a cute little bar and sitting area My bed was very comfortableReally enjoyed the pool (I was there all day Saturday with my friend) The poolside service was very good (I believe her name was Breanna) The food was very tasty The drinks were a bit pricey but to be expected from a hotel pool barChecking and checkout was a breeze Valet was friendly and prompt Fantastic lobby with lots of seating and cozy spots to have a conversation with friends Wonderful lobby bar and I really enjoyed the coffee in the coffee shopI’ll stay again next time I’m in town

When we travel we tend to choose Marriot hotels for their consistent good service, but we did find this place to be exceptional in that area Each employee was joyful, sweet and kind in communication In addition to great service the hotel was very clean

The Lobby had a large area also clean which would be a great place for a team get together if you are traveling with a sports teams I am thinking team bonding activities and the like Larger than most and nicely staged It was a great stay for our family

PrettiGirl Bush

I was torn on this review because the staff was very helpful & friendly & we enjoyed them very much! However, the walls were so thin you could hear everything in the other rooms And the couch to me, seemed it could use some steam cleaning And we had at least one unused towel that was in the clean folded stack when we arrived, that had hair in it!!

Reymark Cunanan

Nice hotel with good service and friendly staff The only complain I have is the breakfast they served while we’re staying there for a month due to my wife’s active orders in Air force Reserves At first they serve sandwiches in a plastic wrapper and it gets soggy due to moisture, then they did change it to scambled eggs which are very salty everytime and bacon are swimming in grease

Other than that, everything else is great

My wife and I were traveling with our dog from Des Moines to Austin and decided to spend the night in OKC We were looking for a hotel that was dog friendly, had an electric vehicle charger (its nice to wake up to a full charge!), and had a refrigerator for keeping my medication cold Home2 Suites checked all the boxes and was in a great location- near 35 but not so close that we could hear it from the room

The staff is friendly, the hotel is modern and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was good I’ll plan to stay again the next time I make the trip

Kari Kyle

So far our stay has been really good There was a mixup at check-in with our room, but the manager Jessie, I hope I spelled that correctly, has been absolutely fantastic She has gone above and beyond for me and my family

We were able to move into the correct room, after 1 night in a comparable room, which is exceptional The room is extremely clean and comfortable Jessie even delivered our new room keys up to us so we wouldn’t have to go back downstairs I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again Also, Jessie needs a raise! Customer service is everything in this business and she scored off the charts in this area

Got called up to the city for an overnight stay and had to find a hotel close by after 4Called the first place and they didn’t offer parking without paying and I wasn’t into that This was the second pad ve in the list

Called and spoke with the gentleman working the front desk and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions happilyDrive over and noticed I still wasn’t in the best part of town, but, he again assured me my truck would be fineThe hotel lobby and outside was very nice, really not what I was expecting considering some of the other places I’ve stayed in latelyI asked for references for dinner that night and he referred me to the restaurant next store, that didn’t look like a great place but he assured me it was fantastic He was actually eating dinner from there when I came inThe rooms were very nice, clean and I love the soaps, shampoo and lotion available I only needed a toothbrush and paste out of my bag, but could have also got that from them as wellThree things I would suggest First clean the remote for the TV Mine had something on it from previous people Second, update your windows for something that is a more sound dampening This hotel is right next to the interstate and if noisy cars bother you it could be a problem Third, start breakfast earlier This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in that breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to be at work after 7amOther than that, enjoyed my stay

Krytxx

Room was not cleaned! We waited 15 minutes at the desk before anyone showed up We paid for an executive suite since there weren’t any other rooms available (concert in town so hotels were booked up) When we walked in there was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet

I passed that off as an oversight, but when we went to get into bed, we found stains, dirt, and a large amount of pubic hair on the bed sheet It was disgusting The bed was made but the sheets had clearly not been changed from previous occupant The hotel desk moved us to a different suite, but offered no compensation and couldn’t even bother to give an apology EDIT: The manager reached out after posting this review They apologized and comped the room Raised my star rating

Good Day Farm

I booked my stay with the app, before seeing all the negative reviews on google I was worried…But honestly my experience wasn’t that bad

First, great location if you want to be in downtown, and of course the parking is limited I’ve stayed in several inter city high end hotels, free or on site parking is rare, so this hotel not having that isn’t an issue to me… Always call the property ahead if you need parkingThe suite was nice, but honestly nothing over the top The chair in my room has seen better days, should be replacedRoom was clean and quiteAll the staff I interacted with was great, truly a pleasureThe lobby is nice, and a good area to sit and enjoy some coffeeI was disappointed that they still charge extra for club level room with lounge access, even though the lounge is closed They need to update the website and price for this…But, bottom line, for the price, this was an excellent in city hotel, great people to deal with alsoI would definitely stay here again, the issues I had were very minor

Alan Williard

We had a fantastic 7-day stay The room was very spacious and very comfortable The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants

The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street Mitchell Morris was one of the valets This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Shannon Hillock

Great area, nice hotel Valet was very warm and friendly but the rest of the staff was pretty cold Room was big and spacious

Couch had weird stains on the cushions Stains from food or something on the ceiling They aren’t very detailed cleaners, it could have used a really good cleaning Bed was insanely uncomfortable with big ruts in the mattress Most of the outlets didn’t work Not a horrible experience but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Stayed for a night while in OKC for a concert The location is pretty close to some stores and a Mexican restaurant right next to it but there’s food at the hotel Breakfast is 6:00 Am to 9:00 Am I do believe

Reception is really nice aswell I didn’t get in the pool but it was probably pretty clean I didn’t care for the TV as there wasn’t really anything on but I didn’t expect there to be anything so I had a tablet Overall really good I would stay here again

Ashlyn Arellano

We’ve stayed here multiple times since my husband is working in the area, we always book through bookingcom and haven’t had an issue until this weeks stay They charged us through booking

com and the hotel, putting us in the negative They told us it was a hold on our card but they shouldn’t have done that and have never done it before in the multiple times we have stayed When we tried to fix it with them they told us there was nothing they could do and we’d have to call our bank even though it was completely their fault Our bank cannot fix this error We’ve probably spent over two grand staying here at this hotel, so the fact that they were dismissive and rude is beyond me

Mary Hamrick

My husband and I had a good experience here Check in and out were smooth; the front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful (sorry I forget their names)The room was better than I expected

Firm bed which I like with soft pills which my husband likes The shampoo, conditioner and soap were greatBreakfast was full of food and drinksmore than we expected We were not able to take full advantage due to long trip ahead and we were running late There was 3 cereals, yogurt, pastries, biscuits, eggs, you could make waffles, and fruit For drinks they had juices, hot chocolate, coffee, cold milk

My favorite thing and what keeps me going back is definitely the customer service tThe young lady that checked me in was incredible I’d had a day were everything that could, did go wrong

She seemed to sense my anxiety and frustration and met me with patience and offering whatever kind of assistance I needed, from a moment to gather my thoughts, the 1-800 #, or her personal charging cord She didn’t rush me and and she really allowed me to get centered Then there is Tim who goes above and beyond throughout the day, everyday I know that he is keeping his eye on everything and is aware of my needs even before I say anything He has seen I’m bringing in take out food and goes to grab napkins and cups, helping me open my door due to hands being full He has been in the back grabbing me towels, because he noticed I was headed down the hall in that direction He tries to foresee needs, so that you have it,before you need it I feel safe letting my teenage meet the pizza man, right outside at the front entrance, because I know Tim is watching and alert to the activity The manager/owner always thanks me for being a diamond select best Western loyalty member, and has extended many courtesies that he was under no obligation to do Late checkouts, early check-ins, room changes Whatever he can do to make my stay be as stress-free as possible He gets me checked-in and checked-out quickly and with a smile The overnight staff has went as far as to actually lending me their iPhone charger because my daughter’s broke and it was too late to go to store He patiently opened the front entrance for me many times The woman that works overnight also make sure that she is aware of the guest of the property, which makes me feel safe, valued, important The hotel room is self is larger than most as well as the bathroom The room is well stocked, so you don’t have to go to the front immediately to ask for something There is an actual closer in all the rooms I’ve seen The furnishing is plentiful There is just so many little extras as far as furnishing goes They make sure you’ll be comfortable and have what you need and then some I feel right at home in my room It’s very comfortable and easy to forget you’re actually in a hotel room The beds are comfortable plenty of pillows on the beds Plenty of storage and space to put your belongings I guess if I could make a couple changes it would be a bigger TV The current TVs are nice sized It’s definitely a bigger TV than a lot of people have at home Also the breakfast selection gives you several options for hot food, several options for cold food, pastries fresh fruit they even have flavored coffee creamer The laundry is more affordable than most The location is right off of a major interstate There’s several restaurants and fast food I was in a block Even with being a block or two away from the highway and the businesses that are in close proximity, I really don’t hear anything when I’m in my room Occasionally I might hear a car door slam in the parking lot but that’s about it

Tena Lieswald

The manager is rude!!!! He calls u a liar!!!! Told me if I didn’t like how he ran HIS BUSINESS to leave, and this was after I had a medical episode I called customer service filed a complaint and called back a week later to see if anything was done about it I was told the MANAGER was supposed to call me, and I stated that he had not

So I called the motel and spoke with BOB the manager He said I lied about my situation and kept interrupting me all the while raising his voice and still calling me a liar I called the customer service again and reported him again… BOB IS NOT IN A BUSINESS THAT HE WILL SUCCEED IN!!!!!! He’s rude and arrogant!!!!! And he has no problem raising his voice and threatening to hang up, instead of fixing the problem… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! No person at front desk after 11:30 pm… Cleaning people knock on doors at 8:30 when check out is 11:00 am… Pool opens at noon, instead of morning… BE WARNED THIS IS NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE!

This Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel in Edmond The rooms are always clean, I like the exercise room too breakfast is hot and fresh! Best of all is the staff! There front desk staff are amazing! The gentleman at night is very friendly and nice and always greets us and then Kelly who works during the day is one of the most professional, kind, courteous and friendly managers I have had the opportunity to meet

She truly enjoys taking care of customers and it shows in her friendly and happy demeanor She always makes you feel welcomed whether you’re checking in or out Great enthusiasm and her hard work ethic are priceless and I truly appreciate the positive caring and friendly vibe She gives to her staff and customers!

My stay was okay I had to stop because of a winter Strom and I didn’t want to drive through the night in the conditions The room was clean no problem

The heat had to be turned up higher than normal to get warm The check in process was lacking The guy was extremely rude and not helpful actually acted aggravated to be working Maybe he just had a bad day I don’t know but it was unpleasant The room and facility was as you would expect for a Holiday Inn Breakfast is always a plus and heated pool

I am a current guest here I have to say housekeeping is very nice and attentive when I ask for my room to be serviced When I checked in, the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming

There has been this older lady working the front desk she is very rude When I ask her a question, she looks like it kills her to answer it Why have someone who is not customer-friendly working at the front desk? She hates her job If she greeted me when I checked in I would of canceled my reservation because no one wants to stay there they feel there not wanted Please talk to her about the importance of customer service and smiling is part of that job

This particular unit had a kitchenette which was nice to have access to the microwave for reheating leftovers from restaurants and cooled off coffee Nice and clean room Fluffy towels after bathing and the bathroom was nice and clean

When I was in my teenage years I worked at a Ramada Inn as a Housekeeper It’s not an easy job at all Some people are pretty sloppy/messyThanks very much to the Housekeeping staffTell them thank you from us!!!Appreciate them with genuine compliments and I bet you’ll have a happier staff! 😊

The view from our room is amazing The pool is really cool with a splash feature and slide but it is so over chlorinated that it made my kiddos 🤢 sick So we had to leave and shower off

The beds are super firm ( not to my liking) but the rooms are spacious They do offer tiny amounts of shower essentials but definitely better to bring your own They have a parking garage that you need to pay to park Buy the unlimited pass because its a better deal The free breakfast offered is tasty and diverse

We had a great family weekend, Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable The rooms were a little small but more than sufficient for our needs We had 4 rooms (2 adjoining) and had no issues with any of them

Hotel is close enough to walk to a large variety of places There was also a trolley that ran in front of the hotel Kids pool was open to 11 so that made it a little easier to keep the kids entertained after our outings away from the hotel Breakfast was good I was kind of hoping for bacon and gravy, but I’m a little picky There was a variety of choices for everyone The only issue we had was with the parking garage which is not owned by the hotel You have to pay to park and that is only good for 24 hours We arrived on Friday at 438 and left on Saturday at 448 to go to Frontier City for an even and had to pay an additional $10 parking fee We thought since we were staying Saturday night also that would go to pay for the next 24 hours but it does not We had to pay that $10 for the 10 minutes and then we had to pay the parking fee for the next 24 hours when we returned later that evening We definitely felt ripped off because no where was it made clear that if you did not leave the parking garage before your 24 hours you would have to pay double for that day

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful I liked the parking in the connecting parking garage But it was $20

00 a day 😡There were a few things that could be improved 1 We were in a king bedroom and it really needs a chair (other than the desk chair) 2 A plain egg option would have been nice for those of us who don’t care for western omelets Otherwise, there was a good variety of breakfast choices 3 The pool is nice but too small when it’s filled with kids An adults only spa would be a nice addition And it was heavily chlorinated to the point where it burned the eyesWe appreciated the ease of walking to nearby restaurants and taking the street car to the National Memorial

We stayed 2 nights Check in was fast and easy The ladies at the front desk were very nice

The room was very clean and I always do a walk through and check the beds before unpacking my stuff We took advantage of the free breakfast, it was good and had more selections than the average hotel breakfasts They have Tesla charging stations if you own a Tesla We do not, but thought worth mentioning The only issue we had was the second night our tv would not connect to cable but we were so tired it didn’t matter to us so we did not attempt to complain to get it fixed The price was good We were very happy Would recommend and stay again!
