The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and professional during my stay My room was clean, room service was prompt and the beds were comfortable The suites are more spacious than standard hotel rooms and we needed the extra space

The continental breakfast was decent but no attendant was present to ensure everyone was following sanitary guidelines I would have given the hotel a 5 star rating except for some sanitary issues I noticed during my stay The breakfast area attendant put old scones back into a bag filled with scones from another day These were unwrapped in a glass case The outdoor patio was not sanitary during my stay and the pool looked unclean We didn’t eat outside or use the pool

Jenn Tagle

I found all of the staff friendly and the rooms were very clean and fresh The bed was firm and the pillows felt like I was on a cloud Probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had! I liked the fact it was just off the main road so I didn’t hear traffic

There was also a nice area to sit outside I would definitely recommend and stay again! 👌 There was also a small pool and workout room but I didn’t get a chance to utilize these

Chris

We stayed in this hotel for four nights I was glad I chose this hotel I got two rooms because my family and my sisters’ family were all staying here

The breakfast was free, but we never tried it The rooms were great It actually looked more modern than I expected The two rooms were exactly the same They came with a coffee machine which was a great addition to the room It came with a mini fridge, microwave, desk, and Tv The desk was super useful Some complaints are that the AC in the room is very loud The AC seemed to only turn on during the night when it was cold so that was annoying We did change the temperature, but it barely helped So, we usually had to sleep with the loud whirring noises The walls and floors were also paper thin You can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms, but I guess that’s more of the guests and not the hotel

Our flight was canceled at the last minute, so American Airlines put us in this hotel The staff showed us the best hospitality while staying Management allowed us to have a late check out by 3 hours

I am from TN, so it was refreshing to have staff willing to helpAlso, you must have a cup of coffee from their coffee shop- the best I have ever tasted!!!

Barbara Ford-Latty

They emphasized strongly that this a no-smoking facility

yet when I walked into the room it smelled like a cigar store Since they require a $100 deposit, I made sure they knew it was not me that smokes No soap in the bathroom However the mattress was excellent, and the front desk associate was very pleasant, polite, and gave me a different room immediately That was nice

Ryan David

Well this hotel has no Continental breakfast, no restaurant and no microwave 3 pancakes for $1000

Very, very limited food They do have a pool but you have to make an appointment to use the very small pool The WIFI kicks you off randomly The people at the front desk were nice The elevator takes for ever Check out is at noon This is a last resort hotel for me

Nice Hotel, Had fitted sheets for the pullout bed and enough space to walk around Complimentary breakfast was good but only expect that when it’s a weekday since Saturday and Sunday were just Jimmy Dean Bagels Only downside was getting locked out twice in 3 days, but Jaymes was a big help on getting us back into our hotel and was there to say bye when we checked out

Pool is nice, and the exercise room is perfect Basketball court is good, but the flooring curls up and the rim sends the ball everywhere but the hoop 3 Stars is my opinion, but subject to change depending if I go back or not

Elies Habib

Really nice experience, has a nice apartment feel and just a nice place to relax, great air conditioning and pretty good wifi, tv has a Netflix, pandora, and YouTube option with cable included, breakfast is limited to croissants, juices, fruits, and cereals and such due to Covid restrictions as of this post Pool is clean and open to all members The staff is wonderful, especially Jaymes, he was very helpful and nice and offered great service to questions and help! They as well have a snack bar where your able to purchase ice cream or snacks from the front desk! Overall would come again for a nice place to settle down over the summer!

Miyou S.petit-homme

Check in was breeze James @ the front desk was very courteous and professional I reserved a studio suite for one night for the 4 of us (hubby and I and 2 kids) and one puppy

The room was clean and great size It had a kitchenette with utensils, plates and glassware, full size fridge No noise in the hallway , plenty of grass area to walk the dog, great restaurants nearby No complaints I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Have visited many times, but this was our first overnight stay Front desk personnel were very pleasant and the room was clean The casino was hopping on a Saturday night

Met some friendly gamblers and enjoyed nice conversations Will definitely spend a couple of nights next time Restaurants were nice and The Chop House was excellent!

Trevor J. Long

A great casino and hotel Their service is great with all the things that you can do there Rooms are exceptionally clean and sanitized

The housekeeping is exceptionally great The front desk associate’s try hard to get all of your requests right, and it’s a very good casino with poker, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and a wide variety of slots to play It’s a great place, and I highly recommend going there

John Kostick

I always enjoy the casino Although last Tuesday I decided to go later and hit the lunch buffet I was totally disappointed that I just left

Small ,mediocre and lacking most food items Pizza looked old and dry Few entrees and no shrimp The dessert table was small with few items on it For $25 definitely not worth it Mount Airy has a beautiful, big buffet for $500 less

I didn’t like it here This hotel is a little run down It’s got that feel of trying to make something dirty and broken look new and clean but you know it’s not… you can feel it walking on their floors and carpet, it just feels gritty and gross

The Wi-Fi was out the entire week of my stay I was given this weird number to call about the Wi-Fi that was just a solicitation recording No matter how much I warmed the temperature in my room, cold air kept coming down on my face The shower was dirty and the gym smelled bad (seriously whatever chemical they used smelled like urine) The worst was after a painful 12 hour night shift on my feet, my keycard didn’t work Apparently their system malfunctioned and I wasted a half hour waiting for it to be fixed Reading some other reviews, this is a common occurrence for them What’s the point of paying for a room you can’t get into?My room also had a connecting door (which I absolutely hate, but that’s just a personal preference I guess)I’m grateful to have stayed at the Candlewood Suites during my follow up trips, definitely an upgrade

Adam Shulkin

I filed a Google Review about a week ago and the front desk supervisor Kayla Kleckner responded I exchanged emails with Kayla where I was told by Kayla that the General manager would be contacting me to set up a phone call with ownership That was 3 days ago and the general manager has not contacted me

To make matters even worse, Kayla Kleckner has since stopped responding and completely disappeared on me I think it’s obvious what’s going on here Ownership and the hotel General manager is intentionally avoiding this issue It’s absolutely appalling customer service!

Cassandre Cicero

I had a date so I got there early so I can get ready and Lakeema did everything she could to get me in She was absolutely amazing and had a wonderful personality You guys should be happy to have the stuff you have

That night my room was not getting cool, it was like a sauna and here the air condition was broken The girl working that night, I didn’t catch her name she did everything she could to try and fix it and when she couldn’t she moved my room and the new room was awesome I love this hotel and I will keep coming back because the staff is great

I used to stay at this hotel, as a child, in the early 2000’s It was always nice then and I am happy to say (20ish years later) that it is still very nice! The rooms we stayed in are clean and up to date! The hotel internet was great for streaming TV and Movies, but only gets a C for gamingThe staff are very helpful and kind

They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome! For example, with 4 of us in a room, the cleaning staff stayed past quitting time to do a quick clean of our kitchen and bathroom The front desk staff also helped me to get into a room earlier than the regular check in timeThe continental breakfast is awesome! Try the waffles! The only issue that I had was that the microwave, in the suite’s kitchen, sounded like it was on its last legs When I started it, it immediately tripped the kitchen’s circuit breaker The maintenance staff quickly came and reset the breaker, but the microwave probably needs to be replaced

This hotel lived up to the other reviews that gave it the 44 stars We used the Hilton App to select our room and Digital Key for entry

Never had to stop at desk Only complaint was doing that, we didn’t know that there were two different elevators for different ranges of room numbers Ended up going to lobby to find that out after not finding our room Staff was super friendly Nice place

We love this Hampton Inn We are residents of Bethlehem, and after using this hotel for our wedding guests to stay we haven’t ever recommended another hotel to friends/family traveling to the area Most recently we reserved a room for my in-laws post surgery (so they could recover without kids getting under their feet)

They got them in an awesome room that was very accessible, all without having to call me (even though my name was on the reservation) It was very appreciated! Our favorite part is the large general sitting area It has tables, chairs, couches, and plenty of rooms for meeting with larger groups of guests (We played board games with our wedding guests there) Additionally it has a peaceful little garden to walk around, which is a nice way to start the day

We were traveling back to New England at the end of a long road trip and were looking for somewhere to spend the night before our final stop in New York City We thought that Easton seemed to be a comfortable distance from the city We didn’t do a much advance checking as we usually do, but we found a gem! The innkeeper/owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, attentive, andaccommodating

The inn was lovely,, our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed The food was great including freshly baked cookies in the evening and a delicious breakfast with many choices served in a bright and sunny dining room that was a wonderful start to our day We highly recommend the Lafayette Inn

Ashley

The most amazing complimentary breakfast each morning! The waffles were the best I’ve ever had and delicious quiche too We added on the date package that came with a $100 gift card to a nearby restaurant, a bottle of wine, and a bouquet of flowers! Our stay was quiet and lovely, the owner did an amazing job catering to everyone and I highly recommend staying here!

Tyler Brodniak

Staying there is great: rooms, breakfast, etc but looking to book next year, and now there’s a 3 night minimum for Thanksgiving Eve Absolutely ridiculous, not going to work well for the new owners

The only reason people want to stay here that night is for the Easton-P’burg game, requiring a 3 night stay is absurd A 2 night stay would be more reasonable Missing the old owners already

We had a lovely time at this elegant and gracious inn The staff could not have been more helpful and considerate The meals were excellent

The Butler’s Pantry was well-stocked with treats, and it was available to us 24/7 Even the bathrobe was great — so comfortable that I ordered one for myself We stayed in the River Suite, which had a great view of the bridge and the Delaware River It also had a fireplace and a little patio We’re definitely going back again in the spring

David & Jennifer Morrow

We are fortunate enough to travel quite a bit! This was by far one of our favorites and will be back If you are looking for a place to really get away from it all, this is it Its quiet, secluded, and they have thought of everything

There is a very small town across the bridge (Decedents is highly recommended to eat at) It was clean, major attention to detail, and the breakfast was yummy! I loved how things like fresh bottled water, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, butlers pantry, a selection of games, and great outdoor seating were all thought of! We literally stayed in the amazing bathrobes all day! We will be back in the fall when we can enjoy the fireplace in the room

George Pospisil

Bridgeton House on the Delaware is a lovely place with lovely staff It is in a great location Looking out of your room you see the wide Delaware River slowly moving by

The staff is friendly The breakfast is fantastic We chose the fritata which is wonderful and the very good homemade yogurt with fruit So why not five stars I am a demanding consumer The first floor room #1 where we stayed has two doors One opens to a porch at ground level It does not close properly and cannot be locked Anyone could walk into your room unopposed There is no privacy nor security; hence the four stars

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and extraordinarily accommodating I added breakfast to the room charge when I made the reservation The front desk lady apologetically told me that it wouldn’t be as nice as usual

It was convenient, but not worth the cost Especially since the room had a microwave and fridge There is a Panera nearby, alsoOne interesting featurethe bathroom fan is a silent exhaust fan so if you want to obscure your bathroom soundsyou’ll have figure something outOverall, highly recommend

42 minutes ago on GoogleThe housekeeping was literally none existent We were there for 3 nights & had to demand that our linens be changed & our room be cleaned Management was a joke! Unprofessional & UNreliable

Save your $— go to another, better hotel On a positive note… the young man (KeShawn) I hope I spelled it correctly was the one sent in @ 3 am to fix the housekeeping issue—he did an awesome job & he was very polite, professional, & he deserves a raise

I was traveling alone to TN from MA I got two flat tires and needed a hotel I found this hotel and I’m so happy I did! I felt so safe being alone! They have so much to offer

I went downstairs to get snack and the woman at the desk was super friendly and told me about the pool they had there The rooms were clean and spacious I would definitely recommend!!

Leigh Klein

Would not stay here againTLDR:Couldn’t adjust AC in room (a panel is bolted to the wall and fan settings couldn’t be adjusted) fridge was not cold enough to keep food at proper cold temperature (no temperature settings were visible), shower hot water would stop working every few minutes and would turn ice cold, went to talk to front desk and someone was complaining of black mold in their room Not nearly enough outlets, needed to unplug bedside lamp for outlet nearby

Couple, looking for a nice hotel during travels Booked online Arrived after hours, around 9pm Got buzzed into hotel, for safety The front desk was on the phone with a customer needing to cancel a room, so I stood waiting to be helped She didn’t even look at me to greet me or acknowledge I was there After she started helping me, she was yelling past me to another customer sitting at a table Was strange Online request for a quiet room, she politely switched my room, which she initially put me on a floor with dogs While waiting to get my room key, a guest came down to complain about dogs on her floorWe got to the room, tried to adjust the AC as it was not cool enough for our liking Called front desk for help, maintenance came up to evaluate, but didn’t understand we wanted it colder Kept telling us he could bring a heater Front desk eventually brought up a fan Ordered food, went to put leftovers in fridge, which was barely cold No controls to adjust it Tried to shower, small wait time for hot water to warm up Started shower, twice the hot water completely stopped and water turned ice cold Husband had the same issue, freezing water in the middle of shower But the tub hot water was fine and hot immediatelyComplimentary Continental breakfast: coffee, teas, hot chocolate Egg patties, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, breads, granola bars, packaged mini muffins, milk, juice, yogurtComfortable bed Blackout curtains Updated decor

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure! The location was great; walkable to restaurants and shopsThe room was nice, small bathroom but clean, neat and provided all the amenities we needed The guest robes were a nice touch It’s a very nice hotel with interesting history The people we came in contact with were friendly and provided suggestions for places to see Will definitely return

traveling man

Within a minute with the sun shining brightly through the room window it was easy to see that the room was horribly cleaned and never sanitized There were several screws laying on the floor with some wood debris scattered about The bed headboard was covered in dust that had to be there for a while

There were used coffee pods mixed in with the new ones at the coffee maker and just the room in general had dusty floors under all the baseboards The manager took a look and with no explanation offered us a room on the floor above that we could move into in 10/15 minutes Maybe it had to be recleaned also? Upon entering that room it was clean but had the fresh annoying smell of the spray that is used in some resorts to give the clean appearances Our dinner there was nothing above average There are many restaurants within walking distance with much more appealing menus We live here in Bethlehem and had to stay 2 nights as some work was done on our home I am glad we did but disappointed as I always had such a high regard for this establishment but felt that we were just brushed over Certainly not the standard for a number 1 ranked USA Today historic hotel

Patricia Daniel

We spent one night at this historical hotel It is lovely If anything could be better it would be housekeeping

We stayed in room 416, a superior, corner room The door handle into the bathroom was really dirty as was the cleanliness of the stool, which gave the impression no attention to detail Sheets on bed are par, rough, and pillows are not quality Over all, disappointed Staff is amazing Doug the parking attendant and front desk staff! Real gems
