This place was great We went on a family vacation to Disney (7 of us, 4 adults and 3 toddlers 5 and 2), we were 9 miles from Disney, but 2 blocks from a shuttle bus at toy story park that took us to the Disney entrance and back to the park at the end of the night(which saved a lot of walking with toddlers) we had a suite with 2 queen beds, and a connecting room with twin bunk beds and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms

There is a community pool and hot tub It was perfect for us The front office accepted deliveries for us and made sure we received them The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had several options to satisfy all our appetites They have a luggage cart and elevator to move your baggage in one trip

I think this may be the most under rated hotel I’ve seen near Disneyland! We have stayed at TONS of different places near Disneyland over the last 6 years I think this may be my favorite so far because the price is fair, service is great, location just as good as any other and it is CLEAN! We’ve stayed at other much more expensive hotels and have found food under the bunk beds, bugs in the beds I’ve looked this room over, under the mattresses and it is spotless

A little outdated yes But I think it’s the best value We had the family room with bunk beds (1 queen bed) and it was comfortable for the 7 days we stayed with our family of 5

Tayra Rivera

I totally recommend staying at this hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful (Every time I went to front desk, they provided everything I requested, staff during breakfast kept everything clean and cleaning staff was really efficient) I didn’t give five stars because the waffle machine was broken during my 7 night stay Overall, the hotel is clean, has a nice and good location (it is located near Disneyland, a 20 minutes walk to the main entrance and a 5 minutes walk to the Toy Story Parking Lot that takes you to the park for free), and great staff

If I have the chance to go again to LA, I will totally stay here again

We stayed there for summer Disneyland vacation Hotel was clean, very spacious lobby and dining room Great food choices everyday

We rented the bunk bed suite and loved the partition rolling door for privacy Close to tram to Disney Relaxing stay although we went to Disney, beds were comfortable Did not use pool, but looked very nice Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly Will definitely stay again if in the area

It was our first stay at this hotel We came for a family Disney vacation We are very impressed and happy with our stay

Breakfast had so much variety and changed every morning Very clean and the staff was nice and helped with whatever we requested We took the toy story bus which was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel The pool and hot tub was nice also We will be staying again!

Overall we were happy with the hotel The staff was friendly Rooms were clean

It is next to The Disneyland parking lot that made it nice to ride the shuttle That was a big plus The one issue we had was breakfast It ends at 9:30 They start putting it away at 9:15 and stop stocking it at 9:00 And are not lenient or friendly about it Flat out they shut the doors at 9:30 Overall I would recommend just don’t be late for breakfast

The staff here are so friendly and kind They really took the time to talk to us and get to know us whenever we went to the deskThe rooms are very nice and comfortable

I love how it is right next to Disneyland but the pricing feels very reasonableTheir continental breakfast felt slightly lacking and their hot tub was more like a warm tubBut overall this was an excellent stay and I will definitely come back!

Kym St Claire

3 stars because of the proximity to the entrance of Disneyland The staff are very friendly which I appreciated when my 12 hour drive turned into a 15 hour drive in the rain I booked this hotel on a friend’s recommendation and because it’s within walking distance of Disneyland and it has an indoor pool and hot tub

After dropping off our suitcases we headed to the pool – the water was incredibly cold, not just cool and would feel warmer with activity, but cold The hot tub was only slightly warmer, but still cold – no warmth in the hot tub at all A staff member checked the temp and controls and said the water was warm a few days ago and she will call the pool people in the morning Too cold to swim so we headed back to our room for a hot shower, the noise that came out of the shower head sounded like an old time furnace starting up, it banged and made a loud deep siren sound the entire time the shower was on The towels are not much larger than a hand towel and feel like you’re drying off with a loofah We were given 3 towels and 4 washcloths for our party of 5 When laying in the bed you can feel the springs poking through and the pillows are very flat, it takes 3 to make one regular pillow – I’m not exaggerating; unfortunately we had only five pillowsIf you just want a spot to drop your stuff and you can sleep under any circumstance, this may be the place for you I won’t book here again

Joy Becker

We enjoyed our stay! We were in the Parlor C2 room which was perfect for our family of 6 (2 teens) Loved having 2 bathrooms with sinks outside of toilet/shower room My only request is that they provide conditioner—only “conditioning” shampoo was provided

Location was phenomenal and I loved seeing Space Mountain and Matterhorn from our room Grab and go breakfast consisted of pastry (actually pretty good!), granola bar, orange juice, and red delicious apple (was crunchy!) Would stay again

Positive: Hotel was clean 15 min walk to Disneyland Comfortable beds

Negative: I gave it a 3 because they didn’t have room service or a restaurant open and the pool was not available for use eitherThey had a market that was self serve but most of the good food options where already gone by 9am When I say good food options I mean yogurt and fruit You had to get coffee through a machine that tasted horrible Every morning we had to figure out a plan as to where we would get food instead of just getting breakfast at the hotel which can be challenging with a two year old The pool was closed for renovation so you would have to take a shuttle or walk to a different hotel and share a pool with a ton of people because our pool was closed To top it off our flight got pushed back to a later time and we needed a late check out so our two year old could have a nap and they declined Even after talking to a manager she said capacity and for varies other reasons they could not give us a late check out Overall this hotel was not convenient with the amount of money you spend to be close to Disneyland

Ellynne Alegre-Border

Clean and convenient on property hotel at Disneyland resort We got the Magic Key special We’ve stayed at Disneyland hotel and Grand Californian before as well

Overall very impressed Decent sized rooms, clean, comfortable beds The staff is super friendly and helpful The pool and restaurant are being renovated so not able to review Can’t beat the convenience

Sadie Meyers

Much better than expected Really lovely hotel and very nice cast members I enjoyed just walking around and looking at everything

It also was a pleasant bonus to be able to cut through the Grand Californian Hotel and use their Downtown Disney and California Adventure entrances Saved us timeThe beds were pretty comfortable and one odd note that I liked: even though the toilet paper is thin, it’s Cottonelle brand so it’s super soft Very happy I stayed here

Five nights for business/pleasure Masks currently optional inside though strongly recommended by CAClean, comfortable, attractive lobby, deli/gift shop, restaurant

Friendly & helpful staff Shuttle to convention center/Disney Grounds and pool are beautiful Dated rooms not an issue for me However, this is:“Housekeeping will not enter your room butare happy to deliver items upon request” Be prepared to make your bed & clean your bathroom, call to have garbage picked up outside your door & for new towels, more coffee or toiletries There is no room service or microwave You have to use the microwave in the deli (6:30 am – 10 pm) which is a good walk from many of the rooms I guess you can borrow a vacuum if needed Just like being at home I’d say less than 100% vacation mode for Mom I’d check out other hotels for included services before booking in the future All things equal, I would stay here again

Shauna White

The location and shuttle are great The shuttle was always on time and really helped make our Disney trips easier The hotel itself is really pretty old and in need of a renovation

The bathroom is super tiny and really can only accommodate one person at a time, which might pose a problem when getting ready in the morning It was clean and comfortable though The grounds and the lobby also beautiful Overall the price, free shuttle (all other places charge), and location make this hotel a good option for your Disney trip

Raquel Ayala

I want to first say the good or great things about this hotel The staff at this hotel is superior to any 5 star hotel I give the staff 5 stars! From checking in, maid service, restaurant staff and pool

The staff was by far the best I have ever experienced The food at the Deli and Bistro were good Now for the negatives the beds are old and really hard The reading lamps don’t work Everything from the shower curtain rings falling apart, to the glass on the table in the room that our three year old almost brought down on his head with minimal effort No outlets or outlets that don’t work are a bit shocking Windows that open but no screens to keep the bugs out was strange Zero AC in the upper floor hallways But the most shocking was the cockroach our 8 year old mentions (hey what kind of bug is that grandma?) on our door on the last day at the hotel The pounding from the construction workers outside renovating the hotel was definitely a bit much especially when you have small kids who need a nap If it wasn’t for the staff it would have been a waste of money to stay there and would have asked for a discount

We stayed here for 7 nights In April and had such an amazing time The staff was all incredibly accommodating and friendlyI actually had the pleasure of speaking with Robert (Guest services operator)on the phone before our stay and he was incredibly accommodating

My family was coming with me for a convention and we were going to Disney for many days during this stay My family also has many food sensitivities so he was very helpful in making sure that we had a microwave in our room and some other amenities for our baby Our housekeeper Hector was very efficient and did a great job Our room was very clean and restocked everyday The only downside with the stay was that there is no kitchen and only one sink in the bathroom but we were able to make it work It’s also a little further away from Disney(20 min walk) than some of the other hotels but it was so lovely that we’ll definitely stay again

Jeremiah Harper

Beautiful Hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds! Beautiful landscape away for the street You feel like your in your on oasis away from the city They have a Beautiful ball room for weddings etc

They have a delicious food Excellent customer service threw out Also great views of the city Pay a little more and stay here it’s nice

Thomas Hoang

Amazing hotel to stay at for Disneyland! I will not consider staying anywhere else for my future Disneyland trips Everything about this hotel was awesome, from the staff, to the room, and location I especially loved the ART bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the park (not free, but very cheap and HIGHLY recommended to save your feet)

The pool area was lively and fun Also competitively priced and much lower than the competition for similar services

This was the perfect place to stay for our Disneyland trip Not only is it close enough to take a midday break by walking back to the hotel, the Bistro on the main floor has surprisingly amazing food Seriously, get the breakfast burrito or sandwich, both were amazing and so convenient on our way out to the park

The hot tub was also nice, but as you’d expect it does get crowded The rooms were clean and pretty spacious, was surprised to find our room actually had two showers and a double vanity Staff was always friendly and happy to helpIf you’re looking for an easy walk to Disneyland, this is your place!

Jill Carnahan

We stayed here for a Disneyland trip with our five-year old daughter The hotel was absolutely perfect It’s about a 5 minute walk to the bag check line, 10 minutes from the hotel and you’re in the park

We enjoyed hitting the park early, leaving mid-day for the pool and heading back into the park in the early evening The water park was a big hit, our daughter may have liked it more than Disney The lifeguards are great at their jobs! The food in the bistro was tasty and convenient Our daughter loved the bunk beds But they do rattle due to the safety locks I appreciate the hotel was adequately staffed All in all a great hotel

Ryan A

Just finished a two night stay with the family during a visit to Disney It is perfectly located with a 5-7 min walk into Disney itself The hotel and room itself was very clean

We opted for the room with the bunk beds for the kids and a separate bedroom for us and it was perfect All staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional The small water park was nice for the kids Cleaning crew does not clean room daily unless requested which was not an issue for us We will definitely stay here whenever we return

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony It is also within walking distance of the park

Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy There’s also the issue of the on site dining options We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc… However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included

Aubree Brown

Checked in April 1st around late night We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist

I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel

Sasha Lubkin

Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest

Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and we’re the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete

First time staying hereWe had a two queen bed room Plenty of room and a mini refrigerator

The room seemed up to date to me and was in great shapeI didn’t encounter the housekeeping staff, but found our room nicely clean when we returned from our convention daysStaff throughout the facility were friendly and helpfulWe patronized the ice cream/sweets shop, Starbucks and their convenience store The prices were higher than back home, but I’ve never been to California before, so I don’t know local pricing And I know you’re paying extra for convenienceIt I return to Anaheim, I will definitely stay here again!

John Ritchie

The rooms are really nice but the beds are pretty hard The food at the restaurants was great and the beer selection was good too Nice having a Starbucks and 3 places to eat in the hotel

Not crazy over priced either The lobby level pool was small but nice We had a great time here The shuttle to Disneyland was also great We will be back for sure!

Thinh Luu

Rooms was mediocre It was clean enough but we expected better from a 4 star hotel Front desks were nice and helpful

Real Starbucks right in the Lobby which was a huge bonus We reserved a King bed but only got a Queen bed Parking is ~28 a day for self parking All pools had no life guard Shuttle to Disney was ~6 for adults and a little cheaper for kids

Great set up with two bedrooms and two baths The staff was friendly upon a 2am check-in which was nice Parking was hard the next night but there was plenty the first time, so that could be dicey or not

Cleanliness without my glasses on and without my eagle eye staring down each corner was very good It would not have passed the “no hair anywhere and clean bathroom corners test” with flying colors if I’d been on my usual clean kick We actually cancelled 4 of the nights we were going to stay here because I got worried after reading some reviews (after booking) that maybe it wouldn’t be clean enough We stayed the one night because we wanted it’s awesome proximity to Disneyland Should have stayed all nights It was probably a 43 out of 5 in cleanliness and the beach house we ended up in was about a 28 :/ Breakfast was hot and fabulous Lots of seating and lots of variety Beds were quite comfortable You do have to have masks That should go without saying but we couldn’t find ours one morning and went down to ask if they had any for us to grab some breakfast and they were all out and we couldn’t get breakfast This is understandable but just sending warnings to any mask-weary patrons

E Mo

My family enjoyed our stay from 5/4 – 5/8/22 Our check-in person (I forgot her unique name, but Lani was also with her) was very kind and enjoyable The rooms are good sized

In our particular room (403) there were a couple things that were broken (the kitchen faucet and the shower curtain rod), but otherwise a great room The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well They offer a good selection and the staff did a good job keeping everything stocked Lastly, there are many dining choices within walking distance for those who like to dine out instead of preparing their own meals We will most likely stay here for our next trip to Anaheim, whenever that might be

Baylee Esparza

We just left from a 4 night stay here and there were 4 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 6) and we LOVED it here The rooms were clean and spacious and looked like the pictures The staff was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and truly cared enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay

We had the pleasure of checking in and speaking with Lani and she’s amazing! We loved her and how informative and helpful she was! We would absolutely stay here again

I stayed for 2 nights for the MD&M convention The location to the convention center is amazing No complaints there

The service when I arrived was very good The boy who checked me in gave me a ton of information about the hotel and what was and was not availableMy room was on the third floor so I had to tough it up and walk up three flights of stairs to get to my room Great exercise I actually did really enjoy thatWhen I got to my room it was pretty standard nothing out of the ordinary I found that it was kind of beat up and I found a wad of hair in the shower After seeing that I felt that the room wasn’t as clean as I hopedAdditionally since it’s also located close to Disney there are a ton of families that stay You are able to hear them playing in the pool all night from your room The walls are pretty thinThe free breakfast was standard but after reading some previous reviews it looks like they got rid of a lot of breakfast items after COVID They only had potato’s cereal bread muffins coffee/tea and juiceSolid place to stay if you want a great location at a decent price Otherwise I would try a different hotel on my next trip to Anaheim

Christina

Our room was clean and convenient We didn’t have any issues whatsoever The fridge was big and cold, the coffeemaker was ready to use and already plugged in and the microwave worked great

We had a standard room, but there was a AC unit in both the sitting area and bedroom They both worked really well on two hot days The bed was comfortable and both TVs worked fineThere was a good bit of noise from the hallway, but the door between the sitting area and bedroom blocked it out completely Some noise from above too Not the quietest, but I’ve experienced worse frequently at more expensive spotsStaff was helpful and nice on check-in and when I needed a refill on coffee packets and a fork when one didn’t come with the dinner we had deliveredBreakfast was underwhelming, but everything tasted decent Free parking, WiFi and breakfast made this a cost conscious, but convenient way to enjoy Disneyland for a couple of days The walk to the Toy Story parking lot is a bit longer than I’d expected when I booked a hotel that was “across the street”, but still close It took us 15-20 minutes to get from hotel to park security gatesIf I’m honest, I missed the fancy touches that you’d get at a 4 star hotel, but this was a good value for what was paid

Henry Beal

We booked our stay at the Cortona Inn through Costco Travel We had 3 nights stay while we went to the Disneyland Resorts The Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the parks which saved us a lot of money on parking

They let us park before check in so we could leave our car in their gated and secure lot while we enjoyed the parks and went back after Disneyland closed to get our room key They also let us leave our car in the lot until midnight after we checked out so we could go to the parks the same day we left and then come back to grab our vehicle These accommodations were fantastic on top of a clean room, great pool, and delicious breakfast that Sergio let us enjoy the morning we arrived, prior to check in that afternoon Sergio gave us great information about the hotel and the area, he was very helpful and friend upon our arrival I will definitely be going back the stay was top notch!

So far so good When we arrived at 6pm and checked in, the hotel had a social time on; free beer and wine, snacks and some salads The room is nice (we did have an issue with the pull out couch and it did not pull out) but everything is great

Swimming pool for the kids, free breakfast, full kitchen in the rooms which is good when you want some snacks and such or if you want to make nachos or something Overall I think this place is great I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a family friendly accommodation

We loved this hotel! It’s right next to one of the Disneyland parking lots with a free shuttle to and from the parks It’s not a bad walk either, under a mile The hotel has great breakfast that we didn’t take advantage of until our last day because we were ready to eat as early as we left

The pool is great Has a mini golf spot and a game room outside The lobby is nice and big The rooms are large so you have space to spread out Staff was great, especially the breakfast staff There was even an evening social one night with Soup, Salads, fruit and cheese! Lots of restaurants within walking distance This hotel is a winner!!!

Great hotel for this price pointStaff is super friendly!Let us park before checking in, allowing us to go to the park before our stayProvided great accommodations

The pull out bed and trundle bed under the bunk were awesome and useful, but MOR for an adult Kids slept there with few complaints (but they did complain a little)Breakfast is good Not super nutritious, and pretty much the same everyday, but tasted great to the kids! They loved it!!!Great place to stay for a trip to Disneyland!!!

While I’ve been to Disneyland many times, this was my first time staying here at this hotel and I loved it! The room (i stayed in building 1) was beyond cute and the beds were supper comfy! I had a park view and was able to watch the fireworks from my balcony my first night there! The best part is the distance to the parks! I’m a pretty fast walker, so it took me less then 10 minutes to get to the parks! Made doing a quick outfit change a breeze I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I can’t wait to be back in the future!

VERY nice Surprisingly it was one of the cheapest places we could find close to Disney our last trip and I must say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed in by Disney! Clean, nice BIG room! Nice lobby and great perks like a breakfast place and a restaurant for dinner It had gated parking which was great if you need to leave your car for a while

This will be our new go to hotel for our Disney trips!

The property is amazing with a coffee shop bar and restaurant on site I booked a 2 queen suite with sofa pull out, basically a 1 bedroom apartment, it has a fridge and microwave which were very useful to my family of 5 on our trip to Disneyland The pool and spa were clean and refreshing for our mid day break from the park

Above all else for me, the reason why they have received 5 stars is the onsite management and service I’m not used to booking vacation stays, ended up having some mishaps in my booking process with a third party The Manger, Henry was very understating and very helpful on more than one occasion, total life saver I will be returning to this hotel on my future trips to Disney ART shuttle stop is out front witch brings you directly to the front gates of both theme parks, very convenient for my family and I

The hotel was great! The pool was great! Although the pavement around the pool was QUITE hot when we were there The hosts at the front were very kind and very courteous The parking is $25 per day

Beds were quite stiff Just be aware of that The hotel was very quiet Of course, we had a suite with a separate bedroom, so possibly we just didn’t hear the noise outside the door But being on the top floor, it helped not have to hear noise above us as well All-in-all, it wasn’t a bad trip It was a pleasant stay

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who took all of our bags and car seats for us We were checked in by staff who matched our excitement to be there, and off to the room we went We entered our 3rd floor room to find a very clean and tidy space

The washroom was very clean and the dual head shower was amazing We had a group of 5 and never ran out of hot water We called down and had our luggage brought up to us, and it promptly arrived by yet another friendly faceThe Grand lobby is a place of beauty A fine place to meet your group or recover from a long day’s park hoppingAs far as the amenities, we didn’t utilize the pool, gym or spa, but we did dine at all the available eateries at the hotel The food was very adequate and drinks were easily attainable and very drinkableAccess to the parks was a breeze from the hotel and we will definitely be staying here for all future park visitsThe only CON for us was that they only clean your room every other day, and they never made the bed or changed the linens for our entire 5 night stay Linens were available upon request, but that’s not the kind of thing I’m used to when paying a premium for a “luxury” hotel stay

Alison Vercruysse

Direct access to California Adventure Park from the hotel courtyard is a huge bonus Disneyland access is through Downtown Disney 5 minutes away The rooms are serviceable but, don’t match the price

The bath towels need to be retired to a motel I understand COVID is still a reality but they need to return to real glassware and ditch the plastic cups wrapped in plastic There also needs to be a place to access fresh water from a tap instead of buying bottled water We all slept relatively well on the 2 beds and the balcony was a wonderful place to get some fresh air and admire the lights of the Park

Fabian Sanchez

Amazing food, even better service! Staff was friendly and extremely helpful after a stressful and very long 12 hours with two little ones in an airport they helped us get a room immediately so we can sleep It’s a little pricey but worth every penny So Convenient to be able to enter the park from hotel and have every issue amenity at your finger tips

Definitely doing it again

This isn’t a ritzy but it is a nice one and it is in a great location for Disneyland vacation Te room was clean and well taken care of I appreciated things like the second sink outside of the bathroom, the fridge and the microwave but the first thing that caught my eye was the space in the room

There was a slight issue with the hot water and I’m sure you can find a nicer place but the size of the room, the location and the price make this a over all a good place to stay I would recommend a stay here Oh and I cant forget to mention that the staff was nice too

Tom Deuce

We travel to Disneyland frequently and this is the place we usually stay at It’s clean, comfortable and a very short walk to the park For the price point, size of room and location, it is the first places we look to see if they have available rooms for the dates we are traveling

The rooms are a bit dated and nothing fancy, however everything was very clean, well kept and every staff interaction I have had has ranged from good to excellent There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores all around outside the hotel We will definitely stay here again, and even have reservations already here for our upcoming trip

Kyle Gorman

My partner and I stayed at Castle Inn & Suites this past weekend and we enjoyed it The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland Resort security checkpoint Staff was friendly and made sure that everything was ready for our stay

The room was clean and the bathroom/sink area was the perfect size for us (I do wish there was a curtain or something that could be closed between the sink area and the beds, though)My only major complaint is that the beds were somewhat uncomfortable They definitely felt like there was little padding left on themOtherwise, we had a wonderful 3 night stay and I’ll probably look at booking another stay
