Decent 2 night 3 day stay, room was big for 2 adults and a kid, also loved that it was within my particular budget!Location was excellent, close to freeway and dining all around, if you’re adventurous try the local restaurants, won’t be disappointed, but if you care for big chain restaurants theres plenty nearbyRoom was a bit unkempt, some stains on the bathroom wall/floor, looked yellowing in color so may have tried to clean but anyway also noticed the shower curtain was old and ripping at the seams in some areas, kind of surprising for a place with Hilton in the nameOverall couldn’t really complain, I mainly care that the bed was nice and comfy, had a TV, plenty of free parking and most of all, free wifi!!!I’d add that I did have some noisy neighbors a few rooms down the hall but the noice mostly dissipated once I shut the door and turned on the TV

Overall enjoyed the stay and will be coming back if I’m traveling to this area again, thanks

My husband and I went to this particular hotel because we enjoy the king bedroom with whirlpool inside the room We went there for just an overnight stay for Father’s day and to relax The rooms are pretty much always satisfactory, but this time was different – unacceptable and outside of the range of service and comfortability expected from Hilton

Upon checking out, we noticed that there was a large blood smear on the side of the white comforter, as to where one would sit on the side of their bed We immediately reported this incident to the front-desk staff (Sabrina), who urged us to contact the corporate office for further assistance (we took a picture for reference) Thus far, I have been on three separate calls to Hilton corporate office for assistance with the matter at hand and was advised that I would be given a case number and should receive a call back from them within 3 – 5 business days Customer service is not at all the way it use to be, unfortunately

The Hyatt brand does not put hospitality above all else They automatically canceled my 2 day reservation even they had already charged my card and I showed up late Fine

When I asked for my money back the general manager of operation straight up to my face told me he will not refund the money to my third party Even though he is able to at his discretion Again he has the power to issue the refund but refused to do so Be warned this general manager of operations does not know the meaning of customer service First you put the customer out on the street, fine! Next you refuse to give the refund you can actually authorize Customer is not first here

Robert Sacks

The front desk receptionist Michelle was wonderful However from there on it was just ok The gentlemen who checked us out was in such a rush

We were told that we would be credited 1 nights parking because they needed to clean the carpets on the floor we stayed on I believe the gentleman that checked us out was Bill If I didn’t check my emailed receipt I would have caught that they overcharged us and broke their promise Again Michelle was awesome She corrected the mistake and apologized

Luke Small

Down here for an event around the corner Room was reserved over the phone and went well Everyone at the front desk was great and helpful

The room was clean and fresh Tv set up seemed a little datedLocated near tons of great food options within walking distance The swings across the street is a nice attraction to visit The morning breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereal, bacon, hashbrowns, coffee and tea, bagels & toast Very filling and deliciousWill definitely stay here again when in town

We loved our stay at the Wigwam Motel the clerk when we checked in Was SO NICE!! He even called into the room once we were settled to assure everything was OK and we didn’t need anything

It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable and the whole atmosphere was perfect! It was nice having our dogs with us that if they did bark we weren’t bothering anyone else and it was so quiet there!! We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Such a cool experience!

Very clean, well maintained property Best service at this location we had during our whole road trip Fun historical place to stay

Great parking, wifi worked wellOur room was near the road, so we had a lot of traffic noise Would suggest asking to stay farther back We did not use the grounds for swimming our relaxing, but they looked well maintained Cute gift store at check in

By far the cleanest hotel in the area I stayed at all the new hotels in the area that have opened in the past few years and this is the only hotel that is consistently clean! Everytime I stay at a hotel, I clean right when I get in especially during covid time That’s how I can tell this place is clean

That’s most important to me vs the amenities because I stay in the room most of the time when I’m at the hotel The gym is nice as well The pool is small, but we don’t go there for that Breakfast is pre packaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal etc The workers, from front desk to house keeping are always pleasant here The rooms are spacious if you get the suite rooms I like that there are 2 tvs in case someone wants to watch something else The area is safe as it’s right next to CHP and it’s close to Ontario Mills and all the other shopping This is my go to hotel and will continue going back here

Jay Cox

Door to back parking is still broken from last stay Been broken for 5 weeks that I know of Front parking jammed since door broken in back

Breakfast is frozen plastic wrapped food and put in heated storage containers Coffee pots have been empty at timed and full of grounds in my cup when I get some Only one coffee in room and one coffee condiments in room Had to go down for a cup of grounds for a 2nd cup

Brook Scheisse

My room was left unlocked and the door was ajar when I got back from workThe front desk didn’t believe me, and did nothingRoom service left dirty coffee filters in my coffee maker

They only clean every other day and only put one caffinated coffee in the room When I asked the front desk at check in they said there were 2

Great front desk staff Only one i remembered was Mario Great personality!I will say though security is friendly named jon but he is too friendly and does not do his job to secure the place at night especially around the parking lot where cars are now being broken into

I had a friend stay here and his car was broken into When I stayed here I would leave super early around 5am for work and find Security sitting in the lobby sofa relaxing Caught him twice duringy stay I don’t know if that’s an area for him to rest up but it does not look good for customers like me knowing he’s Security and supposed to patrol the property especially parking lot During the time i needed to use the business computer same security guard was hiding in there and sitting on the corner by the printer just on his phone Should reevaluate his scope of work considering theft on cars are on a rise and location of hotel is not safe Other than that room was Clean and staff were pleasant!

Marriot BONVOY makes it easy to book special rates for military members like myself This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Upon arrival, the world’s greatest receptionist, Mars, welcomed me kindly by upgrading me to the Executive Penthouse King Suite on the top floor with ELITE Parking, Bistro credit and so much more!!! In the 5 years I have been in the military, I have never felt so appreciated for my service to our homeland! All the staff from the two security guards to the bartender were very kind to me I had the best first and last Pina Colada with the famous Bistro Burger at the bar

Thank you BONVOY for making my stay affordable, meaningful, and unforgettable!

The two front desk ladies that help me out all the time Ivonne and Cherise make me feel at home , due to my situation it has been wonderful to see those two ladies every time I check in they make sure to look at any notes I might have added to the reservation and also they try there best to accommodate to what my notes say on my reservationoverall these ladies are doing a wonderful job I will continue coming here thank you again

Was not welcomed as a Gold member Did not receive the credit as normal no water no welcome thank you nothing Room was not clean and had to change rooms because the smoke alarm was beeper for low battery

Service people was not wearing mask and one guy came out from the kitchen couching without a mask on Did not feel comfortable eating there So I left and paid for my meal elsewhere

Hair Dazzle complete hair care

This was the worst experience ever I was here in a business trip and was completely disappointed in the property, several things such as kids playing unable to sleep, pillows dirty, hot tub dirty, cigarette butts through out the hotel and trash left for days Big ride trucks out side with loud engines starting up all night truckers sleeping in the truck Save your self the trouble of not being able to relax during your stay and expect complete filth this is not even a 3 star hotel I will never use this property again

I have pictures of everything But it will not allow me to post them The manager was not available for 3 days

Alfredo Ayala

I had the worst experience ever! My room key failed on my 3 times Came back from an event and they checked me out of my room while I was gone Had to deal with that mess in the 3 AM upon my arrival

Later that morning, my key didn’t work once again I tried to get a refund but they kept giving my credit card company the run around Super disappointed! I’ve yet to receive a call from their manager in regards to my situation

Room smells like mold Bad!!!! See pictures below! You can physically see mold on the bathroom walls, ceiling and fan and the wallpaper is lifting And look! What a surprise! Mold is under the wallpaper and in the drywall! I will report to health dept

In addition to the smell all I can hear is beeping from construction and the loud traffic going by This place is an assault on the senses I’m not a fan of this hotel at all

Amber Wilcox

We’re Hyatt members and this location didn’t meet our expectations I recommend choosing another hotel if possible They desperately need an update to which the front desk woman promptly pointed out to me when I had to go back downstairs to get a key after I’d just spoken with her and told her I had checked in on my phone

The location is old, and doesn’t have any of the nicer amenities other Hyatts do

Willie Saake

Subpar for what I would expect from Hyatt I appreciate that Hyatt offers an option in the Inland Empire but this Hyatt Place is a disappointmentThe Bad:The Wifi is unacceptably slow

Don’t expect to be able to take video calls or stream video from your room The cleaning service didn’t come once in a 5 day visit Finally the air conditioning unit is rather loudThe Good:The front desk staff was friendly The breakfast is decent for a business trip The location is convenient

The experience was very negative overall The main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel Overall poor housekeeping of the rooms, bathrooms, and general gathering areas of the hotel

Overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, dirty floors in the hallways and room, a dirty shower that stayed the same dirty despite me asking each morning of my stay for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the shower including the walls Even after specifying what the issues were and where, it was still not clean See attached pictures of what appears to be bloody prints on the shower wall and other dirt, not sure what, as well)I stay at Hilton brand hotels frequently and rarely experienced this level of unsatisfactory cleaning Additionally, the evening/nighttime front desk person was not pleasant and came off very rude and condescending to me and my coworker, separately I do not recommend staying at this hotel

Don Palmer

The room was very spacious The grounds were well kept, and the breakfast buffet was better than the average hotel buffets I loved that I was able to check in, get my digital room key, and check out from the app

Only thing I would like to see is an online map showing room # locations and access doors It took us a bit to find parking near the closest entry to our room without any avaliable online map

Selena Chen

Very great place to study because it is close to my school I hope they can build more in our bay area or even a hotel apartment for these business people And I hope the price is not too much if they want to stay as long

And please use the rental assistance as well I hope to see this more in the future My place where I stayed was very bad Job less, health less, and very homeless because everything was control by some people RUDE! I like your place! Get breakfast and housekeeping I can go to work and study without any worry I hope to this project soon

My family and I arrived in CA on a Thursday for a much needed vacation that we saved up for Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery the very next day We scrambled to find a place to stay as additional lodging was not in our budget

After spending a few nights in a cheap motel, we were able to reserve the Hampton In & Suites at a discounted rateWhen I entered the lobby, I was sure that this hotel was fairly new I was shocked to find out that it was eight years old The facility is well kept and super clean The amenities were exactly what we needed to make our trip so much easier Our room was spacious and beautiful Every staff member was accommodating, professional and kind This was a wonderful experience despite the challenges we faced Thank you!

Elisa Johnston (Average Advocate)

Android or stay here (myself with three kids and a baby) I felt safe here with my family and they were kind and generous, allowing us to go to the pool after check out and changing in the lobby bathroomsBesides strange tasting sausage, the breakfast was delicious clean and well organized

It’s very nice to not have to wake up at the crack of dawn to eat breakfast My kids were really impressed and really enjoyed thatI enjoyed taking a really nice bath and having a really nice bath amenities They’re were a few things that weren’t ideal One was at the bathroom at the pool was locked and it was actually kind of confusing which pool was ours The second was the floor in our bedroom along the edge of the carpet was exposed and hurt to stand on even though I didn’t see any nails Also I asked for a handicapped accessible room, which they gave me one right next to the elevator which I really appreciated but there was no seat in the bathroom, I think I got a hearing impaired room Even so I really appreciated that I didn’t have to walk all the way down the hall and I was glad they took that into consideration My current handicap decal is expired and I’m not using a wheelchair at the moment so that was okay, but I still need extra services and I was glad they complied in what they could Lastly there was a ton of trash in the parking lot which I feel could have easily been picked up Overall, the ambience itself was very very nice but that little detail could improve it’s appearance greatlyWe are grateful for our stay at the Hampton inn!

Princess Jimenez

I just want to say the rooms are extremely nice and elegant for a great price I love the options of food they give for complimentary breakfast especially the peanut butter cookies which are absolutely amazing! As well as the staff! Felicia the cook is very kind and much appreciated Trevor was very helpful and genuinely a cool guy

Audrey is super kind, very helpful, and funny Jackie also was very nice, attentive, and very helpful Daniel the security guard did his job making sure we were all safe You all made a great impact on our stay Thank you Hampton family for making our stay very welcoming and pleasant From Princess, little Princess and Jeff

The cabins are reasonable They were clean and sanitized The park rangers patrolled the park(24/7 it seemed)

We felt safe Everyone appeared to have followed the rules and had done their part in keeping the park free of trash There were a few families partying but they obeyed park rules and weren’t troublesome at all We definitely will attend again

Manuel Cedillo

Our family camped here on a Friday through Sunday We reserved spot 20 because of the photo online it also said it was partially shaded However when we pulled in there was absolutely no shade

Photos attachedIt was hot & worse without shade The rangers repeatedly came to our site to complain about our tents or canopy not being lined up perfectly on our side of the site even though both sites on the side of us started empty all weekend Music is too be shut off even if it’s low by 10pm The ranger Friday night was incredibly bored to keep bugging us Instead of cleaning the restrooms, which did not get clean all weekend By Sunday morning there was no toilet paper Luckily we bring our own!The splash pad was fun! We all had a great time and spent the entire Saturday at the pad since we had no shade at our site The restrooms by the splash pad are clean and have a/c At the end of the day we enjoyed ourselves but the website needs to update their photos for rentals, also cleaning restrooms should be a priority on a packed camp ground We will be giving it another try when we can’t get our usual spots

David Martel

I got there early at 1130am My site was empty, I walked over to it They said just til noon they would get back to me

1215pm I asked again At 1230pm they said it was ready I drove over to a trashy site 231 No shade tree Virtually all trees are planted in wrong places for site shade Families had pop-ups and chairs 30ft from awnings for nearest shade tree No good

Price gouging at its finest for a sub-par room and dangerous hotelThe floors were VERY slick when we arrived Almost like someone threw down a bunch tops on the tile in the hallway

My friends and I almost broke our necks walking to our rooms We told several hotel staff as we watched other guests slip around, nearly injuring themselves, same as us The hotel staff didn’t care at all No “wet floor” signs were put out the entire time we were there We avoided the area entirelyBy the time we left the floor was sticky and dirty in that area It was still a real safety hazard

On June 1st 2022 I went to the Holiday Inn Express to get a room for one night I asked for a quiet room which they provided I was interested in going right to bed

It was about 6 pm when I got there When I got to the room and sat on the bed I noticed the mattress was soft Upon further inspection I noticed that the bed consisted of a mattress pad upon a box spring I was so tired that night I tried to make it work But it didn’t work I tossed and turned all night and I didn’t get any sleep at all It was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on I will never go back here And I don’t recommend it to anyone And for this they charged me $172 I think they should give me a refund But I’m not expecting anything I just thought I’d share my experience

This hotel was recommended by the conference organizers It is located near the conference site, and as an IHG member, I went ahead and booked a roomI was able to check in online so I just walked in, signed the paperwork, and got my key

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and offered great dinner recommendations They acknowledge you each time you walk through the door, so that’s nice and comfortingMy room is spacious and I do like the amenities There’s a Keurig, microwave and fridge There is also an iron and ironing board The bathroom has a hair dryer and toiletries mounted in the shower The shower is fantastic as it has great water pressure and as a walk-in has ample space It was disappointing to find that the shower gel bottle was empty, so it was a good thing I had brought my own soapFor the most part, the room was clean However, I found crumbs on the floor so it appeared it wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed There is a bench in the room and when I went to put my suitcase on it, I found white powder/residue all over it This tells me that the staff doesn’t clean the room well as they don’t pay attention to detailsLastly, I like to keep my hydroflask filled with ice and water The ice machine was just across the hall from me The machine did not have ice So disappointing!!!Because is these misses, I gave this hotel 3 stars

This is a large hotel mainly used by business people and attendees at conventions taking place at the Riverside Convention Center that is immediately adjacent to the hotel It is clean and quiet and the rooms are what you expect from a large hotel chain The fixtures are modern and work well

I would prefer a few more electrical outlets around the room but we made do with what was thereWhether it is due to the ongoing pandemic or something else, they only service the guest rooms on your third day in the room and every third day after that You can request clean towels every day but not a general cleaning and change of bed linensThey offer a come-and-go breakfast with high tables to stand at while you eat but no sit-down table serviceThere is a large (about 60 inch) TV and you can get standard cable TV channels A few streaming services are also available but you need to have your own subscription (user name and password) from your home subscription to view them (Netflix, HBO, and YouTube TV are available but not Amazon Prime) See the Marriott web site for more details on amenities)All in all, a nice hotel if you are going to be out and about most of the time but not one for family vacations where entertainment and activities for kids are needed

We use this Marriott for business, prior to Covid for years The meeting rooms are always set up the way we like it The servers and service is always friendly and accommodating

We always served breakfast during our meetings and the food was nothing memorable I have stayed overnight here more than 1 occasion during the holidays, and it was fine I gave it 4 stars because the prices at the restaurant were pretty high, at least the food at the restaurant was flavorful and good

It’s a place to stay Price is fine Rooms are a little run down

Appointments are cheap and decor is sparse Beds are a brick with really nice mattress pads Carpets in the room are disgusting and I wouldn’t walk on them with bare feet TV is huge, but none of the premium channels work Internet is $13/day Literally right across from the convention center Every member of the staff was super friendly and very helpful Had to drop this to two stars after my cold shower this morning Place doesn’t even have hot water Was going to stay for three days, but can’t do it Moved across the street to the Hyatt

Chose this hotel based on the reviews and ended up being disappointedChecked in Friday night and was told the elevator was out of service and we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor As of Sunday night, elevator is still broken

We made it to our room and noticed that our room door looked like someone tried to force their way in (see photos) The room was spacious, the AC worked wonderfully, no water pressure issues and the beds were of decent comfortLeft for the day on Saturday and returned late at night to find that our room was not serviced I figured it might have been because we didn’t leave the sign on the door asking for service So the next morning, we left the sign out by 7:30am came back at 9pm ready to shower only find out that our room was once again not serviced I let the front desk know and had to walk back downstairs to pick up the new towelsI personally didn’t like the hot breakfast – I felt the eggs and hash brown were bland but it was nice that it was free and not just continentalThis is an area we frequently travel to but we won’t be returning to this hotel We paid $650 for 3 nights – we expected better than what we got

If i could give them 10 STARS, i would!!! HANDS DOWN, THE BEST HOTEL YOU’LL EVER STAY AT The whole entire staff are so friendly! The front desk, the housekeepers, the cooks and the manager Luis

They always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 100% worth it Our favorite hotel to stay at thank Karinna, the sweet front desk lady was very professional Answered all my million questions and let us know about some of the things that were wrong with our room (the fridge was leaking) Offered to move my family to different room if we wanted to which we didn’t The leak didn’t bother us a bit The sweet cookshe’s an angel Always asks if we needed anything and she’s there to help assist us if we needed anything She’s forever cleaning and helping the other customers Cleanliness is the other reason why i LOVE this place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

BW Plus Arrowhead suited us well We stayed in a whirlpool room Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, we like the little bar area with mini fridge and microwave, everything fit needs

The whirlpool could have used an extra cleaning and a drain plug that fix properly But overall the hotel stay was nice, we would recommend and visit there again
