Very nice property, well maintained, clean The staff member during late night check in was very nice and professional as were all staff that we had interactions with The only downside was the M Lounge not having any hours from noon Friday until Monday Morning

No need for breakfast those days, but it is a nice place to get away from your room, grab a good coffee and relax For that I would say 4 Star rating…but because we were upgraded in our room, 5 Star

Spending time here was good The parking was fine, plenty of space and they have a security detail driving through the lot periodically, surveying activity The lobby is an open design, containing a restaurant, Starbucks and sit down area

Several elevators ensure that you won’t be waiting too long Access to a pool and indoor facility I like the proximity of the hotel to the highway and toll road

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel several times While it is a beautiful, well maintained property with a great pool it is the amazing, accommodating staff that has us returning to this propertyAt check in James was professional, and kind to us as well as our service animal

He made sure that our stay was comfortable Mo and Marcela were always there to greet us as we left and returned They both took care of us and remembered us when we returned Leticia at the restaurant was also very accommodating and sweet when we asked to be seated outside of the restaurantI wish I could name everyone here as they have a wonderful, friendly staff that truly made our stay memorableOther than that, we loved our room It was nice and cool even with the Texas heat The pool is amazing It is large, both indoor and outdoor, has a kiddy pool outside and a hot tub inside There are plenty of umbrellas and tables to escape the blazing sun

I enjoyed my stay The room was comfortable enough and the bed was really nice The staff was incredible

The area was very user friendly and I loved that I never had to get in my car for anything except work My only complaint is the elevator situation There was only one working elevator and I got stuck inside for a short time The staff responded promptly but I think the elevator acted up several times while I was there Otherwise, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful I will stay here again on a lower floor

Elizabeth Wise

This hotel is nice, newer, and clean That is the best I can say about this hotel We stayed here several nights on a couple of occasions

They have a shuttle sitting outside, but it has not run once since we have been here We asked about the ability to get a ride and each time we were told it is not running today, so if that is a selling point I would recommend staying somewhere elseThe staff is nearly nonexistent most of the time when I go down to the lobby Normally the front desk staff is in the back or somewhere elseIf you have status with Marriott do not expect them to offer you any benefits or upgrades They would not Honor the guaranteed late checkout for Tutanium members, and we did not receive our breakfast vouchers this time and had someone argue with me last time I asked I did not bother with breakfast this morning It was not worth itOverall would not recommend this hotel It is nice and quiet with comfortable rooms as well as a workout room and indoor pool If that is all you are looking for this place may not be too bad for you

Lisa Hetrick

The people, the location, the food, all wonderful This hotel was recommended, I’m doing the same! So many delicious restaurants within walking distance; shopping tooBut what will bring me back to this place is the customer service

From the first chat online to the final wave goodbye, my family and I felt truly welcomed here Thank you for a lovely stay, hope to be back again soon!

Unfortunately I must give a bad review Hate to do that We stay at Marriott a lot

There were several problems: 1 The water pressure was low We checked out several rooms and they all had the problem 2 The chair for the desk was really bad We had to find two chairs from the hallway and from another room 3 It was difficult to read the labels on the microwave 4 The in-room telephone did not work at all 5 The breakfast was really bad If you are looking for hot food, good luck Only the bacon was OK, but even it was overcooked Good things: 1 sleeping was good 2 A/C was good 3 Room and hotel was clean 4 Parking was great 5 The carts for moving luggage was good 6 The hotel was cool 7 Access from highways was good

Staying here now my 1st day out of a 4 day reservation has not been a good experience I walk out of my room this morning and in the hallway you see trash, foods of containers in the hallway How did the general manager solve the problem

Trash in the hallway isn’t unusual Housekeeping doesn’t come in until 9am Then refrigerator leaks and ruin my MOD pizza I ask if I can change room where the refrigerator is not leaking, since the receptionist said that a room is available on the fourth floor Manager said no we have no rooms available for you, we can only have maintenance fix your refrigerator

Milano Don

Guy my advise to you is this is the hotel to book for your stays for real Majority of the hotels I have been in during my travel exploration has always had something wrong with their gym or something There’s free coffee, gym, where you can actually workout and stuff

I enjoyed my stay here for real Lol they also had a machine for free juices What I didn’t ask was if they had an outside pool I guess that will be for next time

Beautiful New Hotel off the highway Very quiet and the hosts are very friendly Hotel still has a new feel and with the new design

Would be a 5 stars if their key entry to each rooms are operational Hosts has to walk you to your room every time to unlock the door But I believe it’s a short term problem that could be fix within week Nice modern showers with fridge and microwave

Henry Zhang

This new hotel is thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable I liked the large bathroom with the frameless shower and the many shelves to put stuff Large and well lit parking lot

Nice pool The breakfast was quite average though, and protein options were very lacking – just hard boiled eggs and sausage biscuit I wish there’s bacon, ham, or sausage links but maybe that’s too expensive nowadays?

CHEAP & POOR SERVICES- Room smelled terrible (body sweats) upon check-in The bedsheet is dirty with a big stained spot of sperm from the previous stay which the housekeeper didn’t even change/clean

– Pillows are flat, old, stained, and worn out- The hotel is quite new but NOT WELL MAINTENANCE Carpets are often dirty with dust/sands steps marks since most occupancy is labor contractors- Front desk agents refused to provide amenities, such as a shaving kit although there are in stock for guest supply And After 8 pm, front desk staff refused to provide shampoo or soap, simply for a reason of no access to housekeeping source?!?!- A housekeeper (Black fat lady) kept knocking guest room to demand used towels but not to provide any new ones This housekeeper acted so weird, rude, and ridiculous- Front desk station is often left unavailable with no staff but found sitting at the guest computer desk or the lobby area- Breakfast provided POORLY with LIMIT both in QUALITY & QUALITY A small tray with a few 4 slices of eggs and sausages, and only 1 pancake maker, making a line of guests waiting although the hotel is not full NO FOOD REFILL so if the first front guest in line takes 3 slices of eggs, the 3rd guest in line would face with an empty tray! AGAIN, NO FOOD REFILL although I arrived at 716 am for breakfast 7 am to 930 am is breakfast time but how many guests could get food?!!- Coffee station in the lobby was dirty, COLD coffee (never hot in pot), a few cheap bags of tea but no HOT water in the pot- $108++ per night Undervalued, cheap, and horrible servicesASHAMED IN THE BRAND CHAIN OF MARRIOTT

I just want to take the time to thank Ginger and Julio for the wonderful service that I received while staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Katy, Texas and to share my positive review of the “home away from home” that we resided in for two days The lobby was welcoming with two big screed televisions on the walls and plenty of seating and tables for lounging and eating purposes The room was clean and well-designed with an area in the middle designated for computer use

There was also two televisions in the room with a large comfortable couch on one side of the room to provide a choice of tv viewing for each personFrom the moment of check-in their service was second to none! Kindness flowed freely from each of them and their expressed willingness to help our stay be a good one (Julio brought up those really elegant white blankets for us and gave me great suggestions regarding taxi services in the area and where to find an ATM machine while Ginger helped out with any other information that I needed about area , told us about the wonderful breakfast that was available, and gave us coffee cups with lids to take the coffee with us if we wantedWe received Excellent, Courteous, and Professional Service from Ginger and Julio and I just wanted to take the time to say so

I stayed here about a month ago, and had a pleasant stay The hotel was VERY clean Upon request, the sheets and towels were changed everyday (Covid cases at that time put a halt on daily maintenance unless requested)

Additionally, the staff was very friendly and responsive However, the room was dim lit and the heat was not working at full capacity I set the temperature to 80 degrees because it outside was cold and rainy (high 50s low 60s), but the heat made it feel slightly cooler than 65 This made my stay a bit uncomfortable I don’t think my car should’ve been warmer than my hotel room Thank God the water was consistently hot, so daily showers met my standard of comfort Nonetheless, I was satisfied and would stay here again when it’s not cold

B 4letta

The staff here were very accommodating Our first night the people above us jumped for hours The manager call and offered to move us but my husband was sick so we moved the next morning

The rooms are nice and very clean and breakfast was an actual breakfast with sausage, waffles, eggs, etcOur only complaint was the pool was not heated We were told some story about the chemicals having a negative affect on the skin if the temp is too high As a avid swimmer and former pool inspector in the state of Michigan I knew that was bs but I left it alone Overall our stay was great and we would stay there again

Due to a miscommunication, a hearing accessible room was booked instead of an ADA room which was needed Reeta was kind and understanding as she worked to find us an appropriate room She managed to fix everything so our room and stay was perfect

The ADA room we got was very large and very comfortable The roll in shower was wonderful Hotel is very clean and whenever we asked for anything, we got it right away The location is great as it is very near to the relatives we were visiting Staff was friendly and courteous Definitely would stay here again

Our stays at this hotel have been great and very accommodating! Rooms always clean to our expectations and the housekeeping staff has always been kind and very accommodating to every single request! Rohit ( the hotel clerk at the front desk) is wonderful! He was accommodating to every single need my family and I had and his customer service skills are beyond exceptional! He remembers my family by name whenever we see him, his conversations and suggestions have been so helpful and sincere, and he always has a welcoming and compassionate personality that lights up a room! It’s the staff that makes a hotel good and he does an absolutely great job!

Roach in our room Bathroom door latch was broken & wouldn’t stay closed Requested new room but was told none were available and maybe maintenance could come in the morning

I was fine with that However, went back to the room to find a cockroach crawling around Absolutely unacceptable Checked out within an hour of being there Horrible experience

Not a perfect hotel but pretty darn nice Staff was great and fast at check in Very easy access to get to our room

Pretty nice view and the room was clean Bed is very comfortable The pillows are very soft but down, I am allergic but they do have other pillows, you just have to askOnly huge downside, which I don’t blame the hotel for, our car was broken into Make sure to take everything out of your car We forgot one bag and of course it happened to have our safe with money and important documents in it The security did find it pretty fast and called right away so we could file a report Because the window was completely busted out they did let us park the car right in front of the lobby so we didn’t have to risk someone trying to do anything else with the car We are just sick over the break in :(The hotel staff has been great, but a pretty horrible experience for sure

KESHA BOWIE

Thanks for your staycation in the city My friends and I come to the city to stay at hotels when we go out This location is perfect

Many places to eat and close to downtown and 610 loop for where our parties were located My friend was hot due to a/c unit issue and they placed her in another room until the next day to make her comfortable The room was nice but I always bring my own cleaning supplies and clean to my liking Other than that, nice and comfortable room

Jake Lee

Your experience here may vary Seems like a good place for business You have two steak places (one is outback) and a subway walking distance away need I say more? My experience included a room phone that had static some guests having a good time and motorcycles/cars racing around a bit on weekend

Honestly I am glad it’s a Hilton You could do so much worse than this hotel I got the room below $110 a night and am quite satisfied For remote work it is adequate with typical Hilton flare My room features a adequate lighting configuration and lounger chair with large windows No microwave in my king room make sure to keep that in mind if you need that And I just found a fridge hidden in the TV stand bummer

This Courtyard is located in West Houston right off I10 This review is primarily based on the staff as I spent majority of my time off the property

The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold This Courtyard has a Small bistro offering breakfast and supper There is also a large pool to beat the heat inIn all the staff here made the stay enjoyable I really appreciate Charlene She is a hospitality expert and I could not have had a better person assisting my family 5/5 for the staff

Melissa Wimberley

Looks can be deceiving! The outdoors is very outdated, but when you step inside, it’s amazing Newly remodeled Room was spacious with a nice soft bed

Very quiet as well Staff is amazing Chris at the front desk is awesome! Walking distance to restaurants Only wish their was more lighting in the room, perhaps a ceiling light Will be back!!!!

YBF013

Clean, comfortable bed (surprisingly), A/C works very well, quick and painless check in, modern décor, feels like a comfy apartment, nice pool/courtyard area for fresh air Location is right next to the highway and a decent gas stationOnly feedback would be that the shower head spray wasn’t evenly distributed and it made the shower a bit awkward

Nonetheless, I recommend and would stay again

I loved this Home 2 Suites I have had some horrible experiences with the Hilton Suite hotels and this one by far was on the top of my list The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and was sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible

The pool could use a little cleaning, but other than that I enjoyed this hotel very much They keep the grounds as well as the hotel very clean and smelling fresh on a daily basis When visiting the area I will be sure to stay here again

Joe Glorioso

The 1st room I was in had a funky smell from the HVAC, the girl at the desk switched me to a new room without any problems New room was better at first, but developed a similar smell from the HVAC after a few hours Seemed fine otherwise, until I went to make some coffee and found they hadn’t cleaned the coffee maker from the previous occupant

Nothing worse than wondering what corners were cut throughout the rest of the room by housekeeping I’m a Diamond member and expect better I get that the hotel is dated and needs updating, need to control what you can though Went down for the reception at 6, no food left even though there was an hour to go I had high hopes for this hotel, by far the worst Home2 I’ve stayed in That’s saying alot as I’ve been to many I’m in the Houston area every 2 months, won’t be staying here again

Mr. Sean Paul

On par with Embassy Suites type of service Too bad they don’t have happy hour or stove tops like the Homewood Suites Otherwise, this hotel chain would be the best in the world! Kristine (Housekeeping), Luke and Tamyra (Front Desk agents) have been nice and professional

In this crazy world we live in, it’s great to have friendly staff that treats you like family instead of just another customer

Great Hotel! The staff (Eugenia especially) is AWESOME!! My husband and I came in from out of town on April 29, 22 for our niece wedding We called the hotel and asked for early check in, they were short on housekeepers, but was able to grant our request Eugenia at the front desk is Amazing! She is professional, caring, understanding, patient, kind, and she remembers your name

She make the guess feels at home We enjoyed our stay and yes, we will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights this month for my bday getaway and had no complaints The front desk staff was very helpful and sweet Breakfast was provided and was good for a more simple menu

Our room had a king bed and was clean when we arrived I just wish I knew where they purchase the pillows from because they are so comfy 2nd time we stayed at a Drury Hotel and would recommend to anyone

This hotel was amazing The breakfast was good every morning, the lunch/dinner was always on point, and they gave you free drinks to go along with it The manager was super friendly, all the employees that we ran into during our stay where also very friendly, the facilities were in great shape, really no negatives to review about on our trip

One of Hilton chain of long stay hotels I’ve had the opportunity to stay at these hotels for more than 4 months at a time in different states Always better places to stay

All suites Staff is polite for the most part They know their businessClean, spacious rooms Good decoration and detailsBreakfast could be more appealing, not the same prepackaged eggs But then most hotel brands serve the same type of meal Guess they all have the same supplierI enjoy my stays at the Homewood Suites Become a member and you get extra perks as you advance in status

My family and I stayed here during March break The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, although the kitchen area was small With the king size bed and the convertible couch, it was perfect for us

Breakfast was okay- standard coffee, tea, hashbrowns, eggs, bread/bagels, fruits, juices etc They did change out the main hot dishes on a daily basis There was a waffle maker and almost everyday, there was a line up to use it with some people making multiple waffles for their entire families!!The staff were great – very accommodating and attentive! We would very likely stay here again!

Kim “Kim R.”

This is my second time staying at this location I was pleased with the first experience, however this time was extremely disappointing I booked the one bedroom king suite, but I was put in a accessible suite, which I did not request or book

There was huge stain on the sofa couch There was loud music playing until the wee hours of the morning I was unable to get a good nights rest due to all the loud music Due to all these issues I will not be returning to this location in the future

This is a wonderful hotel For the price you pay, you get a good location, clean rooms and it’s just what you need Features a 24/7 fitness center, a pool (pretty small so expect it to be big), and a little cafe (don’t plan on eating there, it’s not much from what i’ve seen

Maybe for a quick bite) Anyway, I’d stay here over the Hyatt Place next door, as we have stayed there before and it isn’t as clean Would recommend

Rashmika R

Not impressed with this Marriott in the area No change of linen or room service when asked, apparently they provide a full room service once every 7 days! So if you have a short stay forget about getting room service or change of towels The front desk is rude and does not entertain any calls, all they are taught to say is it’s their policy

I’d rather stay elsewhere, don’t stay at this hotel!

Though the hotel was adequate, the catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle overnight while parked in the hotel parking lot, completely rearranging my plans for the next day The security camera pointed directly at my car turned out to not be working when the police were checking the security footage The parking lot lighting shines just as much on upper floor windows as illuminating the parking lot

I am a frequent guest at Choice Hotels on travels, but this one is now off my list

She said she would bring tv stand and never did We lifted the tv up on rolled up towels ( ghetto ) When we first notified her of tv she offered another room but we had already unpacked everything The room smelled musty, sofa and carpet were stained She gave us a can of Febreeze for the smell Really! We put a sheet over the sofa to sit on it When we woke up there was a huge dead roach next to desk The Manager was rude and unfriendly! We will never stay at this location again!!! The Manager said she spoke to Owner and he offered nothing!

I stayed here this past weekend and I have to say everything was just lovely I was staying with my daughter, her husband and baby so we reserved a 2 room suite, the hotel offered to let us use a pack and play free of charge while there so that my grandson could sleep The pack and play was new, like it had never been used which was wonderful

The staff was so welcoming and nice, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed the quiches for breakfast! First time staying at a Residence Inn but it will not be my last! Thank you for a pleasurable stay!

Residence Inn have not changed one bit from the early 2000’s when I was traveling for work It’s 2022 a lot needs to changeHere is my list of concerns

1 The first room couch bed was broken and the room smelled like mildew, we requested a different room2 The second room smelled the same as the first one, so that tells me they don’t service each ac unit regularly and with covid still prevalent, it needs maintenanced at least every other week3 The rooms are outdated even though they added stainless steel appliances to have it appear updated4 The Marriott name when it comes to Residence Inn is being tarnished all because it appears that upper management doesn’t care about making sure the customers keep coming back to The Residence Inn5 The only reason I even stayed here is due to someone else paying for it The last time I stayed, my team had to be moved to another hotel6 I have a proposal for Marriott/Residence Innif you need assistance with rebranding I am more than willing to assistfor a fee7 Today, you need to be brought up to standards so you can stay in competition with the likes of Hilton and their brand

The small team of dedicated and hardworking staff can only do so much when their hands are tiedThe age of the place can be deduced by the soiled carpets, chipped furniture and non-existent pest control servicesThe breakfast was a joke compounded by the failure to label the ingredients of the prepared food to assist those with allergy or dietary concerns

Wins the race for the worst Residence Inn experience in 35 years!

Rooms are large and spacious Having a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and half stove is wonderful Pillows and bed were marvelous

Only two issues: they seemed to have run out of towels on our second day during the stay, and there was a small bug on the counter in our room when we checked in Would have been 5 stars if not for those two issues

Marlena Omotayo

Room smelled like smoke and mildew I told the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, “we don’t have any more rooms Let me go to the room to check it out” he came back down and told me he sprayed the room

(It really didn’t help much) I found mold on the curtain above the a/c The bed headboard had greasy smudges maybe from someone head and hands in multiple places Same thing on the closet doors Mold in the shower I booked for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room Went down to the front desk to ask why, they told me on weekends they don’t clean rooms and if they do you have to ask and it will be a light dusting No one told me this on my first day and even so, that’s terrible service to not clean at least once No one answered the phone when i called to ask for towels I had to pick them up from downstairs and no one apologized I truly wish I would’ve stayed in a different hotel because I felt nasty being there Only thing that gave me relief was the breakfast

Good clean rooms Spacious one room or two room suites with complete kitchen and dining area Staff is friendly

Downer: they allow pets in the roomsSo you have to put up with animal dander and other tid bitsSome owners are downright rude by letting their pets sniff or rub on youOther than that the hotel is good

We got put in this hotel while our house was being renovated by insurance The hotel itself is fine, small but fine however, while staying here we caught scabies which is a mite that burrows in your skin and then makes and causes this REALLY itchy rash So beds weren’t clean etc

The fire alarm went off at 3:00 AM too since the riser room wasn’t working right Found hair in towels and sheets (including public hair) room service wasn’t great either Don’t waste your money here

The hotel has several issues ranging from pest control to cleaningWe booked the hotel for 2 nights A while later, noticed ants on the floor (pictures were taken) and called front desk

The front desk was very casual about it as if it wasn’t a big deal, they advised that there were no rooms available in one bedroom suite to switch and they can have the maintenance spray the room in the morning We decided to stay in the same room as we needed a separation (a door that the other room didn’t have) to not wake up my other children in the night as we were travelling with a newborn In the middle of the night, my husband saw ants on his pillow and in the morning there were ant bites on his back and my daughter who was sleeping with him also had an ant bite There was more ants seen on the sofa bed in the morning (pictures taken)Another issue was when the bedding was opened for the sofa bed, it was covered with long black hair (pictures taken) Once again front desk was called, they had minimal bedding to give away and apparently out of extra blankets and pillows There were no pillows available for the sofa bedWe were switched to another room in the morning, this room again had cleaning issues There was a card on the desk about the hospital taking extra measurements in cleaning but even that card was covered in dust and had stains on it There were hair on the bed in the bedroom and washroom There was also a spider on the bedroom doorWe completely understand that there may be staff constraints and didn’t want to call the front desk about any further issues therefore we decided not to stay the second night Upon checking out the front desk didn’t inquire about leaving early They were not concerned about the whole situation at all

Its a good place But not 5 stars I stayed here for almost 3 months

I stayed in 2 rooms The AC in my first room went out so they moved me to another one but someone did help me move The dryer was out of order for like almost 3 weeks But they did offer to dry clothes in their commercial dryers so I guess that’s fair My key card stopped working on like 3 or 4 different occasions I had to go back to the lobby for them to fix it This was pretty annoying One time they missed the regularly scheduled room service for my room so I ran out of towels and had to go to the lobby and ask for some A lot of problems but the staff generally handled the problems fairly Plus one of the staff helped me bring groceries up to my room once That was very nice of them and is definitely a factor in keeping the rating on the higher side despite all the problems The best part of my stay was the shower and the water pressure 💯 I didn’t use the pool or fitness center so idk how that is but it looked nice in passing

Awful service provided at this location I would rate 1 star, but the location is new and beautiful so that alone is why it gets any positivity1

) Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk for approx 10 minutes I called the phone number while waiting in the lobby and nobody answered2) While preparing to leave I was short on time and called the front desk from the room phone for them to prepare the receipt for an expedited checkout Once again, nobody answered the phone I continued packing for a minute and attempted to call a second time, which was also unanswered3) When I got down stairs to check out there was nobody at the front desk There was another individual drinking water so I asked if he worked there He stated that he did not work there and said “I believe he works here” as he pointed to a sleeping man that appeared to be an employee The supposed employee was sleeping in the guest seating area After a minute or so of waiting at the desk nobody had arrived, so I elected to just drop my key card in the box and reach out for a receipt at a later time4) At a later date I call to get my receipt The employee states that the person that I should have received it in my email I assure her that I did not She looks into my reservation and states that whomever I reserved with originally failed to get my email address which is why I did not get an email The employee attempts to take down my email which is a lengthy process due to her saying she can’t hear me because of police activity in the lobby and how loud they are Multiple days pass and I do not receive the email5) A few days later I call again What sounds like a much older women answers and repeats the process She has a very difficult time hearing me and very slowly taking down my email After the lengthy process of simply documenting my email she states that she will send the receipt right away It had been 24 hours and I still had not received it I finally had to call a main IHG number and have finally received my receiptSide note: I’m not sure if this is a new or intended, but it was very awkward to have all the towels stored in the shower?? Usual shower splashing is sure to touch many of them I feel like steam is a factor also
