Rooms were extremely spacious and clean The bed was stupidly soft and comfortable We got the junior suite and it comfortably slept two adults and two kids

The window in the living room was one entire wall top to bottom The same in the bedroom The bar tenders were so sweet and very friendly at the bar downstairs Staff was nice as well the the indoor pool, which was a very nice size as well as the hot tub

Vanessa Stringer

Loved every minute of our stay Great staff, especially at the bar 😆 Everyone was so friendly and accommodating We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was clean and quiet

Pet friendly (although we didn’t take ours), close to shopping/entertainment/restaurants Indoor pool amd jacuzzi were clean and perfect since it started raining! We’ll definitely be staying here again A+++

Very nice hotel The lobby is clean, and the front desk staff are very polite My kids love the pool here

The hot tub is nice for relaxing Another plus is the work out room! State of the art machines and very clean Starbucks in the lobby was VERY convenient! We had a very nice stay here, but the only downside is that due to covid they are severely understaffed, and you can no longer get your room cleaned or re-freshed daily When you pay $200 a night for a room, you kind of think having fresh towels and your bed made come with the package No, it does not I travel with kids, and we go through towels and need our trash taken out daily The trash was piled up down by the elevator in the morning It is a very clean hotel otherwise, and the staff is friendly, so I give a 3 star

My stay was amazing!! First of all every staff member was so friendly and helpful The hotel in general is very nice and clean The free breakfast and dinner plus 3 adult beverages was the best! Also we had access to fountain drinks 24 hours in the lobby

The hotel bar and kitchen was very nice and drinks and food anywhere we went in the hotel was so good! My room was so big and so nice much bigger than a typical 2 queen bedroom in a hotel Pool area was very nice and actually had plenty of towels to use unlike most hotels I highly recommend this hotel Very family friendly!!! I will always be looking to stay at this hotel chain from this point on I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this hotel!

kat

Fantastic hotel in Dallas! I stayed here for work and it was perfect Service was great, people are very nice and accommodating, room was large with good amenities, and the whole place was pretty clean They serve breakfast and also unlimited soft drinks and coffee/teas all day

I went down to get a hot tea every night Did eat at the Kitchen twice during my stay and enjoyed it Had the Bavarian pretzels, a turkey club, and even the berry dessert All were tasty! And the parking garage is free! Would definitely stay here again and look forward to when I can!

Patrice Russell-Simpson

My husband was a viewer of the show, so he was very excited to go Everyone you encounter is super sweet, and there is a lot of neat memorabilia here We were a little disheartened that most of the filming of the show did not happen at this location, but only the outside scenes were filmed at South Fork in Texas

Super friendly donkeys, 10 out of 10 stars It was cool to see the old Lincoln Continental

Soumyodipta Mukerjee

What a blast from the past! They have a ton of great memorabilia from the show Dallas Glad we stopped in! I have fond memories of watching the show every week with my parents when I was so young Though I don’t remember much of the show( considering the fact that I was a kid back then) but the ranch did bring back fond memories of our family watching the show together

Walking around the property was awesome A staff from the museum clicked our photo and the price of the photograph was very reasonable and we were glad that he did as he did a wonderful job So we can carry back a piece of the ranch in the photo as well along with great memories

Tim

If you’re a fan of the TV show this is well worth a visit Starts with a guided tour of the mansion where you also learn the history of the ranch and TV show, after which your free to roam the other buildings and properties Really relaxed, no one will rush you, the people are very friendly and knowledgeable, on top of that the prices are reasonable, all in all a good way to spend a few hours

Not really a 4-star hotel More like a 3-star hotel with a pretty lobby/bar area Parking should have been covered or valeted for $14/day, but is just a self-park lot around the building

Firm mattress and weak air conditioning In-room TV was large but didn’t work very well The TV guide didn’t function and all the channels were labeled incorrectly It also had a hard time turning off Some noise from the DART train Toilet paper was thinner than my dreams of being a pro athlete Elevators are pretty run down too Good deal for the $60 per night special rate we found, but mediocre for the $74 w/parking + tax and fees Good location for our trip that had drives to Plano, Dallas and Addison, but probably wouldn’t book again Most staff and guests didn’t wear masks

After being on the road for 7 hours straight, found out my children which are in Mexico were not able to board their flight With that said I had to spend the weekend in Dallas, TX I was tired and was scared to not find a clean and reasonable hotel

I stopped at one of the Hilton locations and called the reservation line from out in the parking lot The young man that answered the phone was so helpful, kind, and pleasant to speak to He demonstrated empathy towards my situation He was able to work with my budget and helped me with a reservation at the Hilton Richardson location were I was able to get a room for the weekend at the budget I had in mindIf I could rate my stay at the Hilton Richardson location any higher I would definitely do so I knew from the moment I walked in my money was well spent When entering their facility you can definitely see it is clean, pleasant and their employees are just amazingThis facility had a computer available for me to be able to work on my college classes, and the lady upfront was able to assist me in extending my check out at 1pm (instead of 11AM) with no additional fee since my kids will be flying into Dallas Airport late evening She also informed me that I am able to stay in the lobby for however long I need to after I check out Which is really helpful since I would have to find where to kill time since the weather does not permit to be in my vehicle for long period of timesMy experience has been overall satisfactory, and know for sure moving forward, Hilton will be my place to stay at

Stephanie Teague

Staff was nice but overall this hotel is poorly run Rooms weren’t ready at 3:00 check-in because they were still being cleaned Many of the rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke, AC inside the rooms was broken all weekend and elevator wait times were way too long

The AC worked in common areas of the hotel and aside from cigarette smell in many of the rooms the rest of the hotel appeared well maintained and fairly clean While I won’t be returning to this hotel, most of these issues can be easily fixed so hopefully hotel management will step up to ensure future guests have a much better experience than we did

My family and I had a great time in your hotel From the valet to the check in to the room, everything was amazing I also loved the welcome text and having the ability to ask questions through the text function was so convenient

I want to personally thank the two Valets and the text customer service Also the bar was a great way to relax I can not wait until it warms up, I will be back! Awesome Hotel!

We were in on of their banquet rooms at a celebration of life It was so nice & the staff was extremely nice & kind This hotel is exceptionally beautiful it being right off the lake

When you come inside it’s so cozy There is also valet parking I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family/friends I’m not certain of the cost but a very nice place to stay I would say

Used Resort Pass to book a cabana for a Monday Worth it! We got to the hotel at 10:30am and did their self park Super easy

The lobby of the hotel is so pretty Checked in at the desk and went out to the pool to claim our cabana! Bar opened at 11am so we got settled in and waited Our cabana waiter brought our chef’s welcome plate (fruit, good fruit) and mini waters Had to wait for the frozen machine to freeze (it was 110 that day, so yeah, we get it!) but had mixed cocktails to get us through Enjoyed the pool, the cool breezes off the lake, and the shade in our cabana Things to be aware of: prices are high (it’s a hotel, that’s how it works), lots of kids (summer time, that’s how it works), not super attentive staff (it’s 2022, that’s how it works) But overall it was a great time! We will be back for sure!!

A very pleasant stay with the Aloft Richardson Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating with check in a breezeThere’s a car park for hotel guests at the back with an overflow car park opposite the hotel which makes parking really easy

Rooms were comfortable and quite new which made the stay relaxingThere’s a convenience store in the lobby which also sells hot food items for breakfast and a wonderful barNice pool area and gym with decent equipment Lifts were fast and a nice and cosy hotel environment

This is a very nice hotel that is located in a great area The rooms are spacious and quiet You won’t hear kids running around the hallways as the rooms are nicely insulated that helps with noise

The bad part of this hotel is what they don’t tell you aboutIncidentals! The hotel isn’t cheap to begin with Over $100 a nightWhen you check in though, they will charge your credit card for the room, taxes and fees PLUS they will charge your card $50 for Incidentals (room service, long distance calls, drinks from the bar, pay per view movies, etc)But they will charge you $50 PER NIGHT for how ever many nights you stayFor those of us on a budget, it really hurt after paying $430 for 3 nights and then checking our bank balance to find that we were charged $581!So be prepared to be charged an additional $50 per day you stay at the hotel They will only tell you that they charge $50 but, they don’t tell you that is per dayIt will take up to 10 days before your card is credited for that charge

Recently stayed over a weekend in a 1 King Bed Savvy Suite The hotel lobby, bar area typical of any other Aloft

so let’s jump straight to the random observations of the room itself One of the most poorly designed rooms I have ever stayed in The room had a separate living area (sofa with pullout bed) with the King bed in a separate back area The air circulation was extremely poor in the back area where the bed wasvery stuffy and uncomfortable with nothing but a ceiling fan to recirculate hot airmeanwhile in the front area where the pullout bed was, you had to keep the air on freezing just to try to make the entire area a comfortable temperature The light switch for the bedroom area and the living space was one in the same The refrigerator was awkwardly positioned under the bathroom sink next to the toilet area The shower door opened inward and not outward and was just a tight fit with the placement of the toilet There was absolutely no ledge or anywhere to place your shower gel, shampoo etc in the shower They did not have any bedding for the pullout bed in the room so you have to call and request it I observed several people throughout the weekend down at the front desk requesting bedding for the pullout bedWhy not just already have it in the room? The room was clean and very spaciousjust very poorly designed

This was a very nice Holiday Inn The beds were just a tiny but uncomfortable at first, but that’s just because it was not quite a plush as mine is at home Everything else was great

It was very clean, very nice bedroom and bathroom, great TV, very friendly staff, and was in a nice location The room was a very nice size too There was also a nice view out of the window, since it was not right next to another building either

Keicha Clayton

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and that was a long 2 nights The air was broken the first night I did let the front desk know we waited hours and hours until we went down to the front desk to see what was taking so long only too find out it was a shift change and the previous clerk never mentioned it to person taking over or contacted maintenance

The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable We tossed and turned the whole night So I definitely will not stay here again Waste of $200

Charles Manning

The room i had was a fairly large and it was clean The bathroom was spacious and the shower gets hotDownside to the room, it was on tge freeway side so it was noisy until about midnight when traffic finally lessend for the night

The bed, i think the floor would have been softer than the bed Tge hallway always has a funky food smell to itThe staff was nice and always courtious If the bed was not so bad the place would get a higher rating

I stayed here recently in conjunction with a training class that I was conducting It was my first stay and this hotel and the first in a long time at any HIE It’s a nice hotel; modern and comfortable

The hot breakfast (it was actually hot) was the best I’ve had at any comparable hotel in a long time No frozen pastries! The room decor is not what you would expect in a hotel Colorful but not too bright and plenty of lighting Bathroom lighting still leaves something to be desired That’s no big deal for me but could be a problem for anyone trying to do their hair and makeupOverall, the staff and facilities were excellent and I’d have no qualms about staying here again

Karl Boss

Had a great stayLove the food options with in walking distanceEasy on and off the freewayStaff was very fun and friendlyAs a former maintenance director in building engineer, I do nitpick everything about a building

I feel that they should spend a little bit more time and effort in a few more dollars to pick some of the repairs in the rooms in common areasThere are a series of things that could be done that cost a few dollars but in the long term saves money and has a happier customer returnPool was clean which is kind of rare these daysThe breakfast options aren’t that bad You get some pancakes, biscuits and gravy sausage and things of that natureTo be honest with the location that it’s at, you’re a few minutes from downtown close to Rockwall with all some great shops and things to do You’re right there at the lake with great ample parking By the way, The dollar you spend is worth spending it there You’re going to get your money’s worth out of your stayWe will stay there again

Mari Paez

Had to cut my stay short Originally it was three nights, I stayed one only The drain in the bathroom was broken, I had to manually lift it up for the water to drain

The night time employee at the front desk couldn’t leave his post so it had to be resolved the next day The A/C was at 81 degrees all night long Some elevator buttons were broken The mini fridge had an ice cream from the last guest and wasn’t cooling properly To wrap up, the hotel is way too overpriced for what it is The next day, the daytime front desk employee was very courteous and gave me a discount for the troubles The maintenance employee was very nice and helpful as well

Had a great stay over the weekend My only complaint is I wish they had complimentary breakfast the price to buy something frozen like a lean cuisine is very high

Almost forcing you to pay for the also extremely high rate for a basic continental breakfast or buy something of barelyhigher but of basic same value from their bistro which is at least prepared freshly This is a major flaw in the services offered by this hotel in my opinion

Hotel is fine if it’s your last resort to stay somewhere Staff and polices are pretty horrific As a diamond member I get breakfast for free each morning at Hilton Garden Inn’s but not at this hotel for whatever reason

I ask the front desk for my breakfast vouchers and they told me they just don’t do that at this hotel for diamond members but I could use $20 towards breakfast or the pantry since I was staying 2 nights Would have been nice to know that before booking…I then spent $24 at the pantry on Saturday night I go to checkout Sunday morning and my bill is $14 for food I told them it should be $4 as I spent my $20 towards the pantry They then tell me I have to use $10 on night 1 and $10 on night 2 as it can’t be combined for the stay Would have been nice to know that before I checked out! I told the front desk I stayed at a Waldorf and when I had food and beverage credit they allowed me to use it all on one day, so how was I suppose to know it couldn’t all be used at once Their response was “this is just our policy” They should probably communicate that at any point The staff poorly communicated everything during my stay Definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew this Many things in life aren’t certain, but I can assure you I certainly won’t be returning to this property

Courtney Kalb

I had a room that was not as clean as I would have liked staying at a Hilton hotel – and thankfully I left a review and the staff fixed my room while I was gone for the day They also left some snacks for me and a note letting me know I could contact the manager if I needed anything else I appreciate the customer service and the staff working to make my stay better

I will definitely be back again and appreciate the hospitality and care

Clayton Cummings

This was our 3rd stay here, and possibly our last Nice, clean rooms But they no longer replace towels, linen or toiletries unless you put in a request

There is no discount for this either The whole place smelled like sewage and we were never given an explanation for it 4 days, same stench Elevators sounded like they were falling apart Last day there, 1 of them was out of orderStaff were friendly, but not like most places Check-in involved asking for my ID, inserting my card for incidentals, and her handing me my room keys while saying “elevators are over here” Check out was “Checking out? Thank you”That was all we got this time Actually a bit disappointed in the hospitality Could have saved a good bit of money for that, or stayed in a more welcoming hotel, like The Staybridge

Glad I found this newly built hotel last min Boarder line on the cleanliness and that’s for the hotel and it’s entirety No hair found in my bed like most Hotels

Stayed one night sooo it was acceptable for the most part Keeping this Hotel up probably won’t happen but Hey it was great to experience my stay as it was Staff at the front desk like to converse with others while guest are coming and going

Joey Carton

The room was great, a good size with useful design for 2 people The only complaint was that it was very warm an humid when we first arrived, but running the AC at low for 20ish minutes was able to fix that issue Close to the interstate and also the lake views

Breakfast ran out of quite a few items about 30 minutes before it was supposed to end, so don’t push it until the last moment to head to the lobby

I’m giving 2 because some workers are nice But the rest of the hotel is not desirable for any business traveler/long term stay In most cases, the front desk people are helpful but one man didn’t understand what concierge is, and he doesn’t really try to do anything but shrug lol The hotel is very outdated and almost no soundproof

Overall, my coworkers and I decided to go to Hilton or other Marriott properties

Sed Bezzy

I came to book a room on the night of 02/08 to the morning of 02/09 The night audit working was very rude I came in rang the door bell which he completely ignored, as well as called the front desk while I stood there and watched him not answer the phone

I am a current platinum elite member and I can’t believe this type of treatment especially in this area Maybe would try another Marriott in the area with better customer service

Francisco Mendoza

Property is older but clean Easy to park, access room The rooms were fine, not fancy but comfortable

Every room has a balcony which we loved However the love seat in the room was covered in stains down the side Pool was good, shallow and clean The staff was friendly and professional, the young lady that checked us in was one of the most welcoming person I have ever met Coffee in room, and Starbucks in lobby but limited hours Great location to main street Richardson and hwy 75 also close to the DART Would stay again

Room was dated, not clean, visible carpet stains, used soap and hair in shower, dead roach smashed on the side of the TV mantle Hot water and water pressure were minimal Many people in our party complained about it

Bed was comfortable but I was afraid to sleep in it If I wasn’t here for a family reunion and everyone wasn’t staying here I would definitely never choose this hotel Staff was nice and informed, breakfast was hot and the eating area seemed clean The location is the best thing about it I however do not recommend

Kamirra Logan

My mom wanted to give it 2 stars because she said it wasn’t the typical Hyatt place and the rooms needed to be renovated, but I’m giving it 3 stars because I’m not that picky I thought it was a nice stay especially with the discounted price we were given from hotelscom

The room was pretty spacious We had 2 queen beds and a little sitting area that had a couch and a desk The mini fridge appeared to be leaking and broken at first but it turns out that housekeeping turn it off after cleaning the room If this is the case for you there is a knob on the inside that you can turn to turn it back onThey serve breakfast in the mornings and the place is pet friendly (or dog friendly I should say I don’t know if other pets are allowed) Sure the rooms and maybe even the hallways could use some updating but if looks don’t bother you that much it’s not that bad

Kevin George

Decent hotel that serves hot breakfast The hallways and common areas were clean My room though, needed some updates

The door appeared water damaged The carpeting needed some cleaning The TV, for some reason, kept telling me that it was “temporarily unavailable” and wouldn’t show anything Staff was friendly and nice though and the room was pretty large

I would give this hotel 10/5 stars if I could I’ve had some rough hotel experiences in the recent past, so I’m always wary of where I choose to stay now I stopped through here for the night on a road trip, and I want to stay here for a week now

The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, about a 2 minute walk from the lake and tons of restaurant options My room was spotlessly clean Very spacious room and bathroom, nice shower with good water pressure, clean bedding, fluffy (but not obnoxiously fluffy) pillows and the most comfortable mattresses I will be staying here every time I need to travel for any reason Great job guys!!! This hotel is a killer deal – great price and super high quality and cleanliness The gentleman working at the desk when I arrived was so kind and helpful too Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely great! From the easy check in till the last moment, the service was fantastic The place must be fairly new, because everything smells great and the amenities are modern The room was extra clean, in fact it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve seen in a while

The bed was comfortable and the noise level was minimal, even though there were families with kids around us The best thing is the internet, every guest has a different password set up and it works fast and easy Great experience!

Angel Wilson

Great hotel for the price We stayed in 4 different hotels on our tour through TX and this one was by far the best It’s was clean and the staff was friendly

They served free hot and cold breakfast every morning I thought breakfast could last a little longer It was over at 9:30am The parking is free It’s in a great location It’s right off the lake surrounded by restaurants It’s also near the Target and Lowe’s If I googled a place or restaurant it was within a 5 minute drive from the hotel I couldn’t have asked for a better location When I go back to TX I’ll definitely be staying here again

I totally recommend this hotel The staff are friendly and helpful Overall, the customer service is their best asset

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious The front desk personnel are happy to assist you right away The breakfast was perfect for me and the group I was traveling with The only thing I was disappointed was the noise of the vehicles in the highway However, I am still happy for the attentiveness and outstanding service provided Special thanks to Ms Adriana for her service and friendly attitude She prepared the breakfast and ensure food was available at all times Thank you Adriana! I wanted to ensure your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed For the young front desk lady, your help was much appreciated Thank you all! (Feb 6-8, 2022)

For the money, this is hands down the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at I have back issues and prefer to stay at a motel that has an indoor hot tub and pool The hot tub was perfect and loved the fact that it connected to the pool

Also enjoyed the fact that it stayed open until 11pm To finish it off, the Texas waffles for breakfast were amazing the next morning! Thanks again! Will be looking forward to staying here again and again!

Candice Godbold

Symone checked us in and was so friendly and courteous When we checked out, we realized we lost something and Roland went above and beyond to help us find it He even made sure to keep our information in case it’s found in the future

The beds are cozy, the showers have great water pressure, and even though the parking is small, the hotel is beautiful inside and the room was spotlessIf you’re traveling or staying in the area, this hotel offers luxurious accommodations for a fair value

Normal our rooms are really clean but this last time the grout in the tub was molded lookingI would stay at this location again, just not room 430Overall I do like this location

The staff is very friendly The facility is always clean and quiet It is pet friendly as well!

This hotel is located across the street from a strip mall which made it perfect for easy dining and shopping for my overnight stay Overall the room was pretty good but the shower curtain did have dried on soap splashes from a previous guest Also you can hear kids screaming at the pool and stampeding down the halls during the day, which made it hard to relax after a long day of driving

There was also a dog barking that you could hear on the entire first floor, both inside and outside the establishment Overall the visit was good, once the sun went down

Doug Wadley

Nice hotel, bed was comfortable, might want to bring you own pillow Nice hotel in a quiet area No service for clean sheets or towels from what we were told per the Covid pandemic the rooms are cleaned before you arrive and if you need towels, trash bags, coffee etc you will need to go to the front desk

Will check back next time we go to Dallas

Hyatt Park in Rockwall, Texas – 1600 La Jolla Dr, Rockwall, TX 75087 – This is a super hotel I stayed there two nights and loved the bright lighting throughout the room and particularly in the bathroom where there was a make-up mirror with under lighting

The bathroom was supplied with large towels and had instant hot water in the shower which had a safety rail and an easy-to-operate-one-handle faucet The room had a full-length mirror, comfortable chair, L-shaped couch, good refrigerator, big-screen TV, and a nice closet with lots of hangers, a safe, an iron, and extra bedding The bed was comfortable with numerous huge/soft pillows and a beautiful white comforter; and the double-curtains made it possible to keep out the sunlight when needed The heat and air conditioning were easily adjustable and worked efficientlyThe entrance, lobby, lounging areas, TV’s, cafeteria tables/chairs, and food choices were more than adequate with a market to purchase salads, sandwiches, candies, and drinks 24/7 I enjoyed two full breakfasts while there – eggs, ham, bacon, potatoes, cereals, fruits, juices, waffles, bagels, and a choice of delicious varieties of coffeeThe amenities included good parking, luggage carts, workout room, swimming pool, conference rooms, and washer/dryer/microwaves on various floorsMost importantly, each and every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful They went out of their way to help me when I accidentally misplaced my iPhone Nothing makes travelers feel any better than to know that they are surrounded with staffers who care about them as individuals I am grateful to be able to recommend Hyatt Place Rockwall, Texas to any and all

Karmyn Ward

This is a great place to stay, and is not too much to pay either The rooms are a little bigger, beds are very comfy, nice showers, nice bathroom, TVs are really nice, and the service is great Every worker here is very friendly, and will help you right away

It’s in a very nice, pretty quiet, private location too It’s not right by the interstate, or right next to another building

David Lewis

The hotel is nice, breakfast is pretty much the same thing of eggs and sausage almost every morning But it is included The lobby is nice and spacious, with plenty of people willing to assist you

The location is great, but the rooms do not have any cooking place in them It’s the only extended stay I have seen where there is no place to cook They have 1 microwave for the entire hotel in the only laundromat as well The fridge is super small and is just a fridge no freezer The service is great, but the rooms lack of food preparation don’t make it quite as niceEditThey say one is the loneliest number, but this place has also taught me it is the worst as well One washer, one dryer, one microwave, one elevator for ONE ENTIRE hotel As my buddy I lived here with quite often says What a joke If you plan on staying here longer than a day probably find somewhere else to stay The staff are very nice though

Walls seem a bit thin Heard a lot of people coming and going between 10pm-1am in the hallway Also, could hear the television and conversations right next door loudly at 8am

Window coolers have a thermostat and go on and off all night during this heatwave Kind of funny as these were popular coolers in the 1960s Nice room and bathroom with microwave and a refrigerator and coffee maker Breakfast was adequate with a waffle maker, cereals, juices bread and coffee Although, help needs to do a much better job of watching food supplies Both days we ran out of coffee and had to ask multiple times for replacement coffee Wait, wait, wait Ran out of coffee, waffle batter, yogurt, milk and cereal bowls the first morning by 8:00am Two of those were never replenished an entire hour later when the kitchen closed Several of the visitors were unhappy about the lack of any attention to our needs at breakfast Overall, an okay property The noise from dogs barking in the hallways (pet friendly) was also a mild irritation Best assets were proximity to the nearby lake and nice rooms, beds and shower

Shawn Pickett

Room was clean and bathroom was very clean and nice At first I thought there was no closet but it was behind a giant full length mirror Our particular room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but only had one plus a fold out couch bed

Another small annoyance was there was no regular coffee packs in our room or coffee cups There was only decaf and regular thin plastic cups in the bathroom

Dianna Story

The place is dirty for starters Open pet policy means they don’t have any pet free rooms The toilet was broken in the ground and the smell of urine came strongly through the floor constantly

Surfaces were dirty The breakfast consisted of bread you had to toast yourself on a convection oven that was never plugged in, during a 3 night stay Eggs bland and overcooked Sausage links Waffles you have to make yourself and they were out of batter every time I went That’s it No other meat no gluten free options, cereal but only room temp water No cups other than small water cups It was so dirty Couldn’t eat there due to how dirty it was Disorganized and sloppy Multiple people complaining Terrible smelling carpets and unit was overwhelming My husband has an asthma attack, my son and i had allergic reactions to the heavy dog dander in the room It was so unpleasant They did nothing to rectify the situation They charged me for an extra 2 nights and didn’t return that money until 3 days post returning to my home state Then after I complained I reviewed email stating I was being refunded and that housekeeping came by and offered a new room And that we declined That infuriates me because it never happened This place was awful I would not stay here again if my life depended on it I stay in Texas sometimes 10 times a year and it’s my home state I received no refund as of yet, and I don’t expect I will I feel totally sad that this place looks and sounds great, especially the free breakfast but it turns out to be terrible Oh also the trash bin on the 3rd floor by the elevator was piled high with trash all three days No housekeeping was done on that floor And the elevator smelled of urine Just all around don’t go here
