Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure!Stayed here for a friends wedding and everything and everyone were absolutely fantastic!! The rooms were extremely clean and smelled terrific (due in part to their no smoking inside property policy) The bed was comfortable and the amenities were nice! The entire staff, from the front desk to the bartenders were extremely outgoing and helpful Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay again!!

Stayed for three nights, check in staff were amazing! And that’s where it ends!!! Room was dirty toe nail clippings on floor the Housekeeping well I can’t tell you about them! They never came after asking Multiple times for towels and trash removal to no avail finally the night clerk set up the security guard with towels and coffee I sat garbage outside room unfortunately! (YUCKY I KNOW) the breakfast was good! However the breakfast staff rude and unresponsive about anything? It’s not on my list to stay again unfortunately! And I am definitely letting my company know! On the good side two amazing restaurants near by an AMAZING ITALIAN/DELI ACROSS STREET and of course the Mexican restaurant across the street ! Other than that a total flop shame tho !

We came here for in April/2022 for our granddaughter 7th Birthday The staff was awesome The place was very clean, well maintained

Room were nice even the other guests were great 👍 We only spent one day at the pool For my granddaughter and a friend of hers We love staying here at the Holiday Inn If we’re not staying at a 5 star resort this is the next best place for us Holiday inn makes us feel comfortable staying here Always polite and will to help if we ever had a problem with anything We came here for the New mall, Nickelodeon studio A kids must do place for fun

Rooms were very clean with a somewhat modern décor Water was not very hot in showers but they were large and comfortable Continental breakfast was available on all mornings of my stay but I would recommend getting to it early and not to wait

A downfall was that families with younger children were staying in rooms next to and above me which made for hearing of a lot of noise from the children playing, nothing to the fault of the hotel Staff was pleasant and made for the stay to be comforting Access to the hotel is difficult coming from Highway 17 due to limited places to turn

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated

Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!

Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I don’t want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted

He proceeded to tell me it’s cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked “if I have enough money on my card” before switching cards how insulting!! I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be staying “if there wasn’t enough money on my card”My husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said “oh my friend wasn’t supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to work” I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location

Haydynn Fike

I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasn’t available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it

As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Can’t wait to stay the night at your property

What I love about it is everyone who works here is very upbeat and friendly and tries his very best to help give you a good experience Service is great, food is very good, room service is fast The hotel is brand new and that definitely is a plus The beds are very comfy We’ll be back!

Staying here for 4 nights, long weekend visiting and exploring New York Booked the Hard Rock Hotel about 3 months ago, when it had … no reviews, no real pictures, only artist impressions, which did look very nice So very excited to come over from the Netherlands and jump into this new hotel; I did not worry as I had seen the one in Ibiza, which is great

Our impressions: Marvelous environment, with such a great atmosphere, all focused around music and a lot of luxurious and modern styling as you would expect HRH We did the right thing, you can book a lot of other hotels which may be nice for same price, but have very outdated furniture The rooftop bar is great, beautiful to see Staff is nice, and rooms offer a lot of space compared to previous stays in NYC Breakfast a little pricey, but for such an environment expected Exploring the artist stuff in the hotel is nice, brings back memories, Being one of the first guests, we are not disappointed Very well recommended

Les K

Stayed 2 nights Hotel is brand new Really nice 2 queen room

Somewhat small compared to other locations, but normal for NYC AC was great Location was very close to subway just around the corner Also short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters Pizza place next door was fast and delicious Also very convenient deli/store right next door Family loved it overall Front desk was nice Coffee shop very nice though coffee was not quite hot and the latte cups were half foam Being critical, Elevators are a little frustrating Key card needs to be read before you can select your room and it doesn’t seem to read easily It’s also only on one side in the elevator so you see everyone struggling with trying to rotate into the corner to take their turn striking their key card and then selecting their floor It’s more awkward than it sounds You kind of have to see it

I really don’t like to write reviews But I was really disappointed by this hotel It didn’t feel like even a 2 star hotel

The refrigerator kept freezing all my kids snacks and vegetables and the lady at the front desk said she will send somebody to fix it But nothing changed We always stay at Hilton hotels but this time it’s different The first night, we all woke up because of all the screams and fights between 2 girls??!! Weird!! I told the lady on the front desk and she said she will address it to the manager but it looks there is no manager The room service is not the best, I called them the third day , or they are lazy or they don’t know what they are doing They didn’t vacuum the carpet because I can still see all the crumbs They didn’t clean the bathroom sink, they only put the toilet paper holder on it empty!!!!And the Kleenex box empty!!!!I had to call the front desk and ask them for towels, for tissues, for toilet paper, for shampoo…… The air condition vent had candy crumbs on it that my 7 year old showed me I told her leave it open so they can clean it But they only closed it and left all the candy crumbs there? The room is really mediocre for this price we paid The entrance to the hotel is hard to find The good thing, it is close to the bus that take you to NY CITY But I will never go back there Really disappointed ☹️

Dr. Kelli Hiller

Let me begin with the staff was wonderful at the front desk -giving an upgrade and helping us—but we could not complete our stay at this hotel Our first room smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke we went back to desk to change rooms The second room had dirt and crumbs all over the carpet, the bathroom was not cleaned and it also smelled of smoke

The lobby is nice but goodness do those rooms need an update and cleaning! We decided to spend 7 hours on the road home rather than stay here

Chardre Leblanc

The staff at the front desk was nice and very friendly, my reason for giving it a 3 was first my tv kept freezing and losing signal a lot, I tried not to complain to much because we was gone during the day Second I tried to wash my hands in the bathroom just to realize the box they placed on the sink for hand soap was completely empty as if it’s just there for decorations, third housekeeping knocked on my door the second day there I told her we didn’t need her to come in and clean but I asked if I could have two towels off her cart she only gave me one and told me not to tell so I was confused as to rather or not if we are only suppose to use towels that are already in room, it would be nice if the basic breakfast was included of course for the amount we paid to stay so we only ate breakfast here once, the hot tub was dirty it look like little ants in the hot tub Lastly I get it this place does allow pets but they should not be allowed in the swim area we went down the other day and there was a dog in the swim area with a family luckily my daughter not scared of dogs and this dog just so happens to be nice however you never know when a kid can come in and get scared seeing a dog and start to run and panic and a wet area so not a good idea but besides those things front desk staff was nice and I came into a clean room

Prime location – access to so many different shops and entertainment Nice rooms and affordable I enjoyed staying at this hotel but the biggest feature for me was the pool area

It is large and the seating area was very accommodating BUT the pool has not been open since the covid shut down So please be AWARE IF YOU ARE STAYING FOR THE POOL, IT HAS NOT BEEN OPEN! I have not stayed here because since then So my rating may be outdated at this point But I’ve always called for various occasions to book and see if the pool was available and it was never available So for those looking to book because it has a pool, you might as well skip past this hotel

my kids crying all night because it is too hot i spoke with front desk staffs multiple times and requested to change rooms first, they said the hotel is fully booked, but the parking is filled 1/3 of car then they said i booked from Expedia, 3rd party website, they cannot make any change i went to target to buy 2 fans in order to get some sleep This hotel is ruining my vacation

Excellent stop for the night as we were passing through Rooms were a little dated but seemed to be well kept Great location with ample parking

Breakfast was a nice touch, nothing fancy but was enough different options Very warm receptionists and very accommodating when we asked for an extra cot for the room Highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton in East Rutherford!

Shannon Desrosiers

Very disappointed pool was not open for our children however I guess I looked and it said that on the website Unsure why though ? But I was impressed with my room very clean, and Spacious!!!! Awesome staff and location was great for people going to American dream or NYC Central Park was only 7miles ! Ideal for visiting a lot of amazing spots Elevator was making noises that WAS kinda scary though

But all in all I would give this hotel 38 out of 5!

Key Monk

I like this hotel It’s not the newest hotel around, but it’s certainly not rundown It’s definitely well maintained and clean

Cleaning staff were almost always visible and working My room had a tub, which I assume is standard I prefer showers Breakfast was good and service is excellent They have an outdoor enclosed half basketball court with an excellent vinyl floor and you can get a ball from reception to have some hoop fun The gym, though, is somewhat small and equipment a bit datedA big plus for me is the hotel’s location It is right opposite a small mall, which houses a Marshalls, Aldi and several eating options Several other restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive Don’t think that the close proximity to these shops make this hotel noisy or busy It’s very quiet and I felt very safe and secure I would undoubtedly stay here again

This place is clean, the bed is comfy and I love that they provide you a back pillow to give your back support while watching TV! The bathroom is quite small The bathroom door is barely able to open because it hits the toilet seat… really appreciate the parking garage! No free breakfast offered, and the food on the menu is quite expensive The only thing I wish they can improve is the indoor pool

It seems like the filter is not working properly The water is not clean, and it’s not heated in winter

Mariano Lizarraga

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, however I’m not coming back I understand the prices and inflation have impacted the cost of everything but I was a bit surprised to see a very significant change on the cost of stay this time around However, I was dismayed to see that on top of the fee change, they have also eliminated the “free breakfast”; a permanent staple of this category of hotels

Next time I’m in NY I won’t be staying at the Best Western Premiere

Karin Chavez

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel I liked it very much But, the only thing is that I couldn’t use their phone to make international calls with room charge, or they don’t have the international phone cards or anyhting like that

So, as an international visitor it could be a problem if you have an emergency call to make A part from, everything was good

I was skeptical to stay after reading a few reviews, but I am glad I didn’t listenfirst they lets us in the room early, the room and bathroom clean, beds were comfy

Hallways and main floor were clean and smelled nice We ate at the pub and Pablo the bartender/ waiter was great We shared all our food and he made separate soup bowls, salad and our entree’s Also we bought wine from snack area and was able to drink our wine with dinner, that was very nice of Pablo We saved on drinks which reflected on his nice tipThe pool was nice and what a great gym, unfortunately I didn’t partake but my husband did He was like a kid in a candy shop I would recommend this place I hope to stay here soon

It’s pretty good! Our hotel room was perfect I wish that the bathroom was in a different location or just street it was weird how it was positioned like the toilet but I guess there’s nothing I could do about that also a weird thing was that there was a beam in my shower just kind of on the side I found that slightly strangeI want to give it a three out of five but I’m giving it four because The employees here really are so funny and sweet very nice and also I loved how the police was just minutes away from the venue at the Venetian We had breakfast on our thing but we didn’t end up using it and we didn’t use the pool either but I heard it was pretty nice from the other guests

Mark Simmelkjaer

Positives: Nice location, good staff, reasonable price pointNegatives: LOUD – thin walls make sounds permeate throughout the entire building

Given this hotel is a frequent wedding venue the clientele can be loud in hallways AC units take a while to cool rooms leaving a very stuffy feeling

Rooms are very spacious with modern finishing Additionally housekeeping frequent and thoroughBreakfast is available and there was a pre-packaged breakfast option

This came in handy especially I had an early commute to workHowever be sure to confirm if the late check-out option is available as I was told that isn’t a standard offering

For a Home 2, this wasn’t bad Decently priced I had a shower issue the first night but in the am we had maintenance come fix it

No issues after Beds were moderately comfortable and the hotel traffic “noise” was kept pretty low No major parties or outside noise interfered with the sleepThe views from the room were walmart and highway 17 Parking wasn’t an issue

Great location View depends on your room location The room was the min one should expect for a 4 star hotel

Nice bed and comfortable pillows Weird layout TV in sitting area would not turn off A/c in room kept slamming on and off and was a poor quality window rattler The front desk staff appeared to be burden by guests Security was lacking Although you’ll need a room key to access floors, this is by passed by guests allowing delivery people to tailgate No cameras on the floors Parking is $35 per night but no security patrolling the lotConvenient to NYC Make sure to get out and take a stroll on the boardwalk

Booked a hotel room block for our wedding and they were so nice and helpful and accommodating! Great stay with Crowne Plaza for our New York excursion! We decided to stay in Jersey to save on costs and this hotel was perfect for our needs The hotel is located near a hospital building, but we were never disturbed by any ambulance noises – pleasant night sleep! The hotel lobby is well-maintained and opens to the dinning/bar area We stayed in the standard king rooms and it was very clean

Some reviewers have commented on the bathrooms, but I have nothing to complain about them I felt they were clean and tidy The hotel parking lot has a great-looking food truck that we unfortunately didn’t try, but there is a pizzeria around the corner facing a gym that was stellar Additionally, the breakfast buffet is well worth it – Adrian and Gloria recommended it and we were happy that they did Overall, this was a great hotel experience and I will be looking into this hotel again for any more excursions to New York

Nothing special, except the bad vibe from the manger I usually don’t notice racist people but when I checked in it was the most awkward and racist attitude I noticed that because she was treating a other differently and she insisted that my booking wasn’t legit thill she finally found it

They charged me $50 for insurance and said three businesses days, I will get it back Then they charged me $3530 for no reason and when I called they don’t even know why? They said they will call me back but they never did I bet if I was white no one will charge me extra or there will be doubt if I have the money to stay or not I wish I know why they charged me $3530 but they can’t even tillBed are and the mattress are not comfy, it’s not worth the money or the 4 stars hotel The carpets and rugs are super dirty and smells super bad Not worth the money at all Stay away if you want to have a good night sleep

After a fairly pleasant stay in April, I was booked to stay here but received a call from the hotel while in transit stating that there was a “plumbing issue” in the King rooms and I was relocated by them to a Best Western I should have suspected an issue when they did not offer alternative accommodations at the Crowne PlazaHowever, when I arrived at the other property I was informed the Crowne Plaza said they told me I’d need to pay although my stay was already fully paid for

In addition, they were planning to charge me almost $400 for a new room at the “walk rate” as if I had just showed up I will never stay here again and would never recommend this property after this experience This was abysmal customer service and feels like a scam

I’m a Hilton Honors member I always seek to stay at their brands In NY, you’re charged all these extra fees and I’m not sure why

You are given a $10 credit/per day but that’s only for one guest The restaurant was great, although a little pricey but worth the money The restaurant staff was exceptional! Night 1, a couple of things were wrong We called to order room service but no one answered the phone so we had to get dressed and go downstairs for dinner; 3 elevators and they are always slow In addition, we had no hot water We called the front desk Maintenance arrived within 30 minutes No, we were not compensated for the inconvenience It’s unlikely that we will choose to stay at this property again given the amount we paid pet night

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central is the perfect location for walking right out onto Times Square into the middle of all that makes New York excitingThe hotel itself has a lovely bar as well as Paul’s on Time Square restaurant which is modernly decorated with an incredible view of the time square ball from the outdoor patio We enjoyed the food and drinks from here several times during our stay and highly recommend it

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the accommodations are wonderful here As well as eating at the hotel bar we enjoyed the walk across the street to Charlie Palmer’s steakhouse We also had an amazing outing to Grand Central Terminal Such an incredible place to experience We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Cipriani inside the terminal

Do not stay here! Not only are the staff rude, but I showed up, already paid for room months ago After 8 hours of traveling, I show up and they tell me they overbooked They gave me $20 and told me they put us up for the night at another hotel

But I need to disrupt my next day plans to hassle with checking out/in again the next day Upon checking in, they tell me a room is not ready so check in bags Bellhop tags bags and I explain I have some valuables and would like him to put in back now He disregards my concerns telling me there’s cameras all around I say great “you’ll get footage of them stealing my stuff” rudely he grabs my bags and roles them to the back Afte an hour, they say our room is ready Love how our view is of construction scaffolding This was the worst accommodations And I still have a few days more here Hilton has failed to take accountability for their errors and blames their customers And their errors have disrupted our additional reservations for the day costing me more money And all they have to remedy this was $20 and rudeness

Gabby was so kind and patient as we checked in after a long day at a dance competition in the area Our room was clean and everything about our stay was comfortable and satisfying The following day, after we returned home, we realized that we had left my daughter’s very-much loved stuffed animal in the bed she slept in

I called and spoke to Ashley, who was incredibly thoughtful and persistent by ensuring that all the bedding was shaken out so they were eventually able to find the stuffed animal She assured me that the stuffed animal would be sitting safely on her desk and that was the case when I returned later that night to retrieve it Both she and Gabby greeted me warmly and gave me the stuffed animal! Thank you to both of them for being so kind and helpful!

I stayed here two nights There is an ATM in the lobby, and the reception sells frozen and packaged snacks you can prepare on your room’s microwave Also, there is a bus stop nearby where you can take a bus that’ll take you to downtown NYC

The staff at reception was very kind and gave us a sheet with instructions of what buses to take to go to NYC and what buses to take to go back to the hotel They contained detailed information and were a relief for my mom and I as we toured NYC by ourselves the last day of our trip These were the highlights of the hotel for me Rooms and breakfast are also good I recommend to stay here 100%!

This Marriott-branded hotel, located near everything yet convenient to nothing, displayed great customer service while also begging for a refurbishment The staff at the front desk were phenomenal, and even went out of their way to show me where the brewery (the only decent thing walkable) is located The pedestrian infrastructure is lacking, so be prepared to drive to find food

The rooms are clean, but show their age in minor cosmetic defects For how Marriott presents this brand, I’d expect better Hopefully they can get a refresh soon, and then I’d come back

Went to a dance competition held in the hotel Plenty of parking Spacious dressing rooms

Decent bathrooms The hotel staff were wonderfully accommodating to all the people who were there for the competition – they kept the bathrooms and general area clean If you come for the whole day, pack lots of snacks and a lunch There’s only a Starbucks in the hotel – nothing else

Venny Cip

The pool is not included! Such price hotel and no pool! Went to the spa and front desk told us we couldn’t use the pool! I asked before I stay because my daughter wanted to use and we booked an extra day so she could enjoy it and boom, no pool! There are plenty of nicer hotels around with pool, breakfast included and room service that this one does not offer! Considering that We pay almost 600 dollars for 2 nights

This place is expensive af! I am moving my son from Ohio to here and this is where I decided to stay while he made his transition This will be my go-to spot while I’m here It is money well spent

The customer service is spectacular! This place has a restaurant and bar with good food! Book with breakfast included, it only adds a few bucks versus $22 if you decide to pay separately The breakfast was so good with a variety to eat Don’t book if you’re on a diet The rooms were clean, beds comfy Showers were hot I had a beautiful view That’s why my room was expensive I got so spoiled by this place So, yeahI’ll be back this summer with the kids visiting my son and this is where I’ll be staying! 😊

First impression is a good one Clean, bit of an odd layout for a hotel , but very friendly staff We booked on line very easily

We stayed two nights Had breakfast one morning There’s a buffet on Sunday morning for $16 a person However we decided to order fresh off the breakfast menu & were very pleased They did a great job with my special order of an egg white mushroom & cheese omelette cooked well Delicious!Only two disappointments: one was the pool being in disrepair That was one of the reasons we booked there I hope it’s repaired soonThe other was my husband had called the front desk with a question and no one answered the phoneBottom line, I really did like the modern interior design It’s a less expensive, good , clean , quiet place to sleep if you’re traveling in the area or going in and out of NYC

I liked it there Very easy to find off the highway The receptionist was efficient and helpful

I got to my room and it was clean and what I expected I didn’t hear any noise while sleeping, everything worked Even the cleaning staff was helpful I overall enjoyed my stay there I even asked for the receptionist to print my covid test for me and she was happy to help Will be back

I had mixed feelings about this hotel There were strange sticky spots on the floor (I do not want to ponder what they could have been) The room was nice, newly renovated

You could tell they definitely cut corners and some things were barely hanging onto the walls The location wasn’t great, I mean it’s conveniently located off route 17 but I didn’t really feel safe going to and from my car At one point during our stay, there were a bunch of cop cars pulled up in front of the building Everything just felt a little sketchy But definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

First impression when I stepped in, very neat and clean lobby and breakfast area Receptionists were helpful and quick to assist There are two entrance into the building: one is the main entrance and another around where the other side of the parking lot (back of the main entrance)

Right by the elevators there is a coffee table for their guestsRoom was nice and clean to me Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body soap, hand soap were all provided Front desk also provide comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, shower cap, etc if you forgot any of those Room has microwave and mini fridge Only complaint I have for the room would be the water in the shower stand There is completely no water pressure there Basically I feel like the water is dripping down instead of flushing out It took me awhile to feel my hair has rinsed off the shampoo and that i am actually clean If they increase the water flow, I believe this would be a good place to return for another stayI do like their complimentary breakfast from 7-10am Might not be the best I’ve had but definitely decent selection of good food And all day complimentary coffee…I like that

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your place This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!i normally don’t write reviews but i think this place deserves my honest opinion i loved everything about it, all the rooms there are clean, you have access to breakfast starts at 6 and so many other things i spent a beautiful vacation there, i enjoyed so much that i didn’t even want to leave i totally recommend this hotel

I have always had great stays at Hampton Inns and this one was great too The rooms were clean, in excellent condition, and comfortable The heating system worked well, which was important on the very cold night we stayed there

They also finally had the free hot breakfast service, which was a welcome accomodation This Hampton has free parking, which is important to me, since I drove a long distance to get there, however, their airport shuttle service was still not operating The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave me the option of free late checkout as I waited for my wife’s delayed flight to arrive

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! They supposedly have it posted somewhere that the shared garage (only parking available) has no security and the Marriott will not be held liable for anything regarding your vehicle Parking garage is dirty, has skunks that roam at night eating garbage left behind and also has super small parking spots that make your car HIGHLY susceptible to being struck by another vehicle parking or just trying to open their doorIn addition to that, the website is VERY misleading

There is no bar, there is no food service (except 2-3 hrs in AM) and there pretty much is no amenities You’ll be provided with 1 coffee pod no matter how many days your stay is and not enough towels I’ve been there 2 years in a row and both time there has only been 1 working elevator If you are there for the convention center, and time between running back to your room and event is time-sensitive, do yourself a favor and stay next door They have food, bar, SEVERAL working elevators and much friendlier staff Literally every person working the front desk or managing at this MARRIOTT are miserable human beings

I chose this location as it was close to home but still in a nice area where I could feel as thought it was a get away I reserved a king bedroom for Valentine’s Day weekend I have no complaints regarding my actual stay but rather what took place after I checked out

After checking out I received notification of the hotel attempting to charge me $250 My bank declined it where they went on to then try for $200 that my bank allowed I called the front desk to speak with someone and was basically told a manager wasn’t on site and I would have to call back to speak with one After trying to reach a manager for 3 days, a general manager finally called me back She explained to me I was being charged the additional money because I had tea light candles in my room… I asked her how can that be when I was never told I couldn’t use candles I even told the check in host that I would be doing a valentines set up and still wasn’t told no candle usage was allowed The employee on the phone said to me “it’s in our policy” I took it upon myself to check the policy and the only things mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to do was smoke in the room Which I did not I explained this to the manager and she said to me “oh everyone knows not to” & still decided not to refund me my money… Ma’am what does everyone knows not to mean? I’m going by Marriott Secaucus policy which doesn’t state anything about candle use How can I be charged a smoking fee when I was never smoking?! The policy mentions nothing about candle usage, only smoking… as well as nothing being posted in the establishment about candle use, only no smoking signs… again I do not find this fair and have decided to take this matter to legal services after not being able to resolve the issue with a manager This hotel fraudulently used my card as I was not notified of any charges before hand and no one can tell me where in the policy it says no candle usage as they had previously claimed SMH so I am leaving this review so others know that they will find a way to charge you a “fee” after check out even if it doesn’t apply I have since disputed this with my bank because I will not pay a fee for something I didn’t do You should only stay at this hotel if you wish to have your card used without your permission for things you didn’t do For future reference I will reserve with another hotel for romantic holiday stays as this one will charge you extra for nothing

Izzy Cyn

Overall good experience, but if you’re going to put recycling bins in the rooms, then please actually recycle the contents inside When we went to one of the housekeepers and asked to dump our recycling, she told us to just throw it in the garbage and when we later asked another employee where we could dump our recycling, he told us he would take it just so that he could throw it awayOther than that disappointing element of the stay, the rooms were clean, the employees were nice, and we were able to get extra necessities without any hassle

They clean your room every other day due to COVID-19 However, they give you clean towels and sheet per your requestI was very unhappy about that when checking out

Andrea at the reception is a nice representative of the hotel who was helpful to us Had she not compensated the inconvenience for us, I would be rating the hotel lower than this But I think their customer service is excellent So they deserve a 4-star review

Anthony McLean

Big suites for a very reasonable price, spacious parking, always friendly, helpful and courteous staff The fact that the room has amenities like large fridge, big powerful microwave, dishwasher(!), coffee heater, cups, plates, utensils, swivel TV and more is a huge plus When I return to the U

S, I always stay here Very quiet area with close proximity to Met Life Stadium, Teterboro Airport and the highway in to NYC and all areas of New Jersey There’s also a Costco, Lowe’s, Starbucks and other top stores, restaurants, etc nearby Love the place!

A A

Rooms were wide but the washing basins were clogging Breakfast food options were very limited The pool was closed so kids did not enjoy and they say this is till the end of the year for renovation

They always let you go to reception for any request as there is no staff! I do not know how they operate a Marriott hotel like this! Couple of employees were short tempered and with all of that the hotel is making us pay premium prices I would not recommend staying here
