We booked our hotel room block for our wedding here through Devyn and we couldn’t be happier! The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet, and the amenities were great The hotel lobby bar was great for our after party with a pool table, giant connect four, and plenty of space to mingle Stephanie, the bartender, couldn’t have been more helpful and kept everyone served quickly all night long

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay Book your room block here if you’re getting married close by! You won’t regret it

I travel a lot for my job I love Marriott but I wouldn’t ever stay at this one again Several of my nights had the awful pungent smell of marijuana coming from one of the neighboring rooms

Several of the hotel staff was very rude Additionally, our door was open one day when we returned The door did not close properly Maintenance did come up to check it and he arrived fairly quickly He tried to get it fixed but wasn’t able to do much at that time He was nice

Aloft Mount Laurel handled by 72 room wedding block with ease Devyn, is an absolute angel and was amazing to work with The bar is great and the courtyard space is perfect for enjoying a beverage from the bar

Not a single complaint from our guests Would highly recommend them to any one looking for a wedding block in the area if you want a seamless and stress free hotel!!

Always a great place to stay during my trip to the big Apple! The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Always trying to make sure our needs are met The front desk is always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated

Minus one star for the cleanliness of the rooms (not very consistent), but everything else is great!

Shereen

Service was awful (or racist) When I arrived I pulled into valet and was told to park across the street in the garage I told the attendant I don’t want my car in a garage its a brand new MB, I would like it valeted

He proceeded to tell me it’s cheaper, which it was not the sign said $50 for the garage and $45 for valet (it was The Fourth of July)I proceed to the front desk to check in and I would like to change the card on file I was asked “if I have enough money on my card” before switching cards how insulting!! I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be staying “if there wasn’t enough money on my card”My husband and I decide to bike on the Hudson then dine on the patio for lunch where the two host did not greet us but gave the nastiest look at me from my feet up to my head! After being seated my husband asked the gentleman was there an issue and he said “oh my friend wasn’t supposed to be at the host stand so we were just making a joke for him to go back to work” I lost my appetite after the third strike and left the restaurantI only stayed one night to enjoy the fireworks with my husband and endured all this chaos on americas holiday I guess I received the true American experience The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the location

Haydynn Fike

I was stopping in to use the living room as I have stayed at some W properties before and I was just looking to get some coffee and do some work They were filming a movie at the restaurant and coffee wasn’t available Joanne was at the front desk, and she offered to get me a cup of coffee and wouldn’t let me pay for it

As someone who also works for Marriott, we can use more like her Thanks Joanna! Can’t wait to stay the night at your property

Retta’s Raw Necessities

We stayed for (thankfully only) one night at this hotel The front desk staff was very welcoming We even received warm walnut/choc chip cookies that were delicious! Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments end

We were asked to sign an acknowledgment statement that this is a NO SMOKING policy hotel No problem, none of us smoke As we went up to our room, there was a strong smell of weed and cigars wafting through the hallways When showering, the water did not drain properly so we were anklet deep in water There were dust bunnies in the corners in the bathroom areas The phone in the room did not work There were no batteries in the TV remote And the ice machine on our floor did not work My friend, who stayed in another room had food left in her fridge by the previous guests I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk upon checkout The only thing that was offered was to add points to my Hilton rewards For the amount of money they charge, I would not stay at this particular hotel again

Jillian Gundersen

The rooms were decently sized and clean However, we were part of a group booking for a wedding and were staying at the hotel Only half the wedding guests who checked in received their “Thank you” bags provided by the couple with the weekend itinerary and also didn’t receive their breakfast vouchers

This meant multiple trips had to be made to the front desk which is a very far walk from the rooms We also tried calling the front desk multiple times with no answer We assumed they were busy but when once again walking to the front desk, no one was in line with only one person behind the desk This person did not have the answers we needed as it didn’t appear he actually worked the front desk and must have just been manning the counter for the time being I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wedding group booking There are so many better hotels in the area

Scott Aaron

The hotel is a bit dated but for the most part everything seemed maintained The room (#204) was spacious and clean A table and chair would have been nice on the balcony but other than that it was good

There was a small issue with the carbon monoxide detector low battery beep in my room and it did take a while to get it corrected the General Manager reached out the next day to make sure it was all taken care of, nice lady BTW Restaurant was actually pretty good for a hotel Wayne in the bar is awesome, do stop by and see him!

I’ve been going to Atlantic City for years but have never heard of Atlantic Palace till last week My stay here was by far the best than other well known hotels The room I stayed in was set up like a mini apartment which won me over

My room contained a mini fridge, stove with 2 burners and a microwave They also provided, dishes, a coffee maker, pots, dish washing soap and the dry rack So many other hotels that I’ve been to either has a microwave but it’s tiny and no stove or the microwave isn’t located in the room but off into a separate room where the vending machines are located The hotel provided extra blankets, sheets and pillows where as other hotels you have to call downstairs for this This hotel was ahead of the game The hotel appears old on the outside but the inside makes up ALOT!! The view was wonderful and I was very comfortableBest stay this far!

Awful

Rude staff, 20 floors with three elevators so there is usually a long line to get on the elevator, three ice machines and none of them were working, nice pool with a great view however it’s not heated, no Casino, there was a sign posted that there was no late check out however they were four to five hours late checking me in due to housekeeping staff Great location but I will never stay there again

Amr Suliman

Lets set expectations and start off by saying that this is a 3 star hotel The quality and experience does not rise above this, although for us I think it fell short as well They have 2 studio apartments which are the same price as far as I can tell

They tried to force us into the smaller studio apartment which felt like being cramped in a cell After realizing the photos posted on Expedia didn’t match the room we had to rebel We were able to get the room we were promised but the process was hell

Mom Cris of The PM Family

We stayed last week of July 2022 Clean and updated hotel Love the shower! Buffet breakfast is great and well stocked

There’s 1 big pool and 1 jacuzzi Location is great and about 15 minutes to AC Only reason we’re giving it 4-star is because of the following reasons: (1) staff at the Reception (Justin) seemed to us like he didn’t want to be there working that day or what not Lacked the energy and smile that a customer/guest would expect from a staff working at the front desk (2) their website stated indoor pool is heated but it wasn’t – water was cold We called and staff was nice stating someone will come to fix but we stayed for almost an hour and nobody came (3) toilet flush handle is loose always needed to be re-aligned See photos attachedOverall, still a good stay for us and will still recommend

Tony checked us in he was very welcoming and helpful Room is very clean and comfortable We went to dinner after checking in and upon returning found that the A/C was not working

Reported to the front desk and Tony came to the room to reset the A/C When that did not work he called Justin the Night Manager who came to the room and tried multiple things none of which worked At that point he decided to replace the entire unit This was at approximately 11pm Within 20 minutes he replaced the unit and it was working well This is above and beyond any experience we have had at any other hotel Justin and Tony set the example of what true customer service should be Kudos to both of them and because of them we will return here the next time we come come to NJ This hotel will get our highest recommendation

Eileen L. – God’s Servant

I stay at Holiday Inn & Express hotels often, however this was my very first visit here on 3/13/22 I had a wonderful stay!! My sister & I were greeted in a very sincere & friendly way by, not just one, but two men(Justin & Tony?) when we checked in We were given the room we requested(on the first floor); it was clean & comfortable with a great view of the pool! The atmosphere is peaceful & the staff is very pleasant & professional

The breakfast buffet was great! – it was tasty & well stocked & even included potatoes! I love the hotel’s location – it was a short distance from the AC boardwalk I definitely recommend this hotel & I will stay here again

Stayed there for a spontaneous weekend and was happy with everything! To start the staff was so courteous and friendly, the rooms were clean and very well stocked with towels and everything you need The pool was very nice and convenient Breakfast was excellent and location was perfect

Very nice atmosphere all around lively but peaceful

Heather R

The hotel was nice It is so close to the beach You have to walk a bit if you don’t eat onsite

There is a 24 hour convenience store with some snacks, drinks and coffeeThe beds are very hard and I woke up sore everyday It is just slightly better than sleeping on the floor At this price point, I expected better beds Also the heated pool was like bath water I like warm water but this was way too warm

Brian Peykar

Disgusting hotel, do not stay here! I stayed at the hotel on 6/26-6/27 I was supposed to checkout on 6/28 but we had to check out early due to the unsanitary condition in our unit For starters, the unit had a moldy/mildew smell

We had a problem with our air conditioning emitting an extremely high screeching noise every few minutes I contacted the front desk at 7 pm to notify them that the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and making a very loud screeching noise I was told that a maintenance worker would be at my unit in 30 minutes 2 1/2 hours later a maintenance worker showed up In the interim, I had also notified the front desk to let them know we had a significant ant infestation in the bathroom The maintenance worker showed up at a time when my family was sleeping and could not do the repairs needed He also intended on spraying the toxic chemical ROUND UP in the bathroom to treat the ants Round Up cannot be used indoors and is meant for treating weeds, it also happens to be toxic I shudder at the thought that he may have sprayed it earlier if we were not in the unit I was very upset that he thought that was a solution to the problem Due to the issues with the AC unit, we were forced to sleep through the night without air conditioning which is obviously extremely uncomfortable To make matters worse, my 3 and 5 year old complained that there were itchy in the middle of the night and we turned on the light to now see that there were ants in the bed and on their body I would not expect for these instances to happen in a lower cost hotel let alone a hotel that costs over $300 a night I complained to the front desk person and was assured a manager would contact me which never happened

For the price and location this place was fine The staff was extremely friendly and fun Our room was a bit on the small side

My husband and I are both tall and we felt cramped when using the bathroom and shower The other issue with the room is that it’s says ocean view but all we got was a view of the side of the hard rock and a slight view of the ocean, I guess it’s still a ocean view just not what I expected The bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean We had a random movie charge that we did not rent but the front desk took care of if it immediatelyThe casino itself was fun Smaller then I’m use too but still had a good time Lots of great bars and food options and located right on the boardwalk with great access to the beach Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return

wait to check out the pool on my next visitHad my first overnight here at Ocean the beginning of January and I was overall very impressed The property is massive! It definitely looks different from all of the other resorts

I always read how people complain about how the casino is so far from the entrance and that the lobby is on the 13th floor, but to he honest, that is what I love about this place It’s far from all the noise of the boardwalk and the casino The check in was very easy, the room was comped after only playing there once(I’ll get into more detail) The room was super clean and I love the decor, very modern and welcoming This resort is definitely my new go to considering they do offer a lot Being a Caesar’s member for many years, this place is offering so much more than the older places are I can’t wait to check out the pool on my next visit

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel and it’s mostly due to the staff I had the pleasure of speaking to Melanie, Andrew, and the GM Summer and everyone was absolutely delightful You can see that they have such a good team dynamic in there because everyone is so amazing and you can feel the energy

The only reason why I knew Summer was the GM was because of her name tag and that is a good thing She was so nice to everyone and ready to do any job need be I could tell that the team there loves what they do and they made me love staying there just after one nightThe beds were comfy, room was nice, and there was no lingering musty smell in the roomsThank you all for such a great experience!

I was on a business trip from Canada to NJ, I have stayed other hotels before this one This hotel is new and clean, the staff at the front desk is very warm and helpful, they even let me check in early in 9Am The check in process and other service is efficient and quick

I had experienced of waiting long time for simple task at NJ a lot, but not this oneAlso the furniture and carpet in the hotel room are in relatively light colour, so that you can tell it is clean or not, and the room is bright They are not like other hotels that everything is in dark Really liked itFeel like exhausted traveller found some comfort finally at this hotel

Peter Wiatr

The hotel rooms were clean and organized, had a reasonably good view, and were close to various stores/restaurants, making it a good location The reception was friendly and accommodating Overall, in terms of the rooms, 5/5The only problem we had was with regards to the bistro

We had reserved a room that included free breakfasts that were to be picked up at the bistro Each time we faced a variety of issues The cashier often “conveniently forgot” to add particular items to our order, made bagels with either two tops or two bottoms and with a micrometre of cream cheese The first day we arrived there was no chef, meaning no hot meals (which was understandable) The next day, when the chef was in, we decided to order eggs For $850 plus tax, these were the smallest portions for the most mediocre eggs and bacon, not to mention the extra charge for toast, which was around $150-$250! Our experience with the bistro was a solid 1/5If you are looking for a good hotel with a nice view and convenient location then Courtyard North Brunswick is a solid choice, provided you avoid the bistro

First impression is a good one Clean, bit of an odd layout for a hotel , but very friendly staff We booked on line very easily

We stayed two nights Had breakfast one morning There’s a buffet on Sunday morning for $16 a person However we decided to order fresh off the breakfast menu & were very pleased They did a great job with my special order of an egg white mushroom & cheese omelette cooked well Delicious!Only two disappointments: one was the pool being in disrepair That was one of the reasons we booked there I hope it’s repaired soonThe other was my husband had called the front desk with a question and no one answered the phoneBottom line, I really did like the modern interior design It’s a less expensive, good , clean , quiet place to sleep if you’re traveling in the area or going in and out of NYC

S Prosper

I liked it there Very easy to find off the highway The receptionist was efficient and helpful

I got to my room and it was clean and what I expected I didn’t hear any noise while sleeping, everything worked Even the cleaning staff was helpful I overall enjoyed my stay there I even asked for the receptionist to print my covid test for me and she was happy to help Will be back

Abigail Prichett

I had mixed feelings about this hotel There were strange sticky spots on the floor (I do not want to ponder what they could have been) The room was nice, newly renovated

You could tell they definitely cut corners and some things were barely hanging onto the walls The location wasn’t great, I mean it’s conveniently located off route 17 but I didn’t really feel safe going to and from my car At one point during our stay, there were a bunch of cop cars pulled up in front of the building Everything just felt a little sketchy But definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

The hotel is huge and used to be gorgeous but now it looks outdatedIf you choose a room with breakfast you will be not wrong 😉Outdoor pool is great

Continental breakfast has usual Hilton options  (scrambled eggs,  bacon,  breakfast potato) with some restaurant’s touch (you supposed to use vouchers)The territory around the hotel is nice but needs a little bit more attentionOverall it was a good stay  My kids enjoyed weekends there

J Monique C

I wonder if this place was nice before COVID because now the place gives an outdated vibe It has a pool, business center, plenty of conference space and a restaurant on site Yet, nothing made me feel like I was in for a treat including the staff who barely recognized my diamond status

They were less than warm in their welcome Maybe they were tired because it was a holiday weekend and bus load of kids checked in? At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Kristina Mereigh

This double tree hotel was a great disappointment I am a Hilton Gold honors member and had never been to a Hilton property that was so outdated and unclean We booked this location for an anniversary staycation for two nights and checked out after night one because of how gross it was

We had to stay night one because no other hotels in the area could take us that late at night We booked a room with patio walk out to the pool The doors were incredibly hard to open, the patio curtains were so filthy and dusty, I needed to go and buy allergy medicine The patio windows were so streaky and dusty, you couldn’t see through them The air in the hotel was musty The bathroom still had hair in it and it was so small you could barely move around One of the front desk staff was so rude, I was appalled Ive never been treated that way in a Hilton property before The hallways looked like they had never been vacuumed and the ice machine was so gross, we went out to buy ice for our water bottlesDark, musty and outdated Highly don’t recommendThe grounds are the only saving grace The outside is pretty but the pool fills up quickly and the lounge chairs are incredibly limited so if you want one for your family, secure it before 9am There are only like 4 of them so it feels like hunger games for them

Staff were tremendously friendly The location was very good; it’s located right along the beach across from a beach entrance point It’s a little far from the main eating and shopping area, but we were able to walk or drive and park quite easily if we ventured out The room was very spacious We fit very comfortably, and I could see how another 1 or 2 people could squeeze into the same room if needed The room was in very good repair and did not smell musty at all, which is no small feat for the Jersey Shore Parking was tight, but I was still able to navigate a minivan without issue Each unit had patio furniture, which was great for sitting outside and draping towels and bathing suits for drying There were housekeeping services offered each day, which is the first time I have encountered such a luxury post-Covid The room rate was very reasonable for high time in the area, and became even more reasonable once we realized how comfortable the space was I highly recommend staying here

The cleanliness of the hotel fairs well There is a slight smell that stays with the rooms but nothing too overwhelming, I think this problem could be solved with updating the carpets and sewer system

The staff is VERY HELPFUL and NICE as long as you don’t have to do business with the manager who would not accommodate our extended stay after one of the girls at the front desk made an honest mistake and put in the wrong date Please don’t offer me an almost 500$ room as a solution,, not feasible or reasonable at all An earnest apology is not an solution either Sir! 😡

For a hotel, it’s clean, well located, and otherwise fine A run of the mill beach hotel However we decided to stay here knowing it would be too cold to swim in the ocean and this hotel advertised a heated pool on their website

We chose here over cheaper options because of that, but when we got here the pools were not open This wasn’t listed at all on their website At the end of the stay, I politely requested if they would honor a rebate or a credit because they falsely advertised services we paid for and the two folks managing the counter offered baseless excuses and were rude, claiming it’s not the season for the pool, the weather whatever Our entire three day stay was warm and sunny except one evening of rain And there are three hotels surrounding this one with totally open pools I don’t recommend staying here

Lots of bang for the buck! Large, clean room, which had a sofa and two tables Nice bathroom with granite countertops and granite bath surround, non-slip surface on the tub and lots of grab bars The bed was not the newer kind but it was comfortable enough

Lots of drink and snack machines Free continental breakfast Friendly and helpful staff

I stayed at this hotel for a week My experience was not good I was lied to, and they stated that they did not charge a hotel deposit

When I arrived, they charged me a $100 deposit I was not happy about this I do not appreciate being lied to Also, the room was very uncomfortable My left side of my face broke out The place was itchy, and the lights were dim I could not even see to do my homework and to do my class virtually Not worth the price This place has a funny smell Now it was little a peaceful but no stores around The hotel is located in a very deserted place

Nothing special about this hotel but it is very convenient for my one night stay as I’m on a road trip The room was very clean and bigger than I expectedI was able to check in late around 10:30pm and the front desk was quick to arrive

The room has tons of channels and a microwave with fridge Small breakfast area has the essentials: plates, utensils, cups I’d definitely stay here again for the great price For a single night stay, it’s great Might look into a different place if staying for more than a night

I am torn about this resort and let me tell you why

The resort is very lovely and the staff was also great The reception manager actually upgraded us to a suite since it was our anniversary/birthday week-end get-a-way, which was very much appreciated The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the children and crowds at the indoor pool was out of control There needed to be someone there supervising the situation I think the resort is offering day passes for locals to use the pool for the day which makes it difficult for guests who have come to stay from out of town to really enjoy the pool It was overcrowded and rowdy for lack of a better word When you pay thousands of dollars for a week-end you expect more of an upscale environment, not a day at wet-n-wild Not enough lounge chairs so one guy actually plopped his stuff down in the middle of the walkway while his family went into the pool We decided at that point to just leave (without ever going into the pool) so that we could give that guy our 2 chairs They also had girls who were supposed to be walking around taking orders from the guests but all they did was walk around and stop to talk to each other If you didn’t see their resort logo , you wouldn’t even know they worked there While my husband and I enjoyed most of the time at the resort and loved our suite, this will most likely be our first and last visit

The Grand Cascades Lodge is very overpriced I booked a king room for my friends bachelorette party Upon check in I requested a room on the same level as the suite, but was told nothing was available

Understood, but for $600 a night I was not expecting to be put in a lower level room It’s considered ground level, but below the main hotel level and felt very dark, dreary and unsafe I’m appalled that they charge the same price no matter where the room is located and on what floor If I knew I was going to be put on the lower level and the price was cheaper than the higher levels, I wouldn’t have been so shocked with the situationThe bed was very hard, the hair dryer had one setting and I could not figure out the heating situation They also have these very bright lights on the head board which several of us in the group could not figure out how to turn off and had to call the front desk before bed Walls are very thin and could hear people running up and down the halls & talking until at least 1 am The one plus was that the room was cleanI did not complain at the time because it was a quick trip and the focus was on my friendI would not consider this a luxury hotel The prices have gone up dramatically since my last visit several years ago and I would not return unless something changed for the better

I will start with the room, it was nice but broken window shade and no control of the temperature in the room The adjoining room door was so thin that we heard our neighbors talking and playing cards both nights until 2 am, so it was very hard to get any sleep The pool was not clean

We kept finding garbage in the pool, we would take empty cups out of the pool but noticed the empty cups still sitting in the exact same spot next to the pool the entire weekend we were there Pool staff was very polite and did a great job The slide was by far the highlight of the weekend The food was good for adults but the option for kids was terrible Ordered macaroni and cheese at the restaurant which looked like melted butter and had no taste Additionally, we went to a show (which was great) but again the kids option was very upsetting It was pasta with butter and chicken fingers With a theme dinner at the show of Mexican we thought there would at least be a quesadilla option for kids My husband got a massage which was great but went to shower and found the shower was broken For the amount of money a night, I was very disappointed

I had called to change the dates of our stay well in advance everything seemed fine Before the trip I noticed that the dates were incorrect I called and spoke to the manager and he was not nice at all

I explained that I had called to add Sunday (instead of Monday to Friday) but they added Saturday instead I didn’t realize until after the fact but he not not accommodating at all at first He basically told me that I just had to come a day later instead of Sunday like the rest of my family and leave a day later even though my family was leaving Friday not Saturday He said that the hotel would lose money if he adjusted my dates I’m sorry so the money aspect is more important that making sure the customers are happy ? Reviews are what helps people make decisions on where to stay so if you’re not kind and hospitable obviously people aren’t going to say nice things He continued to give me a hard time and was blaming me for the confusion because the person that booked it has been there for years I understand that but I know what I said I wouldn’t ask to stay sat, when none of my family members would even be there Anyway, we get there the front desk staff just had so much attitude and the one good thing about our stay was the restaurant They were extremely friendly The rooms weren’t vacuumed our ENTIRE stay there (Sunday to Friday) and we have a 10 month old baby so imagine all of that sand etc being tracked into the room and not being cleaned There are no umbrellas by the pool unless you RENT it The cabanas were rented but it was a cloudy/rainy day and we figured we would stay under the cabana and just hang out The Cabanas have micro holes in them that lets the water through I’m sorry but if you are charging x amount of money to rent we should at least be able to sit under there and not get wet It was a nightmare Our other family member had mold in their room Tried this hotel for the first time and unfortunately it’s not worth it Very disappointed in the conditions of the rooms and the terrible customer service The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the restaurant and how close they are to the beach

This hotel needs a huge renovation! The rooms are small but the beds were comfy The balcony was small too The bathroom shower was big and had good water pressure, but needed a major upgrade

The service was poor There was never any ice in the ice machines and when I needed it I had to pay $5 for a bag in the gift shop When I asked the front desk for towels, I was told to go pick them up

Stayed here over Columbus Day weekend 2021 Overall, I was pretty satisfied, though I was definitely expecting more The first room was acceptably clean, though not sufficient for a hotel that dubs itself a “resort”

Carpet dirty, surfaces dusty, and just generally looked like it hadn’t been rented out in awhile The sofa bed was quite honestly the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, and I had to put the sheets on myself Really ought to get new ones if since some people are counting on them as a sleeping accommodation (as was our case) The worst was the A/C; wasn’t working, and the best they could offer us was an old, dingy, loud box fan (even that couldn’t be clean or working correctly) We were also stuck on the second floor; too low for an ocean view, and also got lots of noise from kids in the pool and people in the halls All of this prompted us to request a room change, which they granted us in the morning Moved up to the 8th floor; definitely quieter, and the room seemed cleaner A/C worked, but sofa bed was still awful One thing I genuinely liked about this place was the desk staff; they honestly tried their hardest to resolve/accommodate our problems using the resources they had available The breakfast/dinner package they offer is also a very good deal We got it and were very satisfied with the breakfast at the in house cafe, as well as the restaurant options for dinner Overall, I would try this place again if they made a few renovations and perhaps gave their cleaning staff better training

Very grateful to Lisa Davis, the pastry chef, for the delicious cakes that she makes for us over the last few years Her pastries are not sugary at all like they normally are in the US Lisa’s cakes taste more European (I would say that they are the best I’ve tried in America)

This year for my birthday my husband ordered a coconut/vanilla with chocolate glaze and it was absolutely delicious!! A small tip – if you are able to keep the cake for a couple of days in the fridge it only gets better (so don’t hesitate to order a bigger size)) We all can’t recommend it enough and will definitely come back for more! Thank you Lisa!

Took my partner here for her birthday The place was beautiful, and we managed to get an entire dining room to ourselvesAppetizers were great, we got crispy brussel sprouts and a salad

Dinner was very disappointing I got duck cooked medium and it was served under done She got a steak (medium-well) which was cooked terribly The left side of the steak was rare, and the right side was well done as if only half of the steak was on the grill, everything between was like progressively cooked I couldn’t mess up a steak like that If I triedDesserts were okay I got a tres leches and it was pretty good, she got a chocolate cake and it was dry( as if it was old) and lacking flavorOverall, consitering how highly recommended this place was, I was extremely disappointed This place only gets 2 stars for the atmosphere and the great wait staff

I always have a great time at Tropicana It’s always clean Despite the pandemic, it was a nice crowd

The new room reservations were nice They have a nice selection of eateries and restaurants It was nice to see everyone cleaning on the casino floor My only issue was with the party next door making a lot of noise at 3:30am but the hotel was very accommodating I will definitely be back to visit

The stay itself was great Location is awesome, right on boardwalk and 24 hrs casino and food service with bar Express Check-in and check-out process was fabulous, you don’t have to wait for anyone and they charge a minimum amount of parking for the whole stay (super cool)

The only thing which I didn’t like was the bed (mattress), very uncomfortablecouldn’t able to sleep Hotel needs to fix the bedding system (bed and pillows) Rest all was Fab 🙂 100% recommended

Overall, for Atlantic City standards, this hotel is pretty good Clean, soft beds, and nice views (If you’re in the west tower and on floor 38 or higher)! The shower in our room didn’t have hot water The hottest the water got was lukewarm, and to get the faucet in the bathroom to run, we had to pull very hard on it to flow

Besides the rooms (which smelled nice), most of the hotel, and casino on the bottom floor, smelled overwhelmingly like cigarettes and tobacco Even in the hallway on our floor (floor 43), it smelled like it The gym in the hotel is great along with the selection of restaurants in the “quarter” Most of the restaurants, however, are mostly full most nights so make sure to make a reservation at them before hand! Other then that, this is a great hotel!
