We visited the hotel during a weekend for 1 night The facility is great and in a great location! We really enjoyed walking to the bustling mall and seeing shoppers and stores just like they were before the pandemic! However, there were a couple opportunities The front desk person who checked us in didn’t greet us

It was more of a “you can step up to the desk” head motion She was chewing gum, which I don’t mind, unless the person seems uninterested in knowing how we’re doing or doesn’t care if we feel welcome There was very little eye contact, nor were we welcomed as Diamond Hilton Honors members We dined in the bar because the restaurant was closed (presumably due to staffing shortage) The service from the bartender was exceptional He was handling a lot of people coming from an event who were next door in the banquet rooms And he was taking orders and serving about a dozen people in the dining area of the bar He did it all with a smile and warmth! The food however wasn’t great My wife’s pizza looked overcooked and dark My steak was supposed to be medium but was well done The temperature of the food was only lukewarm Still, we ate and enjoyed the evening The courtyard of the hotel looked like it was undergoing some construction There was a frame of a structure that had a big blue tarp underneath it The cool tables with heated gas logs were visible, but didn’t appear to be usable I would definitely come back to this hotel, but only if it is staffed up again Nothing against the hotel It’s the environment we’re in

Victoria McCorkindale

We had a good stay here with no real complaints or issues Rooms are basic and the dining table only had 2 chairs but they are a good size and the beds were comfortable Great location and we were able to walk to the Mall and the American Girl store

Nice pool and the hotel did a nice job of making sure quiet time at 10pm was respected We did not partake of the bar or restaurant but both were open We would stay again

Janice Powers

It was a rough start This hotel was offered to us via a Rewards Program First time at a Hilton

Updates are needed for this hotel The location is a strong positive and the pool is spacious and chlorinated and a great temperature At check in the lady was warm and friendlyThe cons were: Bathrooms with mold and after changing rooms a 2nd bath had a persistent and strange smell Even disinfected bathroom myself Getting extra towels for the bath was a chore even when asking staff with towel cart Clean towels were missing at pool in the pm but maybe guests took more than needed Also major noise issues from another guests in 2 roomsThe front desk lady changed us to a third room on the third night which had no noise issues and the smell was way less and had 75% more light because the balcony wall was full glass This made the stay and our sleep better It’s a mixed bag here It seems some rooms are better than others I think they need to upgrade – we would pay more for quiet and optimal cleanliness

LOVED EVERYTHING! The location is amazing! The hotel has real charm in the decor & neat history The room felt very cozy Loved complementary cookies & tea/coffee every evening

The staff were all wonderful and answered our questions well It was perfect for a stress-free getaway that was something different than the average hotel Will be back!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in It’s right in the middle of Charlotte’s downtown and walking distance from highly rated restaurants and fun things to do like the science museum In the room we had the view was fantastic

You have to pay for parking but we didn’t need to drive most places because the location is so walkableEveryone we interacted with was very nice and accommodating You can tell that the staff are proud of the hotel At night they had cookies out and you can enjoy some very good free tea and coffee any timeThe rooms are amazing I stayed with my husband in the Premier Room, which has one queen bed The furniture was in good condition, very classy but not old There are charging outlets for different types of devices The TV was very nice and had a good sound system A few times I felt like I could hear my neighbors a little bit it wasn’t bad Also I love the shower It had a horizontal showerhead thing so you could get two sources at once Water pressure was greatSo yeah we loved it! Hope we can stay again some day

Chelsea

My sister and I were in town for a girl’s night We booked a room at the Dunhill through a third party, at a discounted rateWe enjoyed our stay! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind

Parking was super easy There’s a garage right behind it and you grab a ticket and they validate it at the front desk There’s a bar in the lobby The room was small but in a quaint-has everything you need-kind of way Very clean I would look into staying again!

My husband, my dog, and myself stayed here for 3 days/2 nights Although we did not utilize the pool it looked clean and smelled like the ocean The elevators did not smell bad like in most places, the hallways were very clean

The room was immaculate well stocked, and in great condition The bed was the bed was a little on the harder side but that is just a matter of my preference The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean The exterior was clean We had no issues with any of the staff while we were there Our dog felt welcomed and comfortable All-in-all a wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again

Dom Gray

Horrible! Writing a very honest review to warn people of the state of this hotel When booking I did not get an accurate feel of how bad things are here or I would’ve made sure to avoid this hotel I was very close to leaving and finding better accommodations which is a 1st and I have stayed at various star hotels

Pro- Excellent locationCons- Cleanliness, amenities, air quality on some floors, but 1st and foremost Cleanliness! Our 1st room was so dirty that it seemed like all they did was change the sheets The floors were sticky and nothing was cleaned They did not supply enough towels for our 4 guests and when asked we never received any new ones Thankfully my children were visiting with family at another hotel for a couple of days so we didn’t have to keep begging for common items For this price they should be ashamed to even welcome guests into this place Of course there is a shortage of staff (everywhere) but if you cannot even clean the rooms properly they should limit guests to the staff available Our 2nd room was at least acceptable enough for us to finish off our stay without leaving We considered the pool when booking but would not dare step foot in there The water did not look clean and there was a sock that I’m sure will still be there once we check outThe icing on the cake was housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am on checkout day For this price please book somewhere else unless the location is all you are worried about

Chrisopigi Maggiorou

It was very good when I was there 7 years ago This year I went again, I believe it is very expensive for what they giveThe food it was good

Many closed area at the inside garden area, it was open only the bar area Very good tips the security at the parking lot at night time Very good the girl with the long black hair at the bar at night shift

This hotel is so chic! The ambiance is amazing The staff was polite, courteous, helpful and had extraordinary customer service The room was beautiful

I also appreciated that the hotel was very clean and it is obvious they pay extra attention to the cleanliness and overall sanitation I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Charlotte

Tamara Whatley

I really enjoyed my stay From the greeting at the front desk to the beautiful hotel The room was nice and clean

We went to bar and lounge on the second floor for drinks the drink were good, the only thing is they stop serving food early in the day It would have been nice to At least be able to get some wings or something I would stay again We also had breakfast on the second floor food decent but a little pricey for breakfast

KiMya Alston

The hotel overall was great Front desk was nice during check-in and check-out Very informative when needed

We stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend and was told it was sold out but you wouldn’t have known because it was quiet all night Parking was available in garage not too far away but tight fit We ended up parking on the street since it was closer Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is that the bathroom wasn’t completely private in the room

Brittany –

The lobby and restaurant were super clean, nice, staff was very friendly and helpful All rooms are accessible only by the elevator that requires your room card to access The room smelled clean, and was pretty clean (not as Sparkling as I expected with the lobby, but not dirty)

Bed was comfy but the blankets were kinda thin and the heat took a while to warm upBe aware this is located on a busy street and you can definitely hear when people are revving the engine and speeding, so if that makes it hard for you to sleep, maybe see if they have ear plugs?)

Kristopher Caya

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you definitely won’t be disappointedThe staff is super friendly and fun The room was clean – pretty typical hotel room This hotel is near a lot of food/bad options and is great if you are in town for a nearby event I did not take advantage of room service and cannot speak to the food but everything else is an A+

Iommed Gotjis

I came to Charlotte with a 96 year old It took him 20 minutes to get from the parking garage to the lobby I don’t think a single brain cell was spent designing this hotel’s parking area

How the heck is my companion supposed to get from his car to his rooms without a heart attack? The farce then got even better $22 a day to park in a garage you have to walk a quarter mile to reach And get this: we went downstairs and asked where breakfast was Lobby staff pointed us to a room and we sat down and ate at the buffet They then billed the two of us $43 Are you kidding me? For the price we paid for the room—which I would describe as thoroughly average— we absolutely shouldn’t be paying for both parking AND breakfast, at ludicrous prices The one good thing about this hotel was supposed to be the location, but if you’re old or otherwise handicapped then the parking garage gets a 0/10 on locationJust ridiculous

We were only at the Omni for one night and spent a short time in the room All of the staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful The room was well-appointed and clean

The beds were comfortable The bathroom was beautiful The coin-based art is a nice touch I would love to be able to stay longer to enjoy the amenities and dining optionsI loved the city view from our room It would have been a short walk to the Spectrum Center

Rhino Plumber

The over all experience really The hotel was very noisy and from the walls not sounding insulates and hearing every word people said in the hall and other rooms to every door slam Not counting the pool bar I think maybe the music was coming from most the night

There was a man on the street corner beating a drum for money and you could hear him as if he was in the room with youOnline it did not say the restaurant was closed You have to order at the bar and sit and wait If you need another drink go back to the bar The meal I asked for came wrong and it was not worth getting a new one This was upsetting as we picked this place fore the upscale environment and restaurant Our room view sucked as we looked at the reflection of a next door building I booked way in advance and asked for a high floor with a view The phone in the room didn’t work had to use it on speaker The shower head didn’t work fully and was a weak shower The valet service was nice and the people were great In the end we needed an extra night to finish the convention but debated finding another place to stay With all the gear we had to haul it was not worth moving it and stayed an extra night

Douglas Baldwin

All in all, not a bad hotel The rooms are interestingly shaped due to the interesting shape of the hotel itself Our room looked like it had not be completely cleaned up when we arrived, so someone came up and cleaned it for us (which was much appreciated)

Parking was $45 for the night I think that is the most I have ever paid for parking, so be aware There is no complimentary breakfast, but there are many places to eat around the hotel

The food was GREAT however, I had to move rooms twice The first room had scratched and scrapped furniture with big chunks missing There was a noticeable hole cut in the ceiling of the shower with some weird panel situation

The walls had what looked like food and stains Just a yucky room The second room wasn’t AS BAD, but the shower is nasty with grime, rust, and parts of the rubber to keep the water in ripped up which is really a tripping hazard I will be returning to the front desk in hopes they will exchange the room and maybe the third time is a charm The beds are comfortable that’s so far the only pro I have for the room Again hopefully I will be able to exchange for a third time

Harpey Family

Great stay for our family of 4 and the dog Staff is amazing, they addressed problems we had immediately Special thank you to Taylor and Shelby for their patience and kindness

We enjoyed the pool and the gym We had a keurig coffee machine Unfortunately we couldn’t rely on the fridge as temperature was fluctuating too much and we had to throw away our food We will be back

Dajah Eubanks

This past weekend, myself and three of my good friends visited this location and began our stay for a girls weekend One of the friends from the group booked our room with the Sonesta Hotel and told us that she’d chosen a “nice” hotel Although there were in fact some “nice” aspects of our stay including the staff who were extremely friendly and the lobby which was huge and comfortable, there were also some not so nice aspects of it as well

Upon entering our hotel room, we found that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom Also, we’d purchased drinks at the gas station nearby and of course wanted to refrigerate them overnight However, we were hesitant as the mini fridge still had someone’s drink they’d purchased from McDonalds still sitting there We were quite skeptical of sleeping in the beds as we felt that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned When we notified the people at the front desk of this negligence, they were, again, super friendly and even offered to get us another room But, there were four of us who’d overpacked and it was too much of a hassle to move all of our belongings we’d just finished unpacking We had explained to the hotel staff that it was too much of an inconvenience for us to up and move somewhere else, which they were understanding of So, we just toughed in out in the current roomEven then, no one ever offered to give us a discount or at least compensate us a day for the lack of cleanliness Some other things I noticed about the building itself (specifically the outside) is that it doesn’t look as glamorous in person as it does in the pictures In fact, the building was in desperate need of a good pressure washing And, the chairs sitting outside of several of the rooms looked as though they hadn’t been sat in in ages Also, the temperature in our room remained on 65 the entire weekend we were there Yet, the the room felt like no air was circulating at all In fact, despite how potentially dangerous it can be, we actually had to prop our door open one night because it was so hot Overall the staff made the experience a comfortable one with their kindness, I wish I’d been assured that the room had been thoroughly cleaned, especially with us still being in the middle of a pandemic Also, I wish more effort was put into making the outside of the building look more welcoming

I absolutely love this place I stayed two weekends in a row! The first weekend I was extremely upset because I took my children to swim for the weekend and they were unable to do so because some kids bullying my son! Melissa came down personally to make sure my son was okay But MSLILLIE IS OUR ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!!!!! She comforted my son and make him feel so much better and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed

It was only because of her that we came back for my son’s birthday on 4/16 our stay was way better this time around and we were looking forward to seeing her smile at breakfast! She is absolutely amazing and she definitely saved me as a customer because before her I didn’t want to stay there ever again!!!!! She is definitely and asset to the quality inn brand! We love MsLillie ❤️❤️❤️

Great price for the location to go to Carowinds The pool is alright, not very spacious but it was enough to satisfy the children We got the room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa, it was the most spacious room we’ve had for that combination in the last few years of taking vacations with the kids

Breakfast has a great variety!

The front desk service is first rate Very professional and even followed up with our concerns concerning breakfast when we got homeIf you need an extended visit, you can’t do better for the value than this motel

Ro Lo

I had an excellent experience, Brooke greeted us and was so sweet and helpful, the kitchen staff were also incredible helpful and kind The room was very big and clean, I traveled with my 3 kids and husband and we were very comfortable the only thing I wish they had was another dresser, and more hangers in the closet, and a broom or vacuum but that’s me being picky because I had so much stuff! But it was so great! Thank you for making our trip so great!

Michael Wall

This hotel was excellent! I will be checking out this morning after staying for a rough 10 day stay while my mom was at Atrium Health Pineville getting open heart surgery The staff at Homewood Suites made my stay infinitely easier than it would have been as they were so nice, made sure I had everything I needed, and even asked about my mom every day The food was excellent and the hotel was great! I would like to particularly give thanks to Celeste, Tyler, and Vivian for how great they were to me

They were excellent and I highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area

First time I’ve ever given 5 stars to a hotel but this one was excellent (and we travel monthly) VERY clean and updated The breakfast was not a huge buffet but sufficient, fresh and well made

We really enjoyed it The staff were very nice and friendly The keurig coffee bar in the room was a wonderful touch away from home Would only stay there when in the area

Brittani Sabourin

The staff was really friendly! The hotel overall was really clean There was a towel with possibly puke on it in the elevator last night, and still this morning But aside from that the entire place was clean

The beds and pillows are so nice! We were woken up at 2 am our first night with drunk jerks being loud, and then around midnight our second night with a group of people loudly trying to find a room Then this morning we had some kids screaming and being loud at 7 am So we didn’t get much sleep at all, but it’s not the hotels fault Only thing I recommend is changing up the breakfast a little Maybe sausage one day and bacon the next, or have some hash browns one day

chris miller

Fantastic from the front desk to house keeping to the people who run the cafe area in the Morning Great room clean , the manger should be proud of the staff Only thing that sucks is trying to find parking late at night

I would always stay in this hotel when I need one by far best in Monroe for price only thing I would change here is a tad bit faster Wi-Fi still good but it should be a lot faster for how good this place looks inside and out

My wife and I stayed only for one Saturday night for her birthday I contacted David the general manager to see if we could check in early, the response was instantaneous When we pulled up to the hotel the 2 valets were so gracious in the cold and were very helpful with our luggage

Brandon was at the desk to knock our socks off with his hospitality and knowledge, he spoke to us like old friends The room was immaculate when we arrived, we met a dozen housekeepers during our stay, every one of them were moving fast and very friendly The rooftop bar was well stocked and would be worth the stay in warmer condition The bar in the lobby is a well stocked craft bar with very knowledgeable bartenders, who will creat the best drink in Charlotte We had dinner in Dean’s steakhouse on the first floor Saturday night The staff in the restaurant is second to none, the food was magnificent and delivered at the speed of light There is so much more that I would love to tell about this hotel and a great location but you will have to spend the night yourself I would like to thank the staff, as this is the best night I have spent away from home in many years

Casey Dalal

Had a great one night stay here This is a new modern property with great onsite dining and bar options Titanium benefits were honored as expected and I was upgraded to a nice corner suite

Great check in experience with friendly and welcoming staffLocation is good and within walking distance of most of the downtown area Valet parking through the hotel is available however there is also a self-park garage adjacent to the hotel I would certainly return to this property the next time I’m in the Charlotte area

Yamica D.

This place is amazing!!! Stayed here for a work conference and was met with exceptional customer service of the valet staff, bellmen, & front desk The lobby was clean and smelled soo good! The only disappointment was upon entering the room the bed wasn’t made completely and there were crumbs in certain areas in the room All in all I had a fantastic stay! The rooftop bar is a must see – it really captures the beauty of uptown Charlotte

I also want to make a note of the front desk staff Kendall who was always so pleasant and always made herself available to me which I found comforting Definitely plan on staying here again 🙂

We came here for a little staycation We had a package for a resort credit and breakfast We spent our day at the spa Saturday

They were excellent This review is not for them The room was your typical hotel room The bed was awful Hard as a rock My husband even asked me at midnight if we wanted to go home The pillows were feather pillows that withered away to nothing when you laid your head on them I’m going to have to rerun to the spa after laying on that rock all night I then tried to use a gift card for portion of our stay After running the card 6 times I was told they couldn’t get it to go through Didn’t bother to call for help to find out why Come to find out my card was charged $1 every time they ran it! For the money I paid this was an awful stay I’ve stayed at hotels that cost way less and had a better experience Not the luxurious stay I was hoping for DisappointedWas also not impressed with the indoor pool and hot tub area Needs a major upgradeCould hear every noise that was made in the hallwayConstruction was the greatest view 👌👌Nothing luxury about this luxury hotel go spend your money somewhere better

I came here for an event and stayed one night When we arrived, and very nice porter took care of everything and took us to our room Rooms were very clean, as well as the overall hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful The view was nice, and the hotel is actively working on making it even better with upgrades The price to performance is quite decent I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere luxurious to stay!

Worst hotel experience of my life Came down here for a couples vacation planned with the normal activities: sitting by the pool, spa, room service, etc

We were excited to enjoy the full resort experience; boy were we disappointed We originally planned to stay for 3 nights but checked out a day early because the experience was so bad Even checking out required an hour long argument with the manager Let me start from the beginning The room we paid extra for with “views of the golf course” was a construction site No mention of this on the website and certainly not reflected in the nightly rate It was dirty, the bed was hard, the balcony had a colony of roaches living on it Called for pillows at 4pm and never received them We were not notified that housekeeping was by request only and even when we requested it, they never came 20% gratuity included because they know the service is terrible Room service was same quality as a Denny’s When we checked out, the bellboy never showed up after 40 minutes of waiting Only redeeming part of this trip is that the spa experience was great and the staff there were quite nice and talented Everything about staying at the hotel was a nightmare and I will not be staying at another Marriott if this is their definition of ‘luxury’

Love this hotel! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles and overall courtesy The hotel itself is in a really nice location Everything about the hotel was clean as well, which is a big factor for me while booking a place to stay

After spending a day in the summer sun, it was nice to come back to complementary beer, wine, and refreshments The rooftop bar was perfect for a nightcap before heading to bed I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Charlotte!

The room is very nice, especially the bathroom A minibar is advertised, but there isn’t one in the room The front desk directs you to the bar or some snacks in the lobby

They only have ice machines on every other floor Coffee bar downstairs is very minimal and not very hot, with no oat or almond milk The toilet paper is scratchy In our room, one towel and the duvet were stained The streaming TV service was choppy while trying to watch a movie The location is great, except for the loud cars racing up and down the street all night Valet is $40/day but very attentive and helpful

Camille Carter

So the hotel is well appointed and service was EXTREMELY PERSONABLE The rooms were clean’ish, decorated neatly and spacious Now the bathrooms were out of line

The shower rod kept falling My tub had a very slow drain (disgusting) The shower liner/curtain seemed a little gross I also questioned the cleanliness after seeing a blond hair on the bathroom wall Shower was TINY I always felt safe There was always someone within hearing range to help you out Valet is $40 but they are fast, efficient, and you have come and go privileges

Common areas and room furniture are nice, modern, and clean Staff are really helpful and I appreciated that they were flexible about late checkout Not all amenities were open and the hotel seemed understaffed; beds could be comfier, and the hallways could stand to be updated

The snack area in the lobby was nice, though Overall, not at all a bad place to stay!

Spencer Kuhlman

When we checked in, we were told the bistro had a complimentary breakfast in the morning Guess that was just a lie? The only options available were $9 breakfast sandwiches that did not look appetizing The hallways of this hotel smell like burnt feet

The shower in the room smelled of mold and was not ventilated at all Overall, the whole place has a musty feeling that is not welcoming The sheets were like construction paper Unlikely that we stay here ever again Beware!

Kellz W

Room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience We went downstairs for breakfast and had the absolute best time chatting with Ms/Mrs Roshella at the breakfast bar She provided exceptional customer service and made sure we had everything we needed

She definitely deserves a bonus 🤗 I really enjoyed my stay

This hotel provided such an enjoyable stay that we are sad to leave!!! The suite was so spacious and clean, it really felt like home very quickly The kitchen is such a great bonus

dishes, utensils, pots and pans The staff at the front desk were kind and welcoming The evening reception was such a treat, and the breakfast was wonderful! We wished we had more time to enjoy the courtyard with the fire pit, corn hole, and grills! My daughters loved swimming in the pool, too! We will definitely be returning customers, and I hope our Staybridge at our next stop in Virginia is as lovely as this one!!!

Really nice hotel and staff The room was clean, well equipped, and quiet for a Saturday night The manager was very kind and helped me get a room when my flight was delayed and all the rooms in the area were sold out

Complimentary breakfast was also very good with a wide selection The room I stayed in also had a microwave which was very convenient

Amy Tilson

This is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at We chose this location specifically because of the rating Rooms 216-219 are located next to openings above the lobby

You can hear everything!! I had to call the front desk at 11:45 pm to ask that persons in the lobby quiet down They did not do this of their own volition The hallway is also stifling hot in that location due to the openings Breakfast was very limited compared to other Hampton Inns and of a much lesser quality than expected Rooms were similar to other Hampton Inns, except the bathroom doors faced into the sleeping are instead of the entry That is an awkward placement consodering they are sliding barn doors and don’t close completely as is I would NOT stay at this location again

Amy King (The Real Estate Lady)

Was in town on business and stayed too late to drive 25 hours home, so, last minute, Hampton Inn it is My stay was great! Staff was great, hotel was in great condition, room was comfortable and breakfast the next day was just right to get me on my way

As a Hilton Honors member I’ve stayed at my share of hotels I’ve stayed at more than a few Hampton Inns and this one was by FAR, the best!

So tonight is our wedding night We were excited to come here after our great wedding We got here and we were supposed to have chilled champagne that our family gave us which was just sitting in the box warm not on ice (also no champagne glasses)

There was no chocolate that was also ordered and supposed to be in the room when we got here and we found out that they gave it away to another guest before we got here The chef was gone so we ended up with a tiny slice of cake We were also supposed to have two bath robes and we got here and there was only one I called the front desk and my mother in law also called them and no one would pick up the phone Finally after 6 minutes a lady answered and was rude about it This room was super expensive and we just wanted a good night We will make the best of it but this place is not worth the money we paid The holiday inn would have done a better job honestly Don’t book here You will be disappointed also to top it all off, they charge you $5 for water

This was one of the most excellent hotel experiences I’ve ever had and we have been to several luxury hotels The entire staff, from valet to housekeeping and in between, was beyond kind and helpful and seemed like they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible Lindsay at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She’s your girl if you need help with anything! The ambiance of the rooftop bar is incredible and the drinks and food there and Mico were delicious! Everything was run like a well oiled machine, we will be staying here again!!

Eric Simpson

Had an amazing stay at the grand bohemian! Didn’t quite know what to expect with it being my first time in a Grand Bohemian hotel but if they all are remotely close to this, I’ve found a new favorite! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the smiling faces of Lauren and Lindsay! I’m not sure when these girls sleep because every interaction I had was with one of the two! From checking in, to asking about the local area, ordering room service, and requesting items to the room, I got to know these ladies very well because they did it all! Unfortunately neither were present as I checked out but I wanted to tell them how much of a positive impact they made on my stay!

The Mansion and gardens are exquisitely maintained The staff was super attentive and courteous Our King room on the 3rd floor was beautifully appointed and decorated the bedding was top notch

The also provided very comfortable bath robes The bathroom was spacious and the towels and complimentary toiletries were also very nice What was really amazing was breakfast served in the solarium A great breakfast menu with delicious choices Portions were very generous and included juice and coffeeWe plan to visit again A perfect stay!

Vitalina

The gardens are beautiful towards the end of June but felt mislead about admission on their website It says free to visit just call ahead to check if there are any events, which I did and was told it was a great time to visit Drove pretty far, turns out you can visit but you must pay to take photos

Would be nice if that info was updated under the garden section on their website

We recently completed a beautiful wedding at The Ritz Carlton’s Urban Garden As a wedding planner, my experience with Kim, Lesa, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, caring, thoughtful, and thorough From the moment I met the team some time ago, to the moment we were on property conducting the rehearsal and the wedding, the team was prompt in addressing any detail and continually touched based with myself and my team to ensure the couple was happy and the wedding ceremony and reception proceeded flawlessly

The team did not miss a beat with staying on course with the wedding day timeline and the guests continuously told us how pleased they were with all the details and accommodations Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to The Ritz Carlton staff – thank you for everything you do to make wedding days feel so special!
