I am giving them 1 star for there billing policy And for the manager telling me pretty much to leave if I don’t like it Charging people extra to be on the top floor is crazy when you have only a few floors

Charging people 30 per day in incidentals is crazy when you only offer drinks and cookies Some of your employees are super nice and some are downright rude including the manager Make sure all of your front desk staff knows your financial policy Never had a problem before at Hyatt and do not plan to stay at the Plano location again

I was a little worried about the 1⭐ recent reviews when I booked my room but I needed to stay close to the area due to the weather From the time I checked in all staff was friendly and professional even the housekeeping lady welcomed me as I was going up to my room The room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfortable and the breakfast the next day was amazing

The only downside was that the rooms did not have a USB charger for my phone I had to go buy a new one at the store Other than that it was a great stay I would definitely stay here again

Mary B

My room was clean, very nice and comfortable The breakfast was good I was here for 2 nights

The entire time the room key machine at the front desk was not working So I never had a key to my room and neither did many of the other guests Consequently the staff at the front desk were spending a lot of their time going up and down the floors unlocking rooms for guests The wait at the front desk to get checked-in or anything else was LONG because the staff were away (opening doors) One of the two elevators does not work, and has not worked for several weeks due to parts shortage While I was there the phone system went down and you could not make calls from the room, or call the hotel from outside

Times are tough for the hospitality industry, and GMs have to do their best with what they have, mainly employees and supplies, both in short supply However, the GM/Owner did a great job during our stay The room was nice, clean and cool

The complimentary breakfast was terrific The front desk and food service staff were friendly and professional It will be our go to place as long as my baby granddaughter and her parents live nearby

Landon Loeffler

Stayed there Saturday February the 19th The reason we went with this hotel was it had an indoor pool but was so cold it might as well have been outside I don’t leave reviews much but this was a pretty big let down for my 4 year old

He loves the water and swimming We tried to stay in but after a couple minutes I was shivering The rest of the hotel was nice and the young woman up front was very nice when I told her about the pool

This Hotel is CLOSED but they don’t tell you until you get there!!!We booked this hotel, got a confirmation, CALLED two days prior to ensure a 2 bed room AND that the pool was open, got that confirmed, showed up to check in, and a sign on the door says to go next door to the Holdiay Inn and that this hotel is CLOSED!!!This was for our daughter’s birthday party (indoor pool, our family) The Holiday Inn next door is owned by the same group and the desk people just figured it was alright to just switch and NOT tell anyone that the reservation was a LIE!Check your dates, owners – you were closed on May 23rd 2022 Our confirmation was 25042998

We showed up and the hotel was CLOSED

Although we are locals, my husband an I take little getaways every so often just to spend time alone and reconnect, and this hotel is our go-to place The location is very convenient It is private, but close to all amenities – restaurants, shops, and entertainment

The place is very clean and well kept The beds are very comfortable and the staff is truly the best They always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable A big SHOUT OUT to Heinz at the front desk who remembers our name every time, and for all the great, personalized service and attention to details she provides BIG Thank you, too to the hard-working and nice people of the restaurant They are so friendly, helpful, and efficient

Connor R. Peters

The cleanliness of the room is terrible Yellow stains on all the beds food on the floor, no fitted sheet on the beds After bringing this to the attention of the front desk she moved us to another room

When we got to the new room it was even more dirty Only 1 sheet on the bed so we would basically be sleeping on the mattress with no sheet Liquid stains running down the side of the bed Food on the ground A big water spot on the carpet Overall the hotel is beautiful in the lobby but the rooms are old and extra nastyI would definitely reconsider booking this hotel!

Dani Thomton

It was a very nice hotel The lights were out in our bathroom and the maintenance guys were on it as soon as we let them know My only complaint is the desk clerk watched my grandson and I walk back and forth with our luggage trying to find the correct elevator to take us to our room and didn’t say a word until I specifically asked

As I an a disabled US Army Vet with a noticeable knee impairment, it would have been nice had she asked if I needed assistance rather than watch us struggle while noticeably lost

After a long day of work I arrived to the hotel around 1030pm The room I booked was not ready and I was told they did not have my room type available Marriott has a reservation guarantee so I told the front desk of the policy

They seemed to be on the same page and to honor the policy A few minutes later, the shift manager made a call to the facility guy on site and asked if a room was clean He wasn’t sure but she asked him to take a look and make sure it was ready for a stay Supposedly this guy cleaned and prepared the room within 15 minutes I am not sure if it was actually cleaned or not In total, I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and was able to get to my room at 1130pm No accommodation, poor service, no urgency, no customer service I stayed over 100 nights with Marriott last year I have never had a bad experience until staying at this Westin

David

The suite they put me is was nice, but it had a strange layout The toilet was down the hall and around the corner with motion sensores closet lights with no doors in between That was annoying at night

I didn’t want the lights on!Lastly, the shower head was very low They said it was because it was an ADA room Maybe that is a legitimate building code or requirement in Texas However, I have been put in many ADA rooms in my travels and never seen this Just be aware when booking or being assigned your room

Alan Bielefeldt

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean, very nice and comfortable I had put in for a specific suite upgrade, which i was told i received When we checked in, it was a room with a Pelton which they said was a Junior suite

But this wasn’t one of the two suites I had requested, so it was disappointing to have two suite nights used for this upgrade As a Platinum member, this is room would be the normal upgrade we typically receive without using a suite night as the Pelton was the only addition to what seemed like a regular room Another area we were very disappointed with was their breakfast staff and food which was lacking in comparison to many other Marriott hotels we’ve stayed For example the first morning they give us a menu, but recommend the buffet since they said it would take at least 25 – 30 minutes for any menu item we ordered So we select the buffet which my wife picked the oatmeal which turned out to be dried up and cold, from sitting in the pot I selected the scrambled eggs and potatoes which were also cold and eggs were runny Our waitress only came by once to bring the bill, so we had to wave down other staff for coffee refillsAlso, we were very frustrated with the pool which was over crowded, they have limited chairs with umbrellas, so we baked in the sun, which is not great in Texas with 105 temperatures Not to mention the pool water was very hot, so it took away from our plans for a relaxing weekend

The rooms were fine when we finally got one that was functional We stayed there to give the kids a place to swim indoors If you plan on doing this, find another place! The water was very green and smelled like sewage

When I brought it up to the staff members one told me we could swim next door at a sister property I told them that was the entire reason we picked the Hampton over that hotel because of the indoor pool and it was to cold to swim outside She got someone else to come and talk to me and I was then told that the pool was fine The lighting in the pool area makes it look more green than it is and the smell is because it is a salt water pool Way to much money for what you get

First night in the hotel I am not pleased as a gold member to be stuck in some accessibility room Then we pull back the curtain and find a huge towel soaked with blood But it doesn’t stop here

The first morning I am awakened by someone blowing the parking at 7:00 Am We go down for breakfast and there is not a good selection as it used to be but this could be the lack of supplies? We were there for three days and we asked to have fresh towels and a quick refresh of the room to return that night with our towels where we left them and no toilet paper I contact the front desk after about 30 minutes of calling to be told that they are sorry but they had 70 rooms to get ready and ours was not a priority Thankfully we had a roll of paper towels I was able to attain 2 clean towels I find it really offputting for people that are responsible for contact for a company to make excuses for the company’s lack of ability to pay their employees enough to get staff This is really annoying when the prices are not going down to stay at the hotel This was the final stay for my wife and me at the Hampton Inn chain We only stay 30 nights a year at hotels so I am sure they won’t miss us, but marriot seems to be welcoming and responsive so we will give them a go the next stays

Stayed here for a week long business trip I found this hotel excellent and very comfortableVery good breakfast

Choice of omelette, sausage, cereals, bagels etc Has a waffle making station, various juices, and coffee that was pretty impressiveThe room was very clean, with free WiFi and HBO The front desk people are all very nice and helpful The area around here is very popular with business travelers, there are very good restaurants, Walmart/Target and any other kind of place you need all within 5 minutesI highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay north of Dallas

My room was spacious and modern and the frost desk staff was polite The only complaint I have is that housekeeping would only service my room once every four days during my extended stay and it had to be requested I expected a bit better for the price

Also, to echo some of the other reviews, I found the bed rather hard Overall, though, it was a mostly pleasant experience

Mario Zendejas

I joined the Wyndham rewards program and got a great deal for my stay I stayed there for seven nights and had a great time The staff was super friendly and helpful

Due to Covid they don’t freshen up your room every day They came in on the middle of my stay and cleaned my room and changed everything out But if you need more towels or anything else you just had to call the desk and they were happy to help Their morning breakfast was good too The star of the show was their Texas shape waffles They were yummy! Plus, it in a great location close to so many places to eat, and far away from major road noise I will definitely come back next time I’m in the DFW area

Brian Carson

Thoroughly enjoyed the vacation at this hotel! We were greeted every morning and every evening and given wonderful recommendations on where to eat and where to visit For my wife and I, customer service is a huge aspect in the success of a business and I can say that this hotel exceeded expectations If I ever find myself in or around Plano again, this will be the hotel I will stay at!

Hotels have their own rating system and for that a five star hotel has certain features that help them receive that status This is not a five start hotel based on amenities and luxury Based on my room and experience it was a five star experience, would stay again

Close to everything fun and great restaurants and shopping a short drive up and down the tollway

Absolutely disgusting!!!!This hotel was a joke, right?Get to the hotel and the lady at the front desk comes out in dirty socks with kids running in from behind her Strike oneShe shows us the bill to sign and it’s $100 more than the total reserved price we booked from their site directly

She claims it is a $50 charge for incidentals, but can’t tell me what the other $50 is for Strike TwoWe walked into the room and there is blood on the walls, feces on the floor and wall and smells of wet dog Gross We called down and asked for another room, said it was all they could do as they were bookedIt was very late, the sheets were clean (we hoped) so went to bedWoke up, closed bathroom door and found someone else’s snot on the back of doorTalked to the clerk early Saturday morning She promised us the manger would hear about this and the room would be cleaned while we were gone for the day This was at 7:30amJust walked back in at 9:30pm and nothing was done! GROSS!!Front clerk, again in socks and kids in tow, tells us there is no manager and she can’t do anything about it Strike 3This place should be condemned Those working there should be firedI’ve never been treated so badly at any IHG facility and I stay at hundreds throughout the yearCorporate office is hearing about this one

Tamika B

I’ll start with the positive

all the staff I encountered was very nice and helpful The common areas appeared clean, there was not trash anywhere The laundry room, gym outside seating area and pools appeared clean as wellthe downsidemy room was full of hair!! Dog hair, human hair, who knows what other species type of hair I have a rambunctious toddler and she would be full of hair by the end of the day it got on her clothes, in her mouth, everywhere After a complaint, housekeeping was sent to vacuum but, I think that made it worse the cheap vacuum on hand just did not get the job done I would’ve brought my Kirby had I known This is a pet friendly hotel The breakfast was ok, there was not a variety, they served the same thing every day Would I visit againprobably not

Try another place These employees are thieves Cleaning crew stole valuable possessions

Left a dress shirt behind on recent trip Called front desk immediately They stated retrieving item (described it to me for verification) and promised to hold for pick up Still have the voicemail saved Magically, as soon as they learned the value ($800), it mysteriously grew legs and the entire staff developed a case of amnesia!!I would seriously caution anyone from considering this establishment My company, and our colleagues, will be doing the sameCourtyard @ The Colony, congrats on forfeiting $100,000/yr!! You’ve earned the loss

We were pretty happy overall Any real complaints would be woth the other guests We didn’t use much, just the room

The hallways aren’t temperature controlled, so the texas heat the hallways are were very warm but not a big deal since the room was cool The ac is worked fine, though it takes a bit to bring it down, cause I like the room like a freezer Overall it was a nice place We got a sweet with 2 queens and a pull out sofa The beds were pretty nice The pull sofa was the usual for a pull out The one staff member we dealt with was funny and nice I would stay here again, for sureI booked through the app, last minute

Nick Morgan

We came down to celebrate a birthday First we went to the pool with everyone and there was glass in the bottom of the pool so we didn’t stay long Room cleanness looked okay but when we woke up the next morning there were ants all in the bathroom around the toilet and shower area

We ended up checking out early and had to notify the front desk

The Renaissance was my husband and I’s home for five days, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I chose this hotel because of the property’s proximity to food, shopping, and the location of our wedding venue The hospitality was superb! When we first visited the hotel, we were looking for a hotel that would be great for our out of town guests as well as us after our wedding night The hotel staff welcomed us, and we knew right away this would be the location for us

During our stay, the rooms were spacious and clean The bed and pillows were comfortable The bathroom had several amenities that you would need, and the shower was spacious The mood lights were an unexpected nice touch The night of our wedding, we came home to a bottle of champagne and sweets, courtesy of RenaissanceOur event manager Kassie, was pleasant and always was quick to respond to any inquiries I had regarding the property I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Plano area

Tyler and Alyssa with the reception team treated us like royalty Its an excellent venue for a weekend getaway The DJ on Saturday DJ Richy Smart was amazing

Gave us a Vegas vibe minus the having to go to Vegas The Toulouse restaurant next door is absolutely amazing The entire staff at the Renaissance was excellent Whiskey Moon was a lot of fun

I enjoyed a very nice stay here this weekend! Upon arrival, Katie with the front desk helped me check out a room that was perfect for my stay She was lovely, and so was the rest of the hotel staff from the caterers, the management, and the housekeepingThe hotel is new and the rooms are stylish and clean

The hotel is decorated with a very unique Texas Asain fusion and shows in the artwork and design Also, the location is right on the edge of the Legacy outdoor upscale mall If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, special occasion with your SO, or a business trip, this hotel is probably the best in North Dallas/Frisco areaI’d go back in a heartbeat

We recently stayed for a night at this location and were excited to arrive with our past experience with Embassy Suites This location was great but had some setbacks The room condition was excellent, the A/C worked but seemed to be struggling

My wife and I set it to 70 degrees and left the room for the evening and arrived to it still trying to reach 70 degrees It stayed on for the majority of the night trying to cool the room down It did not bother us much, but it was worth mentioning Additionally, we wanted to enjoy the pool and spa later in the evening and found that it was occupied for “swim lessons” The entirety of the pool was coned off and the swim instructors were using all of it My wife and I sat in there for a while hoping that they would finish but had no luck after an hour This was upsetting due to the fact that we paid for a room with the amenities provided but it was being rented out for a local swim school I would hope that Embassy Suites would understand that we are headed into hot summer days and guests will want to use the pool more regularly I would rather go to another hotel down the road that keeps their amenities for guests staying there instead of other local businesses Other than our frustrating pool and spa incident we really enjoyed our stay The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff is very nice!

Meagan Murret

The pool was clean and well maintained The evening reception was fun and did not have long waits for drinks Bartender was friendly and accommodating

Lobby was very pretty Morning breakfast was delicious! Room was clean, AC worked well Only complaint was that the fold out sofa was very uncomfortable and there were no pillows for it The extra blanket was gross and scratchy

Jaysen Bechtel

The first couple of days we stayed here, there was a very strong sewer smell between the lobby and convention center entrance doors The entire hotel was very clean in appearance and I loved the myriad of fountains Our room was very nice except for the fact that the air conditioner did not seem to function

My wife gets sick to the point of nausea in Temps above 67 over a long period of time (hours or sooner if she gets a hot flash) The first night a maintenance worker attempted to fix it The next day we asked the front desk if they had a fan or could we switch rooms They told us that they would get it fixed, but we still returned to a room that was above 74 I went and bought a fanBefore we booked the hotel we read somewhere that they had 24/7 room servicethey do not Room service operates between 5pm and 9pm, and they don’t deliver to the roomyou have to go pick it up Their breakfast setup was great and the food was good They do custom omelets, but nothing else The bartenders were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to take of a room service order that was not correct even though the cook had already closed things downThe pool/gym were clean and well stocked The hot tub did not work the first 5 days we were there It was working 2 days before we left The sauna did not work the entire time we were thereOn our 6th day we upgraded our room so an older son could spend some time with us The room’s AC worked and it was cool enough for my wife not to need a fan The views from both of our rooms was amazing Oh, and FYIlate checkouts cost an extra $25 Not that it really mattered, but we were not informed of this and did not find out until hours later

We just got to stay here for a staff outing in Dallas Me and my guest were very impressed with this hotel At a time when service is dwindling at so many other vendors, this place was a breath of fresh air

Everyone was so nice Everything was so clean Food and drinks were abundant and delicious I will absolutely be staying here the next time we are in Dallas

For the most part, we really loved staying at this hotel The proximity to the mall and local restaurants/shops was fantasticThe employees we engaged with were top tier! Especially the bar staff- Shaun (at the poolside bar) and Malik (at the lobby bar) are gems! The customer service was on point and they genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs

There was also a young employee, Diego, who was being trained at the poolside bar and he was an absolute sweetheart as well We would come to this hotel just to visit the bars againThe rooms were very clean and very modern The water in the bathroom gets plenty hot The a/c didn’t get as cool as I would like at night but I expect that from most hotels so I just bring a small bedside fanThe one thing keeping me from giving that last star, and really if I could have made it a half star I would The house keepers knocked on our door two different days, even though we had the “presently occupied” sign hanging on the door hoping to avoid being disturbed This was our couples getaway weekend and we hoped to sleep in since our children weren’t with us That was ruined two mornings of our stay I’m not sure what the point of the door hangers are if the staff doesn’t pay attention to them After being woken up by the housekeeping staff and telling them we didn’t need service, I could hear them vacuuming the next room and every time they hit the wall with the vacuumThey have room for improvement but overall it was a positive experience We hope to be back soon

Appeared to be a nice hotel from the outside but after checking we couldn’t get into our room because soemthing was wrong with the door handle and we had to wait to be moved into another room

it wasn’t too much of a bother but the new room they moved us in had dirty cleaning supplies left in it from house keeping called the from desk and they assured us the room was cleaned and they would be up to check and get the dirty supplies out but never showed up The boy working the from desk had give us attitude already over the door problem at out first room insisting we weren’t using rhe room key correctlyThey ended up charging us for an additional room and refused to refund just avoid this place there are better places with the same price close by

I’ve stayed here 3 times and love the accommodations: clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect for business stays My flight was super late and the front desk was very accomodating even late at night The food is great and I appreciate that they accommodated special requests for my breakfast

The kitchen has a great happy hour for after-work chill and meet & greet with business contacts Matthew, the Executive Chef made an effort to greet us- a nice personal touch for the hotel’s customer service Quick tip: if you are from out of town be sure to try the locally made Dos Gringos chips and salsa Yummy! I only wish I could get them in Seattle!

Stayed here for a night because my air conditioning went out at home Room is mostly clean, but some spots are lacking where housekeeping could improve There is visible black mold in the sink overflow, the air vents look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, and there’s spots on the wall that look like they were painted over to hide damage

Due to the visible mold in the sink and dust buildup on the vents, for health reasons I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two until these housekeeping issues are resolvedThe front desk service was friendly, but it seemed like their computer systems were slow to process my check-in A delivery driver was made to wait 5-6 minutes to get directions to the room that requested serviceOverall a nice hotel, just needs housekeeping improvement like every other hotel in this price range

My beau came in from out of town and reserved this location The hotel was really nice, very clean I live close to the area and never knew about it

It’s hidden but close to many amenities such as the Stonebriar Mall and right off the Dallas Tollway Very nice ambiance and the hotel is also pet friendly Will definitely stay here again

We had to find a last minute place to stay that had A/C since our house did not This was a relatively nearby hotel that we had points for that would pay for the night, so we made a late night last minute reservation Hotel is fairly new

Everything was nice and clean Nothing fancy, but has everything you need – great shower and comfy bedMarissa was great at the front desk when we arrived Very friendly and efficient The only ding on the service was the person covering the desk when we checked out that couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone (an obvious personal call) to offer any greetingBreakfast was the typical La Quinta fare, which was nice Very good coffee

Thunder Twonk

Had a bad experience with not one but TWO staff members They both seemed like they hated their job – they can’t give you the time of day and they act like they don’t want to be there The rooms are nice – but the experience I had with the staff probably ruined my whole trip

I saw some reviews about this prior to staying… If you don’t mind being disrespectful at a place your paying your hard earned money ! This is the place to stay!

Mr KING ZYDECO

The website says the hotel has truck parking that a Bold Face Lie, this hotel doesn’t have truck parking The hotel shares a parking lot with a restaurant, and on top of that there are big bolder rocks placed around n the parking lot,so big trucks can’t park They trash truck is the only thing that can get fit and get n and out of the parking lot

So if your a truck driver and trying to stay at this hotel don’t You will have to Uber/Lyft yourself to and from The one night I stayed here the guy that checked me in was Very Rude! He refused to answer any of my questions I was asked, Etc He told me he no understand English and that he was in a hurry to get off He’s just on the clock 2 get a paycheckThere’s only one driveway and the hotel and restaurant uses the same driveway Stay at your own Risk

Absolutely loved staying here I see why they got such good ratings We were house-hunting, so it was a 30+ day stay, so it was our home away from home

Thank you Shelley, Vickie and others for such great service I worked in hotel management for almost 20 years and you’re doing it right at Homewood Frisco Keep up the good work!

This is a pretty good hotel come down once a month This is the 1st time at this hotel The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows

The shower is great and is perfect for taller people Tv is a bit small Shampoo and conditioner was enough that I could use one each The front desk lady was a bit condescending when I got there since my friend was there 1st

Everything was amazing from beginning to end We were able to check-in quickly, our room preference was honored, and the front desk was helpful with any questions we had The property is kid friendly which was a plus for us

The basketball court was nice too! The suite was large and clean We accidentally left an item and was able to call and retrieve it a few days later with no problem The Wednesday happy hour was a nice touch as was the breakfast Each employee was welcoming Recommend 10/10!

I stayed recently for 10 days Just to let you know I am a Platinum frequent traveler in multiple airlines and have stayed all over the US and overseas This hotel has to be one of the cleanest and friendly staff I have ever met in my life and travel!

Everyone is very helpful but the cleaning crew is out of this world I have never seen so much detail and help from everyone at a particular hotel at this service level The furniture, appliances and room size are incredible If you are in Dallas this is the place to stay!! Also the area is fantastic and lots of restaurants near by!

Yami Vargas

We stayed at this Homewood Suites for nearly 6 months due to a fire at our home We could not have asked for a better stay Everyone who worked there is extremely kind and thoughtful

It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had lots of events for guests Blanca, the housekeeping manager, does a tremendously good job And last but not least, all the front desk staff were very kind They made this difficult situation much easier and we would recommend this hotel to anyone

The Hyatt Place at The Colony is astonishing to say the least I loved my stay here in my quality room which felt like a suite The TV can be quite hard to navigate, but I eventually figured it out

I love the comfort of the beds The lobby is super nice and if you need to study or anything, you can hang out there or even outdoors Restrooms in the hotel rooms are nice as well I would give this place a 10/10 and recommend it to anybody looking for a quality hotel room and lobby Thanks, Hyatt Place for meeting my expectations and more!

Wes at the front desk was great at check-in and throughout my two night stay! She made the hotel feel like a second home the lobby is a nice area to hang out and play some pool or shuffle board Although the pool was a little bit cloudy during my stay the maintenance team looked to be cleaning it as i was leaving the hotel on my last day

I would recommend this hotel for a family getaway but the rooms are fairly small and not very spacious for tons of kids!

Jackie Hindley NE-OMAHA

My stay was excellent! Friendly staff, especially West at the front desk The room was wonderful; most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Everything I needed was available Great breakfast choices

I enjoyed the pool and there is also a workout room and an activity area that includes a pool table, games, and activities I felt safe and welcome every time I entered I have already recommended Tru by Hilton in The Colony to others Thanks for everything!

Tom Merrill

Friendly staff but cannot recommend anyone staying here I understand this is supposed to be a budget friendly hotel but they take it a bit too far They leave the thermostats on heat to ensure the A/C doesn’t run between guests

Also they turn the hot water off at night So if you have any early AM departure, plan for a cold shower Certainly will wake you up!

The Hotel is nice and comfortable A lot of guests coming for meeting and conventions Full bar inside very good and of course always full at night

A nice patio area with comfortable seats and wonderful fire pit in the middle of the patio for everyone to enjoy Room, we was not lucky at all we open the room door and the room was very nice tree people and only one bed🤦bathroom a little strange logistics but very modern One big wood door to separate the complete bath shower,- sink and toilet no door All space waste and just one person can use at the time because toilet don’t have separation So big and modern but only for one guest Amenities, a not working hairdryer , old and with tapes marks like we’re fixed in some point( I have to call ,11pm for a replacement) a fridge disconnected, try to be nice and useful but the cable was stock behind the furniture and water under fridge( Do guest supposed to do the repairs and inspection after open the room door🤦) Incredible high hotel with so poor services But the braking point was 1- three guest and one bed, attendance at check in don’t even mentioned not even noticed? So right away she order an extra bed?) we have to get the surprise at the moment we open the door and do our own process to go down and be sure the unprofessional desk attendant write the request, wait and be pending the bed was in place at the time we returned 2- a window with a wall view🤷 Who design this hotel? It’s not a cheap hotel at least advance that the second floor rooms have window but not viewvery dissatisfied Having the best expectations for a Hilton, the lobby was so nice and near to nice restaurant and a shock to find so many unnecessary issues to care care for I am a guest not a repair on callanyway no choice to stay 3 daysPlease retrain employees so guests can have more time to enjoy the stay

My husband and i have stayed at this hotel several times and we can’t say enough good things about it! We have also had family and friends stay here when they come to visit The location is great, it’s close to pretty much anything you need It’s beautiful, walking distance to restaurants and shops

The customer service is excellent and it’s super clean I also love the pool hours, most hotel pools close early but this one is open until 11 which is amazing! We live a few miles away but always come to this one when wanting a little getaway, sometimes we prefer this hotel over downtown!

Shehan Fernandez

We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Dallas/Plano area Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff was friendly and helped us navigate our way to the room The room was without a doubt clean and had pretty much all the necessities

Vending machines were out of stock on multiple floors They do charge an $18 parking fee, and you’re welcome to park your vehicle in the parking lot located at the entrance There are so many restaurants and shops to try around the area as well Overall experience was overwhelmingly positive at this hotel

The staff was professional and nice The rooms were clean, and the air-conditioning worked well The bathrooms were clean, but there’s not enough room between the toilet and the sink

The ice machines weren’t working, so I was brought a pitcher of ice to the desk The AC in the hallway wasn’t working It seemed the hallway on the third floor was open to the outsideand during temperatures in the upper 90’s! We picked the Holiday Inn Express and booked for that hotel, but we found out that it was and had been closed (Not mentioned on the website) Fortunately, we were able to deduce that we were changed to the Holiday Inn next doorApparently, the three hotels that are next to each other (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Stay Bridge) are all under the same managementToday when we went to have our complimentary breakfast we were informed that they didn’t have anyone to cover breakfast today, BUT we were welcome to go two blocks down to the Stay Bridge where breakfast was being provided

Erika Nunez

By far the worst experience ever! Booked this reservation in advance and called the day of my reservation to notify front desk I will be arriving but late to make sure I would have a room to stay in When arriving front desk notified me that they didn’t have my room that I booked ( 2 queen beds) I traveled with my family of 4 and she requested I stay in a king bed

I told her that wasn’t except-able then she proceeded to tell me that her only choice was to cancel my reservation She didn’t try to accommodate or help in any Talking to me rude, disrespectful and as if I was stupid I was out for over 2 hrs trying to find a place to stay cause everything in Dallas and fort worth area was booked This time frame was from 11:30 to 1:30 Always over booked and they never help with accommodating! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Luke R

Traveled with my sons soccer team, families that booked through a 3rd party site all had their reservations canceled even though it was booked months before The families that booked directly through the hotel even just days before had their reservations honoredItalia working the front desk was extremely rude and of zero help

Edit in response to the owner: You say you have no control over the 3rd party, you were the ones who cancelled our reservations the day of arrival So, no, I don’t believe what you’re saying You are the ones that chose to overbook and cancel ours
