Had a big family reunion at the hotel! They were very accommodating with the family, with all of the check ins and the use of the Catalina room for games and activitiesOur specific room had a lovely view of the ocean The sliding glass door to our room had great noise canceling as well

We were able to hear live music from a local car show with it open and then close it to take a nap Great room, clean and functional, no issues!

Christina

Checking in for our reservation was fast and the hotel is walking distance to the pier The hotel is decorated nicely There is a bar in the middle of the lobby as well as a gift shop

My room had a decent view of the ocean and was a nice size The bed soft and comfy For one night the room was about $250, parking $32 and deposit $100

This Sonesta is outstanding The staff were wonderful, especially Angel Luis, the manager, was amazing

The only downside is the parking situation The fees are high and the automated system was not functioning People playing their personal music by the pool was irritating; especially the young kids and their heavy metal sounds We had to close our doors and go inside, despite having notified the front desk It would have been handy to have a restaurant on site

The Belamar has been our favorite hotel before being apart of Hilton and only became better after, as we are Hilton Honors Members currently The location itself is on the edge of a residential and commercial area in Manhattan Beach Ca As soon as you pull into the driveway you get a sense of a calmer, cozier era

Walking into the lobby you are welcomed by an eclectic theme and smiling faces From the record collection inside the door, to the open lobby surrounded by windows and the white stone floors it is truly an experience You feel as if Rock Hudson or Audrey Hepburn may stroll by at any moment The standard rooms are clean and neat with a record player at the ready The room in minimally furnished with plenty of artistic expression on the walls The large Television can break the magic but is a must for any weary traveler to relax with The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the Bar/Restaurant is now open with plenty of treats for any pallet There is just something about this location that has brought us back every chance we get

Brandon Frandsen

Beautiful southern California inspired hotel, room was well furnished, light and comfortable, I was asked to get lots of work done without getting distracted or uncomfortable The record player in my room was a unique experience enhancing touch Balcony was great when it was warm out

It is off a busy road so I heard of people having complaints about noise but I didn’t notice it from my room

My family staying here after an accident at my parents home Staff helped us get adjoining rooms on 1 hour notice Then helped us move parents to the closest handicapped-accessible toom within a week

Breakfasts are wholesome and variety is good Cleaning staff is accommodating Rooms are generally quiet Gated parking is a plusThe only thing is that carpet and hard floors are so old and dirty they are sticky and socks turn black in a day Would love it if floors were steam cleaned periodically

We had a nice stay at this hotel and it was a positive experience overall We arrived a little bit early, around 1:30pm and we pre-checked in so that once our room was ready we could head up We were excited to try the restaurant but it closes and every customer must be out by 2pm

Seems a strange time to close down when you’re most likely to have guests waiting around for their rooms, interested in having drinks and food while they wait This was very inconvenient and one reason for a loss of a star The room was clean and pleasant with a lovely balcony Large shower with a tub inside, great bathroom with bidet and heated toilet seat Room was tidy, although desk chair was worn, with parts of the fabric missing It was fine I also took off a star for the exercise room They have one treadmill, one elliptical, one bicycle, and a couple of weight machines No free weights at all, not a single one There is one single mat to be used and that’s it I guess the guests here don’t tend to exercise much This was a disappointment for me, as I counted on at least a couple of free weights Parking was easy and overall we did enjoy our stay They only clean every other day, so if you’re staying for two nights like we did, you will not have your room cleaned during your stay

M Z

I’m very impressed by the tidiness of the facility and the hospitality of the staff here The room was sparkling clean and made me feel extremely COVID-safe I really loved the oversized shower tube and the super comfy bed

In addition, the restaurant affiliated with the hotel has very high quality food I loved the unagi don I ordered Make sure you order ahead of time because they can be busy during dinner rush hours!

Andrew “Andy” Davis

This is a gem of a hotel located near Torrance with its own parking lot and extended lot for events The entrance is quite striking with blossom trees and very well kept entrance in keeping with the Japanese style The lobby sports a simple entrance with hotel lobby and check-in on the right and the Japanese restaurant directly opposite the entrance

There is a stunning fire built into the wall between the lobby and the bar in the restaurant also Rooms are a good sized and very well equipped King size bed is very comfortable and the room has a good tv with many channels to keep everyone happy Each room has a balcony with full height windows that can slide open to allow fresh air to enter There is a safe and a jewelry store and the room also comes equipped with tea and coffee and a coffee machine along with an iHome music player A working table with plugs for notebook and computer connectivity adjoins the window area making for a relaxing place to work The bathroom is well equipped with a toilet and bidet and a deep Japanese style bath for relaxing and a wet room shower AVeda shampoo and conditioners and bath salts are provided and available on request The hotel prides itself on its covid policy with each room being cleaned to a very high standard which gives confidence to guests Staying here is nice, it’s quiet so easy to work or relax There are antibacterial dispensers located in the elevators and a snack bar downstairs along with an ATM I highly recommend this hotel Great service, wonderful staff, super clean and totally in keeping with Japanese style with an awesome on-site Japanese restaurant on the ground floor

My wife and I were traveling recently and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights The hotel was clean, the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful The interior courtyard had a pool and fire pit which was a nice peaceful area with mature palms and nice landscaping

We used the laundry facilities, everything worked great Overall, a great experience and we would recommend this hotel to all travelers BTW, this is a pet friendly hotel,

I had a great 1 night stay here last week Outstanding staff, highlighted by Lawrence and Rafael who were both very accommodating of me and some special needs I had while my dog battles down the street for her health Sonesta Select in Torrance is a warm, thoughtfully appointed environment in which to stay and work

They have a nice private courtyard with a pool and many outside tables They have a coffee bar, and the best feature of all is their massive lobby filled with tons of tables, chairs, TV’s and private booths This is a great place to take a meeting or get work done The beds and pillows are comfortable and most rooms have a narrow balcony if you need to burn one (which I don’t) The rooms are really clean Welcome to the West Coast, Sonesta I’m impressed

TheBayArea831

We enjoyed our stay The lobby is clean and staff is very helpful They have a coffee station in the lobby

Computers with a printer Parking is free, plenty of it The room was good Had big windows, I was able to keep a good eye on my car 🙂 They offer a pool with sitting areas Gas fire pit was cool Only reason I did not give 5 stars, there was leftover garbage in hall from the previous people that used the room We were not able to make coffee in the room, it was not stocked up with creamer/sugar But we will stay again if we are in the area

The beds are the absolute worse! The bed is extremely hard, you can feel every spring digging into your back, makes the loudest noise with every move! It was hard to stay asleep when you u consciously shift in your sleep If you have back problems this will definitely make you sufferI advised the staff serval times and even 1 week ahead of time

I would require a 1st floor room with immediate access to outside since I have trouble with stairs due to an injury When it was time to check in they said I had to go a second floor room, that had no immediate access to outside for fresh air When I went to complain because it’s difficult and painful to go up and down stairs, they brushed me off with the absolute worst customer service No sorrys just shrugs and oh wells Even got some attitude when I complain that I kept checking in to make sure they know I needed an outside room being on the first floor, can you believe that?!They have a tiny little trash can for their kitchen which is ridiculous since you can fit anything in it especially when you have an entire kitchen The cooking ware looks very run downAlso I find it very awkward and weird how the vents are so conveniently facing the bed, which I advised y’all checking before doing anythingAlso the room we were in had this huge window that faces the living room and part of the bedroom And the ONLY curtain u can close was a SHEER SEE THRU curtain!!!!!! Talk about not being able to walk comfortably thru the room without the possibility of someone looking inside! It was beyond stupid and lack of privacy!I found it very inconvenient and weird how the card you use to open your room can be deactivated if accidentally brushed against your phoneI’m also shocked there was no jacuzzi, very disappointedAlso found yellow stains on our white bed It looked fresh and it made me feel disgustedTheir breakfast was not appetizing, if you take the risk of staying here , you will see what I mean when you go down to breakfastOverall I don’t recommend coming here Sticking with the resident inn by Marriott As someone who is well traveled, this is not the place

Amazing service!!!Definitely recommend for clean rooms and tons of space for hosting eventsWe just hosted our wedding at this location and were AMAZED at how great the service wasThis particular Marriott’s Senior Event Manager, Elissa, truly went above-and-beyond in ensuring we received all the help we needed, fulfilled every request, and was very proactive from day 1

Our guests who stayed at this hotel also told us about how much they enjoyed their stay, as this is a place that has pretty much everything on site (restaurant, coffee place, room service, etc) It was close enough to the freeways to allow for an easy drive in and was right across the street from a major shopping center, so it was in a pretty nice and lively areaThe hotel staff were also very accommodating with all of our guests who checked in, as I remember we had a few folks who needed XYZ support and it seemed like they definitely got it when they arrivedI also found this hotel to be very military friendly, as we had a small military service held here and they seemed more than okay with us doing our thingAlthough it is a bit pricey, I think it is well worth it because it seems like the staff and management really go all out to support the guests and ensure they have what they needI would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host a major event (they have HUGE ballrooms that take up 3 floors of space!) and I’d also recommend it to anyone looking for a nice room to stay in with easy access to local food and drink, as they have both on siteIf you do plan to host an event here (like a wedding or a work meeting or whatever), I would highly recommend Elissa as she was really great to us and gave us a ton of supportThank you, Elissa!

Rooms are nice Looks like it was recently renovated Hotel is very busy; hard to get any upgrades

Very convenient to the mall next doorStaff very friendly and professional While they weren’t able to check me in when I arrived, they did their best to get me a decent room as soon as possible

Iwanda Williams

The hotel itself is beautiful But when I made my reservations and paid for this room, I was not informed that it was a hold of $100 per night until I arrived at the hotel The manager did reduce the hold but I ask for the corporate office number

Everything I call the number it’s a fast busy signal I will not stay at this overrated hotel again

We booked this hotel last minute when we extended our stay in the LA area I was able to get a discount code directly on their site and the cost was very reasonable for the location and facilities We didn’t get to check out all the amenities but those we saw/experienced were great

We had come from a nearby 5 star resort and to be honest, our room and in room amenities were nicer at Shade Though we didn’t use it, we appreciated the availability of the stocked mini bar Lighting in the room was fun, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bath was fantastic On top of the usual bathroom stuff (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc) they had a toorhbrush/paste kit and fantastic smelling bath salts They also greeted us with cookies, can’t go wrong with that, ha ha! We were also able to check in quite early which was great since we had to check out of our other hotel at 11 The *only* not ideal part was the walk to the beach but we knew about that when booking so I definitely don’t hold that against them It wasn’t super far but would be a bit of work if you were wanting to take enough stuff for a day out on the beachWe didn’t get the chance to check out the rooftop pool We noticed at both hotels we visited they closed the pools at sunset which was new to us and inconvenient during early sundown months but wouldn’t deter me from staying again Just a head’s up for future visitors

I am in love with the Shade Hotel!! We had such a fantastic 2 night stay as well as our wedding at the hotel and it was all a dream Every room is superbly comfortable, location is great, staff is amazing and whole overall vibe is wonderful! So many seafood dining options around!I will come back!!!! It’s gorgeous!Would also be perfect not to have neighbors with a barking dog 24/7 I don’t know why such a nice places allow loud animals to the hotel… this part is disappointing

Sorry this review is long but it is a helpful review and hopefully will answer a lot of questions I will book this hotel again for sure While looking for a hotel for our family vacation my husband wanted a Double Tree or Hilton but honestly this being a 3 star hotel, with a Google rating of 4

5 stars, I think I got a better deal here at this Best Western Especially compared to $400 a night Nah we got a way better deal and way better bang for our buck here at the Best Western The rooms were clean and at the price I booked I thought I was just getting 2 beds and a desk, but I actually got a loveseat, and 3 chairs not counting the chair that was with the desk Lamps so I didn’t have to have to have the room super bright I was able to also have it nice and dim Great AC We booked for 3 nights Room service came everyday even though all we needed was the trash taken out and fresh towels everyday I worked at a Hilton was I was younger and we didn’t even ask guest if they needed fresh towels until the 3rd or 4th day Free parking, we even had 2 cars 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby No coffee maker in the rooms though I felt that was ok, because going out of my room to the lobby gets me a couple of steps in Have to have your key car for even the elevator to work, which I honestly appreciate the extra security Some may not like that but I don’t blame hotels having to go through extra measures because of misuse of rooms and reasons for booking A wide variety of breakfast options from yogurt and oatmeal to eggs, burritos, pastries, bagels, cereals, waffles, fresh fruit It was even better then the Hilton I used to work at, and that was a new Hotel when I worked there, had only been open 1 year Very kid friendly hotel, the breakfast room has beautiful decor and ample seating for families Me, my husband and 3 kids, (ages 13, 10, 2), very much enjoyed this hotel and seen other families having a good time too

Had a nice stay here I have to admit the neighborhood looked a little rough when we pulled in, but all the people we met were nice There is only one entrance area with fences everywhere, and they have covered parking

Never had an issue with safetyThere is a taco bell, 7-11, and burger King within walking distance, as well as a gas station There is a food4less and CVS pharmacy around 2 miles awayThe free breakfast was nice, my kids loved the options they had, like cereal, oatmeal, eggs, hashbrowns and pastries They even had a hot chocolate machine, my fav!Rooms were nice and clean The counter in our room had a crack in the side that had collected dirt and looked dingy but not a big deal Just normal wear and tear for a hotel Nice big shower and they gave us orange scented lotions and shampoos Pool was tiny and gets very chilly in the eveningWe drove to Crystal Cove Beach because it was cleaner and more family friendly Took 50 min but worth it Wanted to try the free Getty museum but ran out of time We visited the Old LA Zoo and that was fun Would stay here again for sure

Claudia Rodriguez

Didn’t like the location at first but liked that there’s a few drive thru restaurants near by Rooms were not so clean carpet was dirty

crumbs in the drawers not enough towels and toilet paper no blankets for sofa-bedbreakfast was not the greatest same thing everyday but better than nothing waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, bagels cereal, oatmeal some fruit breakfast was over at 9 not 10 it ended as soon as everything was gone lady didn’t care to refillparking lot was filthy we saw a couple of hookers on the parking lotbut the rooms were very spacious bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed in beds were comfy but the pillows were tiny and not comfortablemicro and fridge were a plus

THIS IS A REVIEW ONLY ABOUT THEIR WEDDING EVENT OFFERINGSMy fiancee reached out to the hotel regarding having our wedding ceremony and reception there We met with what I presume is their Event Planner person Some of our family came along, so we could get their opinion as well

The Planner seemed to initially mislead us on the pricing, because all of us recalled her saying the per person price accounted for everything No mention of separate ceremony and reception room fees (which makes sense to us now) So, when we received a price estimate for a wedding package, it was much higher than the approximate calculations we previously did during our visit We brushed it off as a misunderstanding on our partA few weeks later we met with the Planner again, to try to bring the price down She mentioned the possibility of doing a day time wedding, which would be about $3000 cheaper We liked the idea, and provided updated information to the Planner She calculated an approximate total cost and we liked what we saw She said she would send us an official updated estimate in email My fiancee said the Planner said she would send it over the weekend, but she never did Finally, the following weekend my fiancee emailed the Planner asking for an update, to which the Planner replied that she was going to call my fiancee but realized she didn’t have her number She then asked for my fiancee to email her number to her We called BS on this, because the Planner had a whole week to do as she said she would, and never emailed my fiancee asking for any additional contact information until she was contacted by my fiancee My fiancee nevertheless gave her phone number, and the Planner didn’t call her that dayA week or so later, the Planner gets back to my fiancee, informing her that the Director said they won’t allow us to do a day time wedding on the day we want (a weekday), because they have businesses at the hotel during the week days This was not listed on the pamphlet for the wedding package offerings, and the Planner didn’t mention such a restriction eitherNeedless to say, we decided to not have our wedding at the Portofino Hotel Their customer service was horrible and they were unprofessional in their lack of effective and timely communication Such behavior is extremely disappointing, especially since it has to do with such a very important and special day, the planning of which is already stressful enough Get your act together Portofino People, because you look ridiculous

Markelle Reilly

Do not recommend This hotel was NOT worth the money Literally the only good thing was the view

$32 for parking is absolutely ridiculous being that we paid $400 per night for a small room that had no microwave We ordered room service for breakfast and got the notification saying it would be up to our room in about 30 minutes Hour and a half later it never showed up We couldn’t get ahold of the hotel or the restaurant to find out what was going on We finally got fed up with waiting and checked out My husband got this hotel as a surprise for our anniversary and we’ve honestly had a better stay at a Best Western that was way cheaper! I wouldn’t pay more that $200 for this hotel They’re basically robbing everyone

Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights The room was clean and spacious I did not really talk to the staff much because I did contactless check-in and check-out

The only staff member I really spoke to was housekeeping because we needed fresh towels and rags She did not seem too friendly with helping me out with that as she kind of had an attitude about it but I don’t like reusing my used towels and rags This hotel was the closest place to LAX where we could have free parking (10 miles from the airport) which was not too bad at all I would recommend staying here Even though we did not get to go they did have dining there as well as a swimming pool Beautiful hotel

This place is kept up for what it is however I wouldn’t suggest spending more than $100 a night There was no pen and paper, no microwave, no furniture on the balcony that are attached to the room, pillows are rather small, and my bathroom smelled like a sewer The location was great, a lot of things in walking distance

Would I stay here again? Yesas long as I’m paying 3 star prices

Location is OK and staff is nice and professional which is why I give a 2 star rating to this hotelI checked in late and did not check the room location: I was on 2nd floorWhen I woke up in the middle of the night with a really loud noise, I discovered room was in front of the huge AC unit of the building

I could not sleep again as it was so awfully noisy See photo to see my “view” from the roomI can understand that there is this type of issues, but room like this should be heavily discountedBe warry of this if you decide to book there

This was an upscale hotel which seemed to be nicer than the area it was in The staff was attentive and very friendly The facility was young and in top condition

The beds were full size – queens would be much betterThey had clear security measures in place everywhere While I appreciate them keeping me safe, it made me think that the measures might be necessary and therefore I wasn’t as relaxed as I wanted to beWe stayed here for proximity to LAX for a morning flight and we would be happy to do so again

The rely is not true I did not receive 20% off for my inconvenience My card was charged $454

00 for 2 nights I will post receipts if you post another misleading rely Upon my 2 day visit to the holiday Inn I was put in a room with a toilet that went out I was informed the hotel was sold out I had to remain in the room (GROSS) I did remain because checkout was at 11 am I ask for a credit for my inconvenience I was told a manager would have to contact me While checking out, I asked again and the staff spoke loudly you want a discount I found that rather ignorant and felt uncomfortable I was told I would get 20% off and it never happened Bottomline, I never received a credit and my $5000 hold was never removed from my credit card The staff act like they don’t understand English I don’t recommend this location

Hotel is kind like not close to anything walkable and the restaurant has limited hours Just a “bulk hotel” with lots and lots of people but, the rooms are quiet Beds were comfy, great size pool and jacuzzi

Breakfast: you’ll probably end up paying for it so I’ll recommend to go somewhere else for that 4 stars based on the restaurant hours and that they’ve wanted to charge me for breakfast (you have to order whst you want so you better have an extra 20 minutes under your belt)

Stayed a week on Family vacationIn a pretty good location, fairly close to several attractions/entertainment options Beautiful beach within 8min of hotel; Manhattan Beach/Pier (Less busy than Santa Monica)Good staff service, with good breakfast, and reception food n beverage options

The Hotel does a decent job keeping the facility and rooms clean Just needs to be cleaned more frequently, if possible, and a little more thoroughlyOverall, a pretty satisfactory stay for the week!!!

Hai Parnes

The hotel located on the 405 But you don’t hear nothing They’re very kind clean, and just did remodel

Very good service! very recommend!! we had a lot of fun and a answer of all our requestLess good: If the Check is in 15:00 the room will not be ready before! also we were there 14 nights and the GYM where close because of broken mirror that didn’t fixed!but still we are recommended for this place the feeling it’s good you will love it

JF FK

Overall the staff in the kitchen area really made our stay pleasant The Mexican and Filipino lady always greeted us with a smile each morning and offered to make waffles prior to it being busy, the free dinner offered from Mon-Thurs was an extra added bonus too, free wine selections and beer craft on tap The ladies offered to take our plates it was next level service

The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing only down fall was the fact that house keeping is only offered on certain days unless you request it with 24hours notice No daily house keeping Parking was $18 per day Another issue I had was they only had one set of elevators so if your room is on the other side of the building it was a far walk to the elevators There was stairs but it could be an issue if you have to carry things up etc overall nice hotel

We came here for a two-day retreat and had a fabulous time due to the attentiveness of the staff Our event planner, Danielle, was outstanding as well as Jesse, who took care of our every need, and Joshua, who provided delicious, carefully curated and crafted breakfast and lunch – he took the time to listen to our vegan and gluten-free staff to cook specialty meals for them, as if they had their own private chef We had such a good, relaxing time and the front desk staff made us feel at home

Enjoyed the fitness room and other amenities in this sweet little hotel It’s sitting there off the freeway so it’ looks ominous But it’s so quietly and lovely inside

Mario de la Pena

Front desk staff was warm and welcoming But the hotel room itself wasn’t that great The smoke detector was barely secured and was just hanging by the wires

The bathroom sink had a strong unpleasant odor whenever you run water The bathtub plug was missing The carpet was dirty The refrigerator’s shelving was not installed correctly The hallways smelled like weed(but thats probably from the other guests) Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40am asking when we will be checking out which is contrary to what they advertise(staff will not bother you unless you ask for service) Breakfast costs $12 for continental or $16 for hot food, which isn’t worth it I don’t think I would return to stay at this location in the future

Miki Murphy

Hotel was average Had noisy neighbors didn’t sleep Although did get informed of free breakfast when arrived by cold food selection was actually 16 dollars When requested room to be cleaned as staying the week (per signs in room) was told they don’t clean them and I could borrow a vacuum if I wanted

Covid mask mandates are lifted, not sure what the reason a room can’t be cleaned Or remove signs that say you can request room cleaning during your stay

First thing that stood out to me was the amazing customer service! I stayed here May 21st and did a late check in at around 9 pm there was a young lady and young man working they did an amazing job with assisting me Everything went so smoothly the next morning the same young lady helped me again as well! the property is beautiful and so are the rooms! Will def be staying here more often! Thank you Residence Inn LA Redondo Beach for everything!!

Jon Beacher

I was afraid of the road noise facing the highway, but they have double glass city windows that drowns out all the car noise The bed was very comfortable and stellar free breakfast The lobby has a very homely feel with a fireplace and many tables

Fire pit outside was amazing and the front desk people are charming I would definitely stay here again

Morgan Roberts

It wasn’t great It was average You get what you pay for so don’t expect much

This isn’t a luxury hotel They charge 20 a night for parking, which seems a little expensive and unnecessary for self park The hot breakfast only existed for 2 mornings The rest was pre packaged sandwiches Room was 50 feet from fwy and loud Customer service was the best part and the comfy beds!

Probably the worse experience we had with customer service in this town The front desk was very rude and made a horrible first impression to us and our family friend’s on day 1 It was very clear that management was horrible and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in the hotel industry

Some positive things? The location is good Adjacent to some great restaurants and it’s on a quieter side of the area which was niceThe pool gets full sun which is nice and never gets talked about It’s nice if you want to get away from the hectic beach and sandGood value for the facility/rooms and cleanliness Parking is easy and it’s a quiet areaThe facility would be great if the front desk and management wasn’t horrible This is why they deserved 1 star Paying several hundreds a day to be talked to like you’re about to be evicted for not paying your rent is not cool

James Kolb

The hotel is at a great location, but FAR from being considered a true Hilton property The hotel and bar offer absolutely nothing complimentary (Coffee, tea or even water), breakfast items are a menu choice and are very healthy, but a little pricey The rooms are very comfortable and spacious

The staff was accommodating and friendlyThe pool and hot tub are clean and comforting, however the entire pool area had ONE functioning umbrella for a dozen plus chaise lounges When asked maintenance if they had more umbrellas, he stated parts are on order! Overall…very satisfied

Brian Martino

This is the perfect place for quiet, fun, rest, and relaxation The rooms are perfectly appointed Beautiful oceanfront view from my suite

My meal from foodservice was delivered quickly and friendly and was set up unobtrusively The steak was cooked perfectly! Which is saying something since its difficult to find a rare steak in SCalifornia! The check-in process was seamless and was made to feel valued The staff is just incredible, everyone! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

This is the second time staying here and I plan on booking again in the future! The staff is always friendly and the cleaning staff is just wonderful and kind! The first time there was a different variety every other day for breakfast This time unfortunately it was the same stuff everyday and I would rather not warm my frozen food with the plastic on it in a microwave but that seemed to be the only option they have now And the washer/dryer definitely need an update

Other then that it was great as usual Again I want to applaud the GREAT staff!

Gwen

Check in was a breeze, I got there early and it wasn’t a problemThe beds were to low and to soft forThere were several outlets near the bed which is a plus due to medical equipmentThis hotel is near the freeway and close to several restaurants

There were too many compact parking spaces which is minor but can be inconvenient if coming in late and you have to walk around the building by yourselfI didn’t eat breakfast I only seen pork products however I did like the fact that it was individually wrapped There were bagels and other stuff but we passedEveryone that I came in contact with was very nice and helpful Even though the bed wasn’t for me but the location is everything I would stay again

Great for a short stayFrom bad to good

The bad 1) Our air didn’t work Hot or cold 2) Our room was not serviced or cleaned I’m not sure if we had to request this But most hotels (even small motels) do this automaticallyNot a deal breaker but worth noting 1) Small continental breakfast 2) Bad location for the TV It was in the middle of where the bed was and the couch was So bad angle and hurts your neck after a whileGood 1) The beds were extremely comfortable 2) Staff was nice and courteous 3) Good hotel location 4) Fair pricing 5) Pretty quiet for a hotel so close to the airport 6) Air purifier in the room adds a nice touch 7) Desk was perfect to get some work done
