First of all, front desk staff is outstanding No problems with them However, condition of the room was atrocious

They don’t provide maid service during stays and the condition of the room indicated that they didn’t do a very thorough job cleaning before I checked inAt one time, this may have been a good place to stay, especially with the restaurants and stores within walking distance, but the entire area has gotten a little shady We actually witnessed a dealer throwing a little baggy out of his car window for one of his customers at the Circle K close to the hotel

Shawna Christianson

Our family stayed here for a night while we were vacationing in the area When we checked into our room we noticed our sink was clogged I went back down to the front desk and Kristen was very helpful in getting us a new room

They were sold out for the room that we had originally book so she upgraded us to a studio The room was big and clean We were impressed with all the little things that were available in our room like a roll a paper towels by the sink and nicer name brand (nutrogena) toiletries than we had expected in the bathroom The continental breakfast was good I was impressed with all the little options they had to customize your breakfast just the way you would want When we come back down to this area we will definitely be staying here again All the staff was very friendly Thank you again Kristen for taking care of us and helping us with switching our room

Jason Herr

Pool had been closed for over a month, yet they don’t tell you that when you call or list on website Make sure you ask if pool is open Also, the usual profit maximization for corporate by only getting housekeeping if you specifically request it

They don’t tell you that at front desk when you check inStaff was good and free breakfast was good Very nice being close to Bass Pro shops and restaurants, all walking distance

Checked in extremely exhausted I have Diamond Status at Hilton’s The girl at the front desk said she put me away from the highway after I asked her several times

I also have in my profile away from the elevator She said she looks at everyone’s profiles to make sure she places them by their preferences I laid down in bed The traffic noise is terrible Also my door is the closest to the elevator I say know your product Know what you’re selling A restful nights sleep and keeping your promises to your guests She did offer to move me but I’m already in bedAnother sleepless night in a hotel with highway traffic as loud as can be

The room was clean along with the common areas The location of the hotel was easy to get in and out of with a short drive to the interstate and a stones throw from Starbucks, fuel stations, and a short drive to various dining options Stayed in the hotel for a wedding weekend and the staff were accommodating

The continental breakfast isn’t anything special but I had no problem finding something to eat Plenty of options The options changed daily They would serve an egg option of sorts, a potato, and usually some sausage They would also rotate between waffles, pancakes, and french toast There are also lighter options with fruit, yogurt, and bagelsI didn’t get a chance to use the pool It’s an outdoor heated pool I heard it looked nice Overall I recommend this hotel for a fair rate and nice rooms that seemed to have been updated recently Water pressure for the shower was lacking at times but the newer shower was clean and not damaged I plan on staying at the hotel again

Lttldevl0

We absolutely loved our room and the front desk was very helpful with recommending doordash for pizza delivery And we really enjoyed being able to get coffee any time of day or night They had a grab and go breakfast which we really enjoyed other than you have to take it to your room to heat up this sandwich or the burrito

If you are planning to actually grab and go Make sure you have access to a microwave The beds were really comfortable and and for a hotel really quiet The lobby was very clean and I loved the smell of the hallways it didn’t smell stale If you’re going out this way I would highly recommend staying here

Grace Garcia

If I could give zero stars I would This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at It felt like a horror movie scene

The bathroom was so nasty Blood or vomit all over the toilet bowl Sheets on the bed smelled and we’re not wash They switched us rooms to a more “updated room” and the handle for the shower faucet was broken Send an email to the manager of this hotel over a week ago and still no response Disgusting place never staying here again

This local gem helped make 2 days completely comfortable Everywhere else had no vacancies and I stumbled upon this place as a complete accident The room was spotless, AC worked great, and the bed was very comfortable – which makes all the difference in my opinion

Staff was polite and respectful, which I appreciated I definitely recommend anybody to stay here if needed Thanks for the hospitality Hacienda!

With the review is the way they’re listed come up either they have a very high rating or a very low rating, it’s almost impossible to tell reality from fiction I’m assuming this is a small family-run operation come up that rents to low-income homeless and transitional housing Did not find any bug or rodent infestations, however I was only there for about 9 hours before I head to return to work

Mary Bagorio

Very down home real people, managers that care about thier guests enough to help in any way possible Items you might have forgotten, they will loan you If they have it, you’ve got it

One of the less expensive motels but the towels are nice, the rooms are decent, and the atmosphere friendly and helpful Convenient location, close to food, grocery and convenience stores, even the hospital Nightly and weekly rates

We’ve stayed in Tracy, California a few times, and this has been the best hotel so far The staff was super friendly and the building felt clean and updated The room furniture was well thought out with plenty of counter and bench space

Great lighting and charging options The breakfast was a hit with my boys, but gluten-free options are quite limited This location is close to In-N-Out 😁

james farner

First room I was given had the foul odor of cigarettes, tried to call down to front desk but the quick buttons on the phone didn’t work They gave me a new room and everything was fine until just before 5am That’s when someone’s car alarm was continually going off until reset and then again and again and continued until after 6am

When I talked to the Manager he said he wasn’t aware of it and hadn’t heard from any other employee about the issue I know they could hear it as I was on the third floor, opposite end of the car Just seems like they don’t care about issues as even the smoke smell in the room should have been brought to someone’s attention before letting someone check in

We stayed here 2 weeks ago (7/24-7/25) it was not the best experience (bugs in the room & super loud toliet like after you flush it would wine for about 2 minutes) but it was cheap and they let us have our dog for a reasonable fee However upon trying to get a room tonight (8/5) I was told absolutely not my medium (35ish pound) dog was absolutely to big and they can’t accommodate us anymore Seems a bit ridiculous that what was okay 2 weeks ago is no longer okay

Eddie Rodriguez

Were staying here from out of state for several weeks The place is clean and safe The owner is very attentive to whatever we need

It is not “in town” but it’s worth the short drive to our job in Tracy There is plenty of well lit parking and gas stations and food around us Also , it was the cheapest around and it made sense for us since we are using 5 rooms Definitely recommend Cheers!

My company has me in the area for training and put me up in this Holiday Inn Express for the night For only a 2 star hotel, it’s pretty clean and for the most part spacious and seems safe The receptionists were friendly and had me checked in within seconds along with giving me directions to the room, which is always nice because finding rooms can be an adventure otherwise

On the way to the room, I ran into a maintenance guy who surprisingly greeted me, so did a cleaning lady, so great attitudes across the spectrum of employees here As for the room itself, it was very clean and a personalized card states the name of the employee who cleaned it, which shout out to Ms Alejandra here in this case, great job I had a huge King size bed with 4 pillows The mattress is excellent and the sheets are extremely soft and smell unbelievably clean The room also had a great sized mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and cabinets for keeping food cold and heating leftovers The desk provided is the perfect size considering you can easily have a laptop set up while eating dinner without it feeling cramped, the desk chair is alright but I definitely wouldn’t want to sit in it for hours on end There are 4 lamps in the room along with an overhead light near the door so you can have it as bright or dark as you’d like in a variety of ways As for the bathrooms, I love the fact they have a bathtub and a shower so you can choose to bathe either way and they provide some great smelling shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower in a bulk squeeze dispenser or a bar of soap if you so choose On the bathroom counter, they leave you lotion, a makeup remover wipe and a shoe shine wipe as a nice touch Blow dryer is provided, it’s small but gets the job done with no complaints Plenty of towels, toilet paper and my personal favorite is the toilet is adult sized instead of the small rounded child sized ones you find some places Despite the fact I did not pay for the room (my company did), I would still come back here if I needed to ever stay in the area again with no complaints

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel they deserve more than 5 stars The staff and managers were incredible we had got some ice cream it’s had started melting they accommodated us with keeping in freezer and we also forgot to get a can opener the assisted with that as well Trying to keep expenses down by preparing our own meals while there

Rooms exceptionally clean and spacious location great and great view of the I 5 Thank you for the best First time in your city

Upon our arrival the hotel elevator did not work The refrigerator in our room was not cold or plugged in One of the TV remotes needed batteries

The phone to call downstairs didn’t work so we called on our cell phones The pool was too cold for my kids to stay in for more than 5 minutes and we had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels When they delivered batteries to our room they left them but we could not install them without a screwdriver Another trip downstairs and we left the remote with them while we went to dinner We also informed them that the thermostat in our room was not working Although we had it set to 65 to cool off the room, the temperature was rising and was up to 69 They claimed they would come in and “reset” it while we were at dinner Thermostat was still not working When we returned I pulled out the sofa bed for our girls to sleep on only to find that it was a single and there was no bedding in the room Another trip downstairs and I was given a flat sheet and a paper thin blanket, (good thing it’s warm in the room?), and informed that there are no pillows Is this a joke? Come on Marriott I will never stay here again I would have demanded to move to a different room, but after all those trips up and down the stairs and getting the bed set up I was too tired It was after 7:00 in the evening and we had to get up early They get one star for a comfortable bed

Terri Olsen

Where do I begin? It’s a Fairfield which automatically lowers my expectations, but this one was worse than usual Entered the hotel I noticed towels on the floor around the ice machine

Entered the elevator and the floor in the elevator was so wet from kids heading to their rooms after being at the pool but no wet floor sign When I entered my room all seemed okay at first glance, however it was not The ac in the room was broken so they had a portable unit that was vented through the window The 2nd television was completely missing from the wall Decided to just deal with it and take a shower The shower head is so high on the wall that I could not reach it to adjust it and it was spraying water everywhere One of the dispensers for shower gel was missing from the wall Not a single wash cloth, and the towels were about 24 inches by 12 inches and rough as sand paper Breakfast was pretty disappointing as well

Marcos Rodriguez

I’ve traveled for work for many years (Platinum Elite member) and my main go to hotel chain is Marriott This is my 2nd time at this hotel and my most current experience was just unacceptable Upon check in I was give a room that when I entered it looked as if a frat party had taken place in there

Front desk was very apologetic, gave me a new room that was clean, good right? Well not so fast 2nd room had a portable AC unit which at 1st I didn’t mind, but once sun hit room it got pretty warm so I turn on AC unit and left for dinner to that when I return my room will be cool to chill and relax To my surprise upon return to room the room temp was 85deg Seems the heat exhaust hose came off and all the heat that was supposed to be exhausted was being exhausted into room I attempted to re-connect hose, but due to heat existing tape was insufficient and kept sliding off So be warn If renting from this hotel come summer time, thing twice You might be dealing with a HOT room during your stay Hope hotel owners will actually spend the money to fix the issue and not put a band aid of portable AC units

Excellent location close to my work when I’m working in the Livermore area Excellent staff and rooms are great I’ve stayed here for numerous weeks as my company is building a new shop in Sacramento, I’m here supporting my Livermore location

Always accommodating in your needs They asked which floor I would prefer and I requested a top floor as I would be working graveyard shiftand they gave me what I wanted! Excellent place to stay even for extended stays Thank you everyone at La Quinta Livermore for the great experiencemy home away from home!

We ALWAYS stay in La Quinta Inns This location seems a bit worn 1 of 4 bulbs was out in the vanity light over the sink

The drawers in the dresser automatically opened up by themselves so I needed to put tissue between the draws to keep them closed on the night Grassy area near hotel where you can take your dog had a rack for poop bags that was empty and the trash can was overflowing with full poop bags onto the ground Breakfast eggs were some type that resembled the color of scrambled eggs but didn’t taste like anything, and the sausage was inedible I would never stay at this location again

Location was perfect for the weary business traveler I was Looks like they remodeled; new carpet, bedspread, shower curtain, granite vanity bathroom, flat-screen TV, desk chair Everything else was clean, in good condition but older furniture

White sheets and towels felt clean and crisp, mattress sturdy, excellent condition The decor was mostly spring green with a wall painting to match, nice, very nice I’m sorry their pool/jacuzzi area was closed Inspection has to get done they said Breakfast was typical continental Their coffee was okay but I also made my own with their coffee maker, coffee and my bottled water (it’s CA so bottled you must have) and that was better Cups and coffee are obviously distributed by Wyndham so they are better quality than those miserable cups at Warwick Hotel in San Francisco I just leftI wish they would do something about insulating the door gaps Easy, cheap thing to fix Certainly an oversight for at over 100F it allows the hot air outside to get sucked in and the pretty good air conditioner to work overtimeAll in all, I had a staff quick to respond and a good night’s sleep

cameron hutton

Rooms are great for a couple nights TV had a couple of dead lines on the screen, but on vacation I’m not worried about watching Tv Breakfast options were sufficient, it wasn’t a huge spread

breads, 2 cereal options, coffee, milk and OJ bathrooms were very well put together and clean Stayed because it was cheap and close enough to another location Would stay again

Amanda Gates

We’re just passing through onto the next place Service was great, as they let us check in an hour early, but the pool was closed because of permitting and we needed to do laundry, but the one dryer is broken? If these things don’t matter with your stay, this place is just fine We’ve been on the road for a month and was planning to use this as a rest day by the pool and to do our laundry

Obviously couldn’t do either here, and I wish we would’ve spent the extra money to stay down the road at the Holiday Inn Disappointing, but you can’t win them all!

My husband and I stayed here about a week ago and traveled from Oregon for a funeral Our stay was one night but everything was so nice! We both really enjoyed staying at this hotel! We had a room that was facing the freeway so we did hear some traffic but I slept very well! The beds were very comfortable! I also forgot my hair care back in Oregon and luckily they had some there that wasn’t like your usual cheap hotel stuff! In the AM as we were getting our belongings ready and moving them to the car, the housekeeper was super nice and spoke with me She helped me get back into my room after I couldn’t figure out how with my key! Super nice staff at check in! She was super sweet and very helpful! Definitely will be staying again!!
