We had an amazing stay The GM went above and beyond in helping us make my daughter’s birthday extra special The staff was very friendly

The hotel was so beautiful, there was so much history there We were expecting a ghostly encounter, and we were not disappointed! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our own private sun room It used to be a part of the old hospital that was the men’s ward The views were gorgeous, and the room was very comfortable and warm The hotel is filled with beautiful antique furniture The free continental breakfast in the morning is served until 11 am And we were impressed that on the menu were Belgium waffles, among other items such as pastries, bagels, coffee, and more We are planning to return It’s definitely worth the money!

Patty J Behrends

It’s kind of tricky getting up to the hotel The road that doesn’t look like a road, but it is the road is a one-way Also very steep and long

Great very informative staff, we did experience some activity from the paranormal The hotel is beautiful We stayed in the garden room Which had a beautiful patio No coffee makers in the room☹️ The food at the restaurant was fantastic

Tyra Trevino

I love this place! The people that work here are the nicest! I got married in Jerome and stayed here the night, they don’t do “packages” for weddings or anything but I would still recommend here I love the ambience and history and it’s super clean and functioning The restaurant is down the hall from the lobby and they have good food and drinks

I will come back to jerome because I love it and I will always stay here It’s not a cheap hotel price wise but I still think the price is worth it! Plus they have different rooms to choose from Book ahead of time they fill up fast!

Mike Smith

This is a quiet timeshare complex at the West end of Sedona, far away from the tourist traps I prefer the west end It may be a short drive to get food, but the restaurants are the locals, not the tourist places

Pros: Quiet location Short drive to hiking trails Red Rock view from balcony Kitchenette Large shower/bathroom Staff was quick, pleasant and helpful Price was a GOOD VALUECons: It’s a 25 year old timeshare complex that could use some maintenance Our heater was not working when we arrived, the room was 50F inside We had to change rooms

Aura Blue

Great place Every suite has a small, well supplied kitchenette (no oven) and balcony They have four pools and lots of hot tubs

It seems whichever building you’re in, you’re close to a pool and/or jacuzzi The walking trails on property also link into the Sedona hiking trail system so you can enjoy a nice hike with beautiful views without having to find parking and drive through town I’d give them 5 stars, but check in time is a little late (4pm) and check out time is a little early (10am), and I wish they had a restaurant on site, but we’d definitely stay here again

Miss Vee

We needed a 2 bedroom and this hotel met our needs and our budget Plus, there was a kitchenette and 3 grocery stores within 3-5 minute drive The rooms were clean AND comfortable

We needed towels and had questions, the staff made it very easy by setting up a texting system which they very quick to respond A great sunset hike is walkable from anywhere on the property I will be back

Our five-night stay was great! Lovely, peaceful property – perfectly located at the edge of open space adjacent to a stellar hike in the area*, but also convenient to everything else For a couple, the set up was perfect for relaxing in the evening We took advantage of the kitchenette for a couple dinners in and enjoyed lounging

Hot tub was great and we met other friendly guests Breakfasts were tasty, robust enough to hold us through our hikes and we enjoyed not having to think about the first meal of the day As I saw several of the other spots we considered while out and about, I really felt like we made the right choice! *The airport loop trail is a must if you’re able – you will get a 360 degree view of the region We hiked multiple times, taking in the sunset from both sides of the loop – one to see the setting sun in the sky and the other to see the sun set against some of the most popular red rock formations Would definitely stay here again

Tamara Ross

Lush grounds, unique/bohemian and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (real croissants! [one of the owners is French, so …]), helpful & relaxed staff, small pool/jacuzzi, off the beaten path but close to all things Sedona There is nothing I don’t love about this place, (except perhaps the early pool closing time (9 pm) and having lots of debris to clean out from the lush vegetation It was the perfect place for our party of 7 girl’s trip! The view from our rooms was AMAZING! If you like a chill, artsy vibe with resort like quality, this is the place

Ben Bridgham

This is a fantastic B&B nestled on a hill, with perfect views of Sedona’s red rocks The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and quiet The whole resort feels tucked away from the city and private, you’re guaranteed to feel relaxed when you stay here

The staff is also very friendly, helpful, and responsive

We were very happy with our stay The hotel itself is really nice The lobby is beautiful

Each staff member was friendlier than the next Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful The staff at the cafe were always smiling and one of them even sang your order back to you(he Always made us laugh) The rooms were very clean We were pleasantly surprised with the daily housekeeping The pool was beautiful, towels always available and the hot tub was a bonus We highly recommend this property

JB

The rating should be lower but based off of the cleanliness of the room the score is higher than earned Upon arriving we did not feel welcomed at the property The front desk agent took a phone call while we were in front her and, from what we surmised, was unhappy at the end of it as her tone became rude and and uninviting

Hours later this continued to disturb us because we know how we should have been greeted when staying at a Marriott property We asked to speak with the Manager and Rita (the Front Desk Manager) came over to speak with us (On a side note, we continued to witness the Agent with the Hawaiian flowers in her hair graciously welcoming the Guests she checked in and made conversations with them We knew nothing about the property nor the area however we noted how the other Agent warmly welcomed her Guests and gave them a full description of what to expect from their stay) We quietly explained to Rita our discomfort and lack of knowledge of the features of our stay In an abrasive and condescending tone she attempted to make excuses and justify our reception My husband was calm to this point but took exception with the level of her degrading tone and bluntly confirmed his past working relationship with the Marriott brand and complete disbelief of this continuing lack of customer service With hands in her pocket Rita looked around, gave a politically correct “I’m sorry” and a couple drink vouchers As Elite Platinum Members, and Guests in general, we expected more We have never experienced this from Marriott and will be reaching out to higher management to address properly

David Golubev

It’s a nice location The morning staff had been great Unfortunately the house keeping staff had been short staffed and our room was missed a few times during our stay

I tried explaining this to front desk The pricing seems to jump around regularly with this property Unfortunately we had booked during its high swing The parking fee is uncalled for at this location during off season Stayed for a week over paid for sure If the quality was their then I will understand We will be back to Sedona but will be staying at another property Lost my future business

Marvelous Views, Relaxing, Unique, Beautiful, But Over PricedI visited the Enchantment Resort in March 2022 and will share some of the pros and cons:On the positive side: the Enchantment Resort is uniquely located in a private blocked off area of Sedona and offers several hiking options It’s absolutely beautiful The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful, and readily available to ensure you have a positive stay

We really enjoyed the hikes, guided tours, and nighttime star gazing The pool, food, bed, bath, and activities area all excellent quality There is a 24/7 shuttle service to get you wherever you need to go throughout the resort The hiking, culture/history classes, and views are truly spectacularOn the downside: Overall, I thought the Enchantment was overpriced given the amenities and services left a bit to be desired For example, the coffee machine in the room didn’t work and I had to call 3 times to get it fixed The Enchantment ended up sending coffee to the room but charged us for it (on a positive note, ultimately they reversed the charge after I spoke to the front desk) Considering the cost of the resort, these types of things shouldn’t happen Similarly, the room we stayed in had a beautiful balcony, but it was overlooking the staff parking lot Considering that the Resort prides itself on nature and beautiful outdoor scenery, no rooms (no matter the cost) should be overlooking a parking lot

K Adams

The location is stellar!!! There is no place better in the world Pool is gorgeous… it’s like being in a living post cardBased on the hotel rating, I would have thought the attention to detail and the welcoming amenities would have been a bit more thoughtful

We also had multiple mishaps with our various servers on site Each one was resolved, but we were on site for two days and it happened to us on multiple occasionsOn-site food was all delicious Michael is amazing All of the folks we passed along our walks were very friendly and very welcoming When we first arrived, Huesen (spelling) gave us a wonderful tour of the clubhouseThe view and the proximity to hikes made the price worth it; otherwise it did not live up to what I think of when I think of a five star hotel

Adriana Rodriguez

The resort is located in a beautiful area The views and grounds are spectacular The two restaurants on premise are good

Ahi Che has the best dinner dining experience It comes with a hefty price tag though The main pool was the only one available The bar service at pool is very good The two other pools were closed for maintenance the whole week They should be operational The fitness center was opened 24 hrs That is very good Guest services at night could be improved We needed something one night and could not get a hold of anyone The staff is generally friendly, helpful and very welcoming with very few exceptions They offer various activities All in all we had a very nice time and enjoyed ourselves at this very lovely resort

Family of four Got a suite, king and queen beds, two rooms Clean and comfortable

Positives: Great staff including Doug on evening shift The morning manager also super helpful Excellent breakfast Cook staff engaging and very helpful, especially with one gluten free family member The suite room was perfect for family of fourNegatives: Pool and hot tub both closed (off season?) But after two days of hiking Grand Canyon, wish we could have known Concrete construction work stared 7:45 Monday morning All good, we needed to get going Would rather wake up to something other than a hammer drill! Exterior entrancesThe positives far outweighed any negatives Great spot to stay if hiking the Sedona areaI also recommend the Mexican restaurant right out the front of the hotel

lisa johnson

The room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and single serve Keurig to make snacks and drinks The breakfasts had a great variety to choose from and start the day right The location was nearby trails and shopping, we found all we needed without going out of our way

The pool and hot tub were ready to go, but we did not try them out We didn’t use the laundry either Overall, it was convenient and the amenities Great, definitely a 3 star hotel

Bree Nacole

I went out to celebrate Mother’s Day and when I had returned we had seen our door was wide open I was furious and went straight to the office to complain When I asked to see the camera footage I was told they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there but they would check the key log

The lady at the desk then apologized then offered 20% off I then went back to my room to celebrate Mother’s Day After about 30 minutes she called and asked if I had noticed if anything was taken When I said no she started to say that the only key that accessed my room was mine So they could no longer offer that discount but a smaller one I personally do not care about the price, I booked it expecting to pay But I also expected a safe room that wouldn’t be entered when I was not there Needless to say I will not be coming back hereAnd if you plan to stay here make sure you take everything valuable with you

This place is pretty cool Three restaurants: one very inexpensive ($8) for 1/2 chicken, mashed potatoes, veggie and roll Same for meat loaf and other entrees

They have a 50s themed diner and a high end restaurant Other than gambling ($10 minimum at black jack table), not much to do except eat, wander around or bowl There’s a fun place to leave the kids while you gamble, swimming pool for guests of hotel

Jodie Reichert

$1000 buffet: we were the first few to go in at 7:00am! No toast or bread of any kind, they only had scrambled eggs, corned beef and hash (taste like it came out of a can) hard bacon, good sausage links, cubed potatoes, small danishes that (taste like they came from the supermarket) and white gravy All of the food was warm not hot

It did include your drinks The best thing about going there was an outstanding male server that was so sweet, service with a smile 😊 and polite that made the experience worth it, we gave him a really nice tip!! That’s a man that truly enjoys his job (he said so) and working extra hours because he has a family

Lyz

This is a nice casino All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful The place is clean and layed out nicely

The Three Sisters and the Cafe have reasonable prices, great food and coffee The other restaurants are over priced for the just okay quality of the food and small portions I’d recommend stopping by if your looking to have some fun on your way through the area

Lantern Light Inn is truly a hidden gem Our Queen Room was a little small but had everything we needed and loved – red Keurig coffee maker with awesome red coffee mugs (not paper cups!), teas, microwave, and a small refrigerator plenty big for several 6-packs of beverages They stocked it with 2 bottled waters and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine! Yes, the wine glasses and wine opener were available in room also

The bed was extremely comfy (best night’s sleep ever), the decor is upscale contemporary Everything from crown molding, scrolled screen door (to let a cool breeze in), and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient, nice towels and an awesome shower head ANOTHER very important thing we loved was the manicured lush grounds WOW It was so welcoming with three very large patio areas Lots of trees, climbing vines, benches, comfortable outdoor furniture, a pond with running water and so much more it was a beautiful garden, well landscaped and maintained And the patio lights (not too bright) were placed throughout the grounds I definitely (without hesitation) recommend this hotel You will love it!

Victoria Toler

The manager was super helpful, pleasant & accommodating The Vortex suite was spacious, very comfortable and clean The bed & pillows were great & the water pressure in the shower was awesome

An added bonus, the jasmine vines all around the property were blooming, so the fragrance was delightful Great value for the money We would happily return there

Sandra Higuera

This was our first time to Sedona, celebrating a birthday, and this was a great little gem for a couples getaway! On the Main Street, but nice and quiet area The person that checked us in was very nice and informed us of hiking areas and restaurants to visit We were offered a bottle of wine, which was perfectly enjoyed out on the swings in the courtyard

Room was a little small but had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend

The stay was great We stayed in the queen mini suite and it was spacious for our family of 4 The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable comparable to the high end hotels

They had a refrigerator in the room as well as coffee maker and small bar like table for sitting and eating The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo conditioner soaps and makeup remover towelettes and hair dryer My husband was able to set up the nintendo switch for the kids and used our phones to cast movies and shows as the satellite channels were not working AC nice and cold We loved the location too Just walking distance from restaurants shops and a bakery as well as historic Fort Verde which I highly recommend This place is definitely a gem and we will be back

Melissa Medina

Don’t get fooled by the pictures The place is DISGUSTING The bathrooms are filthy with mold

The rooms have an awful smell The coffe pot had old coffee from the previous guest The lamp was a fire hazard with cables coming off it The bed looked awfully made Save your self a headache and go somewhere else We lasted 5 mins in there and had to go

We love Sedona but this experience was not our best Suite was not what we expected Kitchen was tiny with a very small stove and refrigerator

We usually cook and there was no room The kitchen sink had no hot water and the dish washer would not work Maintenance had to come in twice The bed was way too soft Their beds are usually excellent Also there was not nearly enough parking and we couldn’t park close to our unit Bathroom door wouldn’t latch For such a magnificent area, our suite had no views at all None of it was the Wyndham quality we’ve been used to

Amenities are great The staff is friendly and helpful Good space for the room and full kitchen, even though it’s a small one

Comfortable bed Good movie channels to choose from, some places don’t give that The room we were in was in dire need of an upgrade Terrible carpet Unfortunately the walls were also thin, could hear our noisy neighbors loudly

Wonderful property and first time stay–had a second floor room on end which was quiet and had balcony Most impressed with Zachary at front desk with his helpful suggestions and tips

would have never found certain secluded spots without his help Check in was smooth and quick and walking distance from grocery and Pisa Lisa which was so fun

We are so glad our friends recommended this place! Took our first “just because” family trip, long overdue and all of our expectations were exceeded The cabins are adorable, super clean and very comfortable The pool was literal perfection

The staff has created a wonderfully friendly and welcoming community Lots of activities for everyone Love how this is tucked away from the main highways Super quiet, just a treat and wonderful experience for all of usWe got home yesterday and I’m already looking for when I can book our next stay, for longer

Always past this place on the I-17 and didn’t realize how wonderful it was till we unfortunately got stuck in Camp Verde Now, we will be back! They worked with us to get a spot last minute at the end of day on a Friday because our tow vehicle radiator busted and we needed a place to stay with our trailer till we could get another tow vehicle Wasn’t sure how long we would need to stay, so they made sure we got a site that we could extend the number of days we needed

Once we arrived we were so glad we got stuck there because the place is wonderful and relaxing! So many amenities: swimming pool, horseshoe’s, kids playgrounds, pickle ball, clubhouse with activities, large and clean shower rooms, laundry facilities, and a private river walk complete with tree swing The sites are well kept and nice size, though they do not have tables at the sites The sites are gravel, but the roads are paved which was nice for everyone to ride their bikes and walk dogs on Cost was very reasonable too I would strongly recommend this place, especially if you have kids and want to be close to water during the summer Also note that when we stayed it as close to 90 during the day, but with the constant breeze that Camp Verde seems to have you didn’t notice it was hot out

My husband and I stayed one month in February Overall, the park was a good choice It’s convenient to exploring all of northern Arizona, and close to major roadways

The staff do a great job of providing activities, almost daily, to get everyone together There are weekly potlucks, bingo, socials with drinks and appetizers provided Saturday evenings are dinners and outside entertainment (DJ, ventriloquist, murder mystery party) for a small fee Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed (opened March 1) while we were there, and while it was too cold to swim anyway, the hot tub may have been nice The gym is one of the nicest gyms I’ve seen at an RV park, and hardly used! I had it to myself nearly every time I used it The river along the back of the park was a nice bonus The only major thing I would say would make this park much better is to pave the roads It’s gravel and quite dusty, but it is the desert! We could not ride our bikes around the park (hybrid tires) because the gravel roads were too rocky The sites are pea gravel I would return, but in the warmer months to enjoy more of the outdoor amenities!

Feel like I step in an old Wild West movie sets as a traveler from out of town and stop by for an Inn The room was very much decorated to the theme of the Inn but yet not lack of any modern convenient One of my favorite part about the room is the view if you planning to do some video this will be a perfect spot

The room is clean and space is the restroom is very clean with everything you need provided I would definitely come back for another stay next time when I come to town

Megan Lecher

Very nice hotel room and we had a nice view from the second floor Too cold for the pool; however, we used the hot tub a few times The breakfast isn’t really worth it and we went out instead the few days we were there

I really liked the location as it was still close to everything but not in the middle of the chaos Get up early enough and you can easily get a parking spot downtown to walk and go into the shops

We stayed here on August 12, we were excited and everything seem nice The AC blow up at 11 pm and no one was at front desk replying the phone, I had my newborn with us almost having a heat stroke and no one could help us In the morning, they just said “there is a sign at the door with an after hour number” (no one told us when we check in)

So we spend the whole night without sleeping and we gave my newborn and toddler 2 or 3 showers just to survive the night We requested a discount/refund and of course no one at the front desk had the “authority” to do it and they just said: sorry for the inconvenience, this helps us with the next guests to be better and fix things in our rooms Honestly, it was one of the worst nights someone could experience We had to come back to Phoenix really disappointed and stressed

The hotel complex looks new and very well maintainedThe room was very nicely arranged The AC was quiet and the bed was comfortable

The property is located about a 10 minute drive from uptown Sedona which was nice for me as it didn’t feel crowded and I could enjoy the natural beauty The only complaints I have are the few hairs I saw in the shower, the $18 parking fee and my room key was deactivated the morning of check out People usually make a couple of trips either to the car or the dining area There’s not an option to park anywhere else on or off the property, so that $18 parking fee is just odd and should just be included into the rate of the room Other than that, the room was very nicely arranged The AC was quiet and the bed was comfortable There is also a grill that guests can use But I didn’t notice or look into any nearby grocery stores Come to think of it, I’m not sure if there were any grill utensils in the room I’d check before firing up that grill I’m glad I didn’t opt for the balcony as I noticed they faced a rock wall and that seemed to be the only view especially if you were on the 1st floor I would definitely stay there again

Dan Parkent

Very nice accommodations Heated pool, corn hole, fire pit that we couldn’t figure out how to use but I’m sure someone can Nice room layout

I could live here for a while happily Little bit outside of the main part of town, but wasn’t inconvenient just ask the front desk for transportation if you don’t feel like driving and they will give some options Loved the shower and pillows

I am a titanium rewards member, so I have stayed at a lot of Marriott properties My wife and I stayed here as a weekend getaway since I had a free room Normally, we stay at the Loco Diablo Resort, but it’s been feeling “run down” so we wanted to try something new

This property is BRAND new, only open about 6 months It’s located at the edge of the Sedona town side on 89A, so there is nothing within walking distance and you must drive for food and such There is a scenic drive literally right next to the property, and connected to the property is a huge hiking trail The upper rooms, depending where you stay, give you some gorgeous views! They come with a balcony which makes it even more enjoyable We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast but, I imagine it’s the same as it always is We plan to come back and take our kids for sure!Note: I am a commercial drone pilot and these photos are my own Please contact me for re-use
