Real Mom For You!

Rooms and views are breathtaking and very private and not overly busy at all which was important to us The concierge, Elisa, highly recommend to book everything including restaurant reservations

She can get a reservation even when all booked She is amazing The staff especially ground keepers we found very rude on more than one occasion I am glad they took ownership in the resort but a little hospitality and kindness considering how much we spent would’ve been appreciated This is our second stay so we love the location and resort itself This was really disappointing but Elisa redeemed them by her hospitality Appreciated the time she took and very knowledgeable with Maui and everything!!!

We spent 12 days in Unit 815 (Alicia at Maui Beach Condos is fantastic!) over Christmas break and it was excellent! We were told about the construction so I won’t take off stars for something I was warned about Food trucks in front of property & a great plaza across the street that has a grocery store and several places to get food Java Jazz is a must try – it’ll keep everyone entertained checking it out & leaving your mark (bring markers!) It could have been the time of year but the pool area was windy and not as sunny as I’d like but we are explorers so we spent most of the day out or on beaches but it is a decent size pool & hot tub The unit itself is very clean & comfortable

We still talk about how comfortable the mattress was!! I loved how great the Tommy Bahama bedding was and the 2nd bathroom was awesome for getting ready to go outno waiting on the other person! There’s nothing I can’t say but positive words for this unit and management company They truly thought of it all and I look forward to returning to Maui & booking with Maui Beach Condos!

Alison Loftus

The rooms were nice and lovely to have a kitchen to make food, etc Before booking, call to make sure they are finished with their “exterior building maintenance project” supposed to end in April We were under the impression they would be sure guests were as far away from the construction as possible, however, we were kindly awoken by jackhammering directly above our room at 7:30am

Had we known this was the extent of the construction we would have stayed anywhere else For the price we spent on rooms I would have expected to use the room and balcony/lanai during the day but given the construction on the balcony above our lanai, the furniture was moved and they had a ladder on our lanai On a restful vacation, I’d like to nap and relax as I choose and this was not possible Also, given this is a condo/hotel they could not guarantee us what the kind of construction the owners were doing in their own residence The property manager was not helpful at all and they were unable to move us rooms It should be possible to have communication between the property manager and the hotel management to assure their customers the best experience for their stay, be it vacation, work, etc

What a beautiful historic Inn! We checked in for our 5 nights stay here during our visit to Maui and we were so graciously welcomed by Kiley She explained the parking process to us (yes they do offer free parking!) and also all the hotel amenities and went over the map of the hotel as well as nearby restaurants and shops Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming

The room comes with a lanai (a balcony) with two rocking chairs and a table Rooms are clean and decent sized They also offer room service upon request The hotel is so conveniently located on Front Street that you can pretty much walk to most restaurants and beaches around Their courtyard is just so dreamy and they also have an in-house talking parrot named Alex Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in West Maui on their trip

Kelly Santos

Love this historic hotel Staff is exceptional & location is perfect Room was not fancy, but updated and very clean

AC is a MUST for us, and it worked perfectly!! We have stayed at high-end resorts up the coast at Kaanapali, which are beautiful, but we prefer staying here for the location, cost and experience We didn’t need a car, so that saved a ton of money Can’t wait to return!

Julie Casson

Fantastic historical hotel for those that like boutique style stays Super comfy beds Right next to the banyan tree

Delicious restaurant downstairs The pool is a bit cold but we preferred the beach a few blocks away Our favorite was the lanai with rocking chairs We traveled with our son and the fold out mini bed worked just fine Great AC too ad nice bathroom We loved it

Wow Just WOW We stayed here for our Honeymoon recently and were completely blown away with the service

There were little surprises around every corner from champagne in our room, to gifts, to a complimentary dinner The staff are absolutely incredible From the Valet attendants to the housekeepers, the service may have been the best we’ve experienced and surpassed that of which we’ve had at $1300/night hotels Our room was recently updated with a gorgeous full ocean view The restaurant Hui Hui had great selection and the food was fantastic The beach in front of the resort is absolutely beautiful It’s unbelievably soft sand and relatively quiet with gorgeous Sunset Views We cannot wait to go back!

Alex Castillo

This hotel stay was everything we could have asked for! Everyone working here were so polite and helpful, from the guys outside unloading your luggage, the front desk attendants to the servers and bartenders at the hotel restaurant and bar The courtyard facing room we had also had a great view of the ocean The courtyard is a massive lawn with a good amount of trees for coverage and a bunch of lawn chairs to relax on

In the middle of the courtyard is a decent sized pool Next to the pool is a outside grill that has a bunch of really tasty options Right off the beach is their hotel restaurant, which is DELICIOUS! Everything we had their, breakfast lunch and dinner options were all fantastic! The signature cocktails were great as well, one in particular using local honey On the day of our checkout we were invited to a intimate farewell ceremony that was the perfect cap to our vacationIf you want a hotel that feels like Hawaii and not another cookie cutter resort, this is the perfect choice It may not have all the amenities that the hotels next to it offers, but those hotels have their guests packed on top of each other like sardines You can easily find peace and quiet here, and they don’t make you feel like just another visitor

This was a very nice resort Everything was pretty much open-air Being from the main land this was a surprise to us but was nice

They offered different classes during the day, which was nice I took advantage if the lei-making class Different types if leis were shown before teaching how, which was very interesting The restaurants in the resort were very good and we quickly learned that they required reservations The sunset view from our balcony was beautiful

Amy D

My husband and I stayed here in May and absolutely loved it! The resort is beautiful and we had so much fun! We would definitely stay againIt was in such a peaceful area and far exceeded our expectations The food at the restaurant was also really good and they offered a lot of activities at the resort

We recommend this resort to anyone who comes to Maui!

Vincenzo Pandolfi

Very disappointed in the room and mattresses We were put in a wheelchair accessible room, which is not what we booked They never made us aware at check in of this downgrade

This was very inconvenient for us The mattresses were absolutely horrible No support They did switch one out for us, but it was just as bad The beds are low to the ground with less support than the beds in the standard room next to us, which we paid for We paid a considerable amount of money and did not get this value in our stay We enjoyed everything else about the resort, but unfortunately a good night sleep is the most important part of a vacation, which we did not get All three of us staying in this room are experiencing a lot of back and neck pain due to the poor mattresses Don’t let them put you in room 6029!! We deserve some type of compensation for this issue that significantly had a negative impact on our stay

Great Hostel! Make sure you book in advance so you can stay there the hole time of your Maui stay They make you free pancakes in the morning They do every day something, like snorkeling or day trips or free Margaritas night

The rooms where clean and the kitchen as well It was really good organized and if you needed something the staff was happy to help Would definitely stay there again!

Alyssa Oh

We only booked one night in a private room for 2, so we missed all the extras like morning pancakes and guided tours, but it did the job for what ultimately was a less-than-12-hour stay The bed was comfortable, and the room had an AC unit which helped stave off most of the warmth of the night And the guy who checked us in was super nice! Overall, it was an okay stay

Blue Sky

I had a wonderful experience at NorthShote from beginning to end of my stayThe personal are always available 24 hours and always friendly , they gave me lots of tips on where to go and what to explore Also they have free tours , and free breakfast ! The Mexican girl who made our pancakes every morning was the sweetest and made our days every morning 🫶The bathrooms are pretty good and clean everyday, and rooms are nice too

I woke up one night feeling cold from the ac and the staff was super nice and gave me blankets ☺️I would highly recommend it as place to stay in Maui

We LOVED our stay here!!!! The hotel is less than 1min away from the beach, just walk across the street!!! The staff are friendly and attentive We had a suite style room with a full kitchen and living room Loved that we had a full-sized fridge

Also, included in your daily amenities charge ($25), we got rentals of bikes, ice coolers, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels at no extra charge It felt so down to earth, very relaxing We would definitely stay here again

Linden Wu

It was a fairly nice one night start Room and bed were clean The property seems a bit old and worn, but everything was comfortable

One of the window latches was broken, and the screen door didn’t work properly either Everything else was fineNo breakfast available, but there was coffee and snacks at the reception areaOverall, this is a good budget option for the area

It really is pretty No full kitchen or laundry in our room which is a bit disappointing since it’s a vacation club Our rooms are quite large, which is why I wish we could have laundry

The staff for the most part are awesome!Within walking distance of shops and restaurants so you don’t have to leave unless you want to Lots of stuff for kids to do The pools are really nice and have fun features

Michael Teleha

Very torn between 3 and 4 It is a nice place to stay Parking is good staff is friendly

Like most hotels not enough staff Easier to get your own a lot of the time then wait for server Free self parking Food is typical Balconies on the room are a disappointment First too narrow Then handrail at eye level Finally- a wall ⅔ up the railing height every other floor blocking views I think the lack of depth is what makes them tuff to manageTypical free gift that is not a gift It is a gift after you take a tour and hear the sales pitch = not much of a resort credit for 2-4 hours of your time

This hotel is immaculate Everything about it is amazing It was a bit pricey, but every bit worth it in my groups opinion

The staff are all wonderful, the property is beautiful with manicured landscaping and foliage everywhere Gorgeous views of the mountains & ocean! The rooms are spacious, spotless & so comfortable! The kitchen comes with almost everything needed in a kitchen for the necessities and very spacious with a lot of pantry space The pool area has a large pool with 3 hot tubs and a fair amount of beach chairs Pool restaurant has good (but pricey) drinks A nice walkway out back by the ocean that’s easily accessible & makes for a nice walk at any point in the day The Westin definitely knows how build & manage hotels!!!

Dave Lin

This is a very nice resort in Ka’anapali We had a spacious two bedroom unit (ground floor building 8) that’s adjacent to the pool Kids were able to just walk out of the living room through the patio to the pool area

We loved the resort except for a few things The pool gets quite full and becomes too noisy even into the evening Whatever housekeeping use to clean the floors leaves a residue on the floor, we had to clean it again Overall a excellent resort

David Zimmerman

Worst customer service I have ever experienced They have a no smoking policy, which is great On morning four of our stay, we were abruptly awaken by a security guard repeatedly banging on our door

Upon answering, the guard, in a very rude and aggressive manner, stepped forward and shoved no smoking warning in my face Once I realized what they were talking about, I assured them that no one was smoking They continued to accuse us of smoking and aggressively entered my personal space with their mask only half covering their face I eventually invited them to enter our suite in order to prove our innocence Upon examining our suite and realizing that they made a mistake, their tone changed Fast forward three days After we checked out and arrived at the airport I received a revised bill from the hotel which included a $400 “Deep Clean” charge When I called the hotel and spoke to Joyce about the charge and my experience with the security guard, she was incredibly rude and unrelenting Now I have to spend a ton of my time debating our innocenceEven without this incident, I would not recommend this hotel There are a number of better options up and down the beach

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you won’t regret itNice resort Wish they had more servers around the pool area and beach facing lounge chairs area Parking convenient below each building Located in a nice resort area but it’s a long drive to the national park and road to Hana The beach at the resort is great for snorkeling

Gorgeous place! The villas were very clean, spacious, and large We had a 2 bedroom lock off for a family of 4 and we felt so at ease and comfortable The facility has several pools to choose from just steps away from the beach

The tennis/pickle-ball/basketball courts were always open and you could rent equipment for free through the front desk The shuttle bus taking you to different areas of the island nearby was so convenient The staff were friendly and very accommodating I loved the sparkling water machine to fill up my water bottle in the lobby, such a nice touch! My family and I ate several times at the restaurants on the property I remember Auntie’s Kitchen because we ended up there the most, but they were all great! So many beautiful plants, flowers, and trees on the property too!

It’s nice that it’s more isolated which a positive we felt Staff were so friendly and great The Banyan Tree was average at best and service wasn’t great

Overall expected so much more The lounge is solid with drinks and food and staff was great By far the worst of 3 places we stayed in Hawaii The valet was great although sometimes took a while and one day left on side where slippery and someone fell One hot tub never seemed to get warmIt needs updates I get it’s set back more from beach which is ok but just needed more Food and drinks close way too early too Spa was booked up Just overall dated and not a Ritz quality Great on helping with transportation and helping at valet I don’t think I’d return overall it was nice but not what you expected and pay for itA few updates and changes I’d go again

I want to give 5 stars but issue 2nd night with waiter at dinner Otherwise service was excellent! Shout-outs to Margy at the front desk, Z at the breakfast restaurant, & Al for the delicious omelets served with a smile (please get that man new pans!) Service was impeccable

Location is nice if you want to get away from the crowd but 30 minutes or more to most attractions However, there’s a great beach steps away from the property along with a nice trail

Charra Hammett

We stayed here for 4 days in January 2022 and had an AMAZING time The staff greeted us with leis and fresh drinks before we even walked in the door We had an ocean view room overlooking the golf course with incredibly beautiful views

The staff was exemplary and helpful The burger shack & banyan tree both had amazing food and the pool was spectacular The beach was also amazing and you could see whales breaching from allAround Napili beach was 3 minutes away with the BEST snorkeling and everything we wanted to do was close Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Overall a really great hotel in MauiLocation – a little far from the main airport & they don’t offer a shuttle (~50 minutes) It’s right on the beach & located right next to the mall

So there are plenty of restaurants & shops nearby making the location idealRooms – our room was clean & updated The view from our room was beautiful Bed was comfortable and the room was spaciousLanai Access – so worth the extra money We booked our room in their new tower which automatically gave us access to this lounge They had complimentary breakfast and happy hour bites I didn’t have high hopes but it turned out to be delicious The adult only pool is also nice & quiet Lots of great place to sit in the shade to enjoy a drink at the private barWe would stay here again in a heartbeat

Victoria Sabinina

The service was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and accommodatingWe weren’t happy with our room first, the manager personally called us and upgraded us to another towerWe really enjoyed Lanai, definitely worth extra money

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downFamily friendly and everything was super easy We opted for the one bedroom suite and it was HUGE, especially compared to other places like the Hyatt You get way more bang for your buck here Staff works really hard to make the resort clean and running smoothly Tip well! Walk to Whalers village, pool area is awesome and there’s tons of stuff for kids Obviously resort dining is quite overpriced but convenient If you want better food for cheaper I’d leave the resort area and bring it back Free trolley will take you to Whalers or other resorts

Tami Burnett

Great Location to spend a week with the family! Easy access for shopping and restaurants and perfect flexibility for families The kitchen amenities make it an ideal location for families who may want to relax at home rather than going out It’s the best of both worlds

Just like everyone else says the parking is horrible Be prepared to unload the family from the car before parking in the stalls We brought floaty‘s to enjoy in the pool and had a lot of questions about where we got them from Amazon and they’re super easy to pack! Also keep your screen doors closed in the condo because birds will fly in and take food off your kitchen table

Suzanne Dieter

We’ve been coming the this Marriott since 1997 and it never fails to deliver a fantastic experience! The staff is amazing – they are beyond friendly and welcoming, we feel like family every time we check in Krystle is like a big sister to the tribe that is my parent’s grandchildren, she’s seen the older ones grow up and now is meeting the younger generation, and they all love her! She does the kid’s activities throughout the day and we had kids from 21 to 3 years old just loving hanging out with her At the pool bar the bartenders remember our faces year after year and always have a smile for us

The staff hasn’t changed in the last 30 years, so that’s saying somethingThe views from the pool are amazing, you can walk to Whaler’s Village in 10 minutes, you’re a 5 minute drive to Lahaina, and the rooms are supremely comfortable You can’ ask for more

We booked two rooms through Costco for my family and my parents We had requested adjoining rooms at booking When we arrived they had us on completely different floors which was not going to work with how much we wanted to spend time together

They found us new rooms on the ground floor a few rooms apart We did lose out on our ocean view that we paid extra for but it was EXTREMELY convenient to be on the ground floor fairly close to the pool We were not far from our room which made the many trips back to our room betterWe enjoyed the pool everyday and ate from every restaurant The staff was always great and attentive We rented a cabana for one of our pool days and we really enjoyed having the service and shade Highly recommend a cabana We booked this prior to arrivingThe hotel also has sunscreen stations which was a lifesaver for the harsh sun on kids!We saw turtles swimming by black rock and even jumped off So much fun! We would stay here again

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again The resort definitely shows some age and is not as modern as most of the other places along the beach, but the rooms are decent and the location on the beach is really great You can go snorkeling straight off the beach, or go cliff jumping into the ocean if that is your thing

The pool is large and windey Not a lot of features to it, but plenty of space for everyone We got an ocean front room and were pleasantly surprised with the size, it was larger than we expected and had 2 balconies The actual ocean view you get likely cannot be matched by other resorts given how the Sheraton is at the very end of the beach and stick out quite far The bathrooms are showing their age but everything was well cleaned and maintained The open air lobby is beautiful and is a really nice spot to hang out and enjoy ocean views The Coral Reef restaurant is tasty and Cliff Dive bar is one of the best views to get with your expensive cocktail Skip the Sandbar The game room is in sore need of repairs but the fitness center is fairly modern Above all else the views from the Sheraton are breathtaking

Lauren

Incredible friendly staff! Saved us from a place down the way that was not clean or comfortable so this was a nice upgrade The room is nice but very standard The amenities are great but you have to pay a fee to use them and nothing is included

It would be nice for how much you pay to have some drinks included or some other things to be used in the pool and on the beach to be complimentary We had a very positive experience and the views the facility was amazing

Absolutely the best view and service I loved waking up and seeing their swans and other birds in their court yard

As well as the birds chirping The otherside you can hear and maybe see the nightly luau The beach is right outside of the walkway Kids pools were great for the little ones It ties in with the other pool They had water slide and all the convince we needed for our best vacation in our lifetime Regency was the best of all the locations when visited HawaiiIf we ever go back this is the o e for us

Surya Teja

Awesome property to stay Hyatt is so generous to its customers I highly recommend their hotel statuses which can get you a nicer room if available

Many activities at this location We loved the free morning yoga at the Napili gardens Staff is super friendly Japengo’s food is awesome and do an early reservation; and to the Pacific drums of Luau

Carlos Castro

Our visit to the Spa was nice and the Massage and the Rock Massage was amazing! There was only a couple things that dropped our rating that was: Marilyn Monroe never came to the place so it doesn’t hold any actual connection to her, upon making the reservation for a couples massge we weren’t encouraged to arrive early to use the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steamroom or relaxing area So once all was said and done we got dressed and went about our day

Overall it was very nice as a first for us @ $165 for full body Massage and $180 for Stone full body Massage and a mandatory %20 gratuity totalling $428 I might recommend passing on this to utilize the money on larger activities, to create more memories but in all that’s up to each person We do do appreciate what we did receive So Thank you!!

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret itMy husband and I, stayed here yesterday last minute due to having to leave our honeymoon with an emergency at home Very accommodating hotel Offered shuttle service from the airport Had the best service from the gentleman that worked the bar/restaurant area inside the hotel Very clean hotel and rooms Would absolutely stay again

Belinda Ma

This hotel has an excellent location near the airport (especially if you have an early flight the next day), the rooms are clean, comfortable and well-priced and it is also super-convenient to all of the shopping and food trucks in Kahului However, the best reason to stay here is the excellent customer service The staff and management is efficient, accommodating and very professional

They helped me with a big scheduling/technical error and handled it in the most professional and respectful manner I will definitely stay here again and customer services like this is why I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy customer!!!

Melinda Mathews

Very welcoming, super clean hotel Was nice to stay there for 2 nights before our resort time began Bed very comfortable and shower amenities have a good smell

Only uncomfortable thing was the couch but those are typical of Courtyard’s and therefore has nothing to do with the comfort of this hotel I recommend this hotelI

This one is tough to write When my family and I first arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful, spacious room The balcony alone was breathtaking, plus the view

We immediately experienced an issue with the fridge/ice maker, but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance teamThe second afternoon we were there, we were eating dinner when my kids noticed an “ant” Then, they pointed out that there was a cockroach! Granted, I get it – coming from Florida, but it was not expectedThe hotel responded quickly and moved us to a new room, but the room was much smaller and had less of a view, even though they said it was the same in terms of square footage I’d argue that, but we made the best of the time we had thereThere wasn’t good communication about how to go about getting towels for the pool either I didn’t realize some have a wristband and can use the towel machines, whereas others have a card and have to request them from the shack, for the white towelsParking is also a nightmare in the garage if you self-park, and unfortunately they have low staffing it seems so valet took foreverThe rooms also need updating The sliding door wouldn’t open in one room, and the window coverings were stainedOverall, we made the best of our experience, but I don’t think this resort will be our first choice going back to Maui

Kiki Cooper

I’m mid stay here so will update at the end of the stayThey have no cleaning, despite the length of the stay no cleaning is done of the guest rooms Only when asking for a mop and bucket to be able to clean ourselves in this case, they let us know that they can clean if we request it 24 hours in advance

COVID is used as an excuse for the lack of cleaning but is difficult to believe when they have literally no other social distancing measures in placeWhen we checked in the toilet was clogged, housekeeping hadn’t done anything for this And both bath tubs were dirty The bedsheets also had stains on them Which makes it worse that they do no cleaning throughout the stay because they don’t even start you off with clean roomsRooms are also quite dated but the sofa and beds are comfortableService can be touch and go, sometimes people are really helpful and other times notI would not say that this was really a 4 star accommodation, it feels a lot more like 2/3The pools are nice, but are a bit small And people claim the sun loungers all day with towels despite not actually having intentions to go to the pool their belongings are never removed despite warning signsThe location is nice, and close to the super market and not too far from the other towns

Jake Laurrell

I’m kinda torn on this review It was probably going to get a 5/5 but the last day of our stay soured it a bitThe bad: The room we had was pretty outdated, but that’s not a huge deal

It was disappointing that they are not currently doing room cleanings Instead, you call for more towels or trash service — which is fine but there’s numerous daily fees that we still payThe no cleaning problem kinda showed itself on our last day We opened a kitchen cabinet and 2 cockroaches fell to the floor and scurried away I can’t help but assume that they are only there because of infrequent cleaningsThe good: Beautiful location, very convenient amenities, great staff Good restaurant on site Pools were nice and the beach nearby was amazingThis is definitely a family oriented resort, as there were many with young kids here For some that will be a pro, others not so muchWould be a 5/5 if the roaches didn’t show themselves after we were already turned off by the lack of cleaning services during our stay

We ended our stay on Maui at the Montage, and we were absolutely spoiled from check-in to check-out! They upgraded us to a 3 bedroom, premier ocean-front condo (we had reserved a 2 bedroom) and it was pure luxury Rick helped us from the moment we made our reservation and was very responsive to any requests or questions we had and helped set up many of our activity and spa reservations The cabanas at the pool are a nice reprieve from the sun, but you also have chairs set up right next to your cabana rental if you want to soak up the rays

The pool staff was amazing and very attentive I would also recommend a meditation session with Ana She helped us understand the principles behind the meditation before guiding us on our journey A fabulous way to start your day! Cane & Canoe is the perfect place to grab breakfast or a romantic dinner On our last night, we chose in-room dining on our patio, and our server set everything up wonderfully Excellent food and another gorgeous sunset! Montage Kapalua Bay is luxury at its best with a top-notch staff, amazing activities, and fabulous on-site cuisine We most definitely will be back!!

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedThe Montage on Maui is a beautiful resort with great service and attention to detail The only area is may lack slightly in was the restaurant, I would only rate that as an 87/100Everything else seemed extremely wonderful!!😎👍

We LOVED this resort! We have stayed in many five star resorts and this was definitely near the top of the list The moment we walked in they greeted us with leis and escorted us to our room to find a hand made sign (with all of our kids’ names) on the wall in the entryway to our room to welcome us They were delighted! Then they were even more delighted to see milk and cookies waiting for them (and champagne for us)

Our suite was amazing We loved everything about it There were high end furnishings, plenty of room and a huge patio with an amazing view We felt right at home here The housekeeping services were awesome (and so nice to have both daily housekeeping and turn down service in this Covid world) We also loved having a kitchen and laundry room The room service was prompt The food was good The property was amazing The kids loved the pools which were all connected The beach had the best snorkeling we experienced anywhere right there on the property Top notch service and staff that remember your name We will definitely be back!

This place is just paradise The room view is spectacular along with the pools It has a cave that has a bar inside that connects two large pools

Entrances are covered with waterfalls Two negatives is that the beach is small by the hotel but you can walk little to get to a wider one Almost no one was on the beach in front of the hotel The other negative is the exorbitant cost for drinks Stella was $20 for small draft Good thing there is a convenience store off the lobby that is outside owned that is 6 pack Stella for $15 Otherwise it’s just beautiful

BEWARE! This is our fourth visit to the Hyatt Residence Club Maui Look forward to a peaceful vacay in one of the uppermost sophisticated condominiums in all of Maui Expansive top-quality furnishings, including all Bosch appliances, fantastic views from the Lanai, and superior construction

However, BEWARE! According to the Club salespeople there exists a ‘loophole’ in the contract with the sister Hyatt Regency property next-door Although homeowners here pay for property maintenance from the yearly dues, for some crazy reason the Hyatt Regency has the ‘right’ to take over the 24,000 square-foot green area in front of the condos between us and view of the ocean Homeowners have no say This year we are exposed to nightly 800+ people corporate events with loud entertainment Our ‘boutique’ peaceful experience was ruined Wait that’s not all… the Regency also tells their guests the pool areas at the Residence Club are open to them Great, more screaming kids and drinking adults taking over the pools The Hyatt Residence Club condos are very expensive Worth every dollar if it was not for pure corporate greed and some outrageous ‘loopholes’ in the agreement with the Regency next-door For now, STAY AWAY and BEWARE! Don’t go there and for sure don’t consider purchase We ‘hear’ rumors that lawsuits are already in play Five Stars to One Star
