Lindsay Gandolfe

What a great resort! Super close to Disney but feels very relaxing from the hustle and bustle of Disney and Orlando Traveled with grandpa, mom, dad and almost 3 year old and the two bedroom was perfect with enough room for everyone Bed were a little soft but otherwise rooms were nicely updated and comfortable

Resort was gorgeous and pools were great, my little one loved the pirate ship slides and the splash pad at the other pool Lots of activities going on daily The entire staff was wonderful and friendly, as a lot of other said, they always welcome you home when you pull up to the front gate, and the staff at pool, front desk, recreation team, and Patio pool bar were lovely Would definitely stay again in the future!

Chelle D

This was by far the best place my family has ever stayed during vacation From beginning to end the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful My toddlers loved the pirate ship pool area

It was the perfect temperature and size for my toddlers They really enjoyed the water slides My 2 yo and 3 yo really enjoyed the freedom of the pool and being able to stand up in most areas They still had on their life vest and my husband and I monitored our toddlers closely Guest services was amazing at helping us hook up our fire stick to the TV in the room They came quickly when we called and asked for extra towels We ordered pizza, wings and the coconut shrimp from them and everything was great Parking can be crowded at night but that was the only downer when coming back from being at a theme park all day The room was very clean and the perfect size for our small family of 4 We will definitely be back for future vacations

John Stevens

This is a fantastic place for a fun family vacation! The food at the patio bar and grill was amazing as well as the cocktails and serviceBoth pools are perfect for hanging out with friends and letting your kids have fun There were plenty of activities for the kids while staying here and the mini golf course was amazing as well

The room was spacious and fully stocked with everything you might need for an extended family getaway and there were several grills available for guest use while staying here to cook your own food I would definitely come stay here again!

M Sid (MJ)

I would rate this place 5 star ⭐️ instead if 4 if the parking spaces were assigned to units Other than parking situation everything else was good about this resort Going in we were skeptical especially after reading all the negative reviews but we found this place very welcoming and comfortable

Service was great 👍🏻 staff was polite and professional Room was clean and updated everything worked no issues, we stayed at 2 bed unit it felt like home away from homeThis place has several Pools and pools are the best part of this resort we were out all day and in the evening just relaxing at the pools with couple of other families no big crowds or issues We were only given 2 water park ticket and rest we had to pay for so we didn’t Visit parkThe market place, restaurant, gaming area and bowing was all fun and shuttle service was helpful Overall a good wholesome family fun experienceWe did sign up for time share sales presentation we didn’t find any staff members pushy or unreasonableMy only recommendation is if they can a assign parking space that will great

Asiel Gonzalez

My experience here hopefully it never happens to anyone else

So we went here for a time share tour after buying some tickets for a discount We were promised a free continental breakfast for a 90 min tour So far soon good We get to the hotel fill out some papers and our rep takes us to another room where we get asked more questions She leads us to the “breakfast room”y’allits a pile of water bottles and muffins Once they take you into the back they start calling it snacks and not continental breakfastred flagkinda disappointed Moving onour rep tells us that because we aren’t staying at the hotel then we need to wait for another rep and it could be up to 2 hours on top of the 90 min tourY’allthis lady gives us two optionseither wait there for 4 hours or pay them $150 to leave We paid the 150$ and briskly left that hotel feeling freshly F***’d 150$ for a muffin and about an hour of our time Stay away from timeshares

Paige Brice55t,

Positive: The staff were very pleasant, I’ve met many and every single person was beyond pleasant especially Chucho,Maria, and Max they were a breath of fresh air The suites were very spacious for my family of 5 We enjoyed all of the amenities especially the fire pit

Beds were beyond comfortable and so were the pillows Check-in process was easy and fast Whatever you need the resort makes sure the address the situation immediatelyNegatives: From the time we arrived there had been issues after issues The key cards were not working and we were issued 7 The tub would not fill up past the jets, the toilets clogged, and the doors would not close properly We had to be moved to another room due to so many issues and he second room wasn’t any better There were no coffee mugs or proper kitchen utensils I found a roach in one of the cabinets and there were ants on the dressers The rooms are very dated and are in need of serious upgrading

Our room, 5051, has standing water in the bathtub, as well as some permanent dirt with what seems to be glue stuck to the bottom There was one little bottle of body lotion, but no hand soap In order to wash our hands, we had to use the liquid soap attached to the back wall of the tub enclosure

The main swimming pool of the hotel was dirty when we arrived on 6/27 and it’s still dirty today on 6/28We have stayed here before and we noticed that the quality has decreased from the last time we were here It’s unforgivable for a hotel of this caliber to be less than perfect We paid $440 for one night, including parking ($30), breakfast for three ($76 plus 18% “service charge”), resort fee ($35) and taxes For that money, we expected a lot better The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was prompt and attentive I give them 5 stars The front desk staff also gets five stars Quality control gets 3 stars

Mic Garcia

Stayed here for 3 nights for business and overall had a great experience The breakfast buffet was the best part about my stay Many options available (both hot and cold), great food quality, and wonderful service from servers, too

Breakfast was included with elite status, otherwise $30/person Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful Room felt a little outdated, but it was very spacious and I liked the interior balcony overlooking the massive center lobby Bathroom also felt outdated, but it was clean There were light switches and USB plugs by the bed, which I always appreciate I would recommend this hotel, but if I visit Orlando for personal leisure, I’d probably look for a more modern hotel

CJ Ven

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating Every interaction we had with staff was a positive one The hotel lobby is so pretty and spacious

The rooms were quiet and clean It’s located in a great area 10/15 minutes from restaurant source to shop in and Universal with Sea world across the street I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back

Robert Kelly

We had 2 rooms for our family holiday Right at the centre of International Drive, it was a perfect base for our trips to Universal with a complimentary bus to bring us to Universal and at the end of the day it brought us back to the hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful

3 good size pools with complimentary towels Food was excellent We didn’t have one complaint 100% recommend

Cory Ruiz

Our stay went well for the most part Clean room and bathroom which is very important to me But privacy is also important, and housekeeping came into our room while we were away, even though we didn’t request room service

I’ve never experienced this before Initially, we had no idea coming back from the park, only realized it because I was using the bathroom and noticed it was picked up and fresh towels were added, and then we noticed the beds were made too, and while that is great/proactive, we didn’t request it and personally wouldn’t want someone in our room while we weren’t thereTHEN someone was knocking at our door repeatedly on check-out day at 10:20 AM… mind you, check out is at 11:00 AM We had just gotten out of the shower, so thank god they couldn’t come in because the little lock button was activated which disables them from entering Oh and don’t bother having breakfast at the in-hotel restaurant, it’s expensive and awful in my opinion A more homemade-feel would make it better but the eggs tasted like they were 80% water or something, I don’t know how to describe it but I didn’t even eat it My boyfriend did though I would stay here again if my privacy would be granted because this place had the best price out there on very short notice and decent reviews It ended up being in an area with a lot to do around, restaurants, gaming, and only 15 mins from Universal Studios

Eliza Aleksandra

Check in was a breeze, the staff was super friendly, the cost to value ratio of the room was amazing, and we even checked in last minute during a convention that was 20min down the street The location was amazing, it was close to everything! They have 3 decent pools, and a cute playground We ordered food togo from the restaurant on premises and the food was SO GOOD

They have a 24hr deli in the lobby that has anything you can think of, as well as a gift shop This will be our default convention spot for sure Me and my daughter loved it here Highly recommend 👌

Jillian Perez

Loved this place It was clean had perfect space and the bed was comfortable Had a great view of the Icon aka Orlando eye

The lobby was very welcoming and the check in process was very quick and easy The staff was great Close to a lot of shops Would definitely stay here again Oh and it’s great for a quick get away, vacation or family

Paris Burbidge

Front desk staff was great, so friendly! I read through the reviews prior to booking so I was aware of it being dated, etc but the big disappointment was that our room was dirty There was leftover candy from the previous guest on the floor and a huge pepperoni stuck in some cheese under the desk- we never had pizza during our stay The rooms were comfortable enough and simple

The restaurant in the hotel is worth skipping altogether Pricey for fine food The morning we left I ordered my kids breakfast at about 8AM I called 3 different times to check on it, finally they said they were on their way up At 10AM, we finally just checked out so we could go get something to eat Quite a disappointing note to end on

Stayed 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove The room was dated (think late 70s) but clean and well kept No hair dryer in our room and the shower curtain didn’t fit inside the tub (causing water to run out onto the floor)

Beds very comfortable! Breakfast was about what you’d expect for freeA special shout out to Vanessa at the breakfast station She was unfailingly cheerful and helpful in a room packed full of people up early to go to the theme parks9 out of 10 Would recommend

On the down side: Price was a little high in my opinion and you have to pay for parking Room was a little small however the service and location were great The room was nice and clean

First time at Aventura Hotel and I’m very pleased (I’ve d been on other Lowe’s Universal hotels) Here’s a quick summary of my experience:1

The Team were very friendly & accommodating2 The hotel itself has a very efficient layout from the parking garage to your guest room3 Amenities are up to par to today’s technology & the food is tasty4 The range to City Walk, and adjacent hotels that provide other restaurants and ride to the Universal parks are conveniently near (short walking distance)5 There is effort to soundproof the guest rooms The doors have bottom sweeps to keep noise and dust from entering the room I also found that this is the only hotel I did not hear my neighbors like we were in the same room That is a great aspect for me!6 Universal provides the best value for your money entertainment theme parks in this area of Central Florida You wouldn’t feel robbed after the experience

Lucille Herwald

The staff at this hotel was phenomenal! One of the desk clerks was extremely helpful with a problem that we were having due to unavailability of front-of-the-line tickets The hotel is beautiful and I was happy to find it was very quiet, even though it was spring break Bed was very comfortable, the room was incredibly spacious, and well laid out–we had a deluxe king

The food we had at their Bistro was delicious and perfectly prepared It is a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views, this was one of the best restaurant experiences we had — highly recommend! Access to the parks is excellent — the boat at Sapphire is quick and easy I didn’t expect such a perfect experience

Min Naing Oo

It is an amazing hotel, nice, quiet, clean and not over crowded The room are a bit small to our taste but it was quiet and clean although we can hear neighbors toilet flushing All the team members are very professional, friendly and courteous compare Disney team members

The hotel is closed to all of the Universal Theme Park and shuttle bus are running smoothly Even it is advertised as walking distance but we do not suggest to do so since you will be doing a lot of walking during the park visit Overall, we are satisfied with the stay and will stay there in the future since we visit Orlando once a year

I’m uncertain how this hotel has a four star review

I suppose my experience could be out of the ordinary, but it’s hard to believe we’re the only ones to have an unpleasant stay I booked this hotel because of its score, price and location The one and only thing it has going for it is it’s location It is very close to Universal Studios Unfortunately, for us, that is the only thing we liked about the hotel We found our room to be pretty run down The toilet ran and the shower leaked all day and night The sink was crack, as was the threshold passing into the bathroom The water temperature fluctuated pretty dramatically while showering The walls are paper thin and we could easily hear the neighbors next to us as well as the kids running around above us We heard doors slamming all day and night This made it difficult to get a decent nights rest, which is all we really wanted from the hotel Room service didn’t actually refresh the room each day They only grabbed the old towels and left a new stack on the counter

Mark Novatka

I have been staying at this Best Western for the last several years when I have the opportunity It may be an older property, but it is very well taken care of The rooms are very clean, and up to date

They even take the time to make characters out of your towels That shows that they care Disney properties used to do this but know they want to offer you a discount not to clean your room At this hotel from the time you check in until the time you leave they care about your stay Great job to the entire staff

Cara hollingsworth

I had reservations at a motel around the corner and the accommodations were terrible Decided not to stay there, drove around the corner to the Best Western and Emmanuel gave me the same price for a room that I found online He even upgraded us to a VIP room with an amazing view

The room was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed The staff was amazing and helpful Will definitely be going back and staying here when we are in the are again!

This is a really cool place! It’s 50s/60s themed down to every last detail, including the complimentary soaps and shampoos in the room The atmosphere speaks “traditional family” The diner has GREAT food and a drive in feel

They show old ads from the 50s/60s Room service was excellent! Rooms were very clean and efficient We had a kitchenette, a pull out couch, a cool retro room divider, a closet, a crib, and 2 queen beds Very roomy and easily slept 6 plus a baby The heated, outdoor pools were a lot of fun They offered free life jackets for kids 30lbs and up They also had an epic sand pit (the size of the pool) with sand castle toys galore, a large grassy field with provided hula hoops to play with, and all the grounds picnic tables had build in checker/chess boards The main building had a retro bowling alley

Liam Chamberlain

Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in around the globe Check-in was a little long and service was slow when we arrived but apart from that everything was incredible We had the family suite for just the two of us but this was perfect

The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were super helpful in getting us towels or other bitsTowels are provided by the pool which is a huge helpThe bar staff were great, prices for beer wasn’t anything we didn’t expect The on-site catering facilities where great We only ate here once but the food and service was fab We ordered a lot of food in and collected in reception (massive plus to saving money)The pool was lovely, always space and being within a 2 minutes/second walk to volcano bay was the best experienceThe hotel is also on the Universal Garden walk route so we didn’t have to get transport to the parks at all It’s a 20 minute walk to city walk, and from her you go into either park so this was super ideal The wall is also lovely so we enjoyed this freedom

Janella Gadea

Highly recommend! Staff were very friendly and accommodating The outdoor pool/lounge were so fun and relaxing, perfect for couples or family I enjoyed the outdoor tables with lights and a bonfire at night along with bonfire kits and a delicious drink from their bar

Dining was yummy although I wish they had more options I love me my Starbucks and was so happy to have one in the lobby every morning! The shuttle was very quick, easy, and convenient every day to parks and city walk, until 3 AM Gift shop was also helpful with lots of gift choices or personal needed items

My experience at my first Hilton Grand Vacation hotel was beyond excellent and I’m very happy we chose this specific location We had the 2 bedroom suite for our stay and it was perfect The appliances were all brand new, the furniture was clean/new and the beds were so comfy

This is going to be my family’s go to hotel next time we visit Disney Thank you Hilton

Very nice and clean hotel,Love the kids playground, there are like 4 hot tubs, and the pool is amazingCouple things I would like to point out:➡️It shouldn’t be called a resort when there are not food options here Just snacks

You have to meet Delivered food at the front deskAlso,➡️We stayed 4 days, 3 nights They never cleaned our roomIt looks the business is up and running very well Can’t keep justifying this on the pandemic It’s just not acceptable➡️Bring your personal cleaning supplies Nothing is provided aside from a tiny shampooOther than that Beds are amazing, kitchens have it all Utensils you need, like plates, cups, and moreI love that everything looks clean and new

Huge pools and tons of activities We came to Florida for Disney world but honestly we could’ve stayed all week at this resort and not been bored The rooms are beautiful and have plenty of space The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept on outside of my own home

Beautiful resort! First time staying at Marriott’s Cypress Harbour and we loved it! It’s in a great location, yet away from the craziness of the theme parks! The villas are lovely, the views of the lake are gorgeous and the screened lanais are so nice to relax in The villas are large and designed well allowing privacy between the master suite and the second bedroom and bathroom Very nice colour palette

The employees were fantastic too!Highly recommend!!

This place is wonderful I really enjoyed my 2 day short stay here The rooms are fantastic and have 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, washer, dryer, kitchen with amenities, jacuzzi, living room and screened in patio that over looks the waterway

The sofas (one in living room area and one in bedroom, are soft sofa beds) It was nice and serene to see the boats cruising on the water

Loved staying here, had a great time The Hotel is gorgeous and is always clean and smells amazing The rooms, pool and water slide were perfect

The place is always clean The food is great no matter which place you order from be it Room Service or any of the restaurant/eateries The water taxi makes life so easy for getting in and out of City walk and the parks, unless it’s raining then just grab the shuttle The only problem we had and reason for 4 stars not 5 were two of the nights we were sleeping we were awoken by an alarm that seemed to go on forever and we don’t know why Lost a couple hours of sleep which is not great for being on a moving Vacation All in all though we loved it!

Resort is amazing right when you arrive Front desk workers were nice and helpful I got locked out of my room at night and Morgan and security were quick to help

Amenities are insane and you would honestly not be bored if you spent one of your vacation days just at the hotel Great pool while people deliver you food and drinks and great activities such as ping pong and the arcade Restaurants taste great and New Dutch Trading Co is an excellent addition of a grab and go that opens early if you’re rushing to the parks Ferry comes every 10-15 minutes which is very convenient Rooms are a little tight but have amazing views Would stay here again

From the time we checked in and until we left the experience was great The check in was extremely quick and were given our room without a wait Check out we did on our TV and was completely hassle free and no line to deal with

We enjoyed the view from our room and enjoyed the pool The seating at the pool area was abundant and I felt we found a location each time Loved the gift shop and shopped several times there When some coffee and lotion was not left in our automatically we called front desk and they certainly took care of it quickly We will be back

The staff is super friendly here! The rooms are nice, and clean We went as a family of 4 and stayed in a standard room because we knew we would be at the parks all day It was very comfortable including the beds and I usually dread sleeping on hotel beds! The staff cleaned and changed the bedding everyday

I highly suggest the pier 8 market! It was so convenient for us to grab breakfast before hitting the park and then grab a late dinner once we returned The food was great and there is something for everyone The shuttles to and from the park were also so convenient and you never waited long to get on one to or from the park The pool is great as well as the bar! Our day at Volcano bay was cut short due to weather but we came back grabbed some dinner and the kids were so happy to play in the pool on our last night, and we really enjoyed having a few drinks and relaxing at the poolsideThe bar tender was also very nice and the drinks were delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for families who can’t swing staying at the more expensive locations or just want to be frugal as we did! You definitely get the bang for your buck here!

We stayed for my daughter’s cheer competition Rooms were average however the customer service was too notch!! The pool was extra nice and the had life guards on duty at all times Only thing I would do differently is stay in tower 1 the amenities were a little bit better on that side

The food was excellent and at an affordable price The price for the food was good and such a variety of choices They have a small game room in Tower 2 it was fun The shuttle runs every 10-15 to universal and the water park I will definitely stay again!

Cons: Bring your earplugs This has to be the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in While I appreciate the fact that their is no carpet in the hallways or rooms making it more sanitary, they obviously did not take into consideration the noise that accompanies a family hotel

In addition, the walls seem paper thin as you can clearly hear conversations of you neighbors When planning a full day at the theme parks, you definitely want to be well-rested, yet staying here you are constantly hearing your upstairs neighbors walking, moving chairs, dropping the toilet seat, etc we also had the pleasure of listening to someone coughing up a lunch at all hours of the nightPros: great location for Universal, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay Shuttle buses are clean and seem to be very running all the time A big plus considering the price of parking at the park Rooms are cute Kids enjoyed the decor Early park access While nice, we only were able to go on one ride as they have so few rides open and so many guests in the park Plus, when you didn’t sleep the night before due to the excessive noise, who wants to go that earlySummary: I wouldn’t stay here for again, even if they comped the room With so many options in Orlando, I’d rather pay a little extra to ensure we are all well rested to enjoy the parks

I really liked this resort The employees are nice They let us keep our bags there before we checked in, and even stored our food in a refrigerator for us so we could explore around town and not have our food we had already purchased go bad

There’s probably five or six different buildings on the property and the doormen were very courteous and took our bags to our room and showed us where it was The property is relatively small but it has a decent amount of amenities and is very conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores The pools are heated and are nice The main pool has a huge waterfall and a pool side bar and restaurant that the prices aren’t too bad at either, especially for a resort The pool areas contain one ping pong table and the main pool area has a pool table too off on the side, next to the kids playground They have a basketball court and a tennis court on the property In the main lobby there’s a movie theater off to the side, but I didn’t go to it We got a three bedroom unit and it was huge! It had a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient Our unit didn’t have a view of anything A couple outlets in the kitchen didn’t work and all the windows that open, and the doors that lead to the balcony, need to be resealed or replaced, they let a lot of outside air and temperature in They have a small lake that is relaxing to look at and a paved walking path that goes around the entire perimeter of the property I enjoyed this property and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

This was a wonderful stay The rooms were extremely clean and we were able to get an adjoining room with some friends who were also staying The beds were fairly comfortable and the room had a patio we could go out and sit on

The bathrooms were a great size as well, nothing compactThe building are split, almost like apartments/condos, but it was easy to find the building that we were in and there are elevators when you walk of the dead middle of the building It was easy for us to get to Universal for some fun as well I would definitely stay here again

Liz AD

The room is spacious People are friendly Lots to do

We are only staying one night and the room has everything we need including washing machine which was nice My only issue is the cleanliness The bathroom is gross and the bathtub and floor are dirty, the side table isn’t clean They said there are no other rooms Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of this which is sad as the set up is nice for families

We stayed here during a convention The location was very convenient for the convention We could walk there or take a shuttle

We got a pool view room, and were even able to see fireworks at nightThe rooms were clean The water in the bathroom became hot quickly Shower pressure could have been a little better, but I like a shower water pressureThey give you the key access through their app so we didn’t have to check in at the registration desk on the first dayThe room has a fridge, no microwave It has been overall quiet, unless you are trying to nap during the day, the music by the pool was quite loudIt does have a lazy river and a nice pool area Would recommend

My family and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while in Orlando on vacation, the entire property as a whole is absolutely beautiful, inside and out The front desk, bar and restaurant area are very business type, and always very busy but also kind of blocked off from the main hotel floors, and hallways The selection of pools and hot tubs outside are great! The lazy river is also a family favorite of ours! This is all open very late compared to others, I want to say 11, if I’m not mistaken

You can order food and drinks right by the pool area, very convenient, the food and selection are both very good! There is also a fedex, along with many others restaurants and bars, right in the hotel which is very convenient if needed! The only thing I can say, is that unless you want to pay over $1,000 for a night you will be in a very mediocre room! Microwave and small fridge Even then, rooms can be close to $4-500 a night This is very hard to accommodate when staying for a week or even longer If the prices were more reasonable with others in the area, I would definitely stay more, it’s always a good time!

We recently stayed here for a dance convention I highly recommend this hotel The staff was very pleasant and accommodating

Our room was very nice and clean and had a view of the beautiful pool area I had an opportunity to speak with Mr Hess, the hotel manager, and he was very polite and pleasant and willing to help in any way possible I will definitely stay here again when in the Orlando area

So the main reason this location gets a 3 star overall is because of the worn and tired appearance of the hallways and the rooms The furniture is very outdated and worn as is the carpet, especially in the hallways There are trip hazards with the carpet as well

The room smelled a little musty at first, but I guess I got used to that pretty quickly This location just needs some updatesUpsides: the staff, the restaurant waitstaff and the bartend are all very friendly (except for one rude guy at the desk on overnight shift) The beds and pillows were very comfortable The bathroom had been fairly updated and the shower had great water pressureI would stay here again as the price was reasonableIf you are looking for fancy or very nice rooms, this isn’t the place If you are looking for somewhere comfortable and friendly to lay your headthis is perfect for you It isn’t horrible It isn’t fantastic But is is a great location to SeaWorld if that is your destination (it wasn’t mine as I was there for business)

This hotel is close to all the attractions, reasonably priced and food was very good The front desk staff at this hotel are exceptional It was my granddaughters birthday and they had balloons and a small stuffed animal brought up to the room

Hotel lobby is very nice and the restaurant and lounge better than most Hilton Garden Inns One of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I’ve ever stayed at

Tima Robinson

Check In staff were very nice and the hotel price was decent Hotel looked much nicer than previous stay at the same Hilton in Tallahassee that we vowed to not stay at againThe rooms were great as well

When we go into the room though the phone did not work and the clock did not work So I went to use the phone by the elevator and could not get anyone When I went down stairs I was told that all the phones were down I just said okay Maintenance was drilling away on the fifth floor and I was told that would last till about 5pmThen later on that evening there was a family reunion going on and only one elevator working so I decided that it was not that big of a deal I would just take the stairs Well to my disappointment Stephanie at the desk said that the only access to stairs from the first floor was outside and we had to use our key card So I went outside to try only to find that was a lie There should be access by means of stairs from the first floor to our rooms When I stopped by to tell Stephanie she just apologized which did not mean anything Once you try to over look one or two things and then you get to four or five you tend to loose a little understanding The Hilton promise by the elevator stated and I quote”Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter If something is not just the way you like it simply let any hotel team member know and we will make it right GUARANTEED ” This needs to come down until this name brand and these franchises can figure out how to honor those words because nothing was done or offered

We stayed in a one bedroom suite & it was amazing All of the staff was incredibly nice, the room was clean & decorated beautifully! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was my favorite part They have 4 pools & at times they were crowded, but that’s to be expected

2 pools have bars & they have fun activities at the resort Would definitely recommend+

This place was greatStayed here last minute after our flight was cancelledThe resort is well kept and has tons of activities

For kids and adultsThe rooms were great It’s a very small apartment at your finger tipsEverything was clean

Upscale Traveler

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it
