Went for a wedding last weekend and had a great time The views from the reception of the golf course was amazing Made me wish I knew how to golf just to hang out on the course

The staff at the reception were all fabulous Very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of We stayed at the lodge onsite A little bit of a walk but not too bad We actually drove to the reception and back to the lodge but you can walk it if you choose There is also a restaurant in a separate building between the lodge and the reception hall Nice place to have a drink when waiting for friends Again great views no matter where you are Would definitely recommend for an event

A Beautiful, all inclusive Golf Resort both in the natural beauty and inside decor It is a suitable quiet get- away or for any function from 25-200 peopleThe lodge rooms are equipped with a comfortable sitting area within the room

The basic needs of travel: irons, hair dryers, and vanity area are provided in each room Continental breakfast with coffee and teaThe staff in both the function hall and lodge are smiling and friendlyA small scenic drive off the highway, leads to your home away from home

Michael Taylor

Beautiful courses with challenging holes that make up the ingredients for an outstanding spot for an out that includes golf The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating The food and drinks were also excellent

The tournament I attended was held after some extremely heavy rainfall the day before, and while the course was cart paths only, the drainage from the water that was dumped by mother nature was mostly gone What could have been a soggy day was not, so a big shout out to the maintenance staff too

We had our family and friends stay for our wedding reception night and it was really awesome Staff is amazing, nice, respectful and friendly – from front desk to security, the best The gentleman security guard was so nice, he let us chill in the lobby after wedding

Felt very safe Thanks again! Oh, and great location to food, drinks and shows

Rebecca Howe

The staff was very nice Checking in and out was easy through their appI do have to say, the quality/cleanliness of the room right down to the lack of communication with how parking in the garage works was horrible

The bed frames on the bed were warped so bad the beds touched the floor There was stains all over the furniture, the furniture had chips all over it The pictures, lamps, microwave, head boards any surface you could basically touch was COVERED in dust The wall paper In the bathroom was peeling off everywhere They offer easy check in and easy check out but don’t tell you that if you pay for parking that you are required to have a special ticket to get out of the parking garage I was almost stuck paying an additional $20 on top of the $12 the hotel charges The food at the morning buffet stated on my reservation that it was free, but I ended up having to pay $30 for food that tasted worst then McDonald’s drive thru I was extremely disappointed in this hotel considering it carries the Hilton nameThis is the second Hilton we have stayed in with a bad experience and I must say I am extremely tired of putting my money into their hotel if the quality is just going to be barely mediocre

Kelley Donohue

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, keureg in the room was a plus! Microwave and decent sized mini fridge Only thing that bothered me the room color The teal was nice, but there all different shades of teal in the room

Granted, all the rooms are probably not the same color, but that was just my experience I would definitely stay there again, though! Over all, a great night away for myself and my son! Plus, they have an indoor pool We stayed in the middle of the week, so it wasn’t too busy at all

Brand new hotel matching 21st century designs New lobby, new rooms, new amenities, and I couldn’t be happier Open lobby when you enter, wood ceilings, new breakfast area, and meeting area

When entering the rooms, you see openness, there’s welcoming feeling while the hotel comfort is still there The sofa, beds, chairs, the built in beds, chargers, bathrooms are all just some of things that are exciting Being a one of the first guests in new rooms, I couldn’t have found a better roomBreakfast was delicious and refreshing Outdoor area was good Pool is closed permanently but fitness area is very good

Andrew Koemeter-Cox

Apparently this location has been closed since 2020, but good luck finding this out from their website or phone number (which rings and rings) If you want actual updates on what’s happening here, you have to call another nearby Marriott location Marriott allowed myself and family members to make a booking here, and then moved some of my family members to another hotel

My booking is in two weeks and Marriott has not notified me of any changes to my reservation I made this booking over a month ago when plenty of other options were available – now it appears there is almost nowhere else to stay

The hotel and staff were were excellent Kim checked me in and was polite, professional and accommodating during my stay Julio was able to secure me a last minute second night during a very busy weekend

Everything is new and they did a great job on the design using modern finishes throughout The rooms a spacious and I can not say enough about how comfortable the beds are! The pool and gym had huge windows on multiple walls allowing tons of natural sunlight to pour in They even offered a complimentary full breakfast in the morning! Had a wonderful stay I definitely would stay again and recommend the Hyatt in Marlborough to others

Suzanne Minnich

Great spot! This hotel exceeded my expectations!! Room was clean, super spacious and comfy bed To be away from home on a work trip it was nice to have a great place to unwind and relax in the evenings The staff was amazing, Krista Ann & Alex were especially fun and served up great drinks at the bar

Really good restaurants all in walking distance I highly recommend this place If I travel to the Marlborough area again look forward to staying here!

Maeve OConnell

Rooms were clean for the most part There was feminine product wrappers in the bucket that had not been emptied in the bathroom, shower had hair around the drain Our confirmation email told us rooms were left vacant for 48 hours following reservations

We had no choice and we got stuck in a storm, tried to extend our stay by just one night yet the hotel said they were “booked solid in all 140 rooms” we kept trying as the day went by before checkout for cancellations as the concierge instructed us but it was booked solid (Had a coworker who was debating on staying at the hotel, after the conference they had rooms available online on friday night for the weekend) With a foot of snow in the ground i doubt they even were booked up So we were forced to leave and drive home in the bad snowstorm when it made it seem like we would be able to stay for safety with the 48 hour vacancy rule They definitely bend the truth trying to convince you to stay here Other than that, pool is nice and clean Gym seemed clean Breakfast was great Had to come for a conference Had to leave in danger

Very modern and comfortable rooms The free breakfast is a bit more substantial than your typical “continental” breakfast They do have make your own waffles and some sort of potato, egg and meat offered each morning

Everything is very clean and tidy We had a double queen suite and there was a lot of room for a hotel There were 2 adults and 2 kids so after several nights any hotel seems small, but it would be great under other circumstances (we were there due to a home mold problem) The staff were super friendly You do have to request housekeeping ahead of time, so for an extended stay you’ll definitely want to do that, but other than that I can’t complain The indoor pool was a nice bonus in cold weather as well The gym was pretty adequate and well maintained and I never saw anyone else in there Super convenient location, and you could see the fireworks from polar park from our room (facing union station on the 4th floor) Parking was also very easy and never too crowded I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area

Yamil Nieves

This place is awesome Very clean and the staff is very friendly Rooms are big and the kitchen is good to complement a family trip

Location is right next to 290 but you can’t hear the outdoor noise at all Pool is good, little over chlorinated but the kids had a blast Breakfast was good but if you are staying long is going to be repetitive, but there is a kitchen in the room so, time to be creative I really recommend this place

Room 401, May 1-3, 2022 PROS: Our room was nice, king bed with a desk, 2 comfy chairs, laptop desk, fridge, and full size tub There was a thermostat in each room that actually worked

NICE!!! Also had an iron, hair dryer, and full size ironing board The ‘included’ hot breakfast options were wonderful; Sausage, small omelettes, waffles, breads, pastries, oatmeal, fresh cut fruit, and juices I appreciated that breakfast was available until 10am everyday We were able to enjoy a relaxing morning, and not feel rushed to eat The ‘breakfast lady’ was consistently refilling and cleaning without making me feel I was in her way, or make me feel rushed Lobby had lots of tables and chairs to relax in and hook ups for phone and computer Also a printer and fax were available Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 An indoor pool and fitness center were nice Didn’t use them, but they looked nice 🙂 Check out time was noon The staff; front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast lady were all friendly, polite and professional CONS: no exhaust fan in the bathroom I would highly recommend this facility! 5 STARS

Nygenia Jiles

Overall the stay was good I was only here for one night with my family because we explored other amenities in the areaDuring my stay, I did notice times of loud noise made by other patrons in the hotel

It was more so children running up and down the hallways I did not complain to the front desk since it was only a one night stay, but it definitely was disturbing since I myself have 2 children (ages 3 years and 7 months)I also pointed out that the complimentary breakfast could have been better prepared especially since there were a lot of guests during the weekend I was there Items ran out quickly and not replaced in a timely mannerOther than those small issues, the stay was worth the price The front desk staff were also very helpful with providing additional towels and bedding when requested

We enjoyed our stay It was close to Worcester where we were visiting and the room was nice and one of the cheapest ones that was still quite nice for only two days notice It was a bit inconvenient at night when we wanted snacks that there was no vending machines on any floor, only ice, so you had to go to the front desk for them

But the man at the front desk was very nice and easygoing Overall it was a good stay

Heather Myers

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly My room was nice, but I found the mattress to be too firm and the pillows to be not firm enough (they basically went flat when I put my head on them) The shower had great water pressure

Breaks was fine, who doesn’t love a waffle maker The hotel was also very convenient for what I needed to do in the area

Valaine Perez

had a credit card confirmed reservation for myself, husband and three young grand kids Upon arrival, I was told my room was given away because there was a problem with my credit card and they didn’t have a number to contact meMy American Express confirmed my reservation and my phone number was listed right under that

The guy said I was one of many they sent away Friday night… my grand kids were so sad and disappointed as they were excited to go for a swimWhen I expressed that, the guy said, our pool is being remodeled right now I asked why that wasn’t on the description Note; my reservation was for $619 For two nights On line looks cheaper Not only did they completely disappoint three little girls but they made a big mistake!!I did have a copy of my confirmed reservation, including my phone number in my emailThe guy tried to make me feel better by saying they were so busy, they had to send several people away

Good stay, minus the rowdy crowd Luckily, we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel over our 3 night stay The hotel itself is updated, location is good, parking is limited on weekends

One night we had to park in the parking garage within walking distance Breakfast was fine, typical Hampton Inn fare There was only one day we did not eat breakfast at the hotel and that was because the large group had taken over the dining area and there was limited foodThe large group staying at the hotel were pretty rowdy On our last night they were running the halls after midnight, knocked on our door at 3am, and I could hear them next door I turned up my sound machine and went back to sleep The next day, there was a bottle of lotion that had been spilled all over the floorI would stay again, but make sure we are away from any big groups

Karoline Alicea

Limited parking, pool was closed, mattress was okay

spring mattress Ac is set to the thermostat and only works to maintain the set temperature and would turn on and off It would not stay running on fan mode I like to sleep with white noise so I was disappointed that the fan wouldn’t stay on Room and main areas were clean Pillows were too soft Bathroom was clean and bright Walk in shower was awesome Good hot water and water pressure I was surprised sanitizer was not provided at breakfast Good breakfast selections though Cereal, scrambled eggs, beef sausage wheels, turkey sausage links, oatmeal, cinnamon or vanilla waffle batter with lot of toppings Yogurts, juice, nuffins scones, apples, bananas, blueberries the Waffles were yummy!! I was sad there was no bacon 😫Nice secure, safe, hotel and non smoking 🚭 great location

First off, these employees need to be on a doctors salary for the short time i was in the lobby, there were a few customers that were rude, entitled, and one that almost got violent the manager looked sick of this job

i had a great experience with the staff here i stayed in room 305, on the door, and some other doors in the hallway, there is clearly a bunch of hearts, a cross, and the words “be mine” over the peephole it was not painted over and was really visible that is not something that i wanted to see when im sharing a room with a friend i know what happens in hotel rooms, but it painted on our door???? a really gross reminder in the stairwell right outside our hotel room, theres a hole in the wall the size and shape of a human head yeah, not something i wanna see when im staying in a city that is known for its crime the ice tasted like straight chlorine!! and the coffee maker was so weak and slow, i drink a lot of coffee and everytime i wanted a new cup i had to walk all the way downstairs which was kind of annoying if you got to our floor thru the stairwell, the door had no security lock on it! meaning ANYONE couldve walked in and accessed our floor breakfast and coffee was great, the commissary downstairs is overpriced, but not as much as i wouldve expected a can of soup that would cost 230 where i live, i got for 4 dollars nice big bed, very comfy blanket and pillows, and it was a super quiet, air conditioned room that was ideal for sleeping the tv had more channels than i thought, we had hbo max and others the shampoo, conditioner, and soap were actually good quality the price of our room was also jacked up by $60 last minute, which i am not too happy about but overall it did its job as a hotel room

What a beautiful facility!!! We were fortunate to score 2 rooms here for the night before PanMass The folks at the front desk could not have been more pleasant and friendly Check in (and out the next morning) was super fast and easy! Our rooms were adjoining (which was perfect for our needs) the beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean (bathroom could have used a dusting behind doors etc) Toiletries were provided (nice ones!) AC worked well and wasn’t too loud

Our 3rd floor room overlooked the courtyard (which was beautiful!) but the noise from people in it made it’s way to our room pretty loudly (Curtains drawn over windows too) 2 on sight restaurants- very limited hours of operationbut we had dinner Friday night and it was delicious and very reasonable Breakfast in the other (“pricey” for breakfast- but an all you can eat buffet- that was also delicious! Great selection of items and all were served nicely Fresh fruit was particularly tasty- and the cheese blintzes were a yummy surprise! Worth the money when all was said n done) Love seeing old buildings living on – this had been an optical company The building has been transformed into a truly lovely hotel and conference space Grounds are beautiful (area getting there not so much)

MARTHA P

My boyfriend and I recently reserved a room for a 2-night stay to attend my son’s wedding nearby The hotel was nice, the room was very clean and we were pleased that it included a mini-fridge I have mobility issues and when I returned to the hotel both nights I was in a lot of pain

We asked about a wheelchair at the front desk never expecting they’d have one Well, they did! I was very grateful for that as it was a long walk to our room The staff was also very pleasant to deal with My only complaint is that the mattress was hard as a rock It was very uncomfortable for me to sleep on~~so much so that we checked out early and didn’t sleep there the second night We did order one meal from the bar and it was tasty and reasonably priced Overall, we were pleased with our stay there

Keith Paquette

Stayed for a wedding weekend Big, comfy bed Nice room

A few things to note thoughBroken office chair in our roomSink wouldn’t drainBroken toilet seatBroken window screenLots of dust on the ceiling fan and window sillsMostly we had a great stay, but, I think a little more attention to the rooms would go a long way Especially for what we paid

Kelly Thayer

This was s very nice experience The hotel had an eye for cleanliness The bed was comfortable and the temperature was nice

Check in was a breeze I would note a minor issue on check out Someone had booked the room for me and they were upset I did not have the same card as had been used to book the room although it was already paid I would not have expected it to be an issue Overall though they figured it out and it was a good experience I would use the hotel again From previous visits they also have a very nice function room on the basement level We have had small conferences about 25 people here The food was great, good setup for projection and giving PowerPoint talks I would also consider this location for work functions

T P (PT613)

First, this is not a bad hotel, it’s simply dated If you want to know what nicer hotels were like back in the late 90’s, this would be a good choice You can tell they are struggling to keep up

Being kind, the decor is traditional There is no being kind about the TV This may be Visio’s first model ever The hotel was very quiet on a Thursday night This may strike you as a good thing The location is very good The gym is typical for a hotel The shower was very good So to summarize, the Beachwood is mezza mezza

I like to leave realistic reviews… you are getting a fantastic price (especially for all you pet traveling friends who know how outrageous fees can be)Pros: lots of amenities on property, close to a main drag of good eats, super super nice & accommodating staff Very understandable of our unique situation

Very clean & comfy rooms and A/C in room work awesome Elevator music classic!Cons: (July 23) Hallways not air conditioned and super stuffy Elevators too Embrace the early 90s and this place is your vibe (hallways specifically) Huge events at times so may want to check on your dates (for things like pool, restaurants) Checked out pool but too hot in there for this July heat, in winter it would be perfectOverall grade: C+Grade with effort: B

The room itself was fine but I booked the room through the hopper and paid 187$ for the room When I got to the hotel I gave them my booking information and they told me that they needed to charge my card again for a deposit of 140$ They said the funds would go back on my card 2-5 business days

I waited a week and called them cause I did not receive my funds back They tried informing me that it was actually for the room and I wouldn’t get back I told them I was charged twice for the room and they ended up issuing a refund but the problem is the refund could take up too two weeks to get back to me I’m really annoyed about it and I should have already gotten my money back!!!

Mr. Blaisdell

Rented a “Family Suite” The King bed was fine, the pull out coach was unbelievably uncomfortable There were urine stains all over the toilet The remote to the TV batteries were dead

The phone was not working, had to hook it up properly myself Called the front desk several times, busy, or no answer The pool signage said closes at 10:00 pm, went down at 9:30, told it was closed The breakfast buffet was horrible 2 nights and over $700 later

First and foremost I would like to say that the staff was very kind and accommodating however when it came to the Hilton Honors rewards program I was left in the dark Hilton honors is free to join but never gave me the option to sign up Therefore I was charged 6 dollars for 2 bottles of water and thank God I didn’t connect to wifi because that would’ve been another exorbitant charge

Not to mention the hypodermic needles in the parking lot where they allow you to walk your pets I would’ve loved to give a 5 star rating but I really don’t think they deserve it There are thousands of other hotels chains out there so they will be getting my business in the future Stay away from Marlborough MA Hilton!

Stayed here for 6 weeks and ist was a great stay Everything nice and clean and in good condition Staff was always friendly and helpfull

Visited a different Hotel in Marlborough first before i switched to this one The other hotel was in the same price range, but was a complete desasterThanks for the pleasant stay!

First and foremost they couldn’t control their guest, had to endure noise until 1130 pm I had to find out the hard way that they don’t include breakfast in the room price, which by the way is not worth it I got charged 80 bucks to eat a bagel and cereal because when I called down to ask the front desk attendant stated it was complimentary breakfast when in reality it wasn’t

The cook was rude when taking your order as if she didn’t want to be there I will NEVER RENT again!! I’ve stayed at my share of hotels and never had this problem And when I called they didn’t want to transfer me to a manager either

My family and I want to thank Jessica and all the staff at the AC Hotel Worcester for providing exceptional service and care on short notice We needed to plan a reception to honor my mother-in-law who passed unexpectedly Jessica far exceeded our expectations in anticipating our needs and showing compassion when we needed it

The reception came off without a hitch Good food, thoughtful service This hotel is well situated and very comfortable And, thanks to Jessica, our family had a wonderful place to gather and share our memories Highly recommend

My daughter’s wedding was held at the AC Marriott Worcester this weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We had several guests staying for the weekend and the hotel is beautiful and in a great location The rooms are large and the suites set up perfectly for hair and makeup for the day of the wedding Courtney, the coordinator for the hotel, was amazing! We had some glitches on our end and she came up with wonderful solutions! She made our weekend totally stress free from the moment we walked in on Friday night

It was a pleasure to work with her! I also need to mention Jessica, who was part of the waitstaff that took care of us during the wedding, the after party, and the breakfast the next morning She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed Thanks to everyone at the AC who helped make my daughter’s wedding weekend perfect!

I’m giving 5 stars because it was a really great stay and the rooms were very clean The ONLY issue we had was that check-in was supposed to be at 3pm and we had to get ready for a wedding wasn’t until 5 although the shuttle was leaving at 4:15pm from the hotel They hotel staff were kind enough to let us know when the rooms would be ready but we literally had to wait until 3:30pm until we could actually go up to room

The showers were really cool too!

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Marlborough/Boston for five days for work When i asked for extra towels and pillows they were delivered right away The people working the front desk were really helpful, especially Blake

I spoke with him on the phone before arriving and he remembered our conversation and made sure everything was taken care of Blake was super accommodating, understanding and helpful He went above and beyond for me as a guest and It made me feel more relaxed during my stay The location is great, anything you need is at one of the hundreds of stores/restaurants five minutes down the road The hotel has a bar/restaurant with outdoor seating and a Starbucks The pool was nice and the gym area was huge The lobby is a great spot to hang out if you have some work to catch up on with plenty of tables and chairs and outlets Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking to stay in this area

It’s been a while since I have stayed a Courtyard specifically However, I have stayed at similar lodgings and this has been a noticeably more pleasant experience The restaurant food was legitimately delicious (only had breakfast and dinner)

The staff are warm and friendlyThe gym was more expansive than any I can remember Free weights, weight machines, cardio, yoga mats, racket ball courtI was a little surprised there wasn’t a complimentary Continental breakfast However, it wasn’t a big deal

Sara Styan

Location was wonderful Hard to say how I feel about service as with mobile check in and check out we didn’t engage with the staff much The Bonvoy app was helpful for sure if you wanted to avoid talking to other people as I had a mobile key and didn’t have to go to the desk at all when we arrived at 10pm

Our room was a good size and felt comfortable and clean, it was what I expected of a Courtyard Marriott The only irritation was that the window wasn’t sitting right and so it wouldn’t close completely which made the room quite noisyThe bistro was a decent easy breakfast and the woman at the counter was pleasant

Positive was the breakfast Good food, healthy options The bad, if you need two beds DO NOT get a room with a sofa bed! The mattress feels like it’s 40+ years old and the bar jambs you in the back

The day shift was nice enough to tell me they would find another mattress however, I feel it was to make me go away When we returned later that night, nothing was done to accommodate and the night staff was extremely rude about it and gave no solutions Sorry Marriott we won’t be staying with you again

Booked for a stop off on a longer drive and trusted that it would be a pretty banal stay Was immediately a bit worried when landscaping around the property was really poorly attended to along with a lot of staining on the exterior of the property Check in was fine but the whole property had a sense of lack of attention or upkeep; the lobby space and amenities like a TV and pool table but nothing was being used and looked like it was just forgotten

Pool was closed as well My fourth floor room had no working central air; a window unit had been somewhat haphazardly installed in the bedroom of the room and while it did a fine job cooling it was super loud TV in common room did not work (nor was guest WiFi) and everything seemed like no one actually paid attention to upkeep in a long time Lots of hair on the floor/couch, tub drain missing, no dusting behind fixtures, toilet water pressure low and super slow draining Thankfully the sheets looked fine but the whole property just had a look and feel like no one had bothered to invest any care or attention to it for quite some time Staff were fine and I didn’t call about any of the issues mentioned as I figured I would just get a shoulder shrug and that EVERY room would be some variation on what I experienced in the room I got Would not stay again; it the kind of place I’d expect to find in Jersey outside of NYC, not a stable Marriott brand in a modest metro area

Days End Campground

We checked in to find someone else’s half eaten meatball sub in the microwave, disgusting, no shower gel or soap Obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival When front desk was informed they also thought that was gross and promised to have someone clean the room “right Away” No offer to move rooms or anything

2 days later meatball sub still in microwave, room still not cleaned and night manager was absolutely worthless I was told no manager available all weekend Called manager on Monday to be told I was unprofessional because I was raising my voice to the night manager as he didn’t offer any solutions to the problem He told us he couldn’t do anything and had no soap, shower gel, and certainly wasn’t going to clean our room General manager defended the fact that nobody came to clean my room and said well you could have asked to move rooms I asked to speak with her manager and was told he is not available and she hung up the phone Nice customer service I would avoid this dump at all cost

The rooms were clean and comfortable Most of the staff were super kind The black receptionist guy ( sorry, I don’t know his name ) , his hospitality is top tier ! Give him a raise

Really loved my 4 day stay here I have one recommendation, make the breakfast continental and ensure that all amenities listed on the site ( example: dry cleaning ) are availableOverall , great stay !

First let’s talk about check in Please don’t tell me that my awards benefit is that I get to park in your parking lot for free The person that checked us in had the nerve to tell my husband to stop asking questions so she could tell me about the benefits of the parking

Really lady Location is horrible You are directly across from a homeless shelter Pan handlers right outside the hotel Now for the price for what you provided you are way over priced Which brings me to my next issue Please don’t charge king bed prices and only furnish a queen bed I do know the difference between a king and queen bed Then there is the noise The street noise between the sirens the 18 wheelers the loud motorcycles and trucks it was hard to sleep Finally got a good night’s sleep on our way home when we stayed over night at a holiday Inn where they had full hot breakfast, a quiet room, a real king bed and was priced right at 100 for the night Your breakfast other then coffee was way over prices at 1500 for a piece of toast with avocado on it Yes we went out for a good breakfast every morning Your pricing at 289 a night is way over priced Unfortunately I have to say we would not ever stay here again

Came here a few years ago with the family, had an excellent stay with wonderful service & clean, comfortable room We were originally planning on staying @ Hilton, but long story short, we chose to take our business & family elsewhere Glad we did! Courtyard Marriot is a lovely place to stay, very cozy & nicely decorated with a friendly, warm atmosphere

Staff was professional & efficient Rooms were spacious & tidy Plenty of parking Indoor pool Nice lounge area where you can enjoy a bite to eat, wait for food delivery (if you choose to order from nearby restaurants, such as Wings Over Worcester or Great Wall) or watch a bit of tv We were very pleased with our overall experience here & would definitely recommend & return as well Handicapped accessible Great for families/groups or singles/couples Another satisfied customer here!

We stayed here for our wedding and it was perfect! The rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly We also had our guests stay here with us as well and we only heard good things from everyone! Parlin was helpful with setting up the room block ahead of time All front desk staff and bartenders were more than accommodating!! We had the after party at the hotel in the bar as well and it was perfect! Overall, a perfect place to stay, and very affordable

Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Our stay was so pleasant! We were here with a large group of high school choir kids for a competition tour and sometimes there can be difficult issues, but everything at the hotel was so easy and pleasant! (And our kids were Grand Champions!!) Emily at the front desk was familiar with the choir competition and was so helpful and solicitous with some problems we had She was so thoughtful to go out of her way to help! The whole breakfast crew was amazing to tackle such a large group of anxious teens trying to grab a quick healthy breakfast before competition! They were able to keep breakfast stocked so nobody even missed a beat!

Stayed 1 night after a wedding Got an upgrade due to an unavailability of other room types to a suite Room was clean and spacious

Included a ‘fireplace’ heater which was nice Better in winter I suppose, but in summer it was just something to look at The window was looking over the outdoor pool, which meant the shades stayed shut due to the room being on ground levelWater pressure in the shower was dismal We had to set the shower head to its maximum settings to get a meaningful shower out of itAlso the bathroom door did not latch The strike plate didn’t line up at allThere was supposed to be a breakfast of some kind but it wasn’t advertised well I didn’t see any signs mentioning what times it was available Either i missed it or it wasn’t served, hard to tellOtherwise fine Bed was comfortable Can’t ask for much more Good access to local shops

I recommend the 2 bedroom suite if you’re travelling with 3 or more people Comes with 2 full bathrooms a living room with pullout sofa and a full kitchen Size of a small condo

Rooms are clean and in good condition Beds are comfortable Water pressure is good Breakfast is limited but decent What else do you expect it’s free If you want more choices go to a restaurant and pay for breakfast Staff is friendly Hotel management should maintain the outside stairways better they’re in need of a good paint job Other than that everything is in good condition

My client had to leave her apartment due to a lot of problems We decided until she was able to get into a new apartment that a hotel would be the best We looked all around and read reviews and this seemed to be a great place for extended stay

She just got here today but the service has been exceptional Curtis Smith, the front office supervisor was not only extremely professional, but incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful We’re very excited to see how the rest of the month goes as it’s already been a wonderful experience

Bart Hattink

Only stayed for one night after having been rebooked by Priceline, but the suites seemed comfortable enough to stay for an extended timeSpacious rooms with well-equipped kitchens, even managed to cook our own meal here Bed was good, the sofabed wasn’t really comfortable but good enough for one four-year old

Don’t count on two adults sleeping on it thoughStaff was very friendly There were some amenities, though most were closed either because of the season (like the pool) or COVID (like the breakfast, which was officially only takeaway, even though the restaurant area was full of people eating their takeaway there)Location is convenient, right off the freeway and close to Boston
