One of the best hotels I have ever been to! I loved everything about this place The staff were friendly, greeted everyone and held open doors constantly The lobby was clean and very pretty

Our room overlooked the pool area, which was my favorite part Beautiful palm trees surround the pool with plenty of chairs to relax on There are also some couches and chairs outside where you can relax with a drink if you don’t want to be near the pool If I ever come back to Orlando, I would never stay anywhere except The Celeste

Excellent property, despite the confusing brand Two year old hotel easily ranks with Marriott, Sheraton, or Renaissance brands Clean, quiet rooms, outstanding housekeeping and engineering

Friendly, efficient front desk Hannah and Ireland in the Aurora restaurant, and Joel at the bar are outstanding Especially Joel Valets are friendly and attentive, have the hardest jobs as they’re outside all day Stayed here two weeks for business but enjoyed the clean, well-maintained salt-water pool whenever I could I’ll try to reserve here whenever I return to Orlando for work or pleasure

Stephanie Lopez-Shelton

We are enjoying staying here for graduation Pretty hotel Love the light up Space Shuttle wall mural

Weight room and pool are nice The Aurora restaurant was a lifesaver for us last night after checking in Everything was delicious Our waitress was really nice Front desk staff was welcoming The valet staff were really good and nice I felt bad for them with all the action out there in the heat but they were nice and smiling the whole time Our car was up before we came out every time Rooms are nice with very comfortable beds Definitely recommend this hotel!

I am going to give the hotel a full 5-star review I did note that the bed frames were a bit dated, and they could use firmer pillows, along with adding complimentary snack at check in Other than those minor things, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was very pleasant

I loved the back-room view, and it was very affordable given distance from big attractions We were in town for high school singing competition and this hotel was right around the corner and close to a lot of restaurants I will definitely book again and tell others to do the same

Poppy

Overall quality and cleanliness was not an issue, however, for the price of the room one would expect a continental breakfast at least, especially since the hotel clerk mentioned there is breakfast in the morning He failed to tell me that one has to pay for breakfast I did go down for breakfast and was going through empty pots looking for hot food when someone from the kitchen said, “those are empty, your food is cooked to order but you have to pay

” I said what about the fruit over here, she said,” everything in here has to be paid for, that’s Hampton Inn that does free breakfast, the Garden Inn doesn’t” I said, ”Oh, well how much is breakfast?” She said, “Some are $1295, they are different prices” I said, “Why don’t I just go to a restaurant then if I have to pay?” She said, ” Henry is a real good cook ,and he does a fantastic job” No disrespect to Henry but he looked to be about 75 years of age however he was very energetic as he quickly moved about the stove area I ended up going to the nearby Metro Diner

Imani Penn

We had two rooms for my graduation weekend The were clean and neat for the most part The AC unit was rather loud

I noticed what look like dried blood or dirt on the sheet like it was washed but permanently stained the sheets I did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi The pool needed some cleaning and the equipment they had was too long Overall the staff was super helpful and pleasant We enjoyed the decorations they had for UCF Graduation and Mother’s Day

We stayed there for a week with about 30 members in our group and breakfast was essentially non existent during the entire stay even though the person behind the desk would say it would be availableThere were no luggage carts to bring luggage and supplies in from the charter bus There was no courtesy water available from the dispenser AR the desk on the last day

My room did have trash left in it on the floor from previous occupancy We husband and I stay at Marriotts and Hiltons but this Marriott is not a consideration at this moment for future stays

Teresa Avila

Disgusted the whole time,There was hair and makeup on my sheets, the front desk brought me new sheets but was disgusted the rest of the trip There were also these tiny bugs everywhere, night stand, bathroom, desk, and couchAlso the breakfast & coffee were terrible, they had sausage biscuits one morning in the hotplate

They were literally coldIt will not let me upload the video of the big but I took a picture of the video

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Orlando! The check in experience was quick, simple, and super easy The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and has a TON Of seating for guests to enjoy themselves There’s a cafe that is open late for whatever needs you might have, coffee, snacks, etc

the rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable Some things I noticed were that there weren’t too many hooks in the bathrooms so it’s hard to hang towels (especially hand towels and things like that) with there only being 2 hooks Besides that, the bathroom was great, everything was super clean and the shower had great pressure and temperature control which is truthfully the most important thing to me Also, the bed was super hard, and the pillows were SO thin and fluffy There might have been alternative pillow options if you ask the front desk but since we were only staying a night I didn’t go through the trouble The AC is great though! I have spent too many nights in hotels with AC’s that don’t work well enough but this one was great Nice and crisp which is perfect seeping weather Overall, this is a great hotel within walking / short driving distance to tons of attractions and restaurants

Kevin Keyser-Ziegler

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the area safe, and the commodities modern at this hotel at the Marriott It certainly is in a good location being right downtown The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious

I wish breakfast was included in the booking but that was my choice in booking with this hotel to get my Marriott Bonvoy points in lieu of something that offered breakfast elsewhere Great stay, I loved the courtyard with the fire pit Nice to snuggle up out there in a chilly night like it was during my stay with a glass of wine in the early evening

Amy Ipina Dumas

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the pool and the staff placed a Happy Birthday sign with goodies for him It is those thoughtful details that makes me excited to travel again

The room and lobby areas are clean with lots of sanitation stations The front desk and Bistro staff are warm and say hello

We arrived at the airport late night and were picked up by hotel shuttle promptly We found the room nice and clean The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful

We had easy checkout Besides clean room and comfortable beds the next best thing was the pleasant staff Everyone was exceptionally nice Special thanks to Ernesto for his help

Don Demrow

The most pleasant room entry EVER!I used to travel a LOT for work, and stayed at MANY, MANY hotels

This was, hands down, the most pleasant stay ever, for many reasons, some of which are:1 – the first thing, was an effortless, fast check in by a very polite, professional desk clerk2 – the second thing (but this was what REALLY got me) was, when we opened the door to our room, there was beautiful music playing softly, from a special channel on the TV, and the room was cool, and smelled (and looked) VERY clean3 – As alluded to above, the room was SPOTLESSLY clean4 – the bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows Felt just like home5 – the hotel was quiet, which is usually due to excellent desk staff spacing out guests6 – The nice lady that tended the bar was very pleasant, jovial, polite, and accommodatingI am sure there are things I have forgotten to mention, but my wife and I, as well as our friends that were (like us) in Orlando for a wedding all enjoyed our stay If every hotel stay was like this one, it would be a better worldThanks Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport! (7155 Frontage Rd, Orlando FL)

Kristen Knowlton

We checked in around 9:30pm on Friday February 18th and got food delivered to the hotel at 10pm took a quick nap before our flight in the morning! When I woke up around 2:30 I noticed some bugs on top of our pizza box so I checked our donut box and they were absolutely infested with bugs!! We grabbed our stuff and got down to the lobby! The clerk didn’t act very surprised but I am still just so disgusted with that hotel!! We left for the airport almost an hr before we had to be there but I wasn’t staying in that hotel any longer! The shuttle driver was amazing! That is about the only good thing I can say about this hotel! How can you expect people to pay almost $200 to stay a couple hours and lose out on $50 worth of food purchased also! Will not be back to this hotel again!

Christ Crucified

This is the best hotel I’ve been in in years, if not ever Our two queen bed room was huge It had a microwave, mini fridge, small table to eat at with two chairs, sofa that folds out into a bed with an end table

It had luxury vinyl laminate flooring and just a small area of carpet under the bed and around the bed I’ve always been grossed out by hotel carpeting It gets dirty, sticky, and nasty Luxury vinyl laminate is so much better and looks so much nicer Instead of a dresser it had three large drawers sticking out from the wall with two other seats under it where you can sit and put on makeup or whatever I have been to a ton of hotels in this was the biggest standard hotel room I’ve ever seen Also, the room had a true blackout blind that blocked all light from the window The shower worked good The bathroom had a real door that locks, unlike some new modern hotels with those terrible sliding doors that give next to zero privacy It also had a fan that turns on with the light, so you could not turn it off but it’s much better than not having a fan at allThe breakfast was really good They even had Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits in addition to omelettes, sausage patties, pancakes, waffles, and everything else that’s normally at hotel breakfasts The lady working the breakfast was super sweet and accommodatingI only had two minor gripes One was that they would not accept cash payment for the room and the other was that whoever put the weather stripping on the door to the room was very unskilled to say the least They literally installed it with more than a quarter inch gap between it and the door It doesn’t block the light at all, which is its sole purpose I put a towel under the door to block the light from the bottom but I couldn’t block the light from the side The room was still pretty dark though

Joshua Cox

Room was absolutely disgusting, I woke up and found bite marks on my skin and found out my first room had bed bugs in it and then I get to move to another to room then that room the toilet wouldn’t go down for putting almost nothing in that cheap toilet and they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to move into another room for my last night! The showers in each of the rooms were very disgusting, I don’t even have words to describe how bad the all the showers looked This place was under renovation and I think should’ve finished renovating first before putting people in rooms The only good part about this stay is the staff there are very nice to everyone

I should not have to worry about all of this just for a five night stay, this was absolutely ridiculous, the only good part about this stay was the staff were very nice, but other than that, I will probably NEVER stay in a best western hotel because of this and definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel!

Rikki

We changed rooms in this hotel three times! The first room had trash by the bed from a previous customer, the air conditioner and lights were broken The second room had fleas, which caused us get bit by fleas The third room had not been cleaned and the bedding was clearly used! And now the fourth room has no cold water

Instead of solving our problems, the front desk staff kept saying that the manager could only be contacted on Monday He said that he could not contact the manager by message or phone to help us solve our problems! On top of that, their elevator is broken When we got into the elevator, the elevator seemed to be jumping, very scary! There were many problems, but the front desk staff is still very bad attitude, he said that he wanted to help other guests check out, no time to solve our problems I do not think checking out other people is any more urgent than our problem!

This is where we stay whenever we are visiting UCF The hotel is close to campus as well as a lot of restaurants Everyone on staff is very helpful

We needed to extend our stay, and Gabe assisted us in doing so We had a very noisy person next door, and the front desk staff was able to help even at 3AM The complimentary hot breakfast is nice and we enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available by the front desk all day long They’ve also added a hot food vending machine which was helpful to satisfy a chocolate craving at 1AM We were able to relax by the pool and we loved having 24 hour access to a fitness room Always an enjoyable stay!

Tom M

Great location near UCF and Orlando area attractions Nice and quiet Appears recently updated and remodeled tastefully

Spacious well appointed rooms Full hot breakfast included eggs, sausage and waffle maker, along with cold items like yogurt, toast and fruits there’s an area by the pool with picnic tables My only complaint would be that the pool was poorly maintained – it was so green I wouldn’t even put my foot in! Also had leaves and debris on the bottom We ate outside and I noticed several people came out to use the pool and left without going in

Avery Carlson

Its a two star hotel for many reasons One of them being the door handle that would come off whenever we tried to use it or the same door that constantly was getting stuck It has nice renovations that despite the efforts don’t hide the aging of the building

It is a good enough hotel and you can’t beat the price We totally enjoyed our stay but if you want something nice maybe look at other options The pictures on the website are misleading and definitely use that real estate photography magic The hotel was good enough but if you want great look somewhere else

Absolutely perfect for a pre-flight hotel Staff was wonderful including Hugo the shuttle driver The breakfast has quality items and it is nice to have a full bar available in the evening

So so close to the airport, we were there in just a few minutes They have a parking promotion available even if you don’t do the park and fly rate through Marriott – such an incredible deal!! Love how close food options are so you could drive/walk/order delivery Would stay again and highly recommend this hotelEdited to Add: We arrived back 10 days later, called the hotel once we had our bags to let them know we needed the shuttle since our car was at the hotel The shuttle was there within 10-15 minutes and Juan was our driver who was so incredibly friendly Our car was just as it was when we left and I would feel comfortable staying and leaving a car there again Thank you!!

Juli Rasmussen

We decided to stay here the night before we flew out, just to reduce stress We had a rental car and it was very easy to drive from this hotel to the car rental return No traffic towards the airport! It’s a newer hotel and it’s got a great design

The staff is friendly One weird thing is the layout of the furniture I love that the TV is big, the bed was comfortable, the desk and lamp are modular, but why is the couch underneath the TV? The negative is that it wasn’t really clean For example, the linoleum floor was sticky and the kitchen countertop wasn’t clean I always bring Clorox wipes, so not too big of a deal, but that’s an area that needs improved on

D. Ford

Ever since I was at the airport, I called to get shuttle information Ed was so willing to help He’s very knowledgeable and he was very nice over the phone

When we got here he was extremely helpful and very nice! Such a great experience! He was so accommodating! He should be a manager or something I haven’t had such an experience in a long while He really made the transition from the airport to the stay very great Lastly, the rooms and the hotel itself is very beautiful Very comfortable It’s amazing I highly recommend Thanks Ed!

My husband and I stayed at this location for over a week and we really it and enjoyed our stay I have to mention Tess, Manager and Isabella for their great smiles every morning whether it was 6am or 10am, they greeted you with big beautiful smiles and were very attentive to your needs Great job, Ms

Tess and thank you for everything to you and your entire staff-Mr and Mrs Lamb

Gina Pelle

Room had roaches They moved us to another room that wasn’t sure if was safe to stay in because of poison, confirmed they fumigated day before Requested housekeeping during my stay, they didn’t show up

Annoying your room cards don’t work for gym, have to request it every time you want to use it Too many people to use the pool & dirty Not ideal for families, had construction workers smoking & drinking all day watching the guests swim Breakfast had turkey sausage everyday- don’t eat turkey- what happened to bacon? Limited options Rooms are paper thin Can hear everything in the hallway, people talking, other rooms, even when the elevator dings Constantly wakes you up I won’t be staying here again

S H

Breakfast included was pretty complete except that was missing fruits Not even bananas were offered, forget about apples Being in FL one would think fruit would be readily available

Recommend to replace Cinnabon for apples and bananas if looking at cutting the budgetThe website says laundry included but with out luck it wasn’t functioning!! We had to find an outside laundry, very inconvenient! Took a star off from service but staff were nice and knowledgeable

Just a Doge

I mean for a Hilton hotel the price was above average even for Hilton The desk staff were almost clueless on my reservation The shuttle took 45 minutes AFTER me calling them over 5 times! The bus is barely past Orlando health guidelines

The breakfast is 12 dollars a person That is outrageous however it is a buffet The air conditioner was at 50 degrees once I got in! 50 degrees farenheight They’re exercise room doesn’t even work! Their pool at plenty of leaves

Andrew Kustes

A lot could be improved The hallways were ice cold My bathtub had a dark stain on it

Tub faucet leaked The service was just ok No one really seemed happy or friendly It almost seemed to be a chore to help The shuttle driver was grumpy and left us at the wrong terminal We did get to check in early which was a big plus But in the end we felt like we were more of a bother than a guest

Megan Robichaud

This place put in the effort where it counts The rooms were very clean, and the bed was great The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the guys who drove the shuttle! Some things could be improved or updated, the laundry room and elevators could use a little TLC, and our TV didn’t work (we didn’t actually care), but overall this was a very quiet, safe, and cozy place to stay

Also, the proximity to the airport was very convenient I would definitely stay here again

Nidia Salazar

We loved our stay Staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean, both elevators work (in case you have read old reviews) Carlos was the nicest employee helping us with a crib for our son

The only reason is 4 stars and not 5 is because we called ahead and were told there was an airport shuttle 24/7 at anytime any moment But at check in we found out it runs every 30 mins and only does the ride once and limited space, so today we had to take the 6:00 am instead of the 5:30 that was our goal Nothing horrible but important to consider

Vicky Simmons

The hotel staff was very nice and the property was very cleanThe bathroom door evidently was installed to open door it was directly in the path of the toilet The bathroom area was a bit small and the microwave did not work properly

Other than those issues it was in a nice location and the overall visit was worth the price we paid

Throughly enjoyed the hotel they give you a decent breakfast daily and on Wednesday night they offer snacks and light appetizers along with beer wine and water complimentary I thought that was very generous The hotel is clean the rooms are nice and the people that work there are nice as well

The one comment I will say is that if you close the bedroom door for privacy there is not a large vent to cool the living room kitchen area where I had 2 people sleeping so we had to leave the bedroom door open for it to be cool

rowena betoro

Our stay with the whole family in this hotel was excellentGreat choices of breakfast, they had an excellent way of treating their guest by providing dinner with the wine, beer, and foods (vegetable salad, cheeses, nachoritos, soup)Staff are friendly, and the managerTheir rooms are great it is clean, big

Highly recommended to stay 👏👏👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I will rate them more than 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed my time Rooms are a little worn out but perfectly acceptable I appreciated the fan on the AC could be set to run continuously, since it was a great way to drown out the noise outside

My first 2 nights, I ended up between a family with 2 rooms who didn’t arrive until 1130pm and were going back and forth between rooms nonstop, yelling and slamming doors The second night I called the front desk to complain shortly after midnight, and they did send someone to ask them to quiet down There did seem to be a ton of families staying hereThe pool was excellent- VERY warm water and relaxing My only complaint is you had to ask for a pool towel at the front desk every single time Sometimes that took forever when there was people checking inBreakfast was great- plenty of options, which rotated so it wasn’t the same thing every day The ladies working the breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything full Coffee was good and hotThe fitness center was a little weak They have 2 treadmills, an elptical, a bike, and a set of dumbbells Very little room to do anything else If the weather is cool enough, you can run the large block the hotel is on and it’s about 2 1/2 miles All sidewalks, and no intersections to crossThe front desk staff were very friendly and the location is close to tons of restaurants, and very close to UCF It’s the about 25 minutes from the airport

We stayed in October of 2018 upon arrival I was not sure what to expect but I was in for a wonderful surprise! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating We stayed for two days and staff always checked to see if we needed fresh towels or linens Our room was clean and well air conditioned

The rooms had an apartment feeling to them with a separate living room and kitchen The courtyard outside was beautifully landscaped! Walking around outside in the courtyard at night was my favorite! It was so peaceful The hotel definitely had a romantic vibe to it The location was right on point too!! Located 5 min away from downtown and right off the highway A++

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne It felt more like a home than a hotel, or an upscale bed and breakfast Like a world away from Orlando, but right off the Freeway, and convenient

The hotel itself is a Victorian style property, with beautiful gardens, and located right by the lake The rooms were well appointed, again, think B&B rather than your standard run of the mill hotel, and comfortable as well as charming The staff was so friendly, and check in/out was a cake walk They had a breakfast in the morning as well, but unfortunately we had to get on the road, otherwise I would have absolutely stayed for that I couldn’t get enough of this place Thanks for a wonderful stay, We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne! Such a beautiful property, I honestly would have been happy sleeping in the garden! But seriously, the rooms were well appointed, the property was breathtaking, the house was Victorian style and just so charming Had I not been staying there with my band mates, I would say it’s very romantic Also, it should be noted, that the rooms were not only charming, but comfortable, quiet, and dark, for an extremely good night of rest and relaxation

The property was also conveniently located right off the freeway, and not too far from the airport or the city, but far enough that it didn’t feel like I was in Orlando, but somewhere far nicer Thanks for such a great stay!

I’m not sure if it was because I spent the day at Disney, or if it was because I wasn’t feeling great

but by the time I got to this room, wowprobably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in Even the next day, my son and I were blown away at how good the sheets felt and how neither of us wanted to get out of these beds Front desk was very friendly when I showed up I booked two rooms and they got my other rooms guests booked and into their rooms hours before I showed up even though I forgot to call ahead and say I wouldn’t be with them checking in Made the process easy Breakfast was standard hotel breakfastnothing to write home about, but good enough to start a road trip on Rooms decor was really nice here I don’t have anything negative to say about that The room I picked was just a standard with two queens, but was on the small side with a pretty poor excuse for a window So based on thatthe price was a little steep But not being familiar with the area probably on par with others Only thing that dropped me from 5 stars was cost and size of room for that cost There are plenty of places to eat right around the corner too

This is a great hotel We were able to rent a suite room for the price of single rooms at other nearby hotels The room was clean and relatively modern

It had a separate living/kitchen area, and a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds The staff was friendly, the bathroom clean, the water hot The continental breakfast was great There are vending machines on each floor Overall, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was Would recommend

The room is fine and clean, but certain rooms share a door with another room and there is absolutely NO soundproofing between those rooms You can literally see through the large gap at the bottom (photo attached) I asked the front desk to switch rooms because I could clearly hear every word spoken by my room neighbors (they were speaking at a normal volume and weren’t even yelling), and I was told that every single room in this hotel has a door with another room

I know this can’t be true and it is confirmed by the other attached photo, so I’m unsure why I was told this Only four rooms per floor have a connecting door to another room Unfortunately, I was moved to one of the only other rooms with an adjoining door! Fortunately, I don’t think anyone is currently staying in the connecting room, so I’m hoping that holds true for the rest of my trip I currently have a towel shoved under the gaping door hole as a precaution anyway

Great location The rooms were great, service by staff was on point Very attentive and extremely helpful

We had brunch and everything I ate was delicious The menu was very diverse and there was something for everyone We were celebrating Father’s Day and my dad, brother and brother in law had the best time They made this time a very special occasion that my family will forever cherish I will be back in the future

This is a pretty fancy hotel Probably one of the fanciest downtown Orlando has to offerThe restaurant is fantastic

The Sunday brunch is even more fantastic The bar has some great craft cocktailsThe check-in procedure is smooth and the staff behind the desk is on the top of their gameParking is a bit of a challenge and even though they offer valet from some very efficient subcontractors, it would have been nice if the designers of the hotel made just a little bit more room to maneuver into the drop off area 🤦🏻‍♂️ at times the line can extend out into the street creating an uncomfortable wait time and a traffic jamOh, and it’s not inexpensive either 😉

To begin, this is a lovely, functional hotel for either a short or long-term stay It’s truly a hidden gem at a reasonable price point I love the functional wall in the Home2 Suites

The kitchen is fully equipped, including 3/4 fridge with large freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave, as well as plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery At this Home2 Suites, the rooms seem to maximize storage in unexpected, creative ways In the queen suite there are 2 desk surfaces, a rolling dining table, nesting side tables and nearly endless storageWhat makes this hotel truly special, in my experience, is the staff The young lady working the front last night went out of her way for us twice, quickly and with a smile I wish I had gotten her name! This morning, at 3:40am, my mom was getting ready to grab her early flight, and I asked the young lady working if there was a way to get something for her to eat Again, I was facing someone who was attentive, friendly, thoughtful and happy She ran around the back grabbing fruit and water I figure anybody in the service industry who is able to maintain that kind of attitude at 3:40 in the morning is destined for sainthood Her name was Genesis Both women embodied a level of customer service that should be the goal of every person in customer service, and you cannot maintain that without having a good employer Truly, it makes this hotel special

This hotel is AMAZING!!! Me & my Husband went to stay here on our honeymoon because we just recently married This hotel welcomed us with opened arms They even gave us a small gift as well

They greeted us every morning & breakfast was fantastic!!! The hotel was always cleaned when we came in from adventuring They are also were very helpful when we didn’t know how to work the shades in the room We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Orlando If you want a nice breakfast, clean rooms, and a welcoming staff I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks you guys for a wonderful stay, until next time

QUEENofCOIN “QueenOfCOIN”

If I were the owner of the Hilton brand, I would yank my name off this building I stayed 2 nights at 269/per night When I arrived, the valet situation was a cluster

It appeared to be a one-way drive PACKED with parked cars, I didn’t know what to do I had a lot of bags to unload and there was no luggage cart The valet explained that they were all taken and suggested that I stop the elevator on every floor to look for a cart that someone had ditched I made two trips to fourteenth floor to get everything inChecking in, I was the only guest at the front desk, and the tall man would not even acknowledge me He seemed super stressed out The lady offered to help me instead Turns out the tall guy is the manager Now this is all making senseOnce I got in the room, I realized the toilet was clogged, and the bed-side light was flickering like an insane asylum I called the front desk to ask for a room with a working toilet and lights, but they did nothing about it The young man who works late acted like he was so aggravated that I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call He was also rude when I asked if it was too late to get food from restaurantI called down to the valet at 615am to pull up my car and when I got down there, they had ignored my request, which me late for a work event I was away for 17 hours, and since I didn’t have time to hassle with room request, I decided to ignore the issues My room was untouched, nobody serviced it, cleaned it, no coffee Which forced me to buy a $5 black coffee downstairs at Starbucks because there was no other optionThe manager at the front desk should have been my first indication that this place is a circus Between the sloppy valet, unkempt rooms, and RUDE men working the front desk, This place needs new management

Kenny Tudor

The room weren’t great The air conditioner ran constantly you couldn’t adjust the temperature so we had to turn it off so we didn’t freeze to death The room had a musty smell to it

There is a place to eat in the lobby but I wouldn’t call it a restaurant it was overpriced The location was convenient they don’t tell you on the booking sites you have to pay additional for parking

Sophia Vedell

This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in in my whole entire life Parking was horrible one way in pretty much one way out Got in my room filthy had a washcloth that someone had used had lipstick or blood I don’t know which one went and talked to the housekeeper she said she didn’t speak English so she really couldn’t help me

Really foul smell carpet was dirty really need to be renovated Horrible experience never again!! Valet worker smell completely like he just came out of the room and was smoking weed !!

This place is beautiful The two bedroom, two bath, living room and kitchen were nice, clean & sanitized Although there’s a disconnected fireplace in the living room, it still brings a relaxing ambience to the place

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator The cabinets have plates, pots & pans included Kitchen also has a dishwasher The breakfast is wonderful There’s hot food: Belgian waffles, sausage egg & cheese bagels, egg/spinach quiches, muffins, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, etc

It’s OK, I don’t mind to give all 5 stars to this lovely accommodation Because at 930am , breakfast time was over I already done but some guest come to have breakfast and they already done and everything was clean

But lady from kitchen give him some coffee and some sandwiches to him Not too much but this is great service Rooms are clean and no smell because I move from one bed room to two bed room I can’t look everything to review for this property but I only can review something comes up with me You can ask free water bottles like 2 per day Not alots but they show their hospitality to their guests Good job Thanks

I know that sometimes Residence Inns get a bad rap for being older and a little run down, but this is one of the best I’ve stayed at It’s clean, well maintained and quite We’ve been here for a week now and it’s been a pleasant experience

The furniture should certainly be updated, but the beds are comfortable and the appliances in the kitchen are updated I would certainly stay here again

Positive: the price was reasonable The room was a good sizeThe staff are very friendly! The pool temp was perfect

Negatives: the front desk staff, though nice, are never at the front desk They wait in the office behind it And there is no service bell, so each time you wonder if anyone is there or if they’ll come outLots of areas in need of repainting or updatingThe hallways smelled funkyA few other things but those were the main complaints

My husband and I have spent the last 10 weeks at this hotel because my husband got relocated for work During our time at the hotel, we really felt the staff made our visit feel like we were at our home, away from home The employees are very friendly and always welcomed us, including our puppy, no matter how many times we walk in or out of the lobby each day

Though the staff overall is superb, there were a few employees who went above and beyond during our stay and I’d like to highlight who they wereJessica – Works greeting guests at the front desk in the lobby Jessica was by far the most lovely employee She was always so joyful and kind to us! Each night she would bake cookies for the guests, and as time went on, she knew my husband and I absolutely loved her hot and freshly baked cookies So, she took the initiative upon herself to call our room (on occasion) and let us know she just took some hot cookies out of the oven, and even offered to bring them to our room She was very personable, selfless, and kind!Lizabeth – She serviced and cleaned our room each day She too was always so friendly, especially to our puppy There were times I wouldn’t be in the room when she would service it, but I never worried about leaving my dog alone with her Rather, it seemed that the more time they spent together the more our dog loved seeing her each day She is a very hard worker and always has a smile on her face It was such a pleasure getting to see her each dayRoselyn and Maye – Both of these ladies worked in housekeeping as well and went above and beyond in their work Not only cleaning our room with such detail, but also their exuberant personalities always brightened my dayPablo- Though his title is chief engineer at the hotel, Pablo helped serve me in many ways One incident that really stood out to me was when I was doing laundry, he noticed me struggling to carry my basket So, he carried it for me all the way up to room He is always the first one to jump in and help where help is neededLastly, Cristyl-Lin, the manager of the hotel During my stay, there were many things I needed help with and she too would go above and beyond to serve me and my family If she didn’t have the answer immediately, she would always call back and follow up It is evident that her staff if so joy-filled because of how she leads her team Excellent job on Marriott’s behalf in hiring such an exceptional managerWhile I am excited to finally be going back home, I will surely miss the people at this hotel My husband and I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time here

Candice Moore

We haven’t stayed here yet, but made a reservation for the end of September, beginning of October for UCF family weekend Our flight plans changed per the airline unfortunately We had to call and change our reservations and spoke to Mauricio, who was amazing

He not only changed the dates, but also fixed the rates after they were messed up due to the change I hope he is working while we are there so we can thank him personally for being so wonderful
