Had a perfectly lovely weekend stay here Everything is bright, fresh and clean Our king bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely finished out and a good size

Toiletries were good quality Staff responded quickly when we needed more towels That black-out curtain doesn’t mess around! It is easy to oversleep (I might be speaking from experience – ha!) The only thing to note is what is meant by “minimal” rooms — there was no dresser and no closet in our room I have no idea if all rooms are like that or not A handful of hooks on the walls, but if we had been either there any longer than 15 days or had an occasion that called for something other than the casual clothes we had packed, it would have been inconvenient

I will give them another tryBeds were comfortable, rooms were small (but that is okay), breakfast was ready on time and had decent options and fruit, coffee bar was good, rooms were mostly clean (they need to vacuum the edges, there were crumbs and hair in the corners etc), new hotelWe did have to change rooms twice

1st room, ants, not clean2nd room, ac was getting cold BUT I am a seasoned traveler and have a humidity monitor The humidity went all the way up to 83% which is repulsive, I woke up to the smell of wet dog We changed rooms3rd room was greatWalls are thin and there is some highway noise so bring earplugsThere is no awning so if it’s raining you are getting wet, honestly biggest complaintAll that to say I will try it again

Adam Carros

Really solid hotel for our overnight stop through Only issue to be aware of – rooms have all vinyl tile, no carpet so it can be a bit loud for footsteps or moving luggage on floors (only reason it is not 5 star) But it also made the rooms feel really clean and modern

Good amenities (pool and gym), quiet area with stuff around it for food or necessities and easy on/off interstate Breakfast was basic (cereal, bagels, fruit and one hot sandwich option) but tasty and, while it would be nice to have coffee machine in the room, the coffee machine in lobby was really nice for fresh coffee

Excellent everything! Cushy and SUPER comfy beds, nice big room And at check in the girl at the counter was so nice!! We had been driving for two days and on our drive here we had slept in our truck because hotels along our journey were all booked up We were exhausted & frazzled

We arrived too early for normal check in which i believe she said is 3pm?? Not positive, but she checked to see if there was a clean room and let us check us in early Super accommodating and nice Convenient location to the airport if you’re flying in to the area, otherwise it’s a quite a drive in it seemed, but totally worth it Overall excellent experience thus far If that changes by morning, I’ll let you know Very happy with this hotel, definitely would stay here again! Goodnight! 🛌 😴 💤

Katherine Armstrong

George at the front desk was so kind and welcoming He asked us about our trip and where we were from, and was genuinely interested Everything works great in our room and it was a very clean hotel as well

We also enjoyed the hot tub, as this is the first hotel my husband and I have been to in awhile that has had a working one! Would stay here again if we come back to Bentonville

Khi Dunnreed

Everything was exceptional The rooms were clean the service is great it was one of the better experiences I’ve had vacationing the only issue I had was that the pool was a little murky but not really dirty I think the filter may have not been working is all But overall it was a very very wonderful experience and I appreciate the service

Warm and welcoming front desk staff (my experience was morning) Breakfast server was super sweet My room didn’t have DND for the door

To my surprise and delight housekeeping lady replenished coffee and took out the trash No one does that anymore! I loved it…thanked and tipped her My room is spacious and the bed/pillows are comfy

Debbie Homans

Wow, what a poor representation for a Sheraton Picked this place to stay because I thought I was getting something better then the average hotel and I was so wrong Checked in on Saturday this past weekend and notified the front desk when the AC didn’t work in our suite and was told we’d have to wait until Monday for a resolution to wit we found completely unacceptable

Make a big enough fuss about it and they changed our room Here we are 4 days later and our room has yet to be cleaned ONCE – only thing they have done is replace towels They have yet to empty the trash in the room, have yet to make the bed and or change the sheets and have yet to even lift a finger to clean the room Called the front desk after day 4 and the receptionist responds with I don’t know their cleaning schedule!! Really????? How about daily – what am I paying for to stay in the same sheets for 8 days with 8 days of trash in the garbage bins? Completely unacceptable and do not recommend at all

I have a 7 kids my wife and I and I had the best experience i have ever had We will be definitely be coming back I called snd made reservations and receptionist was amazing

The housekeeping crew were awesome They came back and cleaned our room after we left for the day at 3:00pm We came back to a clean room 💯 I hope ALL Double Tree Hotels are at the same level as this one (We are from Oklahoma) Thank you 🙏🏽 PS…all my kids recieved a complimentary huge delicious chocolate chip cookie 🍪 That was huge for my family

Amy Linden

The hotel is dated They’ve done a few upgrades like new counter top in bathroom but the shower curtain “contraption” just doesn’t work Water ends up all over the floor

Steamy windows dont allow for a view, even though its the parking lot And, the bed was really uncomfortable Also, I’d wish they switch to refillable soap containers for the shower Allows for not having to call on housekeeping or just not deal with the annoying small bottles that end up wasting 1/3 of the product! Honestly, why use these bottles anymore??Front desk & bar were friendlyI’ll pick the Homes 2 Suites behind this property next time

Donna Goss

Reserving a room at Doubletree, means clean, safe and comfortUpon check-in, the lobby & reservations desk looked like the 60’s/70’s Furnishing we’re not only dated but worn out

Went to our room to find more of the same Room has not been updated in at least 4 decades Desk chair ripped, closet/hanging rack was about 3 ft off ground, dark & muggy Hideous doesn’t begin to describe this propertyI wouldn’t recommend for any reason!

New property really pretty Front desk staff friendly EXCEPT manager I believe his name started with a J

My company booked this travel stay for me like usual and we had an issue with authorization which was fixed rather quickly on my end The company asked to speak with manager he came out didn’t greet me AT ALL just stared at me I put the phone on speak phone so that we can work together to resolve issue manager never said hello or anything he just stood there If it wasn’t for another agent calling and talking to a more “alive” and friendly staff member at the same time i wouldn’t have gotten into my room in a timely manner to prepare for my program Even though they gave information for authorizing credit card on file the manager still instructed staff member to charge me incidentals (It was a one-night stay) I loved the layout of the room and slept well except for this mark on the bed which looked like a burn or a really bad stain

Ricardo Eugenio

Long drive from Chicago to Rogers, AR but we made it at 5:30 AMJames check us in and even tried to give us comp for our room since we missed a day Staff are super friendly

Hotel is pretty new Clean rooms and well organized Big hands to James even the GM did not approve the comp Thank you James for making our first visit to AR enjoyable 5 Stars!

Pete Lenz

Newer construction, hotel spaces and rooms are contemporary Rooms quite large Little interaction with staff and no housekeeping service (due to Covid) so no comment

However front desk staff all seemed to dress inappropriately casual The beds are awful! Some sort of memory foam, there is no way to lay down without the bed feeling like it’s an old sagging bed Will not stay here again though I expect to be back in this area multiple times in the coming year

Triple Seven Investigations and Protection

The staff was super friendly nice and knowledgeable The check-in procedure was quick and painless The room was beautiful spacious with a nice little living area

The breakfast was excellent However the reason I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again and the reason I’m only giving it a three star instead of a five star is due to the fact that there’s no microwaves in the rooms It is very impractical and inconvenient to make guests go all the way to the first floor and use the one microwave available for the whole building I travel 5 to 6 days a week sometimes and don’t always want to eat out so when I get to my hotel I want to be able to heat my food up and relax It’s unfortunate that a microwave will keep me away however that’s the one demise of this hotel

Janessa Toro

This hotel is okay! The bed was very comfortable The rooms are a bit outdated, carpet is older, furniture is a little dusty dirty, etc I picked this hotel because I felt it would be decent for the price and what I was looking for and it is fine

If you want something budget friendly then consider staying here The staff was friendly at check in!

Prentis Davis

Nice and quiet My stay here has been a great experience so far I will be back in AR in a few months for work, I’ll be staying here every time I come back

Not a bad place but needs some TLCI came to Bentonville due to a death in the family and needed a handicap room for a person in a wheelchair The room I got was listed on my reservation as such but that is not what I got Before I get into the issues, I do have some good points to share

When I arrived on 6/8/22, the gentleman at the counter was outstanding He was well trained, courteous, and helpful He was a great example of what is expected and exceeds many front desk people I have encountered over the years He was genuine and a pleasure to interact with Based solely on him, I would return again without hesitationThe beds were very comfortable and fluffy pillows This made me sleep like a baby in comfort after a long day on the highway The room was basically clean and in order Our guest with the wheelchair was unable to come so I did not mention that this room was not handicap It was a long way down the hall, and I have a walking distance issue due to my health That was the first clue this room was wrong plus it was on the third floor I was happy to have a quiet floor with zero noise at allThe breakfast bar was very clean and properly stocked with fresh food We arrived at 8:50 and was encouraged that there was plenty of food that near the end The variety and quality were superior to many similar hotels Now I will address the problemsWhen you walk in, it smells musty and damp due to its age The carpets have seen better days, the furniture needs replaced, and a deep cleaning session must be placed on the calendar The restroom had a high degree of surface mold, and the vent was full of dust Plenty of scuff marks and chips along the walls too It is an older hotel and with an investment in cleaning, painting, and upgrades, the potential is thereWould I stay again or recommend it to anyone? Yes, to both even with the issues because of the staff members I came across It’s hard to find good help and it seems like the management has invested wisely in personnel across the boards Cleaning and fixtures are easy if you have the right people

I very much enjoyed my stay here Orlando at the front desk was very kind and helpful I stayed at 3 other choice hotels in the past 4 days and this one qas by far the best

This is the only hotel to give me a gift for being a platinum memberMy room was clean and comfortable Had to knock 1 star off for a dirty pillow and chair, which I would NOT sit in because that looked like something biologicalOverall if I were ever in the area again I would definitely stay there

Stayed for a full weekFirst: Employees were polite and apologetic But

* Hot water ran loudly in sink for 45 days and they had nobody to fix it See photos Said they had no other room to move us to, but I overheard them on the phone telling a caller they had a room just like ours available* Smoke detector directly over bed flashed two very bright, green lights every 8 seconds all night for the entire stay They told me that was normal* Door key wouldn’t work and I had to go to desk every time I wanted to get into the room to have desk person come up and use their key to let me in* Most of the time, there was a single person at the desk and no other employees, so if you needed something (like a towel) you had to come downstairs and get it yourself* Cleaning only available 3 day per week AND ONLY IF REQUESTED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE Promised to clean room as requested and did not show up – twice When they did clean, they did not replenish cups, bath mat, soaps, etc Once when I requested cleaning, I came back to the room to find a black, plastic trash bag in front of our door I didn’t know if it was trash or something else Turns out it was towels, but the room was not cleaned No note explaining why* Promised clean towels and did not deliver as promised – once* Bathroom floor was sticky and there was a lot of dirt behind the door and under the sink (not a cabinet – just open under sink) See photos* Carpet was sticky and cereal pieces were along edge of floor by bed* Free breakfast was, um, worth the price* There is no shuttle service to nearby locations or to the airportI complained about the 45 sleepless nights due to constant running hot water, and was offered a $78 refund (less than one night’s stay) I said that wasn’t an appropriate amount The desk person consulted with “management” and called back and offered the equivalent of 2 nights refund I accepted it, but think they should have done more

What a find! This gorgeous upscale hotel boasts an incredible (free!) eclectic museum, open to the public This large collection of art, rivals all the museums in town The bar area is unique with an art installation of bees and honeycombs

I was drawn to the exterior of the building with it’s bright green penguins on top, and multiple art installations outside Whether you are lucky enough to be staying at 21C or just visiting the museum or bar, it’s a can’t miss destination Handicap accessible

Marla Aufseeser

I love the concept of the hotel; a combined modern-feeling hotel that’s also an art gallery However, the night we stayed there, it happened to be extremely high-priced, even given what the prices seem to typically be (Perhaps it was prom night?) The room was small but clean

There were not many extras-no fridge, no mini-bar, nor very many high-end bath products There was only limited room service and the hotel store had almost nothing available (all at ridiculously overpriced amounts) Even though it was a weekend night, everything closed early The staff was very courteous and I liked the style of the lobby and room very much The hotel has a nice comfortable fitness room, accesible 24-7, but no pool I think the hotel’s strength is its art combined with its location It is within easy walking distance to Compton Gardens and Crystal Bridges art museum and hiking trails, as well as downtown Bentonville/Bentonville Square Having all these things so easily accessible strengthens the art gallery theme of the hotel One can continue to the museum as part of a unified experience and the hotel is close to many good restaurants that are more reasonably priced than The HiveIt’s dog friendly and the rooms are stylish, but we got a Luxury King and though the space was used well, it felt very small It didn’t have any appealing view Nor did it have many features (other than the art work,) one couldn’t find at a standard motel I think if the features in the room could be improved, it would make the price more justifiable I would like to see higher bed and bath products and more bath products in general, more electronic plugs and features, amenities both in the room and in the hotel itself Perhaps some complimentary snacks in the room, a better TV/streaming/cable/movie system, a few extra features to help one sleep, like eye masks or special music, all those little extra things that most hotels in this price range includeThe restaurant in the hotel, the Hive, was very overpriced, even with the comp that the hotel provided, $18 off for each guest I was very disappointed given the reputation of the chef The food was heavy and not very good The wait service in the restaurant wasn’t excellent either There were limited options to choose from both in terms of food and non-alcoholic drinksAlso, check in wasn’t until 4 pm, and check out was 11 am, so I just didn’t feel I got my money’s worth That said, it was an overall positive experience, especially due to the art work, location and courtesy of the staff I think a few minor improvements on the hotel’s end would help justify the price (We paid almost $400 for a Luxury King, for two people, on a weekend night It is possible the prices may have been due to another event going on or that we booked relatively late, but the standard prices seem a bit too steep for what the hotel is currently offering) And while Bentonville is definitely developing, it’s no metropolitan international city, at least not yet For a hotel to justify charging that much, it had to offer just a bit more(Primary artwork was by Wim Botha when we stayed in April)

If you are looking for a clean, spacious, quiet experience in the Bentonville area, this is a great one! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast amazing! I have four teenage boys who were with me and they were all full when we left the breakfast bar But they have choices of waffles, cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy, donuts and pastries, juices, milk and all were plentiful and well stockedThe pool was open and was enjoyable both in temperature and noise levels

Great place to stay, I’m sure we will do it again

Sydney Archuleta

I have a lot of mix emotions The place was super clean and the bed was amazing We slept so well and really wanted to stay another night

However we stayed at the hotel only for a pool and hot tube but we feel it was a waste of our money There was two boys who had set up computers in the pool area and was playing music super load and singing into microphones and then playing it over and over, other guests was drinking in the pool area and playing there music as load as it could go I some of the staff acted like high school children It it clearly not being ran by professionals and felt like we was in a party college area or a ghetto area mixed Sadly we had to leave the pool area because some young men decided to swim in nothing and my 7 year old was in the pool I was very disappointed that it is so clean, and comfortable but it felt cheap, not well managed and trashy It appears that the staff is living there and are adding to the quilty of the place being less than

I first visited the Comfort Inn Bentonville off exit 88A back in January I was here for 2 weeks, and I had a wonderful experience So much so that when my life imploded due to a divorce, I called them from Washington state and made a plea for help relocating

Not only did the hotel manager show me compassion, but the entire staff wrapped their arms around me once I arrived I made it out here in 2 days and I had a sophisticated plan for work and living The staff, from laundry all the way to management, has been the single most valuable resource around They’ve not only provided me with suggestions to assist me in my success, more importantly they have encouraged me in my pursuit of a new start I cannot say enough about this hotel and it’s staff I will be forever grateful once my journey ends in balance Thank you so much You all know who you are If you need a place to stay in Bentonville Arkansas, make this hotel you’re very first call And oh yeah, the accomations are unparalleled That is no exaggeration

Yes, it is very nice to have a door to our bedroom The breakfast was better than most Marriott’s we’ve been to recently The 3/5 is for the overall cleanliness and condition of the room

First, the bathroom smelled of urine and the drain in the tub/shower didn’t drain So, was the bathroom cleaned and why didn’t any of the cleaning staff notice these items?Further, the deadbolt on the door would stay out after opening the door almost everytime so you would need to use the inside latch to close the doorAgain, the breakfast was better than other Marriott’s we’ve been to recentlyOh, we are lifetime Gold Bonvoy members so we’ve stayed at many Marriott’s this may change going forward

Started off our visit a little rocky as our reserved room had cobwebs everywhere and the outlet and lights between the two beds was non-functional However, after talking to the management, they did take care of us and the rest our stay was great! Food options were good but they did repeat everyday The pool was cold but not too bad

Rooms were dated but served their purpose The management and staff are what made this visit a good one Hats off to them!

Nice staff — Fran is the best Remembered my floor number a day later, knew better than me how many extra towels I needed for my girls The hotel is good for a town place, nice clean and roomy

Lacks some attention to detail— different color (warmth) LED bulbs makes it look getho Bright white LEDs look like and industrial factory, not a warm hotel Someone should walk the hotel and makes sure everything is attached, connected and screwed in tightly Simple things matter

Nice hotel, very friendly staff and a great breakfast Buffett style or have something made up for you washed down with a cup of fresh coffee Excellent fire pit out back for relaxing in the evening

Well equipped gym Rooms are comfortable and very clean Common areas are well maintained Despite being close to some main road intersections rooms are surprisingly quiet

No frills hotel No service in rooms still, yet I’m not sure why Exercise room is pretty good, little bit of everything

Water pressure in room was low, snack shop doesn’t sell much of anything so hit a Walmart neighborhood market before your stay It was fine for a few days, but I likely won’t return and certainly skylight stay there for a week or more Need to up their game considering price of the rooms Need and being we’re super comfortable and i couldn’t hear my neighbors Garbage truck picks up dumpsters on Mondays at 4-5am, blech Lots of construction in that area right now Pretty good location for dining options and a short drive to downtown Bentonville

I’m amazed that this hotel has such high reviews I’m assuming they must room everyone on the opposite side of the hotel that I stayed on? It literally sounds like my window is open and I am on the highway Every motorcycle, loud truck, or Honda Civic with pipes must reside directly outside this hotel

You can literally hear everything! I would not recommendI’ve been traveling for work and recreation for over 30 years and have never experienced a room this loud before I don’t understand with all the reviews this is not stated at the top of the list?Front desk was no help Just said we’re oversold Then hung up on me No response

When I first arrived, everything seemed fine The room seemed clean and comfortable It wasn’t until later that I discovered that the WiFi was almost non-functional

I couldn’t participate in evening Zoom meetings for work while at this hotel The desk lamp also didn’t work In addition, there were very few outlets in the room Also, as I was trying to go to sleep, I could hear the guests upstairs walking around Later that night, when it started raining, the whole room became intolerably humid (the floor felt damp as I walked across it), and my room started to smell musty There wasn’t any coffee available during breakfast in the morning, and there were very few food options

The property is becoming a bit older but it is clean and the staff at the front desk is wonderful! We had a fluke issue with a toilet and in less than 5 minutes the night manager brought keys to a new room to our door The hotel is in a convenient location to many fun and hip areas in Bentonville as well as being next to a cool park with hiking trails It sits just far enough off a couple of main highways to be convenient but it is so quiet that you feel like you are in the country!

Not the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at Front desk check is not the friendliest The restaurant is kind of weird just right in the middle of the lobby

We’ve stayed here many times in the past so we expected it to be solid The room was just average, nothing special at all The breakfast is billed as the “best hotel breakfast in town” but even though they say it runs to 10am on Sunday, they don’t replenish anything after about 9, so there was basically nothing left to eat when we got there at 9:30, and the attendant refused to put anything else out

Their canteen hasn’t been stocked in a while so there was no bottled water to buy We won’t be staying here again Don’t waste your money

Darian Collier

Do not create a hotel block here – they will not follow the contract and hold rooms as long as they tell you them will Very unprofessional staffingI had a hotel block contract with them that was made September 2021 for my April 2022 wedding

About four months before my wedding, guests were trying to call to reserve their rooms from the block The hotel had lost the info for the hotel block I had to reset everything up I should have taken this as a sign to find a different hotelThey created a new contract for the hotel block that said they were going to hold my hotel block until April 7, 2022 Meaning guests had until that day to call for their rooms – that the hotel was to hold these rooms until that dateWell early March I had a couple guests try to call to get their rooms and they were told the hotel had already released the rooms and they would have to pay a new rateThe rate they gave kept changing to be higher and higher just because Garth Brooks was also playing that weekend They wanted more money because they knew people would pay to stay to see Garth Brooks Every time a guest called, they would be told a different, higher priceThe manager kept dodging our calls and would not make right to the contract THEIR hotel created for my wedding hotel block Because of this, I had family that could not attend my weddingWould not recommend booking here if it is an important stay

Elaine Bell

Check-in clerk had 14 people backed up Had to go to housekeepers to find out is room was available

ridiculously bad systemtook nearly 20 min per check in Reserved room to be able to get ready for a wedding at 6 pm Told that check-in was at 3pm and room was not ready until 5:30pm Had to get ready in a bathroom at the Doubletree with no opportunity to shower, etc Definitely not worth it for $30000! Mo one in charge to discuss my issues on check out

I stayed there myself with friends The room condition is good and clean But I am not very that happy with the service and flexibility

We were told after 10PM it’s the quiet hour so we couldn’t hang out in the lobby after 10PM and there is no other place we can hang out in a small 4-people-group other than the smoking area And I bought two beers in the lobby, my friend bought the same one and told me it tastes very bitter I haven’t opened up mine and asked if I can either return them or exchange them at the minimum I was told no return no exchange, once they leave the fridge, nothing can be done This seems like a very rigid system to me, never had similar experience anywhere else, surprising

Jon Oprea

Hotel was pretty old and worn down Internet was shotty at best, i actually ended up having to purchase a hot spot just to connect my laptop and work in my room No ice bags available

Construction being done on the road where the entrance is, so it was difficult to navigate, especially with the amount of traffic in this area Other than that, they apparently offer a complimentary breakfast every morning (I never had time to try it out per my work schedule)

Project Okie

Didn’t understand how to charge a corporate card used by travel department to book the room, ended up having to use my personal cardOlder style Loud construction inside the hotel

Loud dripping faucets Uncomfortable bedsAsked for our review so we gave it and then we received several emails arguing the items we provided feedback on
