One of the best breakfast rooms Nice room and pool but

When I went to open the windows I saw there were no screens on the windows at all Both windows open fully All it would take would be for a parent to be napping or in the bathroom a child could easily climb out that window and fall to their death Unbelievably dangerous not to mention a multi million dollar law suit

Evelyn Kidd

Fun one night stay! I enjoyed the beach, the view from the rooms, going hiking, socializing with other guests, and the hot tub! Nice, friendly staff Noise travels really easily between the outside and rooms though, and so I wouldn’t recommend staying here without ear plugs This party, social environment was fun, but I also wish after 10pm that quiet hours were enforced when it comes to noise coming from the fire pit area

Their conversation and laughter woke me up briefly close midnight I slept fine the rest of the night with ear plugs, but if quiet at night is important to you I wouldn’t recommend staying here, or maybe if it’s possible you can ask for a room that is in a quieter location?

Anthony Morta

I sometimes rent a room just to see how well is the service and hospitality I have to say this hotel should be at a 5 star hotel, The price for a room maybe a little high but well worth it The pool is beautiful and clean well maintained and the restaurant, the food is excellent, the staff are very friendly and do take the time to carefully listen to your needs

I would definitely stay there for another night

An oasis in a sea of weary travels After a long slog to travel to Seattle we found the hotel to be a welcome relief I thought 4pm check in was a little late in the day

But when we arrived they held our bags for us and the front desk attendant was super helpful suggesting a close fast bite to eat and told us how to get to the space needle to occupy the kids The rooms were clean and well maintained The lobby is also very nice All the staff was helpful and nice with water, snacks, and lots of places to sit And I love that the bus stops right out front

Jeffrey Marshall

Not great for the priceThis place is as advertised it’s location is fantastic, it is within walking distance to the sculpture garden and about 15 from the water from the water front the hotel is clean and the breakfast is a typical Hilton style They even offer an 8 dollar shuttle to the cruise terminal however; I was disappointed to find out that parking in there garage was 30 dollars a night not to mention it is nearly inaccessible for cars that are lower to the ground due to the 45 degree angle ramp that leads into it

The rooms were clean and I felt safe however the air conditioning was a bit sub par and I found the beds to be stiff and uncomfortable Overall I think the price is entirely too high but the service was great and I would recommend it if it’s within your budget

Christine Georgi

Location is perfect! You can walk to the space needle, pike place and tons of downtown shops AND the beach! Sunsets were breathtaking! The rooms had stains in a few areas, but the staff was amazing, the free breakfast didn’t taste free

it was good almost every day and was slightly differenthaving a pool there would have made our stay almost perfect because the water at the beach was too cold We left happy!

I had the privilege of staying at the Comfort Inn in Port Orchard for 2 months earlier this year I can’t say enough about what a pleasant stay I had There rooms are extremely clean

There bed was huge and so comfortable The staff was always pleasant Anything I needed I was accommodated with Plus I had my cat staying with me and I had no problems at all You can’t beat the price for such a great stay and such friendly people! Thank you Comfort Inn you were definitely a nice surprise!

Deborah Meade

We came to Port Orchard for our granddaughter’s graduation, stayed here thinking this would be a great place Front desk Staff was very pleasant and professional Don’t expect breakfast, well actually you do get breakfast in a brown paper bag

It will contain a cliff bar, fruit bar, maybe a packaged Belgium waffle and not much more There is NO elevator But there is a beautiful view of the bay The room was adequate and comfortable

Metta C

We’ve stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience We love that the grounds are close to a walking trail by the water! This hotel is one of the few highly-rated hotels that are also dog-friendly Staff are super friendly and accommodating to our senior pup when we’ve requested rooms that allow us to avoid stairs

The rooms are comfortable and we’ve never had an issue with wifi or adjusting the temperature to our liking Prices for rooms are also reasonable! We plan on recommending it to relatives who visit

After seeing a bed bug infestation (bed bugs and their fecal stains around the headboards in Room 119), I left the hotel early The facilities staff was very helpful and heated all of my clothes and military uniforms in the dryer to hopefully minimize any transfer to my home However, this was unacceptable for any type of hotel stay

Kenneth Lund

The worst hotel stay in decades I am a diamond member at Hilton and a Ambassador elite with IHG I typically stay in 3 star properties on business

This is NOT a three star property The construction is poor The maintenance is poor The floor in the hall way flexes so much under your feet you can feel it flex They have ear plugs so noisy here available at the front desk as it so noisy here Go anywhere else Bad stay, high price One star strip motel

My Husband and I stayed there on our wedding night I have a service dog- with documentation, that I gave the concierge first thing My husband informed me that they charged us for her stay- $250!! Which is literally not only against the law but descrimination

They had no right to give us a charge as our dog is literally my medical equipment When I called, the manager Matt acted as if they did us a favor by reimbursing the charge We have traveled all over, to nicer hotels, and never experienced such— especially on our wedding night Awful experience

Matthew W

Concierge leaves a lot to be desired Very confused about their own policies (Check in is 3PM not 4PM per their emails and general site information) Regardless of repeated checking in and request for early check-in, room was still not ready on time

Concierge was rude when notified they were past their check in time Requested Manager call back, never got one No attempt to make up for their own poor service Suite does not have mini-fridge Merely adequate hotel at premium price Better to stay downtown and uber to Ballard Inn at Market if fabulous wish I stayed there for my whole trip

Ronthel Payne

Very exquisite boutique hotel located in the Ballard district Had the opportunity to stay in a courtyard suite Very large space with each room separated by sliding barn doors

Large oversized tub ideal for soaking along with a sizeable walk-in shower I was not able to get to the on-site restaurant; however, once you step outside the restaurant, there are several bars that serve food There is also a spa located in the same building

Love this place The rooms are like apartments in that they have living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and multiple closets 😲 I loved the bathroom’s design I really liked that you put your room key in a card holder on the wall! They use it to conserve energy when you’re gone and it makes it easier to keep up with your key

😆 The breakfast was good, they had a variety of options (yogurt, cereal, waffle maker, fruits) and they had fresh omelets! Parking is super safe and convenient Good location to Fremont Troll and relatively to the west and east sides of north Seattle Very kind staff! ♥️⭐🏨

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itI had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites – Fremont location for a month while awaiting the birth of my son Great Staff and great service The pool, morning breakfast and laundry facilities are really nice, and we especially appreciated the pet “potty” area on the roof We were here while it was kinda wet but on the roof has a nice setting and BBQ area with a gas fireplace that has a nice view of the city skyline There is also a nice ground level patioThe only thing I had trouble with during my stay is at one point I was driving a tall vehicle that would not fit in the parking garage, so I had to park on the street and spaces were hard to come by I would suggest if you have the option, drive a vehicle that is under 6′ 5″Thank you Fremont Staybridge for a wonderful stay

Dog friendly, but not reallyThey allow dogs, but the surrounding area has no place for a dog to go to do it’s “business The designated dog area is a 1’ by 3’ piece of dirt by one of the back entrances

The parking lot backs up to a wooded area but it is completely inaccessible by a 3’ retaining wall I was on the first floor, which has no access to the ground below so I had to take an elevator to the fourth floor to gain access to the outside parking lot mentioned aboveHotel not much better for people Water was hot, shower head could not be adjusted at all Mattress was a lumpy spongy mess Breakfast was waffles only Room smelled like stale smoke, even though it is supposed to be non smokingOn the plus side, staff friendly Though I faced the freeway, the soundproofing was good and could barely here the freeway

Rod CdA

The staff here is amazing Professional, polite, helpful, and friendlyWe were made to feel very welcome

The room was clean and well presented And the breakfast area was well done In addition to coffee, juice, yogurt, and fresh fruit, you can cook your own waffles, toast your own bagels, and moreBut again, I have to say, what impressed me the most was the wonderful lady behind the counter whose name I’ve forgotten (Thanks for the extra blankets!)

Angie Hicks

Rooms are so far awayand no vending machine for snacks, or food

It would be nice if there was a way to get change for the soda machine The breakfast buffet is closed at exactly ,9:01am and if you’re in there they’ll snatch the food up and put it away as your walking to grab anything The front desk is nice and the house keeping is good

To start, my room was ready early I had booked a tower king room with a view and it did not disappoint The room was nicely updated, very clean, big walk in shower, and a beautiful view of the water

One of my favorite parts though had to be the bed The sheets were so soft and almost silky and the mattress had a nice firmness to it The hotel staff was extremely helpful in helping me find my way around and the cleaning ladies were the sweetest I’d definitely recommend staying here

My husband and I were on a job and needed somewhere to crash so we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights Our room was on the fourth floor Two full sized beds frog, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, all the usual toiletries, plenty of fresh clean towels

Not only was it cozy & quiet, they also served a complimentary continental breakfast each morning eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, & hot coffee YUMMY?! very nice very quiet and my husband and I would definitely stay here again well done

Cassie Knight

We stayed at the hotel for a week to visit family and friends Most of the staff was great, including Bryant Walker, who helped my husband out of the elevator when he and a few others were stuck The pool was down so we were bummed about that, but there was lots of construction going on which I thought was a good thing because that means things were being fixed up

Overall it was great as the location was good and close to good food, the ferry, and they had hot coffee 24/7

Very accommodating and hospitality staff Quiet and Neat room Spacious and comfortable

It’s recommended for travelers who are looking for a place to stay at a very affordable priceMy family stay and celebrate my wife’s birthday last April 12, 2022, up to April 17, 2022, in Room 357

Ben Nelson

Due to a booking error, I did not stay the night there for the date booked and they refused to refund my money I even offered at least a credit or to refund half the money The manager denied all requests and I was out $200+

Very foolish because I’ll be sure to never stay at a Marriott again and will tell this negative experience anytime Marriott gets brought up in conversation They had a chance to rectify the situation and chose short term money over the big picture and have now lost potentially thousands A poor mistake by the manager of this hotel and Marriott

Broken kid’s PoolNot a very interesting situation happened to us The kid’s pool is broken, the heater does not work and is not expected to be fixed soon

The large pool is cold I was kicked out of the warm spa with a toddler, explaining that others do not want to be there with us However, there was no one On my remark that (because of the broken kid’s pool it looks unfair), we were told that there was a prohibition law for toddlers to be in spa When asked to show the law, it turned out that this was the rule of their hotel However, this rule was not written anywhere After that, the staff went and printed out this ruleI believe that we should follow the rules, but when they print a new rule in front of you and do not fix the cause of the problem, this is non-customer orientationDear hotel, please, fix the heater in the kid’s pool, children have equal rights with adults to be in warm water The rule that you came up with about 10 minutes every hour is not a solution to problems

Evan Minichiello

My family and I stayed here in 2016 and it was amazing We are scheduled again for 2021 and I had some questions before booking and called in Maggie was excellent! Very knowledgeable and detailed about upcoming events, things to do, how to accommodate our needs

Super staff Friendly and we’re not in your business Super quiet super clean and very secure

It must have been one of the quietest hotels I have been to even though it was by the freeway Would never have known The morning guy was super helpful and friendly as well as the night lady Even the housekeeper was friendly I can’t speak enough of the staff Everything is up to date the price was outstanding Very satisfied with our stay and you will be also

To’

I enjoyed my stay here for about few days at a reasonable price With the exception of the pool and fitness room being closed for renovations There were some small holes in the shower and the top of the bed frame was dusty

The shower handles valve was also off where you will be getting hot water on the cold side I was on the first floor and didn’t think much of it The service was good if you need anything I’ll still come back despite the small details because compared to others this one in my opinion is great

KELLY CAMONAYAN

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in We had no clean towels, our floor was wet for several days and not sure if it was due to the rain or they had steam cleaned right when we arrived Our bags smell terrible from the odor

The TV stopped working because the we tried using the microwave which ultimately must have blown the wall socket Some of the staff was great and others not so much I do not recommend this hotel to anyone it is absolutely not worth the money or the fact they refused to make it right I will ensure none of my friends and family book here in the future

Beautiful location and clean and cute roomsI see the reviews on how dated it is but Dad’s are here today and gone tomorrow There is no point spending hundreds of thousands of dollars like the chain hotels do to remodel

If it was run down I’d understand but it is far from run down Everything is in excellent condition and very cleanIt was cute and had character If you have the technology to write a review saying it’s dated than you have the technology to review the photos and reviews of a hotel prior to check inIf you don’t like the decor prior to check in Then don’t check in It’s pretty easyThis is not a corporate owned hotel and I loved our stay

We were moved here from our original hotel and it was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly We had a bit of an issue with the room but the morning staff had it all sorted out when I got there to inquire if we had to change rooms or not It was a little out of our way but nothing major

The beds were comfy, it was nice to have 2 separate rooms, but the place could use some updating – carpets, curtains, furniture The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but the french toast was pretty good

The room was very clean and had all the needed amenitiesBreakfast was really good although the staff started cleaning up all the food 30 minutes before breakfast was overThe pool was ok, it looked like it needed to be cleaned and the water was very cold

Overall the space was nice

Exceptionally clean! Staff is extremely professional! Would recommend this place to anybody! Ended up staying there for 6 months due to a temporary job transfer and enjoyed my stay there especially when they allowed me to play my guitar and sing in the lobby during the dinner socials and on weekends! If I ever came back to Washington state I would definitely stay at the Staybridge!!
