This was a great place to stay during my family’s vacation in Colorado We had so much fun and were comfortable here The staff were amazing and always helpful and welcoming

The outdoor bar, two pools and hot tub along with the beautiful view of the mountains were excellent! I do wish there were more restaurants or food type options in the tap room but the food there was still delicious and we enjoyed the beers too We will be coming back in the future when we visit Colorado

Gary Sisk

Everything was great Couple hidden fees but not terrible We enjoyed this hotel so much we extended our stay twice lol the restaurant is good, the bartenders are better

Room was extremely clean No problem getting more towels or anything we needed Also my little boy loved the hot cocoa hr they had each evening Such a nice touch We will definitely be staying again whenever we return to the Denver area conveniently located right outside of the hustle and bustle

Faith Parry

We were in Denver for a death in the family We originally booked 1 night and ended up staying a week! The staff was so gracious to let us keep extending 1 day at a time We so enjoyed our time here! We had some lovely times with the family just sitting on the patio for hours! The pools are great! Lots of great spaces for gathering! The staff in the restaurants were fabulous! Front desk was wonderful! We really didn’t want to leave! I loved the different fruit waters in the lobby every day! And the cookies and pastries after 4! Seriously top notch place! I was a little disappointed with the limited food options, but our waitress at breakfast one morning told us how they are still trying to get back to their full service, so I understand

I also thought it strange that housekeeping didn’t give us clean glasses every day We had to request clean glasses after several days of not getting them Also, I wish the little fridge had a freezer that would fit anything The freezer slot was so small I am not sure anything would fit, maybe an ice pack I got ice cream and had to have the bar and front desk store it for me Also, one suggestion To have a waitress at the pool going around to take orders would just add another level of awesome! We so enjoyed our stay and I am sure we will be back!

easy rider

We drove 8 hours, arriving Friday night at 10 pm with our 8 year old daughter Exhausted and upset they could not provide the accommodations we reserved, Tony would Or honor our reservation, or check us in

He said we were not “respecting him”, CANCELLED our reservation then CALLED THE POLICE on myself, my wife and our 8 year old daughter because we had the gall to insist he honor our reservation and allow us to go to bed Blatant abuse of power for the sake of using it (seriously dude, talk to a therapist, don’t take it out on road weary customers)If you are someone of authority reading this, check the security cameras around 10:30 on 7/1/2022, he ends up “flipping off” an 8 year old Very professional Tony Worst experience ever

We loved our stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn! It was our first time in Boulder and the inn was a lovely home base for our trip; it’s conveniently located off Pearl St but very quiet The room was very comfortable and felt like a treat for us with the luxurious bathroom Bradley makes great chocolate chip cookies and was so kind and welcoming

They also have a great section of puzzles and movies We will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to Boulder!

This is an exceptional hotel, small, independently run and welcoming We would not hesitate to visit here again The staff could not have been more friendly or more helpful

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member AND a government employee traveling for official business I have to ask for government rates I got a great rate for a room at this hotel

The staff was friendly The room smells funny/musty/something weird happened in here The carpet is wet like it was just cleaned today I see weird stuff stuck to the carpet that resembles gum And there is a big ol black fly buzzing around the room So I have to put this at the bottom of the list for all Hilton hotels I have stayed at I’m guessing they give the worst rooms to the cheapest rates which are us lowly government workers Hilton keeps trying to sell me time shares and acting like they value my loyalty but that is clearly non sense

Valerie Flores

The hotel itself was great we stayed a night to try it out we wanted to have our wedding in the event space However the event coordinator Kaitlynn was not very great at communication It took almost a week to get the quote since she out a few days

I even called and the front desk told me she was only one that could help me with the event space Once I received the estimate she called and was very distracted she said she would call me back the next day to answer my questions The next day came which was a Wednesday and I never heard from her I emailed her and asked for to call me Never received an email or call On Thursday midday I had to call her She then said I will be on Vacation next week and we can work on it the when I get back If I would have not called her that day I would have never known she was going to be out of the office for a week It seemed like I always had to call her to follow up on everything When I did talk with her I felt very rushed off the phone All she would keep telling me was that the date was ours, but nothing is official unless you have a contract This was a very special day for me and it was so stressful not getting calls back or not really knowing if we had the space We ended up going with another venue for our wedding

Michael Blakley

We got a 2 room suite The room was perfect No complaints there at all

I do, however have some complaints1 The hotel is poorly built There is NO sound proofing Every night/morning it sounded like a herd of elephants over us2 Partially my fault but I’ve never been to a HGI where pets were allowed This is why I didn’t pay attention to it On top of the herd of elephants we had to deal with barking dogs much of the night/mornings Fortunately it didn’t smell of pets3 This is more of a Hilton complaint in general but as a Gold member I used to get free breakfast at every HGI They now only offer a $10 credit We paid GOOD money for the room we were in Ridiculous breakfast was not included I was very disappointedWe do plan to visit Denver again, it’s a wonderful place! We will not be staying at this location I’ll find other accommodations that will provide a good, uninterrupted nights sleep***Update***Check your bill!! Even after you already checkout I was charged $4 for drinking the 2 water bottles in the room The sign clearly stated free for Gold and Diamond members which I am I called, was told that was only for the first day We never had service to our room, that was the only bottles we got I called, said they’d refund so I’ll keep an eye out for the refund Only $4 you say? How many times do they do this and it doesn’t get caught This place is worse and worse everyday Do not recommend at all! I just left another Hilton brand and man, they went way out of their way to show appreciation for my member status, this place didn’t even come close

Overall a nice hotel The staff was excellent, especially the young man working the check in desk Our room had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to try and resolve it

Breakfast included, right next to the big mall in Broomfield with some nice views of the mountains Room was big and cleanOnly small issue is I could at times hear stomping from above Wasn’t too bad but it was noticeable I’d still recommend to stay overall

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my adult life The hotel staff were friendly and attentive The location was convenient for getting to Denver or going to Estes Park

The room was clean, large, and the bathroom was perfectThe finishes wouldn’t pass for a luxury hotel, but it’s incredibly practical You have blackout blinds (they will get the room pitch black in the middle of the day) and then basically every furniture fixture has accent lighting so it’s easy to make the room just bright enough Oh and they have breakfast, it’s simple, but tastes good, and it’s freeAll in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel that doesn’t skimp out on comfortable amenities

Tj Mansfield

June 14-15, 2022 This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our two week vacation We stayed in eight different hotels in total

My stay was for 2 weeks I let them know at the front desk on my third day there, that there was a problem with the bedroom ac unit At first it was keeping the room pretty cool, but making a very loud noise when shutting off

Enough to wake a person asleep Nobody came for the repair About 4-5 days later, the living room ac unit had a clean filter light come on So I took the opportunity to let them know of that issue, and remind them of the bedroom ac unit, which was steadily getting worse, and blowing less cool at this point Well, neither was fix for my complete stay Upon checkout, I had to lug all of my belongings from the 4th floor to my car They only had one cart, which is ridiculous for that size hotel, and it was being occupied by someone needing it for multiple trips I had to go, so I didn’t have time to wait on the one cart to be freed up I left tips for the housekeeping crew, but really felt they were less than great, maybe fair is appropriate There are lots of restaurants and shopping available in the area for your enjoyment The room was nice, and had a stove, which isn’t very common at all for these hotels Stove top yes, but oven not so much

J N

Overall, for the price this hotel has anywhere else beat, and is a great value The staff were lovely, and our 2 bedroom room overall was nice Definitely outdated building/rooms, was a bit musty

Our shower did not drain, and on Sunday the hot water did not work The gym is pretty basic: just dumbbells, two treadmills, and two benches Breakfast was not the greatest, but again: for the price per night, this is still a steal

Iggy Nelix

Suites were well equipped with a kitchenette and many dishes, mugs, pots, etc Extra sheets for couch Showers include dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash

However, the room smelled of animals and stale cigarettes, opened the window and kept the fan running while I was in the room Housekeeping never visited in my week stay Big closets with shelving, No safes in rooms Desk space to workBreakfast was nice with mini quiche and breakfast biscuits, waffles, etc To my surprise, Oat milk was available Staff were pleasant Prepackaged Ala-carte items were also available in the lobbyThe adjacent property is under construction, which makes the entrance hard to spot and caused the parking lot to be a bit of a mess, although ample parking was still available There is a mall within walking distance, and a golf course, but not much else without a car Halfway between Boulder and Denver

Stayed in really nice room with included full kitchen Loved the room and layout although bathroom single frame double door was a little strange The bed was comfy and appreciated the black out curtains

The room felt unique It was clean and stylishThe breakfast was okay, but thought there would be something other than paper plates and plastic cutlery for the price of the rooms A little bit more attention to detail on the breakfast with hot water and less packaging would be nice

Natasha Wright

Summary: Not great for a family of 4 Staff was super nice and helpful, but room faced car dealership and it was BRIGHT in the studio king room at night making it difficult for the family to sleepPros:- full kitchen, great for traveling with kids- nice staff- free (basic but good) breakfast- seemed pretty soundproof, didn’t hear neighbors- cleanCons:- super bright at night because of the lights outside, room really needs a light blocking curtain on the small window on couch side- bathroom doors, why the 2 mini door design with a crack so big in the center I can stare at someone on the bed while I pee?- got 2 random calls, one around 4am and one at 5am that woke everyone up (perhaps alarm from prior guest?)- no inside accessible stairs, really would have preferred to take the stairs vs waiting on slow elevator at the lobby

David Green

I stayed here for a month in early 2022 and regret it My main complaint is with housekeeping, who managed to block the toilet twice during my stay after trying to flush their disposable cleaning wipes When I reported this to reception the second time, I found the girl on reception to be disinterested and unhelpful

This was about 6pm, and she just made a note to send maintenance the next day, no urgency Of course, nobody came the next day and the toilet was still unusable when I got back from work, so I went to reception again and received exactly the same unhelpful response from the same person This was extremely frustrating, so I fixed the problem myself in the end Reception also requested that I specify the days that housekeeping clean the room (the default was every three days), but they did not attend on the days I requested and continued to come every three days The breakfast was also probably the lowest quality I’ve ever had at a hotel The room had clearly seen better days, and during my stay there were several problems due to minor water leaks in the kitchen and bathroom They fixed the leak in the kitchen, but the leak in the bathroom was still there when I left On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location close to the Flatirons mall was convenient, but I would not stay here again

My family’s stay so wonderful! They came for my wedding in Boulder They were over the moon in love with this guest house They could not stop talking about how beautiful the property was and how comfortable they felt staying there

The food provided was delicious and everyone was so kind to them They found a 5 star stay here It was tranquil, peaceful, and wonderful

Amy Ruiz

This B&B was amazing The room was cozy and very calming Breakfast was delicious- some of the best yogurt I’ve had and some incredible pour over coffee and tea

It is within walking distance to downtown Boulder and has off street parking We accidentally locked ourselves out and Bryant was very responsive in helping us get back in I highly recommend staying here!

Catherine Thornber

I absolutely loved my stay at Boulder Guest House It was peaceful with a lovely garden and beautiful zen style room The material of the blankets and pillows were high quality, and the mattress was so comfy that I never wanted to leave! There is organic fruit available all day as well as yogurt and delicious homemade granola with multiple milk options

The building is also high tech—my room had a very fancy and quiet air conditioner that worked well despite hot weather outside, and so many streaming options on the Roku The building also has solar panels on the roof, which I appreciated, and composted Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided, but it’s not like a normal hotel—these are all natural, and much higher quality Shower pressure was great There was also an amazing library of books from which guests were welcome to borrow and read while lounging in the garden or in our rooms Most of all, the staff were lovely, and clearly work very hard to create a place where cozy meets sacred, and kindness is everywhere Thank you Boulder Guest House!

The sweetest rustic Inn and Spa! I probably had the best massage of my life with Brooke This Inn really goes the extra mile and you can tell in the details They had a great breakfast spread, fresh made cookies throughout the day, a complimentary wine and cheese hour, they even put out special night time tea in the evening

All the staff was wonderful and super accommodating We had our children with us when we visited, but I would definitely return sans kiddos This place would be the perfect romantic winter getaway Niwot is a safe and small town with a ton of wonderful dining options and outdoor experiences nearby Highly recommend!

Tzvi Wertenteil

What a place Came here for two nights in January and it was the perfect little romantic getaway Close enough to Boulder that you’re not stranded and far enough that you’re in a small town

The rooms were perfect and cozy The spa treatments were amazing and the wine and cheese evenings were so cute All the staff were wonderful and 2 nights 3 days was the perfect amount of time

Kaylin Thomas

If you feel like coming home to a little log cabin and being spoiled with wine, charcuterie boards and cookies, this place is what you’re looking for! Every room comes with its own fireplace, deep tubs, heated toilet seats (I miss these the most, probably), snacks, a TV, and enchanting décor The atmosphere of the entire place is so welcoming and warm The staff is incredibly friendly

We left our room at 10 PM to get some water, and found mugs with tea bags, honey sticks, and mints left out in the lobby, with a whole mound of freshly baked cookies beside it They even have breakfast foods, coffee, and tea ready for people who wake up earlier than the breakfast chefs We’re definitely coming back to Niwot just to experience the Inn again!

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Thornton this past weekend Despite no elevator service, our stay was excellent The staff are top notch, especially Awani and Christopher at the Front Desk

Great room Nice pool And the ‘wings’ we ordered from the apps menu were some of the best we have ever tasted No kidding!! Highly recommend!

Stephen Kellis

The overall hotel was decent enough and the room was clean There was a softball team staying here that was incredibly loud in lobby when I checked in at midnight so there was some concern that might affect our nights sleep but fortunately enough didn’t hear a peep even though we were staying on the same floor as the team, i mainly just felt bad for the guy that had to work all night trying to keep them contained Unfortunately all of the positives are immediately negated by the “curtains” in the room

They are barely even that as they are see through so as soon as the sun came out we were awake I cannot recommend a hotel that is designed to prevent a good night’s sleep

We had a wedding party that stayed at the hotel the heat in one of the rooms would not turn off, it was looked at three separate times to try to fix it It remained at 74° when it was 90 outside

The restaurant/bar was not open or available The outside patio was not available to be used But the staff tried very hard to be helpful but this hotel definitely needs a lot of work done to it

Absolutely wonderful inn Stayed for a night and we’re very impressed by our experience The inn is incredibly beautiful, the courtyard is very well maintained, and everything is extremely clean, especially our room

It’s quaint and quiet, comfy beds and soft linens and pillows The staff was amazing, super sweet and caring Our check in took a total of one minute as they had our keys ready for us We had dinner at the pub and we were blown away! The food and atmosphere was incredible, got to dinner in time to catch the live music which was so neat to hear (Sundays only) Service was great, our waitress was so sweet The next morning, we had our breakfast and it was very filling and relaxing Check out was a breeze, but I just didn’t want to leave! Definitely recommend this place We’ll be coming back, the food is worth the 75 hour drive for us 🙂 Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wife and I just had an overnight stay and absolutely had an amazing experience Our room was immaculately clean and well prepared We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and especially liked the infused Epsom salts that were included!Like many others, we are parents and have found a hidden gem! We are already planning our next trip back to the Hilltop and hoping to experience the food and Happy Hour next time!We can both highly recommend the Hilltop for your next stay

Support local and ditch the chain hotels! You won’t regret it!

Oh my goodness! What a hidden Gem Coming from someone who spends 90 nights a year in hotel rooms, this place is spectacular All rooms are exterior corridor

The room (Exeter #11) was very large It had King bed, two sitting chairs near a triple window and a fireplace! Very spacious Small desk area Small bar sink with microwave and fridge Nice TV too Large bathtub with showerBut the best thing is there is an Irish Pub/Restaurant in the courtyard with great food and a huge line up of alcoholic beverages Once you are parked and settled in your room just walk over and have dinner and as many drinks as you want because your room is only steps away and no driving is necessary I really can’t express how nice this place is Highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here Our room was spotless and quiet – allowing us a great night’s sleep We stayed two nights and both nights we had zero complaints

The Staff was polite and efficient/helpful Parking was plentiful and the grounds were clean and safe We liked that the hotel has special added touches such as fresh lemon water in the lobby Our only critique would be the free breakfast Not alot of healthy options and very little options for those with food allergiesWe would recommend this hotel to others and we’d stay here again if in the area!

Steph Foresee

We have stayed here several times as the location and room configuration are a good fit for us Notably this time the rooms were not as clean and there were several plumbing concerns Nothing drastic—and I feel a little bad commenting on this as we all know, no one is fully staffed at the moment

My one real complaint with this place is the breakfast—I wish it was better quality Luckily we had brought via coffee and instant oatmeal on this tripWe will try again when the working world is fully staffed again

Andrea Siddharth

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and the breakfast is on par with other similar hotel chains The morning front desk person (same person for my entire 4-night stay) was apathetic to my multiple requests to have my room cleaned We tipped this person (to motivate her) and made multiple requests each morning, and every day returned to a room that was untouched

We are generally pretty tidy and only needed towels rotated out, beds made, and trash emptied It was disappointing to continually come back to the hotel to see our requests ignored after long work days The evening front desk person apologized and was polite, but the morning employee should have followed through

Nice little hotel Good staff Good location and quiet

Was only able to enjoy the breakfast 1 time as we left too early in the Am to enjoy it again ( we were only in town for 24 hrs before having to drive back to Oklahoma), but it was hot and fresh Hotel and rooms were clean My only complaint would be the beds are too hard but that is a personal preference Next time we are in town, will consider staying here again

I arrived SO exhausted and the service I met from Mark at the desk was exceptional – it’s so nice when people are empathetic to how tired you can be when you roll in to check into a hotel Cookies and coffee on arrival, service with not just a smile but genuine kindness, our room was clean and spacious, great breakfasts and we chose best western for the remainder of our road trip and were 100 percent satisfied with everyone of them, but this first one will stay in our memory! Thanks again Mark, we are now loyal Best Western Customers!

It’s always hit-or-miss when booking a hotel in an unfamiliar area but this worked out well We didn’t check in until very late and the young woman at the desk was very sweet and accommodatingThe room itself was clean

The bed was made up in all-white linens, all of which were crisp, bright and clean The tub was an old, decommissioned jacuzzi, which was weird but I don’t take baths in hotels so it was irrelevantThey offer a full breakfast that smelled delicious I have Celiac’s so couldn’t risk it but I wish I could have!It was also quiet, which was nice considering its proximity to major thoroughfaresI would definitely stay here again if we had to be in the area

I don’t write reviews at all, and I travel a lot but this experience is worth logging in for The place is super clean and I’m a clean freak so I highly appreciate that On top of that the staff is super friendly and welcoming

Michael at the front desk answered every question I had throughly and in an excellent manner He made my trip 10 times better and was super helpful Will definitely be back here next time I’m in the Denver area Highly recommend and super satisfied

There is no option for 0 stars- DO NOT STAY HEREThe staff seemed busy and uninterested when approaching the front desk They keep the work fun by staying on their phone and socializing

I requested room service each day but it never happened even at $150+ per nightThey allow dogs in rooms but some owners left unattended dogs in the room which were barking late into the night (11PM) due to starvation and neglect – front desk staff seemed unable and uninterested to deal with the situation, with no maintenance personnel onsiteI had to change rooms late at night and I was not able to get any sleep before an important business meeting the next morningThere is no option for 0 stars- DO NOT STAY HERE

William Layman

This place is unsafe and they do not care At 4 in the morning a guy walked in our room He had a key!! I chase him out and he gives me the key and hits the stairwell

I checked to see if we lost a key but we had both keys! Got new keys but the old ones still worked! front desk didn’t care Emailed manager and no response! Two stars for location and cleanliness They responded like it was no big deal and it happens all the time! Stay away for safeties sake!
