I have stayed here twice now and both times were great The staff is friendly and accommodating The little coffee shop is nice and almost always busy

The restaurant has very good food, but the menu is not extensive The wait staff was always friendly and attentive without being pushy The rooms were also very nice Lots of space, with a small balcony The water was hot and strong The towels where big enough even for me The ac/heating worked well The bed was very nice Plenty soft with nice comforter to help stay warm Even the bedside chair was comfortable

Renae Livingston

Food was good at the bar Price online showed 40 less than I was actually charged (not the deposit) Front desk staff were understanding and gave me an upgraded room

Loved the strong shower, especially after coming off of a cruise ship No food available after 10pm – no vending – no front desk options Was told to walk to Denny’s across the street if I was hungry Rooms in tower are clean but overpriced You can not adjust the air conditioning Thermostat Stops at 70 degrees even if you set it lower Could open outside door but so close to the airport and was very loud (Also no screen)

Joel Houston

This was an ok experience Front desk was friendly and we were able to get long term parking for our trip But for the price, the room want exactly up to par

It was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could use some updating The shower head was pretty intense and the drainage couldn’t keep up with it 3 stars for price to quality difference

Great hotel! Love the location, especially with its proximity to SeaTac Airport, yet its tucked a block off of International Way to not be right on such a busy street Very nice, spacious and clean room with a very comfy bed Large breakfast area on main floor with good cold and hot breakfast selections like cereal, oatmeal, make your own waffles ( blueberry or regular batter), fresh fruit (bananas and apples), yogurt, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, assorted breads, muffins, bagels, juices, milk, coffee, tea, etc

Very friendly staff Plenty of parking; even has a lower level gated garage area (we didn’t use it though) Loved being able to make the reservation through the Hilton app on my phone Also loved being able to check in, get a digital key to access outer hotel doors and our room, and checking out all with my phone and the Hilton app! Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are large and clean, with the only slight negative being the giant wooden desk/islands do look a bit ridiculous The receptionist who checked me in found a room for me before check in is normally available, asked for preference of location (high floor, low floor, empty hall, ect), have easiest transportation options, and was very enthusiastic in general about conveying the positives of the specific hotel and nearby restaurants With absolutely zero probing or prompting on my part, without being overbearing or off putting after 26 hours of straight travel, just very to the point and helpful

Overall positive, location and staff make it preferable over hotels lacking the same amenities, but offering slightly more updated decor

Da Das

Needed to be close to the SEA-TAC airport and with reasonable rates and excellent service Other close by hotels wanted to charge significantly more but Hampton had reasonably prices for their excellent offerings as a budget hotel The guest service IS OUTSTANDING!!! NICOLE is amazing with 5-Star Forbes rating as a Manger and Sarah and the rest if the team do an amazing job

I watched one front desk agent as he handled a guest complaint in very compassionate and professional manner Well Done!!!

Overall, the stay was nice and worked well for our family meet-up The staff was helpful and got us our transportation rides right on time The area is close to a walking park and several restaurants so there was plenty to do around! The breakfast was a little small compared to the day before (not sure why it was so different) and some things were empty, like some of the milks

But it may have been out of the ordinary 🤷🏼‍♀️ The stay was a little expensive (as per my Mom) but we were grateful for our little apartment that fit all of us and gave us a place to be together!

This hotel is a solid 2 stars We’ve stayed at many Marriotts and this one just doesn’t measure up One star for the quiet location

One star for hot breakfast, my kids love the waffles But, the pool is closed with no explanation why, a huge disappointment The laundry room is filthy and two of the machines are broken The couch in our room had smears of something on it upon arrival, the first thing I did was wipe it down (Why am I doing this on vacation??) Found a previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor by the curtain The dishwasher in our unit doesn’t drain The grounds aren’t well kept Just a lot And a lot of it yuck The location is good but I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone The details matter!

The Positive-My room was clean & free of pests The checkout was stress free There was complimentary breakfast & the eating area was clean & spacious

The staff were friendly & greeted me when arriving The opportunities for improvement- It is technically a MOTEL, not a hotel I had to walk outside into the elements when leaving my room to do anything like get breakfastin an entirely different building The “breakfast” was basic vending machine sandwiches warmed & displayed in warming dishes set in a “to-go” style The “exercise room” was a small room with 1 treadmill, 1 row bike & 1 weigh scaleperiod The furnace in a hidden locked closet (right next to my bed!) ran & kept me up most of the night Overall, it was a formerly old-model motel with a new paint job Ok, but I DEFINTELY could have stayed anywhere better!

Booked this hotel for a short trip to Seattle based solely on the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed The front desk staff were very helpful Got an accessible room with a wheelchair fit in bath and it was truly accessible

The hotel staff gladly provided a bath chair when we requested one Cleaning was done promptly To top it off, the allowed a complimentary late checkout that gave me time to shop at the nearby south centre mallThe restaurant meal was quite affordable and really tasty Yeah will likely stay there again when next i visits Seattle

Lisa Brown

Very nice experience here The restaurant downstairs has great service and drinks The environment there was perfect with enjoyable music and ambience

The hotel room was fresh, clean and modern It was very quiet and peaceful The mattress was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at Very tastefully decorated All the staff were warm and welcoming I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Wendy Pope

I really wanted to love this hotel for my work travels It’s modern and new and clean The beds are comfortable and it is fairly quiet overall

The parking is terrible HOWEVER, the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! At check-in the staff was great But Monday morning staff were rude and had an attitude when calling down with a need You call the front desk and it rings for 10 minutes before they answer Oh and I had to call 6 times for a hairdryer in one day After calling twice and waiting over an hour I was late for a meeting I had to dry my hair with an iron because they wouldn’t respond to a simple missing item in the room Should make them pay for my hair treatment since my hair will need repair after this trip Still haven’t received a hairdryer and it’s been 12 hours or request via phone and email I would recommend you stay somewhere that you are appreciated as a customer and that simple issues with rooms can be resolved with one call I will be telling my corporate travel team not to book anyone else in this hotel again

Alyson Flick

It’s a nice and affordable hotel close to the airport It’s in a convenient location for food delivery (but it didn’t seem that the front desk was allowing the delivery drivers to deliver the food to my room) I was able to check in at 9am, which was much appreciated

The rooms were clean and spacious and the king beds were big and comfortable My room had a nice shower with consistent water temperature The pool was nice (a little cold, but that was fine; need to request a pool key card from the front desk) I would stay here again

Monitrice Lashé

I most definitely enjoyed my stay I was visiting Seattle for business and even though I got in late, the front desk were very warm and welcomingThe room was lovely, very clean and modern look

I absolutely love the big, spacious shower Especially after a long flight The window could be cracked, which was great as wellBreakfast was incredible I’ve yet to stay at a hotel that serves breakfast sandwiches, perfect for on the go and there were a couple of options Overall 5/5

Clamslam 4lyfe

Super friendly check in staff when we arrived Our beds and pillows were comfortable, we didn’t hear a thing in our room Most hotels we can hear people, but not a peep

Our fan was sounding weird for heat, they got it fixed as we were out – heat and cold worked great Breakfast was awesome too, frozen breakfast burritos and sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, juice, and free!! Highly recommend this place

Richelle Mcdermott

I stayed this past weekend in a standard two queen room and from start to finish the experience was great!! The bathrooms were modern, white and clean, and LARGE bottles of Dove bathroom products to use!! The kitchen area was nice with great counter space and lots of areas in the room it self to do work and place items The hotel breakfast is modest but great options and the shuttle system is fast and easy to and from the hotel The hotel is also only a five minute walk from the train!! The staff was also very friendly and answered all my questions

If are looking for a good spot that is on the outskirts with a great connection to the public transport this is your place!

Foe Tavita

My family and I enjoyed our 5 night stay We booked two rooms next to each other for the 6 of us Ample parking, rooms are modern & huge, the beds are extremely comfy and the complimentary breakfast every morning helped us save some money

I took away 1star because their elevators are slow and when I requested housekeeping to our room they told me no because housekeeping is only available during breakfast hours It was 12noon and the housekeeper had just started on our floor

Wendy Greene

We stayed in this hotel the night before leaving on our cruise It took 1 hour and four phone calls before we could get picked up by their free airport shuttle When we complain to front desk staff they offered to give us points, whatever that means

This building seems to be very old and perhaps added on to There are definite breaks in the hallways and the floors Creek as you walk on them The rooms or standard and reasonably clean However the newest way for hotels to charge more and spend less is by saying that unless requested they only change the sheets and towels every 5 days The free breakfast was adequate but definitely nothing special This establishment is close to the airport but that’s about all that special about it

Christian R Cage

The only thing that went positively is the front desk staff is super nice and let us cancel our stay without any issue I really appreciate good customer service, especially when dealing with questionable quality, because that’s the only way to come to a good conclusionWe checked in and immediately checked out

The room stunk of cleaning chemicals and immediately caused my wife and I to get headaches The cleaning staff probably needs retrained on using chemicals, because with some cleaning chemicals you can literally kill someone (or at least cause cancer later in life)The chemicals seemed to be utilized to try to cover up the sewage smell that was coming up through the sink most probably So, there may be an issue with plumbing in the building we were going to stay inThe irony being that the kitchen and some of the other furniture were really dirty and in need of a deep cleaning The fridge was spotless inside though The linens seemed fresh as well So, if you don’t care about cleanliness of a place, except for a bed, and if you’re “noseblind” this place may be OK for you if you have to stay hereAfter reading that people’s cars had been broken into in recent comments, and then experiencing the condition of the room, I checked out an booked a room somewhere else I figured spending a little more money was worth avoiding these issuesI hope they can afford to remodel this place soon as they’re charging too much for the quality I did see they were blocking off different entrances at night, so I think they’re trying to address the security issues as well

JaqsNetwork Morris

The location for us is key for our business purpose It was overall also quiet enough for good sleep, very important However, the cleanliness is not thoroughly done as I saw hair and finger marks on multiple surfaces

The toilet seat is super warn out as is the grounds of the property A deep cleaning is in order ASAP The parking is convenient for viewing your car from the room but we still were broken into and they took 1 truck related digital tool There is a laundry coin I but you have to get change from the front desk as there is no change machine Be prepared to wipe down and sanitize the machine yourself Lastly, the breakfast is low budget and it was more satisfying to go to Starbucks right next door

Brian K.

Interesting apartment like layout Suite room was nice with a full kitchen I know we are still coming out of Covid, but the free breakfast was disgusting

The “fresh” hot food was not good and the packaged hot items where half cooked steamy and soggy If that is the best that can managed just focus on dry foods like cereal and leave it at that I guess at least the orange was good

It was pleasing to our whole family from Belgian waffles to breakfast sandwiches We will continue to look for these hotels whenever we travel We loved it! Thank you

Maria Osaki

We love staying here It truly is the perfect hotel for families Having a kitchenette is so convenient and the breakfast in the morning is perfect

They even have a high chair for those that want to eat in the lobby with their children Overall, great hotel, perfect location (near everything) I guess the only thing I would say that I wish was a little better was their pool It’s nice but pretty chilly

Whitney Scheid

I’ve stayed here several times over the last 14 months for work The room was clean, I like that they provide a shampoo and wash dispenser instead of the little single use bottles Many options for food delivery are available, or you can just drive a couple blocks

I did not use the pool but it looked clean The housekeeping staff came in while I was out of the room on the 3rd day, which I was not expecting, and threw away a stack of receipts I had planned on saving I think that was more my fault for not putting a DND sign on the door before heading out Luckily I was able to retrieve what I needed through other means

So, maybe it’s me, and how I read the description of the hotel, but I don’t think so The description said hot breakfast What it didn’t say was the only thing hot about it was the pancakes that only sometimes worked

The reason I choose this location at this price was because of location, shuttle and hot breakfast Two out of three you say? Well the hotel was old and needed something moreI just feel there are better options for less money

Patricia Adkins

This might be one of the best – best westerns I have ever been to, and certainly the best sea-tac airport hotel I have enjoyed Shuttle was efficient, Check in was friendly and personable, the room was clean and comfortable It’s all a bit dated, but I don’t care as everything was exactly what I needed after a long flight

The breakfast was continental but exceeded my expectations with the variety I will definitely be back as I was very impressed overall

Sara M

After a really bad travel experience (I lost my purse), they took really good care of me The manager (Glen) let me check in with no ID or credit card (the room was already paid with airline miles), and when the front desk attendant (Rios) saw me frustrated that the vending machine only took plastic, he bought me a coke and wouldn’t let me pay him back Everyone was extremely nice and went way over and above to help out

10/10 recommend

We stayed here on the return of a wonderful cruise At first glance, it seemed clean and the staff was friendly We dropped our luggage off due to being early for our check-in time and went and ate at a nearby restaurant

We returned around 2:30 and our room was ready we gathered our luggage and went to our room Later we went out with friends for dinner and then the nightmare began upon our returnWe came back to our room I showered and was about to get into bed when I saw any traveler’s worst nightmare a BED BUG on my pillowI of course was mortified My husband took pictures along with wrapping it up and putting it in a plastic bag he took it straight to the front desk The lady at the desk told him to talk to the manager in the morning In the meantime, they gave us a new room next door (Not that this gave me a lot of comfort But what do you do drag them to another hotel?) Needless to say, I didn’t sleep hardly at all The manager Sandra was not available by the time we had to leave for our flight the next morning We called once we landed and the manager was still unavailable Now mind you there was now a note and the bug itself sitting on the manager’s desk since we had checked out We emailed the manager but never got a response We then emailed corporate Corporate asked for 72 hours to investigate which I completely understand The corporate office is refunding our room charge NOT the Hampton Inn Seattle-Airport The corporate office feels this is enough for BED BUGS We had to fly home and before relaxing we had to sanitize absolutely everything before going into our home and constantly having a fear that we missed something

Maribel Ascencio

Rooms are very small, bed are not comfortable at all Had stayed at different Hampton Inn properties and this the one we liked the least Needs some upgrades

Will book at the Hampton Inn & Suites which is about 3 minutes away from each other Book this property due to their shuttle service to the airportGood breakfast choices,Airport is only 7 minutes away from this property Shuttle driver was very nice and helpful with our luggage But will not stay again in this property since Hampton Inn & Suites is much better with bigger rooms

Rosie Quinonez

Unfortunately, this had to be the worst hotel stay for us I called early on our arrival day to let them know that we would be getting in after 10pm I was told to call them when we arrived to have the shuttle pick us up

When we arrived to Seattle and I called the hotel, I was told there shuttle ended at 11pm Once we arrived and went into our room the toilet was full of toilet paper When I flushed the toilet, the water came up The toilet was clogged Went down to the front desk We were given a plunger to take care of the problem ourselves, as there was only 1 person working that night at the front desk My husband had to unclog the toilet I do not blame the employee She was alone and doing the best that she could It would have been impossible for her to help us and take care of the guest that were checking in When we took a shower, the water from the shower went into our room I spoke to the owner Sandy early the next day She was so nonchalant, as if we were bothering her I guess, to her, it’s ok for a paying guest to unclog a toilet and deal with water running from the shower into the room I was told I would get a full credit and was only given $94 from the $229 that I paid I also requested an invoice with the refund She said she would email it to me Never received it Horrible customer service

I’ve stayed here a few times and I love it Great rooftop patio with a view of Lake Washington Large rooms

Comfortable beds Quiet Great breakfast A little more pricey than the Best Western nearby, but definitely way more worth the extra cost The only drawback is the parking garage It can be difficult to park larger vehicles They are pet friendly but you’re limited as to where you can walk your pet (the park across the street doesn’t allow dogs), but there’s a great dog park less than 2 miles away

I have stayed at Hampton INn hotels before, and loved it For the price This one is not at all worth it

I stayed here because the hotel next to them did not have any openings working at the hospital near this hotel Bed was nice and comfortableI like the fact that the parking garage has a secure gate, you can only get in if you have your gate key or their Hilton app Which is great if you are working grave shifts What I don’t like is the signs posted if you forget to put your parking pass on your car dash board you will be towed without warning Why have all this security Make me give you make and model of my car, also my license plate number, and post those signs Comes across not welcoming and real aggressive N makes you not want to visit againThe room gives me vibes please don’t get comfortable, no dresser to put things away just a closet I was here for a business trip for 7 days Also my room wasn’t the cleanest, found shocks behind bathroom door from someone else who was in the room I am sure prior to meOther hotels I have stayed with in the city, with pool options are open here The pool here has been closed for 6 months according to another review And during my stay sign is still showing closed for health reason Not sure why that’s still a concern considering all the staff is walking around with no maskBreakfast was, free! Really not free since I am sure the cost is in my hotel fees It was decent, nothing to write home to mom aboutStaff is not rude, but wasn’t the friendliest I found more cheer at a funeralLocation is around nice places to eat, but if I had my say for the price, and not throwing shade I would go next door for my next stay Nothing makes me want to come back to this hotel

While I was staying with my parents for a prolong period of time at the hotel our car and only car we had access to got broken into With the only way they could have gotten in to the secure parking area was if the people worked at the place when we informed them they said that you park at your own risk and don’t care so if you want to stay here don’t leave anything in your car thankfully they took only a toaster and some suitcases with some clothes but the fact is that it was probably an inside job that knew we were staying for a while basically living their ( looking for a house) and that we looked relatively wealthy due to our car and the stuff we brought to our room which was a monitor and computer and some other boxes with other stuff Do not get me wrong the staff were and are for the most great but it was almost definitely a inside job and the company the employee definitely don’t care because of the park at your own risk policies the fact their no camera in the area

Also due to how stretch the police are don’t expect them to help you due to how high the crime rate has gotten and the low funding they made my father write the report for him to send it to them

Great experience in this hotel Can enjoy the lake sitting on the sofa The sofa can accomadate 4 people, 2 each side

Great for close friends to have a talk, play card games, drink cups of cocktails and enjoy the night The room feels clean and fresh The swimming pool is comfortable The restaurant give me the opportunity to have a great brunch sitting on the patio just next to the lake Will definitely stay at this place again next time I go to Seattle

This hotel is probably optimal for Boeing visitors but the location is terrible for anyone else Rooms are fine but I paid extra for a partial lake view

I could only see the lake looking sideways very close to the window This is rip-off I requested room service and the bed was made, but the room and bathroom were only partially cleaned Last, nothing to do around No decent restaurant walking distance (the only good one is closed half week) The lake shore walk is pretty nice though

I love the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington It’s always a pleasure staying here The rooms are very clean, the staff amazing and very helpful

The location is close to various restaurants and shopping opportunities at The Landing and a movie theater is also at The Landing Lake Washington is right outside the North side of the hotel and a park with access to the lake is available to the public Amenities are available upon request The restaurant food looks great and is on the high side price wise I’m looking forward to trying it on my next visit Update will be posted after I have a meal there!

My boyfriend and I were visiting STL for the first tome to celebrate our anniversary We looked at so many stays within and surrounding the city We couldn’t be happier with our choice! Penny was a great host and the property is stunning

You can tell so much love and care was put into the place Nicely decorated, fridge stocked, everything you could need is neatly organized, and the hot tub/view! If we are ever in PNW again, we will definitely revisit

Claire P

Beautiful modern cottage with stunning views of Puget Sound It’s on a quiet dead end road That isn’t the best part though

The owner and hostess, Penny, provided excellent service and communication When I arrived, pastries, fruit, and freshly baked bread were waiting for me In addition, the fridge was stocked with milk, juice, eggs, yogurt, jams, salsa, and 1/2 and 1/2 Amazing! A tray containing granola and all the fixings was nearbyThe cottage is lovely and well appointed I’m planning on booking at Three Trees B&B the next time I’m in Seattle Highly recommend!

Lori Snyder

What an amazing find! Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast surpassed my expectations The rooms were roomy and beautifully decorated with love Penny couldn’t have been nicer

We stay here for work and while the building is a little dated, the rooms are cozy and clean Just a few minutes from the airport with a shuttle that runs all the time They have a decent breakfast, mostly continental type

Sometimes they have hot sausage The staff is super friendly and accommodating The restaurant in the parking lot is great!

Doug Timpe

We stayed for several days Great layover hotel before or after your flight Very clean, comfortable and quiet despite having the airport close and a fire station even closer

The kiosk at the front desk makes life easy for printing your bag tags and boarding pass before you leave The staff is fantastic without exceptionShuttles run to the airport every 20 minutes so you can even turn your rental car in early if you’re departing on a flight!

Tawnya

Free and fast shuttle from airport Go to 3rd floor shuttle area at airport Dial 45 on courtesy phone and request pickup

Courtesy and safe drivers Check in was easy Beautiful hotel lobby Nice clean room, some parts outdated Requested shuttle pickup time for the next morning Front desk lady must have forgotten to write down our time Next morning, shuttle had already left New front desk lady called him and asked him to come back as soon as he could He did Mistakes happen Breakfast had waffles, yogurt, sausage, etc We would stay here again

I generally really like this hotel It is convenient to the airport and many locations throughout Seattle and the south sound The rooms are clean and have practical floor plans

The kitchens are great for longer stays I’ve only given three stars this time, though, because it has been 2 years into this pandemic and they are still keeping the bar closed and no longer serve appetizers They are also not hosting food trucks Please reopen the bar and the M-Th happy hours Everyone has had covid now, so it is time to move on please Thank you

When we checked in noone told us to put the key in the slot to turn on lights and ac Room was about 82 and so called ac set to 68 It was hot and uncomfortable all night long

The hallway was cooler than our room They also didn’t inform us we needed to schedule a pickup to return to airport nor did they inform us when breakfast was served Bed was very springy hard It was quiet and close to the lake which made for an easy walk and swimming Overall very lackluster and maybe a 2 star Marriott It was quiet that was about the only pro What looked like rat or cockroach droppings along the hallway leading to the dining room I wouldn’t stay here again

If you are staying in Seattle, the accommodations at Marriott The Residence Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport are outstanding! The staff could not have been more professional and very helpful The shuttle service was easy to use and they will even transport the guests to a restaurant as well as the regular airport route The facility is only about 4-5 years old and maintained very well

The entire residence is very clean and the location is perfect It is close to the airport and has a path to a lovely park with greenery and a variety of trees which was wonderful to walk around and even a lake The area felt very safe We walked down to Sharpe’s RoastHouse several times during our stay which we would also highly recommend as the food was absolutely delicious Don’t miss out on staying at this wonderful residence when in Seattle!!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

My room was nice, the bed was super comfy, it was very clean, and shower pressure was okay I was sad to have a parking lot view, but someone has to have it The balcony was nice and the staff around the building were very attentive

Beautiful grounds to explore My only wish was that breakfast room service would have been available but the hand pie I ate for breakfast was fantastic The dining room was really lovely as well Overall, it was a nice stay

Connie Grant

Wow! Beautiful location, grounds, common areas We loved our room, the bed, the towels, the robes, the soap and bath salts The restaurant was delicious

The shuttle to the airport was a great perk We enjoyed the hot tub The complimentary snacks were delightful This is a 5 star establishment I’ve already told my travel agent for his future cruise clients! The next time we are in Seattle, this will be our first choice!

CM Scott

It was quiet and relaxing for the most part You could hear dogs barking sometimes, but it wasn’t too noisy The bed was amazing to sleep in, and the tub was deep enough to soak in

If you showered when everyone else did, you didn’t have hot water for long, and there is definitely temperature control on the water The grounds are beautiful and it’s close to the airport

The hotel is beautiful inside, decorated nicely, and comfortable Our room was nice Overall the staff was friendly and helpful

I did have a few concerns and the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 #1 – we reserved a pool time for our group and the hotel staff was not keeping to this and there were several others In there 2- I saw two different hotel security guards, but every time I passed them they were sitting on the stool just outside the elevator – never moved from that spot, one was on her laptop and phone 3 – it is a non smoking hotel, however, the smell of pot wavers throughout the hallway 4-the teens in our group spent less than 10 minutes in the pool due to all of their swimsuits being bleached When I inquired at the front desk, they said there was something wrong with the pool pump however they were still allowing people to use the pool 5-the phone in my room was not working correctly so the front desk said they would bring up another, never did Not sure we would choose this hotel again in the future

I am writing this review because I truly believe good employees need recognition I have worked in customer service and high level management for the majority of my life Your employee Nathanial greeted me promptly when I walked into your establishment today

He gave me a high level of customer service which I greatly appreciate Nathanial even went the extra mile to assist me Like I stated earlier good employees deserve to be recognized Thank you Nathanial for making my first impression one your employer would be proud of

Christian Frounfelter

the main reason i’m writing this review is to help others be aware i had a one night stay here when i checked in, there was $154 authorized on my account, and also $75 for incidentals

which is fine when i checked out of the room the next day, an additional $217 was authorized on my account so that adds up to over $400 frozen on my account for a 1 night stay? i was so confused and wondered if that was really necessary? i called the hotel and spoke to someone who couldn’t help or give any answers on their end, they only see $154 charged on my account they cannot see the additional funds frozen on my account i do not understand why more money was frozen once i checked out i called my bank and they said i have to wait a little longer for the pending charges to fall off this is a complete inconvenience to me, and i would have never stayed here if i knew over $400 would be frozen on my account for a 1 night stay no other hotel has done this to me no other place does this there is no explanation for this there is nothing to justify this my biggest regret of the month is choosing to stay at a hotel that has frozen over $400 on my account for a 1 night stay it’s wrong so, so wrong i don’t want a fake response from the owner either it’s not going to help anything unless you’re going to compensate me for the inconvenience, please don’t waste your time responding
