The hotel is nice, it’s clean, we’ve enjoyed the pool The only downside is that we paid for a room with 2 queen beds, but the beds are full sized We measured them

The front desk says they are definitely queen size We sleep on a queen size at home, these are full size We spent $500 for 2 nights here, and we’re feeling a bit cramped on the bed Aside of that we have no complaints

John John

Room was really great Spacious, clean, well appointed, modern, everything in top working condition Bed was in great shape, pillows were excellent, nice comforter, huge name brand TV

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent memory I didn’t want to leave! Competitively priced, and nice staff to boot Would definitely recommend staying here

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Our first day we were so tired we thought we would take a quick rest before our dinner plans, the bed was so comfortable we slept for a couple hours We slept very well, the bed was so comfortable, the suite was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked minus one minor detail- it had a toaster, a dishwasher, a colander, a coffee pot

but no coffee cups We thought it was comical and just snagged a paper one from the lobby Again, the bed was amazing, the linens were top notch Their breakfast was also pretty good Lots to choose from Our run-ins with staff were quite minimal because we didn’t need anything but we were greeted with a smile every time we entered or exited We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was nice King suite stated it “could” sleep 4, but it reality its 3 Unless you have one person sleep on a tiny chaise lounger

Food was what I would expect, hotel food Biggest complaint was complete lack of ANY housekeeping Housekeeping is suppose to be every 4th day, but they didn’t touch our room When I asked about it, they told me that they just weren’t going to clean our room

I almost forgot to post this review from when I visited a couple weeks ago but had to Tina Johnson made it all worth it I know that sounds like an embellishment, but let me tell you

My wife had a headache She needed some ibuprofen It was late Everything was closed Tina gave her some ibuprofen Tina made that evening safe for me! :PMy wife Happy = Me Happy = Positive ReviewThe room was fine It was comfortable and clean The Internet was workable for a video meeting during a weekday evening which is typically peak internet usage time The only feedback I’d give is to fix it replace the dryer I used it and had clothes that we soaking and confirmed that the lint trap was cleanI’d come back here

🚩🚩🚩STAY AWAY!!!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩PLEASE READ!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ZERO STARS!!! I was charged over 300 dollars before I ever even checked in, i was charged before I even landed in Spokane, I had to pay a very expensive Uber to arrive to this hotel after 1 AM, in the freezing cold, to be locked out for almost 2 hours I pressed the doorbell about a thousand times, (yes you have to press a doorbell, huge red flag) nothing Called the phone number 20-30 times, nothing

Whoever was supposed to be working here was definitely not at the establishment I had to call the police The officer also called, walked around to the back of the office where the night clerk stays the night apparently and nothing He decided that it was best for me to get out of the freezing cold and took me to dennys where I booked a different hotel for my stay Please spend the little extra money for a real hotel/motel

Gabe C.

Personally, I don’t like it too much Kind of a little bit of a “fancy” overload which just makes it ugly, but only in the lobby and the toilets are uncomfortable

At least the microwaves have actual buttons, and it’s next to a gas station Other than that, just a normal hotel Got some good people, and the decoration is pretty good

The hotel was close to I-90 which made commutes easy Staff was great to deal with and was willing to price match the much cheaper rate I found on their websiteThe room was clean and had enough space for a family of 5

I only used the pool once and my kids enjoyed it The smell of chlorine is strong and water was cold at first which was perfect for a hot dayGreat breakfast spread for the morning which saved me $60 to feed the familyI only paid $102 per night a double queen room and it exceeded expectations

Casey Lodmell

The room & bathroom are clean but out dated When we reserved the room the site did not say the place is under renovation so my baby couldn’t go swimming they said it would be ready towards the end of March if we would have known this we would have booked somewhere else so that we would have had a hot tub and swimming the breakfast was some stuff could use a little work like better coffee and the orange juice machine working The stuff was very friendly and very helpful so it was a pleasant environment to be around

Lacie Miller

Reserved a suite for two nights Under construction upon check-in Parking wasn’t sufficient for the number of guests, had to park at adjacent property

Barking service dogs Suite was lacking in cleanliness in the shower, floors and sofa (lots of hair/dust/lint, floors had debris/items left from previous guests and cushions had crusted food and stains) The placement/layout of furniture was awkward No bottles of water, stationary, no laundry bags, minimal towels, sheets were thread bare and scratchy, window blinds didn’t fully close w/no drape for the bright hot morning sun directly shining in Complimentary breakfast was overcrowded both mornings and took too long for my family so we ate elsewhere There was minimal options of instant oatmeal and waffles w/coffee or tea anyway Just lacking in overall cleanliness , convenience and amenities which surprised me for the price and as a suite Pool was fine, staff friendly, a/c worked Will not return

Bob Altman

Hotel looks very nice from the outside but on the inside it’s rather dirty and I kept The owners could do a much better job of making sure the property has clean carpets, windows and doors that function, and overall cleanliness We looked at a few rooms and one of them look like it had already been slept in yet they said it was ready for use

The swimming pool is good but the management will only give you two pool use towels even if you have more then two people in your group The free breakfast is passable but should be better for the high price of the room No elevator so you will need to haul your things up or down the stairs

Heleen de Jager

The hotel looks okay from the outside but inside it is clear that it is rather rundown and not well maintained It has a mouldy smell and the dark green carpet in our room seemed slightly dirty The doors are in desperate need of replacement – very old and damaged

There are many mirrors everywhere including around the hot tub which is basically part of the bedroom There were several tiles cracked which did not give the impression that is was super clean for use The bed itself was quite comfortable with decent pillows and it felt the cleanest of all The amenities were okay The walls are extremely thin and when the guests next door took a shower, it was extremely noisy and sounded as if they were with us in our room The A/C did not work properly I won’t stay there again

Bob Berrigan

We stayed at 3 different Baymonts on our recent trip and this was one ranked last place with us The room was not cleaned to normal standards prior to our use The breakfast was unimpressive and it took a long time to restock things like the milk

The location is super easy to find right off of I-90 Low price There are 3 floors, but no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have much stuff to bring to your room Pool was closed for maintenance while were there, but it looked inviting This is an older motel, but the key cards for the rooms worked better than most

This was our second stay at the resort and it was even better than the first Which was hard to beat I had mentioned it was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make the occasion feel even more special

We booked the Hot Winter Nights package and booked a spa appointment From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt well taken care of and welcomed The all around service was amazing and we appreciate the special touches to help us celebrate! We will definitely be back!

B H

Beautiful resort! I find the amenities very useful, the pool is a good size for many guests The architecture is pleasing to the eye as well as being very unique The Starbucks inside the resort is a nice addition

If you wish to see lovely decorations as well, visit in the winter time and the scenery/lights are quite nice! They put lots of work into them I went to the dockside for my birthday dinner the previous year and would certainly go back! If you stay here, the hiking is wonderful as well as the natural sites

Charles Schlimpert

Made three separate reservations for brief “get always” during the summer about a month or two apart Just finishing the second visit Neither was a good experience and will cancel the third! For all three we booked a “lake view” room

The first visit started with the staff attempting to put us in a “park view” room instead Only after I was able to show the confirmation on my phone and actually raise a stink in the lobby were we assigned a lake view room This trip we were given a lake view room on the first floor It’s like a dungeon (the room side walls are accordion door panels on both sides) and the only view we have is the back end of the boat dock My wife said she could probably see the lake if she stood on a chair! When asked if we could please be moved higher, we were informed that all the lake views were booked and given the impression that we should be grateful for what we have Very disappointing treatment for over $500 per night We check out in the morning and will not be back for a third disappointment

Rooms can be updated with a new coat of paint and holes fixed in walls A good rug cleaning would also help as well Plenty of parking, easy access to the freeway, and fairly quiet from your next door neighbors

Front desk was friendly but could have dressed up a little bit more than jeans and a t-shirt I have stayed here 5 or 6 times over last year and keep coming back because the one on the west end of town was following apart I am very happy with my choice and you will be too

jillian carrisoza

If I could give zero stars I would The exorbitant price should’ve been the first red flagWe Arrived early and the front desk worker said “We don’t allow early check-in because we need to give housekeeping enough time to clean the room

” This was 3 hours before our scheduled check-in time My main question is what in the world were they doing for those hours?!?! Definitely not cleaning the room, that’s for darn sureWhen we finally were allowed in the room it smelled like cigarettes and vomit There were wads of hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the sheets, the bathroom very clearly had not been cleaned in a while as there was urine drips all over the toilet, there were blood stains on the curtains, sheets, and walls as well as the carpet which was damp and musty The curtains were broken and falling off the hooks so there was no way to make the room dark We stayed 3 days and housekeeping never came by and tidied up or emptied the trash that was halfway full when we got thereFor $631 a night, I at least expect a clean room This was beyond disgusting and terrible Not only are the pictures on the website false and deceiving, they are blatant lies Do not stay here, this was the worst “hotel” experience I have ever had, you’d be better off at a motel 6

Piras The Great

Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with a Quality Inn As long as a person keeps in mind that everyone is different For example the one in Liberty lake is a bit nicer and newer

They have a pool and a hot tubThis one is a little bit older though not outdated The rooms are actually really nice and I almost like the bathrooms better The bathtub leans back and is frankly one of the most comfortable bathtubs I have ever found myself in There’s no hot tub or pool but both Quality Inns I’ve been to have decent breakfast in the morning Nothing bagged, and definitely no Frozen breakfast sandwiches I’m looking at you Baymont 🧐The employees almost always go out of their way to accommodate In Idaho there was just this older guy that worked nights at the front desk and he was so sweet and so helpful whenever we needed anything Sunday night it’s almost as though there was no front desk person at all This confused me a little as it just seems like that isn’t necessarily good business practice But it’s not my business and I really didn’t have an issue with it, so to each their own 🤷🏻‍♀️Overall, at both places I enjoyed my stay very much compared to other hotels in the area I would definitely recommend both and will definitely be back

The workers here were very professional and friendly There were homemade cookies for the guests which was very sweet The breakfast was adequate and had multiple options

The pool and hot tub were nice although the jets on the tub didn’t work when we were there The rooms were clean and affordable Very quiet atmosphere, but do be aware there is no elevator so if you are disabled, be sure to book a first floor room

Ciara White

The entire hotel is pet friendly, they don’t have any rooms designated non-pet, so this is not good for allergy sufferers We had to try three different rooms to get one that didn’t smell like wet dog The hallway smells like dogs

Unfortunately for the first half of the day (immediately following our 1 night stay here) I had an allergy attack and had to use my inhaler 3x On a normal day I don’t use it This is not what I expect from a hotel that costs $250/night All of their double queen rooms are downstairs/not on the main level, and so if you need a double queen room it won’t be accessible I had unfortunately hurt my foot elsewhere just before getting to the hotel so it made moving the luggage a little tougher The pool is wayy too cold The breakfast was very tasty and perfect for sending us on our way Loved the ice water available near the front desk The hot tub temperature was comfortable and pool towels provided

Kemra Yount

We had reserved a room at a different hotel It was awfulWe started searching for another hotel in the area that had a jacuzzi tub, as that is what we reserved at the other place

Quality Inn came and recused the day! They had a jacuzzi suite available that night The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful! She even called our room to say if there was anything we needed to let her know! Very much appreciatedThe room was clean, the bed was comfy, updated The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing and clean! We will definitely stay again, when in the area! Also it was for a great price! $150!

Hey Ace

This is an older motel that has been modernized You could tell the carpeting, paint, linoleum, etc was new and cared-for

I think the only thing that looked old was the tub The front desk was friendly and my requests for a quiet room were honored Parking lot is a little cramped but it worked out fine The best part is being able to walk to great places for dinner or breakfast Don’t expect more than a well-kept motel room, and you’ll be fine I would stay again

TriLiCiT STyLuS

Cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with this hotel Called them in a pinch given an absolutely absurd negative experience I had at a motel down the street, ‘The Budget Saver’ and Jolie was absolutely awesome Took me in, helped save some money, and her hospitality is above and beyond

Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and the rooms are spectacular Microwave, fridge, about a 42 in tv, super comfortable beds, and most of ALL- CLEAN

We left an incredibly sketchy hotel we had booked online weeks prior and came to this La Quinta instead and WHAT A RELIEF Drew at the front desk was amazing Pool and hot tub are available 24/7, which is genius because why not? Breakfast was better than I anticipated, with sausage and fresh waffles you can make yourself

My dogs were welcomed and did great here The room was beautiful and large and very very clean AC worked great, fridge, TV and bathroom were all perfect condition Finding the one entrance/exit in the parking lot Is a bit silly, but a minor detail compared to the hotel itself – which was 10/10 for my family I would come back to this hotel every time I’m in CDA

This is by far the best hotel in Coeur d’Alene Idaho The staff is A+++ We have stayed here many times

Drew and his night and afternoon staff really go above and beyond to help you out Soon as I checked in Drew wanted to know if I needed anything and he was there to help When we came back around 10:00 at night he was there asking if we needed anything and asking how our day was The suite we stayed in was legit It had a nice kitchen a big pull out couch a big king bed could definitely use another bathroom or separate vanity Especially when you have three female teenagers and my wife In the morning the assistant general manager was just as friendly and pleasant I can’t remember her name The breakfast was legit and very spacious You weren’t cramped in like other hotels I’ve been to, it Had everything you wanted to eat The pool in the hot tub is the best around I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Wonderful customer service We called and asked if it be possible to check in early because it was getting super hot and we were exhausted from the heat and riding our motorcycles They said yes we could and that made me so happy

Everyone is so kind who works there Very clean room and nice ones The pool area was also nice The restaurant had some great food, especially the free breakfast They had so many options for free breakfast and it was all delicious Checking out was very easy as well Whenever I visit again I would definitely still here again

Super nice staff Best included hotel breakfast in the US Period

We spend more than half our nights in hotels, and I am telling you, this is the place to beIt was clean and tidy, rooms are perfect Everything works fantasticallyService dog was welcomed with a treat and toy bag They have a dog play area, and provide poop bags if you needThey had such great cleaning staffThe courtyard and pool area were unbeatable You’ve got the pool and hot tub to yourself most of the time (expect around dinner time on weekends, there are kids during that time)Kitchenette and storage were great We loved that it had a desk and very good black out curtainsOnly complaints: wish there was more light in the rooms, and there is only one elevator that takes about 2 minutes to walk to(this elevator inconvenience is equalled out by the fact that this hotel only has 2 levels, which makes it so stairs are short and convenient, AND it gives you lots of distance between the other people staying here I love the privacy)Overall, we would stay here again in a heart beatHighly recommended

Matthew Cakeboy1123 Bottman (Cakeboy1123)

The room was clean, with little dust Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning The employees were knowledgeable on most items

Only reason it’s a 4 instead of a 5 is because the rooms really do need renovating The staff was wonderful and the view was perfect

just beautiful The price for the area was Amazing! Loved my stay there ❤️ However, only go if you can handle rustic The rooms are vintage Some of us don’t care about that as long as the bed is good and it was If you are expecting granite counteracts and tiled bathrooms; that isn’t this, but if you are appreciative of it’s other qualities and have a budget; this is a wonderful little business Older, but glad it’s available in a market where room rates run from 220 to 500 plus a night We stayed for far less and got a hot tub in the room

Rooms are fine really except needing some cosmetic work done In room jacuzzi is good, could be a little hotter They have dehumidifiers in the rooms but our was full of water, couldn’t keep it running

Moisture all over the inside of the door I understand operating a hotel can be tough at times but when you ask 2 or 3 times to have the dehumidifier looked at and no one shows up The location is great, just down the road from the cda resort, tucked into a nice little corner, awesome view of the lake Fair price for 3 nights, just that dang dehumidifier

Hotel was clean Breakfast had a fair amount of options with mostly grab and go kind of stuff with no fresh hot food available Price was less than $70 a night, so you can’t ask for much more

Wheel chair accessibility ♿️ 4/5Service dog accessibility 3/5(No good place for going potty)For like $12 more a night you can stay at the best western plus and get a whole lot more Great pool and hot tub, a restaurant style breakfast for free, and much cleaner nicer public areas

Close to downtown and friendly staff But the rooms are worth maybe $80 a night at most When we turned the air on it smelled pretty bad for a few minutes

The carpet throughout just seems tiredIf your just looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad but its certainly no Hampton or Hilton

I’m being honest here The over all hotel is run down Looks like they tried to remodel, but the company they hired to remodel had no idea what they were doing

The flooring was coming up, the paint was sloppy and the tile worked look like my kids did it The curtains looked like someone took a shot gun to it So then you ask why I gave a 4 star That’s because the staff gave us the best service ever They were so sweet and so nurturing! It seems the owners were great at hiring staff (or maybe the staff hired the staff) and cheap at remodeling You will never get better service than here The breakfast was awesome!

My family of five chose this hotel because it was the cheapest room in the area We loved the continental breakfast There is also plenty of food that is in walking distance to the room

The area is a little run down, but that is to be expected right off of an interstate The staff was always willing to help and friendly They made us aware at check in that there would be no cleaning through out our stay All we had to do was ask for something and they would provide specific items from a list giving upon renting the room The decor is not my taste, but to each their own A few less than desirable things were the usb ports on the lamps didn’t function, there were not enough towel at the pool The was AMAZING!!! The jets in the hot tub were extremely bubbly so be warned In our current economy we were very fortunate that they had enough staff! We would definitely stay here again!!!

I’ve been to several places in the past year Both for work and pleasure The Coeur d’Alene Ramada has been the best by far

Everything from the friendly staff to the breakfast was amazing I had the biscuits and gravy with coffee and juice I never felt like an inconvenience to the staff Even when I requested a few things one at a time because my brain wasn’t working, the staff really made me feel like I was a kind The room was clean and comfortable I enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate kcups in my room The pool and hot tub was spectacularly warm, relaxing and clean They were ready with recommendations for entertainment and food Its rear to find a business much less a hotel that has really found a way to treat there employees well enough to get them to treat customers like kinds and queens I look forward to returning soon and catching back up with my new friends at the Ramada I’d definitely give the Coeur d’Alene Ramada a 10 out of 10 would recommend I will be returning to a different room when I come back but I stayed in 317

I don’t understand all these bad reviews I’m guessing it’s coming from the other hotels in the area Because I’ve stayed 2 nights in a row

The front desk was very professional and helpful My room was clean and has been updated Everything worked fine The bed was comfortable as long as the room in general Please don’t put much faith in all the negative reviews Check them out yourself

The stay was good- this is a hotel that will do if you are just traveling through There is no hot breakfast which is why we booked (it was confirmed for me upon booking that a hot breakfast was being served- which is NOT the case) Yogurt, muffins, bagels juice, milk and accessories, plus hit-and-miss on the availability of frozen breakfast sandwiches (which is dependent on how on top of things the front desk person is, per observation- microwaves available to warm sandwiches)

No hand sanitizers in b-fast area or at hot drinks bar in lobby Sheets and comforter on one bed were stained, curtain rod falling off wall and b-fast area cabinets in severe need of repairs Overall the hotel is fairly clean, and staff was observed being thorough in cleaning public areas Pool area was decently clean, plenty of towels, water was warm and enjoyed by kids On our first night, several staff members (on shift and off) were congregated in eating area with a loud child after 10 PM voices carry down the hall, doors and walls are thin with minimal sound-proofing Staff not overly professional, but helpful and attentive to needs Overall Impression: You get what you pay for (and honestly- this one might be a bit overpriced- especially on the high-priced days), and we were thankful for the general cleanliness, as we were able to switch stained items out at the front desk

The hotel staff are helpful and attentive The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean You can hear everything in the rooms

We turned on our fan in the bathroom to try to drown out the noise in the hall and around us when we went to sleep The breakfast consisted of pastries, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fruit, juice and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches They mentioned that they are working on bringing back the waffles and other hot breakfast foods that they had in the past Overall it’s a decent hotel

Jamie Connelly

Kylie was most helpful when we checked in and was patient when many requests made of her time at onceThe facilities were great- pool and hot tub as well the breakfast was awesome! My son left his computer monitor at the hotel- all staff, especially the manager- Elizabeth were extremely supportive in packaging this item and navigating it’s return to us! Thanks!

Update: They are having staff issues and new maids are doing a poor job of cleaning the rooms, the second time we came here the side table had dust all over it, the coffee maker filthy TWO maids tried barging into the room with us in it! They aren’t being taught to KNOCK and the other doesn’t understand that the “I’m busy” sign means “do not disturb” I was sleeping and she pounded on the door and literally tried to forcefully enter (!!!) even with the sign in, nowhere NEAR checkout time! Holiday Inn needs to change the wording back! Front desk apologized, promised me 5000 points for the trouble but never gave it to me! Docking a star, that is unacceptable!—The room was beautiful, newly updated

The beds were very comfortable Breakfast was good, they actually brought out some bacon for once (we stayed a long time at a different IHG hotel and they only had bacon out once a week, if that)The landscaping was gorgeous! A waterfall out front and fires going, as well as a fire pit out back for guests The pool and hot tub looked nice, my teen kids enjoyed themThe convenience shop was too pricey, though $400 for a bottle of water!

This is a nice hotel I especially enjoyed the real food offered for dinner, for a chain hotel I really felt like there was a b&b vibe I feel like everyone working there was happy to have me there

Cookies even!Breakfast was typical fare, all good and plenty of itThe rooms were clean and comfortable as well The hotel was easy to get to and close to a lot of the local attractionsI will be staying here every time I’m in the area

My friend and I stayed at this hotel July 20th and July 21 2022I cannot tell you enough how absolutely perfect this hotel is (I travel frequently so I am well aware of hotels)From the cleanliness, staff and wonderful happy hour food, we could not have asked for more

Although everyone was wonderful there, I want to give extra praise to Darla who prepped the food in the evening and served it I felt like I knew her my entire life She deserves something special as your employeeI also want to take the time to tell the owners and managers that whatever they are doing to create such wonderful staff keep doing it and if possible if you could go around the US and teach this to other hotels, I would greatly appreciate itI will definitely be back I have already referred your hotel to other fellow travelers against my better judgement because now you will be booked all the time
