The room was pretty dustyThe hotel overcharged me for 187$ and doesn’t return my callsIt was a charge that wasn’t returned to me yet (I checked out 2 weeks ago)The front desk people doesn’t know nothing and did a lot of mistakes when we were there (like give us the keys for room that already had people sleeping inside)

This was the worst experience of my life All of the staff appear to have been just released No customer service

Counter person was eating ice cream and another man behind the counter was smoking from a vap pen stains on the sheets, curtains were broken and falling from the wall The floors were dirty upon arrival we were shocked at what we saw!

Super Comfy bed and room Rachel was extremely accommodating Extremely quiet, even for the very occasional military aircraft

Convenient located for our purposeGood eats in the area (I recommend brewsters for big meal and spice it up for an all around healthy dishDont forget to check out the wooden bowl place across the streetBreakfast is very adequate4 1/2 out of 5 star for hotel breakfast at best western propertyThe mattress stain would not have discovered had I not help give housekeeping a head start after a late checkout and stripped my bed, sacked all my trash and gathered the towelsIt Actually looks like someone spilled coffee or tea on the bed, so It didnt bother meNote: the Bissell pet cleaner with 10% bleach and a mild detergent should help clean up wellI definitely plan to be back at least once a year

I moved to a small town 90 miles south of Fairbanks from California 4 years ago This ex-Californian LOVES to swim! Since moving to Alaska I haven’t been able to enjoy a swimming pool I decided I would find a hotel with a pool and really get a chance to relax

THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL WAS FOR THE POOL $30000 and the pool was closed!!!!!! Check-in was at 4:00, I arrived a little after 4 and had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready I brought a bath bomb I had been saving so I could enjoy a relaxing bath, no bathtub! Did I mention $30000?

I Love Food Coma

I found an excellent deal on “Booking” website After reading many good reviews, I felt comfortable making a reservationThe Service: My flight arrived closed to midnight

By the time, I arrived at the hotel, it was late and I was super exhausted The staff at the front desk, Lance, was assisting me He was super efficient at the check-in process so I could go to my room & rest right away He definitely went above & beyond giving me a city map, local restaurant delivery phone numbers and information about the neighborhood without me asking first A+ customer service! The Room: Good size, clean & comfortable There are complimentary coffee & tea in the room LOVE their complimentary breakfast Not just typical bagel/muffin breakfast there are scramble egg, sausage patty, roasted potato, waffles, pastries, bread, cereal, fruit, yogurt & different beverage (coffee, tea, juices & milk) Totally a full breakfast! The Parking: Big parking lot, there is always a spot If the temperature is below zero and you need to charge your car overnight, they have several outlets in the parking lot as wellThe hotel is close to the airport, about 10 minutes drive It is close to the highway as well There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive close by Very convenient! Overall, very nice hotel in a good location!

I know that the hotel is a very basic one, but the customer service is 5 star rated The rooms were spacious, but very simple and bare minimum They were clean and the linen was superb

specially the manager Amanda was extremely helpful and friendly Elizabeth, a lady working in the reception was outstanding too Later we met all the other staff at the reception desk equally nice and helpful I would recommend it to any one

Owl Enigma (LeoCronis)

Nice place to stay at but has bad wifi Been trying to log in and managed to make some connection but ultimately, the speed is slow and can take some time to load a single Youtube videoEdit: it’s already been a week since I arrived and nothing loads adequately

Constantly frustrated to load a simple website only to be booted off the network and having to log back into the Wifi

A pretty good value for what you get It’s far from perfect, but it was one of the more affordable choices in the area The rooms were fairly clean

There is a complimentary breakfast even with Covid restrictionsThe shower was probably one of the most touchy I have ever seen Burning hot one minute, and with the slightest touch of the handle could go ice cold No incidents occurred, but when you travel with young children that type of thing makes you nervousBy far the highlight here is the staff Very quick, and helpful Extremely informed and educated on the area The overnight guy was a nice guy, with a funny sense of humor He was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the history, and geography of the area, which was more than helpful as it was our first trip to the areaI would definitely recommend, unless you are looking for a true 4-5 star hotel and want to pay for that type of hotel

Em Phoenix

Wonderful place with lots of charm and lovely staff As clean as possible with some old equipment (the bath has seen better days but it had jets!), cozy, with enough of choices for nice breakfastDownsides: very yellow water out of pipes, thankfully they had filtered one from the fridge downstairs, also quite a lot of stairs to go up with a suitcase and the first impression is a messy greenhouse walkthrough – although for me personally that adds to the charm

Would stay again, loved the fountain and so many other magical details

Food tastes good and authentic Provides interesting tibetan snacks And the owner looks so nice and kind

However the waiter’s English needs some improvement and during the process of ordering, he left without noticing to arrange table for new guests which is really rude

krishan pall

Really enjoyed the food here and the look and style of the place One wall us filled with items of information about the restaurant from it’s past and the association it has with Tibet and the dalai lama it was all very interesting The restaurant was filled with a lot of local so also a great sign of some good eating! Had the Tibetan hot pot and it was amazing real good hearty food!

One of my favorite Hilton properties to stay at while on a business trip is also the best one for a family vacation The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet The other guests are a nice balance of business and leisure making for a more calm crowd at the pool and inside

Breakfast and evening reception are fantastic The kids events are nicely planned out and posted in the morning near Breakfast We absolutely loved the pool area with the splash pad, dive in movies, and a sports bar for the adults The location is also very nice- tucked away but right near some busy areas

Cacao Bean

It was a good experience overall The staff was very helpful and friendly for the most part, and the room I got was huge and pretty clean

Although there was a couple strands of hair that was not mine on the bed when I checked in Free breakfast; while not the best I’ve had, the buffet catered to pretty much everyone Decent pastry selection They also provide a happy hour for guests with 2 complimentary drinks2 things though – too many flies in the dining area I kind of lost my appetite when a few flies kept sitting on my food Also, I was charged $12 a night for parking when I didn’t even have a car I called to address this, but the front desk seemed rather annoyed than being sorry for their mistake Nevertheless, it was corrected

Heidi Behnke

We have stayed here many times while on road trips It was refurbished in 2019 The lobby is new

There is a pool The breakfast is excellent and the chef is very friendly and conscientious The rooms are a bit dank and could use with a redo but are spacious Lots of parking space as well They got rid of the restaurant but serve a limited dinner menu Drinks are pricey

A most beautiful home, we were lucky to have the opportunity to stay here The hosts, Susan & Hal, are warm and helpful way beyond what anyone could hope forThis was our second visit to this B&B, and highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Fairbanks, even though it is a little more expensive than staying in a hotel, pay the extra few $$$ and treat yourself to this place

You will take pictures of it, and show all your friends, for sure
