We were here for a softball tournament down the road from the city We started setting up our reservations in Jan 2022 with Angie the GM All I can say is amazing!!!! The check in staff, front desk staff, breakfast staff in the morning, the rooms were super clean, lobby super clean

Ease of getting to highway was just down street, Walgreens down the road and city eateries within 5 minutes The only bad part of this stay was we won all of our games so we didn’t have to stay another day Angie we thank you so much from our whole softball team to your whole team A plus plus We wish all of our stays could be this pleasant when we travel

Easy to make a Reservation The Woman at the Front Desk Alexis Was amazing Super Friendly and over all a Great Help Dinner Was Great as well Chef Meeka Makes a Mean Burger and The Breakfast Buffet was Hot and Fresh The Gentleman At Breakfast was Great too My Room was Clean and Rate Was Extremely affordable Only Problem I had at this Property was the lady at the bar Couldn’t understand her broken English, Rude and My Drink was Extremely Strong Otherwise a Pleasant Stay

The aesthetic of this place was commensurate with the price (read: it was cheap); the problem was, the room had no soap Indeed, it seems like the entire hotel had no soap I noticed this upon checking in and asked the person pushing the housekeeping cart if I could get a bar of lovely soap wrapped in cellophane or some other substance that could assure me that this soap belonged to me and me alone

She said she didn’t have any on her cart, which seemed odd No soap on a cart that is pushed around for the purpose of remaking rooms and providing guests with amenities such as small rectangles that could produce lather and kill germs? I then visited the front desk in search of a 19 cent piece of antibacterial fulfillment No such luck The front desk attendant, who seemed annoyed that I even existed, called a few numbers and informed me that, sadly, the “soap truck” hadn’t arrived yet? The soap truck?, I wondered There is a truck that drives around to places presenting themselves as hotels and carries nothing but (presumbaly) tens of thousands of small rectangles that could produce lather and kill germs? Where was this truck? Had it been robbed by soap bandits? Here are some things this hotel could have done: 1 Send an employee two blocks down the road to the Walgreens to buy some soap for guests who might, in fact, expect some in their bathroom The attendant who seemed annoyed that I even existed would have been a good candidate for this task 2 Call the soap truck people and threaten to cancel the soap contract unless they delivered the goods today Use the leverage of the Sheraton name 3 Offer me a credit of $189 for the hand-soap dispenser I bought for the room and then LEFT in the room so the next guest could have some soap in their bathroom They did none of these things Two stars

The rooms are basic but knew this ahead of time Beds comfortable also a nice fridge in room The shower had real good water pressure

Service both day and evening they were the nicest people could not help you enough Breakfast was good but options never changed the 4 days I was there Also site on line shows shuttle which should be removed from web page as was told it has not operated since the pandemic

Rosa Armstrong

I enjoyed my stay here Made a stop in Council Bluff to explore the area and Omaha Front desk staff were super friendly, housekeeper was super friendly, rooms looked clean, water pressure was good, liked the fridge and microwave in the room, overall enjoyed the stay

Hand soap, shampoo, body wash are in dispensers which I actually like instead of the small containers most hotels have It’s environmentally friendlier and most places don’t offer hand soap so that was nice There is construction by the hotel but you can’t hear anything going on at night The location is excellent Only minutes away from some cool attractions and downtown Omaha Will definitely stay here again

We recently stayed at the there and the ladies were amazing We had booked at a different hotel which rudely turned us away at check in Christina was able to get us room there at the BridgePointe Inn and was so helpful and accommodating by letting us check in early

Even when we had to extend our stay due to unexpected events, the ladies were great and quick to get it taken care of Christina, Stephanie, Jessica, Heidi, and the whole cleaning crew were great My 4 year old daughter loved going by the front desk to show them her outfit and talk with them Just overall amazing service and environment The staff at BridgePointe Inn are setting the bar for top customer service If we are ever in Councils Bluff, we know were we are staying !

The location of this hotel was convenient for our planned visit to the Omaha Zoo and was close to restaurants and shopping The staff was efficient at check in and out Breakfast was fine and serving area was clean

The room, however, had stained and worn carpet The sofa was also in need of a good cleaning or replacement I placed a towel over it before I would sit Furniture very scuffed up On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet An additional $20 was charged to my credit card at check out, which then made total higher than a more highly rated hotel I had reviewed in downtown Omaha

Casey Pawell

If you choose this specific Spring Hill hotel you must lower your standards on the quality of room, amenities, cleanliness of the facility in general If you take into account that this is a major hotel chain in a sea of hotels you might want to fish elsewhere The cleanliness of the room was lacking of care and attention to detail with stains on the carpeting, furniture, bedding , and hallways were dirty with stains and holes in the walls

Paid Friday night rate for a two star hotel chain quality When arrived in room, TV would not work and was only given two towels for four people Front desk staff stated that they “can’t fix the TV and towels were being laundered” at 10 o’clock at night No remedy to issues were given and we just consider this a “never again” experienceI would recommend checking other locations before deciding on this particular Spring Hill

Karen Heusinkvelt

No complaints other than it seems overpriced considering the age and decor of the property The property is clean, front desk is friendly, and the hot breakfast hit the spot I had questions about a nearby venue and the staff was very helpful and gave solid recommendations that worked out perfectly for me

The hotel was full both nights I was there but I didn’t hear a peep all night I’d stay there again

Location was good It is downtown and not far from Old Market, Orpheum and casinos We stayed on a Friday night

Took a while to get checked in with only 1 person in front of us Guest in front was given like a welcome bag with a couple of bottles of water We were not offered that and by the time we got checked in we didn’t think to ask about it We went out for the evening and got back kind of late When we returned there were no spots to park in the parking lot Had to park down the street and walk to hotel in the dark which was kind of scary The room was nice, but had an old fashioned heating/cooling unit instead of a thermostat The water pressure in the shower was weak The coffee in the room was all decaf, which was a disappointment to my husband who needed his caffeine The bed was comfortable but it was not worth the (approx $160) price There was a lot of noise outside the hotel, sounded like garbage trucks We will not be staying here again It just didn’t compare to other places we have stayed

Rachel Walter

Upfront staff a gentleman and lady were very kind The pool area contained a large pool with a hot tub – nice and relaxingThe room was spacious and clean

Parking was not overcrowded The complimentary breakfast was delicious one of the best we’ve had( mini omletes, sausage links, potatoes, cereal, fruits, waffle makers, muffins, and several drink choices) we’ve stayed at several other areas near the old market and we would choose this over those again

gail terry

Rooms were clean

breakfast was good BUT the front desk staff was RUDE started with the folks in front of us checking in and then went on to us The pool area was dirty There were used bandaids on the floor for 2 days No towels for 2 days either There were bags of garbage piled in the area of the ice machine that hadn’t moved both days Not too inconvenient as the ice machine (on 2 floors) were empty/not working I didn’t lodge complaints as I was not the one paying for the rooms Definitely won’t be back here and will question booking in other cities for our travel

Room was nice and cozy Bed and pillows were comfortable Check-in and check-out experience were both very pleasant, we felt welcome

Only complaint is our fitted sheet had a couple of questionable spots on itwe only noticed this the next morning The bathtub could have been cleaner, there were a couple stray hairs (easily missed but just an observation) Otherwise a very nice experience, overall

Liz

I was a bit scared after reading all the reviews but most of the hotels in the Omaha area were booked in advance However, for a 2-star hotel, this one was pricey but worth it I stayed in the studio suite and it was spacious and clean

Pool and hot tub area were also clean and nice From the reviews, the biggest complaint was parking how ppl had to park far since the Casino was right next door I found parking right outside my window Restaurants were close by At night it was quiet, no noise from the Casino I will definitely be staying here again when I go to Omaha—amazing and comfy 🙂

LJ Verm

Rooms were good but not great Could use some updates The laundry facility had a machine down

The exercise room could really use mats and a small set of free weights The breakfast situation was not great There was a little breakfast rush and the food ran out Needed a little more attention to stay on top of that The price was very good and the associates were friendly and helpful Would return

Convenient to the Interstate (though not as noisy as I feared when we pulled in)Staff was very friendly and helpful – the highlight of the stayOverall site was clean

Rooms were nice, though if you’re not sleeping on the “inside” side of the bed, you need to pull a chair over as a night stand Large bottles of bathroom fluids for (re)use, vs individual guest onesWalkable places to eat were all low-end, but there are other locales within a short hop by carBreakfast buffet had decent quality and variety, but was nothing specialI would stay here again, though I might also look for something a little nicer

Hotel is clearly understaffed like the rest of the world The few employees I did encounter were friendly and helpful One employee spilled the beans to our child on our family vacation surprise even when we seconds before said it’s a surprise don’t

Breakfast was decent for what most places can offer during Covid Our room smelt of smoke and baby powder which threw us off Our bathroom had peeling wall paper and what appeared to be some mold forming The fan did not work and the shower easily flooded Clearly our room had seen water damage more then once The pool was deceiving from photos It was dirty and had stuff floating in it that resembled vomit The hot tub was warm but didn’t have working jets Over all the place is in many ways run down The staff however deserve 5 stars for attempting to be attentive with what they have to work with

Different hotel to what we are used to It kind of feels like a gym when you first go in There is a gym located right as you come in

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable Breakfast is very good The people that handle the shuttle do their best to get to where you need to go in time There aren’t many restaurant or convenience store choices that are within a 10-15 minute walk Remember that you need to ask for maid service one day in advance if you want it and you should also reserve any shuttle rides you need The best part of this hotel are the people They are a diverse bunch and without exception, very friendly, kind and service oriented

Brian Blackwood

Bad attitudes from the kitchen staff completely destroyed a perfect 5 star reviewWe were very impressed how clean, nice, and spacious this hotel is The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and basically everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and friendly, with the exception of the kitchen staff

The man (acted more like a child) in charge of cooking was very cold, rude, impatient and just plain disrespectful We were simply trying to order food and he made it seem like we were personally ruining his entire lifeThis guy is a great way to turn happy customers into bad reviews, well done sir Never coming anywhere near this place again thanks to him

As a mom of 4 kids it’s always a struggle to find hotels that are truly kid friendly and accommodating The room size was great and VERY clean! I was very impressed! The breakfast provided has great variety and we all left happy and full Lysol wipes are provided throughout the hotel which I appreciated

All staff were very friendly and respectful Located within minutes of the children’s museum, the zoo, and everywhere else we went was close by Will be booking here everytime we are in the area! Thanks Hampton!

Bob Campbell

The room was clean and comfortableCoffee was a HUGE issue !!They serve dark roast, light roast and DecafThe problem is it not coffee at all it is colored water with NO flavor!!!!!! It’s really bad when the room coffee is better then the buffet coffee People if your a coffee person don’t stay here or maybe just walk down to the Holiday Inn and act like your one of the guests there, that’s the only way to get a decent cup of coffee at this Hampton

I love this hotel! It is historical & unique The room was clean & adorable High end & comfy

We got a room with view of inner mural which was very neat & had cute string lighting The shower was large & luxurious with amazingly hot water AC worked wonderfully for it being over 100° F The lighting & furnishing were very beautiful & good quality They have earlier check in & later check out then most other hotels in the area The location is downtown very close to the old market but I prefer to be closer as I’m lazy 😆 I didn’t love that there was very little loading/unloading zone parking in front of the hotel, no valet parking & we had to park in parking garage across the street I also didn’t realize that there were no microwave or mini-fridge in the room until arriving which was a bit of a let down because we had leftovers from dinner 👎 All in all, GREAT hotel! Would highly recommend!

We were so excited to stay at the Peregrine to celebrate our wedding anniversary The hotel is beautiful and classy, and the location seemed ideal The rooftop bar is nice but a bit small on a busy evening

However, actually sleeping was another issue I had read reviews that said the rooms were very cold, which I’m okay with – I’d much rather be cold than hot at night It seems they either don’t have great control or have over-corrected, because our room was sweltering, no matter that the thermostat was set to 64 degrees The air coming out of the vent was not very cold, and the thermostat was directly below the vent, on the other side of the room from the bed Neither my husband nor I could sleep until about 3 in the morning, after we got up to take cold showers to cool down We slept on top of the covers because it was so hot in the room I am a frequent traveller for work and a Hilton Diamond member, and I have to say I have never experienced this magnitude of temperature control issues before in any hotel – much less one we paid so much money forThe hotel can be lovely and welcoming, but if you can’t get a good night’s sleep, you’ve missed the point I’m grateful we only had one night here and would skip it until they can address these room temperature issues

Hannah Kristine Sewester

Easily one of the most unique and elegant hotels I’ve stayed at! No detail was spared in the renovation of the historical building that the hotel now occupies Very clean rooms Parking was very easy at the Tower Park garage right across the street; felt secure

Location was great as well, only about a 10 minute walk to Old Market area, but quiet at night Rooftop bar was a relaxing environment to end the evening

We checked in fairly late, but still felt like having a couple drinks Fortunately, Hailey was running the front desk, and was incredibly hospitable She answered our questions about the area, and made us feel incredibly welcome

The woman, Lavida who does security checked in while we were buying drinks She was amazing as well, and it was good to know someone so diligent was keeping an eye out while we slept We will for sure make this our go to place to stay when visiting the Omaha area It is an immaculately clean property, with amazing people keeping things running Thank you, Hailey, your hospitality made our trip 1000% better

Hotel was very very clean, staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful The pool area might’ve been more pleasant had there been more ventilation, but the water and temperature were all very nice and towels were provided in the pool area, there was no limit, just a stack where you could grab as many as needed We had food within the hotel’s Bistro recommended by the young lady that checked us in, we did come down to the lobby for food, and it was really good, appropriately priced and we enjoyed the fast service, the secluded booth areas with the TV and modern feel made the experience even better

Overall a very nice and relaxing stay for the grownups and kids Would recommend!

We were on the return leg of a 2-wk trip out west and this was our last night before returning home We didn’t have an advance reservation and were thrilled to get a last minute room on the 4th of JulyTaylor at the front desk was helpful and pleasant

We enjoyed visiting with Robert, who works in the bar / bistro He made great recommendations from their dinner menuWe also met the chef, Daniel, who has worked in Alaska and is passionate about his jobRobert and Daniel made our last evening on the road a pleasant experienceThe rates were reasonable and the room and entire facility clean and well maintained Love that they had patriotic decorations inside and outside to celebrate the 4th of July!We recommend Courtyard by Marriott Omaha East and will make this a stopping point on our next trip from IL to CO

We booked our room through the Horseshoe as two Diamond Plus members Initially we were expected to stay in a single king room with 3 adults and had to contact our concierge to get a room with additional sleeping arrangements They did upgrade us to a suite with a pull out couch

We attended the Morgan Wallen concert and returned to our room after midnight When we pulled the couch out we found dirty sheets and towels were on it and mold on the mattress There were no linens, blankets or clean pillows to change it We called the front desk and the male night Staff member begrudgingly agreed to bring linens When he arrived with them, we were expected to change it ourselves We deemed that unacceptable as it is visibly soiled I went down to the front desk to see what we could do where I was rudely greeted by Andrea, the night auditor Who proceeded to yell at me and tell me I didn’t need to have an attitude I don’t know anyone who would come with a smile at 1 AM when their sleeping arrangements are soiled and moldy She proceeded to place blame on me for not noticing earlier that it was dirty I tried to explain that I checked in at 4 and the room should’ve been clean She then yelled at me again and told me she would call security Eventually she did get us a second room but not without belittling and bashing the Horseshoe and their staff and making sure to tell me they don’t manage the hotel and to go ahead and call our concierge she didn’t careThe additional room had beard hair in the sink and trash on the floor there was also bags of trash on the hall way outside of a room Not impressedWe address the situation with the hotel housekeeping manager at the front desk the next morning The manager, Charles stood there and wasn’t forthcoming about his position or helping We told them as long as the rude night staff member was employed we wouldn’t be returning We also asked If there were aware of the numerous other complaints about her on trip advisor to which she responded oh I don’t ever look at those- as she’s standing in front of a display of trip advisor cards None of them were exceptionally helpful but the night staff member is 100% the reason we won’t return

Pick somewhere else Tub didn’t drain properly, beds like sleeping on a rock, hot tub was cold, and don’t even get me started on the absolutely horrible parking situation (Or the fact that you have drunk people setting off car alarms all night long

) Especially skip it if you have anyone under the legal gambling age with you and plan on eating at the restaurants in the casino, they’re all on the floor It’s definitely not the cleanest hotel either

Not a quality Hilton property Outdated, not very clean, no parking, basically a casino hotel and should not be called Hilton I would not recommend this for any traveler who expects the usual Hilton quality product

HVAC did not work properly, sink and toilet did not drain, zero parking as a casino fills up the lot and I had to walk in the rain from the casino parking lot in a suit Highly disappointed, avoid, if at all possible, i will never stay here again Lifetime diamond rating

Nice, modern hotel near the casino Workout room, indoor pool, and river view rooms Plenty of easy parking

My room was very comfortable A nice, new king-size bed The furniture is all new and very comfortable (chaise lounge and even the office chair) Cable has plenty to offer on a nice, large LCD TV (42″?) Bathroom is nicea large shower and plenty of counter space Nice and quiet There is an indoor walkway all the way to the casino for food options and whatever else The staff is super nice, too I’ll definitely stay here again!

The room was not that great Beds were not comfortable Outlet in bathroom did not work

The blow dryer did not work in the second room in our group The third room smelled strongly of cigar smoke Staff gave us a spray to use We tried to air the room but window only opened a small amount Items in suitcase starting smelling like smoke (place is a non-smoking facility, I even check with the front desk about that) Next morning I asked for more help with stink They used a different spray This time they offered to do the spraying and we didn’t have to do it ourselves We left for the day When we returned it smelled better and tolerable (still there just not strong) I will say they offered to move the person from the stinky room but it would have put them on a different floor and we needed to stay together They also fixed the bathroom outlet the morning after we reported it Blow dryer not fixedThey would not discount our room due to “using a 3rd party booking service” – aka Bookingcom That was ridiculous! We should have not had to pay the full amount Also, the pool is very small, not a pretty setting at all and very cold water for being an inside pool We did not try the breakfast that was available for an additional cost Since everything else was not great, we didn’t want to risk it Needless to say, I was not impressed at all I thought it would be much better considering the reviews were all so good and they advertise a rating of 88 on Hotelcom They must be falsifying reviews online because it should only be rated a 3 at best! Choose a different place to stay if you want to enjoy your trip!Disliked · Since I booked through a bookagency, did not

Comfortable and the staff treated us like friends! The pool was clean and just the right temperature It’s more like an extended stay as they have a little snack shop rather than a stereotypical bland breakfast The only drawback was the area was a little noisy in the morning with truck traffic around it

The hotel is near a steakhouse, a Casey’s ( best pizza) and a movie theater including an IMAX! All within walking distanceThe beds were clean and very comfortable Due to back problems, I slept in a recliner The room was spacious! I highly recommend And if you need transportation, call Casino Cab We couldn’t get a Lyft to go to the zoo and Stacey at the front desk hooked us up with the cab company

Tyodra

For a budget hotel, I was thoroughly impressed We stopped here for the night, mainly because it was close to the interstate and they allowed dogs The room was clean, and free of unpleasant smells

It had a small kitchenette, table, and recliner, none of which I used, but I appreciated their presence Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever passing through
