The room was very clean The breakfast was hot and ready by 7 am The ladies who run the breakfast area were extremely nice and asked if there was anything we needed

On Sunday there were so busy for breakfast that they couldn’t keep the coffee filled however the lady went back to the kitchen and filled our cups for us instead of asking us to wait They definitely showed true hospitality My only request would be in the room it would hbe nice to have an extra chair in the room

If you guys follow me you know I’m brutally honest I really really want to give a five here The staff was outstanding even exceptional! The breakfast was great

I’ll even say that 50% of the issues is not their fault The room was nice but didn’t have a closet It was more of a couple hooks on the wall with a curtain to hide it The golf course view was actually something under construction which could easily be mistaken for a missile testing zone Other than these, they get a 5 For a single traveller that is passing through looking to get great service, awesome sleep and a good breakfast I highly recommend

Originally booked here for 3 nights with my husband & our 3 kidswas surprised by how tiny the room was upon entering & decided to only stay the first night because after driving for hours I didn’t have the capacity to find another place

While I’m happy to report there were no roaches (my biggest fear!) we woke up to tiny sugar ants crawling all over the nightstand & our pillows (I’ll upload a picture) For over $180 a night this is not acceptable I notified the front desk & although she was apologetic nothing was adjusted I’m also not happy that I was initially supposed to pay $154 for the room I was charged $162 + tax Will be taking it up with them because it honestly was not worth more than $100 a night I am still itching hours later from the ants! Never again Desk staff was friendly but I would NOT recommend staying here

The Ray has been the best hotel I’ve ever state at! From the VERY friendly staff to the beautiful decor, rooms, and amenities around, I couldn’t have had a better experience! My husband and I spent our honeymoon there for 4 days and we’re more than pleased with how we were treated! The rooftop pool is breath taking! We were greeted EVERY single time we set foot through the lobby and Pita gave out great suggestions for my husband and I to do in the area! We will definitely be coming back for future stays and even plan on bringing friends to stay with as well! Thank you again for a wonderful honeymoon!

Has to be the best hotel in Delray Prior to booking, I was a little concerned with some of the negative reviews But a friend that lives in Delray highly recommended the hotel (they frequent the rooftop bar/restaurant), so we took the chance & booked w/ the Ray

Looking back glad we did! The hotel staff, especially in the lobby, were extremely friendly and accommodating Especially Daniel and Laura, they were great to interact with, always very helpful/informative and easy to deal with The rooms were big, very nicely renovated, and clean Loved the products they carry The gym and pool area were also clean and modern When I come back to Delray, I’ll definitely be staying at The Ray, hopefully I’ll have a girlfriend by then and she can join

M

From the moment you step out of your car and are greeted by the valet staff, like Pita, to the wonderful, super friendly and helpful concierge Diane D, to the front office manager Tom L, you can’t help but to be taken aback by how above and beyond everyone at The Ray Hotel treats you and makes sure you have an amazing stay! And that’s just walking into the lobby The decor is very hip and trendy, including an awesome geometrical lighted art piece that mesmerizes you in the lobby The rooms are amazing, have every little detail you might need and some you may not, and our room had a wrap around balcony that was breathtaking! Oh and wait till you see their spectacular roof top pool deck area! Amazing vibe and great music! This was our first time staying at The Ray, but definitely will not be our last

Spent time in the hot tub and pool area before our massage There is a bar you can order drinks and food by the pool which is convenient Sauna is inside the locker room Massage was fantastic Pricey, but worth it!

Overall Great experience besides the Manager Mariam being extremely rude and discriminating at check in which almost ruined my trip After finally checking in to a less favorable room I warmed up to the partial water/pool view

I appreciated that room had a balcony even though privacy is lacked due to closeness Hotel/room was very clean The hotel also offer kitchens as well as free hot breakfast Parking is not offered by the hotel for whatever reason even though there is a private parking garage attached to the hotel There are a few restaurants within walking distance which is a plus This side of the Delray Beach is mostly residential so it gets quiet early This hotel was almost 5 stars I will revisit

Sydney Marcatos

My family had a horrible experience at this hotel The staff, especially the manager, is extremely unfriendly and inhospitable Our room was dirty

There was a bloody piece of toilet paper on the ground when we walked in The AC system is cold one minute and hot the next The noise is so loud it will keep you up all night Also, the walls are paper thin, and I could hear the lady next to us coughing, and on the other side of the room we could hear our other neighbors watching Friends When you try to leave our room the door handle is broken and it is very difficult to open Very disappointed for a Marriott property Will not stay here again or recommend to friends The hotel across the street, Seagate, is where we wanted to stay, however, they are under renovation Looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Delray and you should do the same

Marien Ortiz

I had a horrible experience I was there on business I was supposed to stayed for 18 nights but I ended up asking my company to put me in another hotel The room was dirty I requested housekeeping for Saturday that didn’t happened the I saw housekeeping employees sitting on the floor in the housekeeping room on floor 10th

Basically, hiding they were not working Also, it was raining a they have towels and buckets all over because of the leaks in the ceiling The assistant Manger is rude and extremely unfriendly and inhospitable as well The back of the TV’s was extremely filthy (I HAVE PICTURES) carpet is old and dirty When you try to leave our room the door handle is broken and it is very difficult to open Thank GOD my company immediately move me to another Marriott Location very nice, clean, with kitchen FRIENDLY STAFF You can see the HOUSEKEEPING STAFF CLEANING THE HALLWAYS AND EVERYTHING I also have a nice balcony (big) I made sure that no one else in the company stay in that hotel They deserve 0 stars

If you want a fancy hotel from the turn of the century, stay here! You could tell this place was the Ritz of its time Wide open spaces Plenty of seats at the bar

Live music until midnight We stayed in a corner room with a queen bed, with great views The bathroom is spacious and extremely cleanEveryone that worked there is exceptionally nice They made us feel very welcomeThe hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of literally a hundred places to eat, shop, and drink The sights and sounds of this hotel are wonderful You really feel like you stepped back in time We stayed on a Saturday night during July and the price for one night was $157 with taxI would recommend staying here, as we plan to do so in the future The only drawback is where the pool is located It’s a mile down the road, but they offer a shuttle if you want There’s also plenty of parking The pool is huge and the beach is next to the parking lot10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Kristi Longman

Okay, so I have mixed feelings about this place First of all, the water is an odd shade of pale yellow Not sure what is going on with their plumbing, but I don’t want to shower in dirty water

Or brush my teeth or wash my hands It’s so yellow that after the toilet is flushed, it still looks like it wasn’t flushed at all Kinda weird Second issue is that the hotel is extremely noisy from street noise ALL night long We didn’t sleep So, at this point, you might wonder why we gave 3 stars The location is really close to everything All the restaurants, bars, shops, etc You walk out the front door and you’re right in the heart of all the fun stuff Definitely a plus The staff are very friendly, and everything but the water appeared clean The breakfast was a bit simple Cold cereal, muffins and juice or coffee, but it was enough to get us started

***BEWARE OF THE PEEPER***Nice, clean, well maintained property Wife and I just stayed here Rooms were clean

Halls were quiet And the place didn’t stink like weed (I’ve got no problems with you enjoying your dank, I just don’t want to smell it 24/7 – and that’s becoming a problem in a lot of hotels these days)The pool and pool area were great Live music during happy hour and plenty of comfortable seating It’s a great place to catch a sunsetIf you don’t want to rent a car, there are lots of restaurants and shops within a half mile walk The beach is also an easy 10-15 minute strollOne thing you will want to watch for is the house on the east side of the building My wife was getting ready to change, she looked out our second floor window and saw a person with a large lens looking back at her in their window They quickly closed up shop when they realized she saw them Picture of the house is included for your safety

Earl Hartsell

Oh wow where do I start? This is probably the nicest Courtyard I have ever stayed at It looks reasonably new I think something I saw said it was built in 2019 The checkin and check out were easy as pie

The staff was very friendly even while walking through the hotel they were saying hello The Florida were very nice and the hotel is so close to restaurants and the beach it is great A 5 min walk you are at restaurants and 5 more minutes you are at the beach I highly recommend

Todd L’Herrou

This is the second year we have used the Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach for a retreat at the end of a 8-month leadership development program The location is good (with easy walking access to downtown Delray Beach) and the hotel is well-appointed and maintained More importantly, the STAFF are EXCELLENT

They go above and beyond to ensure that our retreats have gone smoothly and that every guest has a superb experience When your group is small (26 participants), sometimes it can be difficult to get the treatment that a larger group can command but you’ll never feel that way at the Courtyard Delray Beach Special shout-out to Victoria and Michael – thank you for all you do

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed; it’s people friendly and pet friendly! However, they bring pet friendly to a new level that words can’t describe This is my second year with them, and the people and the experiences are second to none Allison checked us in, making us all (including our pet) feel welcome after a very long drive

Steve was helpful around the facility including breakfast, and enjoying playing with our dog (and offering treats with our permission) This hotel was spotless clean, rooms very clean and well provisioned, and every aspect is 5-star! Great pool, and nestled in the heart of Delray Beach… walking distance to Atlantic Avenue for even our very small dog Aloft staff; thank you for continuing your to make our vacation visits to your hotel the best ever! This hotel is such a joke Went down here for a wedding and had a decent stay at the hotel until our second night, when another couple was given a key to our room and walked in on my fiancee and I This was a total invasion of privacy and just completely unacceptable management of the reservations

I then reviewed my credit card and have in insane amount of charges for well over the rate of the hotel It looks like I’ve been charged for 2 or maybe even 3 hotel rooms I have called relentlessly for the last three weeks to no response, no one returning my voicemails, and I don’t know how else to get this resolved Hopefully someone will see this and reach out, but I would stay away given the experience I had

The staff are wonderful! This was one of the best experiences I have had with staff at a hotel They are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful The room was clean and included a balcony to enjoy the fresh ocean air

If you can get an ocean view room, it’s worth it as this hotel is across the street from the beach The only negative is the distance from the numerous restaurants across the draw bridge, but a walk will do you some good

Amanda Lichvar

Made a last minute decision to stay at this hotel My family and I were so happily surprised at how beautiful this resort was The room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable

The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating The concierge were extremely helpful The pool water temperature was perfection and there was constantly great music playing Drift had delicious food, ambiance and terrific staff I would definitely return back!

Christine R

This was our second stay at this hotel We love the beach, but the pool, the staff and other guests, led us to lounge all day The food and drinks by the pool are great

The pool staff so attentive, everyone wants you to have a great experience I slept so well at night, we had a junior suite, and it was very comfortable The location to the beach and Atlantic hot spots, can’t be beat The pool temp was perfection As you walk through the lobby, all staff say hello with a smile and welcoming attitude Planning our return as soon as possible, no need to try another place in Delray Beach

Location couldn’t have been any better – within walking distance to Atlantic Ave and the beach The property was absolutely stunning – you could see employees every morning cleaning up and taking pride in their hotel The design is impeccable – despite the close proximity to the activities in Del Ray you feel like you are in your own private jungle oasis

The villas were incredible – nicely decorated, clean, and so comfortable Will return one day!

Carli Brinkman

I literally cannot say enough about this beautiful tropical oasis in the heart of Delray It’s a true home away from home where you’ll feel like you’re staying in your own private little beach bungalow Crane’s is especially great for families as you have a full kitchen so you can cook for the family or buy groceries for the week

It’s also great because we had a separate living space and bedroom, so the kids could lounge and watch tv between pool and beach and going out to dinner while we got ready for the next activity of the day The gorgeously landscaped courtyard and tiki bar and pool area makes you feel like you’ve escaped somewhere to a tropical island when really you’re steps away from the downtown Delray strip The staff and service is beyond… the true definition of warm and genuine hospitalityCrane’s is a very special place that we plan to return to many times to make family memories over the years

Va Al

**** NOTE: Replying manager below has privately threatened me with legal action for posting this honest review on our negative experience ****My family and I checked into Villla #7 at Cranes for a Father’s Day weekend getaway A big reason that I chose Crane’s Beach House over nearby resorts was for the pool side Tiki Bar and on site restaurant

However, upon check in we were informed the Tiki bar was closed Additionally we were notified there was no longer an on site restaurantWhile we did not let that ruin our experience, what did was the severe pest infestation (Bedbugs? Mosquitos?) in Villa #7 and throughout the Crane’s premises My daughter, who is severly allergic to insect bites was bitten from head to toe My daughter, who is only 2, scratched herself instinctually and now has open scabs all over her body and is left disfigured with scars as a result of the infestation at CranesFinally, neither of the pools were usable by our children as the pool water by the office had sauna like temperatures and the pool behind our villa was extremely overcrowded Both pools are very small and can comfortably fit a maximum of 4-8 peopleEmails and calls to managment have gone unansweredI would NOT recommend Cranes to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway

My overall stay at this Hampton Inn & Suits was very very good This location is very clean and well maintained with a friendly and hospitable staff Housekeeping daily with a full free breakfast

There are 2 washing machine and 2 dryers that also take debit cards for those of use who no longer carry coins in 2022 There’s is also a clean gym with 2 working treadmills and tvs to keep you entertained while working out Spacious rooms with a microwave and fridgeAll good things about this location 🤝🏾

Not even a 3-star in my opinion Not even close to what the Hampton brand used to mean I’m tired of the pandemic being the excuse to give less and charge more

It’s not a homey place From the messy furniture at the front door, to the snarly check-in, minimal breakfast, and coldly lit room (depressing) Plus, it was close to $300/night! I realize it’s peak season in FL But I was there 2 nights to see my aging mother who took a turn for the worse I expected something nice It wasn’t

My room was clean It was definitely nice to have a second sink for dishes etc since I prep my own meals for travelElevator and hallways were a bit dated

gym was kinda smallstaff very friendly and helpful, lobby was beautiful and clean

Shanon O’Shea

The overall outside appearance was nice, but our room had stains on the carpet in several places, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off & the bed was not that comfortable It was good for a one night stay not for a longer stay It was $300

00 a night & we thought a Marriot would be a lot better than what we would expect from a Motel 6

We arrived early in the morning and we were able to check in early which was nice We had a beautiful view and the beach was just steps away The rooms were clean and had a fridge

The hairdryer broke and I called the front desk and a new one was delivered within minutes The Patio Bar & Grill had great food and the staff were very friendly There was only one out of 5 days where we had trouble getting a chair but it was Memorial Day Weekend The staff were super friendly and accommodating all around I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Laura

This place is located right across the street from Deerfield Beach It was great access to everything They offered valet or self parking

Our room was clean We got two queen beds One bonus is that you get to use their beach equipment such as a umbrella and chairs for staying at the hotel We enjoyed lounging all day by the beach We could hear people very easily in the hallway which was a distraction at times especially at night when you’re trying to sleep Overall our stay was pleasant though and we tried the Gelateria & Grill within the hotel The ice cream and food was good I got a Reuben with fries at the grill At the ice cream place I had an Oreo shake
