What a lovely, peaceful and wonderful experience My wife and I took a road trip, destination unknown (normal for us) and just so happened to look this B&B up online and we were delighted for our choice Melanie, Jesse and Martha (The, owner)

they couldn’t have more accommodating, kind, down to earth, welcoming and just good people The place was so beautiful, well maintained, cozy, and truly felt just like home We had great conversation, plenty of laughs, learned history and simply enjoyed their company Our room was wonderful, the bathroom was spacious, clean and my wife enjoyed its old style charms The breakfast was very good, and we’ve decided this place deserves many visits in the future Although a business, this place was run like family, and we were so welcomed thank you Martha, Melanie and Jesse, your hospitality is immeasurable ❤️

Luke Lane

The owners are very nice and do an excellent job of making you feel at home I needed a place to stay for a wedding and this was the closest small business location available I’m really glad I chose this place

I slept better there than I have in several weeks and had the chance to meet new people over an absolutely astounding breakfast Possibly the best eggs I’ve ever eaten

Great hotel It was very clean and the staff was super friendly Just passing through on vacation and need a room for the night

Breakfast was served in the morning so that was a plus for the second part of our travel day We slept well, it was quite, and we all woke up refreshedI would stay here again You usually can’t go wrong with a Fairfield Inn & Suites, and this one didn’t disappoint

The bed sheets had Skittles and tape covered with hair on them Prior to that discovery I put my 5 year old in the bathtub

which was clean Went to dry her off and the towel had something brown all over it Went to the desk and the lady was very niceapologized and replaced the towels Then I saw the toiletwhich I took photos of For 200 a night you definitely shouldn’t have this problem The front of it was covered in what looked like feces We went to the lobby to use the bathroom Asked for manager at checkoutwe checked in at midnight and out at 830driving cross countrytold she was unavailable and when I explained why I wanted to speak with them she said well we can’t do anything about that in the middle of the night It wasn’t the same woman as at check in this woman was super rude and disrespectful didn’t make eye contact or apologize There was another girl behind the desk wearing a Super Mario hoodie and pajamas For the money I would never stay here I stayed at 3 other locations of theirs on my trip and had zero issues Also I manage housekeepers for a livingthey really need to have a staff meeting and go over standards of hospitality I will post pictures

I’m not going to lie, I usually don’t stay in these style hotels Their usually run down and have bug problems I have to admit , I’m impressed with this hotel

Definitely modern and clean rooms I was stuck on watching one channel the entire night because the remote didn’t work It had batteries and it can turn volume up but, it was acting dumb Relaxing stay to say the least Does have truck parking When you pull in, the road is going to say no trucks but you’re good Just be careful going up the railroad tracks and make sure your landing gear is all the way up When you turn to cross the tracks make an immediate left and the gravel lot is off to your left The lady at the lobby was helpful and friendly There were no weird smells

Lorrie Vinson

Not worth the moneyThe price I was quoted $110/125 per night for a two night stay was NOT the $150/160 per night I was charged for two nights The room was fairly clean and the property seems to be in the process of upgrading

Lots of work trucks there in the evenings but everything was quiet Except the air conditioner in the room, as though an aircraft was taking flight Alas, since family is near there, I will look elsewhere next time

My Aunt Lillie Mae’s children was throwing her a surprise 75th birthday party so I called and booked 4 rooms with Andrea She is so sweet and personable My husband and I were going to arrive a couple of days earlier so when I called sweet Andrea answered the phone and accommodated me with no issues

When we arrived Andrea greeted me with a smile and warm welcome as well as my sister Rooms are nice and clean with soda desk Cleaning staff was always smiling and greeted you when they saw you When my brothers arrived Pamela was the one that checked them and same great service Smiles and personality are always a welcomed sight when you have been on the road traveling, Andrea and Pamela both have them and Best Western are blessed to have them!!!

I stayed here for a class The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly The restaurant was good when it was open

Breakfast was not very much just cereal and muffins and other breakfast breads Dinner was very good! The price was reasonable and it was a large portion They state that the meals are shareable and they are! I will come back in the future and hopefully breakfast will be better Other than that it is very nice and I do recommend it if you want to stay for a getaway weekend or longer

Karen Thompson

We were very pleased with our stay The room was very nice and clean It has a really nice bathroom and a great view from the balcony

We came for the Valentines event and even though it was a little crazy and they may have been a little short staffed the staff remained very calm and friendly The food was excellent for the Valentines dinner We would definitely recommend and will be back

I would like to give zero reviews on this rating Here’s my story: I booked a room at this hotel sometime in April and chose the option to pay a little more the night of so I could cancel it for free if I needed Saturday afternoon on 7/15/2022, my girlfriend and I got to the Hampton Inn location

I went in to pay and get the keys and the man at the desk told me my reservation wasn’t there I asked him to check again, found a confirmation number, and asked if I could speak to the manager He informed me that I could not speak to the manager and that, even with a confirmation code, there was no booking I showed him my confirmation emails, called the booking agency, and explained the situation to them They called the hotel and told him exactly what to do He was extremely rude to the booking agent After the phone call, my girlfriend told him, “either give us a room for the price we booked it as or we will find another hotel” He responded, “Ok you can find another hotel” We left Of note, I was wearing a shirt with a rainbow picture that said, “Love always wins” There is no way that this hotel wasn’t booked The only thing I can assume is that this hotel would not rent to queer couple Discrimination at its finest Do not stay at the Hampton Inn in Dickson, TN

Tracy Krieg

Desk help on 4-22-22 at 4 pm was not terribly helpful Was bordering on bored and rather rude The bed in our 200

00 plus a night hotel room on the third floor was terrible Room was beautiful But due to the lack of sleep from the uncomfortable bed and cheap pillows i just can not rate any better Considering it was the first vacation trip my husband and I have taken in 4 years And only an overnite trip at that Just disappointed

The staff has been terrific and very friendly! The rooms are clean The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there is not enough seating for the breakfast area My family of 5 had to bring our food back to our room to eat

It’s not a big deal but with 3 kids (ages 9, 8, & 6) it did make it a little difficult Otherwise, this was a great place to stay!!

Terrible customer service, the air quality in the room was so bad I could only stay for a couple of hours before I gave up from the discomfort and went to another hotel that was the opposite and absolutely wonderfulThe room did not seem to be cleaned well and the hotel is strongly showing it’s age There were hairs all over the sheets and some dead bugs on top of the window ac unit

The room felt abnormally humid even compared to outside, it smelled damp/moldy It does not seem like the old ac unit is even working The ceiling had big (what I assume to be) water stains The bed was very uncomfortable to top it all off I could go onI’ve never had to complain about a hotel in my entire life, I hate complaining but this was ridiculous I’ve stayed in nice cheap hotels and I’ve stayed in nice expensive hotels I’m shocked a $180 a night Hampton Inn takes the cake for the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit If you have any issues with your stay good luck getting help especially if the “night auditor” forgets you talked to them at 1:30am when you were upset you have to drive elsewhere in order to breathe comfortably so you can sleep when you’re extremely tired already Ugh!

JG365

Nice, clean, safe place to stop off for the night Plenty of places to eat and close to the highway (but by the lack of noise you would never know) The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and modern

The bathroom was very clean as well Nice place to stop, it was a bit pricey at $149+ taxes for the night but if clean is highly valued, you’ll be happy to pay that

If I could leave zero stars I would I confirmed my hotel which driving cross country as a place to rest my head after a very long work day and drive Upon arrival at midnight, the front doors were closed and locked with a sign saying “no rooms available”

2 other people who had also made reservations also arrived to the locked doors No one answered the phone and customer service was closed for all choice hotels instead I had the fun pleasure of getting to spend the night at a rest stop When calling the customer care line, I learned they had at least 10 rooms available that night When asking to speak with a supervisor about why My confirmed booking was cancelled without notifying me, the escalation team member hung up on me When calling back I was told there was nothing they could do because “the case was closed” I highly recommend staying anywhere else Choice customer service is horrendous all around

Stephen A “Steve K2” Konewko II

This place deserves 0 stars … don’t ever stay at this hotel !!! There is nothing “Quality” about this Quality inn We left two nights early because the conditions were horrendous rooms smelled floors warped by water damage dead and live bugsNobody from the hotel was available Even talk too front desk lobby was locked

couldn’t get ahold of anyone via the phone number either kept saying disconnected Emailed the hotel manager no response can’t even get partial refund You’d be better off staying behind a dumpster then this place!Holiday inn Express across the street knows how to treat guests!!!

Cynthia McDowell

From the outside it didn’t look great, but once inside the room, we were pleasantly surprised For $55, it was neat and clean The lady working at the desk when we checked in was very sweet

She was having a tough time with the “key programming”, but went back twice to make sure it worked and waited for me to try it myself We would stay there again

We stayed at this hotel for an anniversary/get away weekend The rooms were nice and spacious and clean When we arrived and opened the door there was the smell of Lysol! The Hospitality was great from check in to check out

The only downside were the pillows they were extremely flat and uncomfortable Recommendation if you have a special pillow at home bring it if possible! The location is perfect only 15 minutes from downtown, nice malls and restaurants Shopping and nice restaurants with outside dining within walking distance This is a fairly new development and with COVID hitting the progress has probably been slower with new businesses being added

Jennifer M

Overall the stay was fine I happened to arrive when there were far too many children but that is not the hotels fault, just makes the noise level increase I was here for four nights

I love that I could run the dishwasher and buy groceries The breakfast was okay but I went to Sprouts a lot The room could have been vacuumed better before my arrival Someone had a dog in that room and I had hair on several of my outfitsI do worry about their computer system I could not use the virtual key to unlock the door until my last night And they placed a pending charge for the entire stay, plus $80, and when I checked out an additional $80 I believe that is excessive for pending charges That should be addressed

UPDATEDSo first of all, I’ve stayed at this particular location a couple of times now with fairly average results especially during the pandemic

Booked a room with the intent of getting a quick bit of no hassle rest with my family with at least some semblance of what you would expect from a hotel from the Hilton familyNot this time Got up to the room and not only did it seem as if the beds hadn’t been turned down (sheets loose and ruffled duvet) but much to my wife’s dismay when getting the bed ready for the kids there were some stands of hair that were graciously left for us by the cleaning staff We decided to check the other bed and lo and behold they gave us a two for one deal! Both beds were absolutely laden with hair from a previous guestI promptly went to the lobby to inform the overnight attendant about the situation and ask about getting replacement bedding sets She was kind and understanding which I do appreciate She informed me that I should be able to speak with the manager in the morning to appropriately compensate for the situationUpdate: I was compensated for my night’s stay by the manager who was very apologetic about the situation It’s nice to see that there are still some establishments that will ensure things are fixed one way or another Boosted service by a star for the gesture
