The linens and chairs all had stains on them The shower, sink and toilet were cracked The carpet was really filthy

I frequent Super 8’s, Motel 6’s (lots of cost effective hotels) and this was honestly the worst one I have ever stayed in I could not even sleep because every time I laid down I felt my skin crawling I put multiple layers of clothes on and finally tried to rest at around 8 am, and the cleaning crew came banging on my door at 9 am asking about check out Check out was 11

Where to begin…it wasn’t so much the bugs in the bathroom as much as it was the ICE COLD shower water Could’ve been the stained pillows or maybe it was the towels that I’m not sure have EVER seen the inside of a washing machine

The receptionist was nice atleast When I told her they didn’t have any warm water she offered to let me use another rooms shower That would’ve been ok except I was there for work and had to leave When I asked for a discount for the no hot water and the dirty room she simply smiled and shook her head “no” I would highly recommend the homeless camp around back if you need a place to stay…I’m sure it would’ve been a better stay that this so called “hotel” This place needs to be bulldozed and have the remains burned

Wow I’ve been in some shady hotels Gotta stay where there’s room when you’re on the go, and sometimes it’s rough but this place takes the CAKE

The cigarette filled, bug infested cake that is We walked into the (non smoking) room and were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes It was awful Went to the desk and asked for refund and left On the way out, passed some sketchy folks hacking up their lungs and arguing outsideThe exterior is nasty, and the lights are all on so there were big junebugs all over, along with smaller bugs Just not a good place to be I can’t imagine how it’s still open

They’ve really put a lot of work into keeping this place decent but affordable over the years It’s definitely not where you want to go if you’re in Indy for a vacation, but if you’re local and don’t look too hard at the guests of the other rooms, this place is alright Plus Chris is an excellent manager and does what it takes to keep customers satisfied and returning

boogie baby

This is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed solely based off of the fact that the property manager Ray Is an amazing person I’ve never been more comfortable and have the feeling like I’m home since I’ve been staying here I’ve lived here for almost 3 months and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon

The other folks that live there long term like myself feels like a little family and I love it Everyone looks out for one another and it’s a great atmosphere

Joseph Mobley

The entire staff here has been amazing The atmosphere is pretty quiet and mgmt keeps the rooms clean, doesn’t allow illegal stuff to go on, has a place for your kids to play, to cook out of you want and to boot, you have a kitchen, in your room!! And, it is surprisingly more economical than the other hotels in this area, (plus, they’re nicer here)

Only thing I would improve on, is to try and get laundry facilities on site

What a comfortable stay! The place smells very clean unlike a lot of hotels and has a very classic feel to it that is actually charming since the place is so well taken care of You can tell the staff seem to work very well together as a team or at least make it seem so and they are all very kind and helpful! Thank you so much for the stay and hope you guys continue to provide the level of comfort and cleanliness that we just recently got to experience here on our vacation drive through Indiana! 🙂

I wish I could give this place a 6 out of 10 TL:DR me and my friend’s car coming back from Cambridge Ohio broke down outside of knighstoen, IN on our way back St Louis We got our car towed to the closest town that had shop & hotel from I70We were met with extremely nice people helping us and assisting us with getting a super last minute late room they were very caring, beds were comfortable, room was very clean & the location was good for walking to get food and it was walking distance to the car Unfortunately we didn’t get our car fixed on the first day unfortunately so we came and spent a second night there and once again were greeted with very very friendly employees

We decided to wind down and go use the pool and it was very relaxing definitely one of the hottest and most relaxing hot tubs I’ve used in a while, & the small town vibe was absolutely amazing

The room was nice I just wish that they had a little kitchenette and better coffee options The staff was very nice and professional besides one customer service rep, I think her name is Theresa or something, she was so engulfed in her fon while she was working at the desk, she did not and could not greet the customers because she was so busy looking at social media

Besides that, I would stay there again

Greg Judd

Pretty average budget hotel Our room was not especially clean Checked in about 11:00 at night as we were travelling

Front desk guy was eating when we walked in (no big deal), and continued to eat while checking us in In the morning I came down to the lobby for coffee and there’s the front desk guy sleeping in the chair in the lobby Shortly after, I went to the front desk to get some towels, nobody there Waited about 10 minutes, and here’s comes front desk guy from the restroom, rubbing his stomach and grimacing He gives me the towels and tells me he’s going back to the bathroom Real classy

Stopped by at the Comfort Inn while traveling through Indiana, we stayed the night and left after having breakfast Everything was great, everything was very clean and the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful There was a good spread for breakfast and were able to check out shortly after

It was a pretty smooth experience and they have the added benefit of having dog friendly rooms too! Would stay there again and recommend it as a good option

Christine Mertens Boothe

Overpriced, unfriendly, dirty First of all, how do you put a person walking in with a cane having MS on the 3rd floor when you have space on the ground level?!! Yes they had space!! Room, especially bathroom was dirty! Hair everywhere! Said in lobby and hallways to wear masks in public spaces but nobody including staff did! Horrible experience! Don’t recommend!

Staff you could tell really didn’t care much about the place It’s a job Rooms need major overhaul

From the bedding, pillows, carpeting, to not very secure windows You can hear what’s going on in the next room, and hallways Side door not useful Room cards don’t work on it, staff told me that Great location though Hotel needs a lot of TLC though

Jody GOODMAN

Booked this last minute after the in town suites behind it was a nightmare I needed the location to be close work I’m relocating from another state

The hotel was cleaner than the one behind it so at least that was a relief This is still one of my worst hotel stays though and I won’t come here againThe first room they put us in hadn’t been cleaned at all There was trash all over the floor and the bed was not made It was absolutely disgusting Not what I wanted to walk Into after a long days work Extremely inconvenient I had to go all the way back down stairs to request another room Finally get settled and start unpacking when I notice there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room Called the front desk to be informed that was a ” premium” room and they are almost triple the price a night There are no mattress covers on the bed wich makes me very nervous Several mattress outside leaning up against the dumpster Not a good sign Only half the parking lot was treated with salt, rest was a thick sheet of iceI am hoping my house is ready to rent soon because you can’t even make a microwave meal here They don’t serve breakfast either They should at least provide a way to fix yourself something in the room The only thing this place has going for it is that it’s pretty quiet I won’t stay here again and I am checking out as soon as I can

Cam Eckdahl

Wow Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever seen The place just needs torn down at this point

The stairways smell like mildew, there’s black mold Behind the ice machine on the second floor, and a ceiling tile has rotted on top of it I’m pretty sure the ceiling is gonna collapse in the bathroom That and the hotel says they’re *smoke-free* but the cigarette stains/smells prove otherwise I’ve reached out to corporate to hopefully get a discount Yikes

We needed a room to get our 90 year old great grandmother together with her new 3 month old grandson She was unable to make the long trip to there house and we didn’t want to take the grandson into an assisted living at this time The Hampton got us a room outside of the “normal” times and it was a great place to have the get together

The staff did an excellent job of accommodating us outside of the normal check in and check out times The day turned out perfect

Jeff Six

Keyless entry was not working, and they only give you two towels in a king bed, jacuzzi tub room Everything else met expectationsHowever I am giving it a good review because this Hampton serves breakfast until 10:00

As retirees on a road trip, we do not want to have to be at breakfast before 9:00 So thank you; all hotels should honor this time frame

Teairra McDonald

My stay was not good Prior to entering the lobby I noticed the front entrance doors were dirty and in need of cleaning I overlooked it and proceeded to check-in

Once in my room, I noticed a musty smell Overnight we noticed the toilet and bathroom sink was clogged We notified the front desk the next morning and was moved to a different room Well, the room that we moved to had no working air conditioner It was 80 degrees outside on this day Maintenance attempted to fix it but, was not successful The night was miserable We were offered a complimentary fan that did not work and was told we would only be charged for one night opposed to two nightsI received the receipt with a charge for one night but, my credit card was charged for two nightsI will follow my instincts new time…book a different hotelPS The hotel staff was awesome Unfortunately, management sucks!! I have yet to receive my refund for one night

Excellent stay! I work in greenfield 2-3 times /weekly , stayed here back in winter when weather was bad Felt like a mini vacation, the bed was extremely comfortable, shower was like a spa , breakfast was awesome Best cinnamon roll I have ever had , breakfast attendant helped me get into my car , it was frozen over

Very nice professional front desk , will stay again when I need them Highly recommend!

Patrick Donnelly

This is a nice hotel, clean sheets, nice rooms, well kept However my room had an overwhelming smell of dog And when I took a shower it smelled like wet dog

I clearly was put in one of the dog rooms, there were dogs on either side of me Hot tub was good but crowded It’s a nice place and would be 5 stars if your room doesn’t smell like animals

I have to say Abigail made my morning especially after having an extended stay due to water damages at my house and a lengthy stay I was not expecting I had checked out due to my home owners insurance and then was told to check back in, however I was placed back in the same room I had checked out of and it was dirty When I returned the next morning after working all night Abigail was at the front desk and I asked about my dirty room with no linens

She very sweetly put me in a clean room so I could go straight to bed and get a good days rest This very tired nurse greatly appreciated her going above and beyond to make sure I could sleep quickly and soundly Thanks so much!!!!!

My friends are having to stay in a hotel for 90 days while work is being done on their home This is stressful enough without the staff of the hotel shaming them1

About a week into their stay- the hotel desk staff told my friend (a mother of 4!) that they were closing the pool for the evening Closing the pool for the evening meant- closing the pool for a hotel party for themselves and their friends Loud, unruly and drinking The pool was left a mess2 They continue to skip housekeeping for the rooms This morning- my friend cleaned both herself3 Today while my friend was working I went to hang with her kids by the pool One of the tiny wonderful humans used the bathroom and had a bit of a mishap that he tried to clean up himself, I’m assuming out of dignities sake and not wanting to let me know The front desk clerk, who spent more time on his phone than actually working, shamed the tiny human and informed me that the kids were no longer allowed to use the restrooms Sir- your follow up of informing me that my friends were not paying to stay there but rather the insurance company was paying for the stay is not only NONE of your business- but who do you think PAYS the insurance companyShame on you Marriot An already stressful situation is being made worse by your staff Your rudeness today made me cry and I’m not even the guest I would assume my dear friend has also cried because of you and your lack of empathy, professionalism, and inconsiderate ways you treat your guests

Scott Welling

I needed a suite – 2 bedrooms – and this was the only hotel I could find near downtown Indianapolis with 2br at a reasonable rate We had a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms Monyea at the front desk was extremely professional, helpful and was a wealth of knowledge of area activities

The location isn’t ideal, but less than 10 min to downtown / Lucas Oil Stadium There’s free breakfast, an indoor pool, hot tub and basketball court on site

I booked this hotel via a 3rd party and I have to say I was very happy with my overall experience The entire staff was great especially Lacey I am not the easiest person to make happy and Lacey went above and beyond her call of duty everything from an extra blanket to extra pillows and all with a great and pleasant personality

This is a pet friendly hotel and I appreciate any company that welcomes your fur babies of all sizes My fur baby is almost 300 lbs and to find a place that doesn’t have a weight limit was a god sendThe room was great the bed could have been softer and the water pressure could have been way better but that is me just being picky I will definitely be staying at this hotel again Great hotel, awesome staff and fantastic company

I would give 0 stars!! We went to check in and we should have walked away then, but we decided to try it So after checking in, we went to room and as soon as my husband turned on the lights when he opened the door roaches ran!! That is absolutely disgusting and if I going to pay for a place it damn sure won’t have roaches The only positive to this place was the after hour staff lady was kind

We got our money back and we left Do not waste you time or money even trying to go to this place It’s obvious there are really no requirements to this place I will sleep in my car if that’s the only place available!!

Kelly Meenach

Location is good because there is a Dollar General, gas station and Belle Tire (which has FREE AIR) right next door Also, witin a mile or 2 east or west of this location is few more gas stations, car wash, Aldi’s and fast food places Good if you are to stay here maybe 1 or 2 nights

Some guests live here and some are just staying a night or two But, if you need a place to stay temporarily or even a while is almost $2,000 a month

Michael Oconnor

Front desk staff were very nice Hotel was pretty dirty from first appearancesRoom I had , smelled like sewage Stains all over walls , strained sheets

Wifi is beyond slow , don’t except to do business calls here unless you wana pay for better internet Overall place is dirty , I’d you need a cheap place to stay go for it I needed a place to stay but didn’t stay here Supposedly getting refund , checked in and out same day within an hour

Large spacious rooms – very clean and comfortable Several restaurants are located within a couple of minutes drive of the hotel Digital check out is available through the IHG app

I really wanted to enjoy this hotel but everything was out of order I specifically booked this hotel because it has a hot tub It was out of order all weekend

We wanted to enjoy the firepit in their beautiful courtyard It wasn’t workingOur room didn’t get cleaned once in our four day stayThe rooms are too small for a king sized bed You have to squeeze through a four inch gap between the bed and tv standBreakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly but I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time

I’m giving them 5 stars because the newly remodeled room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The hotel is still being remodeled and pool wasn’t open but we were in the area for a basketball tournament and my grandson’s team stayed at a different hotel Those rooms were full but my grandson was very happy because he said our room was a lot nicer than the other hotel Front desk person was very nice and friendly! Would definitely stay there again!

Roberta Wilfong

Stayed 2 nights, very nice and very clean They are doing extensive remodeling in lobby area but they are doing their best to accommodate Grab and go breakfast but very nice, hot sandwich or cold cereal

They are allowing me a couple hours late check out, I usually wait in lobby for my daughter’s meetings to get over but since no lobby thank you would stay here again for sure
