How does a hotel not have extra pillows? We booked a double queen suite, and they did not have enough pillows on the room I called down to the front desk and they said they don’t have any more pillowsYour business is to provide a place for people to sleep and you don’t have enough pillows?Room smells like Raid

Very cheap prices for very low quality Definitely not a place that I would choose to stay at again The only reason that my sister and I stayed there with our friend, is because we didn’t have enough money to pay for something much better

There was graffiti on the walls, the shower didn’t work and the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke

This is a nice hotel I’ve stayed there before in the past and the room is still in the same nice and satisfactory condition that it was Bed, tub, toilet, sink, and entire room in general is nice and clean and I’m a particular person when it comes to cleanses

Everything my wife and I experienced while we were there was good Also the price was reasonable as well which is another plus for me

Noah

We called the front desk 3 days in advance and asked specifically if an 18 year old was allowed to get a room and he said yes 3 days later and we come to check in to find out that you cant There is nowhere online saying that you have to be 21+ to book a room and the front desk should have understood me because i asked 3 different times

Unbelievable

This is an old hotel that needs maintenance and an update The room furniture looked tired There was a table but no chair

No convenience outlets on the table or nightstand The sink water flowed slowly The tub fixtures were loose from the wall The drain was cruddy and slow Although the faucet flowed well, the pull-up handle didn’t divert all the water to the shower head Otherwise the room and furnishings were clean and neat

donald haines

So the missing star Is due to rooms to me wasn’t as big as it should be but maybe I’m nit picking since we all are coming out of covid era Things seemed fairly cleaned as far as I could tell The swim pool is inside, not my favorite area I prefer outside

The best breakfast served though and I mean the best They had plenty of everything and as things ran low the person that was working there was on top of her job Absolutely zero complaints I stayed at other holiday inn express before and they were very stingy of the breakfast side like letting food run out to save inventory Usually by 830am it’s only coffee and bagel or bread left I got down there at 9 expecting left over, nope Like I said, best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, PERIOD! Would reserve again but don’t highly recommend because don’t need you eating the place out of business 😁

Great location with plenty around for food and convenient store options Day shift manager was kind and professional I regret I do not remember her name

I stayed on 3/6/22Also thank you to the cleaning staff I was checking in a bit early My room was not ready but they promptly cleaned my room and were very kind and concerned 5 stars

John D. Smith

The hotel was very clean and my room was very nice and updated, especially the bathroom But the water doesn’t get hot and the water pressure was terrible The hot tub was as cold as the swimming pool and an employee there told me the owners were Indian and were too cheap to heat the water

The free breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel, EVER !!! But I ate at it anyway and came to regret it very much, I got food poisoning from the sausage and eggs, I was in bad shape all day after eating this terrible breakfast I would never stay at this hotel again

Crowther Farms

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of customer service and cleanlinessThe pool was extremely dirty with paint flecks floating in it along with other substances, and the management could not be reached after the front desk said they were on siteThey never even tried to resolve the issue and said didn’t have to stay but would have to pay

Nice little hotel on campus Everything has been recently updated The students running the front desk were pleasant and knowledgeable

Very quiet on the floors The only reason for the 4 star review and the only negatives, the west facing room took some time to cool down and the beds seemed to slope downward from the center to both sides Felt like I was going to slide off into the floor all night and was very difficult to relax

Les Balty

Bus access is the pits Nearly impossible to maneuver a 45’tour bus here and bus parking is about 300yds away downhill 100′ or soRoom is clean but not well laid out and is a mix of mid70’s tacky roadside inn and college dorm

The TV is in an entertainment center in such a way that it can only be seen from the double bed on the left They should move it to the top of the center and put coffee service, ice bucket etc In the hole it now occupies Perhaps the interior design students should take a crack at reconfiguring it to be more guest friendly It would be a great learning experience for them Perhaps building trades students could address paint, trim and other finishes to make it more hotel and less dorm? Nice folks, but it is not comfortable nor convenient

We checked in online; however, still had to go to the front desk to get the key The room appeared to be clean That is until we got ready to go to sleep

We removed the couch cushions for the sleeper sofa and it was disgusting There is no telling the last time it was cleaned There was food all over the top and underneath it We informed the receptionist who pretty much said there’s nothing she could do about it since the hotel was booked At check out, we tell the next person and he just stands there and says ok Offers no apology No compensation NOTHING!

Brett Kimberlin

Clean hotel with friendly staff Only complaints are the AC doesn’t work as well as it should for how humid this hotel gets and the toilet seat wasn’t even screwed on the toilet

When we first arrived to the room everything was damp We actually thought they forgot to dry our bedding It felt like someone walked around the room while spraying a mister before letting us check in Even the tables had a layer of moisture If you leave your room for any extended period of time the AC will turn itself off and you will come back to wet belongings

Leslie Jackson

Stayed here on 3/12/22 (reservation in my mother’s name), and the room looked okay until you start really looking around Walls are dirty (in room and showers), closet & tv stand dirty externally, carpet is torn up, dirty lamp shades, paint on the ceiling in the bathroom is bubbling/peeling Choose the cold breakfast (cereal & yogurt) over hot breakfast

This place would be nice if there was more attention to detail with cleaning and appearance I’d give it one more chance and hope for a better room

Very satisfied with our room We had room 221 and it is by far the best room out there It was away from everybody else no one next to you at all, away from the elevators

Therefore the room was very quiet The pool was great the little basketball spot was neat The breakfast was a little light but other than that everything was great

James Mason

What a lovely clean and pleasant place to stay The staff cannot do enough to help The cleaning staff are friendly and always smiling, it’s just a pleasant place to spend time

Big rooms, brand new, clean, what more can you ask Breakfast is decent too I’m living in a hotel for a month while working away, I originally booked for a week and now I’m staying the month

Stacy Caffey

We were traveling for an softball tournament Last minute we decided on getting an hotel We stayed in queen suite and it was so spacious

I wish we had more time there When we arrived very late that evening, we could see the pool lit up blue and the kids loved the appearance The inside of the room was so clean The receptionist was super friendly and shared breakfast details with us I sure wish we could have enjoyed, but we had to be at the ball fields We will go back to enjoy some downtime when softball season is over This hotel will not disappoint Five stars for sure!

Escalade

This place has great potential but there is a real need to upgrade the resort The place just looks old with cracked door jams and 1970 window blinds that brake easy Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The pool was very warm even in 9ft of water Fishing was not good maybe due to the shallow water near the resort Loved the balcony on the water The local area does not have much to offer However, the 424 Restaurant is a must

Susan Day

The resort is quaint and nicely located right on the lake You can fish off of the patio if you choose The room is nice, a little dated but comfortable

It would be nice to have brighter light bulbs in the rooms, especially the bathroom, that would make a big difference Checking in was a breeze and the staff are very helpful Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort

Jay Vines

The rooms are large and comfortable The flooring is easily cleaned! The bathroom is large and the handicapped shower is a dream! The water pressure could be a little higher, but is adequate as it is The balconies are fishable, but it would be best if you had a condo further down the shore! Those close to the corner of the property tend to have debris in the water mess with your fishing line

Staff here is quite friendly and very helpful, although the person working the office was kind of grumpy when we got there! I also noticed that there were local teenagers that broke into the pool area when it was supposed to be closed! They did some damage to the fence on the property, but not sure how much!Overall, this was an exceptional, quiet place to relax over the course of a week! I hope we can return someday soon!!Jay Vines

Do not stay here So before I say anything else, I was aware that this was a cheap option and you get what you pay for With that being said, I’m still disappointed The shower is tiny

I’m not a large person and could barely fit in it After my shower I went to get in bed and the sheets were dirty There were hairs and a toenail in the sheets The front desk gave me new sheets and I changed them The beds were advertised as queen sized but were actually full

Yvette K

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING MOTEL 6 IVE EVER BEEN TO I checked in after driving for 12 hours ready to relax I left to go get dinner and upon returning inspected further

The toilet was dirty The sheets were stained Every surface had crumbs When I asked the front desk for a refund I was told no because I had been checked in for 2 hours Was I expecting a 5 star hotel? No But this is unacceptable When you can’t even lay down because the room was obviously not cleaned?? I’m absolutely disguted I left and went to a different hotel Let’s hope cooperate will do something about this If I could give zero stars, I would

REBECCA LEWIS

This place does not deserve a star, nit even on U do get what u pay for, that saying is very true After a long drive needed some real rest, we chw kes in at 2am

We received a handicap rm, not an issue, all i needed was a shower and the bed The floor of the shower was cracked and stained with dirt The bed sheets were stained, and roaches everywhere Really!! I have stayed at a Motel 6 on dang near every travel trip my husband and i have taken in the last two yrs I DO EXPECT MORE!!!

Very clean stainless steel appliances, dishes and dish cleaning supplies were provided I was impressed with the service staff and how available they were to tend to needs Beautiful Breakfast buffet every morning with multiple options (waffles, hot & cold cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins) and of course delicious coffee but my favorite was the fruit and yogurt bar! Overall great experience will stay again

We stayed 4 nights at this location The room looked clean and tidy but maintenance issues were ubiquitous Our room had a built in microwave that was unplugged and a large countertop replacement that worked but took a quarter of the counter space in the place

Also there was a cove base tile laying on the floor of the bathroom, a flickering light fixture, the fridge was 4 times louder than expected when it ran, and there were obvious and incomplete repairs to the tub enamel The room only had one roll of tp which was not sufficient for 3 people and a 4 night stay I’ve never had to ask for this item at a hotel before The location and breakfast were convenient and good which made up for some of the maintenance issues Staff were helpful and pleasant but did not seem empowered to correct the issues we reported I like folding luggage stands at a hotel but the 2 rolling and one stationary ottomans served well in this capacity I would stay again but would inspect the room on arrival and demand a different room if similar items were found again

Very dirty , Not safe Three girls Emily, Megan (GM) and Allie so called working they gets customers (guys) numbers and ask them to do their jobs for them ie telling people to leave or really anything they don’t want to do, or to go get them food They let anyone off the streets walk in and out

Anyone is allowed to get in pool (homeless) even their dog After two hours before Emily had a customer tell them to leave She could not do it herself Honestly they don’t care or know who’s coming or going unless you help them Then they make sure they know your name and where your at at all times Never have clean towels and the beds are completely horrible no cameras or security people cars are broken into Pool furniture gets trashed nightly And be aware your credit card will be charged multiple times due to the lack of training and knowledge This place should do better the owners and staff should be embarrassed Sharonda was amazing and her attention to everything / everyone is spot on no matter what times she worked And always very helpful to everyone I will be filling a formal complaint with the Health department and anyone else I need to Big companies have already add this hotel the their blacklisted

I’m a huge fan of extended stays and this location was a hit The hotel is located off of I-45 South, so it’s easy to get to when traveling and easy to as spot while driving We picked this location because it was only 20 minutes from Montgomery, TX

About the hotel the grounds is guest friendly There are 2 outdoor grills, multiple sitting areas, and a fire pit I wish our trip had been longer so we could’ve enjoyed that area The staff was welcoming and quick to assistThe rooms are a good size with a comfy bed Outlets and USB ports are strategically placed The kitchenette is everything you need for long stays The elfa closet was made for home comfort You can also borrow appliances and get extra hooks and hangers from the front deskSo yeah, I had a good stay

Raven 13

Awful place to stay Quote 1 thing and charge you something different each day They also keep repeatedly trying to charge credit cards without consent and for overcharging

By end of our stay they owed us Each employee tells you something different Not to mention they charge for a night that we were not even there yet, checked in the following day They also lie about being booked out for staying extra days to do for a show that isn’t happening yet This place is over priced and absolutely the most uncomfortable place to stay Not mention dirty Also 1 of the employees constantly are flirting with all the men guest Very unprofessional behavior!
