Extremely friendly staff, especially Becka walking distance to CTCA but they also provide shuttle services every 20 minutes If you are a light sleeper make sure you ask for the parking side room not the street side

Most rooms air conditioner doesn’t meet the standards of someone from Texas 🙂 The water pressure could be a bit better but overall very pleasant experience There are only three handicap spots sharing with several other businesses so expect to either be dropped off by someone caring for you or plan to walk a pretty great distance

Anthony Street

Great location Good restaurants near by Coffee shop on site

Rooms were clean and comfortable It was quiet Good view Price was a little high in relation to accommodations, but not extremely high They also offer a chill meeting room Good for business or romantic travel But if travelling alone I would select a different hotel

Lasalle Nazario

I had to stay at this hotel due to workmy stay was over a month in length

It provided a bed and basic amenities The reason for such a low rating had to do with the lack of upkeep or maintenance The roof was recently installed However the roofing job was not the greatest craftsman work Strong winds blew off one side of the the newly installed roof I informed front desk staff about it The elevator was always out of order I could take the stairs Upon leaving with many suitcases it would have been nice to use elevator At minimum meet ADA compliance for someone unable to use stairs In the month that I stayed here, things required maintenance, all were never resolved during the month of my stay For example the complimentary washer and dryers Several out of order The main areas such as hallways were untidy The laundry areas were also filthy and tattered with dryer lint etc A front desk person always grumpy The marijuana smell permeates the entire hotel Not sure what they can do about it People loitering in back of the hotel, smoking pot openly I wouldn’t stay here again Management needs to address the poor condition of this hotel The rooms needs a makeover

Spent three weeks staying there for work Older hotel but very solid Comfortable room and even a DVD player that I used a lot

The location can’t be beat: they’ve got a million great restaurants in the area Laundry was free which was a huge plus The staff was super friendly too the whole time My only complaint is how noisy it was, especially at night

We stayed there over Aug 5-6 The food was hot, staff where very nice Room had a little small but it was only when we flushed the toilet

So I believe it’s the city’s water We had a room next to the pool for the most part it was quite Pool seemed busy most of the time We never used it as to it was always busy when we where not at the Ren fair But when we booked we also didn’t book because of a pool So wasn’t that big of a deal we didn’t us it Room was clean bed/blanket where clean!

L

Breakfast was good – offering both cold and hot items – the selection was limited but filling, though we all (other guests too) had to keep asking for items as they kept running out due to having many patronsWe needed additional towels one evening, and initially were denied and told there were no towels available We desperately needed new towels (we cleaned up a spill in the room earlier in the day and now had a guest in the room physically ill from a migraine and had hoped to take a bathe/shower with a dry and clean towel) – I had to actually explain why I needed additional towels – after explaining the issue – then I given a few small towels that go on the floor to step on after a shower and were told they were hand towels – when I pointed this out – the front office clerk reluctantly and eventually were provided 2 small bath towels and he did not do so with a smile but made us feel like we were putting him out and really did not deserve the towels

Initially, he literally told us that they did not have any clean towels to give us — and this was after 9 or 10 pm I found it hard to believe that they had no clean towels in the entire hotelOur room had a bit of a musty smell, which I could have over looked, but I guess the whole towel issue and how I was treated was the finally breaking pointWe traveled over 8 hours to stay the weekend to visit a sick family member, so we were already stressed and just wanted to have some clean towels for after our showersOh, and you need to let the front office know by 8am if you will be needing any room cleaning etc We found a small piece of paper in the room on the evening of the second day – after the towel issue – stating that information So, I guess if you are staying – ask when you arrive for clean towels for the next day – just in case you need them I had no idea at 8 am that we would have a spill in the bathroom and that one of the guests in the room would develop and significant migraine

Had a great stay overnight with Michelle We enjoyed the amenities of the hotel, the nicely remodeled rooms, the very comfortable bed and great breakfast in the morningVery nice hotel, clean and well maintained

What a great location for anything in Racine, centralized, right off of Hwy 20 yet quiet and comfortable away from the highwayThanks for a great stay!

Dimitrios Drossos

If there was lower than 1 star I would rate them that DO NOT stay at this property The owners have no regard for basic sanitation

See the pictures below My sheets had blood stains on them and management instructed their staff to make the bed anyway When I asked for a refund of my room because I opted not to stay there anymore, management informed me that because I, ‘stayed in the room for more than 30 minutes, there is nothing they can do’ What does it matter how long I was in the room for? Is every guest expected to pull all the sheets off their bed from the second they get into the room? This is ridiculous I am now suing them and involving the Department of Health

I would’ve given this place a 5 star, had it not been for 2 thingsThe guy that checked is in was stuck on “how educated he was at his job” He missed the idea of customer service

We were exhausted after being on the road , we are truck drivers He wanted to make sure that we knew the policy on credit cards when another party is paying and is not present at check in He took it to a point of being argumentative about the possibility of fraud, continually over talked me which was so rude2nd- we had to park a couple of blocks away in The Brat lot, due to the construction in the parking lot that we were not made aware of Again, really inconvenientThe room was clean & nice size, bed was nice Other than that, nothing to grandThe woman at check out was a belle! Simply wonderful!

Beautiful view and easy access to museums, Simmons Island and great restaurants Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff All new laundry machines in a nice, clean room adjacent to the pool

Excellent water supply in the gym Better than average breakfasts that certainly rival other local chain hotels This hotel is a low cost leader with beautiful rooms, granite shower, lovely light fixtures, and evening events including a comedy club, and outdoor balcony in warmer weather I asked for a new room when the first one was not to my liking, and was quickly granted another one in a quieter location However, I would advise, do not seek a waterfront hotel with activities if you want a very quiet hotel! Loved the room! And the rate! And all the staff! And the other guests were very friendly and courteous Had a beautiful standard poodle on my floor as well as families with little kids and groups of people for celebrations

If I could give a 1/2 star I would We called and booked 3 rooms for a fishing trip for friends and family After driving 8 hours we called the hotel to confirm our reservation at 10:30 A

M on the day we were to check in At that time we informed the front desk that we are going out on the boat fishing and would be in there around 5 pm They told us it would be fineWhen we went to check in we were horrified! We were told the manager canceled one of our 3 rooms When we asked why we were told, ” It was because of insufficient funds” They were given a credit card for all 3 rooms Anyone who ever had to take payment for something knows of you run a credit card it shows declined Debt cards show insufficient To top it off, they had no problem running the card for the other 2 rooms When I asked the front desk to find my sons a room They said they were overbooked and still were short 1 room for another reservation No one called me to tell me there was an issue the manager cancled the room My son’s had to call the Captain of our fishing cruise to see if he could help them locate a room for the night This hotel didn’t offer to help us My son’s finally found one in the next townWe got in the 2 rooms and both bathrooms in the showers had black mold on the wall In one of the bathrooms the there was black mold on the door frame We requested a 4 am wake up call and 4:30 we got the call as we were leaving the room to go on our fishing excursionWe called and spoke to the manager the following day He denied canceling our 3rd room We told him the front desk told us who canceled the room at 1:30-2 We tried to get him to tell us how he was going to compensate us He finally offered us 1 night free next year He would mail us a comp night What a surprise 2 1/2 weeks later we have nothing

We approached this with a bit of skepticism based on prior reviews I spoke with the manager the week before we arrived and he confirmed that they are under new management (for about last month) and were working to improve things However, much needs to be done to get this property back above a 3-star review:1) The desk chair had numerous paint splatters on it (must not have covered or removed while painting the room);2) My wife and daughter noted an aroma they described as reminding them of Raid or some other insect spray;3) The hallway floor past the lobby had a trail of spots – looked like something sticky had been spilled;4) The ceiling of the bathroom is peeling;5) There were -0- bath towels in the room! How does a room get cleaned and released for check-in with no bath towels? On the bright side, the front desk clerk on Sunday morning couldn’t have been nicer or more pleasant!

We are checking out today our stay was very nice The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean The room we stayed in was the king whirlpool suite the room itself was nice and fairly standard for a hotel room

The whirlpool tub in the room was clean and overall a nice way to relax The complimentary breakfast was decent The amenities include a pool, hot tub, and gym The highway is right by the hotel but I could not hear any traffic from inside of the room Overall the hotel is a 10/10 from me and I do recommend coming here

My Mom and I stay here was truly a blessing considering all things as to why we are here my father has been in the hospital for over a month and this hotel was really patient with us and the manager Javier and all the other staff there went above and beyond to help us and if we felt so welcomed by everyone housekeeping and dining as well Thank you all for the understanding what my family is going through and the encouragement on my Dad healing and recovery When the survey comes in I will make sure to complete it!

Dottie Michalski

Beautiful newer property with spacious rooms with plenty of amenitiesThe service is exceptional Justin is a truly wonderful representative for this property

He helped coordinate our stay before our arrival with various family members He was gracious and efficient during our stay

This is a hidden gem in Kenosha Relatively new It was a great experience from check in to check out

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms clean and modern, the breakfasts were good Every day, there were new items on the breakfast line, and I was happy they had real oatmeal! So good The room was spacious with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot I would have liked a slightly bigger fridge This was really a mini mini! We stayed for 6 nights with a group and could have used more fridge room The bed was so so I really would have liked a better bed This one almost felt older, like it was worn out The sofa was the worst part of the room It was very uncomfortable to sit on Unless you are about 6’2” The TV was great with the ability to stream Netflix, Prime, and You Tube Very nice as we aren’t much regular tv watchers Over all it was a terrific room, and we certainly didn’t suffer at all But that’s why I gave it only 4 stars – the sofa and bedPros: location, cleanliness, welcoming staff, bathroom and TVCons: bed, sofa too small mini fridge

It bums me out to write this, but we did not have a good experience this morning I understand the world is understaffed, but it wasn’t as busy as restaurants typically are on holidays We had a 10:30am reservation, ended up starting to eat at 12pm

When we first ordered, things seemed okay, but 20min after ordering, the waitress informed me my meal wasn’t available & provided me a menu again and apologized She didn’t come back till about 10-15min later to retake my order When we got our food, it was bland, undercooked & my moms toast burnt- we couldn’t finish eating I tried to eat as much as I could, but now I actually feel sick, cause my eggs weren’t fully cooked🤷🏼‍♀️ But I was starving after two mimosasThe staff could tell it wasn’t great as they comped us a bit on our bill, but I was pretty disappointed as I wanted to take my mom somewhere nice I’ve had drinks here before & ran into similar issues with increased time waiting for service & expensive drinks I feel the price should match the food, atmosphere & quality of service, which unfortunately wasn’t there We still provided a decent tip as it wasn’t totally our waitresses fault, but sadly, we won’t be back😔

Ben Devine

Have had great dining experiences here ever since I moved to Kenosha in early 2021 It been almost a weekly staple for me and my girlfriend and it’s never disappointed us Our regular server Allison and the new chef Alex are very polite and friendly making us feel welcomed and valued as a customer

I’m excited what new menu items will be introduced in the future!

Mark Angelo

We had a terrible dining experience at Apis We went there to celebrate a special occasion on Saturday, May 21 with a group of eight We had made a reservation long in advance

Food was pretty good but portions small, even when ordering the Large plate items Service was terrible For starters the server only brought 3 menus for the eight of us to share We asked for more but never got them Once we ordered it took over 45 minutes to get the first plate of food Then about every 10-15 minutes another plate would come out It took more than 2 hours to get all of our food, so each family member ate separately Our server kept coming to our table to ask us how everything was even when we hadn’t received any food, which really puzzled us, and each time we asked about the status of our food and each time we were told the kitchen was really backed up The kitchen was clearly out of sync and in chaos After all the time at this restaurant we went to another restaurant for appetizers afterwards We definitely won’t be returning to Apis again

The quality of the guest rooms are OK, some are better than others Someone set my room to 80 degrees on my arrival for my last visit and I had to run the AC in mid March to cool it down to a comfortable sleeping temp Also, please stop with the breakfast attendant serving food in the mornings

It takes forever, and no one wants to wait in line for that stuff

Lovely Miya

I live in the area but I came along and stayed with my cousin that were visiting I slept on the pull out bed but I was kind of disgusted by the state of the inside

There was a toy wedged in there and it was very crumby I was also suspicious of the big brown stain on the floor There was this coffee table that opened up to put stuff into, it was already open and very difficult to close as it was broken and I felt like no one tried to fix this when cleaning the room But i slept fine and the complimentary breakfast was okay

Me And My Family Will Definitely Be Coming Back Again

Ariena

I’m only leaving this review because I walked in to drop off a door dash and the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude not sure maybe she was tired but still I even told her have a great night and she hesitated to say it back than said it with such lack of wanting to say it Not sure but if your in the Hospitality business regardless what time it is and whether it’s a guest walking in or not you should be so rude especially when I was trying to be very nice and polite to her

I definitely wouldn’t book a room here if that’s the kind of service I would be given as a guest

Pat G

First time at this hotel & I DO NOT RECOMMEND I left an hdmi with an iPhone adapter & my bikini when I checked out Neither item was turned in

Before checking out I was cleaning up & left the my phone in the room & when I went back for it the male housekeeper was taking it out from his pocket!! Managers never reached out to communicate Very bad experience for the first time visiting We definitely will not being coming back!!

The staff here are fantastic and super friendly Made an effort to speak with someone each shift, including the GM, and was pleased with their customer serviceThe rooms themselves could use some attention

The first week I was here the room didn’t have a microwave and the second week it sounded like an occasional drip in the bathroom area but I couldn’t find where it is dripping to or where it was coming from Refrigerators in both rooms probably stayed in the 50s unless you used the 2 hour turbo cool button, but that only lasts for 2 hours then it warms up againIf you just need somewhere to catch a night of sleep, this is the place If you’re going to spend a considerable amount of time in your room hanging out or a refrigerator is a must, I would suggest somewhere else

michael behm

Stayed just one night during a road trip, front desk staff was nice and friendly, even the cook in the morning asked if our breakfast was “perfect” and to our liking, even thought it was just buffet style scrambled eggs and sausage Room was clean, but a little dated Parking lot is easy for single vehicles, but we had a trailer and had difficulty once we pulled in

Joao Gomez

My room wasn’t smelling good Had to have the AC on all the time reduce the bad smell The breakfast stared at a real good time, every morning I was able to get coffee, a fruit and something from the fridge and all this was before 6am, even though the breakfast time was 6

Fitness center was okay, small but the equipment was in good shape They collected packages at the front desk and the people was very kind every time

Other than the nice clerk at check in, the hotel was sub par The room did not have sheets for the couch bed and no mattress pad (unsanitary) The phone didn’t work, so we had to go get them at front desk

The shower curtain was ripped and the TV didn’t work The breakfast was a mob scene with no refills of food and coffee was empty At check out I told the new clerk and she didn’t seem to care about any of it She said the satellite dish had bad reception and some channels don’t work I told her none worked No discount offered, nor other accommodation For $220/night, plus taxes, I expect a working TV and coffee!!

I called ahead and was told both rooms I booked would be ready, next to each other Checking in at 4 I was told they weren’t ready pillows on the bed looked clean, but smelled of oily sweaty heads laid on them, Garbage cans on property flowing over

Pool had several clumps of hair on the floor next to pool, dead bugs floating in the hot tub Colony of small ants in one of our rooms Other room several lamps and bathroom lights lightbulbs burnt out Spider webs in bathroom I witnessed several different people staying at the hotel complaining to the front desk, one had a water stain on the ceiling looked like possible pipe burst, another person saying they never vacuumed their room and smelt like cigarettes as they just checked into their room, and another complaining to the maids their sink was backed up This hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel, should be 1 star They are no longer called Antioch Inn, I passed the hotel up as its now called Clarion Point, no one informed me of the name change I will NOT be staying at this place EVER AGAIN!!!

Wow

Absolutely GORGEOUS Hotel One of the most comfortable, cozy, home like atmospheres, yet still upscale rooms I’ve seen Although I didn’t stay the night, I was hired to decorate a room for a clients birthday I will definitely be booking soon The front desk was extremely friendly The establishment is literally as clean as a hospital The cafe is amazing, I mean just bravo and job well done This place was much needed and I’m so thankful it exists, if you haven’t tried it out BOOK THE ROOM 😊 Thank me later

This hotel was amazing to work with for our wedding block Nick the manager was great to work with- explained everything, shared links to book and always accommodated us with any requests we had The day of was terrific, the rooms were so nice and the meeting room we booked to get ready in was prefect

The receptionist we worked with that day was so caring and nice- she was wonderful to all our guests I would highly recommend using this location as a wedding block

We used this hotel for a wedding block this past weekend (8/6/22) We worked with Nick T for setting up our room block and he was a delight! He was quick with responses and very accommodating when we needed to add additional rooms to our block

We were provided with a mix of kind suites, king rooms, and double queens which worked great for our guests Our room was very clean and perfect sizing for our wedding party to get ready in Check in and check out were seemless and all of the staff were so nice and friendly We even got to chat with Nick during our stay On our wedding day, staff were congratulating us and telling us how wonderful everyone looked It was a nice touch on our big day Our family really enjoyed having the pool available to kill time and the continental breakfasts were delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay or a room block!!!
