The staff are super friendly The manager is great You can tell he truly cares about his job

what you get for the price is very reasonable The breakfast is very good They serve real eggs and have tater tots that are cooked nice and brown It is hard to get them crispy at a restaurant Perfect place to stay if going to sequoia/ kings canyon

We came by The Best Western Americana on our way to the Sequoia National Park, and we were glad to have picked this hotel The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly My family really enjoyed the complimentary morning breakfast and incredible coffee

The coffee alone is worth the stay, and my wife is very picky about her coffee We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area

Kedar Tembe

Being my first experience in US, I’m not sure how exactly to rate the location as we were here to visit the Sequoia national park, and this hotel is an hour + drive from it But the roads are good, so it’s an enjoyable drive Neat and simple rooms, quite clean, including the toilets, coffee machine within the room, with a few other amenities included make it a decent stay

It’s not exactly cheap, but there’s breakfast with a variety of cereals and juices for vegans, (although you have to carry your own non dairy substitute) Rooms are quite spacious with an ottoman and TV as well

Jr at the front desk was very polite and accommodating My friend and I checked in at the other location, Lindsay Olive Tree, but were so upset at the service and the missing room ammenties, we left within the hour of checking in I called the Visalia location and Jr took care of us right away

We’re just passing through on a road trip but will come back to the Visalia location should we come back to the area Thanks again Jr!

Purchased a room today, very displeased and unsatisfied with the state of the room There were blood stains on the carpet, dried blood on the dresser, inappropriate words burned on the table, and the sink and counters were filthy When spoke to staff she blamed the state of the room on remodeling

Will never go back to a Super 8 Beyond disgusting My advice…don’t waste your time or money

Spent 2 nights at this Holiday Location for a weekend trip to Yosemite The check-in staff went above and beyond ensuring my party of 4 was well taken care of and had recognized my IHG Platinum status with a nice suite upgrade! The recent renovations were still holding up in both my rooms and provided great value for the price paid Due to the proximity of the hotel and highway 99, if you are sensitive to noise, I would request a room facing the opposite direction

I was able to sleep comfortably facing the highway with earplugsTip: There may be some food bags to feed the swans at the front desk You can watch them fight the fish at the nice pond

Love it!! Stayed 2 nights Wish I had done the train w my grandkids but we had to goDid Sequoia from here

Then left to Yosemite Great locationHas convenient store, gas station, Enterprise, restaurant & visitors center in same parking lot!!Great service & clean

So sad to know that the housekeepers do not turn in lost stuff I had checked out Sunday morning from our room and didn’t realize I had left my gold ring with my name on it until later that day I called and the front desk said she had not turned anything in I said of course not it’s a good ring she will go turn it into money or have them melt it

All I wanted was for her to turn it in because I cleaned all bags I had with me and nothing is there so know for a fact it stayed behind in the room Please do not forget any of your personal belongings behind because HOUSEKEEPERS will not return it

We recently visited, and had a absolutely wonderful visit The person working the front desk (veronica) was the nicest welcoming person I have ever met at a front desk She accompanied all of our needs and was on top of everything

We came in for a taekwondo tournament and when we return next year I’ll be telling everyone to stay thereRoom- clean, big, and very comfortableParking- free and easy go get toAmenities- very nice, updated and cleanFree breakfast- wow omelets, pancakes, sausage, hash browns This is no ordinary free breakfast gimmick food was good

David Moody

Room was about the same as a run down motel 6Couch was falling apart Seams torn and foam exposed

Toilet didn’t work correctly Clock was broken Sink was clogged Lastly got up to use the bathroom and had a unregistered guest (roach) already in thereThis was room 205 Maybe the other rooms are better, but I kinda doubt it

Doug Lemons

Hotel experience as generally as expected for a Homewood property with the exception that the window in my vehicle was broken in the Hotel parking lot by someone attempting to gain access to the interior of my car Either this area of town is no longer very safe, the security is lacking or maybe a combination of both Vehicle was parked within 100′ of the lobby entrance, so be careful

I hate to give bad reviews, but sometimes it can’t be avoided First let me say the family in the office was so nice and friendly So, mainly the room was dusty and many spider webs

That takes time How could you let that many webbs accumulate and not clean or notice The bed top cover had many stains on it I dont even want to speculate I did immediately remove it The sheets were brite white and sparkly clean Bed was comfortable I woke early and left A quick rest for a long freeway drive Of course I would never go back

David Moore

This motel is a not safe for any family or kids to stay at for any amount of night Avoid at all costs if you have children If you like very unclean motels with homeless people and drug addicts who party all night, then this is the spot

Also your room is never cleaned or sanitized A lot of homeless inhabit this motel, so just be very careful if you absolutely cannot find an alternative place to stay for the night

During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night I then called again once my plane landed Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don’t have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel

My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a “special event” There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit But the units at this location do not have the option for “Always on” so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an “always on” function- the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events

Amazing hotel Sky high ceilings if you are on the ground floor We had a toddler and the ac unit panel buttons are disabled due to a wall mount which is awesome

Shower, ihome , 2 TVs very clean, great breakfast too 100 percent will go back We had some extremely loud neighbors which dampened the glory but not the hotels fault We didn’t call it in But this place is awesome, friendly front desk We let her know we had a toddler and didn’t want his running around to bother anyone so she gave us a ground floor Great stay, bad neighbors

Great place to stay for a short or longer stay! We love to stay at Home2 Suites when we travel The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly Justina in housekeeping did an amazing job! This time we found out you can borrow a hot plate to cook in the room! That made an excellent addition to the little kitchen area! We really appreciated this feature

Only four stars as the beds were very hard and we had to buy a 3inch mattress topper since we were staying a long time We still liked staying here and would do so again!

Beautiful hotel! The staff are all very friendly and helpful The cleaning crew does a wonderful job at making sure the rooms are tidy and disinfected I loved having the full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink in the kitchen area with utensils! Comfy bed, and spacious room

I loved the patios out front and back, with the fireplace and the grill Safe area with no homeless lurking around In walking distance to Walmart, Target, the mall, and many restaurants

DO NOT STAY HERE As soon as you walk in you’ll choke on the smell of cigarettes that have been absorbed into the paint on the walls You’ll have to wipe the dust off every piece of flat surface before you set your stuff down anywhere

Don’t bother using the light switch at the door (the light won’t work) Make sure to check for bed bugs because as soon as you walk in you’ll feel itchy all over your body Hopefully you packed sandals because the shower mat is dark yellow Buy cough drops because the cigarette infused walls and curtains will give you a sore throat I’d rather sleep in my car Next time, book an air bnb #Negative10Stars

Front office personnel was nice enough Room seemed to be decently clean Absolutely nowhere to put soap or anything in shower

The worn out spring mattress felt like laying on a box spring! The “neighbor” above our room played music and stomped around the entire night, to the point other guest were leaving the hotel!!!!!!This has been the worst hotel experience I have had, I wish there were less stars to rate this place!!!!!! Never Again!!!!!

This hotel is located in down town Hanford, CA Guests cannot enter into a lobby to check-in, so maybe it won’t be cold or raining when you check in like it was with my 5 day visit There is a window that you walk to on the side of the main entrance and slide your cards under the window to pay

The parking has covered parking but it’s very crammed and there’s also uncovered parking with more space between carsMy visit was annoying, because the “do not disturb” sign that I’d place on the door would always be removed and on the floor by the time I came back at the end of the day Either someone is really bored walking around the parking lot in the day, or maintenance would toss the signs in the floor as a sign of understanding that we don’t want them going into the room The one day I didn’t place the sign they go in, change the temperature 🌡️ in the room, and toss my recycling which I’m hoping they properly disposed ofCustomer service was okay, the manager or owner who seems like an Indian lady isn’t personable, it was difficult for her to smile, but the little girl that roams around is friendly she helped get them from the room in the back on the day of checkout so I could get back on the road–when you call their number get ready to be on hold for a few minutes, because you have to press certain #’s for your call to be directed to the proper “dept”The rooms were otherwise small, and kind of stinky like an old building, but it was doable When they would have other guests they were loud They only had about 7 or 10 cable channels, the rest wouldn’t get any signal The hotel is located near a train track so you may hear a train passing by around 10:00pm every night
