We stayed here at the end of June We were active in the early part of the day until about 1pm, then it was time for the pool or indoors The resort is a lovely place

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly The restaurants were excellent We ate at Morgan’s in the Desert and it was a memorable meal The resort is very clean and there are many pools It sits up against a mountain range on the edge of town The decor is tasteful and pretty but simple Adobe and mission style tends to be sparsebut it looked very nice Price-point for this resort is excellent Excellent location We would stay here again

Breathtaking experience! The pictures don’t come close to revealing the true beauty! The on-site dining is amazing! I’m a coast girl, but the calamari at Twenty6, in this desert, is some of the best I’ve ever had! Look forward to returning with friends and family! Oh! And some of the kindest, most patient, staff! I REALLY enjoyed this place!!

The staff was very friendly/helpful The amenities, location easy access to everything we needed I and my friend came for Coachella weekend and after being out all day/evening it was great come back to the hotel and unwind

GREAT hotel! So clean and so nice for a Residence Inn Stayed in a studio king room It had a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, all dishes/glassware, etc

Had a sofa sleeper, king bed and 1 flat screen tv Everything looks new and the hotel has updated modern decor Front desk was friendly We are only here overnight but I’ll definitely have my family stay here again when needed It’s just a few miles off I-10 Worth going about 3 miles or so away from it Oh and of course there’s breakfast included They also have a pool and a gym, stores and restaurants all around the hotel And the king bed is so comfortable!

Anel Zarate

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite yesterday, the customer service was excellent! Clean rooms with a full kitchen, stove, oven, big fridge, dishes, toaster and everything you can think of I was impressed They also have bbq grills outside by the pool We only had one complaint the pull out sofa mattress was so thin and uncomfortable I ended up hitting myself on the metal frame a few times because the mattress was really thin

Besides that 👍

Devdatta Ambre

Good location on highway with many restaurants on the stretch Location also at good distance from Indian Wells tennis center which was my reason to visit Rooms you could review from the photo; very good on-site gym

For some reason hotel does not perform room cleanup only takeout trash and provide fresh towels; which was also not done during my 2 night stay(not sure if some covid policy, but I let it go)

Our air conditioning was not working for at least two of the days and nights leaving our room at 83 degrees despite our requests to fix it The main lightbulb was burned out when you walk in the room The cold water handle in the bathtub was inoperable for 2 days despite our requests to fix it making the bathtub unusable

The in-room coffee was decaf The restaurant was closed for most of our stay The room was only cleaned and serviced every 3 days We received a credit of two $29 resort fees which were unexpected and not nearly enough

Ramiah Thomas

We stayed here 2/15-2/17 and the 2 stars is the lake view only Nobody was at the desk upon our entering the lobby and after a few minutes I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for assistance however she instructed me to ring the bell so that someone would come down Staff were not the most friendly of folks

We almost got the vibe like we were putting them out in a way Checkin was a laughable experience and the room was filthy – not dirty – but filthy See photos!! The location and lake is why I’m leaving 2 stars My recommendation is stay elsewhere

I came to the Château from San Diego on Sunday to celebrate my late mother’s birthday, as her resting place is in CoachellaFirst off, the welcome we received from Paul, was not at all welcoming He did didn’t introduce himself, didn’t inquire about how we were doing; he gave me a paper to sign agreeing that I would be checking out on Wednesday

He then handed me 1 key and told me the room number He said , “I just like to let you know that the restaurant will be closed Monday and Tuesday” Nothing else, no instructions, no enjoy your stay, nothing! We proceeded to our room, with the 1 key that he gave us,, kind of puzzled as to why we only received 1 keyOnce we entered the room, we found it modestly decorated, however the chair looked quite worn, and the carpet was filthy It didn’t looked as though it had been vacuumed, and it was stained The bathroom was very nice, but the shower glass didn’t appear to be clean We decided to go out for dinner, but we stopped to ask if it would be possible to get a 2nd key Paul asked us what our room number was, and retrieved the 2nd key We thanked him and left The next morning, someone was trying to enter our room, when asked , “can we help you?”, startled because it was rather early The person at the door was asking if we were checking out We told the person, no we are not checking out, as we were scheduled to stay until Wednesday A short time later, we received a call from Paul at the front desk apologizing for the mix up My sister then asked when Housekeeping comes to clean the room, we were then informed that Housekeeping only comes if you are staying for more than 3 daysAs we were leaving for the day on Monday, we saw the Housekeeping Staff, and asked if we could have clean towels and if she could possibly vacuum our carpet, as it looked as it had not been vacuumed the previous day Housekeeping politely obliged We stopped at the front desk, to let Paul know of our request of housekeeping , so that she wouldn’t get into trouble My sister commented to Paul(which we didn’t even know his name until after this exchange), that he seemed a little bit more polite today than he did the previous day Paul said, that he apologized for not mentioning the no housekeeping unless you were staying more than 3 days I told him, you didn’t tell us much of anything yesterday, then I thanked him and asked him his name On Tuesday, after our outing, we called and asked if we could get more towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex Not long afterwards, there was a loud knock at the door, it was Paul bringing the requested items My sister went to hang the towels, and noticed that the only hand towel given looked dirty An hour or so later Claudia, a member of housekeeping passed by our room, and my sister asked if we could get some clean hand towels and toiletries Claudia was very kind, and brought the items back Wednesday morning, I was up using the restroom, when I went to change the toilet paper roll, to my great disgust, the new roll of toilet paper that Paul had given us last night, was stained with something brown! It looked beyond disgusting, and I don’t know what it was I had to use Kleenex, to handle my business It was checkout day, so I left the toilet paper with Paul, and thank him Surprisingly enough, Paul was actually cordial for the very first time, but first impressions last, and we felt unwelcome from the start of our visitThe positives about the Château are, the bed was very, very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful There are sea turtles and catfish in the lake, the atmosphere is very serine I wish I give them a higher rating, but if I compared it to previous places I’ve stayed, the Château was subpar, when it could have been superb!I almost forgot, I was given $29 off for Paul not mentioning the room service

Stayed here during the first weekend of Coachella and absolutely loved it Staff was really nice and accommodating, breakfast had a good variety, and everything was kept clean Aside from that, the location was pretty good — near some restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery – all walking distance from the hotel

Will definitely come back to stay again

We stayed here as it was right off of the I-10 freeway and it was on the way to CA The AC was so loud, it woke us up in the middle of the night My husband thought a semi was parked and running outside the room…that’s how loud it was when it would turn on

We had a horrible nights sleep The bed was somewhat comfortable We liked the mobile check in with a mobile key option so we didn’t have to check in at the front desk It was close to several fast food restaurants Would not ever stay here again though The breakfast was fine for a hotel breakfast The hotel was very busy!

We Loved the small privately owned motel The owners were extremely gracious and welcoming The grounds were very pretty and clean

Our room was fabulous with the kitchen and balcony Spotlessly clean The pool and hot tub are lovely The area is very convenient but also quiet We traveled with Pets and everyone was very welcoming A wonderful spot that we can’t wait to come back to

GYTW 2019

I don’t know where to begin, talk about a hidden gem in our desert Our room was lovely, full kitchen, nice shower, just steps from a wonderful pool BBQs on site that worked well! Close to things to do

Small motel, older, but simply the best stay we’ve had in a while Don’t let the low star full you, this is a must try! No daily room service but anytime we needed anything they were right on it No night clerk but on call number (we never had to use) It was a much needed respite from the daily world and large hotels

While the rooms are simple and lack a bit of personality, they are furnished with everything that’s needed and a little more The grounds are beautiful, the pools are wonderful, the spa: peaceful and the staff: exceptional An excellent stay overall, the staff truly made the experience superior

From the moment we were greeted by the warm, welcoming and light-hearted valet to our much-appreciated late check-out, each member of the staff was generous, friendly, accommodating and first-class Liz, at the front desk, was exceptionally wonderful She found a way to go above and beyond each day of our visit and is an incredible asset to the resort We’ll happily be back

Warattaya Vaughn

Second visit at this location Good service from Valet parking to receptionist Self parking is available for free but we prefer the valet

Room is nice but need more cleaning details Mini fridge can fit can waters and only small items Microwave is $20 per night upon request There were the stains on shower curtain and some former guests items were still in the bedroom Restaurants are quite decent with great meal

I have stayed in the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells many times I just went recently after I haven’t been for a while and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in It’s the only place I’ll ever stay in the Palm Springs area

First of all, this hotel is in a great location Close to Palm Springs and other surrounding popular cities This place is affordable, the rooms are pristine, and the outdoor area is fantastic! There are so many pools and it’s never crowded I also like how there’s basically a designated kids area where the water slides are The hotel restaurants serve great food Staff is very polite and helpful They are pet friendly also which is a great plus for people bringing along pets on their vacation Overall, this hotel is fantastic and I definitely recommend it!

We recently stayed here for a staycation and we enjoyed it The Free managers reception was very well put together including all sorts of cheeses and other foods They have a very open bar with beer wine soft drinks and even basic spirits

And the breakfast in the morning was well done as well, They even have cooked-to-order omelettes as neededThe rooms are very spacious we enjoyed them and they were clean, the gym was not too bad and the pool was fairly good too Even though the weather was super hot here in the middle of summer, the place was still very busy There’s plenty of car parking available for everybody and we really enjoyed the stay

Ernestine Smith

The hotel was recently remodeled and very nice They had plenty of employees constantly cleaning tables and surfaces with disinfectant Our room was clean and very comfortable

We had a patio with gorgeous mountain views The breakfast was very good with many choices including made to order omelets The dinner snacks weren’t the best I’ve had at past visits but a free glass of wine is a nice touch We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend them

C Salem

Awesome stay!! Gina provided excellent customer service at check in and throughout my visit Yummy breakfast (the fruit was always fresh) and refreshing evening drinks appreciated after a hot day The hotel has been renovated so my room was actually better than the current pictures

Overall, very nice staff, clean hotel, and convenient location!

I loved this hotel! Very clean, spacious, we got lucky with the view as well We had a beautiful view of the mountains, the sunsets were amazing The bar guys were AWESOME! Tony and the rest of them were very welcoming and added that needed fun spirit at the pool! I love when good bartenders makes me a good drink

I would definitely go back!

My husband and I had a really fantastic stay here A few awesome features to mention-super comfy beds and pillows, spacious and clean rooms, great on-site coffee shop, tasty cocktails and really good food by the pool with great waiter service, lots of pool chairs, free yoga classes held outdoors on the lawn (loved this!!), fantastic gym with plenty of machines/free weights, TRX bands etc My husband loved the golf course

There were a few issues that are worth mentioning- the walls are quite thin We had a noisy family next to us for two nights and it was frustrating And you can hear everything in the hall as people walk by But overall it was manageable Also this seems to be a very family friendly hotel There were TONS of kids in the pool playing ball and constantly screaming Just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more adult experience We had multiple issues with the parking gates and cards not working We had to ask several times to have our cards activated The staff at the front desk seemed confused and not very aware of policies I was told different things by different people They were nice and tried to be helpful but it wasn’t a seamless process to get information All in all it’s a great hotel and has a lot to offer

SHIRELLE R. ALEXANDER

The welcome starts with the Valet Attendants They are cordial, professional and expedite! We went for a taste test with your Catering Manager What a delightful experience

We met the Sous Chefs that introduced the samples It was so difficult to choose Every selection was delicious I am looking forward to the eventespecially now Thank you

We have been coming to this best western for many years It is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at Very family friendly

The breakfast is amazing! The best selection I have ever seen at any hotel The pool is huge and well kept Palm trees and petty landscape with mountains in view A hidden gem for sure The staff are all very nice as well Highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay or are wanting a peaceful vacation

Rose Richardson

Extremely impressed We weren’t expecting much, a last minute stop on a long drive home from a road trip vacation Everyone we interacted with, whether on the phone or in person, was very friendly and very helpful

The room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator and microwave in addition to usual coffee maker Temperature was perfect The included morning breakfast was a big surprise We thought it would be a typical continental breakfast spread, instead, it was like a mini buffet Hot food including eggs potatoes and bacon, To-go containers, bagels, muffins, cereals, pancakes, waffle maker, milk, juices, yogurts, cheeses, more coffee, fresh fruit, truly something to please most anyone’s taste Inside and outside tables to enjoy your breakfast plus a dedicated attendant to assist and keep the place clean I gave only 4 stars for location, because it’s a bit hidden away, however, I did not mind the location Oh, and there is even a laundry room and the machines do not need money to operate Price was reasonable and I believe the hotel is a great value I will likely search out Best Western’s in the future based on this exceptional experience

Joe McCallum

Talked with Jacob After explaining to him my AC is out and I have two young children that need a place for one night until we get it fixed, he said he will not rent to locals I’ve been a diamond member with Best Western for 10 yrs and never have had such a terrible excuse or poor customer service

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever for there complete lack of consideration

The resort staff were all very nice and accommodating This is definitely a family-friendly resort and you can sense it while you’re there The “main” pool is loaded with families and kids alike, kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub and water slide all in one location

Separated by a few ping-pong tables is another pool which seemed more secluded and quiet for the kid-less guests We originally were given a room in the 1000 building, which is closest to the Main lobby, but one of the furthest from the pool area Once we got inside and realized how far away the walk was, we asked for a closer room They had availability in the 1800 building which was much closer to the action The room was spacious, clean and kitchenette was a plus, with microwave, full-sized coffee pot, larger mini-fridge and utensils/plate ware Our room was king sized bed with a newer pull out sofa that our girls were comfortable in (memory foam mattress) The only downside was a cockroach visitor in the early morning hours We were able to catch it under a cup and had the front desk notified They sent a maintenance guy out who took it away The place isn’t dirty at all, likely just the bugs coming in for the cooler temps during the 105 degree heat And it’s the desert The front desk staff was very understanding and were able to comp some snacks from the Marketplace for the inconvenience, which was very nice of them All-in-all, we would definitely come back on another one-night stop off on our road trips between AZ and CA coast

2 reasons for the rating: 1 Pool slide restrictions 2

Room cleanlinessBefore we booked we called about the water slide and were told it’s not restricted We book for summer Get here and my 5 year daughter gets turned down at the slide because they now have height restrictions and she’s an inch too short Sent my daughter away crying I even offered to sign a liability waiver, have her demonstrate she can swim, or go down with her, but nope We’re here for a week but can’t even enjoy the main reason we even booked hereAs for the room’s cleanliness, I know the whole world is short staffed but it looked like they didn’t do anything in our room other than make the bed There was hair on the floor, bed, tub What looked like melted chocolate on the tile floor and on the inside of the door One of the dining room chairs had crumbs like a toddler was eating crackers on itAnd they want me to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation, no thanksWill never be staying here again!

If you are in a wheelchair this is not the place for you When we checked in another guest told us the elevator wasn’t working in their area Thankfully we were in another complex

Until tonight We came home from dinner and our room is on the 2nd floor and the elevator doesn’t work We have been standing in 100 degree heat for over an hour with promises of another room and help Still nothing This is ridiculou Do better Marriott

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2021 during the Pickleball National Championships at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden The location is great since we can walk across the street to the tournament but that is about itThe room is spacious but very in need of an update

There are many small to large marks on the sofa and carpet Everything is old and dated Even though the location is so convenient, we will look for other options next time

We wanted to try another hotel when visiting family in Palm Springs Comfort Inn is nice but Homewood Suites is honestly much nicer Price might be a little more but you have much more room

Nice kitchenette and a big bathroom Breakfast is a little nicer too Comfort Inn is nice but so far Homewood Suites is nicer and will get our repeat business

Burcu Bayirli

Dirty bed, there was dirt on it Looked like sheets had not been changed since the last guest left Room had a greasy smell

Chipped, old, and very dirty furniture Stained carpet–red stains We did not stay, left and found a different hotel How dirty the room was is what bothered us the most One positive point: Front desk staff was very friendly and nice

The room itself was nice, spacious and clean Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage etc, maybe not as warm as you would like them but there a micro to heat them up

Gal who worked the food area was excellent and even cleaned the tables when some one left BUThot water? Forget it, had to run the water for minutes before it got warm Thus taking a shower was not the best Got locked our of our room twice in one day Front desk said room cards to close to cell phones2 cards, 2 people and both go out??? Two different times that day and then in am again Second time we had to go back to the front desk we were told that this was happening to others as well Also no working ice machines on either level, had to go down and into the office area to get ice For the price we paid, expected better But then maybe California prices

Miles Sampson

Good enough The room was clean and I liked the oversized bathroom but there were some issues such as an unresponsive TV remote and loud freeway noise when trying to fall asleep Parking became a problem at night with all the construction guests- several pickups with flatbeds inconsiderately took up multiple spaces outside

There’s a whole empty parking area between this Quality Inn and the adjacent Holiday Inn- it would be a good idea to designate that for work vehicles on busy nights Staff overall were very accommodating other than the lady serving breakfast who was still hyper-neurotic in regards to COVID Nobody was permitted to enter the breakfast area without a mask despite being able to walk the rest of the hotel mask-free “Come on, man”, even in California the mandates are now gone!

Susana Ross

We’ve stayed at this hotel for over 15 years and it’s beginning to show its age Tiles in the bathroom are chipped in several places The tub’s over fill drain fell off exposing a lot of mold and mildew

The location is fantastic and very convenient for our needs and we will continue to support this placeThere’s a lot of construction workers with big trucks that stay here that take even the handicap parking That should be addressed since it’s obvious the trucks are not driven by handicapped drivers We were told to use the ramp area to park
