Was moved here from a sister property, and the night we checked in was June 9th The front desk lady that evening was super nice Even the night shift front desk lady was super sweet

Now the next morning, Karen was at the front desk and she is just not suitable for a hospitality position Even my husband who never EVER likes to complain said we need to say something She’s not kind or friendly at all Other than our interaction with Karen, we really enjoyed our stay

Nanci B.

Tuesday – guy at front desk did not answer phone so had to make reservations online He spent all his time sitting outside on his cell phone smoking a cigaretteOur AC went out and we needed a place local to stay

This place seems to only cater to construction peopleRoom was standard, breakfast was OK Karen at the front desk in the morning was awesome We are priority club members and this wasn’t what we normally expect to see May try the La Quinta across the street the next time we need a hotel

This hotel was fabulous! Plenty of parking, and the room was very clean and modern and included fluffy nice towels and little toiletries Had everything my daughter and i needed for her gymnastics event in the area We where greeted with very friendly staff when we arrived

The lobby, hallways and common areas where all very well kept We did jump in the pool and enjoyed it We also did eat the breakfast buffet, they do charge extra for the breakfast which we though came with the room but we paid it and where satisfied The server even went above and beyond and brought my daughter a bowl of strawberries because the buffet fruit bowl had run out and that’s all she was wanting Location was also nice, it’s close to enough fast food places to grab and go when running to the event and back We would definitely stay there again

Rooms are typical for a hotel, the only staff member we experienced was nice They add odd amounts for deposits and incidentals so keep a close eye on your bill and charges I experienced this as well as others ahead of me in line discussing it at check in/check out

The worst part is it is very loud outside being as it is right off the freeway I’m usually not bothered by noise but between the loud cars driving by all night and the a/c system turning on and off every 10-15 minutes, this was a terrible place to stay if you want uninterrupted sleep Hope you are a heavy, heavy sleeper Sounded like a drag race going on as cars revved and sped past all night Had the a/c set as low as it would go because the room was very stuffy feeling, and I guess they have a timer set or the system is guarded because it would not stay on I’ve never had this happen Between the noise of the system shutting on and off and then the temperature getting stuffy, cool, stuffy, cool all night, I couldn’t sleep Overpriced to start with and then difficult to get any sleep made it worse Oh, and don’t even get me started on the sorry excuse for pillows Don’t waste your money here if you need to sleep and have an early morning or long drive the next day

Shared management with the Marriott next door (huge conflict of interest)Been staying here for 3~ years now, same account same company card, no issuesManager needs more training himself, as well as better training the staff at the Marriott next doorThe guy at the front desk here was great, was on the ball “ya no worry just need to verify it now, but my manager has to do it”

Manager says no because I got upset when given the CONFIRMED WRONG info next doorWent to a different location, had no trouble getting verified and checked in, 3 years down the drain due to bad management

Amazing hotel in a great locationI stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was a memorable and problem-free experience The hotel itself is very clean and in a quiet area

Plenty of food options nearby Parking is plentiful and the building itself is very secure All of the staff are friendly and the hotel is kept very cleanThe deluxe king room is very spacious and well decorated The beds are very comfortable and the room has all of the amenities you might need The bathroom is very large as well The room even had a nice, clean smell to it Housekeeping came by one night and even folded up our own blanket that we left on the bed Attention to detail is impressiveThe hotel is not lacking when it comes to amenities Coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate are all available in the lobby The breakfast was simple and deliciousThis hotel is amazing and I would definitely stay again if it fits my budget It is a little pricier to stay here, but it’s worth it

Very decent stayPros – The hotel room was very clean, which is very appreciated The staff are very attentive and helpful

Breakfast is standard fare but nicely made and totally reasonable for hotel fare It seemed like the floors were very thick – this makes a difference when travelling with little kids that like to go nuts and stomp around hotel rooms In general, I felt that the rooms very well insulated from a sound/noise aspectCons (relatively minor) – The bed was less supportive than those of other hotels I’ve stayed at recently – I can tell based on whether or not I am pulled into the middle because my larger husband is sinking the mattress inward!!! The rooms are a bit dim even if all lights are onWe had a short stay and found the hotel comfortable and very nice Thank you for the restful stay!

What Gas

Nice, clean and large sized room Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs, potato and sausage Including 2 Waffle makers, we liked the one that makes 4 individual waffles so you don’t have to commit to more than you want

The staff is professional, courteous and one of the friendliest We really enjoyed our stay, everything was outstanding, except for a minor issue with shower knob coming loose We alerted the staff on our way checking out and they were set to get it fixed The only comment that I have was regarding the placement of the coffee maker in the bathroom next to a bathroom sink I personally, won’t be drinking coffee from a machine getting splashed on from washing activities Keep up the good work

Great hotel The staff is incredibly friendly! I had made an error on my reservations I called, and the young man on duty on the afternoon of Friday 2/18/22 called other guests checking in to reassign rooms so we would not have to change rooms during our stay! Wow – that was so appreciated! Rooms are immaculate and the indoor saltwater pool is great! Nice free hot breakfast & pet friendly

Hotel close to the wineries and distilleries We had a blast in Dripping Springs and this hotel is the place to stay! Kudos to all the employees who make their guests’ stays so enjoyable

IBx27

Excellent customer care!We stayed one night for a wedding that started at 3pm We arrived slightly early and had requested to move to a different room for road noise, still before the check-in time, and were accommodated When we returned from the wedding to find a plastic baggie containing my toothbrush and toothpaste that I had forgotten in the first room! Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to rescue that for me when it could have very easily been cleaned out and written off, and we are extremely grateful for that

Beyond that, the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of choices, and no acid reflux for me!

Eric Enlow

We had a room block with the Sleep Inn & Suites for our wedding at Camp Lucy this past April and it was such a solid decision! Kirtan was so nice to work with He made it so easy for us to book and answered questions about transportation and welcome bags so quickly! I felt like they went out of their way to accommodate our requests He even checked out our wedding website so that our description was clear for our out of town guests! I really appreciated everything they did

Room blocks can be stressful and they took all the stress away from us Our guests had such a positive experience and were so pleased to be close to our venue and have a shuttle to access our event!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves The hotel has been upgraded (or well maintained) and is clean with a pleasing odor in the lobby and our room The breakfast is excellent!! Lots of great choices

The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful The best aspect of this hotel is the location as you are within walking distance of many great eateries and specialized businesses! Very convenient for early morning and late afternoon treats

Allison Davis

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were some of the nicest I’ve encountered It is centrally located, with many restaurants and a grocery store/gas station within walking distance if needed The one and biggest drawback to this hotel is likely based on how it was built

It is the NOISIEST hotel I have stayed at in a long time You hear every footstep of your upstairs neighbors and anyone walking in the hallways It was worse than any apartment I’ve ever lived in I was very surprised by that since its a newer hotel So if you are noise sensitive, it may be an issue for you Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area!

Jillian Carter

Dishonest employee(s) working there…First I’ll say, Our stay was fine (though none of the doors on any of the 3 rooms we had rented for one night would close completely, leaving an unsettling feeling when you leave that anyone could push the door open and enter the room)… but the room itself was fairly nice Hotel located in nice area Front desk guy was nice

BUT WE HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM: The day after checking out, my husband realized he left his small toiletry bag inside the hotel room We called the hotel as soon as he realized it, and after many hours we were contacted back letting us know they did find it This bag has a very special gift inside of it, which was a brand new bottle of Tom Ford cologne ($300+), along with other toiletry items… we asked them if they could hold it for us until we could return to that town We live two hours away, and it is not easy for us to make a four hour round trip with our baby, so we had to wait for a day when we had a babysitter They never told us that they would only hold the bag for 30 days If they had told us that, we would’ve made every effort to get there within that time and retrieve are very expensive bottle of cologne Today (about 7 weeks After we left the bag there, we finally got a day off work and with a babysitter, allowing us to drive there to collect our belongings) I called and spoke with the hotel manager and let her know we were on the way to get it, I just wanted to make sure they have it ready She could not find it and nobody else could either I let her know that means someone who works there must have taken it, which she swears to me she knows they didn’t She even insinuated I needed to ask my husband if he secretly drove four hours round-trip to go retrieve it and just didn’t tell me about it, as if I wouldn’t know whether or not he went and did that Why would we have any reason to lie about this? She seems to believe that all of her employees would never do such a thing, and that the customer is wrong in this case She then said that after 30 days they are not responsible for what happens to stuff Nobody told us we only have 30 days, and I asked her what happens after 30 days, did the people just take the stuff home? She had no answer other than to tell me she knows for a fact that nobody that works for her would have taken itWe highly regret staying at this hotel and renting three rooms for that night We will now never stay here again each year as we attend an annual event in that town I will also be sure to let all of my friends and family know not to stay there anymore when they are in Beacave Family members are who recommended the hotel to me in the first place, but I assure you not of us will stay there ever again- And I’m warning you to not make the same mistake we did Make sure that your hotel room door shuts all the way, and be sure you don’t accidentally forget something in your room because they will probably steal it from you and then lie about it later

THIS IS A WARNING FOR ALL WOMEN The room was nice, clean However, there was a night shift employee who brought it upon himself to come up to mine & my sister’s room, after we had left the pool, and use the master key to invite himself in to our room unannounced

No knock, no call on the phone My sister had just gotten out of the shower and I was about to get in Luckily we had the door stopper on the door otherwise he would have fully entered When asked what he was doing, he claimed there was an emergency alert going off My sister and I had not hit any sort of button, and we asked the front desk if there was even an emergency button to hit and they said no We were highly confused by this encounter, as well as fully creeped out We will not be staying at this hotel again, and I hope this does not happen to any other women staying at this hotel & traveling alone either

Let me start by saying that the location of the home is great The space surrounding the unit is wonderful and we spent many hours on the deck and by the fire pit Unfortunately, most of the other descriptions or amenities were not accurately described

The photos of this place must have been taken with a 16 mm super wide-angle lens This creates a false appearance of openness and space In actuality, this unit is very small Luckily we are close with the friends we stayed with The unit’s decor and furniture layout are awkward Additionally, there were pictures included in this unit’s photo album that are actually from other units It turns out that this unit is part of a house that was sub-divided into three units So while you do get the “entire” place you are sharing the locale with possibly two other renters The listing clearly states a private patio or balcony as well as a private backyard, but with two other renters in the other units, this was not true Regarding the backyard and landscaping, this needs a great deal of revitalizing and TLC You can see that at some point it was well lit, but nearly 100% of the backyard lighting is not functioning, falling, or jerry-rigged using indoor style LED bulbs instead of outdoor-rated bulbs Speaking of jerry-rigged I can clearly see how this place was renovated recently either by a sub-par contractor or almost entirely DIYPoints to be concerned about:1 Of the pictures shown, there are two bathrooms depicted The one you get isn’t the better of the two2 The showerhead is placed in a rainfall position directly overhead but isn’t an actual rain shower head This makes taking showers a challenge, especially for a big guy like me I had to constantly move around so enough water could hit all parts of me When the water pressure diminished this became even more of a challenge Diminished water pressure you ask? Well, the water pressure grinds to a trickle if anyone in your unit or any of the other two units is using water This wasn’t just an isolated event This happened many times over the 5 days we stayed there Don’t even think about sharing a share with your partner Someone will be out in the cold3 The bedroom with the king-size bed has windowed french doors There is no way to get privacy We were staying with 2 friends of ours and had to go to Target to buy a sheet we could hang over the door While we are close to our friends I highly doubt anyone wants an aquarium-style window into their friend’s bedroom4 The kitchen is as basic as possible There were no pots to boil anything only two pans The cutlery was also at a minimum at only one set for four people We had to wash multiple times between meals just to have enough cutlery for each of us5 There is no garbage disposal so there were many occasions where we had to remove food from the drain and carry it over to the trash can Yummy!6 The electric plug-in range couldn’t be more basic, and with the minimal cooking utensils preparing meals was a challenge7 The host requires guests to clean the kitchen and unit before leaving but provides 0 cleaning supplies There really should be a bottle of cleaner under the sink Along the same vein of cleaning, a few extra trash bags would have been nice8 The refrigerator is another item on the minimal list It is one of the units that can be either a fridge or a freezer, but not both So we had no way to store ice for our drinks or any other frozen items Come on we are on vacation who doesn’t need ice for their drinks?9 The BBQ grill has really seen better days It is completely rusted out and is in dire need of being replaced! We made it work as we had no other optionIn conclusion, it is a decent place which is why I gave it 3 stars, but I won’t be returning to this unit or any of the other two units We were able to speak with some of the other guests and heard similar complaints about water pressure and awkward layouts I’m sorry this is so long, but I wanted to leave an accurate review

This place truly is a hidden gem, but I do not give it a 5 for several reasons Just to clarify, we stayed at the COVE HOUSE (fits 6-8) I will first begin with the cons

1 One of the rules is not to bring the a/c lower than 72, and it gets a little hot in the master room2 Bugs tend to come in thru the master restroom, and the main entrance (nothing to worry about, but some people are grossed out)3 For the size of the house, the grill could of been bigger It has a tiny grill (smallest standing ones at Walmart) and had a hole on the bottom, but we managed-overall the place is very clean and cozy Feels like a true farm house It also has quick access to the lake and access for your boat The house comes with all the essential items Dishes, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, towels, kitchen towels, coffee, fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer Very quiet place Definitely would stay here again👍🏾

Spent my 30th Birthday at The Cove and had such a fun filled weekend! It’s such a beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay there Loved that we had access to the lake and went wake surfing the first day, built a bonfire every night and our last day there we went kayaking and hung out at the lake the whole day Definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure! Our experience at Aloft Austin NW was a solid okay, decent, good, nice, enjoyable one! There’s not very much I can say negatively about the entire experience However, if the hot tub/pool is one of your prerequisites, don’t make my mistake and assume that they’ll be available During our 4 nights stay both the pool and hot tub were off limits, not for a good reason either; even though the pool and hot tub were in working order, all were denied access to the area because the lock on the door was broken(an easy fix that was obviously not a high priority) tough luck, s happens life goes onThe positives were a clean room and a quiet room The room service were super friendly and welcoming The reason I’m giving 5/5 and not 4/5 is because they refunded us an entire night due to the above mentioned discrepancyBe aware, if you’re expecting a luxurious experience this place might not be for you bit for the price we paid, the services were well up to expectations

Kimberly Cockrell

We really enjoyed our stay When we checked in Regina was extremely helpful I was traveling with my daughter and had been assigned a room right next to the bar

She was kindly gave us a quieter room Later she helped by giving us water and a forgotten toothbrushThe room was modern and comfortable I would highly recommend

Alyse Z

The location was good, near a lot of shopping I gave this a 3 star because for starters the hot tub was closed The pool is advertised as “heated” but it felt cold or at least my perception of heated was incorrect

The room was nice, kind of small, facing the interstate No noise, but when we got there the cable was not connected for some reason Then the bathroom door was hard to close/open I believe it was a handicap room so this would be def hard for someone who is handicapped to open and closeI tried to order some food from the app but was told it was not connected to the kitchen I didn’t know until I waited almost an hour and no service So I chatted down and was told we would have to order at the front deskThe mobile key didn’t seem to work for the pool I didn’t try for the fitness areaThe staff was nice, no complaints there, the main area was niceFor some reason on Saturday night there were a lot of kids roaming around They were running the hallways Not the hotel’s fault but still it did add to my experience thereI would probably come back again

And I came here and was able to finally breathe again and enjoy myself I will gladly return here again

Our stay here was during off season, so the restaurant was relatively quiet, but they made us comfortable and let us sit outdoor on the deck where we could enjoy the gorgeous view of the sunset on the water Amazing! The food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly But the real highlight was the incredible service and attention we received

The manager Bai (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) was gracious, helpful, and attentive Our server Armand was so warm, personal and kind They really made the atmosphere and the experience quite special

My girlfriend and I stayed in the White Cloud Suite for our anniversary, and it was one of the best 24 hours of our lives We felt at home immediately when we got there, and the room was beautiful and comforting We spent the afternoon at Travis Lake and woke up early to watch the sunrise through our windows, which had a gorgeous view of the lake

I could not have imagined something more perfect Thank you!!

When you walk through the gate you are amazed at the tranquility and breathtaking setting! Everywhere you look are trinkets and little gems that Cata has collected from her travels around the world The pool and hot tub are so relaxing and we loved the sound of the fountain that soothed our souls The room was extremely clean, super comfy bed, and also decorated perfectly! Everything you could ask for was provided, from the bath robes to the bug spray

We felt like we were all alone, however, when we came into contact with the staff and owners, they couldn’t have been more gracious We truly enjoyed our four days there and highly recommend!

I have stayed here before; 2 years agoThey have Breakfast Buffet 2 years ago there was fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, coffee, a self serve waffle station, yogurt, toast and more

This visit, they had prepackaged and warmed bagel sandwiches, waffles ready made, cereal, and coffee The coffee was seldom checked I tried to get coffee from an empty urnThe breakfast was not at all what I had expected from previous staysOtherwise, it was very nice

Shirley Patino

The staff, hotel and room itself were great Very nice hotel I am disappointed, however on the breakfast set up

It was was nothing but packaged items … boxed cereal, boxed oatmeal, packaged egg sandwiches etc our goal was to be able to eat a small breakfast before getting back on the road but are now inconvenienced with having to stop for a decent breakfast

Keith McCook

Friendly enough front desk, and a clean property, but lots of little things made our stay just ‘OK’ Not enough parking (had to park at building next door), below avg breakfast options (even considering COVID restrictions), and unusably slow WIFI Our room was clean, but showed signs of wear (paint chips, dented furniture)

Not up to Marriott standards

The hotel appears to be well kept, based on the two rooms we have seen We requested a move to another room only because it overlooked the meeting spaces and the air conditioning units We were moved to a room with better views from one corner of the hotel

The desk staff was very accommodating even with low availability Love the free underground parking, especially when the temperatures were soring above 100 F

David Schultz

Hotel is really nice, pleasant Bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but it’s impossible for a hotel to please everyone in this regard We were not impressed with the lounge on the top floor, it wasn’t all that busy but we were ignored for quite awhile before we decided to just walk over to one of the restaurants at the retail facility next door

Good clean hotel Great location with good proximity to Austin Airport and south AustinThe breakfast offerings weren’t as good as in the past but after contacting the general manager, it looks like they will be bringing back some of the favorites to the breakfast bar – fresh fruit, more bananas, Oatmeal packets, English muffins and fresh Blueberry muffins! The hot food choices were good (hot and tasty)

The scrambled eggs are the best I have had at any hotel breakfast bar With English muffins, cheese, bacon and eggs and you have the best to go breakfast around! The waffle maker is great and they even have sugar free syrup!Don’t forget your shaving cream Complimentary blades available, but no longer provide shaving cream

Steve Poindexter

I’ve been here for work almost a year now, and never once have I been disappointed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff Great amenities too Everything you need for a short or long stay is right here

Even a number of restaurants are within walking distance I recommend Dimasssi’s, a Mediterranean style buffet that will leave you stuffed but not feeling gross

Tiffany Wada

Great breakfast but low staffing, dirty sheets, no turndown service in between nights, and the staff kept telling me there weren’t enough supplies I couldn’t get an extra comforter even though we checked in with 3 adults and 3 kids They provided a thin blanket and couldn’t give anything else

The queen beds are closer to a full size They are definitely not 60in The low staffing made it difficult for them to provide help because they couldn’t leave the desk

I got a great rate on this room The hotel is in a very convenient location for work or events in North Austin, and it’s still possible to get downtown and do things in the evening The free breakfast is really excellent with several good choices, the beds are very comfortable, and there is a pool and a small gym

I’d definitely stay here again, especially for the rate I paidMy one caveat with this hotel is that due to COVID and staffing issues, they are not providing daily room service for multi-day stays, so if you are staying for a while you might need to ask for extra towels at the front desk

Gustavo Gómez

I’ve got there cause a friend of mine gave me a discount I like the hotel, nice rooms, gym a little small, good breakfast, but one day as I brushed my teeth, a bulb exploded on my face, down there there’s no alcohol the only thing the have is antibacterial hands soap Afte r having payed everything in cash o got a 100 payment charged to my card 4 days later

So be careful with the bulbs and with the bank statements Other than that it’s OKI’m never coming back cause I exposed this situation and never got an apology, not even a discount

Angela Weirauch

We stay at this Fairfield Inn every year after we spend a few days in Wimberley with family The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always very clean – as is the entire hotel After a few fun and tiring days with family, it was especially challenging to wake up in time for breakfast so they graciously held open the morning breakfast a few extra minutes for us today

We will definitely be coming back

This is a family run Holiday Inn and the excellent quality of service reflects their hands on care in wanting to provide the best experience for their guests Every element of our stay provided a wonderful end of summer get away for us with our daughter and two grandsons From the service provided from check in with the front desk employee, Coy, to our check out was top notch

A wonderful breakfast buffet was offered each morning The covered pool is small but provided a wonderful break from the Texas heat The location is great in that you are removed from a lot of the Austin traffic and close to such lakeside dining venues as The Oasis and Vincent’s We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so greatly appreciate the desire this franchise owner has to provide excellent accommodations

Tom Dement

This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had The room that they gave us was on the bottom floor, and you could literally hear EVERYTHING People walking, drawers opening and closing, house keeping going around at 8am! I booked a stay here for 6 nights for business and personal reasons

After hardly sleeping the first night, I asked if they could move me to the top floor I was told no and that no one is booked into the room above me to stay that next night I gave it a try and could here everything, and again barely slept Then house keeping came into my room at 9am I asked to be moved again and the woman working in the evening accommodated my request (which was nice) This was my third night here Then I get a call at 9am Monday, while I am working saying that the “blue plastic” soap trays are missing from the room To be honest, I do not know if they were there when I got the room or not But to spend 700$ here and to be called and essentially accused of stealing cheap made in china soap trays (I know this because they are in my current room), is absolutely insane I am cutting my trip short and heading home The location is good but it is not worth the trouble, stay at the Hyatt down the road and thank yourself later

jason gallo

The rooms are quite large with a couch area and table area to eat along with a king bed Pillows are quality along with the linens Tub great size for bath and the shower head assembly in was impressed with

I probably stay in about 50 to 60 hotels a year for work purposes and travel so I see a lot this one was very well kept up I was really happy with the accommodations
