This hotel was fabulous! Plenty of parking, and the room was very clean and modern and included fluffy nice towels and little toiletries Had everything my daughter and i needed for her gymnastics event in the area We where greeted with very friendly staff when we arrived

The lobby, hallways and common areas where all very well kept We did jump in the pool and enjoyed it We also did eat the breakfast buffet, they do charge extra for the breakfast which we though came with the room but we paid it and where satisfied The server even went above and beyond and brought my daughter a bowl of strawberries because the buffet fruit bowl had run out and that’s all she was wanting Location was also nice, it’s close to enough fast food places to grab and go when running to the event and back We would definitely stay there again

Rooms are typical for a hotel, the only staff member we experienced was nice They add odd amounts for deposits and incidentals so keep a close eye on your bill and charges I experienced this as well as others ahead of me in line discussing it at check in/check out

The worst part is it is very loud outside being as it is right off the freeway I’m usually not bothered by noise but between the loud cars driving by all night and the a/c system turning on and off every 10-15 minutes, this was a terrible place to stay if you want uninterrupted sleep Hope you are a heavy, heavy sleeper Sounded like a drag race going on as cars revved and sped past all night Had the a/c set as low as it would go because the room was very stuffy feeling, and I guess they have a timer set or the system is guarded because it would not stay on I’ve never had this happen Between the noise of the system shutting on and off and then the temperature getting stuffy, cool, stuffy, cool all night, I couldn’t sleep Overpriced to start with and then difficult to get any sleep made it worse Oh, and don’t even get me started on the sorry excuse for pillows Don’t waste your money here if you need to sleep and have an early morning or long drive the next day

Shared management with the Marriott next door (huge conflict of interest)Been staying here for 3~ years now, same account same company card, no issuesManager needs more training himself, as well as better training the staff at the Marriott next doorThe guy at the front desk here was great, was on the ball “ya no worry just need to verify it now, but my manager has to do it”

Manager says no because I got upset when given the CONFIRMED WRONG info next doorWent to a different location, had no trouble getting verified and checked in, 3 years down the drain due to bad management

I enjoyed my stay here The rooms were fully stocked with full kitchen and small couch living area separate from the bed space We had their basic level room with king bed

The kitchen was stocked with utensils and plates/cups which was nice The bathroom was large with nice walk in shower which got plenty hot water and was cleaned and fully stocked with nice little touches The bed was clean and so very comfortable, it was hard to want to get out of it The a/c was incredible given it was well into the 100’s while we stayed and we found ourselves needing to turn it off at times because it was so efficient at cooling the space They were open and accommodating for our dog as well which was truly appreciated given how spotless the facility was Usually places this nice are hesitant to allow dogs Not here They even had treats awaiting them at the front desk They had fresh, cold fruit diffused water available at the front desk which was also a pleasant surprise and was much appreciated during these extreme hot days We were bummed that we missed the breakfast they offered in the morning as it is available only for a short period (by 9:30 they closed it up and we couldn’t get anything) The pool area is rather small and could only comfortably house two small families and during our stay it was always full so we never got the chance to use it Would’ve rated it a 10 if it weren’t for the short breakfast and underwhelming pool

Super friendly staff Nice clean rooms Really liked their breakfast

Great location, very close to shopping center area in The Domain Right next to Top Golf, so much so that it may seem that they share the parking lot 🤠 For some reason you need to specifically request for daily room cleaning If you don’t, your room won’t be cleaned Seemed little odd to me

Raquel Seymone

Great location, right across the street from The Domain for shopping and dining The rooms are well appointed, but smelled like pets – asked for something to help and they gave me the industrial room spray which only temporarily helped Those carpets are holding a terrible odor

Easy, free parking Complimentary breakfast is pretty basic Pool could you use more regular cleaning

The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean Beautiful hotel The staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately the good review ends there We ate at the restaurant in the lobby Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks The manager was the worst however We have a service dog with us He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight Nobody picked it up If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning The eggs were beyond over cooked So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently

Soleil M

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace I loved it Service was generally friendly – the one drawback was the check-in process

The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was “getting away from” at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I’ve ever been asked while checking into a hotel I’m sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn’t think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback Everything else was wonderful

My wife and I just stayed in the Archer’s Den w/ Balcony Suite between 6/11 to 6/13 The suite is nicely appointed The tub in this suite is phenomenal and excellent for couples to share

The Nespresso machines are a nice touch and we enjoyed using them Now for the bad Our suite was on the Rock Rose side of the hotel So for the 1st night we had to endure the music from the clubs on Rock Rose that only seemed to get louder after 10:00pm and then kept going until 2:00am We didn’t even fall asleep until 2:30am I went down to the lobby in the morning and politely asked to be moved to the same suite on the other side of the hotel which I felt had to be quieter The front desk staff were nice enough to acquiesce to my request They also had our bags moved to the new suite The 2nd night in the suite on the Nordstrom side of the hotel was very quiet compared to the 1st night Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great in the 2nd suite and the sprayer head barely sprayed even when redirecting all of the water in the shower through it Both suites had some intermittent cooling issues with A/C during the night I had to sleep on top of the covers due to getting very hot with the thermostat set in the 60’s When you are paying $60000+ a night for your suite, you don’t anticipate dealing with these issuesBest Advice: Make sure to ask for your room to be on the Nordstrom side of the hotel, so you can actually sleep (especially if you are getting any of the suites with balconies) If you are on the Rock Rose side, I recommend staying at one of the clubs/bars on Rock Rose until last call and then going to sleep at 2:30am in your room

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we’re waiting to close on our house The hotel is very clean The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Every time you talk to someone they had a smile on their face and it was not a forced one It seems like everyone who works there truly enjoys their job The workout facility had a good variety of equipment, especially for a hotel We enjoyed the morning breakfast which included a variety of hot sandwiches, waffles, and even fresh fruit Something there for every visitor

Koda Devildog

We stayed here a few weeks back and our stay was pleasant Checkin was quick and easy We didn’t have any issues with parking our vehicle there

The room was large with nice comfy bed and pullout couch, sink, microwave and small size fridge (not a mini), great shower pressure as well Had nice outdoor patio area to relax, complimentary breakfast and also pet friendly

Sarib Haroon

Rooms were very spacious but bathroom doors didn’t lock properly and microwave did not work properlyI must say though that the service was exceptional Especially Babar at the front desk was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful in everything

Shining example of how a service industry worker interacts Next time in town might stay here again just because of Babar’s hospitality!

So glad I found this hotel! I typically stay in The Domain when I travel to Austin for work but wanted to try somewhere new It’s always good to venture out! The staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were big One thing I do wish they would have had (like some other Hyatt Place hotels I’ve stayed in) was a market

I went downstairs to grab some drinks but there was only a small selection Maybe the full market was in a section I didn’t venture to? Either way, it was still a great stay! And parking is free!

Zaira Maze

Hotel was nice and clean We weren’t informed of the need to request housekeeping services as needed The pool on Tuesday 6/7 was gritty and cloudy, when it was brought to the attention of the front desk

He said he didn’t have control of when maintenance cleaned the pool Breakfast was good with the exception of the turkey Canadian bacon and the oatmeal needed cooked longer, otherwise it was an 8 out of 10 It was near many stores and restaurants which was nice It also had a bar and food to order in the lobby

Elvin J. Ramirez

The location is great It’s a quiet area and feels very safe The breakfast is good

The hotel is close to shopping areas The rooms are clean and the staff in the hotel are very nice The outdoor pool is a little small but it’s great that they have one We checked in late on Wednesday night and Melissa greeted us with such a warm smile and that makes such a big difference when you arrive tired from the airport She helped us with a few things we needed for our room and although she was super just, she actually came to our door with the items we needed! That’s a first! Melissa went out of her way to help us…so professional but also so nice and polite We definitely look forward to coming to this Hyatt Hotel again

Loved my stay at this hotel The quality of toiletries provided is really good especially the Dove products ❤️ We enjoyed a nice swim in the pool; beds were pretty comfortable Reception staff is very sweet and gave us extra pool towels

The morning breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious Dairy Queen and Convenience store is right next to the hotel which is a big plus Would love to come back and stay again sometime

It’s a Holiday Inn Express, but it’s one of the cleanest locations I’ve stayed atThe staff is friendly and helpful The area is quiet with plenty of amenities within a mile radius

There’s a fitness center and continental breakfast (with actual food)The only issue I had with this location was the small parking lot I say this because if you check in too late, your options are extremely limited

The staff was very nice, with the exception of one gentleman who checked me in He was okay Definitely not super friendly

Same guy I talked to when a neighboring room had a dog barking for over an hour Took 2 calls to be taken seriously and the owner to even be contacted I saw reviews saying the breakfast was was good but it honestly grosses me out Sausage should not be Grey and eggs were undercooked The oatmeal is watery, the coffee had a foamy film on it like the container was not washed in between uses, the bacon was edible but in the same warmer of the nasty sausage I basically just eat cereal and anything not made here My old school heater in my room (that most upgraded hotels got rid of) blows cold air My bathroom and bedroom were poorly cleaned to begin with and throughout Hair in the shower, on the towels, in the bedding You have to call to get your room cleaned and only after 5 days This place needs an upgrade And the elevators are in need of replacing They are old and the buttons barely light up It makes weird noises and shakes I’m pretty sure only one works And slow This hotel is pretty outdated The wallpaper in the bathroom is stained and dirty It could be nicer and better maintained But it’s not Everything was disturbing like they spot cleaned It’s just not the quality I expected

Timothy Smith

The bed was pretty comfortable and it was quiet at night for rest I only gave three stars because I have stayed in nicer hotels compared to the price Room was clean and had refrigerator but no microwave to warm up food

Breakfast wasn’t that good in my personal opinion but they do have hot breakfast and coffee available My stay at this hotel was pleasant but not worth the price Can find nicer options at the same price point

Shari Ray

This hotel is desperately in need of renovation Very disappointed in decor and overall look of hotel Also, upon entering my room there was a slight odor

Not pleasant Bathroom and room were mediocre I tried to spend as little time in the room as possible Additionally, the hot water took forever to actually get hot (in shower) Last but not least, I am floored there was no housekeeping No one wants to travel out of state or country and come back to a dirty room or have to ask for more towels, etc that’s what a hotel is for, to receive the service you don’t have at home

Excellent hotel Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable The room was cozy and the bed was super comfortable

Really liked the room layout Hotel lobby and staff were nice also My only complaint is not having a safe in the room Other than that everything was great, even the view from the room was nice Location is good Parking is well lit and felt safe

Kaychia Clark

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay It was clean, comfortable, and great service Great for people who are in town on business

The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink In addition, it’s in a great location with stores and restaurants close by I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me I woke up with some back pain Other than that, nice hotel 🏨

Linda K. Riles

The hotel was super clean I would’ve given a 5 for facility and a 4 for roomsIt was the shower floors that was messed up in 3 different rooms that we asked to be moved to

We gave up and settled for one(we were exhausted)But Miriam, front desk customer Assistant was STELLAR She hung in there with us making sure we were satisfied So patient, cordial, understanding and apologeticOverall, its really a nice location and nice clean environmentThank you Miriam for free breakfast 😋 😄🙏🏾

The night we came the customer service was awesome The rooms were nice and clean Where it turns around is when I turned on the shower, it was cold all the way around

I called the front and the lady was very sweet, but still no hot water Now today, when we went to get breakfast, it was a miscommunication about breakfast times, the guy who we the was a guest came up to us from outside asking us what’s going on The rudeness came in when he ran up on us and never identified himself He had on a hoodie and tennis shoes We just got coffee and left I’m not too big on others reviews, however they were not lying They need a better system

Michelle Hernandez

The room was fine The bathroom had a weird and somewhat uncomfortable, but forgivable, layout However, the staff were unprofessional and, most of the time, nowhere to be found

The WiFi was spotty at best The free breakfast cost nothing and was worth the price The eggs and the juice were all gross, especially the orange juice The waffle machine left the waffles undercooked, and we spent our whole breakfast swatting away flies Oh, and the lobby and elevators were like a sauna! Overall, I’d say it’s a place to stay just to rest your bones at night and take a shower in the morning, but I can’t give it credit for much else

Bharat Ramakrishnappa

Bad Stayed 3 nights No house keeping

There’s nothing executive about this placeThe other 2 star hotels have better serviceIron was dirty, asked for a different one Didn’t receiveHad to get towels by myself Nothing was refilled They don’t even take the used towels

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodated the guest to the best of their abilities The room was clean and had everything you could think of and need Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils available in room with other appliances available in the lobby

Tv was kind of small but had good channel selection Cleaning staff respects your privacy and doesn’t knock or barge in early in the morning when you have the do not disturb sign on the door Wifi works better than other hotel Dog friendly hotel Other reviews mentioned breakfast, but they did not offer breakfast during my stay There is, however, stores and food options close by Overall, I was pleased with my stay here

Daniel S

Not a bad hotel if you need to stay for an extended period of time Rooms are large with small kitchens that are convenient However, you’ll have to drive a good ways outside of Austin to enjoy it and the staff were ok

Not the friendliest group but def not the worst They are clean, and they do allow pets, or at least for us small dogs, during your stay

The stay here was Excellent ! From start Adrian at the front desk was Awesome The entire staff was very professional and accommodating The breakfast hostess was excellent, though I was late ( just after 10am) getting down our 1st morning

She still made accommodations for us to eat Very appreciatedwasn’t a hard stop at 10am !!My bed was comfy, my linens smelled so fresh in fact Thank you to our house cleaning host for the extra shampoo 😊

Gisselle Valiente

Travis, the GM was working the desk when we checked in last Friday and for what seemed like the rest of that weekend I am not sure if he was short staffed or what but he certainly did not show it Great service and attitude

Always very friendly and would address you in passing You can tell that he loves what he does and we enjoyed our stay! When our family comes back we will absolutely stay here again!

Bryan Enney

Let me start by saying all the staff was amazing! Very friendly and very helpful, could not ask for more Honestly some of the best staff at a hotel I have seen in a very long time The room on the other hand was kinda lacking

We stayed in room 411, the toilet seat is yellow, the sink was cracked, tub faucet leaked all night, one set of blinds did not work, stains on the walls and carpet, front door does not close properly so you have to push it closed kinda hard I know they are doing a renovation on the hotel but for the $359 I spent I was hoping for better Parking was kinda meh, they are currently repainting the exterior and their lifts took up a few spaces The staff is the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1

Reynaldo Salas and Darla at front desk very super helpful, quick and polite Everyone was so pleasant They have a great little pool area that would be great for outside chill

We arrived at this La Quinta for a concert nearby We did not have a reservation but they found a room for us Unfortunately after being in the room for 15 minutes we realized you could hear every car on the highway and there’s no way would could sleep

We asked the clerk if we could have another room not facing the highway She was happy to give us a room facing the parking lot We enjoyed our stay and it’s close to concert venues and other spots in the Cedar Park area We would stay at this hotel again for sure

We lost power in our home and checked in here because it was close to my partners studio When we checked in there were still items from the previous guests left behind and the front desk employee was fast in finding us another room that was bigger When we checked out we left a pillow behind and the same day I called to ask about the pillow

I was told to call back in the morning, then in the morning I was told to call back in the afternoon When I spoke to the third employee they said no pillow was left behind and when I asked what the protocol was for items left behind I was told there was a lost and found Then they stopped communicating with me altogether I’m so disappointed after such great service to not get one straight answer about where my item ended up

I had a two day reservation and looked online to see about availability to extend, which was good I called the front desk to extend and did so I was awaken at 2:30am in my hotel room with a cell call from the front desk to ask if I was still planning to arrive

at 2:30am, as a registered guest sleeping upstairsugh !! I am now operating off of 4hrs sleep because I couldn’t fall back to sleep, great job

Location is the best part about this hotelRooms are just okay, the bathroom in our room has few issuesRoom service was not great, we were there for 3 nights and 4 days but the room was not cleaned even once

We were told there weren’t enough staff but I don’t think that’s acceptable when there are guests in the hotel

Shavia Hardiman

My room was well-stocked, spacious and clean There was a complimentary hot breakfast Caveat for pet owners: I make sure to know the pet policy everywhere I stay, so I was aware of the pet fee when checking in and was just waiting on them to bring it up

I noticed they only mentioned it after they swiped my card for the room I could see that turning into an argument between guests and staff if it hasn’t already happened Maybe tell people before you charge them for the room that there will be a pet fee to avoid any conflicts

It was my first time using this establishment and the decor was nice Once in the rooms I found them to be spacious and neat The couch was too hard for my liking but that’s just my opinion

The restroom, beds, tables and kitchen area was clean I would suggest the housekeepers check the pull out bed under the couch because food from a previous guest was found but mistakes happen and I don’t hold it against them or the company The staff at the front desk was professional and nice I didn’t have the pleasure to meet any other staff I did not get the chance to try the breakfast downstairs so I have no comment on it I did notice the gym downstairs and the restrooms and they were both clean The view from my room was amazing I could see the pool and the lights it was beautiful to look at I wish I had more time to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer

Matthew Rogers

I’m sum it up like this great ambiance and atmosphere the decor pulls you in and there’s a lot to look at The service is top notch everything is well stocked the breakfast is better than average with a lot of healthy options The rooms are really set up well with wide entrances big closets cuz you never know

They have large TVS and even larger bathrooms and come equipped with those common amenities, hair dryer, etc The staff is more than eagerly willing to do and complete almost any requests made, also they’re very knowledgeable of the surrounding area when it comes to activities and local restaurants new and local favorites

Well-appointed rooms and surprisingly good breakfast Stayed here for a work conference going on nearby Two strange things happened while I was there: (1) this hotel has a bar, but no one works it at night – what?! (2) A few of us were working in the lobby area and were asked to relocate to make room for a staff luncheon

How’s that for good ol’ Texas hospitality?

This by far was the best customer service experience I’ve ever received at a hotel Coming in exhausted after a very long 18 hour drive I needed to just rest and I was so happy I chose this hotel to rest for the night The price was a little more than I anticipated to spend but the overall experience was worth it

Also it was the holiday weekend and i had no reservation, it was also about 9-10pm The beds were very comfortable, the bath water reached perfect temperature and the HOT breakfast was awesome! All the different options for breakfast really was satisfying I took a nap after breakfast and when checking out the guy was just as friendly and kind as the guy from the previous night They really made it an enjoyable experience

Kaleb Holley

+ Breakfast staff was amazing and the ladies made some incredible food for a free breakfast+ Staff was kind and understanding every time I interacted with themBiggest Con- My room had bedbugs, did a sweep of the beds when I first checked in but after the second night found a lot of bites and sure enough found a bedbug when I checked the unused mattress a second time

I know this is a hotel with lots of traffic, but finding a bed bug after being in the room for a few nights raises concerns on bringing them home so this is not a location I will be returning to and unfortunately will not be returning

Durand Sentinus

We had seen some decent reviews of this Holiday Inn and since we had business in the area we thought it would be more convenient to stay there than a long drive early in the morningFirst thing we noticed is that while the outside and check in area may look updated and in good shape it is deceptiveThe staff is not well trained and more inexperienced than you would expect at a location with so much competition close to their location

They are not very friendly and several would rather chit-chat on their phones or with other staff than give guests priority attentionAs for the rooms, the bed was fine and the whirlpool tub in our room were good The heating/aircon worked well and there was not any issues with noise from other guestsThe wifi is not up to the level we have found at other Holiday Inn locations and there were no USB ports in the roomThere were also obvious signs of “wear and tear” with the carpet, bathroom door, light fixtures and furnitureThere was a breakfast included with our room, but even that was below average for a Holiday Inn and we didn’t try anything that was availableIt was not the best of stays or the worst, but it is doubtful we will stay at this location again

Very nice and upscale hotel in a very quiet area Great location for an event Love that they had a free parking garage right by the hotel

The usual amenities: towel, tea/coffee, soap and hair dryer; were provided I really love the smell of their soap👍🏾You also get one free bottle of water There was an additional bottle of water for $5!The only negative, for me, was that there was no fridge However, an ice bucket was provided

Elisa Alaniz

I can’t believe we paid $400 for a Saturday night We paid extra for a room with a view but when we got there we were facing the parking garage They took the extra charge off and we stayed in the room

At least they gave us free breakfast for our trouble There is no microwave/fridge in the room They said they could probably get us one for $50! I said forget it Should be included like every other hotel we’ve stayed in Also the towels are rough and small The water pressure in the shower was good at least The bathroom is so small that the door swings into the room and buts up against the toilet There are three elevators and all are slow Maybe it was just busy There was some kind of event This is definitely not a hotel for a family maybe just for a business trip The pool looked nice in the pictures but we didn’t even use it! Good location though, next to a lot of shopping and foodUpdate: people are nice they are just very short staffed, $15 not $50 for fridge I heard wrong

Steven Wood

Nice property in a great location The hotel is poorly managed We arrived at 7:00 pm and our room was still being cleaned not available for check in

The front desk was staffed by only one person The restaurant was not open for dinner The suite we reserved was not properly stocked with toiletries This stay was for business and an inspection for future business meeting events Due to poor management of the property it is not on list for future stays or business meetings
