Our stay was great Nice hotel staff, including the front desk, bar, restaurant, and cleaning staff Two days after our checkout, our debit card was charged for our room and my cousin’s room, even though she presented her credit card to use for the room charges

My husband made an online reservation prior to our arrival for two rooms But, when we arrived, we were told that it didn’t go through So, our reservations were made after we walked in the door We still can’t figure out how the two rooms got charged to our debit card Waiting for the manager to call

Me and my family with three kids stayed in the one bedroom suite, room 430, for two nightsThe staff was all so friendly and greatThe area was GREAT! We loved being minutes away from shopping and food, the area and town was just wonderful

My only complaint was that the room we stayed in had some staining and deterioration on the walls Needed a fresh coat of paint

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some really nice ones Excellent staff super friendly, very clean all around If you’re looking for a stay that isn’t penny pinching like normal hotels are this is it

Breakfast is phenomenal so many choices and they just keep coming Highly recommend you won’t regret best part is it’s actually pretty cheap compared to most hotels Definitely staying here again if we’re ever in the area 😁😁😁😁

This is our second stay at this hotel Liked it enough the first time to come back again! Really like the 3 bed option (pull out couch and 2 queen) with the kitchens in every room! The sheets were the softest sheets I had ever slept in and the bed was comfortable!!! I want a pair of those sheets for home! Will come back again but our visit landed on Memorial Day weekend and it seemed it wasn’t as clean as the last time we stayed Big dead bug sitting at the bottom of the pool the next morning and the breakfast area was missing several items (spoons, waffle mix was very low, eggs were out, etc)

Not sure if this location was suffering from short staffing but it didn’t seem like the guy was going to stock more items out until he received a large tip from one of the guests and then more items were restocked shortly afterFront desk guy was helpful and friendly when we left in the morning and provided recommendations for things to do in Mt Juliet

Due to my daughter’s dance competition, I had to do an extended stay for 8 nights and the staff was extremely wonderful They really put on the southern charm, especially Uncle Leroy! He really made me feel at home with his hospitality! He always greeted me when I walked in the hotel and he always made sure I was good as far as things pertaining to my stay! I am truly going to miss him and this place!

Lindsay Bell

Do you want a hotel room with one functioning light? 3 towels for 4 people to use over 2 days? How about absolutely no trash can liners? And a manager who refuses to honor your (promised) military discount? If this parking garage lighting sounds up your alley, make sure to book a stay here! Oh, and even though the sign says breakfast is available at 6:00, just plan on that never being true

Austin Poore

Courtyard Mt Juliet was very hospitable and helped our extended stay become as smooth as possible Spent many nights down there at the bar with Leroy He is awesome and a very good story teller, and quick to put a smile on all customers faces

A very professional guy and the definition of what you would expect from southern hospitality!! Go see him when you stay and tell him Austin sent you The rooms, and the hotel itself are very clean Good area too

My stay here was due to weather conditions & needing to be close to work My entire experience was wonderful The whole area was clean and smelled clean, very well maintained! My room was great, the bed was so comfortable, everything I needed

Staff was awesome, especially Sara!! This is a pet friendly hotel and if I had not seen visitors with their pets, you would have never known they were or had ever been there I had to arrive very late each night on my return but felt very safe and secure here Thank you to everyone involved in making my stay AWESOME!

Karla Butler

The room was very clean and the staff was top notch! Our daughter accidentally left her beloved teddy bear wrapped in the comforter We called the hotel to have them hold it for us and when my daughter and husband went in to get it, they handed her a bag of candy and snacks with a typed note attached explaining in great detail all the the adventures that Bear had gone on around the hotel and how helpful he was to the staff We would definitely stay there again!

Rachael Noelle

If the pool had been clean I would have given a 5 star The breakfast was great The Travel Inn directly in front of the hotel, tho I know it’s not their fault, is very sketch and looks like people are living there

There was a huge pile of trash and A LOT of people hanging outside It just wasn’t the best area I would stay again if I didn’t have any other options

Had a great stay Even though it was prompt I enjoyed the location and various stores located within the vicinity The night staff was my favorite! I can’t remember his name but loved his spirit and attitude

Will definitely return when I’m in town Slept well, didn’t have any disturbances Bed was comfy and clean Had no issues whatsoever Even found parking right out front!

Sara Bounds Coleman

We have stayed in 8 hotels in the last two weeks, this was the worst The bathroom smelled terrible, like damp towels saturated in mildew; but the smell was coming from the bathroom itself not the towels There was something wrong with the pipes, so there was a ton of noise in the walls

Lots of noise through the walls very early in the morning unrelated to the pipes as well The breakfast was average for a hotel, but the breakfast attendant did work hard Front desk was very unhelpful At checkout there wasn’t even anyone there Only reason for 2 stars was because the beds were alright and the rooms have a nice layout The only other stay in this trip that was also pretty bad was another Fairfield Inn in Maryland

Overall good stay! Rooms were very clean and the place was overall very modern and well decorated! Breakfast was hot and ready as soon as I wanted it in the morning so that was nice too The hot tub was warmish, not hot at all but not cold either The fitness center was very warm though and I mean that it would be a great place for weight loss because you could easily sweat off a few pounds in a short amount of time with the temperature of that room

Staff were very friendly and helpful though so overall it was a great stay!

Sarah Daniels

Considering how affordable this place is, this is a top-notch spot that couldn’t be more conveniently located for visitors to Lebanon and/or the Nashville area Clean and safe, the rooms are super spacious and offer ample electric outlets to charge your devices, as well as a big bathroom counter that has room to accommodate the hodgepodge of toiletries you poorly packed (just me?) Other great things to note: The continental breakfast situation is above average and the staff is AWESOME (friendly, polite, helpful, etc etc)

I didn’t get a chance to swim while there, but the indoor pool and hot tub also seem like an oasis

Mandy Bova

I left one hotel that was AWFUL and came to this one instead I was able to get a really good rate by walking in, so even though I upgraded to a MUCH nicer hotel than the first one I went to, I only ended up paying $20 more for my entire stayThe hotel was clean, breakfast looked good, they had ice water coffee and lemonade in the lobby at all times

The bathtub in the hotel room was spotlessly clean and deep enough to soak in Really incredibly nice place

Bottom line: We’d gladly stay here againWe stayed at this MyPlace on March 27, 2022 after a lengthy search across area hotels, eliminating many of our standards due to surprising, consistent problems in the customer reports We’d never stayed at a MyPlace before, and hadn’t initially considered it because it appears designed for longer-term stay

But they were just as happy to help us with a 1-night stayDon’t let the “2-star hotel” be mistaken for cleanliness or repairs That has to do with amenities offered This MyPlace was built in 2017 according to the staff, and was exceptionally clean, had no noticeable wear-and-tear, and had a very friendly staff The price was very good (we did go through a hotel-finder website) The beds were quite comfortable for two older people with bad backs If you like to prepare your own food, they do have a kitchenette in the rooms, but you’ll have to bring your own pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc (There are cups for the coffee pot) There’s not a closet, per se, not with doors, but there is a closet corner with shelf, laundry basket, and plenty of hanging space The air conditioner/heater was in excellent condition, no mold or damaged partsI’m told they offer a basic breakfast sandwich type meal for $5 more per person, but we declined that in favor of going to the nice Shoney’s across the way for a breakfast buffet MyPlace does have a well-stocked snacks and necessities spot adjacent to the front desk I’d note that in chats with the staff I became aware of just how much they’d gone out of their way to keep it stocked during regional grocery supply problems Again, great service There’s a laundry room just off the front desk where I observed several long-stay customers using the machinesThe only negative we could find was what someone else reported: they don’t keep an ice-making machine (probably due to the long-stay design), and the ice maker within the kitchenette freezer must be turned on per visit and takes a lot longer than a day to make any quantity of ice No problem, we’ll just grab a bag of ice from the nearby convenience stores next timeWe weren’t sure what to expect but we were wonderfully surprised, and will be looking for MyPlace locations on all our travels now

Before we even arrived, they were helpful with changing our reservation date due to confusion on our end We arrived late but were still greeted with a friendly smiling face when we got there, check in was very easy and we were very thankful because we were tired Our room was comfortable and very clean when we arrived, everything we needed to take showers and get a quick rest was in the room, the beds were so comfortable we did not want to wake up

We had to head out early so we missed breakfast, but coffee was available in our room to get us going Our kids wished we would have had time to swim because the pool looked very nice Check out was easy and we are glad we stayed outside of the busy city, great location with restaurants close

One of the best hotels in the area Clean and amazing staff, they make you feel at home I was there for 2 1/2 weeks and I had 0 complains

The staff talk to you as if they were family and always check on you and how you’re doing Many people go for their Test next door and every morning it’s greeted with a good morning, good luck And a congratulations on passing Looking forward to coming back in the future to visit and say hiPs the cookies are amazing

Teneria Cymone

I would recommend this place if you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night The staff was friendly, at check-in and check-out However, I had two big issues with my stay

The room was clean overall, but the carpet felt like it hadn’t been clean in months The other issue was with the pool As I was walking through the gate, another hotel guest was down there with his son He stated that he wanted to warn us and that the pool water felt yucky but his son still wanted to swim Since my fiancé and I have experience with pools by working in the housing industry, we both could tell that the chemicals were off by looking at the pool I was looking forward to relaxing in the water so it was a turn-off for me Again, if you are just looking for a place to lay your head, I would recommend this hotel because of its proximity to the interstate and staff
