This was the best Quality Inn I have ever stayed at! Everyone at the hotel was committed to customer service and cleanliness Staff was extremely kind and friendly Extra care was taken by upper management and all staff members to go out of their way to make our stay the best

The breakfast crew was fabulous! Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Mikel Castro

Quaint, humble hotel Room was beautiful, spacious, clean and cold!!! Loved it! My husband and I welcomed the refreshing ice cold air after being in 100* heat Water pressure was great, coffee pot and blow dryer ready just in case

Complimentary hot breakfast and outdoor pool ( we didn’t use it) great location, reasonable price – great room

Marsha Fleenor

The hotel is conveniently located between two nice size malls, one directly across the street, with excellent retail and food optionsThe rooms was clean and nicely appointed Staff were friendly and attentive

We stayed in the Homewoods Suites section of the hotel There’s sufficient well lit parking The restaurant had very limited food offerings at the time of our stay Also, if you suffer from migraines, and are triggered by strong fragrances, request housekeeping does not utilize their air freshener in your room to avoid the trigger

maria arce

Staff was above 5 stars! Since check in they were AWESOME! We got to the hotel earlier that we expected and they allow us to do early check in That gave us time to decorate the room with balloons to surprise our daughter for her FIU graduation Room was shining clean thanks to the early attention that they did do to us being earlier

Front desk was so kind and attentive! The restaurant OMG! The breakfast buffet and the breakfast crew are the BEST that I had in long time We enjoyed the pool area, the pool table and the convenience store 5 stars are too low score for this wonderful place

Ian Lewis

The customer service at the front desk was terribly disappointing During an interaction, I remained in line to be attended to and after the two guests ahead of me left, the two staff members (Gomez and a female representative), failed to acknowledge meI remained, the only guest in the area, standing there waiting

The female team member glanced at me before quickly returning to her computer Failing to either gesture or say “please hold,” I continued to wait until I eventually walked offI would hate to believe that this was a form of discrimination on the hotel’s part I reported the incident immediately to Hilton and am awaiting the outcome of the investigationBeautiful hotel tainted by the disgusting front desk service #DoBetter

The stay here was excellent due to all areas being clean and tidy, the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful Also, they had a nice “lending locker” feature I had not seen in other stays, which is a entertainment station Coffee was great, sheets clean, towels clean, and they have dish soap and a way to clean your dishes

I would stay again, highly recommend!

Vica V. K.

Nice service, clean, feels fairly new Little kitchenette in the room with everything you may need in the kitchen, tho dishes and silver only came in twos There is a pool, little gym, laundry available, lending locker, a large pantry with alcoholic beverage selection as well

But the best thing is we were able to bring our dog with us! 🐕😁🛏️

LEIA ESTRELLA

Great experience at the hotel cute little kitchens kind of hard to cook on such small ranges but at least you can cook we’ll you can cook we only had one problem and it was the laundry situation where they make you make an appointment but everyone that makes appointments never shows up so we figured why not just let us come to our d*** laundry Extremely comfortable beds very nice employees cute little shops in the LA Vida borrow equipment for the room or buy stuff cute pull outside free parking that’s abundant Close to the airport

I like the quirkyness of the place I stayed there twice I didn’t like being called in the morning to ask if I wanted to stay another night or remind me of checkout time

I liked that I was able to walk my dog around the building and it looked nice on the outside I appreciated the refrigerator and freezer, and coffee in the room I didn’t care for too many patterns in the room and too dark On my second stay the reading light was broken-room 115 But I appreciate there are reading lights next to the beds Overall the place has a more homey feeling and less like another chain motels I would stay again

Jessica Triggs

When everything else in the area was booked, we decided to reserve with this hotel The reviews didn’t seem too bad – I’m hopeful not every room is as terrible as ours was upon checking inWe were met with a terrible fish smell when we opened our room door

Originally we thought it was something someone had cooked – but sadly not the case Upon putting food in our fridge, my husband found liquid fish or shrimp leftovers in a drawer in the fridge He cleaned it out best he could and let the front desk know After walking around the room awhile, the bottom of al our feet were literally black – I wish I could share pictures – terribly disgusting My kids were exhausted so we cleaned ourselves up as best we could My husband again went to the front desk and they handed him some cleaner – the poor desk clerk offered fo come clean our floors for us, but we felt bad for her and decided to try ourselves She apologized over and over and genuinely felt badOur bathroom had also not been cleaned with the exception of some clean towels and empty trash There was hair and dirt in the bottom of the shower and the floors in the bathroom felt sticky,The front desk clerk again apologized and said they would send up a cleaning crew in the morning to pull out the beds and shampoo the carpets, scrub floors, clean bathrooms etc, or we could get it a refund We opted for the cleaning as nothing else was available anywhere close with two beds When we came back that evening, the room did look better, but still a terrible smell The floors had been attempted to be cleaned, but our feet are still black if we walk around without shoesNot a good experience, with the exception of the front desk staff I feel for them having to deal with complaints like this

Awful! Dirty rooms Shabby and and poorly maintained Our shower rod was tightened with a floss pick

Woman at desk was rude and extremely uninterested in her job We trust the Holiday inn brand and are shocked to find a motel like this one is allowed to have the Holiday Inn designation No breakfast which reflects their lazy attitude about customer service Do not stay here There are better hotels a couple blocks north

Diana Torres

Good location and rooms but definitely the worst customer service I had to request the room key every single day I asked to grab a banana before 6:30 am and the staff told me that I was not allowed before the breakfast time (I had to report for duty)

They charged my credit card incorrectly Be prepared and aware No soup and not room service to make your bed daily, only certain days they didn’t even take my trash

Jose Zayas

Second time staying there and it was a decent stay Breakfast was good but when I asked the lady if she had more scrambled eggs she tells me they are not cooking more because in 15 minutes breakfast was going to be over so I had to eat whatever food was left So my wife, whom I was bringing the breakfast to because I ate first, did not get any

That is the reason for the 3 stars

This is a pretty good hotel in the area It IA cheaper than other places, the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges The bathrooms are kinda small but still not bad

Yes the aesthetics aren’t great, but it’s a place to sleep They got a pool that I would recommend checking out near or after sunset, and they offer free breakfast of relatively good options The hotel itself is in a pretty good location with many nearby restaurants and shops More of a 35/5 than a 4/5 but Google only let’s me do whole numbers Either way I would recommend it if you are in need of a cheap place to stay

Quoc Truong

We requested for a non-smoking room, but were given a room with a very strong cigarette odor We asked the front desk clerk for another room, but a cleaning lady came to our room within minutes of our call and sprayed deodorant chemical — while we were inside the room However, you can’t just mask the cigarette smoke with room deodorizer chemical spray, so we asked for another room, and eventually were given another room

This room was overwhelmed with chemical odors of both room deodorizer and bug spray chemicals We were tired so didn’t want to ask for another room, and let our hotel room door opened for 30 minutes to air out the odors that unfortunately persisted throughout our 3-day stay There were a lot of tiny ants crawling all over the lavatory counter outside and also inside the bathroom especially after you turned out the lights There was no safe to keep anything important The good thing was the bedsheets seems to have been washed and the carpet was vacuumed as compared to the first room The front desk clerk was nice and helpful, but we would never returned to rent in this hotel again

Lyndon Pham

Rooms have this weird funk smell to it that I don’t know how to describe other than off putting Rooms were at least clean although the bathroom had no water pressure at all They only clean your rooms every two days so good luck getting fresh linens

Key cards would not work every other day forcing us to get a new one Overall if you had to stay here stay for a night or two no more

It’s 3am and I am writing this as I lie awake on this terribly uncomfortable bed in the Hampton Inn As soon as I plopped down on it I knew it would be a problem and it is It’s like the thin, pad less, springy bed you would feel in a little kids room

It has zero cushion I am supposed to stay here one more night but I don’t know that I can when I just can’t sleep Tomorrow I will ask if they have any different bedsThe hotel seems clean and the front desk guy was very nice on check in Like others, I was surprised that there was no mini fridge in my room So the food I brought home went bad At this point I would not stay here againUPDATE: (from 2 stars to 3)We tried to cancel our second night, but because we made our reservations online on the HILTON website (not even third party), they would not allow us to The hotel said they couldn’t do it, the website had to The website people said they couldn’t do it, the hotel had to After some back and forth and some serious dedication from Gabby at the front desk (she spent an hour on the phone with the website rep), they decided that we have to wait until tomorrow when we officially check out THEN the front desk can refund the second night We were fine with that plan, we went to the Marriott but they were full SO… here we are back at the Hampton However, the guy at the front desk switched our room and the bed is WAY better The bed in 307 was just so worn out It was hard as the floor but also concave This bed is flat and still has some padding to it I am grateful to the staff for putting forth the effort to help The new room had a really loud rattle coming from the ac unit but I was able to fix that If you have a room with this problem, try popping out the air filters and cleaning them They pull straight up from the top Our air filters were so full that the unit was having trouble pulling air through them which is what was making the rattle Now I have a quiet room with a good bed

A Muncie Experience

Spent 5 nights in a King Room and it was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel staff was helpful and very friendly! Free hot breakfast served every morning was delicious with a different main dish every morning Waffles, omelets, hash browns, French toast, and scrambled eggs are to name a few The lobby was beautiful with free cookies, coffee, water and lemonade

Exercise room and business center as well The pool area was like paradise! Comfortable seating, lounge chairs and plenty of towels Covered and open areas available around the pool area Plenty of parking Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance and close by! Easy on and off access to the freeway! An absolute must stay hotel when visiting the Homestead area! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! You will too!

J B

The wait staff was good complimentary breakfast was good however I did get some insect bites on my arm and parts of my body that were not under the covers so therefore I do not expect any of these were bed bugs but probably no seems Other than that no issues at the hotel The downside was that we had to request the room to be serviced which I found to be less than acceptable at this point because of the rate that we pay for these rooms

It seems that ever since covid the customer care has dropped off and it seems to be a consideration from the hotel establishments that this is acceptable

Great location Has food options and shopping right by it if needed The staff was very welcoming, happy, friendly, always laughing and busy! Food was made, but to take out for breakfast but wonderful selection

Warm and ready to go Waffles, hard boiled eggs sausage, yogurt, fruit cups, fruit, juice, coffee, and more Games in the pool area were wonderful with a charcoal grill if you needed We definitely would stay here again We used the coin laundry as well! Yes, it is a little older, and all the doors are outside, no inside hallways But that wouldn’t keep up from coming back We loved it Beds were decent for us, and we felt safe and comfy

Erin Kimberly

I had a great stay here The room was very clean, had everything I could need Mini fridge, coffee maker, kitchen sink, full bathroom with everything, a loveseat and a table with chairs? So cute! The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful

Nice place, customer service excellent! Shower door wasn’t clean, no face or wash towels in roomStill would come here for my Key West TripsThank you for amazing Mother’s Day weekend

Professional and prompt service Ask for towels and had no waiting time

Ramon Rodriguez

Not bad at all, just a clean and relaxing place to crash after a day in the keys or before heading there, the only hiccup I had with my room was with my shower missing the shower curtains, I brought it to the attention of Mike Davis at the front desk and he graciously changed my room Mike, before that incident at check in was amazing, great customer service and very professional Breakfast in the morning was chaotic with so many people waiting in line for the only toaster that was available

The toaster was only partially working as one of the slots was not heating up They run out of a few food items and the kitchen staff looked a little overwhelmed Later in the day I hit the gym and noticed that there was no cleaning supplies or towels Overall not bad, just a few aspects that need addressing

Adra Maxwell

Taj, at the front desk was helpful & friendly! He answered my questions about restaurants, beaches, and other things to do Rooms were nice Pool is outdoors, but I’m perfectly okay with that

No hot tub though 😩😩😩 Breakfast was really good one day, omelets & bacon But the next day it was boiled eggs & sausage The 2nd day was blah But to be fair, there were 2 large groups and they probably wiped out the food Even though it was only an hour into the breakfast service All in all, great experience And we will definitely return to this location

I was surprised by how nice our stay was It was a budget hotel, but our room was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, the grounds were very clean, well maintained with nice landscaping and the pool was very pleasant Breakfast was good

There were lots of families I felt very safe and comfortable the entire trip even though I was very unsure about the location initially We were able to take day trips to Key West, Miami and the Everglades Great location We were going to spend three times as much to stay at a budget resort in the Keys I’m glad we found this place

Piotr Zawiślak

Room was clean and tidy, room service came every day, breakfast was tasty however the choice was limited Reception is open 24/7 and we did not have any problems with check-in in the middle of the night Bathroom could be renovated

No problem with the parking spot There is also several spots for a barbecue Pool is small but quite nice

Jim Boxberger

Google lists the Fairway Inn as a 2 star hotel and true it is not the Ritz Carlton, but the hotel gets 5 stars for many reasons Clean room, clean sheets, clean towels, quiet A/C unit that works, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and more Room was huge even with a king size bed

They could easily put another king in the room as well They had a nice looking pool and offer a quick breakfast Great location among restaurants and other services and only about 5 miles from Homestead-Miami Speedway Back right up to your room and unload the cooler

My entire stay has been so pleasant from top to bottom, but I really want to commend Jocelyn (the bartender at the 2nd floor lounge) My boss and I pretty much posted up in the lounge every evening/night over the past week to get some work done Thankfully, Jocelyn was here every night and was such a pleasure

She is incredibly attentive and friendly Even when she was swamped, she never missed a beat The food was great and served quickly and the drinks were perfect Jocelyn is the type of employee I think any establishment would be lucky to have! Will definitely be staying here for my next work trip

Eric Ellingworth

Stayed here for a 24 hour work trip I spend over 100 nights a year on the road for work and let me tell you, Joscelyn, the bartender at the AC Lounge was by far the best bartender I’ve ever had ANYWHERE I’ve stayed She was extremely attentive, took time to have genuine conversation with her customers, and even had her own personal signature cocktail menu

And let me tell you, this girl knows how to make a good drink! She had me sample a few and they were all remarkable Seriously, the best bartender I’ve had ANYWHERE She CRUSHED it I’m in Miami 3-4 times a year for work and will only be staying at AC Dadeland from now

Jacob PS

Terrible service No one bothers to help with your things, and no bell service to take your things to your rooms either Breakfast is nice but too pricey at 24 dollars

They also charge extra if you drink more coffee Rooms are big in size and look nice, but the toilet paper feels like it is made of sand paper Great location, almost inside a mall If you want to shop in a supermarket, you have to cross a street Overall, great place if you are not going to have breakfast here and bring your own toilet paper They allow deliveries straight to your room which is great

I stayed for 4 days 3 nights I Thoroughly enjoyed my stay Everything seem to be just right

The continental breakfast was more than I imagined even though I only made it once for breakfast The room was nice and clean when I arrive with the exception of the broken jet tube that I Specifically paid for The floor was nice and quiet and the parking spots are always numerable The location was amazing the finest restaurants around 10 to 15 minutes away The staff was amazing and very helpfulConsThere is no daily room cleaning ($2000 additional)They are 2 bed covers and the second was dirtyThe air conditioning system makes a lot of noiseThis is not the Hilton , it’s best western and I enjoyed my stay

pancho come

I recently stayed at this hotel The managements in this hotel is never to be seen Whenever I needed to talk to the manager they would always give me an email to contact the manager and she will not respond

I stayed in a room with cockroaches! Disgusting!! There is always suppose to be a manager or supervisor on duty for any shifts, as other hotels have so The front desk agent looked lost as if they haven’t been trained as well The next day I had help by this front desk agent named Emily She was able to move me rooms and made sure everything was okay in the room When I needed towels she will bring it up to me with no problem regardless if she was by herself I will love to meet the owner of this best western to let them know that their management is falling apart and I will most definitely not be staying here anymore Their own front desk agent that works in the afternoon looks like she can manage this whole place

Always enjoyed my stay here never had a problem but today I got here for check in and they told me my room was booked to someone else I asked how that was possible if I booked my room on Monday days ago I showed them my reservation and had to wait to see what they were going to do

Finally, they were able to give me 2 separate rooms for my family’s stay, when we made our way to the rooms we open the door only to find out one of the rooms was already occupied with all there stuff Luckily At the time no one was inside Had to go back down to figure out if they could get another room, what a mess eventually we finally got another room, never had this happen to me in any hotel Won’t be staying here again

Enter parking lot by the Wendy’s🙂 Front desk staff were friendly and very quick to accommodate any requests for extra towels, pillows, etc (items were brought to room within 5 minutes of both requests)🛏 Great location for larger family travel Seven of us fit comfortably in the large two bedroom suite The accessible room was extra large with probably ~800-1,000 square feet

Extremely impressed with this hotel Very clean and they had way more to offer than similarly priced hotels nearby including: daily breakfast, laundry, basketball court, pool, and printing which we took full advantage of (Note: the laundry takes quarters so get those from the front desk

) We even used the dishwasher in the room a few times with the provided plates/utensilsWhen the AC started acting up the manager upgraded our room for two nights to the “apartment style” which was fantasticWe stayed here two weeks while awaiting our household goods to be delivered (overseas military move) It was such a good experience we went back a week later for two more nights when we got tired of sleeping on air mattressesSo far customer service in the Homestead area has been terrible literally everywhere except here I don’t know why that is, but it was a breath of fresh air to get some genuine hospitalityThe entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us They even provided a crib for our baby, complimentary waters, and advice on navigating the areaSpecial shoutouts to Sasha and Michael at the front desk for their exceptional service 👏

It was like being in a studio apartment!! The staff was friendly and happy to assist in any situation due to having a full staff on standby Outside of the shower not completely clean and some kind of small insect problem, I’d have to say hands down that this was the best stay compared to my previous experience on a IGH property Marriott surely made it more desirable to stay here and ill definitely visit again on my next visit

I may not get the same room, but I hope to be in a similar situation The breakfast was above what I was expecting ,especially with the oatmeal station I can leave out the most obvious highlight of my stay, it was the shower as it provided room to move around in addition to above average pressure

My baby nose was bleeding and soiled the bed, thankful it did not go through to the mattress and we went to Walmart and came and cleaned up the room and ask housekeeping to give us clean sheets to make the bed The manager came up and said if we ask for housekeeping again she will charge us for lining so we did not get any housekeeping the whole 10 days we stayed there We would have to get trash bags and take out our own trash and clean up daily which I was fine with to avoid the fee

I checked out and they charged my card additional $405 for the lining I assume I called the hotel to speak with the manager and she hung up on me Mind you I payed over $2k for the 10 days I stayed at this place

Don’t stay here unless you’re forced to Our group was promised free to order breakfast and they don’t even have a kitchen Rooms are below average at best

Holes in the carpet with horrible “patch” jobs AC needs to stay at 64 degrees otherwise it’s screeching loud Water pressure in the showers is horrible The bar staff has no idea how to make drinks either An old fashioned costs $13 dollars and they made it wrong both times Take your business somewhere else if you can

I read the reviews first, and what was listed would normally steer me away I gave it a chance and couldn’t be happier I found the hotel clean and neatly kept

We had a king room No odd odors The front desk was very pleasant and greeted us whenever we passed by The room darkening shade is truly incredible I didn’t partake in breakfast, but it was fairly busy whenever I went by each day I usually sleep poorly when away from home, but I slept like a baby The bed was comfortable I got extra blankets because hubby complains when I steal the coversthe front desk was very accommodating No external sounds could be heard, and there is a building under construction next door The AC worked great There were no issues with the bathroom The location of the hotel was excellent for our activities The only negative would be other guests leaving their doors slam repeatedly I’m not an early bird, and the banging disturbed my sleep in the morning Take a chance on HGI You’ll be pleasantly surprised

This hotel was very great! I dont think it would be the perfect family friendly atmosphere The service was not great The lady at the front desk the first night was nice but when we woke up the next morning we wanted to go into the pool and the lady gave us this look and was very rude and gave us a rude look and was mean to me and my cousin! Be safe out there! 😁❤🙏
