My name is Erika and I recently stayed here for a week along with others from my family for a very sad occasion The passing of my dear cousin The staff from day one was top notch! They were supportive, attentive to our needs and assisted us greatly

We felt the love from everyone there We thank you so much and even though it was a sad occasion, they made us feel at home and warm and like family We thank you again And it was wonderful rooms, very clean and love the housekeepers too They were prompt and there for us too

Not bad but could be better Nothing to write home about The hot breakfast was appreciated but leaves much to be desired

The rooms were clean, the front desk staff showed hospitality, and overall the hotel was ok Some areas throughout were a bit messy, others had certain smells The parking lot was clean The lobby/waiting area turned into a parry room after hours Some guest wanted to have a good time, and I supposed the front desk allowed it being that it took place in front of them

First time staying there and was there for a week Room was very clean, linens were clean and smelled good Front desk people were polite and quick

Our room came with a couch, which we didn’t really want, but it ended up being very comfortable and a nice bonus since we ended up watching movies in our room The bathroom is very nice: the shower stayed warm and it’s a good size so you don’t feel cramped We did not try the breakfast so I can’t speak on thati gave the location 4/5 because there is a lot of construction on Street Road so it can be confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the area Otherwise the location is good because there are lots of places to go without driving too far

Great experience start to finish Greeted warmly, room clean and comfortable, breakfast seemed to be gone when we arrived, as the hotel was full and there were many people eating, but then they brought out fresh food and refilled all of the stations Was helped with a much needed toothbrush from the front desk

Bottom line, even though they were fully booked, they took the time to make sure every guest was taken care of

TERRIBLE experience checking in Melissa O, the front desk representative, that checked my husband in was probably the rudest representative I’ve ever dealt with

I booked the room for my husband through bookingcom, not realizing that I needed to be physically present to use the card on file Instead of helping us problem solve, Melissa was rude, demeaning, and created more problems for us When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told there was no one else available that could speak with us When we started to get angry about her attitude, she told us that she could deny us checking in for any reason and if we didn’t do what she said, she would not let my husband check in When asked for the policy stating she could do that, she refused to give it to us and continued to tell us we were wrong The whole experience dealing with her was just absolutely awful After all this, my credit card, the one she told us we could not use, was ultimately charged for the stay causing us to be double chargedTo top it all off the room was only moderately clean, but we didn’t dare bring it up to Melissa as she would have likely just told my husband to leave the hotelI was finally able to get a contact for the manager and left her a voicemail expressing my displeasure However, no one called me back Rather than remedy the issue, they ghosted us I will never stay here again and am extremely disappointed in Hilton Hotels service

Chelsea B

It’s a pretty new hotel but you can tell they do the minimum to keep the hotel looking nice We were called by a man from the front desk at 930 in the morning asking us why are belongings were still in the room because housekeeping needed to get in We stated we booked for 2 nights instead of 1

We asked him to hold while we found our booking confirmation He hung up, we called back and he said there was an error in the booking system You’d think he’d apologize but nope! If you’re looking to stay at one of the “nicer” Hampton Inn’s head over to the one off Route 73 in Voorhees The hotel is nicer with better customer service

We stayed recently for a medical appointment and we were very happy with our stay Check in was a breeze with friendly staff The room was larger than expected and had an included mini fridge and microwave

I liked the sitting room being separate from the beds and how comfortable the couch was The beds were just right and I had a great night’s sleep The pool is indoor which is wonderful to be able to use it year round It’s not heated so it can be chilly but the kid didn’t care much and gladly swam for an hour Will definitely stay here again

Alan M

Very clean with everything functional Hard to believe it at a Marriott you have to think of that We checked in here after leaving the Element – another Marriott brand

The two are not really comparable other than the brand Marriott SpringHill place lives up to the brand Elements is more Red Roof in ambiance than anything else The employees here seem more professionalYou got to really read the google reviews and the most recent ones since the industry is having so much difficulty

If I could give 0

I would give 0! I got to the hotel after traveling 2 flights, 1 train ride and 2 users Arriving at 11:15pm I called hotel early in day and said I would be in late They said no problem Get in and they say the hotel is sold out I say I have a reservation and had it for 3 days! I’m here on bereavement and the woman had not a care in the world I asked to speak to a manager and they had to call her She was on phone saying I’m not on duty and basically didn’t want to help The girl behind the counter Alia I think kept talking over me and being very rude Then another girl came on duty and the other girl Alia walked out and left very abruptly The girl who came in Melanie helped me get a room 25 mins away but they wouldn’t get me a ride there She called the manager and the manager Jacklyn said just keep a receipt Why should I have to put anything OUT at all I am here after all this travel and they are basically throwing me out to the curb I want my points back, I want to be reimbursed for my suffering waiting in this lobby for over an hour after all day grieving and travel This should have never have happened and I should have gotten a call early in the day! I should be transfered to hotel with their expense What a complete disaster and poor management!!

I planned a trip to Sesame place with my family of 3 and this was a hotel park of the package Well I have to say I could not have been happier! The staff was so kind & gracious Always ready to help & always easy to find! We received a complimentary breakfast with our package & this is usually something my husband & I would skip out on but it was delicious! Tons of options & the stuff running it was extremely helpful! The rooms were super clean & kept very well

They are a great size with room for families to play I believe this truly made the trip so much better being in a clean & happy environment The pool was also very clean & always open late which was a great plus! Thank you Marriot for an outstanding time ! We will be back 🙂

Bronx 8 Garage

Big thanks to the courtyard staff! All were accommodating to me and my family They made our little stay feel very welcomed! I want to say Chris at front desk and James who at the time handled the food areas were exceptional with customer service! Everything from warm welcome to conversation and communication these two nailed it I stayed in the king sized room with sofa bed

My room was clean and I really loved the Covid-19 protocols being taken at the courtyard Complimentary sanitary wipes are given in rooms, and sanitation stations are available throughout the hotel I feel housekeeping was definitely on point with cleanliness The amenities of having a indoor pool and gym was also great! Pictures online are spot on Their lobby is very spacious and updated The bistro cafe is a nice touch Very family friendly seeing how most guest are sesame place visitors! I will definitely book in future!

Internet was out so not only did I have to use my data but they could only give out one key Apparently that key had the ability to open all the doors There from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it was never fixed

No sort of compensation from the hotelIs a nice looking hotel Complimentary breakfast was tasty Indoor pool was warm Gym was pretty good Could use a second bench

Over the weekend I had my wedding and I was very happy with my room block at the Bordentown location The breakfast was actually very good, which I don’t ever expect from a hotel 😅 The rooms were big and perfect for getting ready in

I had my baby at the hotel with me and she slept all night, it was nice to control the individual Temperature in the living room and room Helena was very helpful in setting up the group block and answering all my questions promptly and kindly

ulyssa llovet

Easy check in & check out once I downloaded the Hilton Honors app The app made life a lot easier with the digital key as well Once we got into the room you could tell they didn’t clean it up to par, someone else’s underwear were still hanging on the shower rod … that’s upsetting

The pool had a too much chemicals it changed the color of my bathing suit so I had to throw it away Besides that the hotel was fine

I checked out the morning following a conversation with the GM It was a month and a half before I planned toI’m in town for training and intended to stay at this hotel for 2

5 months The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and polite Really enjoyed my interactions with them HoweverIn 31 days, I turned off the shower twice I elected not to shower because the water was the same temperature as my garden hoseNormally, the temperature was lukewarm While tolerable, I would have preferred to shower in one of the summer rainstorms occurring recently since it would have been warmerTwice and only during the middle of afternoon, the water temperature was actually adjustable for about five minutes, but the temperature gradually cooled to its natural lukewarm state within that timeThe hotel staff relayed my observations alongside the daily comments of other guests to the GM, who seems to be unconcerned by the fact that decent showers are not available to guests in his hotel for a monthIn addition, despite the fact that housekeeping is on demand at this location (inconsistent with the website), they showed to make the room two out of the four times I asked for it The request was submitted to staff at least half a week in advanceOther notes include the dirty hallways, overflowing elevator trashcans, sticky floors in the common areas, and the same dirty band-aid on the floor in the fitness center That thing stared at me for almost three weeks before I picked it up and disposed of it myself This indicated to me that the fitness center isn’t cleaned like at all, which is pretty grossBottom line, steer clear of this one There are quite a few other hotels nearby

As a Hilton Diamond member, I am becoming increasingly disappointed with the quality of Hilton properties While this location was not up to expectations with cleanliness and appointments, it is fairly indicative of all of my recent stays at Hilton hotels across the country Hilton is in major need of corporate-wide renovation and modernization

Rooms and furnishings are outdated and battered, TVs are antiquated, bathroom fixtures are not well maintained, and general cleanliness has dropped off Rooms are not serviced regularly with maid service needing to be specially arranged rather than expected Unfortunately, I am finding myself staying at Marriott properties more frequently as a result Hilton needs to embark upon an investment plan to improve their hotels It is beginning to drive loyal customers away

Recently (3/19/22)my son’s hockey team stayed at the Holiday Inn Warminster The staff was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly with parents and children alike They offered the breakfast area for a team pizza party and helped us set up

The rooms were spacious and clean I have been on many hockey trips where the hotel staff was annoyed or even rude about that many children at one time- the was NOT the case at the Holliday Inn One of the best hotel experiences ever Thank you!

Felica Sammy

This is the go to hotel when my husband and I are in the area We have been staying here for about the last 5 years This was the hotel that set the standard really high however over my last few visits the quality has went down quite a bit leaving us disappointed

My husband is a gold elite member and as of late has not been recognized upon check in as such We encountered several issues on this last stay However the rooms and lobby was very clean The breakfast was horrendous the last 3 stays we were there to say the least I really hope things improve back to the standard that we were so impressed with If things continue to get worse we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere

Not worth the price Pool and hot tub were both out of service They would only provide one crib but we have 2 children under 3 years old so this was frustrating

Poor service at the bar and my children found a partially eaten Oreo on the floor of our cleaned room Have stayed here before but will look for another option for our next visit

Just celebrated our 2nd anniversary there and it was such a beautiful room in a really convenient location The room was clean and had everything you could need except the bottle of champagne they used to give you upon check in but instead only give you two bottles of water and one log that lasts 3 1/2 hours so you have to buy extra which isn’t cheap The hostess that greeted us was very outgoing and courteous, very knowledgeable making your stay that much more relaxing

Asked for a late checkout and she gladly assisted within minutes Will definitely be going back again even tho prices have went up some It’s a shame they don’t offer deals anymore but nonetheless it’s totally worth it!!

Toni Rullo-Moore

I enjoyed the jacuzzi but it wasn’t in tip top shape I loved the fireplace and that they gave us the flammable log to light For the money that I spent to stay here on a Saturday night (&340), the room should’ve been in better condition than it was! The carriers were stained

I’m not thoroughly disappointed but I wasn’t completely satisfied either

Theresa Pless-Rodrigues

First time at the Bensalem location & LOVED it! Much nicer & definitely cleaner than the others Great local but private place to get away from it all for a night or 2 The room is the size of most one bedroom suites

It has a huge bathroom w/ a shower that could easily fit 10 ppl BTW – the jacuzzi is one of the biggest & nicest ones I’ve seen anywhere (I’m a jacuzzi junkie 🙂)

I want with a big group and we had 2 floors completely booked Their was a beach right off the back of the hotel Some rooms varied in size,I was very lucky to have a really big room

None of the rooms were small, just some were bigger than others It’s around a 10 minute walk to the convention center It was worth it for the beach access and cleanliness of the hotel I can say that I really enjoyed my stay

Ron Goodwin

A quaint hotel with wonderfully appointed rooms Close parking 🅿️ for 20$ a day The location for me was perfect

I could walk to great restaurants and historical places of interest Front desk support was good Concierge was another thing though I would have appreciated local insights to food choices or even reservation help where I could not have got in I waited for 20 minutes and finally gave up and went back to Yelp 😂 Definitely would stay here again

I had to give this location 5 stars because the rooms come with a fully loaded kitchen and for the price? You just can’t beat it anywhere close to or in the city of Philly The rooms are updated and really nice In the bathrooms you can enjoy mounted scented bottles of body wash, shampoos and conditioner which are really luxury amenities I’ll be booking my next stay here for sure Free parking as well Don’t hesitate to book your next stay here, you won’t regret it

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms with comfortable bedding Otherwise, the facilities lack considerably As is the norm post-Covid, services are reduced to the bare minimum, while maintaining or increasing prices to offset the effects of the pandemic

Don’t expect restaurant/bar service, housekeeping or room service The gym was clean and well equipped, the indoor pool was heated to 50F too cold to spend more than 15 minutes in it

I would give them 10 stars if I could We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and we were treated like royalty The gentleman who checked us in was so polite and very helpful

The hotel is gorgeous it’s pictures do not do it justice, the atrium is so relaxing with water fall and coy fish The room was nice and warm for our arrival, it was very clean and comfortable, the best 4 nights sleep in a hotel ever I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go backAbigail Boyko, Mar 17-21, 2022

A solid hotel experience that fits directly into the Hyatt Regency brand pretty well The hotel is attached to the Carnegie Center and well located on US Route 1 Very easy to get to from my home in Philadelphia

Arrival and check in was really easy Parking is free, but uncovered Hotel had three weddings going on simultaneously and one of them was exceptionally large Not that the groups were loud or noisy, just not what I was expecting when I entered the property I was upgraded to the largest King bedroom available and it had plenty of space for my family, two year old toddler included Room was spacious and it felt recently updated The restaurant has a full dinner and breakfast service The dinner was really good but a bit pricy The breakfast was free to me as I have Hyatt status Breakfast was either an entree or a full buffet After breakfast, my son enjoyed the indoor pool which was really well covered from the massive amount of rain All in all this location made for a great staycation for our family and I will make sure to come back!

Outstanding hotel Great location Breakfast was great and the staff is top notch

The rooms are lovely and plenty big Very neat and clean, but these rooms DO need better lighting In-room safes would be a plus as well Other than those minor things, I would absolutely stay here again if my travels bring me to this area in the future

Only stayed one night, really nice Hotel, right near six flags and many restaurants, room was clean Pool was great, many other dun amenities like mini golf and other games One issue we had was we were on the 4th floor and the window would not lock, with 2 young kids was certainly a concern but we reported to management and they were concerned and said they would address

Overall great stay

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT! I purchased a room for my parents for 2 nights for my moms birthday They had a great time Very nice hotel

HOWEVER, I was charged for things that my parents never did I called the hotel and the response was pretty much oh ok, we’ll give that back to you They did give it back but thank God I check my statement on a regular or I wouldn’t have known So I’m not saying they do this on purpose hoping that people don’t check, maybe they do, maybe they don’t What I’m saying is, if you decide to stay here, check you bank statement and make sure they did not charge you for some extra stuff

Not worth the price Pool and hot tub were both out of service They would only provide one crib but we have 2 children under 3 years old so this was frustrating

Poor service at the bar and my children found a partially eaten Oreo on the floor of our cleaned room Have stayed here before but will look for another option for our next visit

We took our toddler to sesame place for one overnight stay The staff was very friendly and accommodating They delivered a pack and play to our room and the way the suite was set up was great since we were able to sleep separately from our toddler

Everything was very clean The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with lots of options The nicest thing about our stay was the included shuttle ride to Sesame Place and back Not only did it save us money on parking at the park but Lori, our shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! She told us about places to eat and local events She gave us tips about the park, the had children’s music on in the shuttle and gave snacks and cold water on our way back after a long hot day The shuttle is decorated adorably with all the Sesame Street characters She was also very helpful in loading and unloading our stroller I will absolutely stay at this hotel if we take another trip to Sesame Place and will look for this type of hotel on future trips! (Just be careful when booking as a package, somehow the park tickets were not included in the package I booked)

I stayed in this hotel because it was the only option in the area with any type of suite available The cost was reasonable and the entire staff, from management to housekeeping, was extremely friendly and helpful When I asked for anything – information, extra towels, a comforter, I got it quickly

There is a pull-out bed/couch in the main room and unlike the photos online, there is actually a sink area closed off by a separate door before you get to the bathroom or bedroom VERY nice for parents wanting to sleep separately from the kids The hot breakfast was pretty much what you’d expect from a Marriott – waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etcThe reasons for the three star review are lack of cleanliness and comfort The bed was hard as a rock After a five night stay my back is killing me I don’t know how that thing passed for a mattress but it was awful When I arrived at the hotel, there was some dried-on brown stuff on one of the towels, disgusting stains on the comforter, and hair on the sink that wasn’t any of ours The dirty items were at least replaced upon request The hotel is still not doing housekeeping during each guest stay, but I at least expect a clean room when I arriveThe walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything, including crying children in adjacent rooms, talking/suitcases rolling outside, and people peeing in their toilet next door I was on the first floor and there was a light constantly on outside The curtains block light but you have to put something against the seam to prevent light from coming through The smoke detector in the bedroom had lights that flashed all night They allow smoking and pets and you can smell both in the hallwaysThis hotel has the potential to be much nicer with some upgrades and policy changes The staff is wonderful and it’s close to Sesame Place with a free shuttle

Great hotel for visiting sesame place We had a king studio with 2 adults and 2 children We were visiting with another family, also 2 adults 2 children

We were disappointed to not get adjoining rooms, booking the package through sesame place was not very smooth–unsure if there were issues with their site or what (we booked a few months ago so maybe resolved) There was a full sized fridge, and stove top and microwave The bathroom had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I brought my own, so can’t comment, but they were available We brought our own pack and play, so also can’t comment on infant accommodations Hotel included an average hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle makers, French toast sticks, cereals, etc The shuttle, and the driver Laurie, were fantastic Laurie really went the extra mile and was friendly, provided information about the area, makes sure everyone gets back to the hotel, and when she was about to pull out she noticed our group leaving and circled back around to pick us up and had cold water and snacks for the group

This was a beautiful hotel, but it’s certainly not within walking distance to any amenities And we had some issues as soon as we checked in Once we arrived we were told that one of the rooms out of the two that we had booked for a family vacation, was not available a 1 King 2 Queen 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was not available, we were very disappointed to say the least, but they did make it right by giving us a total of three rooms for the price of two

When they were going over the hours of the facilities, they said the pool was closed, I thought they were talking about at that moment, she said no, it’s closed permanently It’s been closed for two years, well that was another major disappointment!!! We had three grandkids with us and we were all looking forward to having a nice refreshing swim, after visiting Sesame Place, there should have been a large banner in bold print on their website stating that the pool was out of commission, because we likely would not have stayed here if we would have known that at the time of bookingThen once we came back after spending the day out with the family, my son got into his room then the red light started to flash, after going to the front desk the girl reactivated his key, but that didn’t take care of the issue, so he couldn’t leave the room anymore that evening as he wouldn’t be able to get back into the room, there was no maintenance staff available until the next day, and I find that totally in excusable!!! What happens if your toilet breaks or springs a leak, wait until the next day? There should always be someone available!!!We then went down to the front desk to get some snacks and drinks from the concession area and the girl that was supposed to be working the front desk was on our floor the fourth floor and she said she would be right down, she never did come down in the 15 minutes that we waited, so we helped ourselves, also there was someone waiting to check in and couldn’t, there was no one around to help him out, what a way to run a hotel!!! We did pay for our snacks and drinks the next day when there were more people at the front desk I believe you should have more than one person running a hotel of this size in the evenings, because your customer service is lacking in a big way!!!However, on a positive note, the suites were really nice and spacious, but some do need the sofa bed cushions replaced, the breakfast was great, with a good selectionBut after the issues that we experienced, we likely won’t be back

Marshall

This was a great experience Not too far from Sesame, close enough to stay for the night A quieter area than sesame, which was nice

The breakfast was fantastic and had fresh choices for everyone The room was well prepared, clean, and comfortable Staff at the front desk was more than willing to go out of their way to help We arrived on a Wednesday when they had an evening social that included soup, salad, cheese, crackers, chips, wine, and beer A nice surprise We also enjoyed the pool and the patio with grills was beautiful Thanks for taking care of us, Homewood Suites!

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Sesame Place and all the other hotels in the area were booked As many of the hotel reviews indicate, this hotel is dirty We have a small child with us, so we came prepared to sanitize the room, and it really needed it

There was visible dirt on doors as we wiped them down The outside perimeter of the bathtub was visibly dirty and the carpet under the AC units have not been cleaned well in some time The grates on the AC unit in room 404 are broken and we had to make sure the child with us did not stick his hands inside The furniture in the living room needed to be upgraded, especially the sleeper sofa You can feel the springs poking into your back as you sleep Also, there was no bath soap available in the shower The front desk said that their delivery had been delayed, but this is inexcusable The hotel could have, and should have separately purchased soap for bathing

Had reservations for a 2 bedroom suite for 6 people when got to our room it was a 1 bedroom with 2 beds,Went back to desk to tell them they gave us wrong room we were told they didn’t have that room available since this was an extended stay hotel they don’t know if they are going to have room available and there is nothing they can do about it, and they had no other rooms availableNo where on website do they give this information, no where does it say they are an extended stay hotel!Three people at front desk all just stood there saying well that’s the way it is,nothing we can do about it and walked awayIf I make a reservation for a 2 room suite it is because I need 2 rooms not 1

And if this is your policy it should be made known when booking stayI never would have booked here had I known this was a possibility!!This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heardNever again will I be staying hereMake sure you check your room before payingWas not even told when I checked in that I was not getting the room I booked otherwise I would have walked out and went somewhere else as there are many other hotels in the area!

Lynn Coppola

I will never stay here again The front desk workers are terrible They dont know anything about reservations without a manager to ask

And there’s no manager here on weekends and no housekeeping We have a confirmed reservation number that was made online on their website but the front desk is saying they are booked and will not honor that reservation While standing at the front desk another guest asked for towels and soap and was told they would see what they can do But you could clearly see a room behind the desk with clean towels in abundance but they turned that poor woman away The keycards don’t work coming in from the outside doors so they prop rocks in between the door and frame to keep the door open So many other things wrong but those were the big items Stay somewhere else if you can!
