We were appreciative of having a room due to a mix up at a different hotel About the only good I can say about this hotel was that the mattresses on the bed looked new (the old ones were laying out back) But this room needs a good cleaning

It smelled nasty and the was gunk and junk at the edges of the bathroom floor and corners There was a hair on the tray with cups on it If we had a question or needed something from the front desk clerk we had to go outside to ask because she was sitting on the sidewalk smoking This was not our first “Choice” when choosing a hotel room for our stay in Springhill and we are not planning on staying at this place again For a room to be more than $200+ per night the bedding should not be wet and old

This hotel looked nicer from the outside The lobby was nice but once we got into our room it looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed and both queen beds had stained sheets The thermostat was a little confusing to me but it kept us cool! This place worked for our few hours of sleep we needed but I wouldn’t stay there long term

But we’re glad for the place to lay our heads for the night

We stayed here during my son’s baseball tournaments last weekend The outside of the building looks great and the inside’s ok Our comforters looked dirty, one had stains on it, the other had a hole in it

The floors weren’t super clean either and the toilet paper was almost gone The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the rooms beside you There were a bunch of rowdy kids in the room beside us- running up and down the halls, screaming, and laughing loudly We had to download a white noise machine on our phones but you could still hear them running and yelling Breakfast options were great but we didn’t get a lot of sleep

This Hampton Inn location provided a pleasant stay The bed and pillows weren’t anything to write home about, but they were adequate It was the fastest check-in and check-out I’ve ever experienced which was important being in town for business

The gym was a bit of a squeeze but still had all the necessities to get a good workout in I was extremely pleased with the culmination of breakfast options– the selections were fresh and wide-range The best part had to probably be the proximity to a plethora of food and retail options

Fay Alzahrani

My boyfriend and I stayed here while traveling through TN due to dangerous road conditions during a snowstorm All hotels in surrounding areas were booked, the roads were slick, and we were stressed After checking in, we were immediately relieved! The staff was genuinely so sweet and considerate!! They made sure to take care of us

I have never felt more at ease staying at a hotel and it’s all because of the kind people who work there The room was clean and the easy booking process made the situation a lot easier

Has home feel to breakfast with fresh egg cooked to your likening , good people in general that work there Very friendly Some areas are still in the process of renovation

But, overall my room is above adequate every time I stay Rooms are clean And, I stay there regularly when traveling to Pulaski If the renovations were completed and something was done with the pool to give you more outside space, I’d give it five stars They have a great exercise room, but I prefer outdoor walking/hikes

Teresa Mann

The staff of Giles Hotel are wonderful I was traveling on business in Pulaski and couldn’t be more thrilled with the Customer Service Chris Morris greeted us warmly and gave a nice little tour of the facilities before showing us to our room

The hotel is in the process of being renovated and our room was so modern while still being cozy and relaxing In the morning Mayur Patel and her family members actually made breakfast for us based on the daily selection they provided I can not say enough regarding what a charming experience this was, except to say I re-booked immediately for another business trip I have planned in a few weeks This is a family run hotel business, one of the few left, and I am happy to support them

I read all the reviews before selecting this hotel, having just stayed at Fairfield in Shepardsville Ky, I thought this one would be as great but boy was I WRONG!! Don’t waste your money if you want to get any sleep, rooms are terrible with noise It was like I had the entire floor in my room, save your money, its not worth almost $200/night Hopefully I can crank my noise app high enough to drown out the noise so I can get a little sleep

Very disappointedAfter a long night, per another’s review, the pillow are very flat, almost non- existent My grandson slept on the couch, it was dirty and disgusting, bathroom floor was dirty It does need a deep cleaning

Amanda Monahan

I’m so glad we decided to spend more to stay here The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful The room was very clean and has one of the nicest showers that I’ve ever seen in a hotel

My son enjoyed the poolThe breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast that we’ve ever had; waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, milk, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit, and more

Ashley Crager

Not sure where the 4 and 5 star reviews are coming from I based my stay off of the high reviews, but maybe their room was a lot better than mine I was shocked at how dirty my room was especially for the price we paid

The room was in desperate need of deep cleaning and upgrading There were stains all over, photos attached The bed is extremely firm and uncomfortable and the pillows super flat and needing replaced I was pretty irritated we paid so much money a night for a dirty room that where I was nervous to touch things or even lay in the bed The staff were nice though The breakfast was hot, but not that great and nothing really left even half an hour before closing Just overall disappointed, and wish we would’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn right down the road

My bed at the Hampton Inn, in Columbia TN, was so comfortable after a long cross-country flight and a most confusing and frustrating experience at the Nashville airport currently under construction and horribly managed, but that’s another reviewCheck-in was seamless, the front desk was professional and courteousIt was the next morning when I stumbled down to get a cup of coffee in the restaurant

I was amazed at the breakfast selection available to me I could choose from waffles, (real) eggs, sausage, home fries, bread, juice, pastries, and assorted coffees with real half n half I asked Toye, working the foodservice, “Where do I pay for my selections?” She looked at me and said with a big smile, “Sir, this is all included in your stay I said you’re kidding! “Yes, she said, you are staying in a Hilton” “Hilton, I asked? I must be in heaven” It was that well done What a wonderful experienceWe were three days in the hotel We rendezvoused with family there from St Louis, New York, New Mexico, and Washington We all commented on what an excellent hotel and experience it wasAnd the front desk was so gracious to let us all visit one another late into the night in the lobby/breakfast areaThis is a very well staffed and managed operation I highly recommend themSteve C

Life of Sam & Blake

This was the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed at Clean and convenient to so many wonderful places The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming

Especially Jennifer who took several of my calls before I arrived I needed joining rooms and to combine 2 reservations so we wouldn’t have to switch rooms She took care of everything and didn’t make me feel bad about being high maintenance I will definitely be returning

Flo Voyager

Nice, helpful staff Walked in late in the day, without a reservation, and got a nice, clean, quiet room LOVE the walk in shower

Cost double what the little box on Google maps said (that must be for their cheapest room, before taxes), but still less than what we usually pay Good complimentary coffee and breakfast next morning Would definitely stay here again

JJ Ray

Stayed here for a convention a few mules away This is a perfect location with a grocery store across the way, and different stores and restaurants within walking distance The rooms are clean, the pool and gym were very quiet and well equipped! The breakfast was decent with cereal, bacon, yogurt, omelettes, biscuits, gravy, and pancakes

Very disappointed as I expect Holiday Inn Express to be a reliable brand Room was a clean and nice but the blinds were broken / unusable Issues with cable and remote

Was told there had been a recent provider change Was not provided a a replacement Hot breakfast was good Juice machine, pancake maker and one side of toaster was broken Carpet in stairwells smelled like an old locker room With three 2 1/2 star hotels within a 5 minute walking distance, would not recommend staying at this hotel

Multi Purpose Dan LLC

I got to the hotel, and the front desk staff was on the phone as I walked in So, I walked over to get a cup of coffee in the lobby There were 2 coffee pots, and both of them were empty

So, I walked back to the front desk to book a room The staff member was no longer at the desk I stood there for a few minutes, waiting Seems as if they like to hang out in the back Overall, the hotel looked nice But as soon as I opened my room door I could smell mold I took a look at the HVAC unit to look at the filters and found that they were very dirty So, I cleaned them in the shower It didn’t really seem to do much good, so I pulled the cover off the unit Well There was the mold Photos are uploaded in this post I’m only here for one night , so I will deal with it All I can say is great job done head house keeper, and generally manager

Lina Landivar

They carry on with Holiday Inn Exp standards, but you can see it was some sort of old hotel redone as a new IHG brand And there are a lot of details on the room and bathroom that still looks run down, like paint, tub, shower, and smell For a quick overnight, it work well

They were good on keeping the IHG Exp standards on the rest of the areas Breakfast was good

Krystal Soencer

Needed a place to stay for the night on our trip back home I can gladly say it is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen in a while Amazing staff and clean rooms

There were a few things out of place in the room, but nothing to gripe over Not everything is going to be 100% perfect in a room that hundreds have stayed in before us Love the area they’ve built this one on too Gas station right out front and plenty of food around to choose from

Annette Pointer

The rooms are spacious and the front desk people were amazing However the rooms smell like smoke, along with the linens The pool room is heated but the pool is not

Breakfast was edible but by the time you take it to the table it was cold Then there is the coffee…that is a no Colored water Unless you use the one in the breakfast room, it is better

antonio pichardo

I had been staying here for almost a month , the room was goodWould be great to have a menu for the breakfast no matter if it have cost, during the pass of the days it turns boring always same thingThe laundry room should accept credit/debit card , sometimes even the person from front desk does not have penny to exchange dollars

(Stayed May 6-7) This is a very very beautiful hotel and property The inside smelt really good on arrival front desk worker morning and afternoon were amazing Room keys did not work when we first arrived but the did fix it

The room has very high ceilings and comfortable beds Bathroom has a heat lamp and that was so amazing Bathroom could use some renovations but you know it was still good Pool is closed and the fitness/meetings centers are locked The breakfast was very good with lots of great options (my favorite is the pancake machine) Overall, I give this hotel an amazing 5 stars

Solomon Bachman

Overall the hotel is well situated and seems to be in a good area I like staying in older hotels because they tend to have better room layouts and thicker walls and this Best Western is no exception Unfortunately I feel the room lacked maintenance

It was obviously a well appointed room and it had decent furniture, and the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve slept on in years! However the tub was dirty when I entered the room, there were several hairs in the tub along with dirt around the drain There was some mildew where the insert met the floor and the wall as well The baseboards throughout the room were dusty and dirty and the walls were somewhat dingyAlso, as an aside, the continental breakfast was the grossest thing I have ever put in my mouth I got biscuits, gravy, and a sausage patty and it was tasteless with the mouth feel of cardboard

Courtenay Strickland

This hotel was a great surprise! Nice and comfortable and clean, and with an amazing breakfast! My boyfriend and I ended up at this hotel by accident we used the app Hopper (an Expedia app – I do NOT recommend it) to book a hotel for one night just outside Nashville When we got to the place where we thought we had a room booked, it was full – the app was selling rooms that didn’t exist

After two hours, we were re-booked at this Best Western in Spring Hill At first, I was bummed we had to drive further out of town but then it turned out that this hotel was a very, very nice place to stay We arrived after 3 am and were given a very big suite Old, 80s styling, but the best of all that a huge jacuzzi tub, French doors, windows that went down to the floor almost, a King bed in a giant room Everything was functional and clean and pleasant I set an alarm to get to the free breakfast before it ended at 9 am and was again pleasantly surprised – eggs, French toast sticks, biscuits, gravy, sausage plus all the usual pastries, cereal, etc It was delish! The hotel also accommodated us with a very late check-out since they knew we were exhausted by having arrived so late the night before (Hopper’s fault!) The staff of this Best Western were wonderful at every turn I would very much recommend this place
