I had just relocated from Dubai to Frisco I stayed in this hotel for 20 days and this was the best decision!!The staff is super friendly and helpful I don’t think I’ve seen such courteous staff in other hotels

My cargo boxes were due to be delivered when I was traveling and they managed to keep them in the conference room till I came back and took them Kate and Shelly are amazing ladies and they were extremely helpful throughout my stayThe place is very conveniently located near super target and a lot of restaurants nearbyThey have managers reception every Wednesday with complimentary drinks and finger foodOverall great experience!

This is a pretty good hotel come down once a month This is the 1st time at this hotel The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows

The shower is great and is perfect for taller people Tv is a bit small Shampoo and conditioner was enough that I could use one each The front desk lady was a bit condescending when I got there since my friend was there 1st

I think anytime you stay at a Homewood it is a win! This property is beautiful It is in a great area, close to food and shops Having the gas station right across from them was very helpful when we ran out of milk

Breakfast included The service was excellent(I can’t remember the names of the 2 ladies that were there the night of the 6th but they were so great!!) We were traveling with our 1 yr old son who is not the best sleeper and they were kind enough to place us in a corner room even with the discounted rate we had I know this is not always an option, but It certainly helped my anxiety about annoying guests around usIf we come back to that area we will definitely look to stay again!

This is an excellent hotel The staff is very friendly and helpful The rooms are comfortable

The clerk bent over backwards to make sure I had a room with a microwave The hotel and rooms are very clean The ONLY REASON I lowered it a star is because the refrigerator requires you turn it on every 2 hours As a result, my dogs fresh food was ruined ($4000 down the drain) and my IV fluids and medication was ruined to the tune of about $140000 Still the staff was exceedingly pleasant and helpfulIt’s close to Scott & White a month/Baylor Heart hospital We walked thereWell worth the money to stay here

After a long day of work I arrived to the hotel around 1030pm The room I booked was not ready and I was told they did not have my room type available Marriott has a reservation guarantee so I told the front desk of the policy

They seemed to be on the same page and to honor the policy A few minutes later, the shift manager made a call to the facility guy on site and asked if a room was clean He wasn’t sure but she asked him to take a look and make sure it was ready for a stay Supposedly this guy cleaned and prepared the room within 15 minutes I am not sure if it was actually cleaned or not In total, I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and was able to get to my room at 1130pm No accommodation, poor service, no urgency, no customer service I stayed over 100 nights with Marriott last year I have never had a bad experience until staying at this Westin

David

The suite they put me is was nice, but it had a strange layout The toilet was down the hall and around the corner with motion sensores closet lights with no doors in between That was annoying at night

I didn’t want the lights on!Lastly, the shower head was very low They said it was because it was an ADA room Maybe that is a legitimate building code or requirement in Texas However, I have been put in many ADA rooms in my travels and never seen this Just be aware when booking or being assigned your room

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean, very nice and comfortable I had put in for a specific suite upgrade, which i was told i received When we checked in, it was a room with a Pelton which they said was a Junior suite

But this wasn’t one of the two suites I had requested, so it was disappointing to have two suite nights used for this upgrade As a Platinum member, this is room would be the normal upgrade we typically receive without using a suite night as the Pelton was the only addition to what seemed like a regular room Another area we were very disappointed with was their breakfast staff and food which was lacking in comparison to many other Marriott hotels we’ve stayed For example the first morning they give us a menu, but recommend the buffet since they said it would take at least 25 – 30 minutes for any menu item we ordered So we select the buffet which my wife picked the oatmeal which turned out to be dried up and cold, from sitting in the pot I selected the scrambled eggs and potatoes which were also cold and eggs were runny Our waitress only came by once to bring the bill, so we had to wave down other staff for coffee refillsAlso, we were very frustrated with the pool which was over crowded, they have limited chairs with umbrellas, so we baked in the sun, which is not great in Texas with 105 temperatures Not to mention the pool water was very hot, so it took away from our plans for a relaxing weekend

I was in town for the Texas Pinball Convention across the street Everything was great Front desk staff was very helpful, especially late at night when I was looking for something to eat

The people running the continental breakfast were awesome as well Beds and A/C were comfortable My only recommendation is to invest in one or two electrical vehicle chargers like the Hyatt across the street 🙂 Thanks See you next year!

Jae Chi

Let me just say my stay was great thanks to Subrina’s phenomenal service! After being exhausted after a long day of traveling, rude people & all while on an empty stomach, Subrina greeted me and family with a smile and excellent customer service She was helpful and knowledgeable of all our questions regarding the hotel and area She made great recommendations! We found somewhere fun nearby for the kids and a good restaurant for me and my husband

The room was clean and we had no issues Excellent location No complaints

Emily Tagle

We chose this specific location because on Google and on their website, they stated that there was a restaurant and bar on site, yet, the bar and restaurant were closed all weekend They must have been extremely short staffed because not only were we waiting for a long period of time at the front desk, others were also, there seemed to be only 1 person working Friday evening The bed linens were dirty when we got there and nothing was stocked in our room when we arrived

We even paid the extra money for in rooms snacks I’ve stayed at other Hilton locations but this one was beyond disappointing The man who was tending breakfast and taking orders was down right rude to us and our children and even seemed irritated that we were asking for breakfast I would call ahead of time if you were wanting to know of the staff could be attentive

Booking and check in were easy and freindly I was a little disappointed when I found out our “Suite” was essentially one big room with a TV in both “rooms” We were only there for the evening to get our kids out of the work party she was having at our home in Denton

It lead to a war of TV volumes Room was clean and the hotel is definitely up to Courtyard’s standards If anything like this happens again I’ll look into a suite with some sort of divider Nice hotel with a staff

Amanda Dalrymple

Ok if this review was solely based on the rooms and front desk staff, it’d be a 5! We had a quick and easy check in (literally the fastest check in I’ve had in a long while) and the room was spacious and clean! The shower head was not great at all The indoor swimming pool was warm and my kiddos had a great time! The reason we rated this a 3, was because the breakfast employee was not friendly, seemed upset she had to take our order and just wasn’t pleasant I ordered the avocado toast and y’all, when I say it was bad it was so bad

It was a piece of bread from the grocery store with some watery packaged avocado spread (pictures attached) My kids got the French toast and after one bite told me it was yucky The strawberries were mushy (from a can?), and my husbands breakfast sandwich wasn’t actually edible We each took one bite and left after $35 Do yourselves a huge favor and skip the breakfast, head to Buc-cees across the street for a way better breakfast for way less!

Room was nice, bed was comfy Customer service is severely lacking at this hotel My friend had booked a room at the same time I did

When she arrived, her room had been given away, due to “overbooking” She was never notified, or offered any real solutionI’m not sure if that’s the hotel’s fault or the third party booking, but nonetheless the lack of care was disappointing I would choose a different hotel in the future for this reason, which is a bummer because it’s in a nice area within walking distance to some cool spots

Shishir Vahia

Value for money But quite far from the business district You may end up paying more for rideshare to reach somewhere

I had requested a microwave bowl It was not provided for 15 days Kitchen amenities are available but needs a 2nd clean Rachel at the Front Desk is very helpful Housekeeping Service is claimed to be provided every 7 days My room was serviced only once in 17 days that too after a couple of requests

baseballfanjayden27

Amazing hotel! Only downfall is every time we would use our sink it smelt HORRIBLE! Smelt like straight sewage disgusting! The drain on the restroom floor is where it came from Besides that we enjoyed our stay Aso our room didn’t come with a hair dryer… we had to call the front desk and get one from a different room and she wanted it back after we used it…

50% of a review is the customer services! We didn’t had any problems until the checkout, my wife ask a receipt at the front desk and a woman treat her very very rude! My wife arrived saying “Good Morning” and she answer back, what do you need

a person that doesn’t have sympathy shouldn’t work at this position, in the night shift was a man, white hair and glasses, treated us super good for 2 nights when we arrived, out of this all was very good! Clean rooms, good breakfast, easy parking Hope this review can call the attention of the owner and give an opportunity for this person to make a training or change the position, because the reception can change all the experience that you have from a place

Jasmine Bardales

The hotel is very clean, and very roomy I’m giving it only 3 stars due to the elderly man whom checked me in was very standoffish He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me, and when I mentioned that I had to book a room due to my a/c breaking down in my home, he stated “oh that’s nice

” How rude! If you don’t like your job, maybe find another that doesn’t revolve around customer service? At least the lady in the front in the morning was very nice and had a lovely smile!

BOB SMITH

Great reasonable price and great clean rooms Plus free continental breakfast everyday includes juice, coffee, hash brown potatoes, sausages, waffles, bread and butter, muffins I would recommend La Quinta hotel to everyone

Next time I will come to same hotel Thank you to all great staff and management individuals of La Quinta Inn and Suites hotels

Stayed here Valentine’s Day for 2 nights The room was clean and spacious We had the city view which was amazing

The bar was great and the servers were so nice and funny Food was expensive but good The hotel is connected to the mall which was great since I wanted to go shopping Staff was nice and the pool was gorgeous Will stay here again but during the summer I wanna check out the pool and the bar they have next to it

We just got to stay here for a staff outing in Dallas Me and my guest were very impressed with this hotel At a time when service is dwindling at so many other vendors, this place was a breath of fresh air

Everyone was so nice Everything was so clean Food and drinks were abundant and delicious I will absolutely be staying here the next time we are in Dallas

Katherine Jones

For the most part, we really loved staying at this hotel The proximity to the mall and local restaurants/shops was fantasticThe employees we engaged with were top tier! Especially the bar staff- Shaun (at the poolside bar) and Malik (at the lobby bar) are gems! The customer service was on point and they genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs

There was also a young employee, Diego, who was being trained at the poolside bar and he was an absolute sweetheart as well We would come to this hotel just to visit the bars againThe rooms were very clean and very modern The water in the bathroom gets plenty hot The a/c didn’t get as cool as I would like at night but I expect that from most hotels so I just bring a small bedside fanThe one thing keeping me from giving that last star, and really if I could have made it a half star I would The house keepers knocked on our door two different days, even though we had the “presently occupied” sign hanging on the door hoping to avoid being disturbed This was our couples getaway weekend and we hoped to sleep in since our children weren’t with us That was ruined two mornings of our stay I’m not sure what the point of the door hangers are if the staff doesn’t pay attention to them After being woken up by the housekeeping staff and telling them we didn’t need service, I could hear them vacuuming the next room and every time they hit the wall with the vacuumThey have room for improvement but overall it was a positive experience We hope to be back soon

Everything was amazing from beginning to end We were able to check-in quickly, our room preference was honored, and the front desk was helpful with any questions we had The property is kid friendly which was a plus for us

The basketball court was nice too! The suite was large and clean We accidentally left an item and was able to call and retrieve it a few days later with no problem The Wednesday happy hour was a nice touch as was the breakfast Each employee was welcoming Recommend 10/10!

I stayed recently for 10 days Just to let you know I am a Platinum frequent traveler in multiple airlines and have stayed all over the US and overseas This hotel has to be one of the cleanest and friendly staff I have ever met in my life and travel!

Everyone is very helpful but the cleaning crew is out of this world I have never seen so much detail and help from everyone at a particular hotel at this service level The furniture, appliances and room size are incredible If you are in Dallas this is the place to stay!! Also the area is fantastic and lots of restaurants near by!

We stayed at this Homewood Suites for nearly 6 months due to a fire at our home We could not have asked for a better stay Everyone who worked there is extremely kind and thoughtful

It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had lots of events for guests Blanca, the housekeeping manager, does a tremendously good job And last but not least, all the front desk staff were very kind They made this difficult situation much easier and we would recommend this hotel to anyone

Well, this is a nice hotel but, being an older property, there are some issues The thermostat was flashing a “replace battery” indicator, so I took it to the front desk They went back and found six different batteries to try but they were all dead or too low to work

The lady stated that the only new batteries were in the engineer’s office, but of course it was locked in the evening The only way to get into this office would be to set off an alarm, which I declined So I just bought some AA batteries and installed them myself, after which the thermostat worked just fine Another disappointment was that the desk is situated right by the window AC unit, which resulted in the unit blasting freezing air on my back when running Also, there very little water pressure, which resulted in it taking a long time for my wife to wash her hair Oh, also, there are only 42 channels on the TV, some of which are duplicates, and only about half are HD channels This is too expensive a property for that

Sabrina Dark

I had such a terrible experience here I was here with a friend recently and a women at the desk named Aida was extremely unprofessional I heard her cussing loudly in front of myself and other guests

I also noticed that she was very unpleasant towards other staff members as well when the staff members attempted to assist herAids would make rude remarks under her breath about how the management in the place was lacking and how the rooms were small and not accommodating for guestsWhen I asked her if she enjoyed working at the hotel she mentioned she was fairly new and that she felt the management lacked the “intelligence” to handle guest complaints as she had to deal with guests coming to her complaining about random things that where “above her pay grade”Quite frankly if you have a staff member like her working at your hotel, I would question why she is there She only seemed as if it was a paycheck to her and that we as guests were more of an inconvenienceLuckily I at least had the pleasure to work with Lauren once or twice before we left and she was very bubbly and caring about our needs Thanks Lauren for trying your best to make our stay better

Ok so let me say, THE STAFF is 5 star without a doubt They were great & wonderful Kuddos to the staff! Now as far as the hotel, the rooms need an upgrade

Had balcony room Patio furniture looked like it was fresh from a construction site Full of dirt & dust The balcony itself could definitely use a good pressure washing Looked to have pet urine stains Not sure if pets are welcomed that’s just what it looked like Had balcony facing the tollway & could hear cars with reved up engines all night Definitely could use a sound insulation upgrade The a/c at times sounded like the cars on the tollway Not sure if I would stay here again until the rooms are upgraded Again the staff was pleasant with the ealry check-in & late check-out

Hotel staff was super welcoming and accommodating We had several needs during our stay at the Aloft, and the staff were accommodating and helpful This hotel is located near many attractions

You are able to park your vehicle and use the shuttle bus to take you to and from close destinations We also enjoyed great service from our lovely bartender who stirred up great conversation and also made us feel welcomed If you are looking for a great place to stay and relax, while also having a great time, stay at the Aloft !

Very nicely laid out and appointed roomMy only complaint, which is minor, is that the Retro Style alarm clock in the room did not work at all Other than that it was a terrific stay

Also oh, I had some drinks down at the W XYZ bar in the lobby and that’s a fun little bar with an excellent bartender, named Marcos

One of the best overall experiences our family has had at a hotel It was very clear that whomever is running this hotel is setting the bar and leading by example The social hour chef came by and chit chatted with us and did not push us out even though dinner had already ended

His assistant that helped with clean up was very courteous and friendly too And my picky teens enjoyed their supper My husband and I came down to the lobby late for popcorn and the evening hotel clerk was already cleaning it (it was after all, 20 minutes past the time for popcorn) He went back to the office and grabbed us 2 bags of already prepared/sealed popcorn Such a small thing but meant so much that he would go above and beyond like that Rooms were very clean We felt like we were among people we’d known our whole lives and weren’t just a hotel guest Refreshing to get not only top notch customer service from someone, but rather a top notch customer experience our entire stay Great job, Drury Inn! We’ve booked the rest of our travels around your locations now

I cannot say enough about this hotel! The staff are awesome, cheerful and always ready to help The rooms are very nice, clean, quiet and very comfortable The bathrooms are top notch, always clean and never lacking

The atmosphere and fellow guests are very friendly and safe, unlike many hotels in the DFW that offer similar accommodations Everyone here is just like your neighbors! The daily drinks & dinner service is the reason I fell in love with Drury Free drinks for adults, soft drinks available for everyone, and a dinner buffet that does not disappoint! Salad, BBQ, steamed veggies, baked beans, hot dogs for picky children Breakfast has something for everyone They have eggs, bacon, sausage, as well as yogurt, cereal and oatmeal, and more Like I said, I love this hotel and I just can’t say enough!

Had a 3 night stay here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotelWhen I made the reservation, I was unaware that in addition to the inclusive breakfast, there would also be free dinner nightly and up to 3 alcoholic beverages per day Food was the same each day for breakfast, but we made it work

Dinners were simple, but again fit the bill We are out each day for a very nice lunch and took advantage of the hotel meals for breakfast and dinnerThe beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful Could have used an extra blanket in the room as we could not turn off the fan and even though we had the heater on, it never really warmed upOn the 9th floor you can access the roof deck that has tables and chairs to enjoy the view of Frisco There is also a pool and small gymOverall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again

Absolutely love this hotel! First off the front desk service (Harris) is one of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever encountered! He has went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! Second the bar/restaurant is really good! (Mason?) the bartender makes very good cocktails! Lastly (Jonathan F? ) the manager was superb in helping us throughout our stay! I can’t say enough how much we love to stay here!

Beautiful modern hotel and great location to dining various options The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, and had a great layout with a sitting area separate from the bedroom Parking was plentiful and very convenient

The hot breakfast was great and refreshed constantly All the staff members were very helpful and accommodating I can’t wait to stay again when it’s warmer and enjoy the pool area!

We stayed at the same hotel for many years for business several times a year and they just could never get everything fixed We decided to take a chance on Cambria and could not have been more pleased Vanessa sold the hotel when I called to ask a few questions

Beautiful room and IMPECCABLY clean! With difficulty coming out of lock downs and short staff this was not at all the case with everyone from the front desk, bartender to the housekeeping staff as we were graciously greeted and asked if we needed anything additional This quality comes from the top and after speaking to manager to say what a wonderful quiet room we had and how pleased were we found out by her professional manner that the staff followed her lead Everyone smiled and while that may not sound like a big deal, it is because it showed everyone was happy with their jobs and did them very well!Comfortable and tasteful room and felt very “at home” staying here HIGHLY recommend!

I cannot recommend this hotel if you are looking to be able to sleep I am laying in my room right now and I can hear everything the person in the room behind me is saying and I can hear the tv show the person on the other side is watching I can hear every step the person above me takes

It is unbearableThis is the only hotel I’ve ever been in that sounds like the walls are paper thin This place is very new too They clearly spent as little money as possible

We selected this hotel based on a very pleasant experience at another Holiday Inn Express in the Dallas area Sadly, we have been very very disappointed with this hotel It seems they are using Covid to cut down on housekeeping

Getting clean towels is almost impossible During our stay, we have tried to get clean towels every other day which we did not think was too much to ask given that the rates have not gone down during Covid We were told that if we leave our used towels outside the door before we leave for the day, fresh towels would be delivered Imagine how unhappy we were she were turned to the room at 8 o’clock at night and find no towels in the room When we went to the front desk to ask for towels, we were told there are no towels What a great way to run a hotel!

If I could give 0 stars I would Don’t stay here unless you want your things stolen I left my wallet in the safe that I didn’t think I had to lock if I was going to be back soon

Besides, I was the only one who had a key card so if anyone was going in to clean the room, why would you take something so obvious? Thanks a lot Holiday Inn
